Plant height is an essential characteristic of agronomic traits,and an ideal plant height is essential for achieving high crop yields.Foxtail millet(Setaria italica)has become a novel diploid C4 model crop.The proteomic profiles of the internode,node,and leaf in two foxtail millet varieties with different heights,Ci846 and Yugu 18,were investigated at the jointing stage in this study.There were different degrees of enrichment in various processes,such as plant hormone signal transduction,the MAPK signaling pathway,and others.In particular,the proper content of auxin could activate downstream SiARFsSiSAURs expression,which enhances the length of internodes.Haplotype analysis of SiSAUR-like revealed two differential haplotypes of associated plant height,Hap1 and Hap2.The molecular marker SiSAUR-like-FCM1-2 can effectively separate materials into Hap1 and Hap2.Two additional genes,designated SiGH3 and SiTCH4,were found to be associated with plant height regulation.In conclusion,this study not only uncovers the crucial role of auxin regulators in modulating plant height during the jointing stage but also provides molecular markers that will be invaluable for molecular breeding efforts.The findings of this research help to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of plant height determination that can be used for crop variety innovation and breeding. 展开更多

Background:The gut microbiome has emerged as a critical modulator of cancer immunotherapy response.However,the mechanisms by which gut-associated metabolites influence checkpoint blockade efficacy in prostate cancer(PC)remain not fully explored.The study aimed to explore how gut metabolites regulate death-ligand 1(PD-L1)blockade via exosomes and boost immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)in PC.Methods:We recruited 70 PC patients to set up into five subgroups.The integrated multi-omics analysis was performed.In parallel,we validated the function of gut microbiome-associated metabolites on PD-L1 production and immunotherapy treatment efficacy in PC cell lines and transgenic adenocarcinoma of the mouse prostate(TRAMP)models.Results:We identified two metabolites,16(R)-Hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid(16(R)-HETE)and 6-Keto-Prostaglandin E1(6-Keto-PGE1),that positively correlated with the plasma exosomal PD-L1 levels.The in vitro experiments found that both 16(R)-HETE and 6-Keto-PGE1 can enhance PD-L1 expression at the mRNA,protein,and exosome levels in both human and mouse PC cell lines,which were also validated in vivo based on subcutaneous mouse models.Both metabolites significantly promoted the anti-PD-L1 efficacy against PC in situ on a TRAMP mouse model.Conclusions:Targeting the“gut-tumor metabolic axis”is a promising strategy to improve the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in tumors. 展开更多

针对三轴承型核主泵在厂内测试和电站服役期出现的轴位移幅值过大、波动超限问题,本文以“华龙一号”机组某三轴承轴封型主泵为研究对象,基于流体动力学和转子动力学计算方法,深入探究核主泵轴系的振动特征,重点研究水导轴承间隙率(研... 针对三轴承型核主泵在厂内测试和电站服役期出现的轴位移幅值过大、波动超限问题,本文以“华龙一号”机组某三轴承轴封型主泵为研究对象,基于流体动力学和转子动力学计算方法,深入探究核主泵轴系的振动特征,重点研究水导轴承间隙率(研究范围0.1%~0.2%)对液膜环流特性及核主泵轴系转子动力学特征(包括振动幅值空间分布、轴心轨迹、频率成分等)的影响,进而为三轴承型核主泵设计改进、设备可靠性提升作支撑。研究发现:水导轴承间隙率对液膜流体的湍流与层流功率损失比有显著影响,当间隙率较小时,湍流损耗减小,水导轴承主阻尼大幅提高,使得洛马金效应显著增强,从而提升轴系的稳定性;水导轴承间隙率对三轴承型核主泵振动幅值有显著影响,在较小间隙率条件下,核主泵轴系整体的振动幅值显著降低;水导轴承间隙率对三轴承型核主泵“水膜涡动”有显著影响,在较小的间隙率条件下,洛马金效应得到显著增强,从而能够有效抑制“水膜涡动”所伴随的半频分量振动。研究成果有助于核主泵的结构优化设计、振动治理、故障诊断及电站的运维管理。 展开更多

随着物联网与机器人技术的深度融合,构建高效可靠的通信网络成为支持机器人协同作业的关键基础。针对机器人系统在动态复杂环境中对通信网络提出的低时延、高可靠性与轻量化需求,提出一种基于邻居信息推测的广播优化(SRB,speculative re... 随着物联网与机器人技术的深度融合,构建高效可靠的通信网络成为支持机器人协同作业的关键基础。针对机器人系统在动态复杂环境中对通信网络提出的低时延、高可靠性与轻量化需求,提出一种基于邻居信息推测的广播优化(SRB,speculative reception-based broadcasting)算法。该算法通过引入邻居管理与推测接收机制,有效解决了传统泛洪算法中“广播风暴”、冗余转发和能耗过高等问题。SRB利用节点间周期交换的邻居信息,推测其邻居是否已接收到当前数据包,从而决策是否转发,避免不必要的重复传输。通过仿真和机器人原型系统对所提算法进行了性能评估,实验结果表明,SRB在数据包可达率、端到端时延、转发率等关键指标上均优于传统泛洪算法。 展开更多

Background:Dysregulation of enhancer transcription occurs in multiple cancers.Enhancer RNAs(eRNAs)are transcribed products from enhancers that play critical roles in transcriptional control.Characterizing the genetic basis of eRNA expression may elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying cancers.Methods:Initially,a comprehensive analysis of eRNA quantitative trait loci(eRNAQTLs)was performed in The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA),and functional features were characterized using multi-omics data.To establish the first eRNAQTL profiles for colorectal cancer(CRC)in China,epigenomic data were used to define active enhancers,which were subsequently integrated with transcription and genotyping data from 154 paired CRC samples.Finally,largescale case-control studies(34,585 cases and 69,544 controls)were conducted along with multipronged experiments to investigate the potential mechanisms by which candidate eRNAQTLs affect CRC risk.Results:A total of 300,112 eRNAQTLs were identified across 30 different cancer types,which exert their influence on eRNA transcription by modulating chromatin status,binding affinity to transcription factors and RNA-binding proteins.These eRNAQTLs were found to be significantly enriched in cancer risk loci,explaining a substantial proportion of cancer heritability.Additionally,tumor-specific eRNAQTLs exhibited high responsiveness to the development of cancer.Moreover,the target genes of these eRNAs were associated with dysregulated signaling pathways and immune cell infiltration in cancer,highlighting their potential as therapeutic targets.Furthermore,multiple ethnic population studies have confirmed that an eRNAQTL rs3094296-T variant decreases the risk of CRC in populations from China(OR=0.91,95%CI 0.88–0.95,P=2.92×10-7)and Europe(OR=0.92,95%CI 0.88–0.95,P=4.61×10-6).Mechanistically,rs3094296 had an allele-specific effect on the transcription of the eRNA ENSR00000155786,which functioned as a transcriptional activator promoting the expression of its target gene SENP7.These two genes synergistically suppressed tumor cell proliferation.Our curated list of variants,genes,and drugs has been made available in CancereRNAQTL(http://gffzz7ae2bb80e0cc4912h6ucbxw9wcfuf6bcw.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/#/)to serve as an informative resource for advancing this field.Conclusion:Our findings underscore the significance of eRNAQTLs in transcriptional regulation and disease heritability,pinpointing the potential of eRNA-based therapeutic strategies in cancers. 展开更多

The development of efficient and durable electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)holds a pivotal significance in the successful commercialization of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs)but is still challenging.Herein,we report a worm-liked PtCu nanocrystals dispersed on nitrogen-doped carbon hollow microspheres(Pt0.38Cu0.62/N-HCS).Benefiting from its structural and compositional advantages,the resulting Pt0.38Cu0.62/N-HCS catalyst delivers exceptional electrocatalytic activity for ORR,with a half-wave potential(E1/2)of 0.837 V,a mass activity of 0.672 A mgPt-1,and a Tafel slope of 50.66 mV dec-1,surpassing that of commercial Pt/C.Moreover,the Pt0.38Cu0.62/N-HCS follows the desired four-electron transfer mechanism throughout the ORR process,thereby displaying a high selectivity for direct reduction of O2to H2O.Remarkably,this catalyst also showcases high stability,with only a 25 mV drop in E1/2after 10,000 cycles in an acidic electrolyte.Theoretical calculations elucidate the incorporation of Cu into Pt lattice induces compressive strain,which effectively tailors the d band center of Pt active sites and strengthens the surface chemisorption of O2molecules on PtCu alloys.Consequently,the Pt0.38Cu0.62/N-HCS catalyst exhibits an improved ability to adsorb O2molecules on its surface,accelerating the reaction kinetics of O2conversion to*OOH.Additionally,Cu atoms,not only serving as sacrificial anode,undergo preferential oxidation during PEMFCs operation when compared to Pt,but also the stable Cu species in PtCu alloys contributes significantly to maintaining the strain effect,collectively enhancing both activity and durability.Overall,this research offers an effective and promising approach to enhance the activity and stability of Pt-based ORR electrocatalysts in PEMFCs. 展开更多

New fossils pertaining to the oldest known Asian plesiadapiform, the Gashatan carpolestid Subengius mengi, clarify aspects of the dental anatomy of this taxon. The dentition of S. mengi is substantially more primitive than previously recognized in retaining a lower dental formula of 2.1.3.3, a low-crowned p4 with three main cusps that are less fully connate than their counterparts in species of Elphidotarsius, P3 with a narrower and structurally simpler lingual margin, and in lacking widely splayed paraconid and metaconid on ml. The unique structure of P3 in S. mengi and a reassessment of P3 anatomy in Elphidotarsius sp., cf. E. florencae, suggest that certain cusp homologies on P3 in Carpolestidae have been misinterpreted in the past. Following a detailed character analysis, the phylogenetic relationships of carpolestids and their close relatives are reconstructed. The Bumbanian taxon Chronolestes simul is recovered as the most basal member of Carpolestidae. S. mengi and a second Bumbanian taxon, Carpocristes oriens, also appear to be relatively basal members of the carpolestid radiation, although none of these Asian carpolestid taxa seems to be specially related to each other. Dispersal of carpolestids between Asia and North America appears to have been restricted to earlier parts of the Paleocene, although carpolestids survived on both continents until sometime near the Paleocene-Eocene boundary. 展开更多

In this paper,a linear optimization method(LOM)for the design of terahertz circuits is presented,aimed at enhancing the simulation efficacy and reducing the time of the circuit design workflow.This method enables the rapid determination of optimal embedding impedance for diodes across a specific bandwidth to achieve maximum efficiency through harmonic balance simulations.By optimizing the linear matching circuit with the optimal embedding impedance,the method effectively segregates the simulation of the linear segments from the nonlinear segments in the frequency multiplier circuit,substantially improving the speed of simulations.The design of on-chip linear matching circuits adopts a modular circuit design strategy,incorporating fixed load resistors to simplify the matching challenge.Utilizing this approach,a 340 GHz frequency doubler was developed and measured.The results demonstrate that,across a bandwidth of 330 GHz to 342 GHz,the efficiency of the doubler remains above 10%,with an input power ranging from 98 mW to 141mW and an output power exceeding 13 mW.Notably,at an input power of 141 mW,a peak output power of 21.8 mW was achieved at 334 GHz,corresponding to an efficiency of 15.8%. 展开更多

In wideband noncooperative interference cancellation,the reference signals obtained through auxiliary antennas are weighted to cancel with the interference signal.The correlation between the reference signal and the interference signal determines interference cancellation performance,while the auxiliary antenna array affects the correlation by influencing the amplitude and phase of the reference signals.This paper analyzes the effect of auxiliary antenna array on multiple performances of wideband noncooperative interference cancellation.Firstly,the array received signal model of wideband interference is established,and the weight vector coupled with the auxiliary antennas array manifold is solved by spectral analysis and eigen-subspace decomposition.Then,multiple performances which include cancellation resolution,grating null,wideband interference cancellation ratio(ICR),and convergence rate are quantitatively characterized with the auxiliary antenna array.It is obtained through analysis that the performances mutually restrict the auxiliary antenna array.Higher cancellation resolution requires larger array aperture,but when the number of auxiliary antennas is fixed,larger array aperture results in more grating nulls.When the auxiliary antennas are closer to the main antenna,the wideband ICR is improved,but the convergence rate is reduced.The conclusions are verified through simulation of one-dimensional uniform array and two-dimensional nonuniform array.The experiments of three arrays are compared,and the results conform well with simulation and support the theoretical analysis. 展开更多

目的探讨长期接触低剂量电离辐射的医疗放射工作人员肝肾功能健康情况,为职业健康监护提供科学依据。方法通过监测收集某医院2020—2022年2242名医疗放射工作人员的职业健康检查资料,以进行在岗或离岗检查的1800名人员资料作为暴露组,... 目的探讨长期接触低剂量电离辐射的医疗放射工作人员肝肾功能健康情况,为职业健康监护提供科学依据。方法通过监测收集某医院2020—2022年2242名医疗放射工作人员的职业健康检查资料,以进行在岗或离岗检查的1800名人员资料作为暴露组,以同期内进行岗前健康检查的442名人员资料作为对照组。收集肝肾功能相关的生化指标以及腹部B超结果,并对肝肾功能的影响因素进行统计分析。结果暴露组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(gamma-glutamyl transferase,GGT)、球蛋白(globulin,Glo),白球比(albumin-globulin ratio,A/G)高于对照组(t=5.527、5.775、3.614、5.014,P<0.05);白蛋白(albumin,ALB)比对照组低(t=-4.650,P<0.05)。ALT、GGT异常率高于对照组(χ2=15.410、6.311,P<0.05);暴露组尿素(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、肌酐(creatinine,CR)、尿酸(uric acid,UA)值分别为4.92 mmol/L、70.85 mmol/L和377.15 mmol/L,均高于对照组(t=2.191、2.012、2.297,P<0.05);尿酸异常率高于对照组(χ2=4.991,P<0.05)。暴露组放射工作人员肝肾异常率分别为14.32%和4.28%,暴露组B超肝异常检出率低于对照组(OR=0.702,95%CI=0.539~0.913);暴露组B超肾异常检出率为38.8%,也低于对照组(OR=0.602,95%CI=0.350~1.035)。结论长期低剂量电离辐射会引起放射工作人员肝、肾功能异常。 展开更多

In this study,we analyzed the characteristics of three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix spectra(EEMs)of 150 samples from five industrial wastewater types and domestic sewage to track water pollution sources effectively.We then developed a recognition model for wastewater EEMs by establishing a feature dataset containing fluorescence peak values and parameters derived from EEMs,integrated with machine learning techniques.This model enables the rapid and precise identification of pollution sources.Our findings suggest that although the EEMs of the sixwastewater categories are distinct,visual differentiation is challenging.This was confirmed by cosine similarity assessments,showing some samples with low within-group(0.95)similarities.Despite significant variations in EEMs features acrosswastewater categories,identifying specific pollutants remains difficult,especially for pulp mills and leather effluents.Among the tested classification algorithms,Support Vector Machine(SVM)achieved the highest performance with91.7%accuracy,94%precision,91%recall,and 92%F1-score,outperforming K-Nearest Neighbors and Partial Least Squares Discriminant Analysis.The SVM significantly improved identification accuracy for pulpmill and leather processing wastewaters compared to other models.To enhance identification accuracy,further exploration of EEMs features and expanding the training dataset are recommended.Combining EEMs features with machine learning presents a promising method for improvingwater pollution supervision and source tracing in environmental management practices. 展开更多

Through the overview of the development history of Tianjin Concession Parks, this paper analyzed the historical significance of Tianjin Concession Parks and put forward its existing problems, then summed up a series of strategies of sustainable development as follows: adhering to the Florence Charter; retaining the original form and texture of the Concession Parks; adopting a dynamic philosophy of protection and preservation; integrating with citizens' social life; supplementing and improving infrastructure facilities; and achieving environmental regeneration by planting. All these efforts are expected to contribute to making a balance between the development and construction of urban cities and the preservation of historical features, as well as provide lessons for inheriting urban history and culture in the future. 展开更多

【目的】分析广布种狗尾草Setaria viridis器官间的养分化学计量模式及其驱动因子,揭示狗尾草在大区域尺度下的资源获取策略和生长适应性。【方法】选取中国东南湿润区至西北干旱区降水梯度带上10处样点,以广布种狗尾草为目标植物,测定... 【目的】分析广布种狗尾草Setaria viridis器官间的养分化学计量模式及其驱动因子,揭示狗尾草在大区域尺度下的资源获取策略和生长适应性。【方法】选取中国东南湿润区至西北干旱区降水梯度带上10处样点,以广布种狗尾草为目标植物,测定其根、茎、叶的碳、氮、磷化学计量指标,采用单因素方差分析与主成分分析等方法,探究狗尾草化学计量沿降水梯度带的变异规律,用结构方程模型和层次分割法进一步揭示驱动化学计量变异的主要环境因子。【结果】(1)狗尾草各器官全碳质量分数变异系数最低(根为9.13%,叶为11.70%),而全氮、全磷变异较大,反映了限制性元素对环境变化的敏感响应。(2)纬度与海拔等地理因子对化学计量特征无显著直接效应,其影响主要通过调控气候与土壤条件而间接实现。(3)器官间环境驱动因子存在分化:根化学计量变异主要由土壤因子解释,茎变异主要受气候因子主导,叶化学计量特征则与年均降水量、光合有效辐射和土壤全磷呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。【结论】狗尾草器官间化学计量特征在不同样点间存在显著分异,主要由环境因子(气候、土壤)驱动。植物的化学多样性是由大尺度气候条件筛选出的基础资源利用策略(第1主成分)与局部土壤异质性(尤其是磷)所细化的具体适应性特征(第2主成分)通过层级调控共同决定的。这些发现强调了从器官尺度理解植物适应性分异的重要性,为更精准地预测未来气候变化下植物的响应与适应轨迹提供了新的视角。 展开更多

Although multifunctional electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding materials with ultrahigh electromagnetic wave absorption are highly required to solve increasingly serious electromagnetic radiation and pollution and meet multi-scenario applications,EMI shielding materials usually cause a lot of reflection and have a single function.To realize the broadband absorption-dominated EMI shielding via absorption-reflection-reabsorption mechanisms and the interference cancelation effect,multifunctional asymmetric bilayer aerogels are designed by sequential printing of a MXene-graphene oxide(MG)layer with a MG emulsion ink and a conductive MXene layer with a MXene ink and subsequent freeze-drying for generating and solidifying numerous pores in the aerogels.The top MG layer of the asymmetric bilayer aerogel optimizes impedance matching and achieves re-absorption,while the bottom MXene layer enhances the reflection of the incident electromagnetic waves.As a result,the asymmetric bilayer aerogel achieves an average absorption coefficient of 0.95 in the X-band and shows the tunable absorption ability to electromagnetic wave in the ultrawide band from 8.2 to 40 GHz.Finite element simulations substantiate the effectiveness of the asymmetric bilayer aerogel for electromagnetic wave absorption.The multifunctional bilayer aerogels exhibit hydrophobicity,thermal insulation and Joule heating capacities and are efficient in solar-thermal/electric heating,infrared stealth,and clean-up of spilled oil. 展开更多

We report new material of the zalambdalestid,Zhangolestes jilinensis,from the Quantou Formation(lower Upper Cretaceous,Cenomanian to Turonian),Gongzhuling City,Jilin Province,NE China.Using micro-CT-scan,the material is shown to include dentocranial and postcranial elements recovered from the same matrix block containing the holotype specimen.The CT-images also show the labial and internal structures of the holotype fragment of the lower jaw of Z.jilinensis.Based on the preservation,relative size,and tooth wear,the new material and the holotype lower jaw likely belong to the same individual animal,whereas the hypodigm mandibular fragment assigned to Z.jilinensis in the original study is thought now to belong to a different individual,potentially representing a different species,which,if true,would increase the eutherian diversity in the Late Cretaceous Changchunsaurus Fauna.Furthermore,the new CT-images show that the incisor morphology is diverse within zalambdalestids and probably evolved independently from the enlarged incisors in placental mammals,such as Glires. 展开更多

外周动脉闭塞性疾病(PAOD)是血管外科常见疾病,目前主要介入治疗是球囊扩张联合支架植入术,但需多次器械交换,增加手术风险和成本。支架在长期使用中常面临疲劳断裂、腐蚀穿孔及表面磨损等问题,导致使用寿命缩短。为了系统地评价自主研... 外周动脉闭塞性疾病(PAOD)是血管外科常见疾病,目前主要介入治疗是球囊扩张联合支架植入术,但需多次器械交换,增加手术风险和成本。支架在长期使用中常面临疲劳断裂、腐蚀穿孔及表面磨损等问题,导致使用寿命缩短。为了系统地评价自主研发的新型一体式球囊支架系统的自膨式镍钛合金血管支架的安全可靠性(专利号:ZL 201821340207.3),本研究从支架柔顺性、腐蚀敏感度、表面磨损情况、疲劳强度及球囊性能等多维度展开研究。通过构建模拟血管环境的疲劳耐久性测试(3.8亿次循环)、激光共聚焦显微镜表面磨损分析、电化学腐蚀敏感度测试及血管模型柔顺性检测等实验方法,发现0.165 mm镍钛(NiTi)形状记忆合金单丝编织并打磨处理后的一体式球囊支架表现出优异性能:疲劳强度满足10年使用寿命要求(3.8亿次循环后无断裂、移位),柔顺性良好(最小弯曲半径15 mm时内腔通畅),表面磨损深度较普通支架降低40%,且无明显腐蚀击穿痕迹现象。此外,球囊额定爆破压达22.1 atm,疲劳测试10次循环无泄漏。本研究通过对比实验发现,新型一体式球囊支架的疲劳强度、抗腐蚀性和耐磨损性能显著优于普通支架。该支架系统兼具形状记忆和耐疲劳性、抗腐蚀性、耐磨损等优点,安全性能较好。 展开更多
