To achieve large depth in-situ condition-preserved coring(ICP-Coring) in the extreme lunar environment, first, lunar rock simulant was selected(SZU-1), which has a material composition, element distribution, and physical and mechanical properties that are approximately equivalent to those of lunar mare basalt. Second, the influence of the lunar-based in-situ environment on the phase, microstructure, and thermal physical properties(specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and thermal expansion coefficient)of SZU-1 was explored and compared with the measured lunar rock data. It was found that in an air atmosphere, low temperature has a more pronounced effect on the relative content of olivine than other temperatures, while in a vacuum atmosphere, the relative contents of olivine and anorthite are significantly affected only at temperatures of approximately-20 and 200 ℃. When the vacuum level is less than100 Pa, the contribution of air conduction can be almost neglected, whereas it becomes dominant above this threshold. Additionally, as the testing temperature increases, the surface of SZU-1 exhibits increased microcracking, fracture opening, and unevenness, while the specific heat capacity, thermal conductivity, and thermal expansion coefficient show nonlinear increases. Conversely, the thermal diffusivity exhibits a nonlinear decreasing trend. The relationship between thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and temperature can be effectively described by an exponential function(R2>0.98). The research results are consistent with previous studies on real lunar rocks. These research findings are expected to be applied in the development of the test and analysis systems of ICP-Coring in a lunar environment and the exploration of the mechanism of machine-rock interaction in the in-situ drilling and coring process.展开更多

摘要Hydrochloric acid(HCl)extensively exists in deep underground projects, arising from the transportation of industrial raw materials or fracturing fluids of petroleum engineering. It results in corrosion, which can significantly impact the stability of surrounding rock structures.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the degradation of rock corroded by the HCl solution is an essential task for underground engineering. In this study, the granite specimens are initially treated with the HCl solution with various concentrations. Then, the tests and analyses, such as electrical conductivity(EC)measurements, mineral composition assays, and Brazilian splitting tests, are employed to investigate the corrosion mechanism of the HCl solution. Our results and findings are generally as follows:(1)As the immersion time increases, the EC exhibits a relatively high level at pH value of 1,a decreasing trend at pH value of 3,and an increasing trend at pH value of 5 and 7.(2)The HCl solutions with various concentration have different effect on mineral composition, characterized by an increase in proportion of SiO2 and a reduction in proportion of Na2O,Al2O3,K2O,MgO,and CaO,as the solution pH value decreases.(3)After immersion in the solutions with pH values of 1,3,and 5,the tensile strength of the granite decreases by 23.85%,20.84%,and 20.24%;the average stiffness of the specimen decreases by 29.29%,23.43%,and 11.97%;the proportion of releasable energy increases by 6%,4%,and -2%;the releasable energy decreases by 54.96%,26.09%,and 14.52%;and the dissipated energy decreases by approximately 68.85%,41.39%,and 5.41%,respectively.(4)The evolution of physical and mechanical properties of the immersed granite specimen can be analyzed from a chemical aspect. The corrosive action of HCl cleaves Si–O and Al–O chemical bonds within the granite, particularly altering the tetrahedral structures of its silicate components. This process involves breaking existing chemical bonds and the formation of new ones, ultimately destroying the silicate molecular structures. As the concentration of HCl increases, the rate of these reactions accelerates, progressively weakening the chemical bonds and consequently deteriorating the mechanical characteristics of the granite. These findings can deepen our knowledge about the corrosion effect of HCI solutions on natural surrounding rocks and serve as references for further research on rock corrosion mechanisms in underground engineering.

摘要As an emerging rock-breaking technology, microwave irradiation has demonstrated significant potential as an auxiliary technique for volume stimulation in hydraulic fracturing. This study focuses on tight sandstone gas extraction, introducing a hollow double-wing crack(HDWC)configuration into the research on tight sandstone.Laboratory experiments were conducted to investigate microwave-induced fracturing mechanisms and the mechanical behavior of HDWC-containing sandstone, aiming to elucidate the thermal cracking patterns and underlying mechanisms under microwave irradiation conditions. To further explore the electromagnetic-thermal-mechanical(E-T-M)interactions in tight sandstone under microwave treatment,a coupled finite element method(FEM)-discrete element method(DEM)numerical model was developed. This model enabled a detailed analysis of force chain evolution and microcrack propagation within HDWC-containing sandstone.Additionally, preliminary hydraulic fracturing simulations were performed to investigate fracture initiation pressure and fracture evolution following microwave exposure. The main findings of this study are as follows:(1)Microwave heating induces thermal cracks at both the tips and midsections of the HDWC.Microwave irradiation degrades the mechanical properties of HDWC-containing sandstone.(2)Simulation results reveal that significant stress concentration and tensile-compressive zoning occur near the HDWC under microwave irradiation.Microcrack development exhibits an avalanche effect.(3)Hydraulic fracturing simulations indicate that microwave heating generally promotes hydraulic fracture generation.Microwave irradiation reduces the fracture initiation pressure and enhances the complexity and connectivity of the fracture network. These findings provide valuable insights into the application of microwave-assisted volume stimulation as a supporting technology for hydraulic fracturing in deep reservoirs.

摘要The pressure-preserving controller is the key component of deep in situ pressure-preserving coring(IPP-Coring).With increasing drilling depth, the environmental temperature and pressure increase accordingly. However, due to the strength and sealing problems of pressure-preserving controllers, the coring pressure is generally lower than 70 MPa.Establishing a high-temperature and ultrahigh-pressure test system is highly important for improving the strength and sealing performance of pressure-preserving controllers. This paper introduces a high-temperature and ultrahigh-pressure test system for deep IPP-Coring controller performance analysis. The device includes six parts:an auxiliary air source system,a pressurization system,a temperature control system,a hydraulic system,a data acquisition and electrical control system, and an ultrahigh-pressure vessel. The test system can reconstruct a 150℃ and 200 MPa in situ environment and simulate and test the movement state of the corer and the stability of the pressure-preserving action trigger of the pressure-preserving controller in the deep IPP-Coring process. To verify the performance of this test system,saddle-shaped pressure-preserving controllers made of four different materials were subjected to pressure tests under normal-temperature and high-temperature conditions. The results showed that the ultimate pressure-bearing capability of the pressure-preserving controller greatly varied between normal-temperature and high-temperature conditions. The pressure-preserving ability and sealing performance of the pressure-preserving controller decreased significantly at high temperature, and the pressure-preserving controller exhibited significantly different sealing failure characteristics due to material differences. This study is important for progressing the extraction and evaluation of deep reservoir resources.

摘要The formation of a pressure relief zone is crucial for rockbust prevention during drilling pressure relief. This study investi-gates the mechanical behavior of high-stress rock under real-time drilling conditions and elucidates the mechanism behind the creation of the pressure relief zone.Utilizing the independently developed SG4500 drilling rig,we conducted a theoreti-cal analysis of the forces acting on the drill bit.The analysis showed that cutting depth is directly proportional to real-time drilling speed, while tangential and normal forces are influenced by drilling diameter.Uniaxial compression tests on red sandstone specimens under high-stress real-time drilling conditions examined the impacts of different drilling speeds(800,400,100 r/min)and diameters(6,8,10,12 mm)on rock mechanical behavior, rockburst characteristics, crack evolution, and peak elastic strain energy. The results indicate that decreasing drilling speed and increasing drilling diameter weaken rock mechanical behavior, including peak strength,Young's modulus, rockburst characteristics, and peak elastic strain energy.Crack evolution analysis reveals that smaller drilling diameters and higher drilling speeds promote the development of far-field cracks, while larger drilling diameters and lower drilling speeds lead to crack formation around the borehole, and significantly affecting rock failure mechanisms.Theoretical analysis further confirms the correlation between crack evolution and stress distribution surrounding the drilling.Under vertical stress, the cracks near the borehole formed during real-time drilling are mainly influenced by tangential compressive and tensile stresses.Overall, this study provides a new perspective on understanding the mechanisms of drilling pressure relief for rockburst prevention.

摘要Acquiring pristine deep lunar regolith cores with appropriate drilling tools is crucial for deciphering the lunar geological history.Conventional thick-walled drill bits are inherently limited in obtaining deep lunar regolith samples, whereas thin-walled coring bits offer a promising solution for lunar deep drilling. To support future lunar deep exploration missions, this study systematically investigates the failure mechanisms of lunar regolith induced by thin-walled drilling tools.Firstly, five thin-walled bit configurations were designed and evaluated based on drilling load, coring efficiency, and disturbance minimization, with Bit D demonstrating optimal overall performance. And the interaction mechanisms between differently configured coring bits and large-particle lunar regolith were elucidated.Coring experiments under critical drilling parameters revealed an operational window for the feed-to-rotation ratio(FRR of 2.0–2.5),effectively balancing drilling load and core recovery rate.Furthermore,a novel theoretical framework was developed to characterize dynamic drilling load parameters, supported by experimental validation.Based on these findings, practical strategies are proposed to mitigate drilling-induced disturbances, including parameter optimization and bit structural improvements. This research could provide valuable insights for designing advanced lunar deep drilling tools and developing drilling procedures.

摘要The study of the mechanical property and damage state of coal materials under compression is a fundamental area of research in underground mining engineering.Drawing upon the compaction effect and linear energy dissipation(LED)law,a novel compressive damage constitutive model for brittle coal is proposed.Utilizing the energy-defined damage method for mate-rials,the LED law is innovatively introduced to accurately characterize the energy dissipation during the loading process, and a novel formula for characterizing the damage variable of brittle coal is proposed. On this basis, considering that the constitutive model based on the hypothesis of strain equivalence is incapable of accurately describing the compaction effect exhibited by coal material during the compression process,a correction coefficient is proposed and apply it in the novel damage constitutive model. The established conventional monotone loading and single-cyclic loading-unloading uniaxial compression damage constitutive models have been validated using experimental data from cylindrical and cuboid coal specimens. In addition, compared with the constitutive model obtained via the traditional energy calculation method based on the hypothesis that the unloading curve is a straight line, the constitutive model employing LED law can describe the stress-strain state of brittle coal more precisely. This approach introduces a new perspective and enhances the convenience for constructing the constitutive model based on energy theory.

摘要The mainstream method for extracting shale gas involves hydraulic fracturing to create fracture networks. However,as extraction depth increases, notable issues such as rapid production decline, low recovery rates, high water consumption, and resource waste become apparent.Identifying new and efficient auxiliary rock-breaking technologies is crucial for overcoming these challenges. The laser, successfully utilized in industrial production, medical treatment, and technological research, offers unique features such as good directionality, coherence, and high energy density, providing novel possibilities for addressing the limitations of existing deep reservoir transformation. This research focuses on a novel laser-assisted rock-breaking technology, with shale featuring different bedding angles as the subject of investigation. The investigation methodically explored how shale responded to thermal fracture at high temperatures when exposed to laser irradiation with different spot diameter. It investigates the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the shale temperature field under laser irradiation, the propagation features of cracks on shale surface, and the physicochemical fracture mechanisms. The research yields the following results:(1)The region of thermal influence of the irradiation surface can be divided into three regions based on the change of rise curve of temperature in the shale surface.(2)Based on the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)testing, combined with the macroscopic and microscopic morphological characteristics of shale fracture surfaces,it reveals significantly distinct zoning characteristics in the roughness of the rock sample’s fracture surfaces after laser irradiation.(3)The thermal fracturing process of shale under laser irradiation involves chemical reactions of constituent minerals and stress generated by the thermal expansion of shale oil in the reservoir.(4)The damage and fracture of shale under the irradiation of laser show significant bedding effect, and there are three modes of rock sample failure:Pattern T(thermal failure),Pattern T-B(thermal and bedding synergistic failure),and Pattern B(bedding failure). The research findings presented in this article serve as a foundation and reference for the theory and technology of laser-assisted shale gas extraction.

摘要Pressure-preserving controllers(PPCs)are crucial components of in situ pressure-preserving coring(IPP-Coring)devices for deep oil and gas extraction, and their ultimate pressure-bearing(UPB)capability determines the upper limit of their ability to acquire oil and gas reserves. However, due to the UPB-capability and sealing challenges, the working pressure typically does not exceed 70 MPa.In this study, the optimal design of a PPC using a self-developed IPP-Coring test platform is presented, and its seal failure mechanism is revealed.Experimental results demonstrate that the designed saddle-shaped PPC achieves a minimal UPB-capability of 140 MPa,which is twice the highest value reported in literature.A numerical simulation method was developed to predict the UPB-capability of the PPC,and its reliability was validated in comparison with experimental results. The simulation results indicate that the sealing failure of the PPC is attributed to a progressive escalation in seal clearance between valve cover and seat, which causes an O-ring extrusion.Under ambient temperature and ultrahigh pressure, the critical threshold for seal clearance in PPC seal failure is approximately 0.2 mm.These results provide significant insights into enhancing deep resource acquisition capabilities.

摘要Deep oil and gas reservoirs exist under high-temperature conditions. In situ temperature-preserved coring(ITP-Coring)is an innovative and crucial method for evaluating and exploiting deep oil and gas resources.Thermal insulation materials are key to achieving successful ITP-Coring.Materials composed of hollow glass microspheres(HGMs)as fillers and epoxy resin(EP)as the matrix are promising thermal insulation materials for application in ITP-Coring to exploit deep resources. The compressive mechanical properties of these materials significantly influence their applicability and reliability. However, few studies have focused on the compressive mechanical behavior of the materials under high-temperature and high-pressure(HTHP)coupled conditions. Therefore, compressive mechanical tests on materials under temperatures and pressures of up to 150℃and 140 MPa were conducted innovatively. The compressive stress-strain curves of the materials were divided into three stages:elastic, yield, and failure,at temperatures ranging from 25℃to 100℃.Increasing temperature and pressure resulted in a decrease in compressive mechanical properties.Notably, high pressure damaged the HGMs,increasing compressive strain as the temperature rose.Additionally, the compressive failure mode shifted from compound failure to shear failure at different thresholds of HTHP conditions. Finally,a constitutive model of compressive mechanics that considered multiple coupled factors was established, demonstrating good agreement with the experimental results. These findings provide both experimental and theoretical support for the optimization and engineering application of HGMs/EP materials.

摘要The deep underground engineering will face high-temperature and ultrahigh-pressure(HTUP)condition.Indoor triaxial testing is an important means to investigate this challenge in rock mechanics and rock engineering.Heat-shrinkable tubing,as a seal on the rock surface,is crucial for reconstructing deep rock in situ conditions(ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of confining pressure and pore pressure). However, there are few reports on testing such material under HTUP condition. Thus, the mechanical and sealing performances of existing heat-shrinkable tubing under HTUP condition is still immature. The motivation of this study is to advance deep rock mechanics and engineering by developing a polymer heat-shrinkable tubing(pressure larger than 140 MPa and temperature greater than 150℃).Experiments using the deep rock in situ thermal insulation coring test system were conducted and compared with conventional heat-shrinkable tubing. The sealing performance of the polymer heat-shrinkable tubing was investigated. The results indicated that deep rock ultrahigh-pressure condition and natural damage to the rock surface are the main causes of conventional heat-shrinkable tubing failure. In contrast, the damage rate of the proposed polymer heat-shrinkable tubing is extremely low, indicating that incorporating base material with high-performances can significantly enhance the pressure resistance of polymer heat-shrinkable tubing.Additionally, through the analysis of experimental results and the three-dimensional(3D)morphology of rock surfaces, the failure behavior of heat-shrinkable tubing under HTUP condition was revealed at the meso-structural level, and the proposed failure criteria, taking into account 3D morphology of rock surfaces and applicable to HTUP condition, have been advanced. The findings offer possibilities for triaxial rock mechanics testing in HTUP condition, providing theoretical and technical support for experiments and engineering applications in deep rock mechanics.

摘要In the concurrent extraction of coal and gas,the quantitative assessment of evolving characteristics in mining-induced fracture networks and mining-enhanced permeability within coal seams serves as the cornerstone for effective gas extraction. However, representing mining-induced fracture networks from a three-dimensional(3D)sight and developing a comprehensive model to evaluate the anisotropic mining-enhanced permeability characteristics still pose significant challenges. In this investigation,a field experiment was undertaken to systematically monitor the evolution of borehole fractures in the coal mass ahead of the mining face at the Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group in China.Using the testing data of borehole fracture, the mining-induced fracture network at varying distances from the mining face was reconstructed through a statistical reconstruction method.Additionally, utilizing fractal theory,a model for the permeability enhancement rate(PER)induced by mining was established. This model was employed to quantitatively depict the anisotropic evolution patterns of PER as the mining face advanced. The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The progression of the mining-induced fracture network can be classified into the stage of rapid growth, the stage of stable growth, and the stage of weak impact;(2)The PER of mining-induced fracture network exhibited a typical progression that can be characterized with slow growth, rapid growth and significant decline;(3)The anisotropic mining-enhanced permeability of the reconstructed mining-induced fracture networks were significant. The peak PER in the vertical direction of the coal seam is 6.86 times and 4446.38 times greater than the direction perpendicular to the vertical thickness and the direction parallel to the advancement of the mining face, respectively. This investigatione provides a viable approach and methodology for quantitatively assessing the anisotropic PER of fracture networks induced during mining,in the concurrent exploitation of coal and gas.

摘要It has become an inevitable trend of human development to seek resources from the deep underground. However, rock encountered in deep underground engineering is usually in an anisotropic stress state(σ1>σ>σ3)due to the influences of geological structures and engineering disturbances. It is therefore essential to study the mechanical, seepage, and dynamic disaster behaviors of deep rock under true triaxial stress to ensure the safe operation of deep rock engineering and the efficient exploitation of deep resources. In recent years, experimental techniques and research on true triaxial rock mechanics have achieved fruitful results that have promoted the rapid development of deep rock mechanics;thus,it is necessary to systematically review and summarize these developments. This work first introduced several typical true triaxial testing apparatus and then reviewed the corresponding research progress on rock deformation, strength, failure mode, brittleness, and energy as well as the 3D volumetric fracturing(dynamic disaster)properties of deep rocks under true triaxial stress. Then, several commonly used true triaxial rock strength criteria and their applicability, the permeability characteristics and mathematical models of deep reservoir rocks, and the disaster-causing processes and mechanisms of disturbed volumetric fracturing(rockburst, compound dynamic disasters)in deep rock engineering were described. This work may provide an essential reference for addressing the true triaxial rock mechanics issues involved in deep rock engineering, especially regarding the stability of surrounding rock at depth, disaster prevention and control, and oil and gas exploitation.

摘要During the development of hot dry rock, the research on thermal fatigue damage caused by thermal shock of cold and heat cycles is the basis that ensures the long-term utilization of geothermal resources, but there are not enough relevant studies at present.Based on this, the thermal damage tests of granite at different temperatures(250,350,450°C)and quenching cycles(1,5,10,15 cycles)were carried out.Preliminary reveals the damage mechanism and heat transfer law of the quenching cycle effect on hot dry rock. The results show that with the increase of temperature and cycles, the uneven thermal expansion of minerals and the thermal shock caused by quenching promote the crack development of granite, resulting in the decrease of P-wave velocity, thermal conductivity and uniaxial compressive strength of granite.Meanwhile, the COMSOL was used to simulate the heat transfer of hot dry rock under different heat treatment conditions. It concluded that the increase in the number of quenching cycles reduced the heat transfer capacity of the granite, especially more than 10 quenching cycles, which also reflects that the thermal fatigue damage leads to a longer time for the temperature recovery of the hot dry rock mass.In addition, the three-dimensional nonlinear fitting relationship among thermal conductivity, temperature and cycle number was established for the first time, which can better reveal the change rule of thermal conductivity after quenching thermal fatigue effect of hot dry rock. The research results provide theoretical support for hot dry rock reservoir reconstruction and production efficiency evaluation.

摘要With the depletion of shallow resources, the exploration of deep earth resources has become a global strategy. The study of the different patterns in the physical mechanical properties of rocks at different occurrence depths is the basis for exploring deep into the earth, with the core and premise being the acquisition and testing of deep in-situ core specimens.Based on the original idea of deep in-situ condition preserved coring(ICP-Coring)and testing, combined with theoretical modeling, numerical analysis, test platform development, indoor testing and engineering application, the principles and technologies of deep ICP-Coring are developed. This principle and technology consists of five parts:in-situ pressurepreserved coring(IPP-Coring),in-situ substance-preserved coring(ISP-Coring),in-situ temperaturepreserved coring(ITP-Coring),in-situ light-preserved coring(ILP-Coring),and in-situ moisturepreserved coring(IMP-Coring).The theory and technology of temperature and pressure reconstruction at different occurrence depths and in different environments are proposed, and prototype trial production was completed by following the principle of displacement and tests based on the in-situ reconstructed environment. The notable advances are as follows:(1)Deep in-situ coring system:A pressure-preserved controller with an ultimate bearing capacity greater than 140 MPa,highperformance(temperature-resistant,pressure-resistant,and low thermally conductive)temperaturepreserved materials,an active temperature control system, and high-barrier quality-preserved membrane materials were developed;a deep ICP-Coring capacity calibration platform was independently developed,a deep in-situ coring technology system was developed, and the acquisition of deep in-situ cores was realized.(2)In-situ storage displacement system:Following the dual-circuit hydraulic design idea,a single-drive source push-pull composite grabbing mechanism was designed;the design of the overall structure for the deep in-situ displacement storage system and ultrahigh pressure cabin structure was completed, which could realize docking the coring device and core displacement in the in-situ reconstructed environment.(3)Test analysis system:A noncontact acoustic-electric-magnetic test system was developed under the in-situ reconstructed environment, and the errors between the test results and traditional contact test results were mostly less than 10%;a detachable deep in-situ core true triaxial test system was developed, which could perform loading tests for deep in-situ cores. The relevant technological achievements were successfully applied to the exploration and development of deep resources, such as deep mines,deep-sea natural gas hydrates, and deep oil and gas.The research results provide technical and equipment support for the construction of a theoretical system for deep in-situ rock mechanics, the development of deep earth resources and energy, and the scientific exploration of different layers and occurrence depths(deep and ultradeep)of the Earth.
摘要The internal mechanism of the high hydrophobicity of the coal samples from the Pingdingshan mining area was studied through industrial, element, and surface functional group analysis.Laboratory testing and molecular dynamics simulations were employed to study the impact of three types of surfactants on the surface adsorption properties and wettability of highly hydrophobic bituminous coal. The results show that the surface of highly hydrophobic bituminous coal is compact, rich in inorganic minerals, and poorly wettable and that coal molecules are dominated by hydrophobic functional groups of aromatic rings and aliphatic structures. The wetting performance of surfactants as the intermediate carrier to connect coal and water molecules is largely determined by the interaction force between surfactants and coal(Fs-c)and the interaction force between surfactants and water(Fs-w),which effectively improve the wettability of modified coal dust via modifying its surface electrical properties and surface energy.A new type of wetting agent with a dust removal rate of 89%has been developed through discovery of a compound wetting agent solution with optimal wetting and settling performance. This paper provides theoretical and technical support for removing highly hydrophobic bituminous coal dust in underground mining.

摘要With the increasing scarcity of Earth’s resources and the development of space science and technology, the exploration, development, and utilization of deep space-specific material resources(minerals, water ice, volatile compounds, etc.) are not only important to supplement the resources and reserves on Earth but also provide a material foundation for establishing extraterrestrial research bases. These research findings are expected to be applied in the development of the test and analysis systems of ICP-Coring in a lunar environment and the exploration of the mechanism of machine-rock interaction in the in-situ drilling and coring process.

摘要The lunar surface and its deep layers contain abundant resources and valuable information resources, the exploration and exploitation of which are important for the sustainable development of the human economy and society.Technological exploration and research in the field of deep space science, especially lunar-based exploration,is a scientific strategy that has been pursued in China and worldwide.Drilling and sampling are key to accurate exploration of the desirable characteristics of deep lunar resources. In this study,an in-situ condition preserved coring(ICP-Coring)and analysis system, which can be used to test drilling tools and develop effective sampling strategies, was designed. The key features of the system include:(1)capability to replicate the extreme temperature fluctuations of the lunar environment(-185 to 200℃)with intelligent temperature control;(2)ability to maintain a vacuum environment at a scale of 10-3 Pa,both under unloaded conditions within Ф580 mm×1000 mm test chamber, and under loaded conditions using Ф400 mm×800 mm lunar rock simulant;(3)application of axial pressures up to 4 MPa and confining pressures up to 3.5 MPa;(4)sample rotation at any angle with a maximum sampling length of 800 mm;and(5)multiple modes of rotary-percussive drilling, controlled by penetration speed and weight on bit(WOB).Experimental studies on the drilling characteristics in the lunar rock simulant-loaded state under different drill bit-percussive-vacuum environment configurations were conducted. The results show that the outgassing rate of the lunar soil simulant is greater than that of the lunar rock simulant and that a low-temperature environment contributes to a reduced vacuum of the lunar-based simulated environment. The rotary-percussive drilling method effectively shortens the sampling time. With increasing sampling depth, the temperature rise of the drilling tools tends to rapidly increase, followed by slow growth or steady fluctuations. The temperature rise energy accumulation of the drill bits under vacuum is more significant than that under atmospheric pressure, approximately 1.47 times higher. The real-time monitored drilling pressure, penetration speed and rotary torque during drilling serve as parameters for discriminating the drilling status. The results of this research can provide a scientific basis for returning samples from lunar rock in extreme lunar-based environments.

摘要Understanding the impact of mining disturbances and creep deformation on the macroscopic deformation and the microscopic pore and fracture structures(MPFS)of coal is paramount for ensuring the secure extraction of coal resources. This study conducts cyclic loading-unloading and creep experiments on coal using a low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)experimental apparatus which is equipped with mechanical loading units, enabling real-time monitoring the T2spectrum.The experiments indicated that cyclic loading-unloading stress paths initiate internal damage within coal samples.Under identical creep stress conditions, coal samples with more initial damages had more substantial instantaneous deformation and creep deformation during the creep process. After undergoing nearly 35 h of staged creep, the total strains for coal samples CC01,CC02,and CC03 reach 2.160%,2.261%,and 2.282%,respectively.In the creep stage, the peak area ratio of seepage pores and microfractures(SPM)gradually diminishes.A higher degree of initial damage leads to a more pronounced compaction trend in the SPM of coal samples.Considering the porosity evolution of SPM during the creep process, this study proposes a novel fractional derivative model for the porosity evolution of SPM.The efficacy of the proposed model in predicting porosity evolution of SPM is substantiated through experimental validation.Furthermore,an analysis of the impact mechanisms on key parameters in the model was carried out.
