Background,aim,and scope Microplastics are plastic particles with a diameter of less than 5 mm.Microplastics are emerging contaminants resulting from human activities,which have attracted significant attention from bo...Background,aim,and scope Microplastics are plastic particles with a diameter of less than 5 mm.Microplastics are emerging contaminants resulting from human activities,which have attracted significant attention from both the scientific community and the general public.Microplastics have been listed as one of the four major emerging pollutants in China.Microplastics have been detected in various matrices,including air,soil,lake water,rivers,and even in food and drinking water,posing potential health risks to humans.Atmospheric environment serves as both a significant source and sink for microplastics,with fine particle matters(PM2.5)acting as a crucial carrier for microplastics in the atmosphere.The inhalation of microplastics contained within PM2.5presents potential hazards to the respiratory system.However,researchers have yet to quantify the amount of microplastics inhaled through PM2.5.In this study,personal exposure samplers were employed to simulate the process of human inhalation of microplastics via PM2.5.The factors influencing the concentration of microplastics in the atmosphere under varying environmental conditions were analyzed.The primary aims of this study were to determine the levels and profiles of microplastics in atmospheric PM2.5and evaluate the human exposure to these pollutants through air inhalation.Materials and methods In this study,conducted in Beijing,China,an individual exposure particulate matter sampler was used to simulate human breathing and continuously collect microplastics in ambient air under daily working and living environments.The sampling period was from September 2023 to April 2024,and a total of 40 valid PM2.5samples were collected and analyzed.For sample testing,thermal decomposition pretreatment was first performed on the collected PM2.5samples,followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to accurately identify and quantify five primary types of microplastics in PM2.5.Results The total concentration of the five types of microplastics in atmospheric PM2.5ranged from approximately 3.6μg/m3to 976μg/m3,including a high content(up to 505μg/m3)of low-density polyethylene(PE).The individual exposure to microplastics via inhalation of PM2.5ranged from 52μg/m3to 14054μg/d.Both weather conditions and human activities can clearly affect the concentrations and distribution of microplastics.Under moderate to severe pollution conditions,PM2.5was found to contain high concentrations(400-600μg/m3)of five types of microplastics.In areas with intense human activities and high population density,the microplastics concentrations soared to 976μg/m3,with individual exposure levels reaching 14054μg/d.Discussion The study on five common types of microplastics in ambient air reveals that the concentration of atmospheric microplastics is influenced by multiple factors due to the inherent instability of the atmospheric environment.Notably,the concentration of PE in PM2.5is generally higher than that of other microplastics.In three-quarters of the samples,the concentration of PE exceeds that of the other four types of microplastics by one to two orders of magnitude.Meteorological conditions such as wind,haze,and sandstorms are primary factors affecting ambient air quality and play a significant role in determining the concentration and distribution of microplastics.Additionally,population density and human activities are crucial factors influencing the concentration of microplastics in air.Conclusions Our study reveals a significant correlation between elevated atmospheric PM2.5concentrations(under severe pollution conditions such as sandstorms)and increased microplastic levels.Notably,even during periods of relatively low pollution(characterized by clear skies and strong winds),microplastic concentrations also exhibit a substantial rise.Furthermore,due to the increased usage of plastic products,microplastic concentrations tend to rise significantly with higher population densities.In this research,we employed personal exposure samplers to simulate the human inhalation of microplastics contained within PM2.5.By analyzing microplastic concentrations across various venues,we were able to assess the potential human exposure to microplastics.Recommendations and perspectives In future research,it is imperative to identify the sources of microplastics by investigating the factors influencing their concentration.This approach will enable the development of targeted strategies to minimize human exposure to inhalable microplastics and mitigate the potential for severe health risks associated with microplastic pollution.展开更多
The Upper Cretaceous of Tantou Basin in western Henan has yielded many vertebrate fossils,which are featured by several non-avian dinosaurs.Meanwhile,studies on their eggs were yet inadequate though many eggshells hav...The Upper Cretaceous of Tantou Basin in western Henan has yielded many vertebrate fossils,which are featured by several non-avian dinosaurs.Meanwhile,studies on their eggs were yet inadequate though many eggshells have been reported.The newly discovered material 41HⅤ0199 was excavated from the Upper Cretaceous Qiupa Formation in 2021.The block preserves eight complete eggs arranged in two partial rings that form a partial clutch,and there are some scattered eggshells preserved closely with the block,showing a concave-up to concave-down ratio of 54.5:45.5,which indicates that the scattered eggshells come from the clutch and the clutch had been partially broken before it was buried.Based on morphological and microstructural characteristics,the eggs and eggshells can be assigned to Macroolithus yaotunensis(Elongatoolithidae),an oospecies known to be related to oviraptorids,which leads Yulong mini to be its probable producer.Besides,some eggshells show microstructural signs indicating egg retention,which marks the second example of egg retention in the oofamily Elongatoolithidae.展开更多
To investigate the regulatory effect of glycyrrhizic acid(GA)against kidney injury in fluoride-exposed mice,fifty male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into five groups:control group,sodium fluoride(NaF)treatment g...To investigate the regulatory effect of glycyrrhizic acid(GA)against kidney injury in fluoride-exposed mice,fifty male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into five groups:control group,sodium fluoride(NaF)treatment group,NaF+low-dose GA treatment group,NaF+medium-dose GA treatment group,and NaF+highdose GA treatment group.After a 90 d continuous fluoride exposure treatment,it was found to significantly increase F-concentrations in serum and urine and cause renal morphological damage.Experimental detection revealed that serum creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels were elevated and mRNA expression of renal function-related genes was up-regulated in mice.Meanwhile,it was found to promote oxidative stress response,increase proinflammatory factor levels,disrupt ferroptosis-related gene mRNA and protein expression,and reduce glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)expression.In contrast,GA treatment effectively mitigated these alterations across almost all indicators.Spearman correlation analysis indicated a significant association between ferroptosis and renal dysfunction,oxidative stress,and inflammatory response.In vitro experiments further confirmed that fluoride exposure induced ferroptosis,while GA inhibited this process.These findings suggest that GA alleviates fluoride-induced kidney injury,potentially through the inhibition of ferroptosis.This study provides valuable insights for the prevention and treatment of fluorosis and elucidates the potential application value of licorice extract.展开更多
Oxidative stress plays a crucial role in cadmium(Cd)-induced myocardial injury.Mitsugumin 53(MG53)and its mediated reperfusion injury salvage kinase(RISK)pathway have been demonstrated to be closely related to myocard...Oxidative stress plays a crucial role in cadmium(Cd)-induced myocardial injury.Mitsugumin 53(MG53)and its mediated reperfusion injury salvage kinase(RISK)pathway have been demonstrated to be closely related to myocardial oxidative damage.Potentilla anserina L.polysaccharide(PAP)is a polysaccharide with antioxidant capacity,which exerts protective effect on Cd-induced damage.However,it remains unknown whether PAP can prevent and treat Cd-induced cardiomyocyte damages.The present study was desgined to explore the effect of PAP on Cd-induced damage in H9c2 cells based on MG53 and the mediated RISK pathway.For in vitro evaluation,cell viability and apoptosis rate were analyzed by CCK-8 assay and flow cytometry,respectively.Furthermore,oxidative stress was assessed by 2',7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate(DCFH-DA)staining and using superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),and glutathione/oxidized glutathione(GSH/GSSG)kits.The mitochondrial function was measured by JC-10 staining and ATP detection assay.Western blot was performed to detect the expression of proteins related to MG53,the RISK pathway,and apoptosis.The results indicated that Cd increased the levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in H9c2 cells.Cd decreased the activities of SOD and CAT and the ratio of GSH/GSSG,resulting in decreases in cell viability and increases in apoptosis.Interestingly,PAP reversed Cd-induced oxidative stress and cell apoptosis.Meanwhile,Cd reduced the expression of MG53 in H9c2 clls and inhibited the RISK pathway,which was mediated by decreasing the ratio of p-AktSer473/Akt,p-GSK3βSer9/GSK3β and p ERK1/2/ERK1/2.In addition,Cd impaired mitochondrial function,which involved a reduction in ATP content and mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP),and an increase in the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2,cytoplasmic cytochrome c/mitochondrial cytochrome c,and Cleaved-Caspase 3/Pro-Caspase 3.Importantly,PAP alleviated Cd-induced MG53 reduction,activated the RISK pathway,and reduced mitochondrial damage.Interestingly,knockdown of MG53 or inhibition of the RISK pathway attenuated the protective effect of PAP in Cd-induced H9c2 cells.In sum,PAP reduces Cd-induced damage in H9c2 cells,which is mediated by increasing MG53 expression and activating the RISK pathway.展开更多
Silica-dispersed NiMo hydrodesulfurization catalysts were synthesized by the deposition-precipitation method.For comparative purposes,bulk NiMo catalysts were obtained by co-precipitation.The silica-dispersed NiMo cat...Silica-dispersed NiMo hydrodesulfurization catalysts were synthesized by the deposition-precipitation method.For comparative purposes,bulk NiMo catalysts were obtained by co-precipitation.The silica-dispersed NiMo catalyst had highly active metals content.Silica was employed to disperse active metals for full utilization of active components.The BET analysis showed that the silica-dispersed NiMo catalysts had a high surface area(147.0 m2/g)and pore volume(0.27 mL/g),whereas the bulk NiMo catalysts exhibited a very low surface area(87.5 m2/g).Transmission electron microscopy results proved that the active components were dispersed on the SiO2 substrate.X-ray diffraction patterns of the silicadispersed NiMo catalyst and the bulk NiMo catalyst were indexed to NiMoO4.The hydrodesulfurization activity of silicadispersed NiMo catalysts was much higher than that of reference catalysts and could be up to twice greater than those of commercial NiMo alumina-supported systems per gram of catalyst.The activity testing results also demonstrated that the silica-dispersed NiMo catalyst was an effective hydrodesulflarization catalyst.展开更多

The results showed that the complete CDS of Min pig Y-box was found to be 975 bp long, encoding 324 amino acids. It contained a conserved cold shock domain and several phosphorylation sites, but had no transmembrane domains, and was consistent with a protein found in the cytoplasm. We found 93 amplification segments by RAPE) analysis, in which there were 70 polymorphism segments, 75.26% of amplification segments, using 13 random primers, 11, 12, 5, 4, 7, 8, 3, 7, 2, 5, 10, 10, 9 amplificated bands were found. There were 7.15 bands per primer in average, The genetic similarity among the breeds ranged from 0.6848 to 0.9019, and the genetic distance ranged from 0.0981 to 0.3152. Genetic relationship between 90035 and 9674 was the closest, and between Heifeng 27 and 90035 was the farthest. Protein analysis revealed that the closest genetic relationship was between 90035 and 90024, and the farthest was between 1330 and Sui 4, and between 1330 and Heinong 39.展开更多

Methods A meta-analysis was performed to detect the potential...Objective The aim of this study is to determine whether the SUMO4 M55V polymorphism is associated with susceptibility to type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods A meta-analysis was performed to detect the potential association of the SUMO4 M55V polymorphism and susceptibility to T2DM under dominant, recessive, co-dominant (homogeneous and heterogeneous), and additive models. Results A total of eight articles including 10 case-control studies, with a total of 2932 cases and 2679 controls, were included in this meta-analysis. The significant association between the SUMO4 M55V polymorphism and susceptibility to T2DM was observed in the dominant model (GG + GA versus AA: OR = 1.21, 95% CI = 1.05-1.40, P = 0.009), recessive model (GG versus GA + AA: OR = 1.29, 95% CI = 1.07-1.356, P = 0.010), homozygous model (GG versus AA: OR = 1.41, 95% CI = 1.06-1.56, P = 0.001), and additive model (G versus A: OR = 1.18, 95% CI = 1.08-1.29, P = 0.001), and marginally significant in the heterozygous model (GA versus AA: OR = 1.16, 95% CI = 0.98-1.36, P = 0.080). In subgroup analyses, significant associations were observed in the Chinese population under four genetic models excluding the heterozygous model, whereas no statistically significant associations were observed in the Japanese population under each of the five genetic models. Conclusion The meta-analysis demonstrated that the G allele of the SUMO4 M55V polymorphism could be a susceptible risk locus to T2DM, mainly in the Chinese population, while the association in other ethnic population needs to be further validated in studies with relatively large samples.展开更多
为实现深井钻孔内壁形态的高质量全景可视化,克服传统图像拼接方法在自动化水平、拼接质量及处理效率方面的局限,提出了一种融合YOLOv11s(You Only Look Once)与结构相似性(Structural Similarity Index Method)的智能图像拼接方法。研...为实现深井钻孔内壁形态的高质量全景可视化,克服传统图像拼接方法在自动化水平、拼接质量及处理效率方面的局限,提出了一种融合YOLOv11s(You Only Look Once)与结构相似性(Structural Similarity Index Method)的智能图像拼接方法。研究旨在突破现有技术对人工干预依赖性强、易产生接缝、亮度不均及视觉伪影等瓶颈,提升钻孔内壁图像拼接的精度、连续性与整体效率,为后续钻孔质量评估与爆破设计参数优化提供高保真、高一致性的视觉数据支持。在技术方法上,引入轻量化YOLOv11s目标检测网络,充分利用其深层特征提取能力与多尺度检测优势,精准识别钻孔图像中的圆形边界,自动提取圆心坐标与半径参数,有效克服因镜头畸变、光照不均或局部遮挡引起的定位偏差;随后,基于精确的几何参数进行极坐标变换,将环形内壁区域逐帧展开为矩形图像,保留原始纹理信息的同时构建空间有序的展开图集。在此基础上,创新性地融合SSIM结构相似性度量与滑动窗口匹配策略,通过系统分析相邻展开图像在重叠区域内的亮度、对比度与结构一致性,自适应搜索最优配准位置,实现高效、无缝的图像拼接,最终生成完整内壁环状全景图。试验结果表明,该方法在处理240张图像时,拼接耗时仅为34.98 s,同样实验条件下,相较于传统SIFT特征点匹配方法所需的271.35 s,该方法耗时更短且拼接结果具有更高的视觉连贯性与几何保真度,抑制了接缝错位、亮度跳变和纹理重复等常见问题。创新在于提出了一种自动化拼接流程,融合YOLOv11s与SSIM算法,提升了拼接效率与视觉质量。展开更多

In this article, two strategies were used to examine the above effects. First, modification of titanium via surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) was performed. The surface of the titanium was activated initially by a silane coupling agent. Well-defined polymer brushes of poly(ethylene glycol) methacrylate were successfully tethered on the silane-coupled titanium surface to form hydration shell to examine the anti-fouling effect. Second, functionalization of the Ti-PEG surface with RGD was performed to examine the anti-bacterial adhesion and osteoblast cell attachment ability. The chemical composition of modified titanium surfaces was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). Changes in surface hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity were characterized by static water contact angle measurements. Results indicated that PEG-RGD brushes were successfully tethered on the titanium surface. And anti-bacterial adhesion ability and osteoblast cell attachment ability were confirmed by fluorescence microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Results indicated that PEG can inhibit both bacterial adhesion and osteoblast cell attachment, while PEG-RGD brushes can not only inhibit bacterial adhesion but also promote osteoblast cell attachment.展开更多

The new taxon differs from other oviraptorids in the weakly downturned rostrum of the lower jaw, much-elongated mandible with a height-to-length ratio being about 20% and the length ratio of radius to humerus of about 0.70. The vertical distribution of carbon dioxide(CO2)is important for the calibration and validation of transport models and remote sensing measurements.Due to the large mass and volume of traditional instruments as well a...The vertical distribution of carbon dioxide(CO2)is important for the calibration and validation of transport models and remote sensing measurements.Due to the large mass and volume of traditional instruments as well as supporting systems,in-situ measurements of the CO2 vertical profile within the boundary layer are rare.This study used a miniaturized CO2 monitoring instrument based on a low-cost non-dispersive infrared(NDIR)sensor to measure the CO2 vertical profile and meteorological parameters of the lower troposphere(0–1000 m)in southwestern Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province,China.The sensors were onboard a tethered balloon with two processes:the ascending process and the descending process.The results showed that the overall trend of CO2 concentration decreased with height.Weather conditions and CO2 emission sources caused fluctuations in CO2 concentrations.The CO2 concentration varied from morning to afternoon due mainly to the faster spread of air mass during daytime,with strong convections and the accumulation of emissions at night.The low-cost sensor produced results consistent with the traditional gas chromatography method.The Weather Research and Forecasting model could not capture the CO2 profiles well due mainly to the bad performances in boundary layer height and the potential outdated fossil fuel emissions around the experimental site.This experiment is the first successful attempt to observe the CO2 vertical distribution in the lower troposphere by using lowcost NDIR sensors.The results help us to understand the vertical structure of CO2 in the boundary layer,and provide data for calibrating and validating transport models.展开更多

摘要To investigate the regulatory effect of glycyrrhizic acid(GA)against kidney injury in fluoride-exposed mice,fifty male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into five groups:control group,sodium fluoride(NaF)treatment group,NaF+low-dose GA treatment group,NaF+medium-dose GA treatment group,and NaF+highdose GA treatment group.After a 90 d continuous fluoride exposure treatment,it was found to significantly increase F-concentrations in serum and urine and cause renal morphological damage.Experimental detection revealed that serum creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels were elevated and mRNA expression of renal function-related genes was up-regulated in mice.Meanwhile,it was found to promote oxidative stress response,increase proinflammatory factor levels,disrupt ferroptosis-related gene mRNA and protein expression,and reduce glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)expression.In contrast,GA treatment effectively mitigated these alterations across almost all indicators.Spearman correlation analysis indicated a significant association between ferroptosis and renal dysfunction,oxidative stress,and inflammatory response.In vitro experiments further confirmed that fluoride exposure induced ferroptosis,while GA inhibited this process.These findings suggest that GA alleviates fluoride-induced kidney injury,potentially through the inhibition of ferroptosis.This study provides valuable insights for the prevention and treatment of fluorosis and elucidates the potential application value of licorice extract.

摘要Oxidative stress plays a crucial role in cadmium(Cd)-induced myocardial injury.Mitsugumin 53(MG53)and its mediated reperfusion injury salvage kinase(RISK)pathway have been demonstrated to be closely related to myocardial oxidative damage.Potentilla anserina L.polysaccharide(PAP)is a polysaccharide with antioxidant capacity,which exerts protective effect on Cd-induced damage.However,it remains unknown whether PAP can prevent and treat Cd-induced cardiomyocyte damages.The present study was desgined to explore the effect of PAP on Cd-induced damage in H9c2 cells based on MG53 and the mediated RISK pathway.For in vitro evaluation,cell viability and apoptosis rate were analyzed by CCK-8 assay and flow cytometry,respectively.Furthermore,oxidative stress was assessed by 2',7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate(DCFH-DA)staining and using superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),and glutathione/oxidized glutathione(GSH/GSSG)kits.The mitochondrial function was measured by JC-10 staining and ATP detection assay.Western blot was performed to detect the expression of proteins related to MG53,the RISK pathway,and apoptosis.The results indicated that Cd increased the levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in H9c2 cells.Cd decreased the activities of SOD and CAT and the ratio of GSH/GSSG,resulting in decreases in cell viability and increases in apoptosis.Interestingly,PAP reversed Cd-induced oxidative stress and cell apoptosis.Meanwhile,Cd reduced the expression of MG53 in H9c2 clls and inhibited the RISK pathway,which was mediated by decreasing the ratio of p-AktSer473/Akt,p-GSK3βSer9/GSK3β and p ERK1/2/ERK1/2.In addition,Cd impaired mitochondrial function,which involved a reduction in ATP content and mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP),and an increase in the ratio of Bax/Bcl-2,cytoplasmic cytochrome c/mitochondrial cytochrome c,and Cleaved-Caspase 3/Pro-Caspase 3.Importantly,PAP alleviated Cd-induced MG53 reduction,activated the RISK pathway,and reduced mitochondrial damage.Interestingly,knockdown of MG53 or inhibition of the RISK pathway attenuated the protective effect of PAP in Cd-induced H9c2 cells.In sum,PAP reduces Cd-induced damage in H9c2 cells,which is mediated by increasing MG53 expression and activating the RISK pathway.

摘要Silica-dispersed NiMo hydrodesulfurization catalysts were synthesized by the deposition-precipitation method.For comparative purposes,bulk NiMo catalysts were obtained by co-precipitation.The silica-dispersed NiMo catalyst had highly active metals content.Silica was employed to disperse active metals for full utilization of active components.The BET analysis showed that the silica-dispersed NiMo catalysts had a high surface area(147.0 m2/g)and pore volume(0.27 mL/g),whereas the bulk NiMo catalysts exhibited a very low surface area(87.5 m2/g).Transmission electron microscopy results proved that the active components were dispersed on the SiO2 substrate.X-ray diffraction patterns of the silicadispersed NiMo catalyst and the bulk NiMo catalyst were indexed to NiMoO4.The hydrodesulfurization activity of silicadispersed NiMo catalysts was much higher than that of reference catalysts and could be up to twice greater than those of commercial NiMo alumina-supported systems per gram of catalyst.The activity testing results also demonstrated that the silica-dispersed NiMo catalyst was an effective hydrodesulflarization catalyst.

摘要In order to study the gene sequence of Min pig Y-box binding protein (YB-1) gene, the complete coding sequence of Min pig YB-1 gene was cloned by RT-PCR, the sequence features were analyzed by some software and online website. The results showed that the complete CDS of Min pig Y-box was found to be 975 bp long, encoding 324 amino acids. It contained a conserved cold shock domain and several phosphorylation sites, but had no transmembrane domains, and was consistent with a protein found in the cytoplasm. Min pig YB-1 nucleotides shared high similarity (61.37%- 97.66%) with other mammals.
摘要Genetic characters of 10 soybean breeds in Heilongjiang Province were studied using RAPD technique. We calculated the genetic similarity and genetic distance, made the cluster analysis, and also studied the genetic relationship among the 10 breeds. We found 93 amplification segments by RAPE) analysis, in which there were 70 polymorphism segments, 75.26% of amplification segments, using 13 random primers, 11, 12, 5, 4, 7, 8, 3, 7, 2, 5, 10, 10, 9 amplificated bands were found. There were 7.15 bands per primer in average, The genetic similarity among the breeds ranged from 0.6848 to 0.9019, and the genetic distance ranged from 0.0981 to 0.3152. Genetic relationship between 90035 and 9674 was the closest, and between Heifeng 27 and 90035 was the farthest. Protein analysis revealed that the closest genetic relationship was between 90035 and 90024, and the farthest was between 1330 and Sui 4, and between 1330 and Heinong 39.

摘要Objective The aim of this study is to determine whether the SUMO4 M55V polymorphism is associated with susceptibility to type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods A meta-analysis was performed to detect the potential association of the SUMO4 M55V polymorphism and susceptibility to T2DM under dominant, recessive, co-dominant (homogeneous and heterogeneous), and additive models. Results A total of eight articles including 10 case-control studies, with a total of 2932 cases and 2679 controls, were included in this meta-analysis. The significant association between the SUMO4 M55V polymorphism and susceptibility to T2DM was observed in the dominant model (GG + GA versus AA: OR = 1.21, 95% CI = 1.05-1.40, P = 0.009), recessive model (GG versus GA + AA: OR = 1.29, 95% CI = 1.07-1.356, P = 0.010), homozygous model (GG versus AA: OR = 1.41, 95% CI = 1.06-1.56, P = 0.001), and additive model (G versus A: OR = 1.18, 95% CI = 1.08-1.29, P = 0.001), and marginally significant in the heterozygous model (GA versus AA: OR = 1.16, 95% CI = 0.98-1.36, P = 0.080). In subgroup analyses, significant associations were observed in the Chinese population under four genetic models excluding the heterozygous model, whereas no statistically significant associations were observed in the Japanese population under each of the five genetic models. Conclusion The meta-analysis demonstrated that the G allele of the SUMO4 M55V polymorphism could be a susceptible risk locus to T2DM, mainly in the Chinese population, while the association in other ethnic population needs to be further validated in studies with relatively large samples.
摘要为实现深井钻孔内壁形态的高质量全景可视化,克服传统图像拼接方法在自动化水平、拼接质量及处理效率方面的局限,提出了一种融合YOLOv11s(You Only Look Once)与结构相似性(Structural Similarity Index Method)的智能图像拼接方法。研究旨在突破现有技术对人工干预依赖性强、易产生接缝、亮度不均及视觉伪影等瓶颈,提升钻孔内壁图像拼接的精度、连续性与整体效率,为后续钻孔质量评估与爆破设计参数优化提供高保真、高一致性的视觉数据支持。在技术方法上,引入轻量化YOLOv11s目标检测网络,充分利用其深层特征提取能力与多尺度检测优势,精准识别钻孔图像中的圆形边界,自动提取圆心坐标与半径参数,有效克服因镜头畸变、光照不均或局部遮挡引起的定位偏差;随后,基于精确的几何参数进行极坐标变换,将环形内壁区域逐帧展开为矩形图像,保留原始纹理信息的同时构建空间有序的展开图集。在此基础上,创新性地融合SSIM结构相似性度量与滑动窗口匹配策略,通过系统分析相邻展开图像在重叠区域内的亮度、对比度与结构一致性,自适应搜索最优配准位置,实现高效、无缝的图像拼接,最终生成完整内壁环状全景图。试验结果表明,该方法在处理240张图像时,拼接耗时仅为34.98 s,同样实验条件下,相较于传统SIFT特征点匹配方法所需的271.35 s,该方法耗时更短且拼接结果具有更高的视觉连贯性与几何保真度,抑制了接缝错位、亮度跳变和纹理重复等常见问题。创新在于提出了一种自动化拼接流程,融合YOLOv11s与SSIM算法,提升了拼接效率与视觉质量。
摘要Implant-related infection is one of the key concerns in clinical medicine, so the modification of titanium to inhibit bacterial adhesion and support osteoblast cell attachment is important. In this article, two strategies were used to examine the above effects. First, modification of titanium via surface-initiated atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) was performed. The surface of the titanium was activated initially by a silane coupling agent. Well-defined polymer brushes of poly(ethylene glycol) methacrylate were successfully tethered on the silane-coupled titanium surface to form hydration shell to examine the anti-fouling effect. Second, functionalization of the Ti-PEG surface with RGD was performed to examine the anti-bacterial adhesion and osteoblast cell attachment ability. The chemical composition of modified titanium surfaces was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). Changes in surface hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity were characterized by static water contact angle measurements. Results indicated that PEG-RGD brushes were successfully tethered on the titanium surface. And anti-bacterial adhesion ability and osteoblast cell attachment ability were confirmed by fluorescence microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Results indicated that PEG can inhibit both bacterial adhesion and osteoblast cell attachment, while PEG-RGD brushes can not only inhibit bacterial adhesion but also promote osteoblast cell attachment.

摘要A new oviraptorid dinosaur Jiangxisaurus ganzhouensis gen. et sp. nov., is erected based on a partial skeleton from the Upper Cretaceous Nanxiong Formation of Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. The new taxon differs from other oviraptorids in the weakly downturned rostrum of the lower jaw, much-elongated mandible with a height-to-length ratio being about 20% and the length ratio of radius to humerus of about 0.70. This species not only adds a new member to oviraptorid dinosaurs, but also provides more information about oviraptorid paleogeographical distribution in southern China.

摘要The vertical distribution of carbon dioxide(CO2)is important for the calibration and validation of transport models and remote sensing measurements.Due to the large mass and volume of traditional instruments as well as supporting systems,in-situ measurements of the CO2 vertical profile within the boundary layer are rare.This study used a miniaturized CO2 monitoring instrument based on a low-cost non-dispersive infrared(NDIR)sensor to measure the CO2 vertical profile and meteorological parameters of the lower troposphere(0–1000 m)in southwestern Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province,China.The sensors were onboard a tethered balloon with two processes:the ascending process and the descending process.The results showed that the overall trend of CO2 concentration decreased with height.Weather conditions and CO2 emission sources caused fluctuations in CO2 concentrations.The CO2 concentration varied from morning to afternoon due mainly to the faster spread of air mass during daytime,with strong convections and the accumulation of emissions at night.The low-cost sensor produced results consistent with the traditional gas chromatography method.The Weather Research and Forecasting model could not capture the CO2 profiles well due mainly to the bad performances in boundary layer height and the potential outdated fossil fuel emissions around the experimental site.This experiment is the first successful attempt to observe the CO2 vertical distribution in the lower troposphere by using lowcost NDIR sensors.The results help us to understand the vertical structure of CO2 in the boundary layer,and provide data for calibrating and validating transport models.
