本文采用磁控溅射技术在玻璃基底上沉积制备了铝掺杂氧化锌(AZO)/Cu/AZO多层结构透明导电薄膜,并研究了AZO沉积气压对AZO/Cu/AZO薄膜组织结构和光电性能的影响。结果表明,AZO/Cu/AZO薄膜呈现出六方纤锌矿结构的ZnO和立方相金属Cu的双相... 本文采用磁控溅射技术在玻璃基底上沉积制备了铝掺杂氧化锌(AZO)/Cu/AZO多层结构透明导电薄膜,并研究了AZO沉积气压对AZO/Cu/AZO薄膜组织结构和光电性能的影响。结果表明,AZO/Cu/AZO薄膜呈现出六方纤锌矿结构的ZnO和立方相金属Cu的双相结构,随着沉积气压增加,ZnO的(002)衍射峰强度逐渐降低、半高宽增加,表明薄膜晶粒尺寸逐渐减小,呈现出晶粒细化的趋势。随着沉积气压的增加,粒子间的碰撞增加,膜层粒子的迁移率降低,导致薄膜的结晶度降低,形成致密细小的晶核,表面颗粒稍有增加。另外,随着沉积气压增加,晶粒尺寸减小,薄膜吸收边逐渐向短波方向移动,平均可见光透过率逐渐增加。同时,由于粒子间的碰撞增加导致薄膜内部缺陷增多,从而薄膜电阻率也呈现出逐渐增加的变化趋势。当沉积气压增加到1.2 Pa时,平均可见光透过率最高为76.0%,电阻率为9.2×10−4Ω·cm,薄膜的品质因数达到最高,为1.6×10−3Ω−1,具有最好的综合光电性能。 展开更多

The microbial degradation of aromatic organic pollutants is incomplete due to their metabolic characteristics,which can easily produce certain highly toxic intermediates.Therefore,this article designs a dual template molec-ularly imprinted sensor(DTMIP/Fe-Mn@C)for iron manganese metal nanomaterials,prepared Fe-Mn@C com-posite materials by a one pot method were coated on the surface of glassy carbon electrodes and covered with molecularly imprinted membranes through electropolymerization and elution methods,achieving real-time de-tection of specific intermediate products 2-methylbutyric acid(2-MBA)and 3-methylbutyric acid(3-MBA)de-graded by azo dyes.In order to determine the detection sensitivity and intensity range of the sensor,optimization experiments were conducted on various parameters that affect the detection performance,such as the type of func-tional monomer and its composition ratio with the template molecule,detection time window,environmental pH value,etc.Finally,o-Phenylenediamine was determined as the functional monomer,with a molar ratio of 1:1:6 to the template molecules 2-MBA and 3-MBA.Electrochemical testing was conducted in a neutral environment with an incubation time of 5 min and pH=7.The results indicate that the sensor has a relatively wide detection range,high sensitivity,obvious recognition features,and excellent stability for 2-MBA and 3-MBA.This new dual template molecularly imprinted sensor can quickly and accurately determine the safety of highly toxic interme-diates in the degradation process of aromatic organic pollutants,providing a theoretical basis and application potential for trace detection and real-time monitoring. 展开更多

The introduction of an aluminum-doped zinc oxide(AZO)buffer layer on a glass substrate has been shown to enhance the performance of Ag/ZnO Schottky photodetectors.To further investigate the correlation between the parameters of AZO buffer layer and ZnO active layer and the performance of Ag/ZnO/AZO/Al photodetectors,we constructed an Ag/ZnO/AZO/Al photodetector based on Silvaco TCAD simulation platform to investigate the effects of AZO layer thickness,ZnO layer thickness,AZO doping concentration,and ZnO doping concentration on the device performance.The simulation results demonstrate that the device achieves better performance when the AZO layer thickness ranges from 0.8μm to 1.2μm and the ZnO layer thickness ranges from 0.5μm to 0.8μm,with an AZO doping concentration of 1×1019cm-3and a ZnO doping concentration of 1×1016cm-3.Increasing the doping concentration of the AZO buffer layer can enhance the electric field intensity at ZnO-AZO interface,effectively preventing photogenerated holes from approaching ZnO-AZO interface so as to reduce interface recombination;while appropriate ZnO layer thickness and doping concentration can optimize the space charge region width and carrier collection efficiency.Under these optimized conditions,the photodetector reaches its optimum performance with a dark current of 1.1×10-8A,a photocurrent of 8.41×10-6A,and a responsivity of 0.21 A·W-1.This research helps reduce the number of experiments and associated costs while preparing low-cost and high-performance ZnO photodetectors. 展开更多

Azoxy aromatics are extensively utilized in materials science,pharmaceuticals,and synthetic chemistry,but their controlled and environmentally-friendly synthesis has rarely been reported.Herein,a potential-mediated electrosynthesis strategy was developed by selective reduction of 4-nitrobenzyl alcohol(4-NBA)on Mn-doped Ni2P nanosheets@nickel foam(Mn-Ni2P/NF),enabling efficient N−N coupling to produce Azoxy with 100%selectivity at potentials of−0.6 to−0.8 V(vs.Hg/HgO).At more cathodic potentials,the product was converted to Azo and then to amino aromatics due to facilitated nitrogen hydrogenation.Additionally,the organic energetic material,5,5′-azotetrazolate,was also synthesized by anodic N−N coupling of 5-amino-1H-tetrazole on Cu(OH)2nanowires@copper foam(Cu(OH)2/CF).It bypassed harsh conditions(strong oxidants,high temperature,by-products separation,etc.)for the traditional synthesis of this class of materials.As a consequence,a two-electrode electrolyzer Cu(OH)2/CF||Mn-Ni2P/NF was assembled,allowing paired electrochemical N−N coupling into Azoxy and 5,5′-azotetrazolate.It achieves a current density of 50 mA cm−2at a voltage of only 1.19 V,880 mV lower than the competitive water splitting.This electrolyzer can be efficiently driven by a 1.2 V solar panel with excellent yield and selectivity,paving the way for green synthesis of valuable chemicals through electrochemical N−N coupling strategies. 展开更多

The triple bond in N2has an extremely high bond energy and is thus difficult to break.N2is commonly converted into NH3 artificially via the Haber-Bosch process,and NH3can be utilized to produce other nitrogen-containing chemicals.Here,we developed an electron catalyzed method to directly fix N2into azos,by pushing and pulling the electron into and from the aromatic halide with the cyclic voltammetry method.The round-trip journey of electron can successfully weaken the triple bond in N2through the electron pushing-induced aryl radical via a“brick trowel”transition state,and then produce the diazonium ions by pulling the electron out from the diazo radical intermediate.Different azos can be synthesized with this developed electron catalyzed approach.This approach provides a novel concept and practical route for the fixation of N2at atmospheric pressure into chemical products valuable for industrial and commercial applications. 展开更多

Herein,an oxygen-doped porous g-C3N4photocatalyst modified with atomically dispersed Fe(Fe1/OPCN)issuccessfully prepared and exhibits significant superiority in removing refractory sulfonic azo contaminants fromwater via catalyst-contaminant interaction.The elimination performance of Fe1/OPCN towards acid red 9,acidred 13 and amaranth containing similar azonaphthalene structure and increasing sulfonic acid groups increasesgradually.The amaranth degradation rate of Fe1/OPCN is 17.7 and 6.1 times as that of homogeneous Fenton andOPCN,respectively.In addition,Fe1/OPCN also has more outstanding removal activities towards other con-taminantswith sulfonic acid and azo groups alone.The considerable enhancement for removing sulfonic azocontaminants of Fe1/OPCN is mainly ascribed to the following aspects:(1)The modified Fe could enhance theadsorption towards sulfonic azo compounds to accelerate the mass transfer,act as e-acceptor to promoteinterfacial charge separation,and trigger the self-Fenton reaction to convert in-situ generated H2O2into·OH.(2)Fe(Ⅲ)could coordinate with-N=N-to form d-πconjugation,which could attract e-transfer to attack-N=N-bond.Meanwhile,the inhibited charge recombination could release more free hþto oxidize sulfonicacid groups into SO4-·.(3)Under the cooperation of abundant multiple active species(·O2-,hþ,e-,·OH,SO4-·)formed during the degradation reaction,sulfonic azo compounds could be completely mineralized into harmlesssmall molecules(CO2,H2O,etc.)by means of-N=N-cleavage,hydroxyl substitution,and aromatic ringopening.This work offers a novel approach for effectively eliminating refractory sulfonic azo compounds fromwastewater. 展开更多

The abnormal metabolic activity of the tumor can increase the oxygen consumption in tumor cells,and the poor blood perfusion often happens in tumor regions as well,which are the main reasons that result in a hypoxic situation in the tumor.A fluorescence probe,AQD,with selective response toward hypoxia was designed for the detection of hypoxic tumor cells,which was obtained by the covalent connection of a large planar conjugated fluorophore with good fluorescence stability and a N,N-dimethylaniline moiety via the azo bond.The introduction of the azo bond in AQD caused significant fluorescence emission quenching,and the probe was reduced under hypoxic conditions to release the fluorophore via breaking the azo bond,resulting in the gradual recovery of fluorescence emission.Probe AQD exhibited a remarkable fluorescence response in hypoxic conditions,high selectivity,and good biocompatibility,which was successfully used for the imaging of hypoxic tumor cells and realized the detection of hypoxic A549 cells. 展开更多

Dye-based color films are increasingly considered as viable alternatives to pigment-based color films in complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS) image sensors.Herein,a series of azo dyes utilizing 5-methyl-2-phenyl-4-(2-phenylhydrazono)-2,4-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one as the coupling component and aromatic amines with various electron-withdrawing groups(NO2,CN,Br) as diazo components were designed and synthesized.The presence of intermolecular hydrogen bonding between the hydrogen atom on the N-H group and the oxygen atom of the C=O group of the hydrazo structure facilitates the formation of a stable six-membered ring.Additionally,the electron-withdrawing groups in the diazo component further stabilize this hydrogen-bonded structure.As a result,these azo dyes(P-2,P-3,P-4,P-5)exhibit not only excellent light stability but also ultra-highly thermal stability(Td> 260℃).Therein,the synthesized dyes P-2 and P-3 with great bright yellow color(~400 nm),proper solubility(~6.00g/100 g)were selected to make for color films.And their dye-based color films displayed ultra-highly thermal and light stability(color difference ΔE90%) in the 550-780 nm wavelength range and the solvent resistance of the dye-based color films.This work contributes to the advancement of next-generation smart CMOS devices and offers valuable insights into the design of azo dyes for applications in the field of organic electronics. 展开更多

Bioremediation has gained significant attention due to its potential to remove azo dyes.However,the challenges microor-ganisms face in surviving when azo dyes are the sole carbon source limit its widespread application.This study aimed to improve the biodegradation of azo dyes by utilizing Baijiu distiller’s grains leachate(BDGL)as a co-substrate.The experimental results demon-strated that BDGL significantly enhanced Providencia rettgeri’s ability to degrade the model pollutant Acid Black 210(AB210),achieving a decolorization efficiency of 94.5%.This may be attributed to the nutrient-rich composition of BDGL,which includes ethanol and protein,providing a favorable substrate for bacterial growth and activity.The higher biomass and increased activities of azoreductase and quinone oxidoreductase in the BDGL group further supported these findings.Additionally,this method demonstra-ted broad-spectrum degradation of azo dyes(Direct Red 5B,Acid Red 73,and Congo Red)with different structures,highlighting its potential applicability.Metabolite assays combined with transcriptomics analyses revealed that the expression of functional genes re-lated to redox reactions,azo bond cleavage,and hydrolysis increased under the co-metabolic conditions of BDGL,resulting in stronger reducing power that further mineralized the dye into smaller metabolites.Our study offers a practical strategy for the simulta-neous treatment of dye-containing wastewater and Baijiu distiller’s grains,with significant environmental and industrial applications. 展开更多

Potassium 5,5'-azobis(1-nitraminotetrazolate),(K2ABNAT), a new green primary explosive, was synthesized via a safe and convenient synthetic procedure based on methylcarbazate and cyanogen azide. The compound was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). With the calculated(CBS-4M) heat of formation(617.0 kJ/mol) and the room temperature X-ray density(2.11 g/cm^3), impressive values for the detonation parameters such as detonation velocity(8367 m/s) and pressure(31.5 GPa) were computed using the EXPLO5 program. The superior calculated energetic performance show it could serve as a green replacement for the widely used primary explosive,lead(II) azide, which contains toxic ingredient. 展开更多

Chlorosulfonyl-containing pyrazolone azo compounds (2a, 2b) have been prepared by reaction of the corresponding sodium sulfonate (1a, 1b) with thionyl chloride in the presence of a catalytic quantity of N,Ndimethylformamide in dry benzene. The effects of reaction temperature, time, catalyst and solvent amount on the yield of 2a and 2b were investigated. The results show that chlorination of 1a and 1b under optimal conditions gives 2a and 2b in 95.5% and 99.2% yield respectively. The given method is facile and suitable for large-scale synthesis. 展开更多

The photolysis characteristics of azo dyes are critically important in environmental pollution control,dye-sensitized solar cells,and dyeing-related industries.However,there is still lack of quantitative relationship between the structures of azo dyes and their photolysis characteristics.To address this issue,the photolysis of 22 azo dyes were conducted side by side at three pH(4.0,6.0,9.0).The obtained pseudo-first order photodegradation rate constants(k1)were processed with meta-analysis.Statistically,the hydrazone tautomer had a smaller excitation energy and was easier to undergo photolysis than the azo tautomer.The ortho-substituted sulfonate groups had an obvious protective effect on the photo stability of azo dyes.The softness(s),the most positive and negative partial charge on a carbon atom(qC+,qC-)were found to be crucial descriptors in the establishment of QSAR models for the photo stability of azo dyes.The QSAR model at pH 9.0 was robust for predicting the photo stability of azo dyes under UV irradiation.N2-purging experiments and quantum chemical computation verified that the cleavage of azo bond was not a result of direct photolysis but was caused by the attack of photoinduced reactive oxygen species.The results here are helpful for the design of more stable azo dyes or the selection of suitable approaches for the treatment of dyecontaminated water bodies. 展开更多

Azoreductases are diverse flavoenzymes widely present among microorganisms and higher eukaryotes.They are mainly involved in the biotransformation and detoxification of azo dyes,nitro-aromatic,and azoic drugs.Reduction of azo bond and reductive activation of pro-drugs at initial level is a crucial stage in degradation and detoxification mechanisms.Using azoreductase-based microbial enzyme systems that are biologically accepted and ecofriendly demonstrated complete degradation of azo dyes.Azoreductases are flavin-containing or flavin-free group of enzymes,utilizing the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide or nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate as a reducing equivalent.Azoreductases from anaerobic microorganisms are highly oxygen sensitive,while azoreductases from aerobic microorganisms are usually oxygen insensitive.They have variable pH,temperature stability,and wide substrate specificity.Azo dyes,nitro-aromatic compounds,and quinones are the known substrates of azoreductase.The present review gives an overview of recent developments in the known azoreductase enzymes from different microorganisms,its novel classification scheme,significant characteristics,and their plausible degradation mechanisms. 展开更多

以化学组成ZnO∶A l2O3=98∶2%的混合粉体为原料,采用热压烧结制备AZO靶材。研究了热压工艺条件对靶材致密化的影响。结果表明,热压温度与压力上升,靶材致密度增大;在AZO靶材的致密化过程中存在"反致密化"现象,这是由于连通... 以化学组成ZnO∶A l2O3=98∶2%的混合粉体为原料,采用热压烧结制备AZO靶材。研究了热压工艺条件对靶材致密化的影响。结果表明,热压温度与压力上升,靶材致密度增大;在AZO靶材的致密化过程中存在"反致密化"现象,这是由于连通气孔的合并与生长及闭合气孔率的升高引起的。在实验条件范围内,在热压工艺条件压力18 MPa、温度1150℃、保温保压时间90 m in下,制备了AZO靶材。通过SEM观察热压靶材的断面形貌,阿基米德法测量靶材密度,水银压汞仪测量靶材的平均孔径及孔径分布,XRD测定靶材相结构,四探针测定电阻率等方法对AZO靶材的性能进行了分析表征,结果表明:结构为六方纤锌矿,密度为5.39.gcm-3,靶材连通气孔率为0.05%,闭合气孔率为3.4%,电阻率为5.3×10-4Ω.cm。采用射频溅射制备AZO薄膜,对靶材的使用性能及AZO薄膜性能进行了分析,表明靶材使用寿命大于150 W.h,薄膜在可见波段的平均透过率达到85.5%,电阻率达到3.1×10-4Ω.cm,满足薄膜太阳能对透明导电薄膜性能的要求。 展开更多

Zero valent iron (ZVI) is expected to help create an enhanced anaerobic environment that might improve the performance of anaerobic treatment. Based on this idea, a novel ZVI packed upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (ZVI-UASB) reactor was developed to treat azo dye wastewater with variable influent quality. The results showed that the reactor was less influenced by increases of Reactive Brilliant Red X-3B concentration from 50 to 1000 mg/L and chemical oxygen demand (COD) from 1000 to 7000 mg/L in the feed than a reference UASB reactor without the ZVI. The ZVI decreased oxidation-reduction potential in the reactor by about 80 mV. Iron ion dissolution from the ZVI could buffer acidity in the reactor, the amount of which was related to the COD concentration. Fluorescence in situ hybridization test showed the abundance of methanogens in the sludge of the ZVI-UASB reactor was significantly greater than that of the reference one. Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis showed that the ZVI increased the diversity of microbial strains responsible for high efficiency. 展开更多
