This paper presents a novel dual-stage approach for efficient gait phase recognition and trajectory prediction,tailored for the operation of wearable devices such as exoskeletons.By leveraging dynamic template matchin...This paper presents a novel dual-stage approach for efficient gait phase recognition and trajectory prediction,tailored for the operation of wearable devices such as exoskeletons.By leveraging dynamic template matching techniques and addressing their computational challenges,we propose an innovative algorithm that significantly enhances both prediction accuracy and computational efficiency.The approach integrates Dynamic Time Warping-KMeans(DTW-KM)template selection in the offline phase and a Soft Constraint Weighted(SCW)template matching technique in the online phase.In the offline stage,the DTW-KM method extracts diverse and generalizable gait patterns from a database,establishing a robust set of templates for future gait recognition.The online stage then adapts to real-time gait dynamics using the SCW method,which incorporates soft constraints and quadratic weighting to improve prediction stability and adaptability to individual gait variations.Preliminary results demonstrate that the algorithm achieves stable gait phase predictions within 0.5-1 s intervals with high efficiency on embedded systems.The dual-stage framework not only ensures scalable and real-time gait prediction performance across varying speeds and conditions but also provides a solid foundation for the deployment of wearable technology in dynamic environments.展开更多
Data center industries have been facing huge energy challenges due to escalating power consumption and associated carbon emissions.In the context of carbon neutrality,the integration of data centers with renewable ene...Data center industries have been facing huge energy challenges due to escalating power consumption and associated carbon emissions.In the context of carbon neutrality,the integration of data centers with renewable energy has become a prevailing trend.To advance the renewable energy integration in data centers,it is imperative to thoroughly explore the data centers’operational flexibility.Computing workloads and refrigeration systems are recognized as two promising flexible resources for power regulationwithin data centermicro-grids.This paper identifies and categorizes delay-tolerant computing workloads into three types(long-running non-interruptible,long-running interruptible,and short-running)and develops mathematical time-shifting models for each.Additionally,this paper examines the thermal dynamics of the computer room and derives a time-varying temperature model coupled to refrigeration power.Building on these models,this paper proposes a two-stage,multi-time scale optimization scheduling framework that jointly coordinates computing workloads time-shift in day-ahead scheduling and refrigeration power control in intra-day dispatch to mitigate renewable variability.A case study demonstrates that the framework effectively enhances the renewable-energy utilization,improves the operational economy of the data center microgrid,and mitigates the impact of renewable power uncertainty.The results highlight the potential of coordinated computing workloads and thermal system flexibility to support greener,more cost-effective data center operation.展开更多
Ferroptosis,a newly recognized type of regulated cell death associated with intestinal epithelial dysfunction,can influence the onset and severity of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Thus,there is growing interest in t...Ferroptosis,a newly recognized type of regulated cell death associated with intestinal epithelial dysfunction,can influence the onset and severity of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Thus,there is growing interest in the novel therapy targeting of ferroptosis for the treatment of IBD.Here,we investigated the effects of dietary supplementation of viable Lactiplantibacillus plantarum TXZ 2-35 on dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced ulcerative colitis in mice.The results revealed that the disease severity was alleviated by L.plantarum TXZ 2-35 as evidenced by increased body weight,colon length and decreased disease activity index(DAI).Moreover,supplementation with L.plantarum TXZ 2-35 downregulated the levels of inflammation-related cytokines,including tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in serum,as well as the oxidative enzyme myeloperoxidase(MPO)in the colon.Interestingly,transcriptomic data revealed that ferroptosis-related genes were significantly enriched after TXZ 2-35 supplementation.In addition,TXZ 2-35 restored morphological changes and attenuated the iron content in the colon,accompanied by increased glutathione peroxidase(GSH)and decreased malondialdehyde(MDA),which all together proved that L.plantarum TXZ 2-35 suppressed ferroptosis in colonic epithelial cells.We then sought to determine whether gut microbiota and its metabolites played a role in the process of ferroptosis changing.The results showed that TXZ 2-35 enhanced the abundance and diversity of beneficial bacteria such as Ruminococcus_1,Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group,and Anaeroplasma,while reducing levels of Dubosiella.Correlation analysis showed that the decreased level of phospholipid-polyunsaturated fatty acids(PL-PUFAs),gut microbiota metabolites,may be the cause of ferroptosis.In conclusion,our study indicates that TXZ 2-35 has strong potential as a therapeutic adjuvant for ulcerative colitis,through regulating gut microbiota and the metabolites and therefore decreasing ferroptosis.展开更多
Objective:Prenatal diagnosis in cold regions faces distinctive challenges related to extreme cold climatic conditions,which can substantially reduce healthcare compliance among pregnant women and limit the accessibili...Objective:Prenatal diagnosis in cold regions faces distinctive challenges related to extreme cold climatic conditions,which can substantially reduce healthcare compliance among pregnant women and limit the accessibility and accuracy of local prenatal diagnostic services.However,targeted research on region-specific diagnostic barriers and optimized combined detection strategies remains insufficient.This study systematically investigated the unique challenges of prenatal diagnosis in cold regions,with particular emphasis on the impact of harsh climatic conditions on healthcare compliance among pregnant women and evaluated the clinical utility of integrating chromosomal karyotyping with copy number variation sequencing(CNV-seq).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted among high-risk pregnant women over a two-year period.Seasonal differences in prenatal clinic attendance were statistically analyzed to identify key barriers affecting healthcare compliance.Additionally,the clinical efficacy of combined chromosomal karyotyping and CNV-seq was systematically evaluated.Results:Retrospective analysis of high-risk pregnancies revealed a statistically significant decline in winter clinic attendance(χ2=9.51,P<0.05)over the two-year period,mainly associated with transportation difficulties,concerns regarding nosocomial infection,and local cultural practices.The combined use of chromosomal karyotyping and CNV-seq demonstrated complementary diagnostic value.Karyotyping identified 12 balanced translocations,23 sex chromosome aneuploidies,and 29 chromosomal polymorphic variants,while CNV-seq detected 19 pathogenic or likely pathogenic microdeletions/microduplications,including 16 pathogenic variants.Together,the two methods increased the overall abnormality detection rate to 18.64%(118/633),representing a 7.42%improvement over single-method detection strategies.Conclusions:Based on these findings,several regionally optimized strategies are proposed,including the establishment of a"central laboratory+satellite clinics"network,the promotion of non-invasive prenatal testing(NIPT)combined with first-trimester ultrasound screening to reduce unnecessary invasive procedures,and improved management of high-risk pregnancies through tele-genetic counseling,winter green-channel services,and vitamin D supplementation.This study provides both theoretical and practical frameworks for improving the precision,accessibility,and equity of prenatal diagnostic systems in cold regions.展开更多
Wind power has been developing rapidly as a key measure to mitigate human-driven global warming.The under-standing of the development and impacts of wind farms on local climate and vegetation is of great importance fo...Wind power has been developing rapidly as a key measure to mitigate human-driven global warming.The under-standing of the development and impacts of wind farms on local climate and vegetation is of great importance for their rational use but is still limited.In this study,we combined remote sensing and on-site investigations to identify wind farm locations in Inner Mongolia and performed landscape pattern analyses using Fragstats.We explored the impacts of wind farms on land surface temperature(LST)and vegetation net primary productivity(NPP)between 1990 and 2020 by contrasting these metrics in wind farms with those in non-wind farm areas.The results showed that the area of wind farms increased rapidly from 1.2 km2 in 1990 to 10,755 km2 in 2020.Spatially,wind farms are mainly clustered in three aggregation areas in the center.Further,wind farms increased nighttime LST,with a mean value of 0.23℃,but had minor impacts on the daytime LST.Moreover,wind farms caused a decline in NPP,especially over forest areas,with an average reduction of 12.37 GC/m2.Given the impact of wind farms on LST and NPP,we suggest that the development of wind farms should fully consider their direct and potential impacts.This study provides scientific guidance on the spatial pattern of future wind farms.展开更多
Layered rock strata are observed to be common during the excavation of tunnels or cavities,and may significantly affect the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock masses due to various complex for...Layered rock strata are observed to be common during the excavation of tunnels or cavities,and may significantly affect the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock masses due to various complex forms and mechanical properties.In this paper,we propose a three-dimensional axisymmetric velocity field for roof collapse of shallow cavities in multi rock layers,by considering the influences of roof cross-section shapes,supporting pressure,ground overload,etc.The internal energy dissipation rate and work rates of external forces corresponding to the velocity field are computed by employing the Hoek-Brown strength criterion and its associated flow rule.Further,the equations of the collapse surfaces and the corresponding weight of collapsing rock masses are derived on the basis of upper bound theorem.Furthermore,we validate the proposed method by comparing the results of numerical calculations and existing research findings.The change laws of the collapse range under varying parameters are obtained for the presence of rectangular and spherical cavities.We also find that the three-dimensional mechanism is relatively safer for engineering designing actually,compared with the traditional two-dimensional mechanism.All these conclusions may provide workable guidelines for the support design of shallow cavities in layered rock strata practically.展开更多

To improve the performance of real-time recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA),a microfluidic system with active mixing is developed to optimize the reaction dynamics.Instead of adopting a single typical reaction c...To improve the performance of real-time recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA),a microfluidic system with active mixing is developed to optimize the reaction dynamics.Instead of adopting a single typical reaction chamber,a specific reactor including a relatively large chamber in center with two adjacent zig-zag channels at two sides is integrated into the microfluidic chip.Active mixing is achieved by driving the viscous reagent between the chamber and the channel back and forth periodically with an outside compact peristaltic pump.To avoid reagent evapora-tion,one end of the reactor is sealed with paraffin oil.A hand-held companion device is developed to facilitate real-time RPA amplification within 20 min.The whole area of the reactor is heated with a resistance heater to provide uniform reaction temperature.To achieve real-time monitoring,a compact fluorescence detection module is integrated into the hand-held device.A smartphone with custom application software is adopted to control the hand-held device and display the real-time fluorescence curves.The performances of two cases with and without active on-chip mixing are compared between each other by detecting African swine fever viruses.It has been demonstrated that,with active on-chip mixing,the amplification efficiency and detection sensitivity can be signifi-cantly improved.展开更多
背景与目的 肺腺癌易发生脑转移,患者预后极差。蛋白磷酸酶1调节亚基13样(protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 13-like, PPP1R13L)基因编码的p53凋亡刺激蛋白家族抑制成员(inhibitor of apoptosis-stimulating protein of p53, i...背景与目的 肺腺癌易发生脑转移,患者预后极差。蛋白磷酸酶1调节亚基13样(protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 13-like, PPP1R13L)基因编码的p53凋亡刺激蛋白家族抑制成员(inhibitor of apoptosis-stimulating protein of p53, iASPP)蛋白是p53通路的关键抑制因子,在多种肿瘤中促癌,但其在肺腺癌脑转移中的作用未知。本研究通过单细胞测序数据整合与临床样本分析,旨在分析肺腺癌脑转移患者的肿瘤微环境特征,并探讨PPP1R13L在脑转移组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法 收集2014年1月至2024年12月新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院就诊的4例肺腺癌脑转移和2例少突胶质细胞瘤患者的脑组织进行单细胞测序,并结合公共数据库中4例肺腺癌样本和4例正常肺组织样本的单细胞测序数据解析肿瘤微环境;另收集此医院50例肺腺癌脑转移患者的临床资料及石蜡切片,采用免疫组化技术检测iASPP蛋白表达,分析其与临床特征及预后的关系。结果 相较于胶质瘤和肺腺癌组,肺腺癌脑转移组特异的上皮细胞主要富集于氧化磷酸化、细胞凋亡、缺氧和p53通路;PPP1R13L作为上调差异基因,在脑转移组特异上皮细胞亚群高表达;PPP1R13L阳性细胞与成纤维细胞交互作用显著,激活细胞-基质黏附相关通路,关键配体-受体对为I型胶原蛋白α1链-白细胞分化抗原44(collagen type I alpha 1 chain-cluster of differentiation 44, COL1A1-CD44)。临床数据分析显示,吸烟史(HR=2.543, 95%CI:1.159-5.583, P=0.020)和iASPP高表达(HR=3.351, 95%CI:1.310-8.575, P=0.012)为肺腺癌脑转移患者预后的独立危险因素。结论 本研究阐明了肺腺癌脑转移微环境中上皮细胞与成纤维细胞的相互作用,提示PPP1R13L可作为潜在预后标志物及治疗靶点,为肺腺癌脑转移的精准治疗提供依据。展开更多
Oil-pressboard system is the main insulation form of oil-immersed transformers,which is prone to partial discharge(PD)and subsequent faults due to contamination or moisture ingress.To investigate the evolutionary char...Oil-pressboard system is the main insulation form of oil-immersed transformers,which is prone to partial discharge(PD)and subsequent faults due to contamination or moisture ingress.To investigate the evolutionary characteristics of PD streamers under varying voltages and insulation dimensions,streamer images were captured using a high-speed camera system.An image restoration algorithm was proposed,which integrates the Retinex theory with bilateral filtering and k-dimensional tree(KD-tree)-based methods.This algorithm allows for the enhancement of image contrast while ensuring that edge details are preserved and fragmented streamer channels are reconnected.By varying the applied voltage,needle-plate gap length and pressboard thickness,patterns in streamer area and the number of bifurcations were analysed.These variations were microscopically explained in terms of electric field distortion and the dielectric matching between oil and pressboard insulation.It was found that larger streamer areas are produced by higher voltages and longer needle-plate gaps.Additionally,under elevated voltages or prolonged energisation,multiple streamer patterns are generated due to the presence of photoionisation and bubble formation.Furthermore,an increased number of bifurcations is observed with longer gaps and more uniform dielectric matching between oil and pressboard.The results obtained here enrich the evolution mechanism of PD and provide theoretical guidance for the dielectric matching of transformer oil and pressboard.展开更多
The partial discharge occurring in the weak part of the insulation of a converter transformer results in the formation of a large number of bubbles in the insulating oil.The migration,deformation,and other dynamic beh...The partial discharge occurring in the weak part of the insulation of a converter transformer results in the formation of a large number of bubbles in the insulating oil.The migration,deformation,and other dynamic behaviors of bubbles in the region of a strong electric field can cause them to easily accumulate into“small bridges”of impurities that can lead to breakdown of the oil gap.The authors of this study experimentally investigate and discuss the mechanisms of migration and deformation of bubbles in oil during partial discharge under composite AC/DC voltage to clarify their dynamic behaviors.The influence of the initial position of the bubbles on their trajectory of migration and velocity as well as the morphological changes occurring in them are analyzed using numerical simulations.The results show that the bubbles move away from the strong electric field due to the action of the dielectrophoretic force.The interface of the bubbles is longitudinally stretched under the action of the electrostrictive force and the vertical component of the drag force and gradually recovers to assume a spherical shape under the influence of surface tension and the horizontal component of the drag force.展开更多
Power transformers are vital components in electric grids;however,methods to optimise their loading to extend lifespan while accounting for insulation degradation remain underdeveloped.This research paper introduces a...Power transformers are vital components in electric grids;however,methods to optimise their loading to extend lifespan while accounting for insulation degradation remain underdeveloped.This research paper introduces a novel integrated data-driven framework that combines particle filtering and model predictive health(PF-MPH)model for the predictive health manage-ment of power transformers.Initially,the particle filter probabilistically estimates power transformers'remaining life(RL)using direct winding hotspot temperature(χH)measurements.The obtained RLwill then be used to calculate the degree of poly-merisation(DP)level and assess the current insulation condition.After that,a comparative analysis between direct and model-basedχHmeasurement methods is performed to highlight the superior accuracy of direct measurements for predictive health management.Then,the MPH optimisation algorithm,which uses the RLand DP forecasts from the PF method,derives an optimal trajectory over the transformer's RLthat balances the costs of increased loading against the benefits gained from prolonged insulation longevity.The findings show that the proposed PF-MPH model has successfully reduced the χHby 2.46%over the predicted 19 years.This approach is expected to enable grid operators to optimise transformer loading schedules to extend the RLof these critical assets in a cost-effective manner.展开更多
Systematicly tuning the porosities of porous materials is crucial for targeted gas mixture separation,yet it remains a longstending challenge.As a common strategy,altering the phenylene ring count in the organic build...Systematicly tuning the porosities of porous materials is crucial for targeted gas mixture separation,yet it remains a longstending challenge.As a common strategy,altering the phenylene ring count in the organic building units has been exploited to adjust pore apertures in metal organic frameworks(MOFs)and covalent organic frameworks(COFs),re sulting in only a stepwise pore size variation of approximately 2.8?.Unlike MOFs and COFs,the porosities for supramolecular assembly frameworks are highly dependent on the packings of the molecular building units in the lattice.The above strategy cannot be applied to supramolecular assembly frameworks and other strategies are required to adjust pore apertures in supramolecular frameworks,especially to achieve porous materials with the optimal pore size for D2/H2separation(~3Å).Here,we successfully modulate the poro sity of supramolecular frameworks of[CoⅡ12CoⅢ8(μ3-OH)24(X)]11+clusters(L=mono-deprotonated 1-iminoisoindole-3-amine,X=ClO4-or Cl-)by controlling the duration of self-assembly processes.By simply adjusting the reaction time,we obtain three[CoⅡ12CoⅢ8(μ3-OH)24(X)]11+supramolecular frameworks:[Co12ⅡCo8Ⅲ(μ3-OH)24(ClO4)L12)]·(Cl)4·(HCO2)7(1),[Co12ⅡCo8ⅢL12(μ3-OH)24(Cl)]·(ClO4)4·(Cl)6·(HCO2)·(H2O)10(2),and[Co12ⅡCo8ⅢL12(μ3-OH)24(Cl)]·(Cl)11·(H2O)12(3).The different stacking patterns of the[CoⅡ12CoⅢ8(μ3-OH)24(X)]11+clusters in these frameworks lead to significantly varied stabilities and porosities.Compound 1 exhibits permanent porosity with interconnected channels and maintains stability under harsh conditions.In contrast,compound 2 is nearly nonporous,and compound 3 becomes unstable upon desolvation.The pores of compound 1 show higher affinity to D2than H2,and the pore aperture diameter of compound 1(~3.06Å)meets the optimal porosity for D2/H2separation.Consequently,compound 1 demonstrates moderate D2/H2separation at 77 K(retention time:~7 min/g for D2/H2/Ne(10/10/80 vol%)in a flow of 5 mL/min).These results provide a new strategy to tune the porosities of porous supramolecular materials for target gas mixture separation.展开更多

Intervention based on“digital therapeutics”(DTs)to aid smoking cessation(SC)has developed in recent years.This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to explore the efficacy of DTs in SC.Databases(PubMed,Embase,S...Intervention based on“digital therapeutics”(DTs)to aid smoking cessation(SC)has developed in recent years.This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to explore the efficacy of DTs in SC.Databases(PubMed,Embase,Scopus,Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Xplore,ClinicalTrials,Science Direct,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database,Wanfang,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials)from inception to June 27,2022 were searched to collect randomized controlled trials focusing on use of DTs for SC.Revman 5.3 and Stata16 were used for meta-analysis.After literature screening,data extraction,and quality assessment by two researchers.33 studies(19,749 participants)were included.Compared with the control group,DTs significantly increased the prevalence of abstinence of smokers[OR=1.77,95%CI[1.39,2.26],p=0],significantly increased the point prevalence abstinence(PPA)[OR=1.45,95%CI[1.18,1.78],p=0],and improved participation in SC programs[OR=1.12,95%CI[1.01,1.24],p=0.038].Subgroup analysis showed that,among different intervention groups,the prevalence of DTs-assisted SC in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)smokers was higher than that in other groups[OR=5.18,95%CI[1.49,18.05],p=0.001],the prevalence of WeChat-assisted SC in smokers was higher than that in other groups[OR=4.37,95%CI[2.21,8.67],p=0].This meta-analysis showed that DTs-assisted SC improved the prevalence of abstinence,PPA,and increased the participation of smokers in SC programs.展开更多

摘要Ferroptosis,a newly recognized type of regulated cell death associated with intestinal epithelial dysfunction,can influence the onset and severity of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Thus,there is growing interest in the novel therapy targeting of ferroptosis for the treatment of IBD.Here,we investigated the effects of dietary supplementation of viable Lactiplantibacillus plantarum TXZ 2-35 on dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced ulcerative colitis in mice.The results revealed that the disease severity was alleviated by L.plantarum TXZ 2-35 as evidenced by increased body weight,colon length and decreased disease activity index(DAI).Moreover,supplementation with L.plantarum TXZ 2-35 downregulated the levels of inflammation-related cytokines,including tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in serum,as well as the oxidative enzyme myeloperoxidase(MPO)in the colon.Interestingly,transcriptomic data revealed that ferroptosis-related genes were significantly enriched after TXZ 2-35 supplementation.In addition,TXZ 2-35 restored morphological changes and attenuated the iron content in the colon,accompanied by increased glutathione peroxidase(GSH)and decreased malondialdehyde(MDA),which all together proved that L.plantarum TXZ 2-35 suppressed ferroptosis in colonic epithelial cells.We then sought to determine whether gut microbiota and its metabolites played a role in the process of ferroptosis changing.The results showed that TXZ 2-35 enhanced the abundance and diversity of beneficial bacteria such as Ruminococcus_1,Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group,and Anaeroplasma,while reducing levels of Dubosiella.Correlation analysis showed that the decreased level of phospholipid-polyunsaturated fatty acids(PL-PUFAs),gut microbiota metabolites,may be the cause of ferroptosis.In conclusion,our study indicates that TXZ 2-35 has strong potential as a therapeutic adjuvant for ulcerative colitis,through regulating gut microbiota and the metabolites and therefore decreasing ferroptosis.
摘要Objective:Prenatal diagnosis in cold regions faces distinctive challenges related to extreme cold climatic conditions,which can substantially reduce healthcare compliance among pregnant women and limit the accessibility and accuracy of local prenatal diagnostic services.However,targeted research on region-specific diagnostic barriers and optimized combined detection strategies remains insufficient.This study systematically investigated the unique challenges of prenatal diagnosis in cold regions,with particular emphasis on the impact of harsh climatic conditions on healthcare compliance among pregnant women and evaluated the clinical utility of integrating chromosomal karyotyping with copy number variation sequencing(CNV-seq).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted among high-risk pregnant women over a two-year period.Seasonal differences in prenatal clinic attendance were statistically analyzed to identify key barriers affecting healthcare compliance.Additionally,the clinical efficacy of combined chromosomal karyotyping and CNV-seq was systematically evaluated.Results:Retrospective analysis of high-risk pregnancies revealed a statistically significant decline in winter clinic attendance(χ2=9.51,P<0.05)over the two-year period,mainly associated with transportation difficulties,concerns regarding nosocomial infection,and local cultural practices.The combined use of chromosomal karyotyping and CNV-seq demonstrated complementary diagnostic value.Karyotyping identified 12 balanced translocations,23 sex chromosome aneuploidies,and 29 chromosomal polymorphic variants,while CNV-seq detected 19 pathogenic or likely pathogenic microdeletions/microduplications,including 16 pathogenic variants.Together,the two methods increased the overall abnormality detection rate to 18.64%(118/633),representing a 7.42%improvement over single-method detection strategies.Conclusions:Based on these findings,several regionally optimized strategies are proposed,including the establishment of a"central laboratory+satellite clinics"network,the promotion of non-invasive prenatal testing(NIPT)combined with first-trimester ultrasound screening to reduce unnecessary invasive procedures,and improved management of high-risk pregnancies through tele-genetic counseling,winter green-channel services,and vitamin D supplementation.This study provides both theoretical and practical frameworks for improving the precision,accessibility,and equity of prenatal diagnostic systems in cold regions.

摘要Wind power has been developing rapidly as a key measure to mitigate human-driven global warming.The under-standing of the development and impacts of wind farms on local climate and vegetation is of great importance for their rational use but is still limited.In this study,we combined remote sensing and on-site investigations to identify wind farm locations in Inner Mongolia and performed landscape pattern analyses using Fragstats.We explored the impacts of wind farms on land surface temperature(LST)and vegetation net primary productivity(NPP)between 1990 and 2020 by contrasting these metrics in wind farms with those in non-wind farm areas.The results showed that the area of wind farms increased rapidly from 1.2 km2 in 1990 to 10,755 km2 in 2020.Spatially,wind farms are mainly clustered in three aggregation areas in the center.Further,wind farms increased nighttime LST,with a mean value of 0.23℃,but had minor impacts on the daytime LST.Moreover,wind farms caused a decline in NPP,especially over forest areas,with an average reduction of 12.37 GC/m2.Given the impact of wind farms on LST and NPP,we suggest that the development of wind farms should fully consider their direct and potential impacts.This study provides scientific guidance on the spatial pattern of future wind farms.

摘要Layered rock strata are observed to be common during the excavation of tunnels or cavities,and may significantly affect the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock masses due to various complex forms and mechanical properties.In this paper,we propose a three-dimensional axisymmetric velocity field for roof collapse of shallow cavities in multi rock layers,by considering the influences of roof cross-section shapes,supporting pressure,ground overload,etc.The internal energy dissipation rate and work rates of external forces corresponding to the velocity field are computed by employing the Hoek-Brown strength criterion and its associated flow rule.Further,the equations of the collapse surfaces and the corresponding weight of collapsing rock masses are derived on the basis of upper bound theorem.Furthermore,we validate the proposed method by comparing the results of numerical calculations and existing research findings.The change laws of the collapse range under varying parameters are obtained for the presence of rectangular and spherical cavities.We also find that the three-dimensional mechanism is relatively safer for engineering designing actually,compared with the traditional two-dimensional mechanism.All these conclusions may provide workable guidelines for the support design of shallow cavities in layered rock strata practically.

摘要This article focuses on reviewing the technologies of persistent scatterer interferometry (PSI), which has been often used to monitor the deformation of Earth surface. Three critical steps in the implementation of PSI were introduced, i.e., (1) detection of persistent scatterer (PS), (2) construction of PS network, and (3) PSI modeling and solution. Finally, the main problems and outlooks on the PSI technique are discussed and given.

摘要To improve the performance of real-time recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA),a microfluidic system with active mixing is developed to optimize the reaction dynamics.Instead of adopting a single typical reaction chamber,a specific reactor including a relatively large chamber in center with two adjacent zig-zag channels at two sides is integrated into the microfluidic chip.Active mixing is achieved by driving the viscous reagent between the chamber and the channel back and forth periodically with an outside compact peristaltic pump.To avoid reagent evapora-tion,one end of the reactor is sealed with paraffin oil.A hand-held companion device is developed to facilitate real-time RPA amplification within 20 min.The whole area of the reactor is heated with a resistance heater to provide uniform reaction temperature.To achieve real-time monitoring,a compact fluorescence detection module is integrated into the hand-held device.A smartphone with custom application software is adopted to control the hand-held device and display the real-time fluorescence curves.The performances of two cases with and without active on-chip mixing are compared between each other by detecting African swine fever viruses.It has been demonstrated that,with active on-chip mixing,the amplification efficiency and detection sensitivity can be signifi-cantly improved.
摘要背景与目的 肺腺癌易发生脑转移,患者预后极差。蛋白磷酸酶1调节亚基13样(protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 13-like, PPP1R13L)基因编码的p53凋亡刺激蛋白家族抑制成员(inhibitor of apoptosis-stimulating protein of p53, iASPP)蛋白是p53通路的关键抑制因子,在多种肿瘤中促癌,但其在肺腺癌脑转移中的作用未知。本研究通过单细胞测序数据整合与临床样本分析,旨在分析肺腺癌脑转移患者的肿瘤微环境特征,并探讨PPP1R13L在脑转移组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法 收集2014年1月至2024年12月新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院就诊的4例肺腺癌脑转移和2例少突胶质细胞瘤患者的脑组织进行单细胞测序,并结合公共数据库中4例肺腺癌样本和4例正常肺组织样本的单细胞测序数据解析肿瘤微环境;另收集此医院50例肺腺癌脑转移患者的临床资料及石蜡切片,采用免疫组化技术检测iASPP蛋白表达,分析其与临床特征及预后的关系。结果 相较于胶质瘤和肺腺癌组,肺腺癌脑转移组特异的上皮细胞主要富集于氧化磷酸化、细胞凋亡、缺氧和p53通路;PPP1R13L作为上调差异基因,在脑转移组特异上皮细胞亚群高表达;PPP1R13L阳性细胞与成纤维细胞交互作用显著,激活细胞-基质黏附相关通路,关键配体-受体对为I型胶原蛋白α1链-白细胞分化抗原44(collagen type I alpha 1 chain-cluster of differentiation 44, COL1A1-CD44)。临床数据分析显示,吸烟史(HR=2.543, 95%CI:1.159-5.583, P=0.020)和iASPP高表达(HR=3.351, 95%CI:1.310-8.575, P=0.012)为肺腺癌脑转移患者预后的独立危险因素。结论 本研究阐明了肺腺癌脑转移微环境中上皮细胞与成纤维细胞的相互作用,提示PPP1R13L可作为潜在预后标志物及治疗靶点,为肺腺癌脑转移的精准治疗提供依据。

摘要Oil-pressboard system is the main insulation form of oil-immersed transformers,which is prone to partial discharge(PD)and subsequent faults due to contamination or moisture ingress.To investigate the evolutionary characteristics of PD streamers under varying voltages and insulation dimensions,streamer images were captured using a high-speed camera system.An image restoration algorithm was proposed,which integrates the Retinex theory with bilateral filtering and k-dimensional tree(KD-tree)-based methods.This algorithm allows for the enhancement of image contrast while ensuring that edge details are preserved and fragmented streamer channels are reconnected.By varying the applied voltage,needle-plate gap length and pressboard thickness,patterns in streamer area and the number of bifurcations were analysed.These variations were microscopically explained in terms of electric field distortion and the dielectric matching between oil and pressboard insulation.It was found that larger streamer areas are produced by higher voltages and longer needle-plate gaps.Additionally,under elevated voltages or prolonged energisation,multiple streamer patterns are generated due to the presence of photoionisation and bubble formation.Furthermore,an increased number of bifurcations is observed with longer gaps and more uniform dielectric matching between oil and pressboard.The results obtained here enrich the evolution mechanism of PD and provide theoretical guidance for the dielectric matching of transformer oil and pressboard.

摘要The partial discharge occurring in the weak part of the insulation of a converter transformer results in the formation of a large number of bubbles in the insulating oil.The migration,deformation,and other dynamic behaviors of bubbles in the region of a strong electric field can cause them to easily accumulate into“small bridges”of impurities that can lead to breakdown of the oil gap.The authors of this study experimentally investigate and discuss the mechanisms of migration and deformation of bubbles in oil during partial discharge under composite AC/DC voltage to clarify their dynamic behaviors.The influence of the initial position of the bubbles on their trajectory of migration and velocity as well as the morphological changes occurring in them are analyzed using numerical simulations.The results show that the bubbles move away from the strong electric field due to the action of the dielectrophoretic force.The interface of the bubbles is longitudinally stretched under the action of the electrostrictive force and the vertical component of the drag force and gradually recovers to assume a spherical shape under the influence of surface tension and the horizontal component of the drag force.

摘要Power transformers are vital components in electric grids;however,methods to optimise their loading to extend lifespan while accounting for insulation degradation remain underdeveloped.This research paper introduces a novel integrated data-driven framework that combines particle filtering and model predictive health(PF-MPH)model for the predictive health manage-ment of power transformers.Initially,the particle filter probabilistically estimates power transformers'remaining life(RL)using direct winding hotspot temperature(χH)measurements.The obtained RLwill then be used to calculate the degree of poly-merisation(DP)level and assess the current insulation condition.After that,a comparative analysis between direct and model-basedχHmeasurement methods is performed to highlight the superior accuracy of direct measurements for predictive health management.Then,the MPH optimisation algorithm,which uses the RLand DP forecasts from the PF method,derives an optimal trajectory over the transformer's RLthat balances the costs of increased loading against the benefits gained from prolonged insulation longevity.The findings show that the proposed PF-MPH model has successfully reduced the χHby 2.46%over the predicted 19 years.This approach is expected to enable grid operators to optimise transformer loading schedules to extend the RLof these critical assets in a cost-effective manner.

摘要Systematicly tuning the porosities of porous materials is crucial for targeted gas mixture separation,yet it remains a longstending challenge.As a common strategy,altering the phenylene ring count in the organic building units has been exploited to adjust pore apertures in metal organic frameworks(MOFs)and covalent organic frameworks(COFs),re sulting in only a stepwise pore size variation of approximately 2.8?.Unlike MOFs and COFs,the porosities for supramolecular assembly frameworks are highly dependent on the packings of the molecular building units in the lattice.The above strategy cannot be applied to supramolecular assembly frameworks and other strategies are required to adjust pore apertures in supramolecular frameworks,especially to achieve porous materials with the optimal pore size for D2/H2separation(~3Å).Here,we successfully modulate the poro sity of supramolecular frameworks of[CoⅡ12CoⅢ8(μ3-OH)24(X)]11+clusters(L=mono-deprotonated 1-iminoisoindole-3-amine,X=ClO4-or Cl-)by controlling the duration of self-assembly processes.By simply adjusting the reaction time,we obtain three[CoⅡ12CoⅢ8(μ3-OH)24(X)]11+supramolecular frameworks:[Co12ⅡCo8Ⅲ(μ3-OH)24(ClO4)L12)]·(Cl)4·(HCO2)7(1),[Co12ⅡCo8ⅢL12(μ3-OH)24(Cl)]·(ClO4)4·(Cl)6·(HCO2)·(H2O)10(2),and[Co12ⅡCo8ⅢL12(μ3-OH)24(Cl)]·(Cl)11·(H2O)12(3).The different stacking patterns of the[CoⅡ12CoⅢ8(μ3-OH)24(X)]11+clusters in these frameworks lead to significantly varied stabilities and porosities.Compound 1 exhibits permanent porosity with interconnected channels and maintains stability under harsh conditions.In contrast,compound 2 is nearly nonporous,and compound 3 becomes unstable upon desolvation.The pores of compound 1 show higher affinity to D2than H2,and the pore aperture diameter of compound 1(~3.06Å)meets the optimal porosity for D2/H2separation.Consequently,compound 1 demonstrates moderate D2/H2separation at 77 K(retention time:~7 min/g for D2/H2/Ne(10/10/80 vol%)in a flow of 5 mL/min).These results provide a new strategy to tune the porosities of porous supramolecular materials for target gas mixture separation.

摘要Accumulating evidence indicates that RIPK1 is associated with inflammation and apoptotic.RIPK1 deficiency leads to proinflammatory signaling impaired.However,only few patients with homozygous loss-of-function mutation in RIPK1 gene had been reported until now.Here,we report a Chinese combined immunodeficiency patient.He had recurrent infection,diarrhea after 3 months old.Immune function indicated that T,B and NK cells decreased significantly but immunoglobulins approximately remained normal.Whole-exome sequencing indicated that he had novel compound heterozygous mutations(c.998 C>A from his mother and c.1934 C>T from his father)in RIPK1 gene,which were confirmed by Sanger sequencing.Our study reports novel mutations in RIPK1 gene and new phenotype of patient with RIPK1 deficiency.
摘要Intervention based on“digital therapeutics”(DTs)to aid smoking cessation(SC)has developed in recent years.This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to explore the efficacy of DTs in SC.Databases(PubMed,Embase,Scopus,Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Xplore,ClinicalTrials,Science Direct,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database,Wanfang,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials)from inception to June 27,2022 were searched to collect randomized controlled trials focusing on use of DTs for SC.Revman 5.3 and Stata16 were used for meta-analysis.After literature screening,data extraction,and quality assessment by two researchers.33 studies(19,749 participants)were included.Compared with the control group,DTs significantly increased the prevalence of abstinence of smokers[OR=1.77,95%CI[1.39,2.26],p=0],significantly increased the point prevalence abstinence(PPA)[OR=1.45,95%CI[1.18,1.78],p=0],and improved participation in SC programs[OR=1.12,95%CI[1.01,1.24],p=0.038].Subgroup analysis showed that,among different intervention groups,the prevalence of DTs-assisted SC in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)smokers was higher than that in other groups[OR=5.18,95%CI[1.49,18.05],p=0.001],the prevalence of WeChat-assisted SC in smokers was higher than that in other groups[OR=4.37,95%CI[2.21,8.67],p=0].This meta-analysis showed that DTs-assisted SC improved the prevalence of abstinence,PPA,and increased the participation of smokers in SC programs.
