Evaluation of Comprehensive Nursing Care in Postoperative Care Following Radiofrequency Ablation for Arrhythmias 认领 引用

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing care in postoperative care for patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation for arrhythmia. Methods: This study enrolled 80 patients who underwent radiofrequency ablation for arrhythmia at our hospital from January 2024 to December 2025. They were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases each using a random number table. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care, and the clinical outcomes of the two nursing models were compared. Results: Compared with the control group (85.00%), the observation group (97.50%) demonstrated a higher treatment efficacy rate (P<0.05). Hemodynamic parameters such as systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and heart rate (HR) were significantly lower in the observation group (P<0.05). Key electrocardiographic parameters, including PR interval, QRS complex, and QT interval, were also significantly reduced in the observation group (P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate in the observation group (2.5%) was lower than that in the control group (15.00%), and the 1-year recurrence rate in the observation group (2.50%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (12.50%) (P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction rate in the observation group (97.50%) was higher than that in the control group (82.50%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing care postoperatively for radiofrequency ablation for arrhythmia can effectively enhance surgical outcomes, improve hemodynamic and cardiac function parameters, reduce postoperative complications, and achieve higher nursing satisfaction, making it worthy of clinical promotion. 展开更多

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of nursing interventions in the management of gastrointestinal bleeding during digestive endoscopy. Methods From September 2022 to September 2025,30 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital were randomly selected as study subjects and all underwent digestive endoscopic treatment. They were divided into two groups using a numerical method: 15 received general nursing care (control group) and 15 received comprehensive nursing intervention (observation group). Clinical indicators, nursing effectiveness rate, health behavior capacity, nursing satisfaction, and complication incidence were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group exhibited shorter durations of upper gastrointestinal persistent bleeding, faster recovery of hemoglobin levels (>110 g/L), and shorter hospital stays compared to the control group (P 0.05), but post-intervention scores were significantly higher in the observation group (P <0.05). Nursing satisfaction reached 100.00% in the observation group, markedly higher than 66.67% in the control group (P <0.05). The complication incidence rate in the observation group was 6.67%, significantly lower than that in the control group (33.33%;P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention demonstrates significant efficacy in managing gastrointestinal bleeding during digestive endoscopy, effectively reducing bleeding duration and recovery time, improving patients' health behavior capacity, enhancing cognitive function, and increasing patient satisfaction, making it a recommended clinical practice. 展开更多

Objective: To explore the clinical application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with diabetes, hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods: 100 elderly patients with diabetes, hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine clinical nursing;the study group received systematic comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to the routine care. After the intervention period, the excellent rate of disease knowledge mastery, the compliance of each dimension of medical compliance, and the total satisfaction of nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: The excellent rate of disease knowledge mastery in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The compliance in terms of taking medication on time, regular monitoring of indicators, reasonable diet, and moderate exercise was significantly better in the study group. At the same time, the total satisfaction of nursing intervention in the study group was also significantly higher than that in the control group. The differences in all indicators between the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion: Implementing comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes, hypertension and coronary heart disease can effectively improve their disease cognition level and treatment compliance, significantly increase the satisfaction of nursing, and the clinical intervention effect is outstanding. It is suitable for the application in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic diseases who have multiple underlying diseases. 展开更多

The HINSS score of the observation group after intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The FMA score and GQOLI-74 score of the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Methods: A total of 80 patients with radial fractures admitted to our hospital from November 2022 to November 2025 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group (40 cases each) using a random number table. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care. Comparative analyses were conducted on surgical and rehabilitation outcomes, pain and swelling levels, psychological status, complication rates, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results: The observation group demonstrated superior performance in terms of operative time, intraoperative blood loss, fracture healing duration, and hospital stay compared to the control group. Postoperative pain scores at various time points, limb swelling circumference differences, negative psychological scores, and complication rates were significantly lower in the observation group. Quality of life and nursing satisfaction scores were also higher, with statistically significant differences between groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing care for patients with radial fracture surgery effectively optimizes surgical outcomes, accelerates postoperative recovery, alleviates postoperative pain and limb swelling, improves psychological well-being and quality of life, reduces postoperative complications, and enhances nursing satisfaction. 展开更多

Methods: From February 2024 to December 2025,80 elderly patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures undergoing PFNA fixation were enrolled and randomly divided into a conventional nursing care group and a systematic comprehensive nursing care group, with 40 cases in each group. The conventional nursing care group received standard operating room care protocols, while the systematic comprehensive nursing care group implemented a tailored intervention plan based on evidence-based medicine principles. Key outcomes—including postoperative complication rates, pain scores, functional recovery, and hospital stay duration—were compared between the two groups to evaluate the differences in nursing interventions. Results: The experimental group demonstrated significant improvements over the control group in stress response management, hemodynamic stability, postoperative recovery progression, and complication incidence. Statistical analysis revealed statistically significant differences between the groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrating comprehensive nursing care into the clinical practice of PFNA fixation for elderly intertrochanteric femoral fractures significantly enhances multiple physiological parameters and reduces postoperative complications, demonstrating promising clinical applications and practical significance. 展开更多

Objective: To systematically investigate the direct impact and optimization level of structured comprehensive nursing interventions on hospitalization duration and various rehabilitation-related parameters in patients with liver cirrhosis with ascites. Methods: From June 2023 to May 2026, a total of 110 patients definitively diagnosed with liver cirrhosis with ascites were enrolled in this study. All participants were randomly assigned into two parallel groups. The control group (n=55) received standard treatment protocols for liver diseases along with routine nursing care, while the intervention group (n=55) received additional pre-designed, multidimensional comprehensive nursing interventions in addition to the standard care measures. These interventions integrated key components such as dynamic fluid management, individualized nutritional support, phased physical therapy, and systematic psychological support. Results: The intervention group demonstrated multiple favorable outcomes. Their average hospitalization duration was significantly shorter than that of the conventional care group. In clinical assessments of ascites improvement, a higher proportion of patients met the efficacy criteria in the intervention group. Biochemical tests confirmed more significant increases in serum albumin and prealbumin levels in the intervention group. Additionally, the intervention group exhibited lower overall incidence of complications during hospitalization and achieved better quality-of-life scores upon discharge. Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing regimen developed and implemented in this study, leveraging the synergistic effects of its multiple components, significantly accelerates clinical recovery in patients with cirrhotic ascites, effectively reduces required hospitalization duration, and delivers definitive positive outcomes across multiple dimensions—including improved nutritional status, reduced complication incidence, and enhanced quality-of-life perception. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on relieving psychological pressure in patients with pulmonary micro-nodules.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with pulmonary micro-nodules who received diagnosis and treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into control and observation groups.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the patients’psychological states before and after nursing.Patient satisfaction with nursing was analyzed using a nursing satisfaction survey scale.Results:After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rates of the observation and control groups were 98.33%and 83.33%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with pulmonary micro-nodules can effectively relieve their psychological pressure and improve nursing satisfaction,demonstrating clinical value. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The study period was from August 2023 to May 2025.During this period,40 elderly patients with hypertension who visited the hospital were selected and divided into an observation group(comprehensive nursing based on protection motivation theory,n=20)and a control group(routine nursing,n=20)based on a random number table method.Nursing indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure(80.12±2.31 mmHg)and systolic blood pressure(136.05±3.47 mmHg)in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of health behaviors(nutrition,exercise,health responsibility,and psychological comfort)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of compliance and negative emotional indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function(66.31±5.84),physical function(66.57±6.28),material function(61.85±6.21),and social function(69.51±7.25)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,the application of a comprehensive nursing program based on protection motivation theory is beneficial for regulating blood pressure levels,significantly improving health behaviors and quality of life,alleviating negative emotions,and improving treatment compliance to some extent.This approach is feasible for promotion. 展开更多

Objective: To examine the effects of comprehensive nursing interventions on maternal and infant outcomes in pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods: A quasi-experimental design was employed, involving 60 pregnant women with GDM who were purposively selected and randomly allocated into experimental and control groups, each comprising 30 participants. The experimental group received comprehensive nursing interventions and pregnancy monitoring, while the control group received standard nursing care. Data collection was conducted using demographic questionnaires, pregnancy indicators, and maternal-infant outcome measurement tools. The collected data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Results: The findings indicated significant improvements in fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, amniotic fluid index, and neonatal birth weight in the experimental group compared to the control group. However, no statistically significant differences were observed in body mass index (BMI) or pregnancy weight gain. Comprehensive nursing interventions were associated with a significant reduction in maternal complications, including polyhydramnios, postpartum hemorrhage, and preeclampsia, as well as neonatal complications such as neonatal pneumonia, macrosomia, and hypoglycemia. Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing interventions have a positive impact on maternal and neonatal outcomes in pregnant women with GDM. 展开更多

BACKGROUND The complexity and refractory of brain glioma requires treatment that should involve a multidisciplinary approach to improve quality of care and fulfill patients’needs.AIM To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing on postoperative complications,psychological state and quality of life in patients with brain glioma.METHODS A total of 106 patients with confirmed brain gliomas admitted to Nanchong Central Hospital between January 2019 and May 2021 were selected by random sampling.They were categorized into an observation group and a control group using a random number table with 53 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing in addition to conventional nursing and patients in the control group were given conventional nursing.The overall incidence of postoperative complications including limb dysfunction,high fever and epilepsy was compared between the two groups.The mental status was evaluated in the two groups before and after intervention using self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Quality of life was assessed and compared using the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire between the two groups before and after the intervention.RESULTS After intervention,the overall incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group(7.55%)than that in the control group(20.75%)(P0.05).However,after intervention,scores of SAS and SDS decreased in the two groups compared with those before intervention,and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P0.05).In contrast,quality of life increased in the two groups compared with those before intervention,and it was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Comprehensive nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the psychological state of anxiety and depression and improve quality of life in patients with brain glioma. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Ischemic stroke(IS)is a widely recognized disease characterized by high preva-lence,mortality,morbidity,disability,and recurrence rates.It ranks prominently in terms of mortality,constituting 60%-80%of stroke cases.AIM To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing care on the quality of life and swallowing function in individuals diagnosed with IS.METHODS This study comprised 172 patients with IS admitted to our hospital between February 2018 to March 2021.The participants were divided into two groups,namely the control group(n=80)receiving routine care and the research group(n=92)receiving comprehensive care.Various assessment scales,including the standard swallowing function assessment scale(SSA),National Institutes of Health Stroke scale(NIHSS),European stroke scale(ESS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Barthel index(BI),and the motor func-tion assessment scale(MAS),were employed to evaluate the improvement in swallowing function,neurological deficits,clinical outcomes,anxiety,depression,daily living activities,and motor function before and after care.Furthermore,the study compared the occurrence of adverse reactions during the nursing period,life quality before and after the intervention,rehabilitation compliance,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.RESULTS After the nursing intervention,the research group exhibited significantly improved SSA and NIHSS scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,both groups demonstrated significant reductions in SAS and SDS scores(P<0.05),with the research group showing more obvious advantages(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the research group displayed significantly better ESS,BI,and MAS scores(P<0.05),coupled with a lower incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).Additionally,the research group demonstrated markedly higher levels of life quality,rehabilitation compliance,and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Comprehensive nursing effectively improved swallowing function,quality of life,and patient satisfaction,high-lighting its clinical significance. 展开更多

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of deep puncture of Zusanli （足三里 ST 36） and Qihai （气海 CV 6） with elongated needle combined with comprehensive nursing in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome （CFS） so as to provide new way and effective method for CFS. Methods： A total of 100 cases of CFS patients were evenly randomized into treatment group and control group which were treated with elongated needle puncture of ST 36 and CV 6 plus nursing and oral ackninistration of Shiquan Dobu Tong （十全大补汤 Decoction of Ten Powerful Tonics） separately. Acupuncture and medication were given once daily, with 7 sessions being a therapeutic course, 4 courses altogether. Results： After 4 courses of treatment, of the two 50 cases in treatment and control groups, 4 （8.0%） and 2 （4.0%） were cured, 37 （74.0%） and 16 （32.0%） experienced marked im- provernent, 6 （ 12.0 % ） and 19 （38.0 % ） had improvement, 3 （6.0 % ） and 13 （26.0 % ） tailed, with the total effective rates being 94.0% （47/50） and 74.0% （37/50） respectively. The total effective rate and markedly effective rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05, 0.01）. Conclusion; Deep puncture of Zusenli （ST 36） and Qihai （CV 6） with elongated needle combined with comprehensive nursing has a definite therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome. 展开更多

Hu et al explored the impact of comprehensive nursing model on swallowing function and quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke.They divided 172 patients into the control group(routine care)and the research group(comprehensive care),and used standard scales to evaluate the swallowing function,neurological deficit,anxiety and depression,daily living ability,and exercise of the two groups of patients before and after care.Changes in indicators of function,quality of life,and compliance.The results showed that compared with the control group,patients in the study group achieved significant improvements in various indicators,with a lower incidence of adverse reactions and higher satisfaction with care.These data suggest that the comprehensive nursing model can significantly improve the swallowing function,quality of life and satisfaction of patients with ischemic stroke.In the future,the development of comprehensive nursing models needs to focus on technological innovation,humanized services,continuing education and training,multi-disciplinary collaboration,optimal allocation of resources,standardized practice and evaluation,etc.,in order to improve nursing effects and promote the improvement of medical service quality. 展开更多

BACKGROUND This work explored the effects of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)-based comprehensive nursing intervention(CNI)mode in arch expansion to treat patients with orthodontic osteodilated arch(OOA).AIM To explore the application effect of CBT-based CNI model in orthodontic expansion arch treatment.METHODS Using convenient sampling method,81 patients with OOA were selected and rolled into a control group(Ctrl group,40 cases)and an observation group(Obs group,41 cases).During the treatment,patients in the Ctrl group received routine nursing intervention mode,and the those in the Obs group received CBT mode on the basis of this.Before and after intervention,the incidence of oral mucositis,the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method,self-rating anxiety scale score,soft scale index,and plaque index were compared for patients in different groups.In addition,satisfaction and complications were comparatively analyzed.RESULTS Incidence of oral mucositis in the Obs group was lower(14.6%vs 38.5%),and the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method was obviously higher(90.2%vs 55.0%)was obviously higher(all P<0.05).Meanwhile,the soft scale index and plaque index in the Obs group were much lower(P<0.05).The compliance(90.24%)and satisfaction(95.12%)in the Obs group were greatly higher(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The CBT-based CNI mode greatly improved the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method during arch expansion in treating patients with OOA and enhanced the therapeutic effect of arch expansion and the oral health of patients,improving the patient compliance. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Programmed comprehensive nursing was adopted for intensive care unit(ICU)children following severe cardiac surgery to improve respiratory function and delirium incidence.AIM To explore how programmed comprehensive nursing impacts respiratory func-tion and delirium incidence in ICU children post cardiac surgery.METHODS Between January 2022 and January 2024,180 pediatric patients from the Chil-dren’s Hospital of Nanjing were admitted to the ICU after cardiac surgery and randomly grouped.The control group comprised 90 patients and received routine nursing care.The observation group comprised 90 patients and received program-med comprehensive nursing.Both groups received continuous nursing care until discharge.Their respiratory function,incidence of delirium,and clinical outcomes were compared.The memory state and sleep quality of both groups were com-pared.RESULTS The incidence of delirium was 5.56%in the observation group when admitted to ICU,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%;P<0.05).The observation group demonstrated higher peak expiratory flow rate,respiratory frequency,deep breathing volume,and tidal volume in the ICU compared with the control group.Additionally,the observation group showed higher sleep depth,sleep latency,night awakening,return to sleep,and sleep quality com-pared with the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Programmed comprehensive nursing in ICU patients following severe cardiac surgery can reduce the impact on respiratory function,improve sleep quality,and alleviate postoperative delirium,showing significant promise for clinical application. 展开更多

Objective:To assess the management effect of comprehensive nursing management on blood donation services in blood stations.Methods:Sixty-four individuals who donated blood at a blood station between September 2021 and September 2023 were selected and randomly assigned into two groups of 32 each.The first group received comprehensive nursing management,while the second group received routine nursing management.Blood donation indexes and observational indexes such as adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Results:The total blood donation volume and qualified blood donation volume were higher in the first group than in the second group.The amount of discarded blood and the rate of blood discards were lower in the first group compared to the second group(P<0.05).Additionally,the adverse reaction rate in the first group was lower,the blood donation comfort scores were higher,the psychological state scores were lower,and the quality of care scores were higher than those in the second group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing management can improve the efficiency of blood donation,reduce the rate of blood discards,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions,alleviate negative psychological states of blood donors,and enhance both the comfort level of blood donation and the quality of care provided. 展开更多
