Ulcerative colitis(UC),characterized by diffuse colonic inflammation and enteric nervous system(ENS)alterations,remains a therapeutic challenge.While the role of the parasympathetic nervous system in intestinal inflam...Ulcerative colitis(UC),characterized by diffuse colonic inflammation and enteric nervous system(ENS)alterations,remains a therapeutic challenge.While the role of the parasympathetic nervous system in intestinal inflammation has been extensively documented,understanding of sympathetic nervous system(SNS)function in UC pathogenesis remains limited.Electroacupuncture(EA)at ST36(Zusanli)is a widely used alternative therapy for UC,yet its regulatory effects on the ENS-—particularly the SNS—and the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.Here,we established a 2.5%dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced murine UC model and validated disease phenotypes via histological assessment.Using a non-anesthetic EA intervention protocol mimicking the clinical conditions,we found that EA at ST36 attenuated local inflammatory progression in DSS-induced UC mice and mitigated ENS degeneration.Critically,our results demonstrated that EA at ST36 specifically reversed SNS reduction(tyrosine hydroxylase-positive,TH+neurons)in colonic tissue caused by intestinal inflammation.In conclusion,this study reveals that EA at ST36 restores colonic homeostasis through a sympathetic-dependent mechanism,providing novel insights and therapeutic strategies for the clinical management of UC.展开更多
Corrosion rates of biodegradable Zn alloys are directly related to their post-implantation safety and effectiveness.However,highly accurate and interpretable“white-box”machine learning models for predicting their co...Corrosion rates of biodegradable Zn alloys are directly related to their post-implantation safety and effectiveness.However,highly accurate and interpretable“white-box”machine learning models for predicting their corrosion rates remain largely unexplored.This study proposes a data-driven method coupled with accelerated corrosion testing for predicting the corrosion rates of biodegradable Zn-0.45Mn-0.2Mg(wt%)alloy.A symbolic regression(SR)machine-learning model was established based on an analytical expression of the corrosion rate and four corrosion parameters.Outperforming five other machine-learning models,the SR model achieved a determ-ination coefficient of 0.97 and prediction errors in the verification experiments of less than 10%.This study contributes to a paradigm shift from qualitative to quantitative analysis for corrosion research on biodegradable metals.展开更多
Theoretically,cooling rate decreases exponentially as solidification thickness increases.This leads to coarse second-phase particles in Zn alloys,which not only impairs mechanical properties but also exacerbates degra...Theoretically,cooling rate decreases exponentially as solidification thickness increases.This leads to coarse second-phase particles in Zn alloys,which not only impairs mechanical properties but also exacerbates degradation nonuniformity.To address this common issue,we have developed accumulative-cooling and interface-fusion(ACIF) technology that maintains a high cooling rate regardless of increased solidification thickness.Using Zn-0.4Fe as a model alloy,the accumulative-cooling process achieves an average cooling rate of 817℃ min-1,approximately 68 times that of air cooling.After extrusion,the average size of FeZn13 particles is refined from 29.4 to 0.4 μm,reaching the highest level of refinement in Zn alloys.As a result,a quadruple enhancement of Zn-0.4Fe model alloy has been achieved:Ultimate tensile strength enhanced 1.6-fold to 265 MPa(the highest among Zn-Fe alloys),elongation enhanced from 29% to 48%,corrosion uniformity improved 3 times,and cell viability of mouse embryonic osteoblast precursor cells(MC3T3-E1)increased by 20%.A long rod is obtained via ACIF,overcoming the limitation that fast-cooled Zn alloys could only be produced in thin plate form.This enables the possibility of fabricating bone screws and vascular stents using bulk Zn alloys with fine second-phase particles.From a technical standpoint,this technique can be widely applied to a variety of metallic materials.展开更多
The surface accuracy of a large parabolic antenna is an important indicator to evaluate the quality of the antenna.It not only directly affects the antenna’s aperture efficiency,thereby determining the shortest wavel...The surface accuracy of a large parabolic antenna is an important indicator to evaluate the quality of the antenna.It not only directly affects the antenna’s aperture efficiency,thereby determining the shortest wavelength that the antenna can work,but also affects the main lobe width and side lobe structure of the antenna pattern.Microwave holography is an important method for parabolic antenna profile detection.In this article we adopt a new algorithm to adjust the panels for the large radio telescope with an active main reflector through the TM65 m antenna’s aperture phase profile.The panels of the TM65 m radio telescope is in a radial pattern with 14 rings.Each corner of the panel is fixed on the screw of the actuator to move up and down,and the adjacent corners of the four panels share an actuator.We use the method of plane fitting to calculate the adjustment value of every panel’s corner.But one actuator,which simultaneously controls the common corner of the adjacent panels,will have different adjustment values according to the different plane fitting equation based on adjacent panels.In this paper,the adjustment value of the adjacent panels’crosspoints are constrained to be equal to the constraint condition to calculate each actuator’s adjustment value of the TM65 m radio telescope.Through multiple adjustments and application of the new algorithms,the accuracy of the TM65 m antenna reflector profile has been improved from the original 0.28 mm to the current 0.19 mm.展开更多
Taking the Tianma Radio Telescope(TMRT)as an object,this paper focuses on the determination of temperature gradients and thermal deformations of the backup structure(BUS)with the finite element method.To this end,a mo...Taking the Tianma Radio Telescope(TMRT)as an object,this paper focuses on the determination of temperature gradients and thermal deformations of the backup structure(BUS)with the finite element method.To this end,a modeling and analysis method,which consists of a simplified FEM and a four-component simulation process,is proposed.In the development,only solar radiation is considered and thermal convection is neglected.Based on the thermal time constant of the BUS,the simulations of temperature gradients are simplified as static analysis.The superposed temperature gradients agree well with the ones measured by thermometers with a 0.57℃ root mean square(rms)error.In addition,the illuminated-weighted rms errors of the primary reflector surface calculated by the simulation and measured by the extended out-of-focus holography are in good agreement.The rms error increases approximately 170μm when the Sun persistently illuminated the BUS for 3 hr.The optimized initial temperature of the antenna structure is 20℃ by comparing the results between the finite element analysis and the e-OOF measurement.The thermal deformation database can support the real-time compensation of the active surface system if the traces of the radio telescope are known in advance.展开更多

A Q-band two-beam cryogenic receiver for the Tianma Radio Telescope(TMRT)has been developed,and it uses the independently-developed key microwave and millimeter-wave components operating from 35 to 50 GHz with a fra...A Q-band two-beam cryogenic receiver for the Tianma Radio Telescope(TMRT)has been developed,and it uses the independently-developed key microwave and millimeter-wave components operating from 35 to 50 GHz with a fractional bandwidth of 35%.The Q-band receiver consists of three parts:optics,cold unit assembly and warm unit assembly,and it can receive simultaneously the lefthanded and right-handed circularly polarized waves.The cold unit assembly of each beam is composed of a feed horn,a noise injection coupler,a differential phase shifter,an orthomode transducer and two low-noise amplifiers,and it works at a temperature range near 20 K to greatly improve the detection sensitivity of the receiving system.The warm unit assembly includes four radio-frequency amplifiers,four radio-frequency high-pass filters,four waveguide biased mixers,four 4–12 GHz intermediate-frequency amplifiers and one 31–38 GHz frequency synthesizer.The measured Q-band four-channel receiver noise temperatures are roughly 30–40 K.In addition,the single-dish spectral line and international very long baseline interferometry(VLBI)observations between the TMRT and East Asia VLBI Network at the Q-band have been successfully carried out,demonstrating the advantages of the TMRT equipped with the state-of-the-art Q-band receiver.展开更多
This phase 3 trial evaluated the efficacy and safety of Firsekibart,a novel,fully human anti-interleukin-1βmonoclonal antibody,in patients with frequent acute gout flares unsuitable for standard therapy.Pa-tients wer...This phase 3 trial evaluated the efficacy and safety of Firsekibart,a novel,fully human anti-interleukin-1βmonoclonal antibody,in patients with frequent acute gout flares unsuitable for standard therapy.Pa-tients were randomized(1:1,stratified by baseline pain visual analog scale[VAS])to the Firsekibart(200 mg)or compound betamethasone(CB;7 mg)group.Co-primary endpoints included change in pain inten-sity in the target joint at 72 h(non-inferiority testing)and time to first new flare within 12 weeks(superiority testing).The non-inferiority margin was 10 mm.The full analysis set included 311 patients(Firseki-bart:N=156;CB:N=155).At 72 h,the least squares mean change in pain VAS scores from baseline was-57.09 mm(95%confidence in-terval[CI]:-60.08 to-54.10)for Firsekibart and-53.77 mm(95%CI:-56.77 to-50.77)for CB,with treatment difference of-3.32 mm(95%CI:-7.56 to 0.91),establishing non-inferiority.The median time to first new flare was not reached within 12 weeks in the Firsekibart group compared with 45.0 days(95%CI:28.00 to 63.00)in the CB group.Firsekibart significantly reduced the risk of new flare by 90%vs.CB(haz-ard ratio:0.10;95%CI:0.06 to 0.17;stratified log rank p<0.0001).Effi-cacy was consistent across subgroups.Treatment-emergent adverse events occurred in 71.2%of Firsekibart-treated patients and 69.9%of those receiving CB.In conclusion,Firsekibart is effective and well toler-ated for acute gout flares in patients unsuitable for standard therapy,demonstrating non-inferiority in rapid pain relief and significant superi-ority in preventing flare compared with CB.展开更多
The classification of species in the genus Pterocyclus has been a topic of concern,as they were initially considered members of Pleurospermum(Apiaceae)in the Flora of China.However,the intergeneric and infrageneric cl...The classification of species in the genus Pterocyclus has been a topic of concern,as they were initially considered members of Pleurospermum(Apiaceae)in the Flora of China.However,the intergeneric and infrageneric classifications of Pterocyclus and its allies,such as Hymenidium and Pleurospermum,have been controversial.To address these issues,we performed phylogenetic analyses using one nuclear marker(nrITS)from 167 accessions,including 137 species(including five species of Pterocyclus),and 105 plastid genes from 82 accessions representing 82 species(including five species of Pterocyclus)of Apiaceae.We used both maximum likelihood and Bayesian approaches to deduce phylogenetic relationships of Pterocyclus and its allies.Furthermore,we conducted morphometric analyses that specifically targeted the mericarp morphology,and compared the structural differences in their plastid genomes.Based on these findings,we suggest the following revisions to the classification of Pterocyclus and its allies:(i)Pterocyclus should encompass five species(Pterocyclus angelicoides,Pterocyclus forrestii,Pterocyclus rotundatus,Pterocyclus tibeticus,and Pterocyclus wolffianus),all of which are all monophyletic and placed in the Komarovieae;(ii)Pterocyclus rivulorum shows both phylogenetic and mericarp morphological similarities to Hymenidium apiolens and Hymenidium dentatum,which belongs to the Hymenidium Clade,thus we provisionally transfer it to Hymenidium;(iii)Pleurospermum longicarpum is considered conspecific with Pterocyclus angelicoides based on morphological descriptions in the Flora Xizangica;(iv)we describe and illustrate Pterocyclus tibeticus as a new species;and(v)Pterocyclus wolffianus should be recognized as a valid species and not considered a synonym of Pterocyclus forrestii.展开更多
The East Asian Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI) Network(EAVN) is a rapidly evolving international VLBI array that is currently promoted under joint efforts among China,Japan and Korea.EAVN aims at forming a joi...The East Asian Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI) Network(EAVN) is a rapidly evolving international VLBI array that is currently promoted under joint efforts among China,Japan and Korea.EAVN aims at forming a joint VLBI Network by combining a large number of radio telescopes distributed over East Asian regions.After the combination of the Korean VLBI Network(KVN) and the VLBI Exploration of Radio Astrometry(VERA) into Ka VA,further expansion with the joint array in East Asia is actively promoted.Here we report the first imaging results(at 22 and 43 GHz) of bright radio sources obtained with Ka VA connected to Tianma 65-m and Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescopes in China.To test the EAVN imaging performance for different sources,we observed four active galactic nuclei(AGN) having different brightness and morphology.As a result,we confirmed that the Tianma 65-m Radio Telescope(TMRT) significantly enhances the overall array sensitivity,a factor of 4 improvement in baseline sensitivity and 2 in image dynamic range compared to the case of Ka VA only.The addition of the Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescope(NSRT) further doubled the east-west angular resolution.With the resulting high-dynamic-range,high-resolution images with EAVN(Ka VA+TMRT+NSRT),various fine-scale structures in our targets,such as the counter-jet in M87,a kink-like morphology of the 3 C 273 jet and the weak emission in other sources are successfully detected.This demonstrates the powerful capability of EAVN to study AGN jets and to achieve other science goals in general.Ongoing expansion of EAVN will further enhance the angular resolution,detection sensitivity and frequency coverage of the network.展开更多
The commonly used trial-and-error method of biodegradable Zn alloys is costly and blindness.In this study,based on the self-built database of biodegradable Zn alloys,two machine learning models are established by the ...The commonly used trial-and-error method of biodegradable Zn alloys is costly and blindness.In this study,based on the self-built database of biodegradable Zn alloys,two machine learning models are established by the first time to predict the ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and immersion corrosion rate(CR)of biodegradable Zn alloys.A real-time visualization interface has been established to design Zn-Mn based alloys;a representative alloy is Zn-0.4Mn-0.4Li-0.05Mg.Through tensile mechanical properties and immersion corrosion rate tests,its UTS reaches 420 MPa,and the prediction error is only 0.95%.CR is 73μm/a and the prediction error is 5.5%,which elevates 50 MPa grade of UTS and owns appropriate corrosion rate.Finally,influences of the selected features on UTS and CR are discussed in detail.The combined application of UTS and CR model provides a new strategy for synergistically regulating comprehens-ive properties of biodegradable Zn alloys.展开更多
Objective:To study the effect of Helicobacter pylori infection on rheumatoid arthritis and T-lymphocyte subpopulations in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and to provide a new method for the treatment of rheumatoid ...Objective:To study the effect of Helicobacter pylori infection on rheumatoid arthritis and T-lymphocyte subpopulations in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and to provide a new method for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by removing Helicobacter pylori from patients.Methods:60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected for the study,and all patients underwent a 13-carbon urea breath test to detect gastric H.pylori and the test results showed that 20 cases were negative and 40 cases were positive.The 40 positive patients were divided into the treatment group(n=20)and non-treatment group(n=20)by random number table method and the treatment group was given anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment,and the non-treatment group was given maintenance rheumatoid basic treatment,comparing the anti-cyclic citrulline peptide(CCP),DS28 score,peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets(CD4+T-lymphocytes,CD8+T-lymphocytes,CD4+/CD8+ratio)before and after the treatment of patients by 13-carbon urea respiration test(pylori-negative group,20 patients)and those who were positive for the treatment of H pylori(pylori-positive group,40 patients).Besides,the correlation of peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets and disease activity between treatment and non-treatment groups in the pylori-positive group was identified together with the correlation of DS28 scores,TNF-αlevels,sedimentation and immunoglobulin,lymphocyte subsets in the pylori-positive treatment group and positive non-treatment group as well as the level of globulin,lymphocyte subsets,and peripheral blood lymphocytes before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,CCP,DS28 score,CD8+T lymphocyte level of the pylori-negative group were lower than that of the positive group,and CD4+T lymphocyte and CD4+/CD8+ratio were higher than that of the positive group(P0.05);the positive treatment group had a DS28(3.19±1.02)points,positive non-treatment group DS28(5.36±1.85)points,non-treatment group DS28 score and CD4+T lymphocytes,CD4+/CD8+negative correlation with CD8+T lymphocytes showed a positive correlation(P0.05);after treatment,DS28 score,TNF-αlevel,CD8+T of the treatment group were lower than those of the non-treatment group,and CD4+T lymphocytes and CD4+/CD8+ratio were higher than those of the non-treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:H.pylori affects the level of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and there is a certain correlation between the two.Removal of H.pylori can improve the level of T lymphocyte subsets,which is important for the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.展开更多
Background:The prognostic value of germline BRCA1/2 mutations(gBRCA1/2m)in ovarian cancer is controversial,and the clinical implications of specific mutation domains within BRCA1/2 remain underexplored.This study aime...Background:The prognostic value of germline BRCA1/2 mutations(gBRCA1/2m)in ovarian cancer is controversial,and the clinical implications of specific mutation domains within BRCA1/2 remain underexplored.This study aimed to investigate the impact of distinct gBRCA1/2m domains on survival outcomes in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods:This multicenter retrospective study,conducted between 2010 and 2022 at three major academic centers in China,analyzed 313 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer with pathogenic gBRCA1/2m.We evaluated associations between gBRCA1/2m domains and clinical outcomes including progression-free survival(PFS)and platinum-free interval.Results:Patients who received platinum-based chemotherapy without maintenance therapy with BRCA1 C-terminal domain 1(BRCT1)mutations showed significantly prolonged PFS(37.8 vs.22.6 months;hazard ratio[HR],0.43;95%confidence interval[CI],0.19–0.99;P=0.042),whereas those with Really Interesting New Gene(RING)mutations had shorter PFS(13.1 vs.23.2 months;HR,1.82;95%CI,0.89–3.72;P=0.097).In the subgroup of gross residual disease,RING mutations were significantly associated with reduced PFS(12.9 vs.21.8 months;HR,3.25;95%CI,1.29–8.18;P=0.008).A higher likelihood of primary platinum-refractory disease(odds ratio,7.78;95%CI,1.25–48.31;P=0.028)was observed.Across all mutation locations,poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase inhibitor(PARPi)maintenance therapy demonstrated benefits,notably for patients with BRCA1 RING mutations(HR,0.10;95%CI,0.01–0.84;P=0.010)and BRCA2 RAD51-binding domain(RAD51-BD)mutations(HR,0.29;95%CI,0.11–0.79;P=0.010).Conclusions:BRCA1 BRCT1 mutations are associated with improved prognosis following platinum-based chemotherapy,whereas BRCA1 RING domain mutations are linked to a heightened risk of primary platinum-refractory disease.Our findings underscore the need for complete resection with no gross residual disease in patients harboring RING mutations.Furthermore,PARPi maintenance therapy exhibits variable efficacy based on mutation location,with BRCA1 RING and BRCA2 RAD51-BD mutations conferring significant benefits.展开更多
A common problem for Zn alloys is the trade-off between antibacterial ability and biocompatibility.This paper proposes a strategy to solve this problem by increasing release ratio of Ca2+ions,which is realized by s...A common problem for Zn alloys is the trade-off between antibacterial ability and biocompatibility.This paper proposes a strategy to solve this problem by increasing release ratio of Ca2+ions,which is realized by significant refinement of CaZn13 particles through bottom circulating water-cooled casting(BCWC)and rolling.Compared with conventionally fabricated Zn-0.3Ca alloy,the BCWC-rolled alloy shows higher antibacterial abilities against E.coli and S.aureus,meanwhile much less toxicity to MC3T3-E1 cells.Additionally,plasticity,degradation uniformity,and ability to induce osteogenic differentiation in vitro of the alloy are improved.The elongation up to 49%,which is the highest among Zn alloys with Ca,and is achieved since the sizes of CaZn13 particles and Zn grains are small and close.As a result,the long-standing problem of low formability of Zn alloys containing Ca has also been solved due to the elimination of large CaZn13 particles.The BCWC-rolled alloy is a promising candidate of making GBR membrane.展开更多

Aims:Surveys and research on the applications of the hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)are important for understanding the current status and future development of this technology in China.This article aimed to in...Aims:Surveys and research on the applications of the hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)are important for understanding the current status and future development of this technology in China.This article aimed to investigate the status of hepatic venous pressure gradient measurement in China in 2022.Methods:We investigated the overall status of HVPG technology in China-including hospital distribution,hospital level,annual number of cases,catheters used,average cost,indications,and current challenges by using online questionnaire.By counting the number and percentages of cases of these results,we hope to clarify the current status of HVPG measurements in China.Results:According to the survey,85 hospitals in China used HVPG technology in 2022 distributed across 29 provinces.A total of 4989 HVPG measurements were performed in all of the surveyed hospitals in 2022,of which 2813 cases(56.4%)were measured alone.The average cost of HVPG measurement was 5646.8±2327.9 CNY.Of the clinical teams who performed the measurements(sometimes multiple per hospital),94.3%(82/87)used the balloon method,and the majority of the teams(72.4%,63/87)used embolectomy catheters.Conclusions:This survey clarified the clinical application status of HVPG in China and confirmed that some medical institutions in China have established a foundation for this technology.It is still necessary to continue promoting and popularizing this technology in the future.展开更多

Shen deficiency Zheng is one of the main types of osteoporosis while Shen-Yin and-Yang deficiencies represent two basic principlesypes of Shen deficiency. Currently, Tonifying Shen strategy, in particular, the Tonifying Shen-Yin and-Yang principles, has been demonstrated to exert osteoprotective effects. However, the mechanisms by which Tonifying Shen strategy and/or Tonifying Shen-Yin and-Yang principles function in treating osteoporosis are still not clearly understood. Here we first briefly explore current understanding of Tonifying Shen strategy, such as Tonifying Shen prescriptions, herbs, and effective components, in treating osteoporosis. Furthermore, the mechanism of Tonifying Shen-Yang principle in treating osteoporosis is reviewed from the clinic experience, animal, and mechanistic investigation. Moreover, the mechanisms by which Tonifying Shen-Yin principle in treating osteoporosis are established. Finally, we compare the similarity and difference between Tonifying Shen-Yang and-Yin principles in treating osteoporosis.Our findings indicate that both principles exert bone-protective effects in treating osteoporosis by simultaneously stimulating the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) into osteoblast and the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs) into osteoclast. However,Tonifying Shen-Yin principle is in favor of increasing bone mineral density(BMD) while Tonifying Shen-Yang principle is in favor of osteoporosis-related syndromes. In this paper,an extended heterogeneous SIR model is proposed,which generalizes the heterogeneous mean-field theory.Different from the traditional heterogeneous mean-field model only taking into account the heterogene...In this paper,an extended heterogeneous SIR model is proposed,which generalizes the heterogeneous mean-field theory.Different from the traditional heterogeneous mean-field model only taking into account the heterogeneity of degree,our model considers not only the heterogeneity of degree but also the heterogeneity of susceptibility and recovery rates.Then,we analytically study the basic reproductive number and the final epidemic size.Combining with numerical simulations,it is found that the basic reproductive number depends on the mean of distributions of susceptibility and disease course when both of them are independent.If the mean of these two distributions is identical,increasing the variance of susceptibility may block the spread of epidemics,while the corresponding increase in the variance of disease course has little effect on the final epidemic size.It is also shown that positive correlations between individual susceptibility,course of disease and the square of degree make the population more vulnerable to epidemic and avail to the epidemic prevalence,whereas the negative correlations make the population less vulnerable and impede the epidemic prevalence.展开更多

摘要Ulcerative colitis(UC),characterized by diffuse colonic inflammation and enteric nervous system(ENS)alterations,remains a therapeutic challenge.While the role of the parasympathetic nervous system in intestinal inflammation has been extensively documented,understanding of sympathetic nervous system(SNS)function in UC pathogenesis remains limited.Electroacupuncture(EA)at ST36(Zusanli)is a widely used alternative therapy for UC,yet its regulatory effects on the ENS-—particularly the SNS—and the underlying mechanisms remain unclear.Here,we established a 2.5%dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced murine UC model and validated disease phenotypes via histological assessment.Using a non-anesthetic EA intervention protocol mimicking the clinical conditions,we found that EA at ST36 attenuated local inflammatory progression in DSS-induced UC mice and mitigated ENS degeneration.Critically,our results demonstrated that EA at ST36 specifically reversed SNS reduction(tyrosine hydroxylase-positive,TH+neurons)in colonic tissue caused by intestinal inflammation.In conclusion,this study reveals that EA at ST36 restores colonic homeostasis through a sympathetic-dependent mechanism,providing novel insights and therapeutic strategies for the clinical management of UC.

摘要Corrosion rates of biodegradable Zn alloys are directly related to their post-implantation safety and effectiveness.However,highly accurate and interpretable“white-box”machine learning models for predicting their corrosion rates remain largely unexplored.This study proposes a data-driven method coupled with accelerated corrosion testing for predicting the corrosion rates of biodegradable Zn-0.45Mn-0.2Mg(wt%)alloy.A symbolic regression(SR)machine-learning model was established based on an analytical expression of the corrosion rate and four corrosion parameters.Outperforming five other machine-learning models,the SR model achieved a determ-ination coefficient of 0.97 and prediction errors in the verification experiments of less than 10%.This study contributes to a paradigm shift from qualitative to quantitative analysis for corrosion research on biodegradable metals.

摘要Theoretically,cooling rate decreases exponentially as solidification thickness increases.This leads to coarse second-phase particles in Zn alloys,which not only impairs mechanical properties but also exacerbates degradation nonuniformity.To address this common issue,we have developed accumulative-cooling and interface-fusion(ACIF) technology that maintains a high cooling rate regardless of increased solidification thickness.Using Zn-0.4Fe as a model alloy,the accumulative-cooling process achieves an average cooling rate of 817℃ min-1,approximately 68 times that of air cooling.After extrusion,the average size of FeZn13 particles is refined from 29.4 to 0.4 μm,reaching the highest level of refinement in Zn alloys.As a result,a quadruple enhancement of Zn-0.4Fe model alloy has been achieved:Ultimate tensile strength enhanced 1.6-fold to 265 MPa(the highest among Zn-Fe alloys),elongation enhanced from 29% to 48%,corrosion uniformity improved 3 times,and cell viability of mouse embryonic osteoblast precursor cells(MC3T3-E1)increased by 20%.A long rod is obtained via ACIF,overcoming the limitation that fast-cooled Zn alloys could only be produced in thin plate form.This enables the possibility of fabricating bone screws and vascular stents using bulk Zn alloys with fine second-phase particles.From a technical standpoint,this technique can be widely applied to a variety of metallic materials.
摘要The surface accuracy of a large parabolic antenna is an important indicator to evaluate the quality of the antenna.It not only directly affects the antenna’s aperture efficiency,thereby determining the shortest wavelength that the antenna can work,but also affects the main lobe width and side lobe structure of the antenna pattern.Microwave holography is an important method for parabolic antenna profile detection.In this article we adopt a new algorithm to adjust the panels for the large radio telescope with an active main reflector through the TM65 m antenna’s aperture phase profile.The panels of the TM65 m radio telescope is in a radial pattern with 14 rings.Each corner of the panel is fixed on the screw of the actuator to move up and down,and the adjacent corners of the four panels share an actuator.We use the method of plane fitting to calculate the adjustment value of every panel’s corner.But one actuator,which simultaneously controls the common corner of the adjacent panels,will have different adjustment values according to the different plane fitting equation based on adjacent panels.In this paper,the adjustment value of the adjacent panels’crosspoints are constrained to be equal to the constraint condition to calculate each actuator’s adjustment value of the TM65 m radio telescope.Through multiple adjustments and application of the new algorithms,the accuracy of the TM65 m antenna reflector profile has been improved from the original 0.28 mm to the current 0.19 mm.
摘要Taking the Tianma Radio Telescope(TMRT)as an object,this paper focuses on the determination of temperature gradients and thermal deformations of the backup structure(BUS)with the finite element method.To this end,a modeling and analysis method,which consists of a simplified FEM and a four-component simulation process,is proposed.In the development,only solar radiation is considered and thermal convection is neglected.Based on the thermal time constant of the BUS,the simulations of temperature gradients are simplified as static analysis.The superposed temperature gradients agree well with the ones measured by thermometers with a 0.57℃ root mean square(rms)error.In addition,the illuminated-weighted rms errors of the primary reflector surface calculated by the simulation and measured by the extended out-of-focus holography are in good agreement.The rms error increases approximately 170μm when the Sun persistently illuminated the BUS for 3 hr.The optimized initial temperature of the antenna structure is 20℃ by comparing the results between the finite element analysis and the e-OOF measurement.The thermal deformation database can support the real-time compensation of the active surface system if the traces of the radio telescope are known in advance.
摘要Trying to achieve the best surface accuracy control with the fewest actuators, this article mainly studies the distribution of actuators and the method of panel design. The influence of the number of faulty actuators on the accuracy of the surface shape is demonstrated. In addition, the method incorporating a triangular panel, node index and the fitting solution method of a single panel is also given. This method provides a reference for the design and realization of an active surface or a deformable sub-reflector for high performance large aperture radio telescopes.

摘要A Q-band two-beam cryogenic receiver for the Tianma Radio Telescope(TMRT)has been developed,and it uses the independently-developed key microwave and millimeter-wave components operating from 35 to 50 GHz with a fractional bandwidth of 35%.The Q-band receiver consists of three parts:optics,cold unit assembly and warm unit assembly,and it can receive simultaneously the lefthanded and right-handed circularly polarized waves.The cold unit assembly of each beam is composed of a feed horn,a noise injection coupler,a differential phase shifter,an orthomode transducer and two low-noise amplifiers,and it works at a temperature range near 20 K to greatly improve the detection sensitivity of the receiving system.The warm unit assembly includes four radio-frequency amplifiers,four radio-frequency high-pass filters,four waveguide biased mixers,four 4–12 GHz intermediate-frequency amplifiers and one 31–38 GHz frequency synthesizer.The measured Q-band four-channel receiver noise temperatures are roughly 30–40 K.In addition,the single-dish spectral line and international very long baseline interferometry(VLBI)observations between the TMRT and East Asia VLBI Network at the Q-band have been successfully carried out,demonstrating the advantages of the TMRT equipped with the state-of-the-art Q-band receiver.

摘要This phase 3 trial evaluated the efficacy and safety of Firsekibart,a novel,fully human anti-interleukin-1βmonoclonal antibody,in patients with frequent acute gout flares unsuitable for standard therapy.Pa-tients were randomized(1:1,stratified by baseline pain visual analog scale[VAS])to the Firsekibart(200 mg)or compound betamethasone(CB;7 mg)group.Co-primary endpoints included change in pain inten-sity in the target joint at 72 h(non-inferiority testing)and time to first new flare within 12 weeks(superiority testing).The non-inferiority margin was 10 mm.The full analysis set included 311 patients(Firseki-bart:N=156;CB:N=155).At 72 h,the least squares mean change in pain VAS scores from baseline was-57.09 mm(95%confidence in-terval[CI]:-60.08 to-54.10)for Firsekibart and-53.77 mm(95%CI:-56.77 to-50.77)for CB,with treatment difference of-3.32 mm(95%CI:-7.56 to 0.91),establishing non-inferiority.The median time to first new flare was not reached within 12 weeks in the Firsekibart group compared with 45.0 days(95%CI:28.00 to 63.00)in the CB group.Firsekibart significantly reduced the risk of new flare by 90%vs.CB(haz-ard ratio:0.10;95%CI:0.06 to 0.17;stratified log rank p<0.0001).Effi-cacy was consistent across subgroups.Treatment-emergent adverse events occurred in 71.2%of Firsekibart-treated patients and 69.9%of those receiving CB.In conclusion,Firsekibart is effective and well toler-ated for acute gout flares in patients unsuitable for standard therapy,demonstrating non-inferiority in rapid pain relief and significant superi-ority in preventing flare compared with CB.

摘要The classification of species in the genus Pterocyclus has been a topic of concern,as they were initially considered members of Pleurospermum(Apiaceae)in the Flora of China.However,the intergeneric and infrageneric classifications of Pterocyclus and its allies,such as Hymenidium and Pleurospermum,have been controversial.To address these issues,we performed phylogenetic analyses using one nuclear marker(nrITS)from 167 accessions,including 137 species(including five species of Pterocyclus),and 105 plastid genes from 82 accessions representing 82 species(including five species of Pterocyclus)of Apiaceae.We used both maximum likelihood and Bayesian approaches to deduce phylogenetic relationships of Pterocyclus and its allies.Furthermore,we conducted morphometric analyses that specifically targeted the mericarp morphology,and compared the structural differences in their plastid genomes.Based on these findings,we suggest the following revisions to the classification of Pterocyclus and its allies:(i)Pterocyclus should encompass five species(Pterocyclus angelicoides,Pterocyclus forrestii,Pterocyclus rotundatus,Pterocyclus tibeticus,and Pterocyclus wolffianus),all of which are all monophyletic and placed in the Komarovieae;(ii)Pterocyclus rivulorum shows both phylogenetic and mericarp morphological similarities to Hymenidium apiolens and Hymenidium dentatum,which belongs to the Hymenidium Clade,thus we provisionally transfer it to Hymenidium;(iii)Pleurospermum longicarpum is considered conspecific with Pterocyclus angelicoides based on morphological descriptions in the Flora Xizangica;(iv)we describe and illustrate Pterocyclus tibeticus as a new species;and(v)Pterocyclus wolffianus should be recognized as a valid species and not considered a synonym of Pterocyclus forrestii.

摘要The East Asian Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI) Network(EAVN) is a rapidly evolving international VLBI array that is currently promoted under joint efforts among China,Japan and Korea.EAVN aims at forming a joint VLBI Network by combining a large number of radio telescopes distributed over East Asian regions.After the combination of the Korean VLBI Network(KVN) and the VLBI Exploration of Radio Astrometry(VERA) into Ka VA,further expansion with the joint array in East Asia is actively promoted.Here we report the first imaging results(at 22 and 43 GHz) of bright radio sources obtained with Ka VA connected to Tianma 65-m and Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescopes in China.To test the EAVN imaging performance for different sources,we observed four active galactic nuclei(AGN) having different brightness and morphology.As a result,we confirmed that the Tianma 65-m Radio Telescope(TMRT) significantly enhances the overall array sensitivity,a factor of 4 improvement in baseline sensitivity and 2 in image dynamic range compared to the case of Ka VA only.The addition of the Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescope(NSRT) further doubled the east-west angular resolution.With the resulting high-dynamic-range,high-resolution images with EAVN(Ka VA+TMRT+NSRT),various fine-scale structures in our targets,such as the counter-jet in M87,a kink-like morphology of the 3 C 273 jet and the weak emission in other sources are successfully detected.This demonstrates the powerful capability of EAVN to study AGN jets and to achieve other science goals in general.Ongoing expansion of EAVN will further enhance the angular resolution,detection sensitivity and frequency coverage of the network.

摘要The commonly used trial-and-error method of biodegradable Zn alloys is costly and blindness.In this study,based on the self-built database of biodegradable Zn alloys,two machine learning models are established by the first time to predict the ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and immersion corrosion rate(CR)of biodegradable Zn alloys.A real-time visualization interface has been established to design Zn-Mn based alloys;a representative alloy is Zn-0.4Mn-0.4Li-0.05Mg.Through tensile mechanical properties and immersion corrosion rate tests,its UTS reaches 420 MPa,and the prediction error is only 0.95%.CR is 73μm/a and the prediction error is 5.5%,which elevates 50 MPa grade of UTS and owns appropriate corrosion rate.Finally,influences of the selected features on UTS and CR are discussed in detail.The combined application of UTS and CR model provides a new strategy for synergistically regulating comprehens-ive properties of biodegradable Zn alloys.
摘要Objective:To study the effect of Helicobacter pylori infection on rheumatoid arthritis and T-lymphocyte subpopulations in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and to provide a new method for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by removing Helicobacter pylori from patients.Methods:60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected for the study,and all patients underwent a 13-carbon urea breath test to detect gastric H.pylori and the test results showed that 20 cases were negative and 40 cases were positive.The 40 positive patients were divided into the treatment group(n=20)and non-treatment group(n=20)by random number table method and the treatment group was given anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment,and the non-treatment group was given maintenance rheumatoid basic treatment,comparing the anti-cyclic citrulline peptide(CCP),DS28 score,peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets(CD4+T-lymphocytes,CD8+T-lymphocytes,CD4+/CD8+ratio)before and after the treatment of patients by 13-carbon urea respiration test(pylori-negative group,20 patients)and those who were positive for the treatment of H pylori(pylori-positive group,40 patients).Besides,the correlation of peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets and disease activity between treatment and non-treatment groups in the pylori-positive group was identified together with the correlation of DS28 scores,TNF-αlevels,sedimentation and immunoglobulin,lymphocyte subsets in the pylori-positive treatment group and positive non-treatment group as well as the level of globulin,lymphocyte subsets,and peripheral blood lymphocytes before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,CCP,DS28 score,CD8+T lymphocyte level of the pylori-negative group were lower than that of the positive group,and CD4+T lymphocyte and CD4+/CD8+ratio were higher than that of the positive group(P0.05);the positive treatment group had a DS28(3.19±1.02)points,positive non-treatment group DS28(5.36±1.85)points,non-treatment group DS28 score and CD4+T lymphocytes,CD4+/CD8+negative correlation with CD8+T lymphocytes showed a positive correlation(P0.05);after treatment,DS28 score,TNF-αlevel,CD8+T of the treatment group were lower than those of the non-treatment group,and CD4+T lymphocytes and CD4+/CD8+ratio were higher than those of the non-treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:H.pylori affects the level of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and there is a certain correlation between the two.Removal of H.pylori can improve the level of T lymphocyte subsets,which is important for the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.

摘要Background:The prognostic value of germline BRCA1/2 mutations(gBRCA1/2m)in ovarian cancer is controversial,and the clinical implications of specific mutation domains within BRCA1/2 remain underexplored.This study aimed to investigate the impact of distinct gBRCA1/2m domains on survival outcomes in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods:This multicenter retrospective study,conducted between 2010 and 2022 at three major academic centers in China,analyzed 313 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer with pathogenic gBRCA1/2m.We evaluated associations between gBRCA1/2m domains and clinical outcomes including progression-free survival(PFS)and platinum-free interval.Results:Patients who received platinum-based chemotherapy without maintenance therapy with BRCA1 C-terminal domain 1(BRCT1)mutations showed significantly prolonged PFS(37.8 vs.22.6 months;hazard ratio[HR],0.43;95%confidence interval[CI],0.19–0.99;P=0.042),whereas those with Really Interesting New Gene(RING)mutations had shorter PFS(13.1 vs.23.2 months;HR,1.82;95%CI,0.89–3.72;P=0.097).In the subgroup of gross residual disease,RING mutations were significantly associated with reduced PFS(12.9 vs.21.8 months;HR,3.25;95%CI,1.29–8.18;P=0.008).A higher likelihood of primary platinum-refractory disease(odds ratio,7.78;95%CI,1.25–48.31;P=0.028)was observed.Across all mutation locations,poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase inhibitor(PARPi)maintenance therapy demonstrated benefits,notably for patients with BRCA1 RING mutations(HR,0.10;95%CI,0.01–0.84;P=0.010)and BRCA2 RAD51-binding domain(RAD51-BD)mutations(HR,0.29;95%CI,0.11–0.79;P=0.010).Conclusions:BRCA1 BRCT1 mutations are associated with improved prognosis following platinum-based chemotherapy,whereas BRCA1 RING domain mutations are linked to a heightened risk of primary platinum-refractory disease.Our findings underscore the need for complete resection with no gross residual disease in patients harboring RING mutations.Furthermore,PARPi maintenance therapy exhibits variable efficacy based on mutation location,with BRCA1 RING and BRCA2 RAD51-BD mutations conferring significant benefits.

摘要A common problem for Zn alloys is the trade-off between antibacterial ability and biocompatibility.This paper proposes a strategy to solve this problem by increasing release ratio of Ca2+ions,which is realized by significant refinement of CaZn13 particles through bottom circulating water-cooled casting(BCWC)and rolling.Compared with conventionally fabricated Zn-0.3Ca alloy,the BCWC-rolled alloy shows higher antibacterial abilities against E.coli and S.aureus,meanwhile much less toxicity to MC3T3-E1 cells.Additionally,plasticity,degradation uniformity,and ability to induce osteogenic differentiation in vitro of the alloy are improved.The elongation up to 49%,which is the highest among Zn alloys with Ca,and is achieved since the sizes of CaZn13 particles and Zn grains are small and close.As a result,the long-standing problem of low formability of Zn alloys containing Ca has also been solved due to the elimination of large CaZn13 particles.The BCWC-rolled alloy is a promising candidate of making GBR membrane.

摘要Conventional trial-and-error method is usually time-consuming and expensive for multi-objective optimization of Mg alloys.Although machine learning exhibits great potential to accelerate related research studies,machine learning prediction of properties of Mg alloys is often a prediction of a single target at a time.To address this,this paper integrates non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm III multiobjective optimization algorithm with light gradient boosting machine algorithm to simultaneously optimize yield strength,ultimate tensile strength,and elongation of Mg alloys.This is the first time that simultaneous machine learning optimization of these three objectives has been achieved for Mg alloys.
摘要Aims:Surveys and research on the applications of the hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)are important for understanding the current status and future development of this technology in China.This article aimed to investigate the status of hepatic venous pressure gradient measurement in China in 2022.Methods:We investigated the overall status of HVPG technology in China-including hospital distribution,hospital level,annual number of cases,catheters used,average cost,indications,and current challenges by using online questionnaire.By counting the number and percentages of cases of these results,we hope to clarify the current status of HVPG measurements in China.Results:According to the survey,85 hospitals in China used HVPG technology in 2022 distributed across 29 provinces.A total of 4989 HVPG measurements were performed in all of the surveyed hospitals in 2022,of which 2813 cases(56.4%)were measured alone.The average cost of HVPG measurement was 5646.8±2327.9 CNY.Of the clinical teams who performed the measurements(sometimes multiple per hospital),94.3%(82/87)used the balloon method,and the majority of the teams(72.4%,63/87)used embolectomy catheters.Conclusions:This survey clarified the clinical application status of HVPG in China and confirmed that some medical institutions in China have established a foundation for this technology.It is still necessary to continue promoting and popularizing this technology in the future.

摘要Tonifying Shen strategy works as an important alternative and complementary method that is widely used to treat osteoporosis in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) based on the proper identification of Zheng. Shen deficiency Zheng is one of the main types of osteoporosis while Shen-Yin and-Yang deficiencies represent two basic principlesypes of Shen deficiency. Currently, Tonifying Shen strategy, in particular, the Tonifying Shen-Yin and-Yang principles, has been demonstrated to exert osteoprotective effects. However, the mechanisms by which Tonifying Shen strategy and/or Tonifying Shen-Yin and-Yang principles function in treating osteoporosis are still not clearly understood. Here we first briefly explore current understanding of Tonifying Shen strategy, such as Tonifying Shen prescriptions, herbs, and effective components, in treating osteoporosis. Furthermore, the mechanism of Tonifying Shen-Yang principle in treating osteoporosis is reviewed from the clinic experience, animal, and mechanistic investigation. Moreover, the mechanisms by which Tonifying Shen-Yin principle in treating osteoporosis are established. Finally, we compare the similarity and difference between Tonifying Shen-Yang and-Yin principles in treating osteoporosis.Our findings indicate that both principles exert bone-protective effects in treating osteoporosis by simultaneously stimulating the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) into osteoblast and the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs) into osteoclast. However,Tonifying Shen-Yin principle is in favor of increasing bone mineral density(BMD) while Tonifying Shen-Yang principle is in favor of osteoporosis-related syndromes. Our findings indicate that Tonifying Shen-Yin and-Yang principles not only share some similarity but also obtain some difference in treating osteoporosis.

摘要In this paper,an extended heterogeneous SIR model is proposed,which generalizes the heterogeneous mean-field theory.Different from the traditional heterogeneous mean-field model only taking into account the heterogeneity of degree,our model considers not only the heterogeneity of degree but also the heterogeneity of susceptibility and recovery rates.Then,we analytically study the basic reproductive number and the final epidemic size.Combining with numerical simulations,it is found that the basic reproductive number depends on the mean of distributions of susceptibility and disease course when both of them are independent.If the mean of these two distributions is identical,increasing the variance of susceptibility may block the spread of epidemics,while the corresponding increase in the variance of disease course has little effect on the final epidemic size.It is also shown that positive correlations between individual susceptibility,course of disease and the square of degree make the population more vulnerable to epidemic and avail to the epidemic prevalence,whereas the negative correlations make the population less vulnerable and impede the epidemic prevalence.
