BACKGROUND Anticoagulation therapy is recommended during the acute or subacute stage for patients with pyrrolizidine alkaloid-hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome(PAHSOS).Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shu...BACKGROUND Anticoagulation therapy is recommended during the acute or subacute stage for patients with pyrrolizidine alkaloid-hepatic sinusoidal obstruction syndrome(PAHSOS).Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunts(TIPS)is suggested as a step-up treatment when patients do not respond to anticoagulants.However,more evidence of the efficacy of TIPS is needed.AIM To evaluate the effect of TIPS in these patients.METHODS Between January 2013 and September 2020,we retrospectively enrolled patients with PA-HSOS who did not respond to short-term anticoagulation therapy at four hospitals.The patients were divided into a TIPS treatment group and an anticoagulation therapy group.Baseline information and clinical characteristics were collected and recorded.Survival in both groups was the primary study endpoint and the risk factors for patient death were further analyzed.RESULTS A total of 99 patients were enrolled according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria(63 in the TIPS group and 36 in the anticoagulation therapy group).There were 17 deaths during the median follow-up time of 32.5 months.Treatment,age,aspartate aminotransferase,and serum total bilirubin were independent risk factors for predicting death.The survival of patients in the TIPS group was significantly greater than that of patients in the continuing anticoagulation therapy group(P=0.028).When stratified by the Drum-Tower Severity Scoring,in the TIPS group,mild and moderate patients had better outcomes than severe patients.CONCLUSION TIPS can improve the transplant-free survival rate in patients with PA-HSOS who do not respond to short-term anticoagulation therapy,and patients with mild and moderate Drum-Tower Severity Scoring grade can benefit from TIPS.展开更多
Asymmetric reduction of unsaturated compounds via dynamic kinetic resolution(DKR)has significantly enhanced the efficiency and selectivity of synthesizing enantiomerically pure compounds from racemic substrates.This a...Asymmetric reduction of unsaturated compounds via dynamic kinetic resolution(DKR)has significantly enhanced the efficiency and selectivity of synthesizing enantiomerically pure compounds from racemic substrates.This approach combines the simultaneous racemization of substrates with enantioselective reduction,enabling quantitative yields and high enantiomeric excess.In the past several years,remarkable advances in this field have been achieved,ranging from the development of innovative catalytic systems,novel synthetic strategies,expansion of substrate scope,deeper mechanistic understanding,and their applications.These advancements offer alternative and efficient methods in the asymmetric synthesis of chiral molecules bearing multiple consecutive stereogenic centers,particularly beneficial for the synthesis of natural products or chiral intermediates in pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals.In this review,we summarize the recent advances during the last several years according to the substrate types in this powerful and productive field,with an emphasis on the development of new catalytic systems and the insight into the DKR process.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the influence and underlying mechanisms of imrecoxib on liver damage in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A rat model of T2DM was established by a high-fat diet and streptozotoc...Objective:To investigate the influence and underlying mechanisms of imrecoxib on liver damage in rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A rat model of T2DM was established by a high-fat diet and streptozotocin administration.Rats were then treated with imrecoxib 10,20,or 40 mg/kg for 5 weeks.Body weight and fasting blood glucose levels were measured.The analysis included serum liver function,blood lipid profiles,and the levels of inflammatory factors in the rats.Liver tissue histology was evaluated using hematoxylin and eosin staining.Western blotting was conducted to measure the liver expression of proteins such as AKT,PI3K,NF-κB,p-AKT,p-PI3K,and p-NF-κB.Results:Rats treated with imrecoxib showed a greater weight gain compared to untreated diabetic rats.Compared to untreated diabetic rats,imrecoxib at all three doses reduced alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,triglycerides,cholesterol,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-6,and IL-1β,and significantly increased the levels of IL-10 and IL-4.In imrecoxib-treated rats,the expression levels of AKT,PI3K,p-AKT,and p-PI3K were higher in comparison to the diabetes group,whereas the expression of p-NF-κB was lower.Conclusions:Imrecoxib could alleviate hepatic damage in T2DM rats by modulating PI3K/AKT/NF-κB signaling.展开更多
Objective To investigate the effects of moxibustion on wound healing and evaluate whether the efficacy of moxibustion at different temperatures varies.Additionally,to explore the mechanism by which moxibustion regulat...Objective To investigate the effects of moxibustion on wound healing and evaluate whether the efficacy of moxibustion at different temperatures varies.Additionally,to explore the mechanism by which moxibustion regulates the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)/mammalian rapamycin target protein(mTOR)signaling pathway on wound healing and cell apoptosis.Methods A total of 90 SPF-grade SD rats were randomly divided into six groups(15 rats per group):control group,model group,recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel(rb-bFGF)group,moxibustion group A[temperature(42±1)℃],moxibustion group B[temperature(45±1)℃],and moxibustion group C[temperature(48±1)℃].Except the control group,the interventions were conducted in the other groups with pressure ulcer induced by ischemiaeperfusion injury.In the control group,povidone-iodine was administered at the knee joint.In the model group,after povidone-iodine applied at the pressure ulcer,petroleum jelly gauze was bandaged.In the rb-bFGF group,after povidone-iodine applied at the pressure ulcer,rb-bFGF was smeared and petroleum jelly gauze was bandaged.In the moxibustion group A,the suspending moxibustion with moxa stick was delivered 3 cm to 5 cm above the ulcer.The paperless temperature recorder probe was placed on the wound surface where moxibustion was delivered,and the real-time temperature was monitored and adjusted,kept at(42±1)℃.The moxibustion temperature was kept at(45±1)℃ in the moxibustion group B,and(48±1)℃ in the moxibustion group C.The intervention lasted 14 days in each group.The wound healing rates were compared on the 3,5,7 and 14 days after the first intervention among the 6 groups.After 14-day intervention respectively,the histopathological changes were observed with HE staining,apoptosis was detected with TUNEL method and flow cytometry;VEGF-A protein expression determined with immunohistochemistry;the contents of Interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in serum with ELISA,and PI3K/AKT/mTOR related protein and mRNA expression was with Western blotting and qRT-PCR in wound tissues of each group.Results Regarding the intervention effects,(1)compared with the control group,the model group showed significant inflammatory infiltration in wound tissues,higher levels of cell apoptosis,and elevated serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand TGF-β(P<0.05);(2)compared with the model group,the rb-bFGF group and 3 moxibustion groups showed higher wound healing rates(P<0.05),reduced inflammatory infiltration in the wound tissues,lower levels of cell apoptosis,and decreased serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand TGF-β(P<0.05).Among the moxibustion groups,group C showed significantly better results than group A(P<0.01).Regarding the mechanism,(1)compared with the control group,the model group exhibited significantly higher protein and mRNA expression levels of PI3K/AKT/mTOR signal pathway components(P<0.05);(2)compared with the model group,the rb-bFGF group and 3 moxibustion groups showed lower protein and mRNA expression levels of PI3K/AKT/mTOR signal pathway components(P<0.05).Among the moxibustion groups,group C showed significantly higher expression levels than group A(P<0.01).Conclusion Moxibustion significantly promotes wound healing,with high-temperature moxibustion being more effective than low-temperature moxibustion in reducing the expression of inflammatory factors and cell apoptosis,thereby improving wound healing rates.It is presented that the higher moxibustion temperature,the higher wound healing rate,which may be associated with the regulation of PI3K/AKT/mTOR signal pathway with moxibustion.展开更多

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of autologous fat granule transplantation in facial depression plastic surgery.Methods:A total of 98 patients with facial depression admitted to the plastic surgery...Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of autologous fat granule transplantation in facial depression plastic surgery.Methods:A total of 98 patients with facial depression admitted to the plastic surgery department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with autologous fat granule transplantation,while the control group was treated with hyaluronic acid filling.The total effective rate of treatment,incidence of postoperative complications,improvement indicators of facial morphology(depth of depression,symmetry),and effect maintenance rate after 6 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.88%(46/49),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.59%,39/49)(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.12%(3/49),which was lower than that in the control group(20.41%,10/49)(P<0.05).One month after surgery,the depth of depression(1.23±0.31 mm)and symmetry(1.02±0.15 points)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the effect maintenance rate in the observation group was 89.80%(44/49),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(67.35%,33/49)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Autologous fat granule transplantation for the treatment of facial depression can significantly improve facial morphology,enhance treatment effect and patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,and maintain a more durable effect.It is a clinically preferred facial depression plastic surgery solution.展开更多
Magnesium hydride(MgH2)was doped into PTFE/Al to improve the energy release characteristics of the material system and strive for better application in military engineering.Five types of PTFE/Al/MgH2 reactive material...Magnesium hydride(MgH2)was doped into PTFE/Al to improve the energy release characteristics of the material system and strive for better application in military engineering.Five types of PTFE/Al/MgH2 reactive materials with different MgH2 content were prepared by molding sintering method.The dynamic mechanical properties of the materials were studied by performing split-Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)tests and scanning electron microscope characterizations.The thermal behavior,reaction energy,reaction process and reaction mechanism were systematically investigated by conducting thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry tests,oxygen bomb calorimeter measurements,Xray diffraction and SHPB tests.The results show that MgH2 particles less than 10%content contribute to heightening the dynamic mechanical properties of PTFE/Al system.The product Mg generated by decomposition of MgH2 can not only react with gas phase C2F4þbut also undergo a Grignard-type reaction with condensed PTFE.The reaction energy and ignition threshold of PTFE/Al/MgH2 reactive materials enhance monotonously as MgH2 content rose.With the increase of MgH2 content from 0%to 20%,the reaction time is prolonged as well as the reaction intensity is enhanced dramatically arising from the massive water vapour produced by the reaction between O2 and H2.The gaseous products generated can form a high pressure shortly after the reaction,which helps to elevate the damage effect of the PTFE/Al system.展开更多
BACKGROUND Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)is a cause of acute-onchronic liver failure(ACLF).AIM To investigate the risk factors of ACLF within 1 year after TIPS in patients with cirrhosis and const...BACKGROUND Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)is a cause of acute-onchronic liver failure(ACLF).AIM To investigate the risk factors of ACLF within 1 year after TIPS in patients with cirrhosis and construct a prediction model.METHODS In total,379 patients with decompensated cirrhosis treated with TIPS at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from 2017 to 2020 were selected as the training cohort,and 123 patients from Nanfang Hospital were included in the external validation cohort.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to identify independent predictors.The prediction model was established based on the Akaike information criterion.Internal and external validation were conducted to assess the performance of the model.RESULTS Age and total bilirubin(TBil)were independent risk factors for the incidence of ACLF within 1 year after TIPS.We developed a prediction model comprising age,TBil,and serum sodium,which demonstrated good discrimination and calibration in both the training cohort and the external validation cohort.CONCLUSION Age and TBil are independent risk factors for the incidence of ACLF within 1 year after TIPS in patients with decompensated cirrhosis.Our model showed satisfying predictive value.展开更多
As one member of the Ras super family,Rheb is an upstream regulator of mTOR signaling pathway,which regulates the process of cell-growth,proliferation and differentiation.In order to study the relationship between Rhe...As one member of the Ras super family,Rheb is an upstream regulator of mTOR signaling pathway,which regulates the process of cell-growth,proliferation and differentiation.In order to study the relationship between Rheb and mTOR in Inner Mongolian Cashmere goat(Capra hircus)cells,Ras homolog enriched in brain(Rheb)gene eDNA was amplified by RT-PCR.It is 555 bp in length and includes the complete ORF encoding 184 amino acids(GenBank accession no.HM569224).The full eDNA nucleotide sequence has a 99%identity with that of sheep,98%with cattle and 93%with human while their amino acids sequence shares identity with 98,97 and 97%of them,correspondingly.The bioinformatics analysis showed that Rheb has a Ras family domain,two casein kinase II phosphorylation sites,two ATP/GTP-binding sites motifA(P-loop),a prenyl group binding site(CAAX box).Tissue-specific expression analysis performed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.The Rheb gene was expressed in all the tested tissues and the highest level ofmRNA accumulation was detected in brain,suggesting that Rheb played an important role in goat cells.展开更多
Fluoropolymers get increasing attention in energetic materials application due to the high fluorine content.To explore the effect of poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(P(VDF-HFP))on Al/MnO2 nanothermi...Fluoropolymers get increasing attention in energetic materials application due to the high fluorine content.To explore the effect of poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(P(VDF-HFP))on Al/MnO2 nanothermite,the samples with different contents are prepared and characterized by SEM,TGDSC,XRD,and their ignition and combustion behavior are tested and recorded.The results show that P(VDF-HFP)as an energetic binder can combine the nanothermite components together,even exist in the gaps.The integrity of energetic materials has been improved.Thermal analysis shows that the addition of P(VDF-HFP)greatly changes the thermal reaction processes,and the exothermic peaks appear early,but the utilization of fuel and oxidizer is not efficient from the XRD results.Furthermore,the appropriate addition of P(VDF-HFP)can directly reduce the ignition energy threshold and increase the combustion time,which is necessary for the potential ignition charge application.The possible reasons for above phenomena are discussed and analyzed.This research provides a reference for improvement of thermitebased ignition charge formulation.展开更多
Pd/Co2MnSi(CMS)/NiFe2O4(NFO)/Pd multilayers were fabricated on F-mica substrate by magnetron sputtering.The best PMA performance of the multilayer structure Pd(3 nm)/CMS(5 nm)/NFO(0.8 nm)/Pd(3 nm)was obtained...Pd/Co2MnSi(CMS)/NiFe2O4(NFO)/Pd multilayers were fabricated on F-mica substrate by magnetron sputtering.The best PMA performance of the multilayer structure Pd(3 nm)/CMS(5 nm)/NFO(0.8 nm)/Pd(3 nm)was obtained by adjusting the thickness of the CMS and NFO layers.F-mica substrate has a flatter surface than glass and Si/SiO2 substrate.The magnetic anisotropy energy density(Keff)of the sample deposited on F-mica substrates is 0.6711 Merg/cm3(1 erg=10-7 J),which is about 30%higher than that of the multilayer films deposited on glass(0.475 Merg/cm3)and Si/SiO2(0.511 Merg/cm3)substrates,and the RHall and HC are also significantly increased.In this study,the NFO layer prepared by sputtering in the high purity Ar environment was exposed to the high purity O2 atmosphere for 5 min,which can effectively eliminate the oxygen loss and oxygen vacancy in NFO,ensuring enough Co-O orbital hybridization at the interface of CMS/NFO,and thus effectively improve the sample PMA.展开更多
Organic/inorganic hybrid van der Waals heterostructure with an atomically abrupt interface has attracted great research interests within the field of multifunctional electronic and optoelectronic devices.The integrati...Organic/inorganic hybrid van der Waals heterostructure with an atomically abrupt interface has attracted great research interests within the field of multifunctional electronic and optoelectronic devices.The integration of organic rubrene films with inorganic Si semiconductors can avoid the atomic mutual-diffusion at the interface,and provide the possibility of forming two-dimensional van der Waals heterojunction accompanied with the type-II energy band alignment,due to the transfer behaviors of majority carriers at the interface.In this study,the high-quality rubrene/Si van der Waals heterostructure with an electronically abrupt junction was prepared,and a self-powered photodetector was then constructed based on this hybrid heterojunction.The photodetector demonstrated an excellent switching response to the 1064 nm monochromatic light with large on/off current ratio of 7.0×103,the maximum photocurrent of 14.62 m A,the maximum responsivity of 2.07 A/W,the maximum detectivity of 2.9×1011Jones,and a fast response time of 13.0μs.This study offers important guidance for preparing high-quality rubrene/Si hybrid van der Waals heterostructure with desirable band alignment,and the designed heterojunction photodetector has an important application prospect in the field of multifunctional optoelectronics.展开更多

摘要Objective To investigate the effects of moxibustion on wound healing and evaluate whether the efficacy of moxibustion at different temperatures varies.Additionally,to explore the mechanism by which moxibustion regulates the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)/mammalian rapamycin target protein(mTOR)signaling pathway on wound healing and cell apoptosis.Methods A total of 90 SPF-grade SD rats were randomly divided into six groups(15 rats per group):control group,model group,recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel(rb-bFGF)group,moxibustion group A[temperature(42±1)℃],moxibustion group B[temperature(45±1)℃],and moxibustion group C[temperature(48±1)℃].Except the control group,the interventions were conducted in the other groups with pressure ulcer induced by ischemiaeperfusion injury.In the control group,povidone-iodine was administered at the knee joint.In the model group,after povidone-iodine applied at the pressure ulcer,petroleum jelly gauze was bandaged.In the rb-bFGF group,after povidone-iodine applied at the pressure ulcer,rb-bFGF was smeared and petroleum jelly gauze was bandaged.In the moxibustion group A,the suspending moxibustion with moxa stick was delivered 3 cm to 5 cm above the ulcer.The paperless temperature recorder probe was placed on the wound surface where moxibustion was delivered,and the real-time temperature was monitored and adjusted,kept at(42±1)℃.The moxibustion temperature was kept at(45±1)℃ in the moxibustion group B,and(48±1)℃ in the moxibustion group C.The intervention lasted 14 days in each group.The wound healing rates were compared on the 3,5,7 and 14 days after the first intervention among the 6 groups.After 14-day intervention respectively,the histopathological changes were observed with HE staining,apoptosis was detected with TUNEL method and flow cytometry;VEGF-A protein expression determined with immunohistochemistry;the contents of Interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in serum with ELISA,and PI3K/AKT/mTOR related protein and mRNA expression was with Western blotting and qRT-PCR in wound tissues of each group.Results Regarding the intervention effects,(1)compared with the control group,the model group showed significant inflammatory infiltration in wound tissues,higher levels of cell apoptosis,and elevated serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand TGF-β(P<0.05);(2)compared with the model group,the rb-bFGF group and 3 moxibustion groups showed higher wound healing rates(P<0.05),reduced inflammatory infiltration in the wound tissues,lower levels of cell apoptosis,and decreased serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand TGF-β(P<0.05).Among the moxibustion groups,group C showed significantly better results than group A(P<0.01).Regarding the mechanism,(1)compared with the control group,the model group exhibited significantly higher protein and mRNA expression levels of PI3K/AKT/mTOR signal pathway components(P<0.05);(2)compared with the model group,the rb-bFGF group and 3 moxibustion groups showed lower protein and mRNA expression levels of PI3K/AKT/mTOR signal pathway components(P<0.05).Among the moxibustion groups,group C showed significantly higher expression levels than group A(P<0.01).Conclusion Moxibustion significantly promotes wound healing,with high-temperature moxibustion being more effective than low-temperature moxibustion in reducing the expression of inflammatory factors and cell apoptosis,thereby improving wound healing rates.It is presented that the higher moxibustion temperature,the higher wound healing rate,which may be associated with the regulation of PI3K/AKT/mTOR signal pathway with moxibustion.

摘要Male dzo from the F1 to F3 generations are sterile,which impedes the utilization of hybrid vigor in dzo and constrains the development of plateau animal husbandry in China.The underlying mechanism of this phenomenon has long been a focal point in yak crossbreeding improvement research.This review summarizes the mechanisms underlying male sterility in dzo from histological,physiological,and multi-omics perspectives,providing research directions for further exploration of the mechanisms of male sterility in dzo.
摘要Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of autologous fat granule transplantation in facial depression plastic surgery.Methods:A total of 98 patients with facial depression admitted to the plastic surgery department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with autologous fat granule transplantation,while the control group was treated with hyaluronic acid filling.The total effective rate of treatment,incidence of postoperative complications,improvement indicators of facial morphology(depth of depression,symmetry),and effect maintenance rate after 6 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.88%(46/49),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.59%,39/49)(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.12%(3/49),which was lower than that in the control group(20.41%,10/49)(P<0.05).One month after surgery,the depth of depression(1.23±0.31 mm)and symmetry(1.02±0.15 points)in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the effect maintenance rate in the observation group was 89.80%(44/49),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(67.35%,33/49)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Autologous fat granule transplantation for the treatment of facial depression can significantly improve facial morphology,enhance treatment effect and patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,and maintain a more durable effect.It is a clinically preferred facial depression plastic surgery solution.

摘要Magnesium hydride(MgH2)was doped into PTFE/Al to improve the energy release characteristics of the material system and strive for better application in military engineering.Five types of PTFE/Al/MgH2 reactive materials with different MgH2 content were prepared by molding sintering method.The dynamic mechanical properties of the materials were studied by performing split-Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)tests and scanning electron microscope characterizations.The thermal behavior,reaction energy,reaction process and reaction mechanism were systematically investigated by conducting thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry tests,oxygen bomb calorimeter measurements,Xray diffraction and SHPB tests.The results show that MgH2 particles less than 10%content contribute to heightening the dynamic mechanical properties of PTFE/Al system.The product Mg generated by decomposition of MgH2 can not only react with gas phase C2F4þbut also undergo a Grignard-type reaction with condensed PTFE.The reaction energy and ignition threshold of PTFE/Al/MgH2 reactive materials enhance monotonously as MgH2 content rose.With the increase of MgH2 content from 0%to 20%,the reaction time is prolonged as well as the reaction intensity is enhanced dramatically arising from the massive water vapour produced by the reaction between O2 and H2.The gaseous products generated can form a high pressure shortly after the reaction,which helps to elevate the damage effect of the PTFE/Al system.

摘要BACKGROUND Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)is a cause of acute-onchronic liver failure(ACLF).AIM To investigate the risk factors of ACLF within 1 year after TIPS in patients with cirrhosis and construct a prediction model.METHODS In total,379 patients with decompensated cirrhosis treated with TIPS at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital from 2017 to 2020 were selected as the training cohort,and 123 patients from Nanfang Hospital were included in the external validation cohort.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to identify independent predictors.The prediction model was established based on the Akaike information criterion.Internal and external validation were conducted to assess the performance of the model.RESULTS Age and total bilirubin(TBil)were independent risk factors for the incidence of ACLF within 1 year after TIPS.We developed a prediction model comprising age,TBil,and serum sodium,which demonstrated good discrimination and calibration in both the training cohort and the external validation cohort.CONCLUSION Age and TBil are independent risk factors for the incidence of ACLF within 1 year after TIPS in patients with decompensated cirrhosis.Our model showed satisfying predictive value.

摘要As one member of the Ras super family,Rheb is an upstream regulator of mTOR signaling pathway,which regulates the process of cell-growth,proliferation and differentiation.In order to study the relationship between Rheb and mTOR in Inner Mongolian Cashmere goat(Capra hircus)cells,Ras homolog enriched in brain(Rheb)gene eDNA was amplified by RT-PCR.It is 555 bp in length and includes the complete ORF encoding 184 amino acids(GenBank accession no.HM569224).The full eDNA nucleotide sequence has a 99%identity with that of sheep,98%with cattle and 93%with human while their amino acids sequence shares identity with 98,97 and 97%of them,correspondingly.The bioinformatics analysis showed that Rheb has a Ras family domain,two casein kinase II phosphorylation sites,two ATP/GTP-binding sites motifA(P-loop),a prenyl group binding site(CAAX box).Tissue-specific expression analysis performed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.The Rheb gene was expressed in all the tested tissues and the highest level ofmRNA accumulation was detected in brain,suggesting that Rheb played an important role in goat cells.

摘要Fluoropolymers get increasing attention in energetic materials application due to the high fluorine content.To explore the effect of poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(P(VDF-HFP))on Al/MnO2 nanothermite,the samples with different contents are prepared and characterized by SEM,TGDSC,XRD,and their ignition and combustion behavior are tested and recorded.The results show that P(VDF-HFP)as an energetic binder can combine the nanothermite components together,even exist in the gaps.The integrity of energetic materials has been improved.Thermal analysis shows that the addition of P(VDF-HFP)greatly changes the thermal reaction processes,and the exothermic peaks appear early,but the utilization of fuel and oxidizer is not efficient from the XRD results.Furthermore,the appropriate addition of P(VDF-HFP)can directly reduce the ignition energy threshold and increase the combustion time,which is necessary for the potential ignition charge application.The possible reasons for above phenomena are discussed and analyzed.This research provides a reference for improvement of thermitebased ignition charge formulation.
摘要Pd/Co2MnSi(CMS)/NiFe2O4(NFO)/Pd multilayers were fabricated on F-mica substrate by magnetron sputtering.The best PMA performance of the multilayer structure Pd(3 nm)/CMS(5 nm)/NFO(0.8 nm)/Pd(3 nm)was obtained by adjusting the thickness of the CMS and NFO layers.F-mica substrate has a flatter surface than glass and Si/SiO2 substrate.The magnetic anisotropy energy density(Keff)of the sample deposited on F-mica substrates is 0.6711 Merg/cm3(1 erg=10-7 J),which is about 30%higher than that of the multilayer films deposited on glass(0.475 Merg/cm3)and Si/SiO2(0.511 Merg/cm3)substrates,and the RHall and HC are also significantly increased.In this study,the NFO layer prepared by sputtering in the high purity Ar environment was exposed to the high purity O2 atmosphere for 5 min,which can effectively eliminate the oxygen loss and oxygen vacancy in NFO,ensuring enough Co-O orbital hybridization at the interface of CMS/NFO,and thus effectively improve the sample PMA.

摘要Organic/inorganic hybrid van der Waals heterostructure with an atomically abrupt interface has attracted great research interests within the field of multifunctional electronic and optoelectronic devices.The integration of organic rubrene films with inorganic Si semiconductors can avoid the atomic mutual-diffusion at the interface,and provide the possibility of forming two-dimensional van der Waals heterojunction accompanied with the type-II energy band alignment,due to the transfer behaviors of majority carriers at the interface.In this study,the high-quality rubrene/Si van der Waals heterostructure with an electronically abrupt junction was prepared,and a self-powered photodetector was then constructed based on this hybrid heterojunction.The photodetector demonstrated an excellent switching response to the 1064 nm monochromatic light with large on/off current ratio of 7.0×103,the maximum photocurrent of 14.62 m A,the maximum responsivity of 2.07 A/W,the maximum detectivity of 2.9×1011Jones,and a fast response time of 13.0μs.This study offers important guidance for preparing high-quality rubrene/Si hybrid van der Waals heterostructure with desirable band alignment,and the designed heterojunction photodetector has an important application prospect in the field of multifunctional optoelectronics.
