Three distance functions which are widely used in two traditional clustering algorithms k-means and hierarchical clustering were investigated. Both theoretical analysis and detailed experimental results were given. It is shown that a distance function greatly affects clustering results and can be used to detect the outlier of a cluster by the comparison of such different results and give the shape information of clusters. In practice situation, it is suggested to use different distance function separately, compare the clustering results and pick out the 搒wing points? And such points may leak out more information for data analysts.展开更多

This experiment briefly analyzes the therapeutic effect of detailed nursing in neurosurgery. Methods: In this experiment, patients admitted to the hospital in a certain period of time were selected, and the best time point was from June 2020 to July 2021. The condition of neurosurgical patients could be more clearly understood, and the experiment was more effective and rigorous. During this period, the neurosurgical patients admitted to the hospital were investigated. After a week of investigation, the physical condition of the patients was recorded in detail, and 68 patients were selected. Patients were divided into two groups on average, and a comparative study was conducted. In the comparative study, the actual nursing effects of the two nursing methods were obtained, which laid the foundation for later clinical treatment. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group, and the recovery effects of the two groups during nursing were compared. Results: Each patient's physical fitness is different, and the degree of acceptance of nursing methods is different, so the final treatment effect will be different. In the difference, we can see that there is a great difference between the clinical effects of the two nursing methods, and the patients in the experimental group are discharged from the hospital faster than those in the control group. The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was 91.17%, and that of the patients in the control group was 82.35%. Conclusion: Compared with conventional nursing, detailed nursing is different in all aspects. Detailed nursing is patient-centered and observes the changes of patients' physical condition in all directions, which is an advantage that conventional nursing does not have. The use of detailed nursing conforms to the needs of the times, can better meet the needs of patients, improve the quality of nursing, reduce the incidence of doctor-patient contradiction, and can be popularized and applied in clinical treatment of neurosurgery.展开更多
