Ferroelectricity,typically arising from ionic displacements in noncentrosymmetric lattices,enables applications in memory devices and sensors.Recent advances in two-dimensional materials and van der Waals heterostructures have revealed novel ferroelectric phenome-na,including sliding ferroelectricity and correlation-driven ferroelectricity in moirésuperlattices.In this work,we fabricate and study a MoS2/WSe2 moirésuperlattice device exhibiting a high field-effect mobility of 17650 cm2·V−1·s−1.Electrical transport measurements reveal correlated insulating states accompanied by a prominent and reproducible resistance hysteresis near half-filling.Temperature and displacement field dependence further confirms the correlation-enhanced nature of the hysteresis.Our analysis suggests that displace-ment field-induced metal-to-insulator transition at correlated insulating state coupled with interfacial dipoles enables the observed resistance hysteresis.These results establish correlation enhanced resistance hysteresis near half-filling in a MoS2/WSe2 heterobilayer,offering opportunities for exploring emergent quantum phases and device functionalities. 展开更多

Osteosarcoma remains a challenging malignancy due to its aggressive metastasis and resistance to conventional therapies.But the integration of nanotechnology with traditional Chinese medicine offers a transformative approach to overcoming challenges in herbal utilization and cancer therapy.Here,we report the discovery of self-assembled nanoparticles formed during the co-decoction of pyritum and corni fructus,representing a novel mechanism underlying traditional Chinese medicine synergy.Notably,the nanoparticles demonstrate magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)capability with a high T1relaxation rate and low r21ratio(1.53),positioning them as promising T1contrast agents.Inspired by this natural self-assembly process,we engineer a pH-responsive nanoplatform by conjugating gallic acid,polydopamine,and alendronate onto porous FeS2nanoparticles(FGPA).FGPA achieves multi-therapy through drug release,photothermal ablation,H2S-mediated bioenergetic collapse,and ferroptosis induction.In vivo orthotopic models demonstrate almost tumor regression treated with FGPA and near-infrared irradiation,while maintaining biosafety.Additionally,FGPA serves as a dual-modal photoacoustic(PA)/MRI contrast agent,enabling image-guided therapy with pH-responsive T1relaxation enhancement.This work bridges traditional Chinese medicine and nanotechnology,establishing a paradigm for developing multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine-based theranostic agents. 展开更多

However, it needs to perfor... Stellar ranging is the basis for stellar dynamics research and in-depth research on astrophysics. The parallax method is the most widely used and important basic method for stellar ranging. However, it needs to perform highprecision measurement of the parallax angle and the baseline length together. We aim to propose a new stellar ranging scheme based on second-order correlation that does not require a parallax angle measurement. We hope our solution can be as basic as the parallax method. We propose a new stellar ranging scheme by using the offset of second-order correlation curve signals. The optical path difference between the stars and different base stations is determined by the offset of the second-order correlation curve signals. Then the distance of the stars could be determined by the geometric relation. With the distance to stars out to 10 kpc away, our astrometric precision can be better compared to Gaia by simulation. We also design an experiment and successfully demonstrate the feasibility of this scheme. This stellar ranging scheme enables further and more accurate stellar ranging without requiring any prior information or angle measurement. 展开更多
