Clinical nursing pathways and psychological care in early liver cancer surgery patients:Effects on anxiety,depression,and pain 认领 引用

BACKGROUND Patients with early liver cancer(eLC)commonly experience substantial psychological burden during treatment.High-quality nursing support provision may alle-viate such stress.AIM To check how the clinical nursing pathway(CNP)+psychological nursing impacts anxiety,depression,and pain in individuals with eLC surgery.METHODS Total 230 patients with eLC surgery were allocated to the control(routine nursing)and observation(CNP+psychological nursing)groups.We conducted comparative analyses for the following:Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7);Depression Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9);resilience Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC);pain Numeric Rating Scale(NRS)and Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ-2);cancer-related fatigue(CRF);Cancer Fatigue Scale;treatment cooperation;nursing satisfaction.RESULTS Postcare,the scores(points)of the GAD-7[8.00(5.00-10.00)vs 10.00(8.00-12.75)],PHQ-9[8.00(6.00-11.00)vs 13.00(11.00-16.00)],NRS[4.00(3.00-5.00)vs 4.50(3.00-5.75)],and SF-MPQ-2(35.70±5.22 vs 39.63±5.96)scales,as well as the proportion of moderate(34.43%vs 61.11%)and severe(0.82%vs 5.56%)CRF patients,were notably lower in the observation group than in controls.Regarding the CD-RISC scores(points),the observation group scored higher in tenacity[34.00(31.00-38.00)vs 28.00(26.00-31.00)],strength[22.00(18.75-25.00)vs 18.00(16.00-21.00)],and optimism[10.00(8.00-12.00)vs 7.00(5.00-9.00)]domains;the number of patients with absent(15.57%vs 4.63%)or mild(49.18%vs 28.70%)CRF was also greater in the observation cohort,along with higher treatment compliance(95.08%vs 75.00%)and nursing satisfaction(95.08%vs 78.70%).CONCLUSION The above results demonstrate the effectiveness of CNP plus psychological nursing in mitigating anxiety,depression,and pain in patients surgically treated for eLC. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the intervention effect of clinical nursing pathway on patients receiving intravenous therapy via peripheral mid-long catheters.Methods:Ninety patients receiving intravenous therapy via mid-long catheters in the hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received clinical nursing pathway intervention.The nursing risk events,catheter indwelling time,and nursing satisfaction were evaluated in both groups.Results:The observation group had a shorter catheter indwelling time,fewer risk events during intravenous therapy(total incidence rate of 2.22%),and higher nursing satisfaction.Additionally,negative emotional feedback was reduced,and the SAS score(31.02±1.12)was lower in the observation group compared to the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups in all indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the clinical nursing pathway during intravenous therapy via peripheral mid-long catheters can help ensure infusion safety,improve unstable emotional states,and promote high-quality service standards. 展开更多

Objective: this paper systematically studies and analyzes the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in infectious pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: using the method of retrospective analysis, the research subjects were 140 patients with infectious pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from 2020 to February 2021. According to different nursing methods, they were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The effect of nursing intervention was recorded, analyzed and studied. Results: the nursing effect of infectious pulmonary tuberculosis patients in the observation group was better and significantly better than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion: the application of clinical nursing pathway to patients with infectious pulmonary tuberculosis can improve the intervention effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. 展开更多

Clinical Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway Applied in Tension-free Repair of Indirect Inguinal Hernia during Perioperative Period 认领 引用

Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of clinical nursing pathway applied in tension-free repair of indirect inguinal hernia during perioperative period. Methods: 68 patients with indirect inguinal hernia were selected from November 2020 to November 2021. All the patients were treated with tension-free hernia repair. The 68 patients were randomly divided into the control group (34 cases, perioperative routine care) and the observation group (34 cases, perioperative clinical care path). The rehabilitation progress, pain occurrence probability, total treatment cost, complications, total hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the patients after the operation were compared between the two groups after different nursing methods were implemented. Results: in terms of drug cost, hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses, the observation group was lower/shorter than the control group (P < 0.05). In terms of the occurrence of complications, the complication rate of the observation group was calculated to be 5.88%, and that of the control group was calculated to be 23.53%, P < 0.05;The incidence of postoperative pain was 52.94% in the observation group and 76.47% in the control group (P < 0.05). The time of anal exhaust, defecation and ambulation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). In the aspect of nursing satisfaction, the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%, while that of the control group was 88.24%, P < 0.05. Conclusion: tension-free hernioplasty for patients with indirect inguinal hernia, and the application of clinical nursing pathway to carry out nursing work during the perioperative period of these patients, can enable these patients to recover more quickly after operation, avoid too many complications, reduce their treatment costs, relieve postoperative pain, and is conducive to improving the satisfaction of nursing service. 展开更多

Objective: To analyze the specific effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of gallstone patients and its influence on self-efficacy. Methods: The period from January 2019 to December 2020 was taken as the study period, and 60 patients with gallstone surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (30 cases) was given routine nursing during perioperative period, while the observation group (30 cases) was given clinical nursing path. The nursing quality, perioperative indicators, postoperative complication rate, self-efficacy score and negative emotion score after intervention were compared. Results: The total effective nursing amount in the observation group was 96.67%, 83.33% and that in the control group (P<0.05). The related indexes of postoperative recovery in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the hospitalization expenses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group (6.67%) was lower than that in the control group (20.00%), P<0.05; Before nursing, the scores of GSES scale between the two groups were compared (P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of the above scales in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Before nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were compared (P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of the above scales in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of clinical nursing pathway for gallstone patients is of positive significance to ensure their nursing quality, and it is helpful to promote early postoperative recovery, improve self-efficacy and improve negative emotions. 展开更多

Objective: to explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway intervention model on perioperative nursing choice of patients with pituitary tumor. Methods: Fifty-eight patients with pituitary tumor diagnosed in our hospital in recent one year (January 2019 to January 2020) were randomly selected for surgical treatment and classified by random number method. 29 cases belonging to the clinical nursing pathway were divided into different groups. Finally, the effects of different nursing interventions on patients in the two groups were compared. Results: compared with the time of first burnout, bed rest and hospital stay, the average value of 29 patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. In the comparison of nursing satisfaction, the satisfaction of the observation group was 96.55% (28/29), significantly higher than that of the control group of 68.97% (20/29). Conclusion: in the clinical nursing of patients undergoing pituitary tumor surgery, the selection of clinical nursing pathway intervention model is helpful for patients to recover faster, and can be more recognized by patients. Therefore, it is worthy of being the preferred nursing intervention model for such patients. 展开更多

Objective: through research and practice, to confirm the role and significance of clinical nursing pathway in the clinical treatment effect of children with bronchopneumonia and the satisfaction of their relatives. Methods: 110 children with bronchopneumonia treated in pediatrics in the hospital from February 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 55 children in the control group received routine nursing, and 55 children in the observation group adopted clinical nursing path in routine nursing. Results: the proportion of ineffective cases in the observation group was only 1.81%, and that in the control group was 10.90%. The effective rate of the observation group (98.18%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (89.09%) (P ＜ 0.05); The emergency ability, nursing technical level, ward inspection time, communication attitude and nursing effect of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Discussion: the clinical nursing pathway can improve the clinical treatment effect of children with bronchopneumonia and their relatives' satisfaction, which is worthy of wide application. 展开更多

Methods: Convenience sampling method was used to select inpatients who received immunoadsorption therapy from January 2020 to December 2022 in the rheumatology and Immunology department of a 3A hospital in Jingzhou City. 30 patients from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as control group, and 30 patients from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as observation group. The control group was given routine nursing. On the basis of the control group, the observation group used a clinical nursing pathway for intervention during the perioperative period of immunosorbent therapy. The incidence of adverse reactions, patient satisfaction, and nurse satisfaction during immunosorbent therapy between the control group and the observation group were compared. Results: After intervention, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while patient satisfaction and nurse satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Methods: this study was selected from a total of 79 patients with liver cirrhosis who received our treatment from January 2021 to December 2021. They were divided into two groups according to the random number grouping method. The patients who started our routine care were taken as the reference group, including 40 cases, and the patients who started the clinical care path were taken as the experimental group, including 39 cases. The main research contents included comparing the negative emotions, hospitalization time, quality of life, complications and satisfaction degree of the overall care service between the two groups. Results: the SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group, the hospitalization period was shorter than that of the reference group, the quality of life score of the experimental group was more advantageous than that of the reference group, the complications occurred during the rehabilitation period were less than those of the reference group, and the patients satisfaction degree of the overall nursing service was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P0.05). all the research data between the groups were in line with the statistically relevant significance. Conclusion: the application of clinical nursing pathway in daily liver cirrhosis nursing can effectively improve the adverse psychology and emotion, which is helpful to improve the overall quality of life, reduce the risk of complications, and promote patients to recognize the overall nursing. The diabetes indicators and health knowledge between groups were compared. Results: after nursing intervention, all blood glucose indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05); In terms of mastery of health knowledge, the proportion of 94.87% in the study group was higher than 76.92% in the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Objective: To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway applied in the daily nursing work of patients with acute cerebral infarction and the satisfaction of nursing development. Methods: The study officially began in November 2020 and ended in December 2021. All 86 patients were treated with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random envelopment method, and the number of patients in each group was 43. The control group was given routine nursing in the clinical development, and the experimental group was given clinical nursing pathway intervention in the clinical work. The implementation value of clinical nursing was determined by evaluating the effect of clinical nursing development, satisfaction evaluation value and other relevant indicators. Results: The questionnaire was used to evaluate the satisfaction of patients between groups. The results showed that the calculated satisfaction value of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). Before the implementation of nursing intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of neurological function and daily activities between groups (P ＞0.05). After the implementation of nursing intervention, the scores of the experimental group were improved, and the comparative advantage was obvious compared with that of the control group (P ＜0.05). The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P ＜0.05). After the implementation of nursing, the scores of physical condition, cognitive function, social participation, emotional state and other quality of life of patients in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). Results: the asthma score of the patients in the control group was higher than that in the observation group, and the random variable obeying normal distribution was 0.05, with obvious difference;The length of hospital stay of the patients in the control group was longer than that of the observation group, and the random variable obeying normal distribution was 0.05, with significant difference. The health education score of the patients in the control group was lower than that in the observation group, and the random variable obeying normal distribution was 0.05, with significant difference. Conclusion: compared with the conventional nursing model, the clinical nursing pathway is more effective in quality and health education for patients with bronchial asthma. The asthma symptoms of the patients are significantly improved, the hospitalization time is significantly shortened, and the health education score is higher, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice. 展开更多

Objective To explore the specific application effect of clinical nursing path nursing mode in the process of nursing work in pediatric ward.Methods 80 pediatric patients in our hospital from May 2020 to may 2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.Among them, the patients in the control group chose the basic nursing mode, and the patients in the experimental group applied the clinical nursing path mode on the basis of the nursing in the control group.Through nursing, the nursing satisfaction and clinical compliance of the two groups were compared.Results in terms of nursing satisfaction, the experimental group (97.50%) was higher than the control group (87.50%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05);The clinical compliance of the experimental group (95.00%) was higher than that of the control group (80.00%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion the application of clinical nursing pathway model in pediatric ward can significantly improve the satisfaction and compliance of children, promote the rehabilitation of children, and reduce the contradiction between doctors and patients. Methods: combined with data on 76 patients with cerebral hemorrhage received and treated by the hospital during 2020/8-2021/8, based on(0, 1). The distribution is divided into observation group and control group. Two groups carried out differentiated nursing interventions, in which the control group carried out routine care content, and the observation group carried out integrated care path intervention based on conventional care. Observe and compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results: by comparison, the treatment effectiveness of the patients in the observation group was 94.74%(36/38),compared with 68.42%in the control group 26/36）. In addition, according to the patient's quality of life indicators, including social function and other content, the observation group of patients have a clear advantage, the difference is significant(P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion: during the clinical treatment intervention of cerebral hemorrhage patients, by giving effective clinical nursing path intervention, it can effectively assist the patient's treatment measures, promote the normal recovery of patients' condition, and the patients' social function and quality of life have improved significantly. 展开更多

Routine nursing and clinical nursing path intervention were given respectively. Knowledge mastery, health behavior and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups. Results: according to the conclusion, the results of the two groups were different, that is, the awareness rate of health knowledge in group B (95.45%) was higher than that in group A (81.82%) (P ＜ 0.05); The duration of hospitalization in group B was significantly shorter, hospitalization cost was significantly less, patient satisfaction and health behavior score were significantly higher than those in group A (P ＜ 0.05). Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of targeted nursing combined with clinical pathway nursing in patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods: A total of 82 hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to April 2025 were enrolled as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group (n=41 each) using a random number table. The control group received conventional hemodialysis care, while the experimental group received clinical pathway nursing combined with targeted nursing interventions in addition to routine care. Fasting blood glucose levels, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels, and nutritional parameters (serum albumin, hemoglobin, prealbumin) were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results: After intervention, the experimental group exhibited significantly lower fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels than the control group (P<0.05);higher serum albumin, hemoglobin, and prealbumin levels, indicating more pronounced improvement in nutritional status (P<0.05);significantly lower scores for anxiety, depression, hostility, and interpersonal sensitivity on the SCL-90 scale (P<0.05);and higher quality-of-life scores for role function, physical function, emotional function, and social function (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction rate was 97.56% in the experimental group, significantly higher than 85.37% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of clinical pathway nursing combined with targeted nursing in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy effectively stabilizes blood glucose levels, addresses malnutrition, alleviates negative emotions, and comprehensively improves patients' quality of life and satisfaction with nursing care. 展开更多
