Soil heavy metal contamination has emerged as a critical global environmental issue due to industrialization,posing severe threats to human health.Notably,heavy metal pollution and herbicide application frequently coe...Soil heavy metal contamination has emerged as a critical global environmental issue due to industrialization,posing severe threats to human health.Notably,heavy metal pollution and herbicide application frequently coexist in agricultural systems.This study reveals enantiomer-specific effects of the widely used herbicide napropamide(NAP)on plant growth and cadmium(Cd)accumulation in Arabidopsis thaliana.Compared to the control,R-NAP enhanced plant growth while S-NAP exhibited inhibitory effects.Intriguingly,R-NAP treatment increased Cd accumulation by 14%and 90%relative to the control and S-NAP,respectively.Furthermore,R-NAP significantly elevated the contents of macronutrients(nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),potassium(K),calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg))and micronutrients(iron(Fe),zinc(Zn))by 1.05-1.3-fold and 1.25-1.82-fold compared to the control and S-NAP treatments.Mantel test and structural equation modeling(SEM)identified significant correlations between Cd and nutrients(N,P,Fe,Zn),with N and P directly/indirectly influencing Cd accumulation via Fe/Zn regulation.Transcriptomic analysis coupled with cross-domain network modeling uncovered core genes co-regulating nutrient uptake and Cd accumulation,including NRT1.2,NRT1.5,PHT3.2,ABCC9,and YSL6.Molecular docking confirmed strong binding affinities between NAP enantiomers and these transporter proteins.Our findings demonstrate that nutrient uptake dynamics mediate herbicide-induced Cd accumulation,providing novel insights for optimizing herbicide-nutrient management to mitigate crop metal uptake in contaminated farmlands.展开更多
目的构建并验证基于术后2周超声血流动力学指标的自体动静脉内瘘(autogenous arteriovenous fistula,AVF)成熟不良风险预测模型。方法选择2023年3月—2025年9月德阳市人民医院肾内科首次行AVF手术的终末期肾病患者。根据术后6周成熟情...目的构建并验证基于术后2周超声血流动力学指标的自体动静脉内瘘(autogenous arteriovenous fistula,AVF)成熟不良风险预测模型。方法选择2023年3月—2025年9月德阳市人民医院肾内科首次行AVF手术的终末期肾病患者。根据术后6周成熟情况分为成熟组和成熟不良组。收集患者基线资料及术后2周彩色多普勒超声(彩超)指标。通过LASSO回归筛选变量,多因素logistic回归分析构建列线图模型。采用受试者工作特征曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)、校准曲线及决策曲线分析评价模型效能。结果共纳入患者260例。其中,AVF成熟不良94例(36.2%)。LASSO回归筛选出女性、糖尿病、回流静脉内径、血管通路血流量、搏动指数、静脉深度及吻合口狭窄7个预测变量。多因素logistic回归显示,女性、糖尿病、回流静脉内径变小、血管通路血流量降低及搏动指数升高是AVF成熟不良的独立预测因素(P<0.05)。列线图模型的AUC为0.924[95%置信区间(0.893,0.956)],内部验证校正AUC为0.912。校准曲线提示校准度良好(χ2=3.703,P=0.883),决策曲线分析提示临床净获益良好。结论本模型具有高区分度与准确性,可结合术后2周常规复诊同步评估,为早期识别AVF成熟不良及个体化通路干预提供科学工具。展开更多
In this editorial we comment on the article published in the recent issue of World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology.This study aims to explore the relationship be-tween preoperative inflammation markers and the re...In this editorial we comment on the article published in the recent issue of World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology.This study aims to explore the relationship be-tween preoperative inflammation markers and the recurrence of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST)after surgery.It is well known that the best-documented prognostic parameters for GIST are mitotic activity,tumor size and anatomical site.Besides,mutation status represents a prognostic as well as predictive factor.This study provides a new tool for postoperative recurrence risk assessment of GIST patients by establishing a line chart prediction model,which is certificated by previous research that high platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio correlated with increased tumour sizes,more advanced tumour stages and mitotic index.However,as a retrospective study,inevitable bias exists in the results;furthermore,the sample size of this study is relatively small,in-fluencing the universality of the results.Moreover,when assessing risk rating and prognosis of GIST,some novel inflammatory makers could be taken into consi-deration,such as proenkephalin and SLITRK3.Overall,this study can offer an additional model for GIST prognosis and recurrence risk assessment,indepen-dent of the traditional prognostic factors of GIST.展开更多

METHODS:Patients with biopsy-confirmed gastric high grade int...AIM:To investigate the macroscopic and clinicopathologic features of gastric cancer in patients with biopsy-suggested high grade intraepithelial neoplasia. METHODS:Patients with biopsy-confirmed gastric high grade intraepithelial neoplasia were reviewed from January 2001 to March 2008.Pathologic sections were re-evaluated by two senior pathologists. Patients with an en-bloc resection of the lesion within two months after the diagnosis of high grade intraepithelial neoplasia were enrolled in the study. Clinical manifestations,endoscopic features,biopsy and surgical pathology of all patients were collected and analyzed.The data acquired were subjected to univariate and multivariate analysis. RESULTS:Seventy-two superficial gastric lesions with a pathologic diagnosis of high grade intraepithelial neoplasia based on biopsy specimens were enrolled. True high grade intraepithelial neoplasia was finally proved in 16 lesions and gastric cancer in the rest 56 lesions,most of which(96.4%)were differentiated carcinomas.The result of univariate analysis indicatedthat the size and the presence of marked ulcer plaque or scar in a superficial lesion were independently associated with gastric cancer(P<0.05),when high grade intraepithelial neoplasia was diagnosed by biopsy pathology.The results of multivariate analysis revealed the size greater than 1.5 cm[odds ratio(OR)18.400,P<0.001]and the presence of 5-odd mm ulcer plaque or scar(OR 10.000,P=0.044)were associated with gastric cancer.Accordingly,the sensitivity,specificity and negative predictive value of multivariate analysis for predicting"true high grade intraepithelial neoplasia" was 87.5%,89.3%and 96.2%,respectively. CONCLUSION:Macroscopic findings are of value in differentiation between high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and superficial gastric cancer.This may simplify patient work-up and save costs for patients and healthcare system.展开更多
The heterotrimeric guanine nucleotide-binding protein(G-protein)has been demonstrated to mediate various signaling pathways in plants.However,its role in phytochrome A(phyA)signaling remains elusive.In this study,we d...The heterotrimeric guanine nucleotide-binding protein(G-protein)has been demonstrated to mediate various signaling pathways in plants.However,its role in phytochrome A(phyA)signaling remains elusive.In this study,we discover a new phyA-mediated phenotype designated far-red irradiation(FR)preconditioned cell death,which occurs only in the hypocotyls of FR-grown seedlings following exposure to white light(WL).The cell death is mitigated in the Gαmutant gpal but aggravated in the Gβmutant agbl in comparison with the wild type(WT),indicative of antagonistic roles of GPA1 and AGBI in the phyA-mediated cell-death pathway.Further investigation indicates that FR-induced accumulation of nonphotoconvertible protochlorophyllide(Pchlide^633),which generates reactive oxygen species(ROS)on exposure to WL,is required for FR-preconditioned cell death.Moreover,ROS is mainly detected in chloroplasts using the fluorescent probe.Interestingly,the application of H2O2 to dark-grown seedlings results in a phenotype similar to FR-preconditioned cell death.This reveals that ROS is a critical mediator for the ceil death.In addition,we observe that agb1 is more sensitive to H2O2 than WT seedlings,indicating that the G-protein may also modify the sensitivity of the seedlings to ROS stress.Taking these results together,we infer that the G-protein may be involved in the phyA signaling pathway to regulate FR-preconditioned cell death ofArabidopsis hypocotyls.A possible mechanism underlying the involvement of the G-protein in phyA signaling is discussed in this study.展开更多

The start point is the dual quaternion and its characteristics. The logarithm of a dual quaternion is defined, based on which kinematic control laws can be developed. Global exponential convergence is achieved using logarithmic feedback via a generalized proportional control law, and an appropriate Lyapunov function is constructed to prove the stability. Both the regulation and tracking problems are tackled. Omnidirectional control is discussed as a case study. As the control laws can handle the interconnection between the rotation and translation of a rigid body, they are shown to be more applicable than the conventional method.展开更多
Background: The prognostic role of the V600 E mutation of v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1(BRAF)in metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC) is well established, but the therapeutic regimen targeting this disea...Background: The prognostic role of the V600 E mutation of v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1(BRAF)in metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC) is well established, but the therapeutic regimen targeting this disease is lacking. This study aimed to analyze the clinicopathologic features of and treatment efficacy of commonly used regimens on BRAF-mutated mCRCs.Methods: We collected and reviewed the medical records of mCRC patients treated at Peking University Cancer Hospital & Institute(Beijing, China) between July 2011 and July 2016. Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog(KRAS),neuroblastoma RAS viral oncogene homolog(NRAS), and BRAF mutational status was assayed using direct sequencing. The details of clinicopathologic characteristics of patients and their responses to FOLFOXIRI regimen or standard therapy were obtained by reviewing the medical records. The progression-free survival(PFS) and overall survival(OS)were assessed using Kaplan-Meier analysis and compared using the log-rank test.Results: Of 1694 patients studied, 75 had BRAF exon 15 mutations. Of these 75 patients, 71 had V600 E mutation, 1 had D594 G mutation, 2 had K601 E mutation, and 1 had a novel T599_V600 insAGA alteration. No patients had KRAS or NRAS mutations. Of 63 patients with BRAFV600 E-mutated mCRC and sufficient clinical data, 27(42.9%) had right-sided colon tumors, 19(30.2%) had left-sided colon tumors, and 17(26.9%) had rectal tumors; 26(41.3%) had peritoneal metastases, and 50(79.4%) had distant lymph node metastases.The patients with BRAF K601 E-and T599_V600 insAGA-mutated tumors had similar clinicopathologic features to those with BRAFV600 E-mutated tumors. Patients with the BRAFV600 E mutation benefited more from FOLFOXIRI regimen compared with patients who underwent standard therapy(overall response rate 83.3% vs. 14.0%; median PFS 6.4 months vs. 2.8 months, P = 0.220; median OS11.0 months vs. 6.9 months, P = 0.048).Conclusions: BRAFV600 E mutations were commonly identified in right-sided tumors and showed a high incidence of peritoneal and distant lymph nodes metastases.This subtype of mCRC was characterized by short OS and unique patterns of metastasis. Compared with standard treatment regimens, the FOLFOXIRI regimen had acceptable and manageable toxicities and favorable efficacy on patients with BRAF-mutated mCRC.展开更多

Although the majority of colorectal cancer(CRC) cases develop through the CIN pathway, approximately 15% of cases are caused by the hypermutation known as microsatellite instability(MSI) that is a consequence of defic...Although the majority of colorectal cancer(CRC) cases develop through the CIN pathway, approximately 15% of cases are caused by the hypermutation known as microsatellite instability(MSI) that is a consequence of deficient(d) DNA mismatch repair(MMR). d MMR CRCs have distinct phenotypic characteristics compared with microsatellite stable(MSS) tumors. MSI CRC is associated with an earlier stage at diagnosis and improved stage-specific prognosis, although this is controversial in stage IV patients. Current evidence supports the use of adjuvant chemotherapy with fluoropyrimidine plus oxaliplatin for stage III d MMR CRC. The distinctive genomic characterization and expression profiling of d MMR CRC paves the way for tailored immunotherapies. This is supported by recent studies that highlighted the efficacy of immunotherapy in d MMR CRC. Here, we describe the molecular aspects of the MMR system and discuss the associations of MMR-deficient/MSI-H status with clinical management, especially for patients with metastatic CRC.展开更多
BACKGROUND Geleophysic dysplasia(GD)presents the characterized clinical manifestations of acromelic dysplasia,including extremely short stature,short limbs,small hands and feet,stubby fingers and toes,joint stiffness ...BACKGROUND Geleophysic dysplasia(GD)presents the characterized clinical manifestations of acromelic dysplasia,including extremely short stature,short limbs,small hands and feet,stubby fingers and toes,joint stiffness and others.It is clinically distinct from the other acromelic dysplasia in terms of symptoms such as cardiac valvular abnormalities,progressive hepatomegaly and tracheal stenosis.CASE SUMMARY We report on a Chinese 9-year-old girl with GD with the c.5243G>T(p.C1748F)mutation in FBN1(fibrillin 1,OMIM 134797).She was born in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China.The patient presented with typical clinical features of GD and recurrent respiratory tract infections over 6 years.Laboratory studies and chest computed tomography(CT)scan indicated bronchopneumonia.Her echocardiography revealed mild mitral valve thickening with regurgitation.Laryngopharyngeal CT and electronic bronchoscopy revealed severe glottic stenosis.Echocardiography examination displayed mild mitral valve thickening and regurgitation.Ophthalmic examination did not reveal myopia or lens dislocation.Treated with ceftriaxone sodium and methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection as well as methylprednisolone orally,patient’s symptoms had improved.CONCLUSION GD is a rare genetic condition that can cause life-threatening cardiovascular and respiratory problems.This study also found that the identified genotype of GD could be related to different clinical phenotypes.展开更多

In this study,the volatile compounds in four kinds of Jinmudan Oolong tea were extracted and analyzed by simultaneous steam distillation and extraction(SDE) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),respectively...In this study,the volatile compounds in four kinds of Jinmudan Oolong tea were extracted and analyzed by simultaneous steam distillation and extraction(SDE) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),respectively.The relative contents of the chemical constituents in the volatile components were quantified by peak area normalization and NIST database.A total of 93 volatile components were identified,46 for sample 1,56 for sample 2,45 for sample 3 and 30 for sample 4.Alcohols and esters were the most abundant volatiles in Jinmudan Oolong tea.Palmitic acid,nerolidol,2-phenylethanol,phytol,cis-5-ethenyltetrahydro-.α,α-5-trimethyl-2-furanmethanol,2,2,6-trimethyl-6-ethenyltetrahydro-2h-pyran-3-ol,a-farnesene,eicosane,hexadecane,indole,β-phenethyl hexanoate,β-phenethyl hexanoate,methyl palmitate,benzoic acid,2-phenylethyl ester,tetrahydro-6-(cis-2-pentenyl)-2h-pyran-2-one and cis-jasmone were in all of the samples.Nerolidol was shown to be the aroma components with the highest content in Jinmudan Oolong tea,which accounted for 26.61%,36.89%,36.89%and 36.89%.展开更多

摘要In this editorial we comment on the article published in the recent issue of World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology.This study aims to explore the relationship be-tween preoperative inflammation markers and the recurrence of gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST)after surgery.It is well known that the best-documented prognostic parameters for GIST are mitotic activity,tumor size and anatomical site.Besides,mutation status represents a prognostic as well as predictive factor.This study provides a new tool for postoperative recurrence risk assessment of GIST patients by establishing a line chart prediction model,which is certificated by previous research that high platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio correlated with increased tumour sizes,more advanced tumour stages and mitotic index.However,as a retrospective study,inevitable bias exists in the results;furthermore,the sample size of this study is relatively small,in-fluencing the universality of the results.Moreover,when assessing risk rating and prognosis of GIST,some novel inflammatory makers could be taken into consi-deration,such as proenkephalin and SLITRK3.Overall,this study can offer an additional model for GIST prognosis and recurrence risk assessment,indepen-dent of the traditional prognostic factors of GIST.
摘要AIM:To investigate the macroscopic and clinicopathologic features of gastric cancer in patients with biopsy-suggested high grade intraepithelial neoplasia. METHODS:Patients with biopsy-confirmed gastric high grade intraepithelial neoplasia were reviewed from January 2001 to March 2008.Pathologic sections were re-evaluated by two senior pathologists. Patients with an en-bloc resection of the lesion within two months after the diagnosis of high grade intraepithelial neoplasia were enrolled in the study. Clinical manifestations,endoscopic features,biopsy and surgical pathology of all patients were collected and analyzed.The data acquired were subjected to univariate and multivariate analysis. RESULTS:Seventy-two superficial gastric lesions with a pathologic diagnosis of high grade intraepithelial neoplasia based on biopsy specimens were enrolled. True high grade intraepithelial neoplasia was finally proved in 16 lesions and gastric cancer in the rest 56 lesions,most of which(96.4%)were differentiated carcinomas.The result of univariate analysis indicatedthat the size and the presence of marked ulcer plaque or scar in a superficial lesion were independently associated with gastric cancer(P<0.05),when high grade intraepithelial neoplasia was diagnosed by biopsy pathology.The results of multivariate analysis revealed the size greater than 1.5 cm[odds ratio(OR)18.400,P<0.001]and the presence of 5-odd mm ulcer plaque or scar(OR 10.000,P=0.044)were associated with gastric cancer.Accordingly,the sensitivity,specificity and negative predictive value of multivariate analysis for predicting"true high grade intraepithelial neoplasia" was 87.5%,89.3%and 96.2%,respectively. CONCLUSION:Macroscopic findings are of value in differentiation between high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and superficial gastric cancer.This may simplify patient work-up and save costs for patients and healthcare system.

摘要The heterotrimeric guanine nucleotide-binding protein(G-protein)has been demonstrated to mediate various signaling pathways in plants.However,its role in phytochrome A(phyA)signaling remains elusive.In this study,we discover a new phyA-mediated phenotype designated far-red irradiation(FR)preconditioned cell death,which occurs only in the hypocotyls of FR-grown seedlings following exposure to white light(WL).The cell death is mitigated in the Gαmutant gpal but aggravated in the Gβmutant agbl in comparison with the wild type(WT),indicative of antagonistic roles of GPA1 and AGBI in the phyA-mediated cell-death pathway.Further investigation indicates that FR-induced accumulation of nonphotoconvertible protochlorophyllide(Pchlide^633),which generates reactive oxygen species(ROS)on exposure to WL,is required for FR-preconditioned cell death.Moreover,ROS is mainly detected in chloroplasts using the fluorescent probe.Interestingly,the application of H2O2 to dark-grown seedlings results in a phenotype similar to FR-preconditioned cell death.This reveals that ROS is a critical mediator for the ceil death.In addition,we observe that agb1 is more sensitive to H2O2 than WT seedlings,indicating that the G-protein may also modify the sensitivity of the seedlings to ROS stress.Taking these results together,we infer that the G-protein may be involved in the phyA signaling pathway to regulate FR-preconditioned cell death ofArabidopsis hypocotyls.A possible mechanism underlying the involvement of the G-protein in phyA signaling is discussed in this study.
摘要This paper proposes a new type of control laws for free rigid bodies. The start point is the dual quaternion and its characteristics. The logarithm of a dual quaternion is defined, based on which kinematic control laws can be developed. Global exponential convergence is achieved using logarithmic feedback via a generalized proportional control law, and an appropriate Lyapunov function is constructed to prove the stability. Both the regulation and tracking problems are tackled. Omnidirectional control is discussed as a case study. As the control laws can handle the interconnection between the rotation and translation of a rigid body, they are shown to be more applicable than the conventional method.
摘要Background: The prognostic role of the V600 E mutation of v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1(BRAF)in metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC) is well established, but the therapeutic regimen targeting this disease is lacking. This study aimed to analyze the clinicopathologic features of and treatment efficacy of commonly used regimens on BRAF-mutated mCRCs.Methods: We collected and reviewed the medical records of mCRC patients treated at Peking University Cancer Hospital & Institute(Beijing, China) between July 2011 and July 2016. Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog(KRAS),neuroblastoma RAS viral oncogene homolog(NRAS), and BRAF mutational status was assayed using direct sequencing. The details of clinicopathologic characteristics of patients and their responses to FOLFOXIRI regimen or standard therapy were obtained by reviewing the medical records. The progression-free survival(PFS) and overall survival(OS)were assessed using Kaplan-Meier analysis and compared using the log-rank test.Results: Of 1694 patients studied, 75 had BRAF exon 15 mutations. Of these 75 patients, 71 had V600 E mutation, 1 had D594 G mutation, 2 had K601 E mutation, and 1 had a novel T599_V600 insAGA alteration. No patients had KRAS or NRAS mutations. Of 63 patients with BRAFV600 E-mutated mCRC and sufficient clinical data, 27(42.9%) had right-sided colon tumors, 19(30.2%) had left-sided colon tumors, and 17(26.9%) had rectal tumors; 26(41.3%) had peritoneal metastases, and 50(79.4%) had distant lymph node metastases.The patients with BRAF K601 E-and T599_V600 insAGA-mutated tumors had similar clinicopathologic features to those with BRAFV600 E-mutated tumors. Patients with the BRAFV600 E mutation benefited more from FOLFOXIRI regimen compared with patients who underwent standard therapy(overall response rate 83.3% vs. 14.0%; median PFS 6.4 months vs. 2.8 months, P = 0.220; median OS11.0 months vs. 6.9 months, P = 0.048).Conclusions: BRAFV600 E mutations were commonly identified in right-sided tumors and showed a high incidence of peritoneal and distant lymph nodes metastases.This subtype of mCRC was characterized by short OS and unique patterns of metastasis. Compared with standard treatment regimens, the FOLFOXIRI regimen had acceptable and manageable toxicities and favorable efficacy on patients with BRAF-mutated mCRC.

摘要In this paper, a new bilateral control algorithm based on absolute stability theory is put forward, which aims at the time-delay teleoperation system with force feedback from the slave directly. In the new control algorithm, the delay-dependent stability, instead of delay-independent stability, is taken as the aim of control design. It improves the transparency of the system at the price of unnecessary stability. With this algorithm, the time-delay teleoperation systems have good transparency and stability. A simulation system is established to verify the effect of this algorithm.

摘要Tropical fruits,such as bananas,passion fruit,mangoes,and lychees,are rich in vitamins,flavonoids and non-flavonoid phenols,and are the healthiest way to intake bioactive compounds in one's daily diet.Coupled with their unique taste,tropical fruits are becoming more increasingly popular.The production of bananas is second only after grapes,while other tropical fruit are limited by the planting environment,resulting in a relatively low planting area and yield.With the improvement in breeding technology and planting technology,the development of tropical fruit crops will have broad prospects.MYB plays a major regulatory role in several biological processes,including growth and development of plants,quality formation,and stress resistance.There is a comparatively junior level of research on tropical fruit crops compared to grain fruit and model plants.Despite the progress that has been made in the development of molecular biology methods that can transform the genetic makeup of tropical fruit crops,the functional understanding of the multiple MYB genes is still in its initial stages.This paper aims to review the current status of the research on the development of these genes and their prospects.It is expected to provide a reference for the study of MYB transcription factors in tropical fruit crops and to provide new ideas for the functional resolution of MYB transcription factors in different biological processes.
摘要Although the majority of colorectal cancer(CRC) cases develop through the CIN pathway, approximately 15% of cases are caused by the hypermutation known as microsatellite instability(MSI) that is a consequence of deficient(d) DNA mismatch repair(MMR). d MMR CRCs have distinct phenotypic characteristics compared with microsatellite stable(MSS) tumors. MSI CRC is associated with an earlier stage at diagnosis and improved stage-specific prognosis, although this is controversial in stage IV patients. Current evidence supports the use of adjuvant chemotherapy with fluoropyrimidine plus oxaliplatin for stage III d MMR CRC. The distinctive genomic characterization and expression profiling of d MMR CRC paves the way for tailored immunotherapies. This is supported by recent studies that highlighted the efficacy of immunotherapy in d MMR CRC. Here, we describe the molecular aspects of the MMR system and discuss the associations of MMR-deficient/MSI-H status with clinical management, especially for patients with metastatic CRC.
摘要BACKGROUND Geleophysic dysplasia(GD)presents the characterized clinical manifestations of acromelic dysplasia,including extremely short stature,short limbs,small hands and feet,stubby fingers and toes,joint stiffness and others.It is clinically distinct from the other acromelic dysplasia in terms of symptoms such as cardiac valvular abnormalities,progressive hepatomegaly and tracheal stenosis.CASE SUMMARY We report on a Chinese 9-year-old girl with GD with the c.5243G>T(p.C1748F)mutation in FBN1(fibrillin 1,OMIM 134797).She was born in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China.The patient presented with typical clinical features of GD and recurrent respiratory tract infections over 6 years.Laboratory studies and chest computed tomography(CT)scan indicated bronchopneumonia.Her echocardiography revealed mild mitral valve thickening with regurgitation.Laryngopharyngeal CT and electronic bronchoscopy revealed severe glottic stenosis.Echocardiography examination displayed mild mitral valve thickening and regurgitation.Ophthalmic examination did not reveal myopia or lens dislocation.Treated with ceftriaxone sodium and methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection as well as methylprednisolone orally,patient’s symptoms had improved.CONCLUSION GD is a rare genetic condition that can cause life-threatening cardiovascular and respiratory problems.This study also found that the identified genotype of GD could be related to different clinical phenotypes.

摘要Jinmudan,a new tea variety from Fujian Province has an excellent quality with a unique aroma like magnolia frogrance.To monitor the changes in the tea volatile compounds during the Jinmudan Oolong tea manufacturing(drying) process,the volatiles of tea samples were extracted and analyzed.Characteristic volatile compounds in Jinmudan Oolong tea were nerolidol,α-farnesene,linolenic acid,palmitic acid,indole,phenylacetaldehyde,cisjasmone,β-phenylethanol,etc.The content of nerolidol was the highest in four tested samples.The composition of the volatile compounds in microwave drying sample was simple,but its concentration was high,in which the main volatile compounds were alcohols and esters.The processing with combination of traditional drying craft and modern aroma-improvement technique could obviously improve the tea aroma,especially in level of epoxy linalool and jasmine lactone.

摘要In this study,the volatile compounds in four kinds of Jinmudan Oolong tea were extracted and analyzed by simultaneous steam distillation and extraction(SDE) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),respectively.The relative contents of the chemical constituents in the volatile components were quantified by peak area normalization and NIST database.A total of 93 volatile components were identified,46 for sample 1,56 for sample 2,45 for sample 3 and 30 for sample 4.Alcohols and esters were the most abundant volatiles in Jinmudan Oolong tea.Palmitic acid,nerolidol,2-phenylethanol,phytol,cis-5-ethenyltetrahydro-.α,α-5-trimethyl-2-furanmethanol,2,2,6-trimethyl-6-ethenyltetrahydro-2h-pyran-3-ol,a-farnesene,eicosane,hexadecane,indole,β-phenethyl hexanoate,β-phenethyl hexanoate,methyl palmitate,benzoic acid,2-phenylethyl ester,tetrahydro-6-(cis-2-pentenyl)-2h-pyran-2-one and cis-jasmone were in all of the samples.Nerolidol was shown to be the aroma components with the highest content in Jinmudan Oolong tea,which accounted for 26.61%,36.89%,36.89%and 36.89%.
摘要In the study,the volatile compounds in two Camellia chrysantha(Hu) Tuyama species were extracted and analysed by simultaneous steam distillation and extraction(SDE) and gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GCMS),respectively.The relative contents of the chemical constituents in the volatile components were quantified by peak area normalization and NIST database.A total of 60 volatile components were identified,45 for Camellia nitidissima and 26 for Camellia euphlebia.Aldehydes and acids were the most dominant volatiles in Camellia nitidissima,but for Camellia euphlebia there were hydrocarbons and ketones.Hexanoic acid,4-(2,6,6-trimethyl-1-cyclohexenyl)-3-buten-2-one,cis-2-decenal,4-[2,2,6-trimethyl-7-oxabicyclo[4.1.0]hept-1-yl]-3-buten-2-one,phenylacetaldehyde,eicosane,alpha-ionone,geranylacetone 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol,7,9-di-tertbutyl-1-oxaspiro[4,5]deca-6,9-diene-2,8-dioi and tetradecanal were both in two Camellia chrysantha(Hu)Tuyama species.
