【目的】探讨腹腔注射脂多糖(LPS)诱导麻黄鸡炎症模型的最佳剂量。【方法】选取120只1日龄(39.11 g±3.13 g)雄性麻黄鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只鸡,试验期21 d。对照组(CON)麻黄鸡在15、17、19和21日龄时腹腔注射生理... 【目的】探讨腹腔注射脂多糖(LPS)诱导麻黄鸡炎症模型的最佳剂量。【方法】选取120只1日龄(39.11 g±3.13 g)雄性麻黄鸡,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只鸡,试验期21 d。对照组(CON)麻黄鸡在15、17、19和21日龄时腹腔注射生理盐水,试验组(LL、LM和LH)分别腹腔注射0.25、0.5和1 mg/kg LPS。于15和21 d进行采血并屠宰,计算生长性能指标和免疫器官指数,观察空肠形态,测定血清生化指标、皮质酮含量、炎症因子水平、抗氧化指标及相关基因表达量。【结果】15 d时,与CON组相比,各LPS处理组麻黄鸡终末体重和平均日增重均无显著变化(P>0.05);LH组麻黄鸡空肠绒毛高度(VH)和绒隐比(V/C)均显著下降(P0.05);LH组麻黄鸡空肠隐窝深度(CD)极显著升高(P<0.001),V/C显著降低(P<0.05);LH组麻黄鸡空肠闭合蛋白1(Claudin-1)表达极显著下调(P<0.01),IL-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和NF-κB表达均极显著上调(P<0.01);各LPS组T-SOD活性均显著降低(P<0.05)。【结论】LPS注射可显著影响麻黄鸡免疫器官发育、肠道形态、炎症因子表达及抗氧化功能,成功诱导炎症应激。综合各项指标,1.0 mg/kg LPS为构建麻黄鸡炎症模型的最佳剂量。 展开更多

Cinnamomum camphora(L.)J.Presl.(Laurales:Lauraceae)is widely cultivated as an important landscape tree species in many urban areas in South China,especially in Shanghai City.Pagiophloeus tsushimanus Morimoto has become a destructive insect pest of C.camphora plantations in Shanghai,but the biological and ecological traits of this pest remain largely unknown.In this study,we investigated the damage and life history and determined the larval instar of P.tsushimanus.The results indicated that P.tsushimanus is a monophagous weevil pest,and C.camphora is the unique host tree species.C.camphora plantations in all administrative districts of Shanghai have been seriously damaged by P.tsushimanus.Adults often aggregate for feeding on the tender bark of twigs and occasionally on newly emerged buds.After experiencing damage,the twigs shrink and crack and the buds will shrink.Adults tend to repeatedly mate and oviposit,and all females lay single eggs at a time.Eggs will be covered with a mixture of secretions and wood chips by female adults.Larvae(1 st-2 nd instar)feed on the phloem,while 3 rd-5 th instar can bore into the phloem and the cambium.Massive tunnels,including three shapes(inverted"L",inverted"T",and inverted"Z"),were observed in the trunk of each tree,and resulted in swelling of the outer bark.P.tsushimanus has one life cycle per year in Shanghai.Both adults and larvae(3 rd-5 th instar)overwinter from early November to early April.Adults overwinter in grooves on the underside of branches or at branch nodes,and larvae overwinter in tunnels.Five larval instars of P.tsushimanus were determined according to Dyar’s and Crosby’s rules.The biological traits and life history of P.tsushimanus have been identified and can provide guidance in terms of pest control and plantation management. 展开更多

为明确湘南稻茬烤烟有机氮替代基肥中化肥氮的比例,在湖南省郴州市临武县以“云烟87”为试验材料,设置以有机氮替代10%、20%、30%以及不替代烟草专用基肥中的化肥氮处理,研究有机氮部分替代化肥氮对烤烟经济性状和烟叶品质及肥料成本投... 为明确湘南稻茬烤烟有机氮替代基肥中化肥氮的比例,在湖南省郴州市临武县以“云烟87”为试验材料,设置以有机氮替代10%、20%、30%以及不替代烟草专用基肥中的化肥氮处理,研究有机氮部分替代化肥氮对烤烟经济性状和烟叶品质及肥料成本投入和产投比的影响。结果表明:有机氮部分替代化肥氮可提高烟叶产量和产值、上等烟率和均价,烟叶经济性状指数提高12.82%~20.86%。基肥中化肥氮被有机肥替代20%,有利于提高中部和上部烟叶外观质量和烟叶化学成分可用性及评吸质量。替代20%~30%的基肥中化肥氮会导致叶片厚度增加,替代10%有利于改善中、上部烟叶物理特性。有机氮替代化肥氮增加了肥料成本0.44%~1.31%,但可显著提高产投比15.47%~31.58%,其综合效果指数可提高6.55%~9.51%。因此,在湘南烟稻复种区,以发酵菜籽饼肥氮替代20%烟草专用基肥中的化肥氮效果最优,具有一定推广价值。 展开更多

High-resolution shallow structures of the Red River fault zone in the southeastern Tibetan Plateau of China revealed by multiple seismic dense linear arrays 认领 引用 被引量:3

The complex Red River fault zone(RRFZ),which is situated in the southwestern region of China and separates the Indochina plate and South China blocks,has diverse seismic activities in different segments.To reveal the detailed geometric characteristics of the RRFZ at different sections and to better understand the seismogenic environment,in 2022 and 2023 we deployed 7 seismic dense linear arrays,consisting of 574 nodal stations,across the RRFZ in the northern and southern segments near the towns Midu,Gasa,Zhega,Dazhai,Xinzhai,and Taoyuan.The linear arrays,which extend from 2.4 to 12.5 km in length with station intervals ranging between 40 and140 m,recorded seismic ambient noise for approximately one month.Using the extended range phase shift method,we extract the phase velocity dispersion curves of the Rayleigh waves between 0.9 and 10 Hz,which are then used to invert for the high resolution shearwave velocity structures across the RRFZ beneath the linear arrays.The key findings are:(1)the 7 imaged sections of the RRFZ exhibit quite similar structures,with higher velocities on the SW side and lower velocities on the NE side;the velocity variation is consistent with the surface geological structures along the RRFZ;(2)the shear-wave velocities on the SW side of the RRFZ at the northern Midu section and southern Gasa-Dazhai sections are generally higher than their counterparts in the southern Xinzhai-Taoyuan sections,which reflects lithological variations from the marble-dominated Paleoproterozoic Along basement to the gneiss dominated Paleoproterozoic Qingshuihe basement;(3)from the northern Midu section to the southern region where the RRFZ intersects with the Xiaojiang Fault,the major faults of the RRFZ exhibit a consistent high-angle,NE-dipping structure;(4)the low shear-wave velocities immediately to the NE of the velocity boundary may indicate a faulted zone due to long-term shearing,where excessive amplifications of ground motions could occur.This study provides new insights into the characteristics of the shallow structures of the RRFZ. 展开更多

The three-dimensional(3D)geometry of a fault is a critical control on earthquake nucleation,dynamic rupture,stress triggering,and related seismic hazards.Therefore,a 3D model of an active fault can significantly improve our understanding of seismogenesis and our ability to evaluate seismic hazards.Utilising the SKUA GoCAD software,we constructed detailed seismic fault models for the 2021 MS6.4 Yangbi earthquake in Yunnan,China,using two sets of relocated earthquake catalogs and focal mechanism solutions following a convenient 3D fault modeling workflow.Our analysis revealed a NW-striking main fault with a high-angle SW dip,accompanied by two branch faults.Interpretation of one dataset revealed a single NNW-striking branch fault SW of the main fault,whereas the other dataset indicated four steep NNE-striking segments with a left-echelon pattern.Additionally,a third ENE-striking short fault was identified NE of the main fault.In combination with the spatial distribution of pre-existing faults,our 3D fault models indicate that the Yangbi earthquake reactivated pre-existing NW-and NE-striking fault directions rather than the surface-exposed Weixi-Qiaohou-Weishan Fault zone.The occurrence of the Yangbi earthquake demonstrates that the reactivation of pre-existing faults away from active fault zones,through either cascade or conjugate rupture modes,can cause unexpected moderate-large earthquakes and severe disasters,necessitating attention in regions like southeast Xizang,which have complex fault systems. 展开更多

The abundant muscle tissues of the forearm determine the movements of the wrist,hand and fingers together.However,linking wrist kinematics and forearm muscle activation is still a challenging.There may exist blindness in the rehabilitation therapy of forearm muscles,due to the lack of the physiological characteristics of muscle activation and sequences.An armband with eight channels was used to collect surface electromyographic signals(sEMGs)of a specific section of the forearm under the different wrist movements,palm postures,and external loads,based on the image of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).The collected cross-sectional muscles covered almost all surface muscles.The muscle activation could be expressed clearly by enveloping the sEMG signals of 8 muscles within a single cycle.The root mean square(RMS)and the average peak value VP were used to evaluate the activation intensities of dominant muscles.The activation sequences and the absolute times of dominant muscles were obtained from the envelopes of their raw sEMGs,and not influenced by the palm postures and external loads.In addition,their RMS and VP under each wrist movement increased approximate linearly with external loads.The corresponding contribution ratios were first calculated to evaluate the role played by each muscle.The well-defined data of forearm muscles could provide standard references for the rehabilitation therapy of forearm muscles. 展开更多

Comprehensive Hazard Assessment of Tropical Cyclone-Induced Wind,Rainfall,and Storm Surge:A Case Study of Zhejiang Province,China 认领 引用

Tropical cyclones pose a significant threat to coastal regions through hazard-inducing factors such as wind,rainfall,and storm surge,whose interactions often lead to amplified impacts.Existing studies often fail to capture the complex dependence among these factors.This study focused on the coastal counties of Zhejiang Province,utilizing numerical simulation data of tropical cyclone-induced winds,rainfall,and storm surges from 1979 to 2022.A joint probability model based on the C-vine copula function was developed to characterize the synergistic mechanisms among these factors,and to analyze return periods and failure probabilities of engineering structures under different hazard scenarios.Furthermore,a comprehensive hazard index was introduced to assess the hazard of tropical cyclone events.The main findings are as follows:(1)The simulated data agreed well with observations,with root mean square errors below 4 m/s for wind and 0.2 m for storm surge,and correlation coefficients all above 0.75.(2)Neglecting multiple factors and their dependence introduced bias in the return period and failure probability estimates.For example,when the exceedance probability for each single factor was 0.05,the mean return period for the three factors under the independence assumption(1.760 years)was 35%shorter than that considering dependence(2.698 years).(3)The comprehensive tropical cyclone hazard in the coastal counties of Zhejiang exhibited a distinct spatial pattern,with higher values in the south and lower values in the north.This study provides a scientific basis for disaster risk management and the design of tropical cyclone protection infrastructure in coastal areas. 展开更多

云存储的普及与数据所有权转移需求的增长,使得支持所有权转移的远程数据完整性验证成为保障云数据安全的关键技术。然而,现有方案普遍存在数据所有者计算负担重、依赖不可信第三方审计者、通信开销大以及缺乏有效的不可否认性机制等问... 云存储的普及与数据所有权转移需求的增长,使得支持所有权转移的远程数据完整性验证成为保障云数据安全的关键技术。然而,现有方案普遍存在数据所有者计算负担重、依赖不可信第三方审计者、通信开销大以及缺乏有效的不可否认性机制等问题。为解决上述挑战,提出了一种基于可信执行环境(trusted execution environment,TEE)的支持所有权转移的远程数据完整性验证方案。该方案将完整性验证与所有权转移过程中的所有关键计算任务安全地卸载至云服务提供商平台的TEE内执行。基于除TEE的隔离保护外的所有实体均不可信的强威胁模型进行了形式化安全分析,并利用英特尔软件保护扩展(Intel software guard extensions,Intel SGX)开发了原型系统,通过与多种代表性方案进行对比实验以评估其性能。实验结果表明,该方案在标签生成等阶段的计算效率优于对比方案,计算开销降低幅度为10.1%~86.4%,同时实现了云服务提供商与验证者之间的零通信开销。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Serum gastrin-17(G-17),pepsinogen I(PGI),and pepsinogen II(PGII)concentrations regulate gastric acid secretion,and hypersecretion of gastric acid increases the risks of peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding.These associations suggest that serum G-17,PGI,and(or)PGII may predict gastrointestinal bleeding risk among peptic ulcer patients.AIM To evaluate the efficacies of serum G-17,PGI,PGII,and PGI/PGII ratio(PGR)for predicting upper gastrointestinal bleeding among peptic ulcer patients.METHODS A total of 199 patients diagnosed with peptic ulcer confirmed by gastroscopy and positivity for Helicobacter pylori by the 14C-urea breath test were recruited,including 107 patients with simple peptic ulcer and 92 cases complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Serum PGI,PGII,G-17,and PGR were measured by immune methods and compared between bleeding and non-bleeding groups by univariate analysis.The specificity and sensitivity of PGs and G-17 for evaluating upper gastrointestinal bleeding risk were then assessed by constructing receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves.RESULTS Serum G-17 was significantly higher among peptic ulcer patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding compared to simple peptic ulcer patients(25.34±14.29 vs 8.84±8.03 pmol/L,t=9.822,P0.05).The risk of bleeding was significantly higher among peptic ulcer patients with elevated serum G-17(>15 pmol/L)compared to patients with normal or low serum G-17(73.2%vs 27.4%,χ2=40.72,P<0.01).The area under the ROC curve for serum G-17 was 0.866±0.024,and a cut-off of 9.86 pmol/L yielded 90.2%sensitivity and 68.2%specificity for distinguishing peptic ulcer with and without upper gastrointestinal bleeding.CONCLUSION Serum G-17 is significantly upregulated in peptic ulcer patients and higher levels are predictive of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Conversely,serum PGI,PGII,and PGR have no predictive value.Further prospective studies are warranted to examine if high G-17 can be used to assess risk of bleeding prior to onset. 展开更多

Lead-free halide double perovskite has received widespread attention due to its excellent optical performance.However,the lack of deep red light and poor heat quenching resistance severely limit its application in plant lighting field.In this work,Ho3+ was introduced into the thermally stable Cs2NaScCl6host,exhibiting a deep red emission of 660 nm.By constructing an energy transfer channel between Sb3+and Ho3+,the photo luminescence quantum yield(PLQY) of Cs2NaScCl6:1%Sb3+,40%Ho3+ rises up to53.8%,that is increased by 17 times,and its emission intensity can still be maintained by 80% at 423 K,exhibiting good heat quenching resistance.The obtained Cs2NaScCl6:1%Sb3+,40%Ho3+ and Cs2NaScCl6:1%Sb3+ with blue light emission were employed for fabricating a light-emitting diode(LED) device with a340 nm UV chip,and its emission spectrum matches well the absorption spectra of chlorophyll A and chlorophyll B with the high resemblance of 70% and 75%,making it suitable for use as an artificial light source to control the growth process of plants in the field of plant lighting. 展开更多

Hot shear spinning experiments with Mg–3.0 Al–1.0 Zn–0.5 Mn(AZ31 B, wt%) magnesium alloy sheets were conducted at various temperatures, spindle speeds and feed ratios to investigate the effects of these processing parameters on the microstructure, crystallographic texture and mechanical properties. The AZ31 B sheet displayed good shear formability at temperatures from 473 to 673 K, spindle speeds from 300 to 600 rev/min and feed ratios from 0.1 to 0.5 mmev. During the dynamic recrystallization process, the grain size and texture were affected by the deformation temperature of the hot shear spinning process. Each of the spun sheets presented a strong basal texture, and the c-axis of most of the grains was parallel to the normal direction. The optimal hot shear spinning parameters were determined to be a temperature of 473 K, a spindle speed of 300 rev/min and a feed ratio of 0.1 mmev. The yield strength, ultimate tensile strength and elongation in the rolled direction reached 221 MPa, 288 MPa and 14.1%, and those in the transverse direction reached 205 MPa, 280 MPa and 12.4%, respectively. Objective:RECQL4(a member of the RECQ helicase family)upregulation has been reported to be associated with tumor progression in several malignancies.However,whether RECQL4 sustains esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)has not been elucidated.In this study,we determined the functional role for RECQL4 in ESCC progression.Methods:RECQL4 expression in clinical samples of ESCC was examined by immunohistochemistry.Cell proliferation,cellular senescence,the epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT),DNA damage,and reactive oxygen species in ESCC cell lines with RECQL4 depletion or overexpression were analyzed.The levels of proteins involved in the DNA damage response(DDR),cell cycle progression,survival,and the EMT were determined by Western blot analyses.Results:RECQL4 was highly expressed in tumor tissues when compared to adjacent non-tumor tissues in ESCC(P<0.001)and positively correlated with poor differentiation(P=0.011),enhanced invasion(P=0.033),and metastasis(P=0.048).RECQL4 was positively associated with proliferation and migration in ESCC cells.Depletion of RECQL4 also inhibited growth of tumor xenografts in vivo.RECQL4 depletion induced G0/G1 phase arrest and cellular senescence.Importantly,the levels of DNA damage and reactive oxygen species were increased when RECQL4 was depleted.DDR,as measured by the activation of ATM,ATR,CHK1,and CHK2,was impaired.RECQL4 was also shown to promote the activation of AKT,ERK,and NF-k B in ESCC cells.Conclusions:The results indicated that RECQL4 was highly expressed in ESCC and played critical roles in the regulation of DDR,redox homeostasis,and cell survival. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of"heterozygous treatment"intervening the damp-heat constitution.Method:One hundred and six cases with damp-heat constitution were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,fifty-three cases for each group.Lianpu drink was given to the two groups,and the observation group was treated with scraping,acupuncture,cupping,constitution care and popularization of constitution science for"heterozygous treatment"based on the control group.70 days later,"constitution classification and determination table of traditional Chinese medicine"was used to determine,and statistics was applied to analyze the change of the symptoms of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:in the observation group,compared to before the intervention,symptoms like dirty and oily complexion,yellow greasy tongue,bitter taste,dullness and scanty dark urine were significantly improved(P0.05).Conclusion:the"heterozygous treatment"method can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of people with damp-heat constitution,with a better role in regulating. 展开更多

Sludge quality is a critical factor influencing the economic and environmental performance of treatment and disposal processes.In many regions,sludge is typically characterized by a low organic matter content.Consequently,the selection of sludge treatment and disposal routes should be tailored to the specific characteristics of sludge in each region,considering its dual attributes of“resource”and“pollution”,and aiming to maximize environmental,economic,and social benefits.Using the current sludge treatment and disposal situation in Wuhan,China,this study conducted a quantitative assessment of carbon emissions,environmental risks,and economic benefits associated with several existing treatment and disposal routes from a life cycle perspective.The results suggest that for sludge characteristics with low organic matter content,co-incineration in coal-fired power plants or cement production processes is the most favorable option.Specifically,when the organic matter content of the sludge falls below approximately 40%,cement production is deemed the preferred process,whereas co-incineration with coal is favored when the organic matter content exceeds 40%but is less than 50%.Owing to the relatively low organic matter and nutrient contents of sludge,optimization of existing anaerobic digestion and aerobic composting processes can be achieved through collaborative treatment with other solid wastes.Moreover,the prevailing carbon trading prices in the Chinese carbon market are relatively low and do not significantly impact the selection of current sludge treatment processes.This study aids in the development of sustainable management strategies for sludge characterized by low resource and pollution attributes in the future. 展开更多

The rapid development of the digital economy has provided a new impetus for rural residents to extend their working hours.Based on the data collected by the China Labor-force Dynamics Survey(CLDS)in 2014,2016,and 2018,this paper measured the development level of the digital economy in China from the perspectives of internet development and digital financial inclusion,and tested the mechanisms of how the digital economy affected rural residents’working hours.The results showed that the digital economy extended rural residents’working hours by expanding information channels and enhancing human capital,and this mechanism was affected by heterogeneity in rural residents’educational background,age,and social capital.Building on these findings,this paper holds that to increase rural residents’income by extending their working hours and achieving common prosperity for all,it is necessary to expand the opportunities for rural residents to participate in skills training and promote their accumulation of human capital. 展开更多

本试验旨在探究添加乳酸菌和纤维素酶对菠萝渣青贮发酵品质及体外发酵效果的影响。试验采用单因素试验设计,设置对照组(不使用任何添加剂)、纤维素酶组(添加0.150 g/kg纤维素酶)、乳酸菌组(添加0.025 g/kg乳酸菌)、复合菌酶组(添加0.150... 本试验旨在探究添加乳酸菌和纤维素酶对菠萝渣青贮发酵品质及体外发酵效果的影响。试验采用单因素试验设计,设置对照组(不使用任何添加剂)、纤维素酶组(添加0.150 g/kg纤维素酶)、乳酸菌组(添加0.025 g/kg乳酸菌)、复合菌酶组(添加0.150 g/kg纤维素酶和0.025 g/kg乳酸菌),每组3个重复。青贮60 d后收集样品并测定相关指标。收取3只成年雷州山羊的瘤胃液,按照体积比1∶9的比例与人工唾液混合用作发酵液。4个试验组体外发酵48 h,在6、12、24和48 h时记录产气量,并测定发酵液的pH及挥发性脂肪酸、氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度等相关指标。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,乳酸菌组和复合菌酶组的粗蛋白质含量分别提高了26.85%和22.72%(P<0.05);亚硝酸盐含量分别降低了22.88%和17.80%(P<0.05);各添加剂组的氨态氮与总氮的比值(NH3-N/TN)均显著降低(P<0.05)。2)整个体外瘤胃发酵期,各组pH和NH3-N浓度均在瘤胃正常变化范围内;体外瘤胃发酵6 h,各添加剂组的瘤胃体外发酵培养液中丁酸浓度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);体外瘤胃发酵48 h,各添加剂组的粗蛋白质降解率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),乳酸菌组pH显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,添加0.025 g/kg的乳酸菌对改善菠萝渣青贮品质的效果相对较好,维持瘤胃正常发酵,有助于饲料养分的消化吸收。 展开更多

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加发酵桑叶对肥育猪生长性能以及血浆、尿液代谢物的影响。选取18头体重(78.19±2.05)kg的杜×长×大阉公猪,随机分为2组,每组9个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,发酵桑叶组在基础饲粮中添... 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加发酵桑叶对肥育猪生长性能以及血浆、尿液代谢物的影响。选取18头体重(78.19±2.05)kg的杜×长×大阉公猪,随机分为2组,每组9个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,发酵桑叶组在基础饲粮中添加10%发酵桑叶。试验期69 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加发酵桑叶对肥育猪生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,发酵桑叶组血浆肌酐、尿酸、甘油三酯含量和乳酸脱氢酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),血浆谷草转氨酶活性有降低趋势(P=0.079)。3)与对照组相比,发酵桑叶组尿液肌酐含量显著提高(P<0.05),尿液尿酸含量和乳酸脱氢酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,发酵桑叶组血浆谷胱甘肽含量显著提高(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,发酵桑叶组血浆白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-22、肿瘤坏死因子-α、干扰素-γ、免疫球蛋白(Ig)A含量显著提高(P<0.05),血浆IgG和IgM含量有提高趋势(P=0.084和P=0.068)。由此可见,饲粮中添加10%发酵桑叶对肥育猪生长性能无负面影响,改善了血浆和尿液代谢物含量,提高了机体抗氧化能力和免疫功能。 展开更多
