Selective maintenance is performed on systems with limited break time to improve the success of the next mission. In general, the duration of the mission is stochastic. However, existing studies rarely take into account system availability and the repairpersons with different skill levels. To solve this problem, a new multi-mission selective maintenance and repairpersons assignment model with stochastic duration of the mission are developed. To maximize the minimum phase-mission reliability while meeting the minimum system availability, the model is transformed into an optimization problem subject to limited maintenance resources. The optimization is then realized using an analytical method based on a self-programming function and a Monte Carlo simulation method, respectively. Finally, the validity of the model and solution method approaches are verified by numerical arithmetic examples. Comparative and sensitivity analyses are made to provide proven recommendations for decision-makers.展开更多

Birds can be attentive to the clutch all of the time or, particularly if only one parent incubates, attentiveness may be quite low. Attentiveness is related to egg size with large eggs having high attentiveness, whereas small eggs (<10 g) can have attentiveness ranging from 50% to 100%. Previous studies have suggested that incubation duration is a function of attentiveness albeit for small birds. This study tested the hypothesis that, after controlling for egg size and phylogeny, incubation duration would be a function of attentiveness. Data for 444 bird species representing 24 orders were analysed. Whilst egg mass had a significant relationship with incubation duration, there was no relationship with attentiveness for all of the species or a subset of the passerines. Despite egg temperature drops during an incubation recess, average day-time and night-time temperatures are similar in a range of species. Re-examination of previously reported temperature profiles recorded by dummy eggs over a 24-h period shows that after an incubation recess there seems to be an additional heat flux that raises egg temperature above that seen during night-time periods of constant incubation. 摘要Objective This study aimed to determine the temporal trends in sleep duration among Chinese adults. Methods In this series of repeated nationally representative cross-sectional surveys(China Chronic Disease and Risk Factors Surveillance)conducted between 2010 and 2018,a total of 645,420 adult participants(97,741 in 2010;175,749 in 2013;187,777 in 2015;and 184,153 in 2018)were included in the trend analysis.Linear and logistic regression models were utilized to assess trends in sleep duration. Results In 2018,the estimated overall mean sleep duration among the Chinese adult population was7.58(SD,1.45)hours per day, with no significant trend from 2010.A significant increase in short sleep duration(≤6 hours)was observed in the total population, from 15.3%(95%CI:14.1%–16.5%)in 2010 to18.5%(95%CI:17.7%–19.3%)in 2018(P9 hours)was also significant, increasing in weighted prevalence from 7.2%(95%CI:6.3%–8.1%)in 2010 to 9.0%(95%CI:8.2%–9.9%)in 2018(P<0.001).Conclusion The prevalence of both short and long sleep durations significantly increased among Chinese adults from 2010 to 2018,highlighting the urgency of health initiatives to promote optimal sleep duration in China.
摘要BACKGROUND The mental health impact of smartphone use remains incompletely understood.Although several prior studies have suggested a correlation between smartphone usage and non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI),reliance on self-reported data limits the accuracy of exposure assessment. Objective measurements are needed to elucidate this relationship better.AIM To examine the associations of objectively assessed smartphone duration and unlock frequency with NSSI.METHODS This cross-sectional study included 17851 college students from China.NSSI was assessed using the Ottawa Self-Injury Inventory, which includes ten NSSI behaviors.Smartphone duration and unlock frequency were objectively monitored through participant-submitted screenshots.Binary logistic and restricted cubic spline models were used for analyses.RESULTS Of 17851 participants,460(2.6%)exhibited NSSI in the past month. The mean(SD)weekly smartphone duration and unlock frequency were 49.1(29.9)hours and 390.9(278.2)times.After adjusting for sociodemographic characteristics,health-related behaviors, and negative life events, smartphone use was significantly and positively associated with NSSI.Compared to students with 0-21 hours/week of smartphone duration, those with≥63 hours/week exhibited a significantly higher risk(odds ratio=1.60;95%confidence interval:1.23-2.11).Similarly,compared to students with 0-50 times/week of smartphone unlock frequency, those with≥400 times/week(odds ratio=1.48;95%confidence interval:1.11-2.00)had significantly higher NSSI risk.Restricted cubic spline analyses confirmed a monotonic increase in NSSI risk with increasing smartphone duration(P value for non-linear=0.971)and unlock frequency(P value for non-linear=0.225).CONCLUSION Excessive smartphone duration and unlock frequency are associated with an elevated risk of NSSI among college students, underscoring the need to consider smartphone use behaviors in NSSI prevention.

摘要As a critical maintenance method for ballasted tracks, tamping operations effectively improve ballast bed compactness and mechanical performance.Tamping duration critically influences the mechanical response of the ballast bed,yet systematic studies on the relationship between the duration of tamping and the mechanical performance of ballasted tracks are lacking. In this study,we established a discrete element method-multibody dynamics(DEM-MBD)coupled model of tamping machinery and a ballasted track to systematically analyze the effects of tamping duration on ballast bed compactness, particle motion, and ballast contact behavior. The results show that increasing the tamping duration enhances the compactness beneath sleepers and the uniformity of compactness in the ballast bed.Tamping duration significantly affects ballast motion.A prolonged tamping duration significantly decelerates ballast particle movement beneath sleepers, particularly during the inserting stage, while in the squeezing stage,it exhibits a smaller decrease. The inter-sleeper region is particularly sensitive to tamping duration variation, showing substantial velocity reductions in ballast particles during both the inserting and lifting stages.Increased tamping duration rapidly decreases contact forces in ballast particles during the inserting stage, stabilizes contact forces in the squeezing stage, and elevates the coordination number among ballast particles. The squeezing stage exhibits the most significant mechanical energy fluctuations, while the evolution patterns of translational and rotational kinetic energies show strong correlations with ballast motion characteristics.Appropriately increasing the tamping duration enhances the overall mechanical performance of the ballast bed and extends track maintenance cycles. This study revealed the mechanism underlying the effects of tamping duration on the mechanical behavior of ballast beds, providing a theoretical foundation for the precise design of tamping parameters.

摘要For achieving personalized speech synthesis,it is indispensable to synthesize speech with diverse prosody for any given text. This task presents two key challenges:first, existing methods struggle to simultaneously extract local prosody information and control phoneme duration, while overlooking the impact of duration on prosody;second, current speaker adaptation approaches suffer from slow learning speed or poor generalization to unseen speakers outside the training set.To address the aforementioned issues, this paper introduces a novel framework. Our method innovatively introduces the text-to-speech alignment mechanism into prosody modeling, using the aligned text-to-duration to segment speech and obtain local prosodic information, and simultaneously training the two components simplifies the workflow. After obtaining the prosodic information,we use it as a condition to guide the model to learn the corresponding phoneme durations under different types of prosody. We combine this style control work with adapter fine-tuning to quickly synthesize speech with the speaker’s style using small amounts of data from unseen speakers in the training set.Experimental results show that our approach is effective in adjusting prosody and variable duration as well as fast style adapter, and the subjective evaluations of the prosodic modulation model considering duration exhibits a significant improvement.

摘要Possible sunshine duration(PSD)is a key indicator of surface solar radiation and exhibits significant spatial heterogeneity in mountainous regions due to topographic shading.Distributed models based on digital elevation models(DEMs)are widely used to map PSD;however,DEM spatial resolution can introduce substantial discrepancies in simulated results.Traditional statistical methods for analyzing scale effects often fail to capture the nonlinear relationships between topography and PSD.Machine learning offers a promising alternative.Taking Chongqing as a case study, this paper simulates PSD for winter(January)and summer(July)using the Solar Analyst tool applied to DEMs at 30 m,90 m,330 m,and 810 m resolutions. An XGBoost model, optimized via Bayesian tuning and interpreted using SHAP(SHapley Additive exPlanations),is employed to analyze the influence of DEM scale on PSD.The results show that:(1)Summer PSD is abundant and relatively uniform, whereas winter PSD is limited and highly variable;both follow an east-low,west-high spatial pattern.Coarser DEM resolutions smooth the spatial pattern from striped to blocky or homogenized distributions.(2)Model accuracy depends on DEM scale and season;as resolution coarsens,R² increases from 0.768 to 0.840 in winter and from 0.674 to 0.852 in summer.(3)The dominant topographic factor governing PSD shifts with scale:in winter, from aspect to terrain undulation;in summer, from terrain undulation to profile curvature, with coarser scales reflecting broader topographic features.(4)Interactions between topographic factors also vary with scale:at 30 m,slope and aspect dominate;at coarser scales, winter PSD is increasingly controlled by elevation and terrain undulation, while summer PSD is shaped by interactions between profile and plane curvature, reflecting the smoothing of local topographic variations.(5)PSD exhibits nonlinear relationships with topographic factors:aspect follows an inverted U-shape,while terrain undulation shows a negative correlation. The proposed XGBoost-SHAP framework effectively reveals scale-dependent mechanisms in PSD simulation and provides theoretical support and practical guidance for multi-scale terrain modeling in mountainous areas,as well as for assessments of solar energy and agricultural resources.
摘要AIM:To explore the factors influencing the treatment duration and visual prognosis of cytomegalovirus(CMV)retinitis(CMVR)after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT).METHODS:All participants received ganciclovir intravenous infusion or oral and intravitreal injection of ganciclovir(IVG)3 mg twice a week for 4 consecutive times(induction phase). The affected eyes were divided into stop treatment group(Group A),continue treatment group(Group B),and relapse after treatment group(Group C)according to whether local therapy could be terminated at the end of the induction phase and whether CMVR recurred within 3mo after the termination of local therapy.RESULTS:The study included 31 participants(48 eyes)diagnosed with CMVR including 11 males and 20 females. The mean age was(28±8.2)y.There were 17 cases of binocular disease(34 eyes)and 14 cases of monocular disease(14 eyes).Visual acuity improved in 26 eyes(54.1%),remained unchanged in 9 eyes(18.8%),and decreased in 13 eyes(27.1%).The peak value of blood CMV in Group B was significantly higher than that in Group A(P=0.013).The number of eyes with anterior chamber inflammation in Group C was significantly lower than that in Groups A and B(P=0.015,P=0.016).The average number of interval days was higher in Group A than in Group B.For Group A,there was a strong positive correlation between the number of eyes with CMV positive blood(r=0.712,P=0.031)and visual acuity changes. For Group B,there was a moderately strong positive correlation between the days of blood CMV after transplantation(r=0.371,P=0.043)and the times of injections. For Group C,there was a strong positive correlation between the peak value of blood CMV(r=0.719,P=0.029)and the times of injection.CONCLUSION:Systemic use of antivirals combined with intravitreal injection of antivirals is effective for patients with CMVR after allo-HSCT surgery.Patients with shorter interval days, higher peak or more days of blood CMV need more injections.Patients with positive blood CMV at initial diagnosis have worse visual prognosis.
摘要BACKGROUND Electroconvulsive therapy(ECT)is also an ideal treatment alternative when dealing with treatment-resistant depression, together with other severe mental conditions.Localization of seizures and cognitive effects of anesthetic agents is significantly influenced by the anesthetic used, but an optimal anesthetic methodegime remains debatable.AIM To identify comparative consequences of propofol, etomidate, and ketamine regarding the length of seizures and post-ECT cognition.METHODS The current study involved a methodical search of the literature, based on PRISMA guidelines,to identify randomized controlled trials(RCTs)and observational research studies that evaluate the difference between anesthetics used during ECT.The articles analyzed pertained to seizure durations, cognitive performance, hemodynamic factors, and recovery. The quality evaluation was done on the applicable tools of RCT and observational research.Interpretation of the statistical data, based on IBM SPSS,was conducted with the assistance of qualitative synthesis.RESULTS There were 24 articles taken into account,11 RCTs and 13 observational studies identified.Several studies have revealed that etomidate is more effective in reducing seizure duration than propofol in various patient groups.Ketamine also recorded increased efficacy in antidepressant but inconsistent activity in the length of seizures.Propofol was linked with shorter recovery times, although the reduction of seizures was constant and shorter each time. The reviews revealed a significant disparity in cognitive outcomes among the agents, with etomidate exhibiting better cognitive profiles than propofol in several trials.CONCLUSION The available evidence in the existing literature suggests that etomidate may be beneficial in terms of seizure duration and could yield satisfactory cognitive outcomes.Ketamine shows signs of greater treatment efficacy, but its application must be carefully evaluated in regard to dosage plans. The effectiveness of seizure control can be influenced by this predictive anesthesia that accompanies the rapid recovery of activities following propofol administration. The choice of anesthetic agent should be individualized, based on the nature of the patient and the motive behind the treatment,as well as institutional policy.Large-scale RCT is needed to provide evidence-based recommendations that may be taken decisively.

摘要Objective Transcranial focused ultrasound(tFUS)has emerged as a promising noninvasive neuromodulation technique capable of modulating neural activity with high spatial specificity. However, whether tFUS stimulation of the primary somatosensory cortex(S1)can reliably evoke conscious tactile perception without external peripheral sensory input remains unclear. Therefore, this study examined the feasibility of inducing hand-related tactile perception through targeted S1 stimulation and further investigated how sonication duration(SD),a key temporal parameter, influences the consistency of this perceptual response. The findings may provide empirical evidence for optimizing tFUS parameters in human somatosensory modulation. Methods Fortyeight healthy adults participated in the study and were assigned to two experiments.Experiment 1 included 24 participants and was designed to preliminarily examine whether S1-targeted tFUS could evoke hand-related tactile sensations. This experiment comprised two sub-experiments,Experiment 1a and Experiment 1b,with 12 participants in each.Specifically,Experiment 1a used a randomized active stimulation protocol targeting the bilateral S1 to assess the initial feasibility of inducing contralateral tactile perception, whereas Experiment 1b employed an alternating hemispheric design incorporating both active and sham stimulation to verify the specificity of the tFUS-induced sensations.Experiment 2 enrolled another 24 participants and used a real-sham dual-probe design to control for spatial tactile cues that might arise from probe-scalp contact.Five SD levels, including 200,400,600,800,and 1000 ms,were systematically tested to evaluate how stimulation duration influenced the behavioral response. The primary behavioral outcome was the perceptual consistency rate, quantified according to the accuracy of contralateral tactile localization. Results In Experiment 1,91.7%of participants reported reliable hand-related tactile sensations during active tFUS stimulation, including numbness, tingling,or similar sensory experiences.Contralateral localization accuracy under active stimulation was significantly higher than the 0.50 chance level(P<0.05).In contrast, localization performance under sham stimulation did not differ from chance, suggesting that the observed tactile responses were mainly induced by active S1-targeted tFUS stimulation rather than nonspecific stimulation cues.In Experiment 2,perceptual consistency rates significantly exceeded the chance level under the 400 and 1000 ms SD conditions(P<0.05),whereas no significant effect was observed at 200,600,or 800 ms.Pairwise comparisons further showed that the 400 and 1000 ms conditions produced significantly higher perceptual consistency rates than the 200 ms condition(P<0.05).Conclusion tFUS stimulation of S1 can elicit distinct hand-related tactile sensations without peripheral sensory input, demonstrating the feasibility of using targeted cortical ultrasound stimulation to induce conscious somatosensory perception. The reliability of this perceptual effect was modulated by sonication duration, indicating that temporal stimulation parameters play an important role in shaping both the occurrence and consistency of behavioral responses.Among the tested conditions,400 ms appeared to provide a favorable temporal window for generating stable tactile perception, whereas excessively short stimulation may be insufficient to produce consistent responses. These findings highlight the sensitivity of somatosensory networks to ultrasonic modulation and provide useful parameter guidance for the application of tFUS in noninvasive sensory enhancement and cortical functional mapping.

摘要BACKGROUND Disorders of consciousness are critical emergencies requiring timely intervention to improve outcomes.Process reengineering using checklists can enhance efficiency in clinical settings.AIM To evaluate whether checklist-based process reengineering in the Emergency Department reduces emergency stay duration and hospitalization time, and improves rescue success rate, prognosis, and satisfaction among patients with disorders of consciousness.METHODS From January 2021 to December 2023,our hospital admitted 400 emergency consciousness disorders patients using purposive sampling. The first 200,undergoing rescue without the checklist-based process, formed the control group. The next 200,post-implementation,constituted the observation group. We collected data on emergency stay duration, rescue success rate, hospitalization duration, and patient satisfaction for analysis.Patient prognosis in both groups was compared.RESULTS The observation group showed significantly shorter emergency stay duration, time to recovery, and overall hospitalization duration(intensive care unit, general ward, total)compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a higher rescue success rate(P<0.05)and better recovery rate(P<0.05)than the control group. Both medical staff and patients’family members reported higher satisfaction with the emergency rescue model after checklist-based process reengineering compared to the conventional emergency rescue model(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Emergency process reengineering based on checklists can effectively reduce the emergency stay duration for patients with consciousness disorders, improve rescue success rates, enhance patient prognosis, and increase overall medical and patient satisfaction.
摘要Dynamic shading behavior between buildings and other objects has been suggested as one way of changing microclimate and the change in microclimate that would in turn reduce the demand for heating and cooling.Understanding the dynamic shading behavior is an important aspect of the correct consideration of the sunshine in a built environment.Clearly,in order to reach the ideal landscape model for planting design, the light environment for plant growth also has to be taken into consideration. This study of dynamic sunshine distribution takes university buildings as a case to discover and discuss the light comfort zone for plant growth in the area adjacent to the buildings. In addition to simulating a shadow map that displays the duration of shadow at ground level a further number of shadow maps are constructed to represent the shadow patterns and durations at different heights above the ground. These are analyzed to gain an understanding of the vertical distribution of sunshine and its duration. Therefore we developed a novel concept, equivalent vertical sunshine hours curve(EVSH Curve),for different seasons and heights to review the required sunshine conditions for greening around a building. At the same time the behavior of the non-symmetrical light environment was observed on both sides of the portico due to the influence of nearby buildings.A more comprehensive deeper investigation of the light environment will indicate a more appropriate planting design for a greening place in a built environment.

摘要Objective This study aimed to investigate the impact of glycemic control and diabetes duration on subsequent myocardial infarction(MI)in patients with both coronary heart disease(CHD)and type 2 diabetes(T2D).Methods We conducted a retrospective cohort study of 33,238 patients with both CHD and T2D in Shenzhen,China.Patients were categorized into 6 groups based on baseline fasting plasma glucose(FPG)levels and diabetes duration(from the date of diabetes diagnosis to the baseline date)to examine their combined effects on subsequent MI.Cox proportional hazards regression models were used, with further stratification by age, sex, and comorbidities to assess potential interactions. Results Over a median follow-up of 2.4 years,2,110 patients experienced MI.Compared to those with optimal glycemic control(FPG8.0 mmol/L was 1.93(95%CI:1.59,2.36).The combined effects of FPG and diabetes duration on MI were largely similar across different age, sex, and comorbidity groups, although the excess risk of MI associated with long-term diabetes appeared to be more pronounced among those with atrial fibrillation. Conclusion Our study indicates that glycemic control and diabetes duration significant influence the subsequent occurrence of MI in patients with both CHD and T2D.Tailored management strategies emphasizing strict glycemic control may be particularly beneficial for patients with longer diabetes duration and atrial fibrillation.

摘要To investigate the influence of non-uniform water distribution on the mechanical properties and failure behavior of red sandstone,we designed five immersion heights and durations to achieve varying non-uniform water distribution states.Uniaxial compression tests were conducted on red sandstone under these conditions. The effects of non-uniform water distribution on deformation, failure, strength, and energy characteristics of red sandstone were analyzed. The impact of non-uniform water distribution on the intensity of rock failure was discussed, and the failure mechanism under non-uniform water distribution was revealed. The hazards of low immersion heights on underground rock structures were analyzed. The results demonstrate that peak strength and elastic modulus of red sandstone exhibit high sensitivity to immersion height, with reductions of 38%and 23%respectively even at L=1/50H.Water immersion reduces both energy storage capacity and energy dissipation capability of red sandstone. The immersion height and duration influence the failure mode of red sandstone by controlling the migration and separation of dry-wet interfaces.Low immersion height poses significant risks to underground rock structures(e.g.,a 38%strength reduction when L=1/50H),and the concentration degree of water non-uniform distribution is the key factor in assessing the weakening effect of water on rocks.

摘要Exotic plant invasions and increased atmospheric carbon dioxide(CO2)concentration have been determined to independently affect soil nematodes,a key component of soil biota. However, little is known about the long-term effects of these two global change factors and their interactive effects.Over three consecutive years,we cultivated invasive alien plant Xanthium strumarium and its two phylogenetically related natives under both ambient(aCO2)and elevated(eCO2)atmospheric CO2concentrations,and determined the effects of the invader and natives on soil nematodes under different CO2concentrations and the relevant mechanism. The abundance of total soil nematodes and that of the dominant trophic group(herbivores)were significantly affected by plant species and CO2concentration,and these effects were dependent on the experimental duration, however, the Shannon-diversity of nematodes was not affected by these factors.Under aCO2,both invasive and native species significantly increased the total nematode abundance and that of the dominant trophic group with increasing experimental duration, and the amplitude of the increase was greater under the invader relative to the natives. The eCO2increased total nematode abundance(second year)and that of the dominant trophic group(third year)under the invader, but not under the natives(or even decreased)with increasing experimental duration.Root litter had greater effects on soil nematode abundance than leaf litter and root exudates did. This study indicates that eCO2would aggravate effects of invasive plants on soil nematodes by increasing abundance, and these effects would vary with the duration.

摘要Background It remains unclear whether sleep duration and physical activity(PA)trajectories in middle-aged and older adults are associated with different risks of cardiovascular diseases(CVDs).This study aimed to explore the trajectories of total sleep duration and PA among middle-aged and older Chinese adults and their impact on CVD risk. Methods This study was based on the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study.12009 adults aged 45 years and older from five waves were included.CVD events were measured by self-reports of heart disease and stroke. We first used groupbased trajectory modeling to identify total sleep duration and PA trajectories from 2011 to 2020,and then employed logistic regression models to analyze their risk for CVD.Results We identified three sleep duration and PA trajectories. The risk of heart disease increased by 33%(OR=1.31,95%CI:1.12-1.53)for the short sleep duration trajectory(vs.moderate sleep duration trajectory),by 40%(OR=1.40,95%CI:1.06-1.84)for the high decreasing PA trajectory, and by 20%(OR=1.20,95%CI:1.01-1.42)for the low stable PA trajectory(vs.high stable PA trajectory),respectively.Similar results for stroke and CVD as the outcomes were also observed, but the higher risk of stroke in the high decreasing PA trajectory group was not statistically significant. The joint effects of sleep and PA showed lower risks of heart disease and stroke in trajectories with moderate or long sleep duration and high stable PA compared with short sleep duration and a low stable PA trajectory. Conclusions Short total sleep duration, high decreasing PA,and low stable PA trajectories could increase the risk of CVDs among middle-aged and older adults.Long-term moderate to long total sleep durations and high stable PA trajectories might be optimal for preventing CVDs.

摘要Liquid nitrogen(LN2)assisted fracturing has received considerable attention in hot dry rock reservoir reforming. In this paper, the cracked straight through Brazilian disc(CSTBD)specimen was used to investigate the effect of water-immersion duration's effect on fracture characteristics of heated granite cooled by LN2.The target temperature ranges from 25℃to 600℃.The heated granite was cooled in LN2to−196℃and then immersed in water for different durations of time. The CSTBD specimens were subjected to static compression and dynamic impact by a split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB).The results show that in static compression, granite's mode-I fracture toughness decreases with increasing temperature, and static maximum principal strain(ε1s)and static crack tip opening displacement(CTODs)increase with increasing temperature. When the heating temperature is the same, fracture toughness reaches the minimum and maximum when water-immersion durations are 0.5 min and 1 min, respectively. At 25℃-600℃,ε1sand CTODs are maximum when immersed in water for 0.5 min.At 400℃,the longer the granite is immersed in water, the dynamic fracture toughness(DFT)increases and then decreases under dynamic impact. The dynamic initiation toughness is less than the DFT,reaching the maximum at 0.5 min.Under dynamic impact, dynamic crack tip opening displacement(CTODD)and the maximum principal strain decrease and then increase, reaching their maximum at 1.5 min.At 400℃,the DFT and the CTODD under dynamic impact are 239.06%and 263.15%larger than those at static compression when immersed in water for 1.5 min.
摘要The associations of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)exposure with short sleep duration(SSD)have rarely been studied. We aimed to evaluate the correlation between VOC exposure and SSD risk, while also exploring the potential mediating influence of depressive symptoms.Blood concentrations of seven VOCs,namely benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,m-/p-xylene,o-xylene,styrene(collectively known as BTEXS),and 1,4-dichlorobenzene,were analyzed in 2905 U.S.adults.Weighted logistic regression,quantile-based g-computation(QGC),and weighted quantile sum(WQS)regression were employed to investigate associations between selected VOCs and SSD risk.Mediation analyses were conducted to explore the potential mediating effects of depressive symptoms on these relationships.Increased blood levels of BTEXS were positively correlated with SSD risk, with odds ratios(OR)ranging from 1.130 to 1.212(all P<0.05).A nonlinear association between toluene concentration and SSD risk was observed(P for nonlinearity=0.028).Both QGC and WQS analyses indicated a positive association between co-exposure to VOCs and SSD,with styrene showing the highest positive weights(QGC:OR=1.313,95%confidence interval(CI):1.038–1.660;WQS:OR=1.386,95%CI:1.111–1.731).Furthermore,BTEXS exposure was positively linked to depressive symptoms, which in turn were significantly associated with SSD risk.Mediation analyses revealed that depressive symptoms partially mediated the relationships between individual and mixed VOCs and SSD risk, with mediation proportions ranging from 15.87%to 20.54%(all P<0.05).These findings indicated that exposure to VOCs increased SSD risk, with depressive symptoms playing a partial mediating role.
摘要This paper investigates the selective maintenance o systems that perform multi-mission in succession. Comparative and sensitivity analyses are made to provide proven recommendations for decision-makers.
摘要Type 2 diabetes(T2D)is a global public health issue. In 2021,537 million adults were diagnosed with T2D,corresponding to 10.5%of adults aged 20 and older.1T2D increases the risks for morbidity, disability, and premature mortality, which increased by 3%between 2000 and 2019.2 Evidence is strong that maintaining a healthy diet, engaging in regular physical activity(PA),and preventing obesity can prevent or delay the incidence of T2D.
摘要Avian incubation is characterised by the contact between the eggs and the bird's skin to transfer heat to increase egg temperature above ambient conditions. The reasons why eggs under intermittent incubation are not considerably cooler than eggs during constant incubation are discussed.
