To address the issues of insufficient accuracy and susceptibility to multiple factors in the detection of weld defects in steel structure bridges,and to ensure the structural safety and service life of bridges,this pa...To address the issues of insufficient accuracy and susceptibility to multiple factors in the detection of weld defects in steel structure bridges,and to ensure the structural safety and service life of bridges,this paper systematically analyzes the classification and formation mechanisms of weld defects,as well as the core principles of detection technology.It dissects the factors influencing accuracy from four dimensions:equipment,parameters,environmental structure,personnel operation,and data processing.Based on this analysis,a multi-dimensional accuracy improvement plan is designed,encompassing equipment optimization,anti-interference technology,algorithm upgrades,and process standardization.Verification experiments are conducted through the establishment of a simulated test platform.The results indicate that the optimized detection plan enhances the identification accuracy of typical defects such as porosity,slag inclusions,and incomplete penetration to 96.3%,with detection errors controlled within±0.12mm.This represents a 21.7%improvement in accuracy compared to traditional methods,providing technical support for the precise detection of weld defects in steel structure bridges.展开更多

Methods: from June 2020 to June 2021, 129 samples of tuberculosis sputum samples in the basic laboratory were included in the study. Smear detection method and GeneXpert PCR detection technology were used to detect and analyze these sputum samples successively, and the positive and negative detection rates of tuberculosis in the two detection methods were compared. The sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic consistency of the two methods were compared. Results: the positive rate of tuberculosis detected by GeneXpert PCR was significantly higher than that detected by smear, while the negative rate was significantly lower than that detected by smear (P<0.05). The detection sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic consistency of GeneXpert PCR were significantly better than that of smear (P<0.05). One of the most important technologies is concrete site detection technology, which is not only beneficial to ensure the safety and stability of construction concrete, but also has certain impact on construction site use. Therefore, in the current construction process of construction projects, it is necessary to rationalize the use and promotion of on-site concrete detection technology, so as to achieve the best quality of construction projects and promote the long-term development of construction projects to meet the actual needs of construction projects at this stage. Therefore, this paper analyzes the application status of on-site concrete detection technology in construction projects, in order to speed up the internal management optimization and improve the construction quality.
摘要The road traffic industry in China has been developing rapidly in recent years.Asphalt has become the main material in road construction because of its seamless connection and short construction period,and it has an important impact on the overall quality of highway construction.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct scientific and reasonable tests and detections for highway asphalt pavement.This paper presents a discussion on the test and detection technology of highway asphalt pavement for future reference.
摘要Objective: to discuss and study the value of GeneXpert PCR detection technology in specific population in basic laboratory. Methods: from June 2020 to June 2021, 129 samples of tuberculosis sputum samples in the basic laboratory were included in the study. Smear detection method and GeneXpert PCR detection technology were used to detect and analyze these sputum samples successively, and the positive and negative detection rates of tuberculosis in the two detection methods were compared. The sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic consistency of the two methods were compared. Results: the positive rate of tuberculosis detected by GeneXpert PCR was significantly higher than that detected by smear, while the negative rate was significantly lower than that detected by smear (P<0.05). The detection sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic consistency of GeneXpert PCR were significantly better than that of smear (P<0.05). Conclusion: in the laboratory backlog crowd detection work, using PCR detection device instrument technology, can guarantee the overall detection diagnosis to a great extent, improve TB positive and negative detection rate, improve the diagnostic specificity, sensitivity, consistency, effective help medical researchers found that people with TB, promote the continuous positive development of the laboratory.

One of the important factors that determines whether the construction industry can develop healthily and sustainably is the quality of the construction project. Therefore, the construction quality inspection is very important. Because the concrete in the construction occupies the main position, the engineering quality inspection will also focus on the detection of concrete. This paper discusses and analyzes the detection technology of concrete, aiming to find effective measures to improve the level of detection technology of concrete, strengthen the quality detection of construction engineering, so as to promote the progress and development of the entire construction industry.
摘要Radar detection technology utilizes radio waves for target detection,localization,and identification.It involves emitting electromagnetic waves and receiving the reflected echoes from targets,then analyzing the echo characteristics to obtain target information.This paper focuses on the fundamental principles,advantages,and disadvantages of radar detection technology.It emphasizes synthetic aperture radar(SAR),passive radar detection technology seeker,and millimeter-wave active homing guidance target identification technology,as well as the characteristics and development status of other detection methods such as phased array radar,showcasing the multi-directional development trend of radar detection technology.

摘要Microanoplastics(MNPs)have emerged as a global environmental concern,which leads to an urgent need for sensitive and specific MNPs detection technologies.Fluorescence-based methods with high sensitivity and dynamic tracking capabilities have become a significant and promising tool in MNPs analysis.This review systematically summarizes recent developments in fluorescent probes including traditional organic dyes,nanomaterials,aggregation-induced emission(AIE)molecules,binding peptides,and aptamers,for MNPs detection.The fluorescence sensing technology coupled with micro-imaging developed for in situ detection and dynamic tracking is also discussed.The current challenges for MNPs detection including matrix interference and lack of quantification standards are discussed and perspectives including developing multifunctional probes and AI-assisted platforms are proposed.This review provides theoretical reference and innovative ideas for developing new fluorescence probes and methods for MNPs detection and monitoring.

摘要In recent years,the problem of veterinary drug residues in animal-derived foods has attracted worldwide attention.Developing rapid,simple,highly sensitive,and high-throughput veterinary drug residue detection technologies has become an urgent need.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the pretreatment and analytical techniques for veterinary drug residue analysis,comparing the detection principles,operational procedures,and respective advantages and disadvantages of various detection technologies.It further explores the future development directions of veterinary drug residue detection technologies.
