Background:Mangrove forests are a significant contributor to the global carbon cycle,and the accurate estimation of their gross primary productivity(GPP)is essential for understanding the carbon budget within blue car...Background:Mangrove forests are a significant contributor to the global carbon cycle,and the accurate estimation of their gross primary productivity(GPP)is essential for understanding the carbon budget within blue carbon ecosystems.Little attention has been given to the investigation of spatiotemporal patterns and ecological variations within mangrove ecosystems,as well as the quantitative analysis of the influence of geo-environmental factors on time-series estimations of mangrove GPP.Methods:This study explored the spatiotemporal dynamics of mangrove GPP from 2000 to 2020 in Gaoqiao Mangrove Reserve,China.A leaf area index(LAI)-based light-use efficiency(LUE)model was combined with Landsat data on Google Earth Engine(GEE)to reveal the variations in mangrove GPP using the Mann-Kendall(MK)test and Theil-Sen median trend.Moreover,the spatiotemporal patterns and ecological variations in mangrove ecosystems across regions were explored using four landscape indicators.Furthermore,the effects of six geo-environmental factors(species distribution,offshore distance,elevation,slope,planar curvature and profile curvature)on GPP were investigated using Geodetector and multi-scale geo-weighted regression(MGWR).Results:The results showed that the mangrove forest in the study area experienced an area loss from 766.26 ha in 2000 to 718.29 ha in 2020,mainly due to the conversion to farming,terrestrial forest and aquaculture zones.Landscape patterns indicated high levels of vegetation aggregation near water bodies and aquaculture zones,and low levels of aggregation but high species diversity and distribution density near building zone.The mean value of mangrove GPP continuously increased from 6.35 g C⋅m-2⋅d-1 in 2000 to 8.33 g C⋅m-2⋅d-1 in 2020,with 23.21%of areas showing a highly and significantly increasing trend(trend value>0.50).The Geodetector and MGWR analyses showed that species distribution,offshore distance and elevation contributed most to the GPP variations.Conclusions:These results provide guidelines for selecting GPP products,and the combination of Geodetector and MGWR based on multiple geo-environmental factors could quantitatively capture the mode,direction,pathway and intensity of the influencing factors on mangrove GPP variation.The findings provide a foundation for understanding the spatiotemporal dynamics of mangrove GPP at the landscape or regional scale.展开更多

The results of tensile tests show that the yield strength, tensile strength, and the total elongation of the experimental TRIP steels are 430 MPa, 610 MPa, and 28.4%, respectively. Optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were employed to identify the microstructures of the TRIP steels. The final microstructures consist of ferrite, bainite, and retained austenite. The results of quantitative color metallography show that the fraction of the retained austenite is about 5.8%.展开更多
In this study,we have modeled the sputtering process of energetic He;ions colliding with W nano-fuzz materials,based on the physical processes,such as the collision and diffusion of energetic particles,sputtering and ...In this study,we have modeled the sputtering process of energetic He;ions colliding with W nano-fuzz materials,based on the physical processes,such as the collision and diffusion of energetic particles,sputtering and redeposition.Our modeling shows that the fuzzy nanomaterials with a large surface-to-volume ratio exhibit very high resistance to sputtering under fusion-relevant He;irradiations,and their sputtering yields are mainly determined by the thickness of fuzzy nano0materials,the reflection coefficients and mean free paths of energetic particles,surface sputtering yields of a flat base material,and the geometry of nano-fuzz.Our measurements have confirmed that the surface sputtering yield of a W nano-fuzz layer with the columnar geometry of nano-fuzz in cross-section is about one magnitude of order lower than the one of smooth W substrates.This work provides a complete model for energetic particles colliding with the nano-fuzz layer and clarifies the fundamental sputtering process occurring in the nano-fuzz layer.展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To observe the abnormal results of HIE at different degrees detected with BEAM and TCD in infant patients, and compare the detection results at the same time point between BEAM, TCD and computer tomography (CT) examinations. DESIGN : Contrast observation SETTING: Departments of Neuro-electrophysiology and Pediatrics, Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College. PARTICIPANTS: Totally 416 infant patients with HIE who received treatment in the Department of Newborn Infants, Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College during January 2001 and December 2005. The infant patients, 278 male and 138 female, were at embryonic 37 to 42 weeks and weighing 2.0 to 4.1 kg, and they were diagnosed with CT and met the diagnostic criteria of HIE of newborn infants compiled by Department of Neonatology, Pediatric Academy, Chinese Medical Association. According to diagnostic criteria, 130 patients were mild abnormal, 196 moderate abnormal and 90 severe abnormal. The relatives of all the infant patients were informed of the experiment. METHOOS: BEAM and TCD examinations were performed in the involved 416 infant patients with HIE at different degrees with DYD2000 16-channel BEAM instrument and EME-2000 ultrasonograph before preliminary diagnosis treatment (within 1 month after birth) and 1,3,6,12 and 24 months after birth, and detected results were compared between BEAM, TCD and CT examinations. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Comparison of detection results of HIE at different time points in infant patients between BEAM. TCD and CT examinations. RESULTS: All the 416 infant patients with HIE participated in the result analysis. (1) Comparison of the detected results in infant patients with mild HIE at different time points after birth between BEAM, TCD and CT examinations: BEAM examination showed that the recovery was delayed, and the abnormal rate of BEAM examination was significantly higher than that of CT examination 1 and 3 months after birth [55.4%(72/130)vs. 17.0% (22/130 ),x^2=41.66 ;29.2% ( 38/130 ) vs. 6.2% ( 8/130 ), x^2=23.77, P 〈 0.01 ], exceptional patients had mild abnormality and reached the normal level in about 6 months. TCD examination showed that the disease condition significantly improved and infant patients with HIE basically recovered 1 or 2 months after birth, while CT examination showed that infant patients recovered 3 or 4 months after birth. (2) Comparison of detection results of infant patients with moderate HIE at different time points between BEAM, TCD and CT examinations: The abnormal rate of BEAM examination was significantly higher than that of CT examination 1,3,6 and 12 months after birth [90.8% (178/196),78.6% (154/196),x^2=4.32,P 〈 0.05;64.3% (126/196),43.9% (86/196) ,x^2=16.44 ;44.9% (88/196) ,22.4% (44/196),x^2=22.11 ;21.4% (42/196), 10.2% (20/196),x^2=9.27, P 〈 0.01]. BEAM examination showed that there was still one patient who did not completely recovered in the 24^th month due to the relatives of infant patients did not combine the treatment,. TCD examination showed that the abnormal rate was 23.1%(30/196)in the 1^st month after birth, and all the patients recovered to the normal in the 3^rd month after birth, while CT examination showed that mild abnormality still existed in the 24^th month after birth (1.0% ,2/196). (3) Comparison of detection results of infant patients with severe HIE at different time points between BEAM, TCD and CT examinations: The abnormal rate of BEAM examination was significantly higher than that of CT examination in the 1^st, 3^rd, 6^th and 12^th months after birth[86.7% (78/90),44.4% (40/90),x^2=35.53;62.2% (56/90),31.1% (28/90),x^2=17.51 ;37.8% (34/90),6.7% (6/90), x^2=27.14, P 〈 0.01]. BEAM examination showed that mild abnormality still existed in 4 infant patients in the 24^th month after birth. TCD examination showed that the abnormal rate was 11.1% (10/90) in the 3^rd month after birth, and all the infant patients recovered in the 6^th month after birth. CT examination showed that the abnormal rate was 6.7%(6/90) in the 12^th month after birth, and all of infant patients recovered to the normal in the 24^th month after birth.CONCLUSION : BEAM is the direct index to detect brain function of infant patients with HIE, and positive reaction is still very sensitive in the tracking detection of convalescent period. The positive rate of morphological reaction in CT examination is superior to that in TCD examination, and the positive rate is very high in the acute period of HIE in examination.展开更多
The Shuangjianzishan deposit in Inner Mongolia is a typical Ag-Pb-Zn deposit of the southern Great Xing’an Range.Proven reserves of Ag,Pb,and Zn in this deposit have reached the scale of super-large deposits,with fav...The Shuangjianzishan deposit in Inner Mongolia is a typical Ag-Pb-Zn deposit of the southern Great Xing’an Range.Proven reserves of Ag,Pb,and Zn in this deposit have reached the scale of super-large deposits,with favorable metallogenic conditions,strong prospecting signs,and high metallogenic potential.This paper reports a study involving integrated geophysical methods,including controlled-source audio-frequency magnetotelluric,gravity,magnetic,and shallow-seismic-reflection methods,to determine the spatial distribution of ore-controlling structures and subsurface intrusive rock for a depth range of<2000 m in the Shuangjianzishan ore district.The objective of this study is to construct a metallogenic model of the ore district and provide a scientific basis for the exploration of similar deposits in the deep and surrounding regions.We used three-dimensional inversion for controlled-source audio-frequency magnetotelluric data based on the limited memory quasi-Newton algorithm,and three-dimensional physical-property inversion for the gravity and magnetic data to obtain information about the subsurface distribution of ore-controlling structures and intrusive rocks.Under seismic reflection results,regional geology,petrophysical properties,and borehole information,the geophysical investigation shows that the Dashizhai group,which contains the main ore-bearing strata in the ore district,is distributed within a depth range of<1239 m,and is thick in the Xinglongshan ore block and the eastern part of the Shuangjianzishan ore block.The mineralization is spatially associated with a fault system characterized by NE-,NW-,and N-trending faults.The magnetic and electrical models identify large,deep bodies of intrusive rock that are inferred to have been involved in mineralization,with local shallow emplacement of some intrusions.Combining the subsurface spatial distributions of ore-bearing strata,ore-controlling faults,and intrusive rock,we propose two different metallogenic models for the Shuangjianzishan ore district,which provide a scientific basis for further prospecting in the deep regions of the ore district and surrounding areas.展开更多
Two hundred and forty recombinant inbred lines(RIL)derived from a cross TD70/Kasalath and its linkage map including 141 SSR markers were used to map QTLs controlling panicle length(PL),total seeds per panicle(TSP)and ...Two hundred and forty recombinant inbred lines(RIL)derived from a cross TD70/Kasalath and its linkage map including 141 SSR markers were used to map QTLs controlling panicle length(PL),total seeds per panicle(TSP)and grain density(GD)in 2010 and 2011.The results showed that a total of 23 QTLs controlling three panicle traits were detected on chromosomes 2,3,4,6,7,8 and 10,respec-tively,including 5 QTLs controlling PL,8 QTLs controlling TSP,10 QTLs controlling GD,with the LOD value ranging between 2.5-9.3,and the QTLs explained the ob-served phenotypic by 4.0%-20.8%.The marker interval RM5699-RM424 on chro-mosome 2,RM489-RM1278 on chromosome 3,RM3367-RM1018 on chromosome 4,RM3343-RM412 on chromosome 6 were common marker intervals for TSP and GD;six QTLs(qPL3,qTSP4,qTSP6-2,qTSP7,qGD3-2 and qGDT)were detected in two years.Among these QTLs,the qPL3,qTSP6-2,qGD3-2 and qGD7 were major QTLs.All QTLs for PL mapped in the present study had been mapped QTLs previously by other research groups,16 QTLs controlling TSP and GD were new ones which contributed the observed phenotypic variance range by 4%-9.5%.These results laid a founda^ion for further fine positioning or cloning these QTLs.展开更多

The solid-state emission spectra reveal that compound 1 presents strong luminescence emission bands at room temperature. We present a kilometer-scale,splice-free anti-resonant hollow-core fiber(AR-HCF)platform filled with SF6gas for reconfigurable Brillouin photonics.This system enables,to our knowledge,the first distributed observation...We present a kilometer-scale,splice-free anti-resonant hollow-core fiber(AR-HCF)platform filled with SF6gas for reconfigurable Brillouin photonics.This system enables,to our knowledge,the first distributed observation of gas diffusion over 2.4 km and a controllable transition from spontaneous to stimulated Brillouin scattering(SpBS to SBS)within a single fiber.The Brillouin gain coefficient is tunable over four orders of magnitude—from~10-5 to 0.1 m-1W-1—by varying gas composition and pressure,yielding a record SBS threshold above 1 kW in a practical as-drawn fiber,linewidth narrowing from 40 MHz(SpBS)to 2.5 MHz(SBS),and further to1.1 kHz in a single-longitudinal-mode Brillouin laser with 188 mW output.These results confirm gas-filled AR-HCFs as a versatile and power-scalable platform for nonlinear optics,distributed gas spectroscopy,and narrow-linewidth laser generation.展开更多
We report the design,fabrication,and characterization of a selectively SF6-filled conjoined-tube hollow-core fiber(CTF)that enables low-loss(0.45 dB/m at 660 nm),bend-resistant LP11mode transmission in the visible ...We report the design,fabrication,and characterization of a selectively SF6-filled conjoined-tube hollow-core fiber(CTF)that enables low-loss(0.45 dB/m at 660 nm),bend-resistant LP11mode transmission in the visible range.Numerical simulations and experimental measurements jointly reveal the modal dynamics and bending resilience critical for practical deployment.The fiber achieves high LP11mode purity over 36 m,with an LP01-to-LP11loss ratio of 24.5:1,minimal polarization dependence,and resistance to macro-bending.Distributed side-leakage radiometry and spatially and spectrally resolved(S2)imaging confirm sequential modal filtering along the fiber.This work demonstrates a scalable platform for higher-order mode guidance at visible wavelengths,with potential applications in nonlinear optics,quantum photonics,and light–matter interactions.展开更多
Searchable encryption(SE)enables data users to securely search encrypted data stored in untrusted cloud servers.However,most SE schemes allow for leakages of access and search patterns to maximize efficiency and funct...Searchable encryption(SE)enables data users to securely search encrypted data stored in untrusted cloud servers.However,most SE schemes allow for leakages of access and search patterns to maximize efficiency and functionality.Recent attacks have shown that adversaries can recover query keywords with prior knowledge of the database by exploiting these leakages.Unfortunately,the existing schemes that protect access and search patterns result in frequent communications and high computational costs.Furthermore,complex calculation processes also raise challenges for verifying search results.To address these concerns,we first design an efficient conjunctive SE scheme with search and access pattern privacy using private set intersection.In the proposed scheme,we utilize random numbers to obfuscate the values of polynomials and randomly divide the results into two parts,which simplifies the search process,improves search efficiency,and eliminates the need for time-consuming ciphertext multiplication operations.We also extend this scheme to support search result verifiability.Specifically,by embedding a random number as the root of the return polynomial,we achieve verifiability of search results.Furthermore,we prove the security of both schemes employing the simulation-based method.Finally,we implement the schemes in a real database and thorough performance analyses demonstrate their efficiency.展开更多
A fundamental challenge that arises in biomedicine is the need to characterize compounds in a relevant cellular context in order to reveal potential on-target or offtarget effects.Recently,the fast accumulation of gen...A fundamental challenge that arises in biomedicine is the need to characterize compounds in a relevant cellular context in order to reveal potential on-target or offtarget effects.Recently,the fast accumulation of gene transcriptional profiling data provides us an unprecedented opportunity to explore the protein targets of chemical compounds from the perspective of cell transcriptomics and RNA biology.Here,we propose a novel Siamese spectral-based graph convolutional network(SSGCN)model for inferring the protein targets of chemical compounds from gene transcriptional profiles.Although the gene signature of a compound perturbation only provides indirect clues of the interacting targets,and the biological networks under different experiment conditions further complicate the situation,the SSGCN model was successfully trained to learn from known compound-target pairs by uncovering the hidden correlations between compound perturbation profiles and gene knockdown profiles.On a benchmark set and a large time-split validation dataset,the model achieved higher target inference accuracy as compared to previous methods such as Connectivity Map.Further experimental validations of prediction results highlight the practical usefulness of SSGCN in either inferring the interacting targets of compound,or reversely,in finding novel inhibitors of a given target of interest.展开更多

In particular, the optimal L2 decay rate of the solution and the almost optimal L2 decay rate of the first-order derivatives of the solution are obtained. Leaf area index(LAI)is an essential climate variable that is crucial to understand the global vegetation change.Long-term satellite LAI products have been applied in many global vegetation change studies.However,these...Leaf area index(LAI)is an essential climate variable that is crucial to understand the global vegetation change.Long-term satellite LAI products have been applied in many global vegetation change studies.However,these LAI products contain various uncertainties that are not been fully considered in current studies.The objective of this study is to explore the uncertainties in the global LAI products and the uncertainty variations.Two global LAI datasets—the European Geoland2 Version 2(GEOV2)and Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)(2003-2019)—were investigated.The qualitative quality flags(QQFs)and quantitative quality indicators(QQIs)embedded in the product quality layers were analyzed to identify the temporal anomalies in the quality profile.The results show that the global GEOV2(0.042/10a)and MODIS(0.034/10a)LAI values have steadly increased from 2003 to 2019.The global LAI uncertainty(0.016/10a)and relative uncertainty(0.3%/10a)from GEOV2 have also increased gradually,especially during the growing season from April to October.The uncertainty increase is larger for woody biomes than for herbaceous types.Contrastingly,the MODIS LAI product uncertainty remained stable over the study period.The uncertainty increase indicated by GEOV2 is partly attributed to the sensor shift in the product series.Further algorithm enhancement is necessary to improve the cross-sensor performance.This study highlights the importance of studying the LAI uncertainty and the uncertainty variation.Temporal variations in the LAI products and the product quality revealed herein have significant implications on global vegetation change studies.展开更多

Background The development of modern agriculture has significantly contributed to improving global food security and safety,alleviating poverty,and enhancing human health and livelihoods.However,the rapid advancement ...Background The development of modern agriculture has significantly contributed to improving global food security and safety,alleviating poverty,and enhancing human health and livelihoods.However,the rapid advancement of modern agriculture has also brought about various challenges that limit its sustainable development.This commentary aims to discuss these issues through the One Health lens,and provide valuable insights for balancing modern agricultural activities with the need to protect and promote the health of all the sectors.Main text This commentary explores the multifaceted impacts of modern agriculture on social development,as well as the associated various health challenges and environmental impacts within the One Health framework.Key issues include ecosystem degradation,increased risk of interspecies disease transmission like zoonoses,reverse zoonoses,and vector-borne diseases,and the escalated threat of antimicrobial resistance due to intensified agricultural production and increased antimicrobial use.To address these challenges,this commentary outlines potential solutions anchored in the development and implementation of modern technologies and good agricultural practices,such as precision farming,integrated pest management,biosecurity measures,vaccination programs,as well as surveillance and early detection of health risks.Conclusions Good agricultural practices supported by scientific and technological advancements are essential for aligning productivity with the One Health vision,ensuring the health and resilience of all the sectors.Enhancing stakeholder education,strengthening regulatory frameworks,and providing supportive policies and infrastructure for farmers to adopt sustainable practices are crucial for the long-term viability of agrifood systems.The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations plays a pivotal role in guiding this sustainable transformation through the One Health approach.展开更多

摘要Background:Mangrove forests are a significant contributor to the global carbon cycle,and the accurate estimation of their gross primary productivity(GPP)is essential for understanding the carbon budget within blue carbon ecosystems.Little attention has been given to the investigation of spatiotemporal patterns and ecological variations within mangrove ecosystems,as well as the quantitative analysis of the influence of geo-environmental factors on time-series estimations of mangrove GPP.Methods:This study explored the spatiotemporal dynamics of mangrove GPP from 2000 to 2020 in Gaoqiao Mangrove Reserve,China.A leaf area index(LAI)-based light-use efficiency(LUE)model was combined with Landsat data on Google Earth Engine(GEE)to reveal the variations in mangrove GPP using the Mann-Kendall(MK)test and Theil-Sen median trend.Moreover,the spatiotemporal patterns and ecological variations in mangrove ecosystems across regions were explored using four landscape indicators.Furthermore,the effects of six geo-environmental factors(species distribution,offshore distance,elevation,slope,planar curvature and profile curvature)on GPP were investigated using Geodetector and multi-scale geo-weighted regression(MGWR).Results:The results showed that the mangrove forest in the study area experienced an area loss from 766.26 ha in 2000 to 718.29 ha in 2020,mainly due to the conversion to farming,terrestrial forest and aquaculture zones.Landscape patterns indicated high levels of vegetation aggregation near water bodies and aquaculture zones,and low levels of aggregation but high species diversity and distribution density near building zone.The mean value of mangrove GPP continuously increased from 6.35 g C⋅m-2⋅d-1 in 2000 to 8.33 g C⋅m-2⋅d-1 in 2020,with 23.21%of areas showing a highly and significantly increasing trend(trend value>0.50).The Geodetector and MGWR analyses showed that species distribution,offshore distance and elevation contributed most to the GPP variations.Conclusions:These results provide guidelines for selecting GPP products,and the combination of Geodetector and MGWR based on multiple geo-environmental factors could quantitatively capture the mode,direction,pathway and intensity of the influencing factors on mangrove GPP variation.The findings provide a foundation for understanding the spatiotemporal dynamics of mangrove GPP at the landscape or regional scale.

摘要C-Si-Mn TRIP steels were produced using the thin slab casting and rolling (TSCR) process under simulation in laboratory. The results of tensile tests show that the yield strength, tensile strength, and the total elongation of the experimental TRIP steels are 430 MPa, 610 MPa, and 28.4%, respectively. Optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were employed to identify the microstructures of the TRIP steels. The final microstructures consist of ferrite, bainite, and retained austenite. The results of quantitative color metallography show that the fraction of the retained austenite is about 5.8%.

摘要In this study,we have modeled the sputtering process of energetic He;ions colliding with W nano-fuzz materials,based on the physical processes,such as the collision and diffusion of energetic particles,sputtering and redeposition.Our modeling shows that the fuzzy nanomaterials with a large surface-to-volume ratio exhibit very high resistance to sputtering under fusion-relevant He;irradiations,and their sputtering yields are mainly determined by the thickness of fuzzy nano0materials,the reflection coefficients and mean free paths of energetic particles,surface sputtering yields of a flat base material,and the geometry of nano-fuzz.Our measurements have confirmed that the surface sputtering yield of a W nano-fuzz layer with the columnar geometry of nano-fuzz in cross-section is about one magnitude of order lower than the one of smooth W substrates.This work provides a complete model for energetic particles colliding with the nano-fuzz layer and clarifies the fundamental sputtering process occurring in the nano-fuzz layer.
摘要BACKGROUND: It has been proved that brain electrical activity mapping (BEAM) and transcranial Doppler (TCD) detection can reflect the function of brain cell and its diseased degree of infant patients with moderate to severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). OBJECTIVE: To observe the abnormal results of HIE at different degrees detected with BEAM and TCD in infant patients, and compare the detection results at the same time point between BEAM, TCD and computer tomography (CT) examinations. DESIGN : Contrast observation SETTING: Departments of Neuro-electrophysiology and Pediatrics, Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College. PARTICIPANTS: Totally 416 infant patients with HIE who received treatment in the Department of Newborn Infants, Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College during January 2001 and December 2005. The infant patients, 278 male and 138 female, were at embryonic 37 to 42 weeks and weighing 2.0 to 4.1 kg, and they were diagnosed with CT and met the diagnostic criteria of HIE of newborn infants compiled by Department of Neonatology, Pediatric Academy, Chinese Medical Association. According to diagnostic criteria, 130 patients were mild abnormal, 196 moderate abnormal and 90 severe abnormal. The relatives of all the infant patients were informed of the experiment. METHOOS: BEAM and TCD examinations were performed in the involved 416 infant patients with HIE at different degrees with DYD2000 16-channel BEAM instrument and EME-2000 ultrasonograph before preliminary diagnosis treatment (within 1 month after birth) and 1,3,6,12 and 24 months after birth, and detected results were compared between BEAM, TCD and CT examinations. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Comparison of detection results of HIE at different time points in infant patients between BEAM. TCD and CT examinations. RESULTS: All the 416 infant patients with HIE participated in the result analysis. (1) Comparison of the detected results in infant patients with mild HIE at different time points after birth between BEAM, TCD and CT examinations: BEAM examination showed that the recovery was delayed, and the abnormal rate of BEAM examination was significantly higher than that of CT examination 1 and 3 months after birth [55.4%(72/130)vs. 17.0% (22/130 ),x^2=41.66 ;29.2% ( 38/130 ) vs. 6.2% ( 8/130 ), x^2=23.77, P 〈 0.01 ], exceptional patients had mild abnormality and reached the normal level in about 6 months. TCD examination showed that the disease condition significantly improved and infant patients with HIE basically recovered 1 or 2 months after birth, while CT examination showed that infant patients recovered 3 or 4 months after birth. (2) Comparison of detection results of infant patients with moderate HIE at different time points between BEAM, TCD and CT examinations: The abnormal rate of BEAM examination was significantly higher than that of CT examination 1,3,6 and 12 months after birth [90.8% (178/196),78.6% (154/196),x^2=4.32,P 〈 0.05;64.3% (126/196),43.9% (86/196) ,x^2=16.44 ;44.9% (88/196) ,22.4% (44/196),x^2=22.11 ;21.4% (42/196), 10.2% (20/196),x^2=9.27, P 〈 0.01]. BEAM examination showed that there was still one patient who did not completely recovered in the 24^th month due to the relatives of infant patients did not combine the treatment,. TCD examination showed that the abnormal rate was 23.1%(30/196)in the 1^st month after birth, and all the patients recovered to the normal in the 3^rd month after birth, while CT examination showed that mild abnormality still existed in the 24^th month after birth (1.0% ,2/196). (3) Comparison of detection results of infant patients with severe HIE at different time points between BEAM, TCD and CT examinations: The abnormal rate of BEAM examination was significantly higher than that of CT examination in the 1^st, 3^rd, 6^th and 12^th months after birth[86.7% (78/90),44.4% (40/90),x^2=35.53;62.2% (56/90),31.1% (28/90),x^2=17.51 ;37.8% (34/90),6.7% (6/90), x^2=27.14, P 〈 0.01]. BEAM examination showed that mild abnormality still existed in 4 infant patients in the 24^th month after birth. TCD examination showed that the abnormal rate was 11.1% (10/90) in the 3^rd month after birth, and all the infant patients recovered in the 6^th month after birth. CT examination showed that the abnormal rate was 6.7%(6/90) in the 12^th month after birth, and all of infant patients recovered to the normal in the 24^th month after birth.CONCLUSION : BEAM is the direct index to detect brain function of infant patients with HIE, and positive reaction is still very sensitive in the tracking detection of convalescent period. The positive rate of morphological reaction in CT examination is superior to that in TCD examination, and the positive rate is very high in the acute period of HIE in examination.

摘要The Shuangjianzishan deposit in Inner Mongolia is a typical Ag-Pb-Zn deposit of the southern Great Xing’an Range.Proven reserves of Ag,Pb,and Zn in this deposit have reached the scale of super-large deposits,with favorable metallogenic conditions,strong prospecting signs,and high metallogenic potential.This paper reports a study involving integrated geophysical methods,including controlled-source audio-frequency magnetotelluric,gravity,magnetic,and shallow-seismic-reflection methods,to determine the spatial distribution of ore-controlling structures and subsurface intrusive rock for a depth range of<2000 m in the Shuangjianzishan ore district.The objective of this study is to construct a metallogenic model of the ore district and provide a scientific basis for the exploration of similar deposits in the deep and surrounding regions.We used three-dimensional inversion for controlled-source audio-frequency magnetotelluric data based on the limited memory quasi-Newton algorithm,and three-dimensional physical-property inversion for the gravity and magnetic data to obtain information about the subsurface distribution of ore-controlling structures and intrusive rocks.Under seismic reflection results,regional geology,petrophysical properties,and borehole information,the geophysical investigation shows that the Dashizhai group,which contains the main ore-bearing strata in the ore district,is distributed within a depth range of<1239 m,and is thick in the Xinglongshan ore block and the eastern part of the Shuangjianzishan ore block.The mineralization is spatially associated with a fault system characterized by NE-,NW-,and N-trending faults.The magnetic and electrical models identify large,deep bodies of intrusive rock that are inferred to have been involved in mineralization,with local shallow emplacement of some intrusions.Combining the subsurface spatial distributions of ore-bearing strata,ore-controlling faults,and intrusive rock,we propose two different metallogenic models for the Shuangjianzishan ore district,which provide a scientific basis for further prospecting in the deep regions of the ore district and surrounding areas.
摘要Two hundred and forty recombinant inbred lines(RIL)derived from a cross TD70/Kasalath and its linkage map including 141 SSR markers were used to map QTLs controlling panicle length(PL),total seeds per panicle(TSP)and grain density(GD)in 2010 and 2011.The results showed that a total of 23 QTLs controlling three panicle traits were detected on chromosomes 2,3,4,6,7,8 and 10,respec-tively,including 5 QTLs controlling PL,8 QTLs controlling TSP,10 QTLs controlling GD,with the LOD value ranging between 2.5-9.3,and the QTLs explained the ob-served phenotypic by 4.0%-20.8%.The marker interval RM5699-RM424 on chro-mosome 2,RM489-RM1278 on chromosome 3,RM3367-RM1018 on chromosome 4,RM3343-RM412 on chromosome 6 were common marker intervals for TSP and GD;six QTLs(qPL3,qTSP4,qTSP6-2,qTSP7,qGD3-2 and qGDT)were detected in two years.Among these QTLs,the qPL3,qTSP6-2,qGD3-2 and qGD7 were major QTLs.All QTLs for PL mapped in the present study had been mapped QTLs previously by other research groups,16 QTLs controlling TSP and GD were new ones which contributed the observed phenotypic variance range by 4%-9.5%.These results laid a founda^ion for further fine positioning or cloning these QTLs.

摘要A new metal-organic framework (MOF),{[Zn_7 (BPS)_4 (OH)_6 (H_2O)_2]·5 H_2O]_n}(1), (H_2 BPS=4,4′-bibenzoic acid-2,2′-sulfone), based on a wavy and infinite chain-shaped secondary building units, has been synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and further confirmed by PXRD, TGA and IR spectrum. The solid-state emission spectra reveal that compound 1 presents strong luminescence emission bands at room temperature. The fluorescent properties of compound 1 in diverse organic solvents indicated that 1 has palpable luminescent sense effects for DMF and DMAC.

摘要A new fluorescent coordination polymer(NKU-115) was constructed under solvothermal condition based on Tb3+ion and H_2L(5-(4 H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl) benzene-1,3-dicarboxylic acid) ligand, featuring high solvent and water stability. Luminescent investigations revealed that NKU-115 shows fluorescence quenching response toward Fe3+in aqueous solution and the mechanism of quenching was analyzed.
摘要The Pt-Sb system was critically assessed by means of CALPHAD technique. Based on the experimental data in the literature, the excess Gibbs energies of the solution phases (liquid, rhombohedral, fcc) were modeled with the Redlich-Kister equation. The five intermetallic compounds, Pt7Sb, Pt3Sb, Pt3Sb2, PtSb, and PtSb2 were treated as stochiometric compounds and expressed as the formula (Pt)m(Sb)n. The intermetallic compound, Pt5Sb with a homogenerity ranges 0.155 -?0.189 Sb, were treated as the formula (Pt,Sb)m(Pt,Sb)n. A set of self-consistent thermodynamic parameters of the Pt-Sb system was obtained.

摘要With the advance in urbanization,environmental problems become increasingly prominent,and environmental crisis has become a global issue. In this context,the ecological civilization has been put on the agenda. Taking Ningshan County in Shaanxi Province as an example,through questionnaire,this paper interviewed and studied environmental behavior of local urban residents. It carried out analysis on the environmental knowledge,environmental awareness,community environmental norms,environmental laws and regulations,and environmental behavior. In conclusion,with changes in environmental behavior,urban residents of Ningshan County should further strengthen their environmental awareness,and government should further improve the environmental improvement policies,make reasonable planning of communities,so as to promote improvement in the overall environmental awareness and changes in environment behavior.

摘要We present a kilometer-scale,splice-free anti-resonant hollow-core fiber(AR-HCF)platform filled with SF6gas for reconfigurable Brillouin photonics.This system enables,to our knowledge,the first distributed observation of gas diffusion over 2.4 km and a controllable transition from spontaneous to stimulated Brillouin scattering(SpBS to SBS)within a single fiber.The Brillouin gain coefficient is tunable over four orders of magnitude—from~10-5 to 0.1 m-1W-1—by varying gas composition and pressure,yielding a record SBS threshold above 1 kW in a practical as-drawn fiber,linewidth narrowing from 40 MHz(SpBS)to 2.5 MHz(SBS),and further to1.1 kHz in a single-longitudinal-mode Brillouin laser with 188 mW output.These results confirm gas-filled AR-HCFs as a versatile and power-scalable platform for nonlinear optics,distributed gas spectroscopy,and narrow-linewidth laser generation.

摘要We report the design,fabrication,and characterization of a selectively SF6-filled conjoined-tube hollow-core fiber(CTF)that enables low-loss(0.45 dB/m at 660 nm),bend-resistant LP11mode transmission in the visible range.Numerical simulations and experimental measurements jointly reveal the modal dynamics and bending resilience critical for practical deployment.The fiber achieves high LP11mode purity over 36 m,with an LP01-to-LP11loss ratio of 24.5:1,minimal polarization dependence,and resistance to macro-bending.Distributed side-leakage radiometry and spatially and spectrally resolved(S2)imaging confirm sequential modal filtering along the fiber.This work demonstrates a scalable platform for higher-order mode guidance at visible wavelengths,with potential applications in nonlinear optics,quantum photonics,and light–matter interactions.

摘要Searchable encryption(SE)enables data users to securely search encrypted data stored in untrusted cloud servers.However,most SE schemes allow for leakages of access and search patterns to maximize efficiency and functionality.Recent attacks have shown that adversaries can recover query keywords with prior knowledge of the database by exploiting these leakages.Unfortunately,the existing schemes that protect access and search patterns result in frequent communications and high computational costs.Furthermore,complex calculation processes also raise challenges for verifying search results.To address these concerns,we first design an efficient conjunctive SE scheme with search and access pattern privacy using private set intersection.In the proposed scheme,we utilize random numbers to obfuscate the values of polynomials and randomly divide the results into two parts,which simplifies the search process,improves search efficiency,and eliminates the need for time-consuming ciphertext multiplication operations.We also extend this scheme to support search result verifiability.Specifically,by embedding a random number as the root of the return polynomial,we achieve verifiability of search results.Furthermore,we prove the security of both schemes employing the simulation-based method.Finally,we implement the schemes in a real database and thorough performance analyses demonstrate their efficiency.
摘要A fundamental challenge that arises in biomedicine is the need to characterize compounds in a relevant cellular context in order to reveal potential on-target or offtarget effects.Recently,the fast accumulation of gene transcriptional profiling data provides us an unprecedented opportunity to explore the protein targets of chemical compounds from the perspective of cell transcriptomics and RNA biology.Here,we propose a novel Siamese spectral-based graph convolutional network(SSGCN)model for inferring the protein targets of chemical compounds from gene transcriptional profiles.Although the gene signature of a compound perturbation only provides indirect clues of the interacting targets,and the biological networks under different experiment conditions further complicate the situation,the SSGCN model was successfully trained to learn from known compound-target pairs by uncovering the hidden correlations between compound perturbation profiles and gene knockdown profiles.On a benchmark set and a large time-split validation dataset,the model achieved higher target inference accuracy as compared to previous methods such as Connectivity Map.Further experimental validations of prediction results highlight the practical usefulness of SSGCN in either inferring the interacting targets of compound,or reversely,in finding novel inhibitors of a given target of interest.

摘要We consider the Cauchy problem for the three-dimensional bipolar compressible Navier-Stokes-Poisson system with unequal viscosities.Under the assumption that the H3 norm of the initial data is small but its higher order derivatives can be arbitrarily large,the global existence and uniqueness of smooth solutions are obtained by an ingenious energy method.Moreover,if additionally,the H−s(1/2≤s<3/2)or B−s2,∞(1/2<s≤3/2)norm of the initial data is small,the optimal decay rates of solutions are also established by a regularity interpolation trick and delicate energy methods.
摘要We investigate a model arising from biology, which is a hyperbolic- parabolic coupled system. First, we prove the global existence and asymptotic behavior of smooth solutions to the Cauchy problem without any smallness assumption on the initial data. Second, if the Hs ∩ Ll-norm of initial data is sufficiently small, we also establish decay rates of the global smooth solutions. In particular, the optimal L2 decay rate of the solution and the almost optimal L2 decay rate of the first-order derivatives of the solution are obtained. These results are obtained by constructing a new nonnegative convex entropy and combining spectral analysis with energy methods.

摘要Leaf area index(LAI)is an essential climate variable that is crucial to understand the global vegetation change.Long-term satellite LAI products have been applied in many global vegetation change studies.However,these LAI products contain various uncertainties that are not been fully considered in current studies.The objective of this study is to explore the uncertainties in the global LAI products and the uncertainty variations.Two global LAI datasets—the European Geoland2 Version 2(GEOV2)and Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)(2003-2019)—were investigated.The qualitative quality flags(QQFs)and quantitative quality indicators(QQIs)embedded in the product quality layers were analyzed to identify the temporal anomalies in the quality profile.The results show that the global GEOV2(0.042/10a)and MODIS(0.034/10a)LAI values have steadly increased from 2003 to 2019.The global LAI uncertainty(0.016/10a)and relative uncertainty(0.3%/10a)from GEOV2 have also increased gradually,especially during the growing season from April to October.The uncertainty increase is larger for woody biomes than for herbaceous types.Contrastingly,the MODIS LAI product uncertainty remained stable over the study period.The uncertainty increase indicated by GEOV2 is partly attributed to the sensor shift in the product series.Further algorithm enhancement is necessary to improve the cross-sensor performance.This study highlights the importance of studying the LAI uncertainty and the uncertainty variation.Temporal variations in the LAI products and the product quality revealed herein have significant implications on global vegetation change studies.

摘要The authors investigate the global existence and asymptotic behavior of classical solutions to the 3D non-isentropic compressible Euler equations with damping on a bounded domain with slip boundary condition. The global existence and uniqueness of classical solutions are obtained when the initial data are near an equilibrium. Furthermore,the exponential convergence rates of the pressure and velocity are also proved by delicate energy methods.

摘要Background The development of modern agriculture has significantly contributed to improving global food security and safety,alleviating poverty,and enhancing human health and livelihoods.However,the rapid advancement of modern agriculture has also brought about various challenges that limit its sustainable development.This commentary aims to discuss these issues through the One Health lens,and provide valuable insights for balancing modern agricultural activities with the need to protect and promote the health of all the sectors.Main text This commentary explores the multifaceted impacts of modern agriculture on social development,as well as the associated various health challenges and environmental impacts within the One Health framework.Key issues include ecosystem degradation,increased risk of interspecies disease transmission like zoonoses,reverse zoonoses,and vector-borne diseases,and the escalated threat of antimicrobial resistance due to intensified agricultural production and increased antimicrobial use.To address these challenges,this commentary outlines potential solutions anchored in the development and implementation of modern technologies and good agricultural practices,such as precision farming,integrated pest management,biosecurity measures,vaccination programs,as well as surveillance and early detection of health risks.Conclusions Good agricultural practices supported by scientific and technological advancements are essential for aligning productivity with the One Health vision,ensuring the health and resilience of all the sectors.Enhancing stakeholder education,strengthening regulatory frameworks,and providing supportive policies and infrastructure for farmers to adopt sustainable practices are crucial for the long-term viability of agrifood systems.The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations plays a pivotal role in guiding this sustainable transformation through the One Health approach.
