Bigeye tuna(Thunnus obesus,BET)is of significant importance in global pelagic fisheries.Its population distribution and abundance are susceptible to oceanographic changes induced by climate oscillations,often exhibiting a notable lag effect.To investigate the response of adult BET in the Western and Central Pacific Ocean(WCPO)to climate oscillations and their lag effects,this study applied a generalized additive model(GAM)to analyze the effect of climate indices,including the Oceanic Niño Index(ONI),the Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO)index,the Dipole Mode Index(DMI),and the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation(AMO),on Catch Per Unit Effort(CPUE)of longline fishery during1978–2021.A lag window of 0–96 month was applied based on the age distribution of BET CPUE in the WCPO.Each climate index was first examined individually,followed by the inclusion of a second index and their interaction terms.The results indicate that the El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)is the climate oscillation most strongly correlated with WCPO BET dynamics;the model incorporating ENSO(with lags of 0 month,1 month,and 42 month)demonstrated superior performance,followed by the AMO.These oscillations exerted both short and long-term impacts on BET CPUE.Furthermore,incorporating interaction terms significantly improved model fit,shifting the optimal ONI lag for BET CPUE from 0 to 42 month and demonstrating that climatic teleconnections amplify lagged responses.This study provides novel insights into the mechanisms driving BET population dynamics in the WCPO,offering a methodological framework for future research on resource variability in commercially-and ecologically-important species. 展开更多

Microplastics(MPs)are of particular concern due to their ubiquitous occurrence and propensity to interact and concentrate various waterborne contaminants from aqueous surroundings.Studies on the interaction and joint toxicity of MPs on engineered nanoparticles(ENPs)are exhaustive,but limited research on the effect of MPs on the properties of ENPs in multisolute systems.Here,the effect of MPs on adsorption ability of ENPs to antibiotics was investigated for the first time.The results demonstrated that MPs enhanced the adsorption affinity of ENPs to antibiotics and MPs before and after aging showed different effects on ENPs.Aged polyamide prevented aggregation of ZnONPs by introducing negative charges,whereas virgin polyamide affected ZnONPs with the help of electrostatic attraction.FT-IR and XPS analyses were used to probe the physicochemical interactions between ENPs and MPs.The results showed no chemical interaction and electrostatic interactionwas the dominant force between them.Furthermore,the adsorption rate of antibiotics positively correlated with pH and humic acid but exhibited a negative correlation with ionic strength.Our study highlights that ENPs are highly capable of accumulating and transporting antibiotics in the presence of MPs,which could result in a widespread distribution of antibiotics and an expansion of their environmental risks and toxic effects on biota.It also improves our understanding of the mutual interaction of various co-existing contaminants in aqueous environments. 展开更多

The embryos of maize(Zea mays L.)inbred lines GS02,GS07,GS08,GS11 and GS15 were used as receptor materials to optimize the receptor system from the aspects of genotype,medium components and stress(PEG6000,mannitol,salt and low phosphorus).The results showed that GS07 had the highest induction rate(95.2%).Orthogonal test analysis showed that the best combination of medium components in induction was A2B3C1D3(2),namely,the concentration of 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid(2,4-D)was 4 mg·mL-1,the concentration of L-Proline(L-Pro)was 0.8 mg·mL-1,and the concentration of silver nitrate(AgNO3)was 10 mg·mL-1(or 5 mg·mL).Interestingly,we found that the optimal medium supplemented with 30 g·L-1PEG6000 or 80 g·L-1mannitol was suitable for antioxidant enzyme activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in GS07 callus.Exogenous 10 mmol·L-1Ca2+in the medium components with 100 mmol·L-1sodium chloride(NaCl)could improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes in GS07 callus.Callus of GS07 could divide normally and grow well in medium components with 27 mg·L-1KH2PO4.This study enhanced the adaptability of maize callus to stress and optimized the culture conditions. 展开更多

The behavior of room temperature phosphorescence quenching and fluorescence enhancing of gadolinium labeled sinoporphyrin sodium(Gd-DVDMS) in the aqueous solution were studied.Gd-DVDMS was characterized by various techniques including mass spectra,Fourier transform infrared spectra and transmission electron microscopy.The optical behavior was monitored through UV-vis absorption spectra and photoluminescence spectra.The result shows that the phosphorescence intensity gradually quenches,almost disappears after dissolved 120 min,meanwhile the fluorescence intensity enhances 5 times.The above behavior is attributed to the decreased population of Gd-DVDMS as first excited triplet state(T1),Based on the time-invariant of both absorption spectra and phosphorescence decay curves at710 nm of Gd-DVDMS in different dissolution time,the reason for the decreased population of GdDVDMS in T1 state is that the intersystem crossing from first excited state(S1) to T1 is prevented.In addition,the fluorescent decay curves of Gd-DVDMS initially dissolved in the aqueous solution and dissolved for 120 min were also measured for comparison.The big change in fluorescent lifetime further proves the conclusion that intersystem crossing is prevented,meanwhile,the increase in fluorescence intensity is demonstrated.In this work,the possibility of decomposition of Gd-DVDMS is excluded because the phosphorescence decay curve in Gd-DVDMS aqueous solution is sensible to DVDMS. 展开更多

This paper describes the entire process of completing a multicast streaming media server and applying it to a cellphone live streaming system. By using the RTSP protocol, the streaming media server controls the connection of video capture client, data stream reception and processing as well as playback interaction. The media server can publish real-time data from a data acquisition terminal or a historical data file in the server to the Web so that users on the network can view all the videos through a variety of terminals anytime and anywhere, without having to wait for all the data downloaded completely. The streaming media server of the system is developed based on an open-source streaming media library Live555. The developed server can run on a Windows or a Linux system. The standard RTSP/RTP protocol is used and the video media format is H264. The paper mainly introduces the design of a streaming media server, including data processing for real time, designing a data source, the implementation of multi-acquisition end and multi-player operation, RTSP interaction and RTP packaging, and the setting up of the data buffer in the server. Experiment results are given to show the effect of the system implementation. 展开更多

国内外早期,探测器装置的数据传输系统普遍采用并行总线架构,如VME、PXI总线等。随着核物理实验的发展,数据的传输速度不断提高,并行总线难以提速的弊端逐渐显现,总线速度不够导致数据无法通过背板传输。本工作采用基于MicroTCA(Micro T... 国内外早期,探测器装置的数据传输系统普遍采用并行总线架构,如VME、PXI总线等。随着核物理实验的发展,数据的传输速度不断提高,并行总线难以提速的弊端逐渐显现,总线速度不够导致数据无法通过背板传输。本工作采用基于MicroTCA(Micro Telecom Computing Architecture)架构设计一种新型先进的数据传输AMC(Advanced Mezzanine Card)信号处理卡。该AMC信号处理卡的背板总线使用在速度提升方面有着巨大优势的高速PCIe串行总线。通过测试验证,整个传输链路传输功能正确,链路传输的光纤误码率低于7.62×10−15,传输速度也接近理论的极值,达到了430 MB/s。最后,该AMC信号处理卡与前端电子学进行了联测,验证了系统的正确性。 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of TCD foaming test in screening patent foramen ovale in migraine patients,as well as in the treatment effect.Methods:From September 2019 to August 2020,236 patients with migraine and 362 patients with normal physical examination were treated in our hospital.According to the random number table method,60 patients with migraine were selected as the observation group,and 60 patients with normal physical examination were selected as the control group.48 cases of PFO were confirmed by TCD foaming test Among the patients with migraine,36 patients received interventional occlusion therapy.The therapeutic effect and VAS score of the two groups were analyzed.Results:Through TCD foaming test,the proportion of PFO in the observation group was 80%,and that in the control group was 13.33%.The proportion of PFO in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=53.5714,P<0.01);The symptoms disappeared in 30 patients and improved in 4 patients;Among the 36 patients who received interventional occlusion therapy,the VAS score of patients before and after the operation was significantly changed,and the proportion of patients whose pain disappeared after the operation was 83.33%,which was significantly lower than that before the operation,and the difference was comparable(χ2=51.4286,P<0.01).Conclusion:TCD foaming test for PFO screening has strong applicability,not only safe and convenient,will not cause trauma to patients,and through interventional occlusion treatment,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of migraine patients and cure patients. 展开更多

To reduce the risk of downhole accidents resulting from poor wellbore cleaning during the drilling of extended reach horizontal wells,a new cuttings bed impeller is developed.The performance of existing cuttings bed impellers on wellbore cleaning efficiency is analyzed by multiphase numerical simulation.Based on this analysis,a new type of cuttings bed impeller is proposed,and its key structure parameters are optimized.Its cuttings removal performance under different working conditions is verified.The results show that the spiral impellers have the highest annular velocity,promoting the movement of the cuttings bed.Increasing the rotation speed of the impeller causes the cuttings bed to move further from the low side of the wellbore,facilitating the cuttings removal.Two major improvements are introduced to the new cuttings bed impeller:a positive displacement motor that enables the self-rotation of the impeller,and the elastic contacts on the spiral blades that stir cuttings bed and reduce friction with the wellbore.The optimized parameters of the new impeller are:helix angle of 60,4 blades,elastic contacts arranged in crossed pattern,and self-rotation speed of 60 r/min.It is also demonstrated that the new impeller achieves satisfactory cleaning results in both rotary drilling(84.71%)and sliding drilling(71.07%)conditions.This work provides a new solution for the efficient removal of cuttings in extended reach horizontal wells. 展开更多

Strain Z35,isolated from the rhizosphere of healthy Panax pseudoginseng under long-term continuous cropping,exhibits strong antagonistic activity against Fusarium oxysporum and shows potential as a biocontrol agent.However,the genetic and metabolic basis of its antimicrobial and plant growth-promoting functions remain unclear.In this study,plate confrontation assays confirmed that Z35 inhibited F.oxysporum by up to 75%.Whole-genome sequencing using the PacBio platform revealed a 38.65 Mb genome with seven contigs and one scaffold,a GC content of 47.48%,and 99.9%completeness(BUSCO).Phylogenetic analysis identified Z35 as Trichoderma koningiopsis.Genome annotation uncovered 49 secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene clusters and 717 functionally relevant genes,including clusters related to nonribosomal peptide synthetases(NRPS),polyketide synthases(PKS),and terpenes.These clusters are potentially responsible for producing bioactive compounds such as clavaric acid,the metachelin series,dimerumic acid,ascochlorin,and trichoxide.Non-targeted metabolomic profiling validated the presence of these metabolites in Z35 fermentation products,supporting their role in antifungal activity and plant-beneficial effects.This study provides insights into the genetic and metabolic mechanisms underlying Z35's biocontrol potential,offering a theoretical basis for its further development and application in sustainable agriculture. 展开更多

Root rot in Panax notoginseng is primarily caused by Fusarium oxysporum.A rhizosphere-derived Trichoderma hamatum strain,Z32,was isolated and evaluated for its biocontrol potential.Dual culture assays showed that Z32 inhibited F.oxysporum's growth by 62%,and microscopy revealed hyphal coiling,indicating competition-based antagonism.Genome sequencing produced a 42.69 Mb assembly with 10,837 predicted genes,including 451 carbohydrate-active enzyme(CAZyme)genes involved in cell wall degradation.Ten biosynthetic gene clusters related to antimicrobial metabolites were identified,and metabolomic profiling confirmed multiple antifungal and growth-promoting compounds.These findings reveal that T.hamatum Z32 suppresses soilborne pathogens through diverse mechanisms,providing a promising and environmentally friendly strategy for controlling root rot in P.notoginseng. 展开更多

Working fluids loss is a major contributor to low productivity during production process of fractured tight reservoirs.Lost circulation control effect directly related to the tribological behavior between fracture surface and lost circulation materials(LCMs).In this study,the friction coefficient(FC)was investigated using typical clastic rocks and LCMs by considering multiple effect factors divided into external condition and internal condition.The results show that normal load had a relatively high effect on sliding model.A positive correlation was observed between FC and asperities heights.FC decreased induced by particle size degradation of rigid LCMs.Elastic LCMs manifested higher FC compared with rigid LCMs.Under the lubrication condition by working fluid,FC of rigid LCMs was mainly controlled by their surface wettability.FC of organic LCMs is more sensitive to high temperature aging than inorganic LCMs.Fracture plugging experiments show that LCMs optimized based on the research results can effectively improve the efficiency and strength of fracture plugging. 展开更多
