The pharmacodynamic material basis constitutes the central element of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in disease treatment.By summarizing the active compounds'characteristics,bioavailability,pharmacological effects,and molecular mechanisms,we can explain the complex interactions between TCMs and diseases.Previous studies have demonstrated that monoterpene glycosides and tannins are related to the pharmacological activity of Radix Paeoniae Alba(RPA).However,research on RPA has primarily focused on monoterpene glycosides,and the functional role of tannins in RPA has received little attention.Observations from animal studies indicate that monoterpene glycosides and tannins exhibit poor bioavailability.Carboxylesterase,produced by gut microbiota,is crucial for metabolizing these compounds in the intestine.Monoterpene glycosides and their gut metabolites can be absorbed into the bloodstream,exerting various pharmacological effects,including anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory,and neuromodulator activities.In contrast,tannins consist of highly hydrophobic polyphenols that form insoluble protein-tannin complexes.Due to their inability to cross the intestinal barrier,tannins primarily exert localized pharmacological effects within the digestive system.This study systematically reviews the pharmacological activities and mechanisms of monoterpene glycosides and tannins in RPA,while establishing their therapeutic contributions to the herb's pharmacological effects. 展开更多

Background: Plexiform neurofibromas(PNF) are highly vascular tumors with the potential for significant growth.Surgical removal of giant PNF is often challenging because of intraoperative hemorrhage.This study proposed and evaluated an innovative surgical approach involving FENCY ligation and the role of preoperative embolization in the resection of giant PNF.Methods: This was a retrospective,interventional,and sequential case series conducted in a plastic and reconstructive surgery unit.We summarized all patients with PNF who underwent resection at our center between2019 and 2024.Surgical case notes from 11 patients with giant PNF who underwent FENCY ligation were reviewed,including three patients who received preoperative embolization.All patients participated in structured telephone interviews.Patient demographics,surgical safety,postoperative recovery,and patient satisfaction were evaluated.Results: Among 456 patients with 494 PNF who underwent surgical resection,we categorized the procedures into median,large,and giant PNF subgroups.To illustrate comprehensive perioperative and surgical approaches,we analyzed seven female and four male patients with giant PNF.The median maximum tumor diameter at the time of surgery was 30.4 cm(range,11.5–55.6 cm).Most PNF were located on the face(63.6%),followed by the back(18.2%),buttocks(18.2%),upper limbs(9.1%),and neck(9.1%).The median intraoperative hemorrhage volume was 366 m L(range,10–2 034 m L),And the median hospital stay was 17 days(range,14–33 days).The mean follow-up duration was 2.5 years(range,0.4–5.5 years).No severe complications were observed,except for one case of infection.Conclusion: PNF resection,particularly giant PNF resection,is a high-risk treatment option.Comprehensive evaluation,perioperative preparation,and surgical techniques are required to ensure efficacy and safety.FENCY ligation and preoperative embolization can be used to resect giant PNF in multiple complex regions with satisfactory outcomes. 展开更多

HOMER(Hybrid OptimizationModel for Electric Renewables)is an effective simulation and optimization platform for hybrid renewable energy.By inputting specific users’energy resource data(such as wind speed,solar radiation,etc.)and load data,and by determining the types and models of components selected by the user,HOMER calculates and simulates the operational status of each component at every time step.Ultimately,it computes the energy balance of the system within specified constraints to simulate the overall system operation.This approach enables the reasonable determination of system component capacities,the evaluation of system feasibility,and the calculation of costs over the entire lifecycle of the system.In response to the challenges of matching capacities and high construction costs in wind-solar-storage multi-energy complementary power generation systems,This paper addresses issues such as difficulty in matching component capacities,high construction costs,and low system reliability in multi-energy complementary power generation systems.Using the HOMER hybrid renewable energy simulation and optimization platform,we constructed various hybrid energy systems for a specific region and considered multiple power supply modes.Thesoftware was used to solve for the optimal capacities and costs of each system.Four scenarios were analyzed:grid-only,grid-connected(purchase-sale)wind-solar-storage system,grid-connected(sale)wind-solar-storage system,and off-grid wind-solar-storage system.The results were compared and analyzed.HOMER can assess systemfeasibility and calculate the cost over its entire lifecycle.By inputting 8760 h of wind and solar resource data and load data for a specific region,and considering multiple system structures and power supply modes,the configuration results were evaluated using indicators such as cost and renewable energy utilization ratio.The simulation results indicate that the Net Present Cost(NPC)values across four different scenarios range from 1,877,292 CNY to 3,222,724 CNY,demonstrating significant cost differences.Among these scenarios,the grid-connected(purchase-sell)wind-solarstorage system exhibited the lowest NPC and the highest renewable energy utilization rate.Compared to a system relying solely on the grid,the NPC was reduced by 305,695 CNY,and the renewable energy utilization rate reached 74.7%. 展开更多

With the advancement of unconventional oil and gas exploration and development,tight gravelly sandstone reservoirs have garnered increasing attention.In this study,triaxial compression experiments are conducted on gravelly sandstone cores,and correlation analysis is employed to establish the relationships between fractal dimensions of the fractures and rock mechanics parameters.For cores of gravelly sandstone,a positive correlation exists between the fractal dimension and the brittleness index.The prediction model reveals that the error between the predicted and actual values for well 3 is relatively large,which can be attributed to the presence of pure sandstone cores in well 3.Under high confining pressure in the deep strata,rocks exhibit a decreasing trend in fractal dimensions,a phenomenon due to the stress-memory effect.In addition,numerical simulation is further employed to study the effect of the factors that could affect the complexity of the fractures,and the results show that the fractal dimension of gravelly sandstone declines with increasing confining pressure,peak compressive strength,and rock elastic modulus as the loading process intensifies. 展开更多

Experimental investigations on NOx emissions of a single-cup,Lean Premixed Prevaporized(LPP),module combustor were carried out at elevated inlet temperature and pressure up to810 K and 2.0 MPa,close to the real operating conditions of aero-engine combustors.This LPP combustor adopts centrally staged fuel injections which could produce separated stratified swirling spray flame.In the NOx emissions measurements,the ranges of dome equivalence ratio and fuel stage ratio were from 0.55 to 0.58 and 8%to 24%,respectively.The optical diagnosis on separated stratified swirling spray flame were carried out with fuel stage ratio changing from 15%to 30%.Therefore,NO*and OH*chemiluminescence images were obtained.The results show that NOx emissions increase with the increase of the fuel stage ratio.And from the chemiluminescence images,the main flame and pilot flame are found weakly coupled.The pilot flame plays a significant role in NOx emission production because of its higher adiabatic flame temperature.Based on the results of chemiluminescence optical tests,a new NOx emission prediction model is proposed based on the Lefebvre’s single flame model The estimate of local equivalence ratio of the pilot stage’s nonpremixed flame is modified considering the characteristics of spray combustion,and a"PLUS"emission prediction model suitable for separated stratified swirling spray flame is obtained.Compared to the experimental data,the"PLUS"model exhibits a good prediction in a range of±13%of deviation. 展开更多

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)are useful in dangerous and dynamic tasks such as search-and-rescue,forest surveillance,and anti-terrorist operations.These tasks can be solved better through the collaboration of multiple UAVs under human supervision.However,it is still difficult for human to monitor,understand,predict and control the behaviors of the UAVs due to the task complexity as well as the black-box machine learning and planning algorithms being used.In this paper,the coactive design method is adopted to analyze the cognitive capabilities required for the tasks and design the interdependencies among the heterogeneous teammates of UAVs or human for coherent collaboration.Then,an agent-based task planner is proposed to automatically decompose a complex task into a sequence of explainable subtasks under constrains of resources,execution time,social rules and costs.Besides,a deep reinforcement learning approach is designed for the UAVs to learn optimal policies of a flocking behavior and a path planner that are easy for the human operator to understand and control.Finally,a mixed-initiative action selection mechanism is used to evaluate the learned policies as well as the human’s decisions.Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods. 展开更多

Mesocarp color is an important agronomic trait of Cucurbita maxima and is determined mainly by the contents and compositions of the carotenoids.The two inbred lines with significant differences in fruit flesh color were used in the study,the orange’312-1’and white’98-2’.Changes in seven carotenoid contents and compositions in the flesh of fruit produced by inbred lines’312-1’and’98-2’were analyzed during fruit development.The expression of eight key carotenoid biosynthesis genes in the fruit flesh were investigated during five fruit development stage in two inbred lines.As the flesh color intensified,the orange flesh color of’312-1’was determined mainly by the increased contents of lutein,β-carotene and zeaxanthin and the lack of carotenoid accumulation led to the formation of white flesh in’98-2’fruit.The expression of the LCY-e and CHYb genes was significantly stronger in’312-1’than in’98-2’,and their expression was strongly correlated with lutein andβ-carotene contents during fruit development.This study provides a deep understanding of the molecular mechanism of carotenoid biosynthesis in fruit flesh and provides a basis for additional studies on the highly refined improvement of squash quality. 展开更多

In this paper, we report the location results for the parent lightning strokes of more than 30 red sprites observed over an asymmetric mesoscale convective system(MCS) on 30 July 2015 in Shandong Province, China, with a long-baseline lightning location network of very-low-frequency/low-frequency magnetic field sensors. The results show that almost all of these cloud-to-ground(CG) strokes are produced during the mature stage of the MCS, and are predominantly located in the trailing stratiform region, which is similar to analyses of sprite-productive MCSs in North America and Europe. Comparison between the location results for the sprite-producing CG strokes and those provided by the World Wide Lightning Location Network(WWLLN) indicates that the location accuracy of WWLLN for intense CG strokes in Shandong Province is typically within 10 km, which is consistent with the result based on analysis of 2838 sprite-producing CG strokes in the continental United States. Also, we analyze two cases where some minor lightning discharges in the parent flash of sprites can also be located, providing an approach to confine the thundercloud region tapped by the sprite-producing CG strokes. 展开更多

In a study of DNA methylation changes in melatonin-deficient rice mutants,mutant plants showed premature leaf senescence during grain-filling and reduced grain yield.Melatonin deficiency led to transcriptional reprogramming,especially of genes involved in chlorophyll and carbon metabolism,redox regulation,and transcriptional regulation,during dark-induced leaf senescence.Hypomethylation of mCG and mCHG in the melatonin-deficient rice mutants was associated with the expression change of both protein-coding genes and transposable element-related genes.Changes in gene expression and DNA methylation in the melatonin-deficient mutants were compensated by exogenous application of melatonin.A decreased S-adenosyl-L-methionine level may have contributed to the DNA methylation variations in rice mutants of melatonin deficiency under dark conditions. 展开更多

Considerable economic losses and ecological damage can be caused by forest fi res,and compared to suppression,prevention is a much smarter strategy.Accordingly,this study focuses on developing a novel framework to assess forest fi re risks and policy decisions on forest fi re management in China.This framework integrated deep learning algorithms,geographic information,and multisource data.Compared to conventional approaches,our framework featured timesaving,easy implementation,and importantly,the use of deep learning that vividly integrates various factors from the environment and human activities.Information on 96,594 forest fi re points from 2001 to 2019 was collected on Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)fi re hotspots from 2001 to 2019 from NASA’s Fire Information Resource Management System.The information was classifi ed into factors such as topography,climate,vegetation,and society.The prediction of forest fi re risk was generated using a fully connected network model,and spatial autocorrelation used to analyze the spatial aggregation correlation of active fi re hotspots in the whole area of China.The results show that high accuracy prediction of fi re risks was achieved(accuracy 87.4%,positive predictive value 87.1%,sensitivity 88.9%,area under curve(AUC)94.1%).Based on this,it was found that Chinese forest fi re risk shows signifi cant autocorrelation and agglomeration both in seasons and regions.For example,forest fi re risk usually raises dramatically in spring and winter,and decreases in autumn and summer.Compared to the national average,Yunnan Province,Guangdong Province,and the Greater Hinggan Mountains region of Heilongjiang Province have higher fi re risks.In contrast,a large region in central China has been recognized as having a long-term,low risk of forest fi res.All forest risks in each region were recorded into the database and could contribute to the forest fi re prevention.The successful assessment of forest fi re risks in this study provides a comprehensive knowledge of fi re risks in China over the last 20 years.Deep learning showed its advantage in integrating multiple factors in predicting forest fi re risks.This technical framework is expected to be a feasible evaluation tool for the occurrence of forest fi res in China. 展开更多

Objective To investigate the utility of pre-expanded muscle-sparing latissimus dorsi flaps in the reconstruction of deformities secondary to severe scar contractures on the anterior chest.Methods The function of the latissimus dorsi was preserved with blood supply from the main or lateral branch of the thoracodorsal artery.The entire treatment period was divided into two stages,during which segmental latissimus dorsi flaps were pre-expanded in stage I and anterior chest scar deformities were reconstructed in stage II.During stage I,the musculocutaneous perforators arising from the lateral branch of the thoracodorsal artery were determined by ultrasound preoperatively;the flap design included the anterior segment of the latissimus dorsi supplied by the musculocutaneous perforators from the lateral branch;and a tissue expander was placed following flap dissection and then infused with saline intermittently for 4–6 months.In stage II,the chest scars were excised,and breast tissues were repositioned;the continuity of the medial branch of the thoracodorsal nerve to the muscle was preserved when reconstruction was performed using the segmental latissimus dorsi flaps supplied by the main or lateral branch of the thoracodorsal artery.Results From October 2010 to October 2019,21 patients(on 24 sides)underwent reconstructive procedures for extensive scar contractures on the anterior chest.All flaps survived,and their donor sites were sutured directly.During a follow-up of 3 months to 8 years,the flaps became soft and exhibited color similar to that of the adjacent tissues.The limited neck and shoulder movements improved,and postoperatively,all female patients were satisfied with the shape of their breasts.Additionally,neither apparent weakening on the adduction,internal rotation,or extension strength of the shoulder joint on the affected side nor marked depression deformity in the back was observed.Conclusion Pre-expanded muscle-sparing latissimus dorsi flaps with blood supply from the main or lateral branch of the thoracodorsal artery proved to be a desirable option for the reconstruction of extensive scar contractures on the anterior chest. 展开更多

Ectopic hamartomatous thymoma is a rare,generally benign neoplasm that mainly arises in the lower neck region and is yet to be completely understood.Herein,we describe a case with two separate and sequential growing neoplasms for the first time,distinguished from other reported solitary cases.A 58-year-old Chinese male presented with a 6-month history of two nontender,self-palpated masses in the suprasternal region of his neck.Physical examination revealed two masses with diameters of 5 cm and 2 cm.Ultrasound examination 2 years ago revealed a hyperechoic mass with a fat-derived possibility.These two neoplasms were clinically diagnosed as lipomas without other radiological examinations and were completely excised.Microscopically,they were well circumscribed and characterized by admixture with spindle cells,epithelial nests,and adipocytes in variable amounts,without atypia or mitotic activity.Immunohistochemical staining revealed that both neoplasms showed a biphasic pattern,with an epithelial nature with strong and diffuse positive expression of cytokeratin(CK)and myoepithelial differentiation with CK5/6 and p63 positivity in the spindle cells.There was no evidence of recurrence after a 28-month follow-up period.In this report,we present a unique case of ectopic hamartomatous thymoma to show the existence of multiple tumors in this rare disease.We hope to raise the awareness of the possibility of this disease when the tumor rises in typical lower neck regions,especially when mixed soft tissue or fat components are shown by imaging examination. 展开更多

The causes of the disappearance of the ancient town of Loulan in Xinjiang,China have been generally agreed to derive from two factors:human activities and natural factors(environmental variations).In this paper,the Muzart Glacier was selected as an example,and found that the length of the glacier has been gradually decreasing and the snow line has been retreating to a higher altitude,both results contributing to a decrease in river flow below the Muzart Glacier.From the distribution of moraines in the Tianshan Mountains and adjacent areas in different periods,the paper speculates that there have been four minor glacial periods since the Quaternary.Although the durations and scales of the four minor glacial periods were different,they all indirectly influenced the formation and disappearance of the Lop Nur Lake.The events of the fourth minor glacial period are the important impact factors in the existence and disappearance of Loulan.Whether the disappearance of Loulan can be related to the events of the three previous minor glacial periods needs further investigation. 展开更多

Background Inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus(ILVEN)is a rare type of epidermal nevus that occurs in infancy and develops along Blaschko’s lines.Due to its rarity and clinical/histological similarities with other cutaneous disorders,correct diagnosis is sometimes difficult.In the present case,the whole exome sequencing of blood found no germline mutation,but the sequencing of the biopsy specimen revealed a novel potential pathogenic somatic mutation,C>T at rs200881715(p.R698X)in the cspp1 gene,which may provide new insight into the mechanism of ILVEN.Patient concerns A 10-year-old girl presented with linear,pruritic,erythematous,scaly,and exophytic verrucous skin lesions on her left thigh,buttock,and hand unilaterally along Blaschko’s lines from the third day after birth.Diagnosis Biopsy revealed psoriasiform acanthosis,papillary hyperplasia with orthohyperkeratosis,and parakeratosis of squamous epithelium,which are histological characteristics of ILVEN.Interventions Owing to the large lesion size and significant refractory response to previous treatments,multiple-stage surgical resections with a tissue expander were performed.Outcomes After surgical resection and defect reconstruction with a tissue expander,the outcome was satisfactory for the patient and her family.No recurrence was detected during the follow-up visits.Conclusion ILVEN is a rare type of cutaneous hyperplastic disease,and treatment is extremely challenging.Biopsy should be performed at the diagnostician’s discretion or if refractory to conservative treatments.Timely diagnosis and surgical intervention could result in satisfactory outcomes. 展开更多

Background Neurofibromatosis type 1(NF1)is an autosomal dominant inherited disorder.It can affect multiple systems of the body and cause severe disfigurement and discomfort in these patients.There are two types of neurofibromas,named cutaneous and plexiform neurofibromas.The latter type may transform into malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors(MPNSTs).Surgical resection is difficult to perform owing to the complex tissue structure of neurofibromas;therefore,it is necessary to develop novel and effective therapies for the treatment of these tumors.Programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)/programmed cell death-ligand 1(PD-L1)-related immune checkpoint inhibitors have been proven effective for various cancers,and the positive expression of PD-L1 and tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)has been recognized as a biomarker for the response to immune checkpoint therapy.Methods We conducted immunohistochemistry(IHC)staining to detect PD-L1 expression in plexiform neurofibroma and MPNST tissue samples.Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and western blotting were performed to detect PD-L1 and PD-1 expression in MPNST cell lines.IHC staining was used to show immune cell infiltration in NF1 and MPNST tissues.Results IHC staining showed PD-L1 positive expression in neurofibromas and MPNST tumor tissues.In addition,qPCR and western blotting showed high expression of PD-L1 in MPNST tumor cells.IHC staining revealed that aberrant T lymphocytes infiltrated the plexiform neurofibroma and MPNST tumor tissues.Conclusion These results indicate that immune checkpoint mechanisms may play a pivotal role in the development of NF1-related tumors,and immune checkpoint inhibitors may be effective for managing neurofibromas and MPNSTs.Combined therapy with other molecular agents may be explored in the future. 展开更多

Background:To investigate the common symptoms after Covid-19 infection,characteristics of adverse events after vaccination,changes in clinical manifestations related to Neurofibromatosis type 1(NF1),as well as the current vaccination status and factors related to vaccine hesitation among NF1 patients,in order to provide a basis for scientific protection and vaccine acceptance in NF1 individuals in the new phase of pandemic management.Methods:From December 29,2022,to January 10,2023,we conducted a self-assessment questionnaire survey among diagnosed NF1 patients.General data were provided including sex,age,main clinical presentations,and current treatment.This study mainly focused on the infection and vaccination status of Covid-19 among these patients with NF1.The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS26.0 software.Results:Of the 250 questionnaires distributed,226 were valid.Among the 164 patients(72.6%)with Covid-19 infection,the most common infection symptoms and incidence of patients were not significantly different from those in the normal population(P>0.05),but the incidence of symptoms such as nasal congestion,headache,myalgia,sore throat,abdominal pain,diarrhea,and eye discomfort was higher than that in the normal population(P0.05),but the incidence of fatigue and headache was higher in NF1 patients(P<0.001).Most patients with NF1 believe that there is no significant progressive change in NF1-related clinical manifestations after Covid-19 infection and vaccination.Conclusion:Currently,some NF1 patients appear to be worried about the evolution of their disease after Covid-19 infection in the face of large fluctuations in the pandemic situation,and some patients hesitate to receive the vaccine due to their special disease condition.Thus,clinical trials should be conducted to develop a refined pandemic response and vaccination program for this special group. 展开更多

However, decades old traditionalbiochemical methods are insufficient to systematically investigate the bio-molecular reactions for a high-throughput discovery. Here, we have reviewed an update on the recently developed chemical proteomicscalled activity-based protein profiling (ABPP). ABPP is able to identify proteins interacted eithercovalently or non-covalently with metabolites significantly. Multi-generational planting of Eucalyptus species degrades soil quality but the introduction of legumes can improve soil fertility and microbial diversity.However,the effects of introducing non-legume native tree species on soil nutrients and bacterial community structure remain poorly understood.This study investigated the impacts of the conversion of third generation monoculture Eucalyptus plantations to mixed systems including Eucalyptus urograndis with Cinnamomum camphora(EC)and E.urograndis with Castanopsis hystrix(EH),on soil chemical and biochemical properties and bacterial community structure,diversity and functions.First generation E.urophylla plantations were the control.Results show that planting the third generation Eucalyptus led to a significant decrease in p H,organic matter,nutrient content,enzyme activities(invertin,acid phosphataes,and urease),and bacterialα-diversity compare to the controls.However,the mixed planting showed significant improvement in soil chemical and biochemical attributes and bacterialα-diversity,although the E.urograndis and C.hystrix planting had no improvement.Chloroflexi(oligotrophic bacteria)were significantly enriched in third generation Eucalyptus and Eucalyptus+C.hystrix,while proteobacteria increased significantly in the E.urograndis with C.camphora plantings.The relative abundance of multiple metabolic pathways increased significantly in the third generation Eucalyptus plantations whereas membrane transportrelated genes were enriched in soils of the mixed systems.The changes in bacterial community structures in the two mixed systems were driven by diversity,organic matter and acid phosphatase,while bacterial functions were affected by invertase,NO3--N,diversity and urease.These results suggest that the transformation of successive monoculture Eucalyptus plantations into mixed plantations reduces the depletion of soil nutrients and enhances the ecological function of soil microorganisms. 展开更多

Three-dimensional(3D)bioprinting has been used widely for the construction of hard tissues such as bone and cartilage.However,constructing soft tissues with complex structures remains a challenge.In this study,complex structures characterized by both tunable elastic modulus and porosity were printed using freeform reversible embedding of suspended hydrogels(FRESHs)printing methods.A mixture of alginate and gelatin was used as the main functional component of the bioink.Rheological analysis showed that this bioink possesses shear thinning and shear recovery properties,supporting both cryogenic and FRESH printing methods.Potential printing capabilities and limitations of cryogenic and FRESH printing were then analyzed by printability tests.A series of complex structures were printed by FRESH printing methods which could not be realized using conventional approaches.Mechanical tests and scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that the printed structure is of excellent flexibility and could be applied in various conditions by adjusting its mechanical modulus and porosity.L929 fibroblast cells maintained cell viability in cell-laden-printed structures,and the addition of collagen further improved the hydrogels’biocompatibility.Overall,all results provided useful insight into the building of human soft tissue organ blocks. 展开更多

Rational design of efficient and robust earth-abundant alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)catalysts is a key factor for developing energy conversion technologies.Currently,antiperovskite nitride CuNMn3has garnered significant interest due to its remarkable properties such as negative/zero thermal expansion and magnetocaloric effects.However,when utilized as hydrogen evolution catalysts,it encounters large challenge resulting from excessively strong/weak interactions with adsorbed H on Mn/Cu active sites,which leads to low HER activity.In this study,we introduce an asymmetric orbital hybridization strategy in Zn-doped Cu1-xZnxNMn3by leveraging the localization of Zn electronic states to reconfigure the electronic structures of Cu and Mn,thereby reducing the energy barrier for water dissociation and optimizing Cu and Mn active sites for hydrogen adsorption and H2production.Electrochemical evaluations reveal that Cu0.85Zn0.15NMn3with x=0.15 demonstrates exceptional electrocatalytic activity in alkaline electrolytes.A low overpotential of 52 mV at 10 mA cm-2and outstanding stability over a 150-h test period are achieved,surpassing commercial Pt/C.This research offers a novel strategy for enhancing HER performance by modulating asymmetric hybridization of electron orbitals between multiple metal atoms within a material structure. 展开更多
