摘要Characterizing shale oil reservoirs encompassing pore space, mineralogy, and fluids is fundamental to effective exploration and development.Recent advances in experimental techniques have significantly improved both the qualitative and quantitative analysis of these components;however,a comprehensive systematic review is lacking.High-resolution imaging technologies, such as Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy(FE-SEM),and Focused Ion Beam Scanning Electron Microscopy(FIB-SEM),enable detailed visualization of pore structures.Gas adsorption and high-pressure mercury intrusion methods provide accurate pore-scale quantification. Moreover, techniques like X-ray Diffraction(XRD),X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy(XRF),and Electron Probe Microanalysis(EPMA)allow precise mineral identification and compositional analysis.Confocal Scanning Laser Microscopy(CSLM),Raman Spectroscopy,Nuclear Magnetic Resonance(NMR),and Rock Pyrolysis provide insights into fluid occurrence and content within shale reservoirs.Based on a comprehensive review of existing research, this study identifies several key future directions:(1)addressing the challenges of nanopore observation in reservoir space characterization while minimizing the impact of sample preparation on pore structure;(2)improving the accuracy of quantitative mineral analysis and developing advanced new technologies for the precise measurement of complex mineral compositions;(3)enhancing the fluid quantitative evaluation of fluids by more effectively restoring subsurface geological conditions. This paper presents a current synthesis and forward-looking perspective on experimental techniques supporting shale oil exploration, aiming to guide future research and technological innovation in this field.
摘要As a member of the Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor(GECAM)constellation,GECAM-C is an all-sky gamma-ray monitor with in-flight trigger capability aboard the SATech-01 experimental satellite.Operating in a Sun-Synchronous Orbit,GECAM-C generates many in-flight triggers, some of which correspond to important astrophysical bursts, such as gamma-ray bursts and soft gamma-ray repeaters, which may require follow-up observations. However, there are also a substantial number of non-astrophysical triggers, such as particle events. Therefore,a prompt and accurate classification of in-flight triggers is essential for scientific research. In this work,we propose an automatic trigger classification algorithm for GECAM-C in-flight triggers with Bayesian inference.Applying this method to GECAM-C triggers from 2022 December to 2023 December,we demonstrate that it can successfully categorize all trigger types with an accuracy of about 95%,thereby providing effective support for rapid follow-up observations.

摘要The rocket ejector has great potential for bridging the thrust gap between the turbine and ramjet modes of the Turbine-Based Combined Cycle(TBCC) engine. In this work,a rocket ejector was proposed and used in the Ejector-Ramjet(ERJ) engine model.Furthermore, the thrust and thermal-fatigue performances of the rocket ejector are investigated through the thrust bench tests. The combustion stability and performance of ERJ engine are studied by the ground direct-connect experiments under different conditions.Experimental results suggest that the rocket ejector can realize a wide range of thrust variation from 510 N to 1 100 N and a specific impulse of more than250 s,whereas accompanying with a short lifespan about 4 s.As expected, the rocket ejector can significantly expand the flight envelope of the ERJ engine downward to Mach number Ma∞=2.0 and altitude H = 13 km.Nevertheless, when Ma∞is less than or equal to 3.0,the ramjet combustor is unable individually operated and that need to be improved for engineering application. The lower oxygen/kerosene ratio of rocket ejector and the equalized injection-forward and injection-center of ramjet fuel are beneficial for enhancing the combustion stability and thrust performance of ERJ engine.Overall, experiments primarily validated that the rocket ejector has the advantages of facilitating ignition and flame stabilization, improving the working environment of the ERJ engine, and expanding the operating range. But the remarkable thing is that both the ejector and ramjet combustor can be greatly improved for optimizing the performance of ERJ engine further.

摘要The sugarcane subtribe Saccharinae(Andropogoneae,Poaceae)was established in 1846,but its delimitation has long been debated. Moreover, the relationships among the genera of Saccharinae remain unclear, and there is no consensus on whether Pseudosorghum,a small genus in tropical Asia with only two species, should be included. Here,we performed phylogenomic analyses using whole plastomes(69 of them newly sequenced)from 132 individuals, representing 65 species in 19 related genera. We also built trees with nuclear ribosomal DNA sequences. Our results justify the inclusion of Pseudosorghum, likely also the Eulalia Clade III,in Saccharinae.Furthermore, both morphological and molecular analyses support merging the two Pseudosorghum species. The backbone relationships of the Saccharinae phylogeny were highly supported with four polyphyletic clades of Miscanthus and the inclusion of Narenga and Tripidium rufipilum in Saccharum.Pseudosorghum is moderately supported as sister to the Miscanthus Clade I,while the remaining Tripidium species could be excluded from the subtribe.Saccharinae is estimated to have originated~3.73 million years ago in East Asia, followed by intercontinental dispersals. Our study provides a comprehensive phylogenetic framework for future taxonomic revisions of this economically important subtribe.

摘要Citric acid is an important contributor to fruit flavor. The extremely significant differences in citric acid levels are observed among citrus species and varieties. The molecular basis of citric acid accumulation remains largely unknown on the inter-species level. Here,we performed transcriptome analysis of five pairs of acidic and acidless variety fruits from kumquat(Citrus crassifolia),lemon(C.limon),pummelo(C.maxima),mandarin(C.reticulata),and sweet orange(C.sinensis)to investigate the common and specific genes related to citric acid accumulation in these citrus species.Transcript profiles of the citrate metabolism genes revealed that the mechanism of citric acid accumulation in kumquat differed from that in the other four species. The comparative analysis and weighted gene co-expression network analysis identified 61 candidate genes from lemon, pummelo, mandarin, and sweet orange.Vacuolar acidification regulated by CitPH4-CitAN1-CitPH5was a common mechanism underlying citric acid accumulation in these four species. In addition, gene network analysis indicated that CitPH4 was a central regulator, exhibiting a strong correlation with the genes involved in vacuolar trafficking and potassium(K+)transport. The co-expression and functional enrichment analyses showed that active sugar metabolism and increased citrate synthesis were mainly responsible for the accumulation of citric acid in kumquat.Twenty-four transcription factors were identified as candidate regulators,of which CitbHLH28 was found to regulate acidity level via transactivating CWINV2 and PK3 expressions.Overall, this study provides an insight into the mechanism of citric acid accumulation in citrus fruit and provides useful references for fruit quality improvement through acidity control in different citrus species.

摘要Satsuma mandarin(Citrus reticulata“Unshiu”)is a global cultivar with superior fruit characteristics and ranking among the top citrus cultivars in terms of production. It is also a key contributor to citrus breeding. However, the lack of high-quality genome makes the origin of Satsuma mandarin has long been a matter of debate. Here,we assembled a gap-free,high-quality genome of Satsuma mandarin.Meanwhile,we collected and sequenced 15 indigenous citrus varieties in Zhejiang Province,12 Satsuma mandarins,21 citrus hybrids related to Satsuma mandarin,10 modern citrus varieties, and 7 other mandarins.Through high-resolution genome analysis,we inferred that Satsuma mandarin originated from a cross between C.reticulata“Ruju”×C.reticulata“Bendiguang”and proposed that Satsuma mandarin most probably originated in East area in Zhejiang Province of China, where the two parents-like cultivars are still found in a sympatric region to date. These results provide new insights into the origin model of Satsuma mandarin. The spread of mandarin is also discussed, which probably associated with the culture exchange and trade activities between Japan and China from Tang Dynasty and afterwards.

摘要Magnesium(Mg)-based composites are expected to be useful for biodegradable bone-implant materials due to their degradability, similar elastic modulus to that of bone, and biofunctionalities. However, their rapid degradation, poor biotribology performance, and lack of vascularization and antibacterial activity are not conducive to bone-fixation applications. In this study,an in situ Mg2Ge/Mg-Cu-P composite with a nominal composition of Mg-10Ge-2Cu-0.5P(denoted MGCP)was prepared via phosphorus(P)-modified casting followed by hot extrusion for biodegradable bone-fixation applications. For comparison,an in situ Mg2Ge/Mg-Cu composite(Mg-10Ge-2Cu,denoted MGC)was prepared under the same conditions without P-modification.The hot-extruded(HE)MGCP sample showed significantly improved corrosion resistance with corrosion rates of 2.2 mm/y and 2.51 mm/y as measured by potentiodynamic-polarization and hydrogen-release testing in Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium supplemented with fetal bovine serum(denoted DMEM).The HE MGCP also exhibited notably enhanced mechanical properties and biotribological resistance in DMEM,with an σUTS of ~304.2 MPa,σTYS of ~202.5 MPa,elongation of ~12.3%,σUCS of 769.0 MPa,σCYS of 208.0 MPa,and Brinell hardness of 105.3 HB,along with smallerσTYS andσCYS decreases after 3 d of immersion in Hanks’solution. In comparison to pure titanium and Mg,the HE MGCP demonstrated much greater cytocompatibility, angiogenic capacity, and osteogenic differentiation and mineralization capability.Furthermore, the HE MGCP displayed markedly higher in vitro antibacterial activity,in vivo antibacterial and anti-inflammatory ability, and good biosafety in a rat subcutaneous-implantation model compared to pure titanium and Mg,indicating significant potential for biodegradable bone-fixation applications.

摘要The temperature-pressure fields within hydrocarbon-bearing basins are key geological factors controlling hydrocarbon generation, migration, and accumulation. In this study,we focus on the Qingshankou Formation in the northern part of the central depression of the Songliao Basin,China.A multi-parameter weighted evaluation model was created using present temperature-pressure field character-istics,with formation temperature-pressure as core variables,to evaluate shale oil resource potential. In addition,we explored the control mechanisms of temperature-pressure evolution during geological history on shale oil accumulation and further assessed the applicability of the proposed method. Our results show that the geothermal gradient of the Qingshankou Formation decreases from Member1to Member 3(3.84 ℃/100 m,2.93 ℃/100 m,and 2.49 ℃/100 m,respectively).High-temperature zones are widely distributed in the Gulong sag, with the average temperature of the Gulong shale exceeding 95 ℃ and reaching an average of approximately 115 ℃.Overpressure in the Qingshankou Formation exhibits a west-high to east-low trend. The overpressure zones of the Gulong shale are mainly concen-trated in the Qijia-Gulong and Sanzhao sag, with average pressure coefficients of 1.52 and 1.36,respec-tively.The Opc model identified Class Ⅰ and Ⅱ favorable zones, mainly located in the central and southern parts of the Gulong Sag,as well as the central and southwestern Sanzhao Sag,with estimated shale oil resources of 7.1×108 tons and 17.2 ×108 tons, respectively.Evolutionary profiles from representative wells indicate that elevated temperatures enhance organic matter maturation and light oil generation, improving shale oil mobility, while overpressure suppresses hydrocarbon dissipation and provides a suf-ficient driving force for oil production. This study demonstrates that present-day temperature-pressure fields effectively reflect the evolution trends of paleo-thermal and pressure regimes. The proposed eval-uation method shows strong applicability and scalability, offering a new technical framework and theo-retical foundation for the exploration of unconventional hydrocarbon resources.

摘要With the miniaturization of devices and the development of modern heating technologies, the generalization of heat conduction and thermoelastic coupling has become crucial, effectively emulating the thermodynamic behavior of materials in ultrashort time scales.Theoretically, generalized heat conductive models are considered in this work.By analogy with mechanical viscoelastic models, this paper further enriches the heat conduction models and gives their one-dimensional physical expression.Numerically, the transient thermoelastic response of the slim strip material under thermal shock is investigated by applying the proposed models.First, the analytical solution in the Laplace domain is obtained by the Laplace transform. Then, the numerical results of the transient responses are obtained by the numerical inverse Laplace transform. Finally, the transient responses of different models are analyzed and compared, and the effects of material parameters are discussed. This work not only opens up new research perspectives on generalized heat conductive and thermoelastic coupling theories, but also is expected to be beneficial for the deeper understanding of the heat wave theory.

摘要BACKGROUND Early esophageal neuroendocrine carcinoma(E-NEC)is a rare but aggressive malignancy with poorly understood endoscopic features.Despite advancements in multi-model endoscopy, including white light endoscopy, magnifying end-oscopy narrow-band imaging(NBI),and endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS),the diagnostic characteristics of early E-NEC remain unclear.Comprehensive evalu-ation using these techniques can improve early detection and guide clinical management. This study aimed to investigate the endoscopic features of early E-NEC using multiple imaging modalities. We hypothesized that specific endos-copic patterns, such as irregular microvascular morphology or signs of submu-cosal invasion, could reliably distinguish early E-NEC from other esophageal lesions.AIM To characterize early E-NEC using multi-model endoscopy and identify diag-nostic endoscopic features.METHODS Clinical data of four patients with esophageal submucosal lesions identified by gastroscopy and pathologically diagnosed as E-NEC in the Department of Gastroenterology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine between January 2020 and August 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, and their manifestations under multi-model endoscopy were observed.Grayscale values of ultrasound images in three patients with E-NEC and eight with esophageal leiomyoma were calculated using Image J software and compared using the Mann-Whitney U test.Neuroendocrine neoplasms(NENs)are a rare heterogeneous group of epithelial tumors that originate from peptidergic neurons and neuroendocrine cells, and are characterized by neuroendocrine differentiation.NENs include well-differen-tiated neuroendocrine tumors(NETs),poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinomas(NECs),and mixed neuroen-docrine-non-NENs[1],which exhibit a wide range of biological behaviors, from indolent,slow-growing lesions to highly aggressive and metastatic malignancies[2].NENs have the capacity for whole-body distribution, with gastroenteropan-creatic NENs comprising approximately 60%-75%of cases, followed by those in the lungs and mediastinum[3].Eso-phageal NENs(E-NENs)are extremely rare, accounting for only approximately 1.6%of all NENs and occurring far less frequently than other gastrointestinal NENs[4].However,with advancements in early cancer screening and diagnostic techniques, the incidence of E-NENs has gradually increased in recent decades[5].Among E-NENs,<1%are well-differ-entiated NETs,with the vast majority being poorly differentiated small cell NECs[6,7].Nevertheless,esophageal NEC(E-NEC)accounts for only 0.05%-7.6%of all esophageal malignant tumors[8,9],and is characterized by aggressive behavior, rapid progression, and early metastasis.E-NEC primarily affects middle-aged and older individuals, with a higher prevalence in males[10].The tumor-node-metastasis staging system of E-NEC mirrors that of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)[11,12].Early E-NEC is defined as lesions limited to the mucosal or submucosal layer(stages T1a and T1b),with or without nodal metastasis.Clinically,we found that early E-NEC often presents with absent or non-specific symptoms, such as mild dysphagia or retrosternal discomfort, which are easily overlooked or mistaken for benign esophageal conditions such as leiomyoma.Conventional imaging and tumor markers frequently fail to detect early lesions, and endoscopic biopsy results may be inconclusive due to submucosal tumor growth and the overlying normal epithelium[13].As a result,E-NEC is frequently diagnosed at an advanced stage(31%-90%of cases)when regional lymph node or distant metastases have already occurred, contributing to its poor prognosis[2,13,14].Studies have reported a median survival of approximately 11 months and 5-year survival rate of<10%[14].Given these challenges, early detection using endoscopy is essential for improving patient outcomes.

摘要Strong polyelectrolyte brushes(SPBs)play an important role in enabling material surface functionalization due to their unique stimuli-responsive properties.Although the unexpected pH responsiveness of SPBs has been revealed in the past ten years,it is still unclear if the pH-responsive properties of SPBs are affected by the brush thickness. In this study,we employed the positively charged poly[2-(methacryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride(PMETAC)and negatively charged sodium poly(styrenesulfonate)(NaPSS)brushes as model systems to explore the effect of thickness on the pH-responsive properties of SPBs.The results demonstrate that the pH-responsive properties of SPBs manifest different dependences on the brush thickness.Specifically, for both PMETAC and NaPSS brushes, the pH-responsive hydration and stiffness are influenced by the thickness, and the pH-responsive wettability and adhesion are almost unaffected by the thickness. This work not only provides a clear understanding of the relationship between the brush thickness and the pH responsiveness of SPBs,but also offers a new method to control the pH-responsive properties of SPBs.

摘要Solution environment can influence the flexible structure of DNA under specific conditions, thereby affecting the stability of nucleic acids and ultimately impacting critical biological processes such as replication and transcription.Intracellular solution environment is variable, and previous studies have demonstrated that it can enhance the stability of DNA structures under certain circumstances. In this work, molecular dynamics simulations were conducted on B-DNA(1ZEW,with a nucleotide sequence of CCTCTAGAGG)derived from human breast cancer cells(MDA-MB231)to explore the effects of ethanol solution on DNA configuration transformation at different temperatures and concentrations. The calculated results indicate that ethanol facilitates the transition of 1ZEW from B-DNA to A-DNA at lower temperature.Furthermore,it is observed that temperature affects DNA structure to some extent, thereby modifying the trend in DNA configuration transformation. At low temperatures, the ethanol can promote the transformation of B-DNA into A-DNA at higher concentrations. While at higher temperatures, the DNA could be in a state of thermal melting. These conclusions presented here can give valuable insights into how ethanol affects B-DNA configuration transformations.

摘要Citric acid and anthocyanin contents were co-selected during Citrus domestication.Pummelo is a founding species in the Citrus genus, but the domestication of pummelo has not beenwell studied. Here,we compared the citric acid and anthocyanin contents of a lowcitric acid pummelo(Citrusmaxima LCA)and its high citric acid variety(HCA)from the same cultivation area in China. Our study revealed that, unlike the LCA type, the HCA variety accumulated anthocyanin in the pericarp early in fruit development. To investigate the genetic basis of acid and anthocyanin enrichment in HCA pulp and pericarp, respectively,we generated a chromosome-scale HCA genome using long-read sequence reads and Hi-C sequencing data.Transcriptome analysis and transient overexpression assays showed that the accumulation of citric acid and anthocyanin was associated with high expression of CgANTHOCYANIN1(CgAN1),and two different MYBs transcription factors(CgPH4 and CgRuby1),respectively.Moreover,the CgAN1 promoterwasmoremethylated in the LCA pulp than in the HCA pulp.Treatment with a DNA methylation inhibitor,5-azacytidine,alleviated the CgAN1 promoter hypermethylation in the LCA pulp, leading to increased CgAN1 expression and citric acid content. This study provides a new high-quality pummelo genome and insight into the molecular mechanism behind the change in tissue-specific citric acid and anthocyanin accumulation during pummelo domestication and provides a conceptual basis for precise genetic manipulation in fruit flavor breeding.
