BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal(GI)tumors are among the most prevalent malignancies,and surgical intervention remains a primary treatment modality.However,the complexity of GI surgery often leads to prolonged recovery and...BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal(GI)tumors are among the most prevalent malignancies,and surgical intervention remains a primary treatment modality.However,the complexity of GI surgery often leads to prolonged recovery and high postoperative complication rates,which threaten patient safety and functional outcomes.Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)principles have been shown to improve perioperative outcomes through evidence-based,multidisciplinary care pathways.Despite its widespread adoption,there is a paucity of research focusing specifically on optimizing ERAS-guided nursing processes in the post-anesthesia care unit(PACU)and evaluating its impact on perioperative safety in patients undergoing GI tumor surgery.This study aimed to investigate whether an ERASbased PACU nursing protocol could enhance recovery,reduce complications,and improve patient safety in this surgical population.AIM To explore the impact of optimizing the recovery room nursing process based on ERAS on the perioperative safety of patients with GI tumors.METHODS A total of 260 patients with GI tumors who underwent elective surgeries under general anesthesia in our hospital from August 2023 to August 2025 and were then observed in the recovery unit(PACU)were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(the PACU nursing process was optimized based on ERAS)and the control group(the conventional PACU nursing process was adopted)by the random number grouping method,with 130 cases in each group.The time of gastric tube removal,urinary catheter removal,defecation time,hospital stay,time of leaving the room after tube removal,retention time in the recovery room,occurrence of complications,satisfaction and readmission rate were compared between the two groups after entering the room.Compare the occurrence of adverse events in the PACU nursing process between the two groups.RESULTS The time of gastric tube removal,urinary catheter removal,defecation time,hospital stay,retention time in the recovery room,total incidence of complications and readmission rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The occurrence of adverse events in the PACU nursing process in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Optimizing the PACU nursing process based on ERAS can effectively accelerate the recovery process of patients undergoing GI tumor surgery,reduce adverse events,improve nursing satisfaction,and at the same time,lower the incidence of adverse events in the PACU nursing process,providing a more refined management basis for clinical practice.展开更多
Understanding how landscape and habitat characteristics shape species diversity and community structure in fragmented habitats offers insights into the impact of fragmentation on biodiversity.However,relying solely on...Understanding how landscape and habitat characteristics shape species diversity and community structure in fragmented habitats offers insights into the impact of fragmentation on biodiversity.However,relying solely on taxonomic metrics is insufficient to reveal their effects;incorporating functional and phylogenetic dimensions,while accounting for the complex(direct and indirect)relationships between landscape and habitat characteristics,is essential for elucidating the mechanisms of community assembly.By investigating birds in 30 remnant woodlot patches(0.3–290.4 ha)within an urban landscape,Southwest China,during the breeding seasons from 2017 to 2023,we examined the influence of landscape characteristics(i.e.,patch area,isolation,and shape index)and habitat characteristics(including habitat composition and woody plant richness)on their functional and phylogenetic diversity and structure.We recorded 80 bird species,with species richness per patch varying from 14 to 58.Both functional and phylogenetic diversity increased with patch area and woody plant richness but decreased with isolation,which was measured as the percentage of built-up area within a 500 m buffer surrounding patches.Bird communities in most patches showed a trend toward functional and phylogenetic clustering.Functional clustering intensified with increasing isolation but weakened with higher woody plant richness,while phylogenetic clustering weakened as the proportion of croplands increased.The results suggest that landscape and habitat characteristics jointly explain the fragmentation effects on functional and phylogenetic diversity and structure of bird communities,with environmental filtering and niche differentiation-based competition likely acting as context-dependent underlying mechanisms.These findings highlight the importance of protecting and restoring large habitat patches with greater plant richness,expanding green spaces,allotment gardens,or corridors,and minimizing the density of built-up areas across the landscape to maintain functionally or phylogenetically diverse communities in urban environments.展开更多
Non-line-of-sight(NLOS)imaging has emerged as a prominent technique for reconstructing obscured objects from images that undergo multiple diffuse reflections.This imaging method has garnered significant attention in d...Non-line-of-sight(NLOS)imaging has emerged as a prominent technique for reconstructing obscured objects from images that undergo multiple diffuse reflections.This imaging method has garnered significant attention in diverse domains,including remote sensing,rescue operations,and intelligent driving,due to its wide-ranging potential applications.Nevertheless,accurately modeling the incident light direction,which carries energy and is captured by the detector amidst random diffuse reflection directions,poses a considerable challenge.This challenge hinders the acquisition of precise forward and inverse physical models for NLOS imaging,which are crucial for achieving high-quality reconstructions.In this study,we propose a point spread function(PSF)model for the NLOS imaging system utilizing ray tracing with random angles.Furthermore,we introduce a reconstruction method,termed the physics-constrained inverse network(PCIN),which establishes an accurate PSF model and inverse physical model by leveraging the interplay between PSF constraints and the optimization of a convolutional neural network.The PCIN approach initializes the parameters randomly,guided by the constraints of the forward PSF model,thereby obviating the need for extensive training data sets,as required by traditional deep-learning methods.Through alternating iteration and gradient descent algorithms,we iteratively optimize the diffuse reflection angles in the PSF model and the neural network parameters.The results demonstrate that PCIN achieves efficient data utilization by not necessitating a large number of actual ground data groups.Moreover,the experimental findings confirm that the proposed method effectively restores the hidden object features with high accuracy.展开更多

Objective:To analyze the components and mechanisms of Wuyao(Linderae Radix)in treating diabetic nephropathy(DN)based on network pharmacology.Methods:Multiple online databases were used to search and screen out the act...Objective:To analyze the components and mechanisms of Wuyao(Linderae Radix)in treating diabetic nephropathy(DN)based on network pharmacology.Methods:Multiple online databases were used to search and screen out the active ingredients from Linderae Radix,the related targets of active components of Linderae Radix and the genes related to DN.Search the corresponding genes name of target through UniProt database.Cytoscape 3.2.1 was used to construct the corresponding target gene network of Linderae Radix compounds.Venn diagram was used to screen the intersection genes of the active components corresponding to the target and disease-related genes,and the intersection genes were constructed into the protein interaction relationship network.Finally,DAVID database was used to do GO function enrichment analysis and KEGG signaling pathway enrichment analysis for the intersection genes,and the results of GO and KEGG were visualized.Results:1.A total of 7 potential active ingredients and 100 target proteins were screened.2.There are a total of 34 intersection genes between the potential active ingredient target in Linderae Radix in DN.3.The top 10 of the interaction correlation between intersection proteins include:AR and NCOA2,NCOA2 and NR3C1,NCOA2 and PPARG,etc.4.There were 16 entries of molecular function,9 entries of cell component,47 entries of biological process and 18 entries of signaling pathway(P<0.05).Conclusion:DN was treated by Linderae Radix from multi-component,multi-target and multi-link synergies.展开更多
