AP堆型核电站安全壳(CV)贯穿件插入板为核级厚板结构,其焊接质量直接决定第三道安全屏障的密封性与结构完整性。目前国内施工普遍采用焊条电弧焊,存在劳动强度大、质量一致性差、对高技能焊工依赖度高等问题,严重制约核电建造效率与质量稳定性。为解决上述工程痛点,研制了一套AP堆型CV贯穿件插入板专用自动化焊接装备。该装备以四轴联动焊接小车为核心执行机构,集成一体化涨紧定位机构、弧压自动跟踪系统及熔池远程监控系统,创新设计三档式离合器与180°可翻转监控相机,实现快速装夹、精准定位、全姿态稳定焊接与实时可视化监控。针对焊枪晃动问题,将原光轴铜套传动优化为直线导轨传动,使焊枪末端间隙控制在1 mm以内。采用SA-738Gr.B核级钢开展模拟件焊接验证,结果表明,装备运行平稳,焊枪末端晃动间隙≤1 mm,焊接效率较手工焊提升1倍以上。模拟件焊接验证表明,焊缝无损检测及理化性能均满足ASME标准,核心部件100%国产化,填补国内技术空白,为核电焊接提供高效可靠的自动化解决方案。 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical effect of abdominal moxibustion at the Zhongji(CV3)combined with Yiqi Tonglin Yangyin decoction(益气通淋养阴汤)and antibiotics on elderly women with complicated urinary tract infections.METHODS:One hundred and forty-four elderly female patients diagnosed with complicated urinary tract infections and admitted to our hospital were selected for this study.They were randomly assigned to two groups:the dual treatment group,consisting of 72 patients,treated with antibiotics combined with Yiqi Tonglin Yangyin decoction,and the triple treatment group,comprising 72 patients,who received abdominal moxibustion at the Zhongji(CV3)in addition to the dual treatment.The clinical efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome score,immune function indicators,oxidative stress status indicators,symptom recovery,and recurrence were evaluated and compared.RESULTS:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant differences observed in the TCM syndrome score,levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),xanthine oxidoreductase(XOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the triple group exhibited a significantly higher overall response rate(95.9%>84.7%)compared to the dual group.Moreover,the triple group demonstrated elevated levels of IgA,IgM,and SOD,a lower TCM syndrome score,and reduced levels of XOD and MDA,along with a diminished recurrence rate.Additionally,patients in the triple group experienced a shorter time to return to normal symptoms,bacteriuria,and a routine urine output.CONCLUSION:Abdominal moxibustion at the Zhongji(CV3),combined with Yiqi Tonglin Yangyin decoction and antibiotics for treating complicated urinary tract infections in elderly women,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes,and immune function of patients.Additionally,it can reduce oxidative stress,promote patient recovery,and lower the recurrence rate with pronounced comprehensive efficacy. 展开更多

Durian(Durio zibethinus L.)is a tropical fruit of substantial nutritional and economic value from the family Malvaceae.Several genome assemblies for durian have been reported previously,but these assemblies contain gaps that have restricted their completeness and hindered their practical utility for downstream research.Here,we present the first gap-free genome assembly of Durio zibethinus cv.Chuongbo by integrating PacBio HiFi,Oxford Nanopore,and Hi-C sequencing data.The assembled genome is 824.78 Mb across 28 chromosomes,with a scaffold N50 of 30.88 Mb and 44,024 protein-coding genes.Comparative genomic analyses dated the divergence between D.zibethinus cv.Chuongbo and Herrania umbratica to 35 million years ago,and between two durian cultivars to 2 million years ago.D.zibethinus cv.Chuongbo exhibits substantial gene family expansion and a high abundance of species-specific genes,reflecting key genomic innovations underlying its unique biological traits.Additionally,comparative analysis of the TERT gene family across 27 Malvaceae species uncovered strong evolutionary constraints that maintain a predominant single-copy configuration,with two copies identified in several Gossypium taxa.This high-quality,gap-free genome provides a foundational resource for elucidating genome architecture,gene evolution,and the molecular basis of unique traits in durian and related Malvaceae species. 展开更多

Nocturnal starch remobilization is critical for plant carbon allocation and stress adaptation.Whileβ-amylase 3(BAM3)serves as the primary catalyst for starch degradation at night,its regulation mechanisms under stress remain to be fully characterized.The chloroplast vesiculation(CV)protein is crucial for maintaining chloroplast homeostasis during stress conditions,though its potential involvement in starch metabolic processes remains unexplored.Herein,we show that low night temperature(LNT)stress induces starch accumulation in tomato leaves,with SlCV overexpression exacerbating this phenotype and compromising LNT tolerance,whereas SlCV silencing promotes starch catabolism.RNA-seq and metabolome analyses detected lower levels of starch metabolites and amylase activity in SlCV overexpression plants.Strikingly,we have confirmed the physical interaction between SlCV and SlBAM3,and SlCV overexpression significantly accelerated the degradation of SlBAM3 under LNT stress,while SlCV knockout enhanced the stability of SlBAM3.Genetic validation confirmed that SlBAM3-silenced plants accumulate excessive starch and exhibit LNT-sensitive phenotypes,and SlBAM3 overexpression enhances cold tolerance.Furthermore,SlBAM3 complementation rescues the starch overaccumulation and LNT hypersensitivity of SlCV overexpression plants.These results elucidate the regulatory mechanism of starch metabolism mediated by SlCV and associated with SlBAM3 protein stability,providing novel insights into the starch metabolic pathway under cold stress. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the distribution characteristics of sensory,sympathetic,and motor neurons as-sociated with the"Shenshu(BL 23)"and"Guanyuan(CV 4)"acupoints and the ovary,and to elucidate the neural anatomical connections between these acupoints and the ovary.Methods:In this study,dual fluorescent neural tracing was utilized,with twelve female Sprague-Dawley rats being randomly allocated into two groups(n=6 per group)for the purpose of administering tracer injections at distinct anatomical sites:the"BL 23"-ovary group received injections of Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated cholera toxin subunit B(AF488-CTB)at the left"BL 23"and Fluoro-Gold(FG)in the left ovary;the"CV 4"-ovary group received AF488-CTB at“CV 4”and FG in the left ovary.Three days post-injection,the distribution of AF488-CTB and FG-labeled neural components was observed in the dorsal root ganglia(DRGs),sympathetic chain,and spinal cord tissues.Results:①Sensory neurons labeled with AF488-CTB associated with"BL 23"were primarily distributed in the thoracic(T)10 to lumbar(L)2 DRGs,concentrated in T12-T13;postganglionic sympathetic neurons were mainly located in the thoracolumbar sympathetic chain;motor neurons were predominantly found in the anterior horn of the T11-L1 spinal cord segments.②Sensory neurons labeled with AF488-CTB associated with"CV 4"were primarily located in T10-L3 DRGs,concentrated in T13-L2 DRGs;postgan-glionic sympathetic neurons were mainly distributed in the lumbar sympathetic chain;motor neurons were primarily found in the anterior horn of T11-L2 spinal cord segments.③FG-labeled sensory neu-rons associated with the ovary were mainly distributed in the T9-L3 DRGs,concentrated in the T12-L2 DRGs;postganglionic sympathetic neurons were primarily located in the lumbar sympathetic chain.④Double-labeled(AF488-CTB and FG)sensory neurons associated with the"BL 23"and ovary were mainly distributed in the T12-T13 DRGs,with double-labeled postganglionic sympathetic neurons primarily in the lumbar sympathetic chain;double-labeled sensory neurons associated with the"CV 4"and ovary were mainly distributed in the T13-L1 DRGs,with double-labeled postganglionic sympathetic neurons primar-ily in the lumbar sympathetic chain.No double-labeled motor neurons were observed for either acupoint with the ovary.Conclusion:"BL 23"and"CV 4"and the ovary in rats exhibit segmental connections in sensory and sympathetic innervation,which may serve as the neural anatomical pathway and basis for acupuncture at these acupoints to regulate ovarian function. 展开更多

目的 分析红外线治疗仪照射联合开喉剑喷剂内用治疗CV-A6型手足口病(HFMD)患儿的效果。方法 选取2024年1月至2025年1月本院收治的130例CV-A6型HFMD患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组。对照组采用开喉剑喷剂内用治疗,... 目的 分析红外线治疗仪照射联合开喉剑喷剂内用治疗CV-A6型手足口病(HFMD)患儿的效果。方法 选取2024年1月至2025年1月本院收治的130例CV-A6型HFMD患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组。对照组采用开喉剑喷剂内用治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用红外线治疗仪照射治疗。比较两组的临床效果、症状缓解时间、结痂率、疼痛缓解率、炎性因子水平。结果 试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组各项症状缓解时间均较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。治疗1 d、3 d后试验组结痂率及疼痛缓解率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白介素17(IL-17)、核因子κB(NF-κB)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 红外线治疗仪照射联合开喉剑喷剂内用治疗CV-A6型HFMD患儿,可缩短其症状缓解时间,提高结痂率及疼痛缓解率,抑制炎性因子表达,治疗效果理想。 展开更多

As the cornerstone of future information security,quantum key distribution(QKD)is evolving towards large-scale hybrid discrete-variable/continuous-variable(DV/CV)multi-domain quantum networks.Meanwhile,multicast-oriented multi-party key negotiation is attracting increasing attention in quantum networks.However,the efficient key provision for multicast services over hybrid DV/CV multi-domain quantum networks remains challenging,due to the limited probability of service success and the inefficient utilization of key resources.Targeting these challenges,this study proposes two key-resource-aware multicast-oriented key provision strategies,namely the link distance-resource balanced key provision strategy and the maximum shared link key provision strategy.The proposed strategies are applicable to hybrid DV/CV multi-domain quantum networks,which are typically implemented by GG02-based intra-domain connections and BB84-based inter-domain connections.Furthermore,the multicast-oriented key provision model is formulated,based on which two heuristic algorithms are designed,i.e.,the shared link distance-resource(SLDR)dependent and the maximum shared link distance-resource(MSLDR)dependent multicast-oriented key provision algorithms.Simulation results verify the applicability of the designed algorithms across different multi-domain quantum networks,and demonstrate their superiority over the benchmark algorithms in terms of the success probability of multicast service requests,the number of shared links,and the key resource utilization. 展开更多

NWA 16080 is a representative reduced CV carbonaceous chondrite(CVred),consisting mainly of chon-drules(47 vol%)and matrix(42 vol%),along with minor quantities of calcium-and aluminum-rich inclusions(CAI)and amoeboid olivine aggregates(AOA)(CAI+AOA,6 vol%)and opaque minerals(5 vol%).The chondrules exhibit well-preserved outlines and can be categorized into Type Ⅰ(Fa10).They primarily consist of magnesium-rich olivine,along with both low-Ca and high-Ca pyroxenes,and contain minor amounts of secondary plagioclase.Olivines present in chondrules display compositional zoning characterized whereas the matrix is composed of fine-grained olivine.Nickel-rich metal and nickel-poor sulfides are also present,along with trace amounts of magnetite.In contrast to standard oxidized CV chondrites(CVox),the presence of high metal,Ni-poor sulfides,and reduced magnetite in NWA 16080 indicates a more reduced parent-body environment.Shock metamorphism is classified as mild(S1),while terrestrial weathering is characterized as low(W2).Raman spectroscopy indicates a diverse spectrum of organic matter(OM)maturity:certain areas exhibit characteristics akin to other CVred chondrites,whereas others reach maturity levels comparable to those observed in CVox chondrites.The Raman parameters indicate that this meteorite is classified as approximately type 3.4 to 3.5.The overlapping OM maturity with certain CVox chondrites provides a contradiction to the anticipated depth-thermal layering outlined in the onion-shell model.This suggests that the CV parent body probably experienced more intricate processes,including impacts and fluid-rock interactions,rather than merely depth-dependent heating. 展开更多

采矿方法的合理性是矿山安全、高效生产的前提。科学、合理地优选符合矿山实际条件的采矿方法对矿山安全生产、经济效益提高至关重要。针对目前常见的采矿方法优选理论算法中存在因主观性过重导致结果失真、影响因素较局限等问题,本试... 采矿方法的合理性是矿山安全、高效生产的前提。科学、合理地优选符合矿山实际条件的采矿方法对矿山安全生产、经济效益提高至关重要。针对目前常见的采矿方法优选理论算法中存在因主观性过重导致结果失真、影响因素较局限等问题,本试验提出了基于综合层次分析法(AHP)-变异系数法(CV)-逼近理想解的排序法(TOPSIS)复合算法模型联合FLAC3D数值模拟的采矿优选新方法。以西南某石膏矿为工程背景,结合矿山实际条件确定了采场生产能力、贫化率、损失率、采切比、采矿成本、通风条件、顶板安全等指标,并采用FLAC3D软件分析了各方案的顶板安全性,最后运用AHP-CV-TOPSIS复合算法模型得出两方案得分。结果表明,充填法得分为0.426,房柱法得分为0.574,最终确定房柱法为该矿山最佳方案。研究结果丰富了采矿方法优选决策模型,可为类似矿山采矿方法优选提供参考借鉴。 展开更多

目的探讨改良容积黏度测试(volume viscosity swallowing test-Chinese version,VVST-CV)联合面部吞咽训练在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年12月于本院接受治疗的126例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,采用... 目的探讨改良容积黏度测试(volume viscosity swallowing test-Chinese version,VVST-CV)联合面部吞咽训练在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月—2023年12月于本院接受治疗的126例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(63例)和观察组(63例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施VVST-CV联合面部吞咽训练。比较两组患者的吞咽功能、吞咽障碍情况、营养状况、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组患者的标准吞咽功能评估量表(Standardized Swallowing Assessment,SSA)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),藤岛一郎吞咽评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的白蛋白、血红蛋白以及总蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者实施VVST-CV联合面部吞咽训练,可有效改善患者的吞咽障碍症状,加快患者的吞咽功能恢复速度,改善患者康复过程中的营养状况,降低并发症的发生风险,提高患者的生活质量。 展开更多

Paraneoplastic neurological syndrome refers to certain malignant tumors that have affected the distant nervous system and caused corresponding dysfunction in the absence of tumor metastasis.Patients with this syndrome produce multiple antibodies,each targeting a different antigen and causing different symptoms and signs.The CV2/collapsin response mediator protein 5(CRMP5)antibody is a major antibody of this type.It damages the nervous system,which often manifests as limbic encephalitis,chorea,ocular manifestation,cerebellar ataxia,myelopathy,and peripheral neuropathy.Detecting CV2/CRMP5 antibody is crucial for the clinical diagnosis of paraneoplastic neurological syndrome,and anti-tumor and immunological therapies can help to alleviate symptoms and improve prognosis.However,because of the low incidence of this disease,few repo rts and no reviews have been published about it so far.This article intends to review the research on CV2/CRMP5antibody-associated paraneoplastic neurological syndrome and summarize its clinical features to help clinicians comprehensively understand the disease.Additionally,this review discusses the curre nt challenges that this disease poses,and the application prospects of new detection and diagnostic techniques in the field of paraneoplastic neurological syndrom e,including CV2/CRMP5-associated paraneoplastic neurological syndrome,in recent years. 展开更多

目的探讨中心静脉血氧饱和度(ScvO2)联合中心静脉-动脉血二氧化碳分压差[P(cv-a)CO2]在感染性休克患者液体复苏中的指导价值及对预后的影响.方法选取2016年1月至2018年2月我院收治的94例感染性休克患者作为研究对象,随机编号并分为观察... 目的探讨中心静脉血氧饱和度(ScvO2)联合中心静脉-动脉血二氧化碳分压差[P(cv-a)CO2]在感染性休克患者液体复苏中的指导价值及对预后的影响.方法选取2016年1月至2018年2月我院收治的94例感染性休克患者作为研究对象,随机编号并分为观察组与对照组各47例.入组后常规放置中心静脉导管,依据临床治疗指南进行液体复苏,对照组以ScvO2为目标指导液体复苏,观察组以ScvO2联合P(cv-a)CO2为目标指导液体复苏.对比两组液体复苏前及复苏6h后监测指标[中心静脉压(CVP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、ScvO2、心脏指数(CI)、乳酸清除率]变化、病情转归情况[急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分(APACHE Ⅱ)、序贯器官衰竭评分(SOFA)]、治疗基本情况及预后肺水肿发生率、28 d病死率.结果①监测指标:液体复苏前两组CVP、MAP、ScvO2及CI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);液体复苏6h后,两组CVP、MAP、ScvO2及CI较液体复苏前改善(P0.05);液体复苏6h后两组APACHE Ⅱ及SOFA较液体复苏前降低(P0.05),28 d病死率6.38%(3/47)与对照组14.89%(7/47)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论ScvO2与P(cv-a)CO2联合监测在感染性休克患者液体复苏过程中有重要指导意义,有利于进一步保证复苏有效开展,提高治疗效果,并缩短ICU入住时间、机械通气时间,且不会增加肺水肿发生风险,但尚无直接有效数据证实其可降低病死率. 展开更多
