Huff-n-puff(HnP)is currently an important means to enhance the oil recovery of tight oil reservoirs.In this study,taking tight sedimentary tuff oil reservoirs in Santanghu Basin,China as an example,the oil production law,pore utilization characteristics,and influencing factors of water,N2,CO2,N2 water alternating,and CO2 water alternating HnP(WHP,NHP,CHP,NWAHP,CWAHP)are comprehensively studied.The results show that middle pores(MPs)are the main pore utilization interval for various HnP mediums.The recovery rates(RRs)of five rounds of WHP,NHP,and CHP are 39.32%,44.45%,and 61.24%,with contribution rates(CRs)of MPs being 68.60%,47.87%,and 56.00%.The RRs and CRs of various pores are closely related to their pore distribution and the oil recovery mechanism of the medium.Under the experimental conditions of this study,the RR of CHP does not have an obvious rock sample size effect,with sweep depth exceeding 1.25 cm in each round.The RR of CHP is positively correlated with injection pressure and shut-in time,and the injection exceeding the rock fracture fracturing and 300 min shut-in time are recommended.The RRs of six rounds of NWAHP and CWAHP are 51.98% and 62.75%,with CRs of MPs being 60.39%and 58.32%.The oil recovery effect(ORE)of NWAHP is better than that of their individual,while the ORE of CWAHP is better than that of WHP but close to that of CHP.The alternating sequence affects the stage RR of NWAHP and CWAHP.The NWAHP and CWAHP have great advantages in improving RR,reducing injection cost,and stabilizing production,and are expected to achieve rapid development. 展开更多

Wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)quality is a major focus of wheat breeding that is infiuenced by multiple factors.The HuangHuai wheat region is one of the main wheat-producing areas in China,and it has favorable conditions for cultivating wheat cultivars with strong-gluten and medium-strong-gluten.In this study,a systematic assessment of seven crucial quality traits and two important genetic loci(Glu-1 and Sec-1)in 436 wheat cultivars in the Huang-Huai wheat region of China by principal component analysis(PCA)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)methods identified the stability time(ST),stretch area(SA),and maximum resistance(MAXR)as three key factors which significantly infiuence wheat quality.Glu-1 and Sec-1 primarily impacted these three traits and subsequently influenced wheat quality.Compared to Glu-A1 and Glu-B1,Glu-D1 has a more significant impact on the comprehensive evaluation value D,principal components PC1–PC3,and the main traits ST,SA and MAXR of PC1.Wheat cultivars carrying the high-molecular-weight glutenin subunit(HMWGS)Dx5+Dy10 exhibited notable improvements in the ST,SA,and MAXR traits compared with those carrying HMW-GS Dx2+Dy12,suggesting that Dx5+Dy10 may enhance wheat quality by improving those traits.By combining the results of the D value,genotype by yield×trait(GYT)index,and HMW-GS score,20 high-quality and high yielding wheat cultivars were identified,which can be used as elite parents for wheat quality breeding. 展开更多

Crassostrea gigas has good taste and high nutritional value;however,there are few assessments of comprehensive and panoramic analyses of the nutritional quality of the northern oyster.To study the nutritional characteristics of C.gigas from different sources(ploidy,region,size,and culture mode),C.gigas from various ploidy(diploid and triploid),regions(Rushan,Off-site fattening,and Rongcheng),sizes(small,medium,and large)and culture modes(nearshore and offshore)were selected for comparative analyses.The nutritional components(moisture,protein,fat,and mineral),flavor substances(taste amino acids,nucleotides,and succinic acid),and functional indices(eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA),docosahexaenoic acid(DHA),and taurine)of C.gigas were determined.Principal component analysis(PCA)was used to comprehensively evaluate the oysters and investigate the variations in nutritional quality.The PCA results indicate that protein,essential fatty acids,selenium,zinc,taste amino acids,taurine,EPA,and DHA were core components contributing to 82.25%of the cumulative variance,providing a more comprehensive reflection of the nutrient composition of C.gigas.The extensive quality rankings for the C.gigas were as follows:diploid>triploid,Rushan>fattening>Rongcheng,medium>large>small,and offshore>nearshore.The score rank revealed that diploid oysters of medium-size from Rushan demonstrated superior nutritional quality compared to other tested samples.This is the first comprehensive and systematic investigation of C.gigas in northern China to reveal the feature of nutrients,flavor,and functional components.The study provided data support for the culture,consumption,processing,research,and nutritional quality improvement of oyster industry. 展开更多

Iron is an essential mineral element that plays important roles in plant growth,development,and human health.Peanut is a valuable source of iron for human nutrition.Improving iron content in peanut seeds can enhance both yield potential and nutritional value.In this study,the seed iron content of the 401 peanut germplasm accessions was estimated and substantial variation among these accessions was observed,ranging from 9.02 to 50.60 mg/kg.The seed iron content of valencia type accessions was significantly higher than that of Peruvian,Virginia,and Irregular types.Landraces showed the highest average iron content,followed by advanced cultivars,breeding lines and interspecific hybrid cultivars.Accessions with red seed coat exhibited significantly higher iron content compared with those with pink seed coat.Correlation analysis revealed that the seed iron content significantly negatively correlated with hundred seed weight(HSW),resveratrol and oleic acid.Eight accessions with high iron content were identified with an average iron content of 32.46 mg/kg,including two elite genotypes that Zh.h4280 showed high resveratrol levels(1057.34μg/kg)and Zh.h1976 exhibited large seeds(HSW over 90g).Association analysis identified four markers,one of which,AHGS2053 stably explained with 5.75%–5.84%phenotypic variation.Accessions containing the favorable allele AHGS2053-250bp exhibited significantly higher iron content compared to those with alternative alleles.The results provide valuable germplasm resources and associated markers for breeding programs targeting high iron content in peanuts. 展开更多

Purpose-This paper presents an investigation of the innovative“Dual Configuration”management model implemented in China’s high-speed rail comprehensive inspection and test train initiative.Against the backdrop of continuous iteration in global railway technology,an evaluation is conducted of the advancements in organizational structure,resource allocation,and process standardization facilitated by this framework.Design/methodology/approach-A systematic analysis is employed of multi-tiered collaborative mechanisms anchored in a matrix-based joint working group,complemented by a value-tree analytical method to quantify cost-benefit optimization across the full lifecycle of train assets.This integrated approach encompasses dynamic resource-scheduling protocols and comprehensive risk-control systems.Findings-Results indicate the“Dual-Configuration”model achieves dual operational functionality within a unified platform,effectively compressing project duration and reducing lifecycle costs.Value tree analysis reveals multidimensional cost-saving mechanisms through platform sharing,consolidated maintenance systems,and parallel management processes.Field implementation validates that this model significantly enhances equipment utilization and mission responsiveness while supporting integrated Electric Multiple Unit(EMU)and inspection technologies.Originality/value-Transferable management paradigms for high-speed rail system development and safety assurance are established in this research paper.The value-tree model provides a systematic framework for evaluating the economic benefits of dual-use platforms,offering quantitative decision-making support for complex infrastructure investments.Furthermore,concrete optimization strategies and cross-industry applications for the“Dual-Configuration”framework are proposed. 展开更多

Worldwide crises related to water,energy,food,and ecosystems are expected in the future.Although a number of studies have focused on the water-energy-food-ecosystem(WEFE)nexus,a comprehensive review that integrates bibliometric patterns,methodological approaches,and multi-scale applications within a unified WEFE framework remains lacking.To address this gap,this study applies the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)systematic review protocol and conducts bibliometric and content analyses of publications from 2010 to 2024.The results show a steady increase in WEFE-related studies and a paradigm shift from the traditional water-energy-food(WEF)triad toward a four-component framework that explicitly incorporates ecosystems.Moreover,the WEF nexus remains a central research theme.Methodological approaches can be categorized into quantitative assessment,simulation and prediction,and integrated management;however,most rely on static analysis and therefore cannot sufficiently capture dynamic feedbacks.Scale-based analysis indicates that regional and urban studies dominate the field and focus on resource integration and internal resource management optimisation,respectively,whereas transboundary-scale research remains limited.This review is the first to systematically synthesize the conceptual evolution,methodological pathways,and scale-specific challenges of the WEFE nexus within a unified paradigm.Moreover,this review identifies key directions for future research,including framework standardization,multi-source data integration,and scale-appropriate governance strategies,thereby providing theoretical insights and empirical support for advancing sustainable WEFE nexus research. 展开更多

Ensuring the quality and safety of drinking water is crucial for public health.Yet our understanding of pesticides contamination and associated in drinking water systems remains incomplete.In this study,we conducted a comprehensive analysis combining target,suspect,and nontarget screening to investigate pesticide presence from source to tap in a drinking water treatment plant in Jiangsu,China.We identified 162 pesticides,including10 transformation products,with a composition of 41.3%herbicides,29%insecticides,and 27.7%fungicides.Triazole fungicides were detected at concentrations up to 281.2 ng/L,while atrazine was the most concentrated pesticide at 153.2 ng/L.Post-treatment,65.6%of pesticides were removed,20.3%were reduced,and 14.1%were retained.Three prohibited pesticides in China,metsulfuron-methyl,monocrotophos,and isofenphos-methyl,were detected in source water,along with 22 endocrine-disrupting pesticides and 25 fluorinated pesticides.No substances with persistence,bioaccumulation,mobility,and toxic(PBMT)properties were identified in household tap water.However,flucycloxuron was identified as a PBT substance,while epoxiconazole was classified as a PMT substance.All Hazard Quotient values for adults,children,and infants were below 1.A prioritization method,considering occurrence,classification,preliminary hazard assessment,and human health risk,identified atrazine,flucycloxuron,and epoxiconazole as the highest risk.This study provides a comprehensive characterization of pesticide distribution and risk throughout the drinking water system,highlighting the need for further research on their occurrence,fate,and risk,and providing essential data to inform pollution control and environmental protection strategies in drinking water systems. 展开更多

Pull-ups are a very common fitness exercise that can be seen in many gyms.For athletes,it is very important to perform pull-ups correctly and scientifically.The pull-up scoring method designed in this paper can score the quality of pull-up movement scientifically and objectively,and provide guidance to help athletes better complete the pull-up movement.In this method,the OpenPose algorithm is used to identify the coordinates of skeleton points,and then the coordinate data are processed by a Kalman filter to obtain coordinates closer to the true values.Finally,the filtered data are input into the scoring algorithm designed based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm,and the results of the pull-up quality score and the corresponding guidance are obtained. 展开更多

BACKGROUND College students represent a high-risk population for social anxiety,which severely impacts their academic performance,social functioning,and mental health.Traditional interventions,such as mindfulness training and cognitivebehavioral therapy,have demonstrated limited effectiveness in addressing this issue.The positive emotion,engagement,relationships,meaning,and accomplishment(PERMA)model,a theoretical framework derived from positive psychology.This multidimensional approach offers a novel perspective for improving psychosocial functioning in a more holistic manner.AIM To explore the effects of applying comprehensive group counseling based on the PERMA model on social anxiety in college students.METHODS One hundred college students with social anxiety from a university in the city were selected as research participants from October 2025 to December 2025.They were randomly divided into an intervention group(receiving comprehensive group counseling based on the PERMA model)and a control group(receiving no intervention),with 50 cases in each group.Comparisons were made between the two groups regarding social anxiety,self-esteem,interpersonal trust,interpersonal attraction,mental health level,interpersonal relationships,self-well-being,self-efficacy,and group satisfaction.RESULTS After the intervention,the intervention group exhibited significantly greater improvements across all measured outcomes compared to the control group.Social anxiety(Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale)decreased more substantially(42.62±3.17 vs 53.28±3.50),while self-esteem(Self-Esteem Scale:24.38±4.00 vs 19.56±3.35)and interpersonal trust(Interpersonal Trust Scale:52.64±6.83 vs 48.78±6.04)showed greater increases(all P<0.05).Interpersonal attraction(Interpersonal Attraction Scale total:67.74±12.70 vs 58.80±11.23)and all its subdimensions were significantly higher in the intervention group,as were conversational skills,social interaction ability,and total interpersonal relationship scores.Mental health symptoms(Symptom Checklist 90)were consistently lower across all dimensions in the intervention group,including anxiety,depression,and somatization(all P<0.05).Additionally,self-efficacy(2.66±0.30 vs 2.25±0.32)and well-being(Index of Well-Being:11.39±2.53 vs 9.44±2.64)were significantly elevated,and group satisfaction ratings across all aspects(e.g.,guidance attitude,communication,environment)were markedly higher in the intervention group(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION Comprehensive group counseling based on the PERMA model can improve social anxiety and mental health levels in college students,enhance their self-esteem,interpersonal trust,interpersonal attraction,conversational and social skills,and effectively increase their self-efficacy and well-being.Moreover,the participants were relatively satisfied with the overall counseling outcomes. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Congenital microtia is a common craniofacial malformation in children that not only affects facial appearance but also has substantial psychological effects.The emotional consequences of auricle deformities are increasingly recognized in affected children.AIM To optimize perioperative nursing for patients undergoing total auricular reconstruction by examining the impact of comprehensive perioperative nursing combined with personalized psychological counseling on anxiety and depression.METHODS Eighty patients who underwent total auricular reconstruction from January 2023 to December 2024 were enrolled.The control group(n=40)received standard perioperative care,while the observation group(n=40)received the same care plus personalized psychological counseling.Patients were accessed preoperatively and 1 month postoperatively using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale(SES),and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF).Nursing satisfaction was evaluated,and postoperative complications were monitored.RESULTS Baseline SAS,SDS,SES,and WHOQOL-BREF scores were compared between groups(P>0.05).One month postoperation,the observation group demonstrated greater psychological improvement,reflected by lower mean SAS(36.87±3.89 vs 45.21±4.35;t=9.253,P<0.05)and SDS(34.21±3.67 vs 43.56±4.12;t=10.587,P<0.05)scores.They also showed higher postoperative SES and WHOQOL-BREF results.Nursing satisfaction was higher(97.50%vs 82.50%)and postoperative complications were fewer(5%vs 20%;P<0.05)in the observation group.CONCLUSION Personalized psychological counseling improves patients’mental health before and after auricular reconstruction,enhances nursing satisfaction,and reduces complications.These findings underscore its clinical significance and support its broader application in perioperative complications. 展开更多

Adhering to the concept of"asking for health and longevity from centenarians",this research first simulated the dietary structure characteristics of centenarians to construct the centenarians'diet pattern.The D-galactose-induced aging mice(AG)was treated with mixed probiotics from centenarians(DietⅠ),high-dose(DietⅡ),medium dose(DietⅢ),and low-dose(DietⅣ)of dietary characteristic elements from centenarians,and young mice as control(YG).The aging mice were given diet intervention for 9 weeks to study its effects on cognitive function,oxidative stress,inflammatory factors,serum,and fecal metabolites,as well as the potential mechanism.The centenarians'diet patterns could improve the learning and memory abilities,boost body immunity,and protect the liver and kidney of aging mice.It can increase the activity of superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and overall antioxidant capacity in aging mice,while reducing lipid peroxidation.In addition,it can effectively inhibit inflammatory mediators and improve the small intestine's immune system.The metabolite profiles of mice showed significant separation,with 19(in serum)and 18(in feces)differential metabolites.Metabolic pathway analysis based on differential metabolites in fecal and serum both showed that dietary intervention significantly enriched phenylalanine,tyrosine and tryptophan biosynthesis.Correlation analysis revealed that serum differential metabolites could improve aging mice's cognitive function by regulating brain GSH-Px.The comprehensive quantitative scoring method was used to comprehensively evaluate the aging-related indicators.The score was ranked:DietⅢ>DietⅡ>DietⅣ>YG>DietⅠ>AG.In total,the centenarians'diet pattern is an effective diet intervention strategy with anti-aging effects.Serum differential metabolites can improve cognitive decline by regulating brain GSH-Px,with DietⅡandⅢshowing the best effect. 展开更多

Modern society punishes us by aging earlier.Relying on advanced medicine and pharmacology for prevention and control raise concerns about long-term safety.Therefore,diet-driven nutritional anti-aging strategies are being strongly promoted.Phenolics are natural treasures from dietary sources and contain the potential for anti-aging and disease prevention.Based on this,the review fi rst describes the exploration and development of markers indicating aging.The potential and mechanisms of phenolics in managing aging are further synthesized.The morphology,preparation methods,and recent advances in nano strategies suitable for clinical oral delivery are reported to provide a feasible basis for resource integration of phenolics.Finally,its application is comprehensively considered,and constructive comments are made regarding challenges and future development.Even though relevant products have appeared on the market,achieving compliance and commercialization still faces multiple constraints and many challenges,which place greater demands on integrating new strategies and regulating the market. 展开更多

Comprehensive geriatric assessment guiding treatment and survival in elderly digestive tumor patients:A retrospective study 认领 引用

BACKGROUND The intensification of global aging has led to an increasing burden of digestive system tumors in the elderly.The comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)provides important basis for developing individualized treatment plans by systematically assessing factors such as patient function,nutrition,and comorbidities.AIM To examine the value of the CGA in treatment decision-making and survival prognosis among elderly patients with digestive system tumors.METHODS This retrospective study analyzed the clinical data of 210 elderly patients with digestive system tumors admitted between April 2022 and July 2025.Of these,108 patients who received traditional diagnostic and therapeutic decisions(April 2022 to December 2023)constituted the control group,whereas 102 patients who received CGA-guided diagnostic and therapeutic decisions(January 2024 to July 2025)comprised the observation group.The initial treatment strategy,intensity,safety,and tolerance,as well as progression-free survival(PFS),were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Fewer patients in the observation group received standard treatment and standard-intensity chemotherapy compared with the control group,whereas more received reduced-intensity chemotherapy.The overall incidence of adverse reactions(≥grade 3)was 28.4%in the observation group,compared with 45.4%in the control group.Treatment delay and discontinuation rates were lower in the observation group(20.6% and 11.8%,respectively)than in the control group(32.4%and 24.1%,respectively).The treatment completion rate was higher in the observation group(88.2%)than in the control group(75.9%).The median PFS was longer in the observation group(11.5 months,95% confidence interval:10.2-12.8)than in the control group(9.1 months,95% confidence interval:8.0-10.2).All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that a CGAassessed“frail”status was an independent risk factor affecting patient PFS(P<0.05).CONCLUSION CGA-guided diagnostic and therapeutic strategies facilitate precise,individualized decision-making for elderly patients with digestive system tumors.By tailoring treatment selection and intensity to overall health status,this approach optimizes the balance between efficacy and safety and is associated with improved PFS,supporting its clinical utility. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Although laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer offers advantages such as minimal invasiveness and rapid recovery,the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia remains high,significantly affecting patient prognosis.Traditional intraoperative thermoprotection measures have limitations in addressing heat redistribution following anaesthetic induction and the sustained loss of body heat during prolonged surgery.This study hypothesises that a comprehensive preoperative warming strategy,which shifts the timing of thermal intervention to the preoperative period,can more effectively maintain stable core body temperature in patients,thereby reducing the incidence of hypothermia,preserving coagulation function and promoting postoperative recovery.AIM To investigate effects of preoperative warming on hypothermia and recovery in laparoscopic colon cancer surgery.METHODS From August 2021 to August 2025,118 colon cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection were randomized into observation and control groups(n=59 each).The control group received routine intraoperative warming,while the observation group received additional preoperative comprehensive warming.Comparisons included core temperature,hypothermia incidence,perioperative indicators,bleeding-related outcomes,coagulation function,and adverse reactions.RESULTS No significant differences were found in baseline data or preoperative temperature(P>0.05).Compared with controls,the observation group had higher core temperature at 30 minutes,1 hour,and end of surgery,and a lower hypothermia rate(11.86%vs 33.90%,P<0.05).The observation group also showed shorter operative time,anesthesia recovery time,first flatus time,hospital stay,lower Visual Analog Scale score on day 1,less blood loss and drainage,and better mobility on day 1(P<0.05).Fewer patients required intraoperative transfusion(5.08%vs 15.25%,P<0.05).Coagulation parameters remained stable postoperatively in the observation group and were significantly better than controls(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative adverse events was lower in the observation group(3.39%vs 16.95%,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Preoperative comprehensive warming effectively maintains core temperature,reduces hypothermia,protects coagulation,minimizes adverse reactions,and promotes recovery in laparoscopic colon cancer surgery. 展开更多

An Action Research on Intermediate Chinese Comprehensive Course Based on the BOPPPS Teaching Model: A Case Study of Chinese Classrooms for Vietnamese Students 认领 引用

The BOPPPS teaching model has demonstrated significant efficacy across multiple fields, yet its application in international Chinese language education remains insufficient. Existing studies mostly focus on static teaching design, lacking a dynamic action research perspective based on classroom practice. This study takes 13 Vietnamese intermediate Chinese learners as research subjects, and conducts three rounds of progressive action research centered on the theme of traditional Chinese festival culture. The results show that: the first two rounds of teaching exposed core problems, including the insufficient prominence of language training objectives in participatory activities, and students’ distracted attention in the preceding language input phase caused by the advance announcement of hands-on practical activities. After the optimized design of embedding decentralized hands-on practice into the teaching process in the third round, students’ classroom attention concentration score increased from 4.12 to 4.7, and the mean length of utterance (MLU) of language output increased from 6.8 words to 8.3 words. The research indicates that: (1) The structured design of BOPPPS provides a clear framework for international Chinese culture teaching, and the effectiveness of its “participatory learning” link is highly dependent on the timing of integration between activities and language input;(2) Although highly attractive hands-on practice can improve classroom participation, premature announcement and over-centralized arrangement can easily distract students’ attention and weaken the effect of language input;(3) Action research can effectively drive teaching iteration and help teachers accurately diagnose in-depth teaching problems. 展开更多
