Cloud storage is widely used by large companies to store vast amounts of data and files,offering flexibility,financial savings,and security.However,information shoplifting poses significant threats,potentially leading to poor performance and privacy breaches.Blockchain-based cognitive computing can help protect and maintain information security and privacy in cloud platforms,ensuring businesses can focus on business development.To ensure data security in cloud platforms,this research proposed a blockchain-based Hybridized Data Driven Cognitive Computing(HD2C)model.However,the proposed HD2C framework addresses breaches of the privacy information of mixed participants of the Internet of Things(IoT)in the cloud.HD2C is developed by combining Federated Learning(FL)with a Blockchain consensus algorithm to connect smart contracts with Proof of Authority.The“Data Island”problem can be solved by FL’s emphasis on privacy and lightning-fast processing,while Blockchain provides a decentralized incentive structure that is impervious to poisoning.FL with Blockchain allows quick consensus through smart member selection and verification.The HD2C paradigm significantly improves the computational processing efficiency of intelligent manufacturing.Extensive analysis results derived from IIoT datasets confirm HD2C superiority.When compared to other consensus algorithms,the Blockchain PoA’s foundational cost is significant.The accuracy and memory utilization evaluation results predict the total benefits of the system.In comparison to the values 0.004 and 0.04,the value of 0.4 achieves good accuracy.According to the experiment results,the number of transactions per second has minimal impact on memory requirements.The findings of this study resulted in the development of a brand-new IIoT framework based on blockchain technology. 展开更多

Food allergy has become a global concern.Spleen tyrosine kinase(SYK)inhibitors are promising therapeutics against allergic disorders.In this study,a total of 300 natural phenolic compounds were firstly subjected to virtual screening.Sesamin and its metabolites,sesamin monocatechol(SC-1)and sesamin dicatechol(SC-2),were identified as potential SYK inhibitors,showing high binding affinity and inhibition efficiency towards SYK.Compared with R406(a traditional SYK inhibitor),sesamin,SC-1,and SC-2 had lower binding energy and inhibition constant(Ki)during molecular docking,exhibited higher bioavailability,safety,metabolism/clearance rate,and distribution uniformity ADMET predictions,and showed high stability in occupying the ATP-binding pocket of SYK during molecular dynamics simulations.In anti-dinitrophenyl-immunoglobulin E(Anti-DNP-Ig E)/dinitrophenyl-human serum albumin(DNP-HSA)-stimulated rat basophilic leukemia(RBL-2H3)cells,sesamin in the concentration range of 5-80μmol/L influenced significantly the degranulation and cytokine release,with 54.00%inhibition againstβ-hexosaminidase release and 58.45%decrease in histamine.In BALB/c mice,sesamin could ameliorate Anti-DNP-Ig E/DNP-HSA-induced passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA)and ovalbumin(OVA)-induced active systemic anaphylaxis(ASA)reactions,reduce the levels of allergic mediators(immunoglobulins and pro-inflammatory cytokines),partially correct the imbalance of T helper(Th)cells differentiation in the spleen,and inhibit the phosphorylation of SYK and its downstream signaling proteins,including p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases(p38 MAPK),extracellular signalregulated kinases(ERK),and p65 nuclear factor-κB(p65 NF-κB)in the spleen.Thus,sesamin may be a safe and versatile SYK inhibitor that can alleviate Ig E-mediated food allergies. 展开更多

Two clinical ablation protocols, 2C3L and stepwise, have been routinely used in our group to treat atrial fibrillation (AF), but with a less than 60% long-term arrhythmia-free outcome achieved in patients. The goal of this study was to examine the underlying mechanism of low success in clinical outcome. MRI images from one patient were used to reconstruct a human atrial anatomical model, and fibrotic tissue was manually added to represent the arrhythmia substrate. AF was induced with standard protocols used in clinical practice. 2C3L and stepwise were then used to test the efficacy of arrhythmia termination in our model. The results showed that re-entries induced in our model could not be terminated by using either 2C3L or the stepwise protocol. Although some of the induced re-entries were terminated, others emerged in new areas. Ablation using only the 2C3L or stepwise method was not sufficient to terminate all re-entries in our model, which may partially explain the poor long-term arrhythmiafree outcomes in clinical practice. Our findings also suggest that computational heart modelling is an important tool to assist in the establishment of optimal ablation strategies. 展开更多

目的比较4种不同转染试剂对大鼠心肌细胞H9C2细胞的转染效率,以选择最优转染方法。方法以带有增强绿色荧光蛋白(enhanced green fluorescent protein,EGFP)基因的质粒作为外源基因,分别用4种不同转染试剂Fu GENE HD、DNA-In CRISPR、Lip... 目的比较4种不同转染试剂对大鼠心肌细胞H9C2细胞的转染效率,以选择最优转染方法。方法以带有增强绿色荧光蛋白(enhanced green fluorescent protein,EGFP)基因的质粒作为外源基因,分别用4种不同转染试剂Fu GENE HD、DNA-In CRISPR、Lipofectamine 3000和Lipofectamine 2000转染H9C2细胞,通过荧光显微镜观察和荧光酶标仪检测荧光强度来评价转染效率,并通过Cell Counting Kit-8(CCK-8)试剂盒检测4种转染试剂对细胞活性的影响。结果 Lipofectamine 3000转染效率最高(>50%);而DNA-In CRISPR转染效率最低(<1%)。4种转染试剂中Lipofectamine 3000对细胞毒性也最低,转染48 h后细胞活性为94.55%。结论转染试剂Lipofectamine 3000在保证相对较高的转染效率的同时也具有最低的细胞毒性,更适合用于H9C2细胞的转染。 展开更多

In this paper we look at different push messaging alternatives available for Android. Push messaging provides an important aspect of server to device communication, and we specifically focus on the integration of cloud computing with mobile devices through the use of push-based technologies. By conducting a benchmarking test, we investigate the performance of four relevant push technologies for the Android platform, namely C2DM, XMPP, Xtify and Urban Airship. The comparison focuses on three aspects of the libraries: 1) The stability;2) Response times;and 3) Energy consumption. The test is conducted on both WLAN and 3G, and includes several mobile device types. Additionally, we also integrate with the Google App Engine to provide the cloud integration server that is responsible for sending push messages to the mobile devices. 展开更多

C 2 and LaC + 2 were studied using Hartree Fock(HF), B3LYP (Becke 3 paremeter Lee Yang Parr) density functional method, second order Mφller Plesset perturbation(MP2) and coupled cluster singles and doubles with non iterative triples(CCSD(T)) methods. The basis set employed was LANL1DZ. Geometries, vibrational frequencies and other quantities were reported. The results showed that for C 2, all the methods performed well for low spin state(singlet), while only HF and B3LYP remained so for high spin state(triplet). For LaC + 2, four isomers were presented and fully optimized. The results suggested that linear isomers with C ∞v and D ∞h symmetries were predicted to be saddle points on the energy surface for all the methods, while for isomers with C 2v and C s symmetries, they were local minima except C 2v at B3LYP level, and were isoenergetic at HF, MP2 and CCSD(T) levels, near isoenergetic at B3LYP level. From the differences between HOMO and LUMO, it is also known that the isomers with C 2v and C s symmetries offer the largest values and therefore correspond to the most stable structure. For La—C bond lengths, B3LYP gives the shortest, the order is B3LYP<HF<MP2<CCSD(T) for all the methods. 展开更多

In this paper,the assignment of acomplex 8-spin-half system(7,7-dichloro-6-oxo-2-tio-bicycle[3.2.0]heptane-4-carboxlic acid)using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)techniques is presented and the hamiltonian obtained,was used to demonstrate universal control.The system has 313C and 51H,in our work,we carried out traditional 1-D and 2-D experiments and also made use of coherent control together with simulation to get the full hamiltonian of this weakly coupled system.Spin-echo J-resolved 2-D experiments were used to obtain the heteronuclear and homonuclear coupling values;COSY45 experiments were used to obtain the signs of homonuclear coupling constants.The signs of heteronuclear coupling constants were obtained using the polarization transfer method.All the data obtained in the experiments were used in the simulation of the 1-D spectra and then optimized using the least square fitting method.After obtaining the full hamiltonian of the 8-spin system,we used it in QIP,prepared pseudopure states and implemented 1-qubit and 2-qubit gates on one of its 6-qubit subsystems. 展开更多
