微生物降解煤岩作用具有增气、增孔、增解等优点已引起国内外学者广泛关注。为探究微生物降解过程中煤储层微观孔隙结构演化规律,利用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)技术对鄂尔多斯盆地南部黄陵矿区侏罗系原煤及微生物降解后煤的微观孔隙结构... 微生物降解煤岩作用具有增气、增孔、增解等优点已引起国内外学者广泛关注。为探究微生物降解过程中煤储层微观孔隙结构演化规律,利用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)技术对鄂尔多斯盆地南部黄陵矿区侏罗系原煤及微生物降解后煤的微观孔隙结构进行原位对比研究,发现了微生物对煤岩微观孔隙改造的直接证据,基于图像二值化处理和盒维数分形方法定量表征了微生物降解前后煤储层孔隙结构的分形维数变化规律。结果表明:黄陵矿区原煤样品孔裂隙均比较发育,原生孔以气孔为主,次生孔可见碎粒孔、角砾孔、摩擦孔等,裂隙以外生裂隙为主,宽度为1~2μm。微生物降解后煤储层孔隙的形状和大小均发生改变,且孔隙直径变大。煤有机质在微生物降解作用下变得松散,并新增大量屑间孔。在煤基质表面发现了微生物作用的痕迹,为微生物作用煤岩过程提供了直接证据。微生物降解后的煤孔隙结构分形维数降低,煤基质颗粒表面变得光滑,孔隙变得简单,原始分形维数与其改变量呈正相关关系,表明煤储层的原始孔隙结构越复杂,微生物改造效果越好。 展开更多

通过铸体薄片与场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM),将泌阳凹陷核桃园组三段致密砂岩储层储集空间分为粒间孔、粒内孔、裂缝三大类,以粒间孔与粒内孔为主,再根据矿物组成将粒间孔划分为石英粒间孔、长石粒间孔、石英颗粒边缘孔、长石颗粒边缘孔、... 通过铸体薄片与场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM),将泌阳凹陷核桃园组三段致密砂岩储层储集空间分为粒间孔、粒内孔、裂缝三大类,以粒间孔与粒内孔为主,再根据矿物组成将粒间孔划分为石英粒间孔、长石粒间孔、石英颗粒边缘孔、长石颗粒边缘孔、碳酸盐矿物粒间孔,将粒内孔分为石英溶蚀孔、长石溶蚀孔、碳酸盐矿物粒内孔、黏土矿物晶间孔等,粒内孔在中部3023~3035m层段相对发育。基于高分辨率FE-SEM大视域拼接技术,将上述所细分孔隙类型进行了定量标定。研究结果表明,泌阳凹陷核三段致密砂岩储层面孔率为3.75%,其中粒间孔与粒内孔面孔率分别为2.35%和1.38%,裂缝面孔率仅为0.02%。不同的储集空间类型中,孔隙直径的分布有所差异,其中石英粒间孔与长石粒间孔均以50~100nm的直径所占比例最大,占比分别为42.4%与30%,石英颗粒边缘孔与长石颗粒边缘孔则以直径100~200nm的居多,均占30%;粒间孔中,尽管直径大于1000nm的孔隙所占数量比例均小于6%,但其对孔隙面积的贡献非常大,其中直径大于1000nm的石英粒间孔与长石粒间孔均占其总孔隙面积的95%以上;各类型粒内孔均以直径100~200nm的孔隙为主,石英溶蚀孔及长石溶蚀孔在孔隙面积分布上与其他粒内孔有所差异,其孔隙面积以直径200~500nm的孔隙略具优势,所占比例均大于35%。 展开更多

准噶尔盆地西北部风城组是盆地的主力烃源岩,是未来页岩油勘探开发的重点层位。前人研究主要针对风城组的沉积环境、岩石学、储层孔隙结构及物性等方面,但对于页岩油微观赋存特征相关研究较为薄弱。为揭示准噶尔盆地西北部风城组不同岩... 准噶尔盆地西北部风城组是盆地的主力烃源岩,是未来页岩油勘探开发的重点层位。前人研究主要针对风城组的沉积环境、岩石学、储层孔隙结构及物性等方面,但对于页岩油微观赋存特征相关研究较为薄弱。为揭示准噶尔盆地西北部风城组不同岩相页岩的含油性与页岩油微观赋存特征,本文采集4口钻井的81件泥页岩样品,通过场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、核磁共振(NMR)、分步抽取实验联合应用,建立了一种研究复杂岩相页岩油赋存状态影响因素的方法,有效避免了单项实验带来的误差及偶然性,系统表征研究区6种岩相页岩油赋存特征。实验证实,FE-SEM与NMR的联合应用,能有效识别页岩油赋存状态,游离油表现为T2>2 ms、T1/T2≈10的线性分布,主要赋存于>50 nm的孔隙和微裂缝中,吸附油表现为T2<2 ms、T1/T2≈100的带状分布,主要以油膜形式存在于黏土矿物表面及黄铁矿集合体内,可为区分页岩油的甜点岩相提供技术支撑;NMR测试方法与轻重烃三次分步抽取实验的联合应用,并结合不同岩相页岩油储集类型发育特征,明确指出灰质泥页岩为研究区风城组最有利岩相,其次为白云质泥页岩(赋油能力最强)和白云质凝灰岩。其中,哈深斜1井区风三段具有高含油性(TOC 1.5%~5.13%,S11.2~4.02 mg/g,游离油占比20%~40%),高孔隙度(孔隙度4.2%~6.58%,发育粒内孔、粒间孔和微裂缝),高脆性(脆性矿物含量55%~71%,里氏硬度450~650,可压性好)等特征,为最有利目标层段。 展开更多

[目的]分析短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)ClpX蛋白对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)的抑菌活性。[方法]利用硫酸铵沉淀法对短小芽孢杆菌LG-1培养上清进行浓缩;利用蛋白酶k消化法分析LG-1上清中抑菌活性物质的理化性质;利用高效液相色谱串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)对LG-1浓缩上清中的物质进行鉴定利用免疫沉淀法富集ClpX蛋白;利用微量肉汤法测定目标蛋白的最低抑菌浓度(mic);利用ATP生物发光法分析目标蛋白对S. aureus细菌活力的影响;利用膜电位探针DiBAC4(3)检测目标蛋白对S. aureus细菌细胞膜电位的影响;利用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)分析目标蛋白对S. aureus菌体形态的影响。[结果]实验证明LG-1培养上清中的抑菌物质为蛋白质。质谱分析鉴定出的匹配肽段数目≥2的蛋白共13个,这些蛋白中有3种蛋白为Clp蛋白酶复合体的成员,其中包括调节亚基ClpX蛋白。微量肉汤法结果显示ClpX蛋白对S. aureus的最低抑菌浓度为0.75 mg/mL,ATP生物发光法检测结果显示其对S. aureus的细菌活力的抑制率达到87.42%,抑制作用显著。膜电位探针DiBAC4(3)检测结果表明S. aureus经2 mic的ClpX蛋白处理后呈现超极化,提示细胞膜受到损伤;扫描电子显微镜的结果表明经2 mic的ClpX蛋白处理后,部分S. aureus的细胞壁破损或缺失,提示细菌细胞壁受到损伤。[结论]短小芽孢杆菌LG-1的ClpX蛋白能够显著抑制S. aureus的增殖和活力,破坏S. aureus的细胞膜和细胞壁。本研究首次报道了ClpX对S. aureus抑菌作用,为ClpX在控制S. aureus感染和耐药中的进一步研究和应用提供了理论依据。 展开更多

铁基非晶纤维混凝土抗压强度与微观结构研究 认领 引用

研究目的:铁基非晶合金纤维因无晶界、位错、滑移面等结构而拥有优良的力学和抗腐蚀性能,能够有效解决滨海工程混凝土中钢纤维易锈蚀问题,但铁基非晶合金纤维改性混凝土强度随龄期增长规律、筋材-混凝土基质接触界面特征尚有待深入研究... 研究目的:铁基非晶合金纤维因无晶界、位错、滑移面等结构而拥有优良的力学和抗腐蚀性能,能够有效解决滨海工程混凝土中钢纤维易锈蚀问题,但铁基非晶合金纤维改性混凝土强度随龄期增长规律、筋材-混凝土基质接触界面特征尚有待深入研究。论文以钢纤维混凝土、素混凝土为对照,对不同养护龄期、不同掺入质量分数、不同长度铁基非晶合金纤维改性混凝土进行了抗压强度试验与SEM电镜扫描。研究结论:(1)铁基非晶合金纤维能够增强混凝土延性和抗压强度,其中3~4 cm的铁基非晶合金纤维对混凝土延性具有明显提升作用,而2~3 cm的铁基非晶合金纤维效果不明显;(2)不同养护龄期条件下掺加纤维长度为2~3 cm的FAMFRC单轴抗压强度最大,为52.2 MPa、51.1 MPa、55.5 MPa,分别较PC提高了32.20%、42.53%、25.57%;(3)SEM显示铁基非晶合金纤维与混凝土基质接触界面孔隙更少,结构更致密,但其表面光滑导致机械咬合力较弱,易发生剪切破坏,造成峰后承载能力下降较快;(4)本研究成果可为滨海、海工耐腐蚀混凝土改性及应用提供数据支撑。 展开更多

打印文件的伪造与篡改在各类案件中时有发生,因其隐蔽性高、材料来源广、成本低、加工易等特点,已成为犯罪分子常用的作案手段。墨粉作为激光打印文件的重要组成部分,不同厂家、不同型号的打印机所使用的墨粉化学成分及相对含量存在一... 打印文件的伪造与篡改在各类案件中时有发生,因其隐蔽性高、材料来源广、成本低、加工易等特点,已成为犯罪分子常用的作案手段。墨粉作为激光打印文件的重要组成部分,不同厂家、不同型号的打印机所使用的墨粉化学成分及相对含量存在一定差异,据此实现打印文件的溯源鉴别。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜-能谱(FE-SEM-EDS)观察墨粉的形态、测定分析打印文件墨粉的化学组成并结合化学计量学多元分析方法对28个打印样本进行分类区别。激光打印机墨粉的EDS检测结果显示,其常见元素包括C、O、Na、Mg、Al、Si、S、Cl、Ca、Ti、Cu、Mo、Mn、Fe、Co、Sr及W等,且各元素的质量分数存在差异,其中C、O、Fe为主要元素,Ca、Si、Al、Cl等次之。聚类分析将28个打印样本划分为5类、14个簇;主成分分析(PCA)可完全解释28个打印样本数据集的差异特征,累积方差贡献率达97.490%;采用配对样本t检验对PCA结果中关联性较强的样本进一步验证,结果显示所有配对数据的p值均小于0.01,在0.01水平上具有显著性差异。基于交叉验证,并结合所有打印样本的FESEM-EDS数据,构建的PCA与线性判别分析两种统计模型,可对5个未知样本实现准确分类,分类准确率达100%,且能识别未知打印样本的来源。FE-SEM-EDS结合化学计量学方法可以对激光打印文件进行快速有效、无损检验,为未知激光打印文件溯源提供了一种新的思路。 展开更多

Surface modification by physical adsorption of Tween 20 was accomplished on polypropylene microporous membranes (PPMMs). Attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR/FT-IR) and field emission scanning electron microscope (FE- SEM) were used to characterize the chemical and morphological changes on the membrane surfaces. Water contact angles and relative pure water fluxes were measured. The data showed that the hydrophilic performance for the modified membranes increased with the increase in the adsorption amount of Tween 20 onto the surface or into the pores of polypropylene microporous membranes. To test the antifouling property of the membranes by the adsorption of Tween 20 in a membrane bioreactor (MBR), filtration for active sludge was performed using synthetic wastewater. With the help of the data of water fluxes and the FE-SEM photos of the modified PPMMs before or after operating in a MBR for about 12 d, the PPMMs with monolayer adsorption of Tween 20 showed higher remained flux and stronger antifouling ability than unmodified membrane and other modification membranes studied. 展开更多

To determine the ash characteristics during fluidized bed combustion and gasification purposes,the investigation of the impacts of chemical composition of Jincheng coal ash on the sintering temperature was conducted.A series of experiments on the sintering behavior at 0.5 MPa was performed using the pressurized pressure-drop technique in the combustion and gasification atmospheres.Meanwhile,the mineral transformations of sintered ash pellets were observed using X-ray diffractometer(XRD)analyzer to better understand the experimental results.In addition,quantitative XRD and field emission scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(FE-SEM/EDS)analyses of ash samples were used for clarifying the detailed ash melting mechanism.These results show that the addition of Fe2O3 can obviously reduce the sintering temperatures under gasification atmospheres,and only affect a little the sintering temperature under combustion atmosphere.This may be due to the presence of iron-bearing minerals,which will react with other ash compositions to produce low-melting-point eutectics.The FE-SEM/EDS analyses of ash samples with Fe2O3 additive show consistent results with the XRD measurements.The CaO and Na20 can reduce the sintering temperatures under both the combustion and gasification atmospheres.This can be also contributed to the formation of low-melting-point eutectics,decreasing the sintering temperature.Moreover,the fluxing minerals,such as magnetite,anhydrite,muscovite,albite and nepheline,contribute mostly to the reduction of the sintering temperature while the feldspar minerals,such as anorthite,gehlenite and sanidine,can react with other minerals to produce low-melting-point eutectics,and thereby reduce the sintering temperatures. 展开更多

This work investigated the element distribution of perthite from the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation tight sandstone in the Ordos Basin of northern China by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). FE-SEM results indicate significant differences in the morphology of Na-rich feldspar when K-rich feldspar is the main component of the perthite. EDS results show that different types of perthite have clearly defined differences on different element indexes. Additionally, indexes such as average-weight-K(K-rich)/Na(Na-rich), maximumweight-K(Na-rich)/Na(Na-rich) and average-atomic-K(K-rich)/Na(Na-rich) might be the most effective ones to identify perthite types. Perthite is divided into six main types, i.e., perthite with thick parallel stripe distribution, with thin parallel stripe distribution, with lumpy stripe distribution, with dendritic stripe distribution, with encircling stripe distribution, and with mixed stripe distribution. 展开更多

The mechanical properties and acoustic emission characteristics of thick hard roof sandstone were investigated. Samples were taken from the 30.87-m thick sandstone roof in a mine in the Shengdong coal field, China. Firstly, the composition and microscopic characteristics were analyzed by XRD and FE-SEM, respectively. Moreover, the indirect tensile test, uniaxial compression test, three axis compression experiment and AE test are carried out by using RMT-150C mechanics experiment system with DSS-8B AE test system. The experiment results indicate that the main framework particles of sandstone are quartz and feldspar, and mainly quartz. Cements are mainly pyrite, kaolinite, chlorite and zeolite cross needle, clinochlore, and clay minerals. The microstructure of sandstone is very dense, with few pores and high cementation degree. The tensile strength, compressive strength and elastic modulus of sandstone are 4.825, 85.313 MPa, 13.814 GPa, respectively, so the sandstone belongs to hard rock. The AE cumulative counts of sandstone can be divided into three phases: relatively flat growth period, rapid growth period and spurt period. The signal strength of AE waveform can be used as a warning signal. In the tensile fracture zone, the warning value is 0.4 mV, and in the compression shear failure zone, it is 4 mV. The numbers of cumulative counts of AE under different stress conditions have obvious difference. Moreover, the growth of cumulative counts of acoustic emission is more obvious when the stress is more than 60% of the peak stress. 展开更多

The organic-rich shale of the Shanxi and Taiyuan Formation of the Lower Permian deposited in a marinecontinental transitional environment are well developed in the Ordos Basin,NW China,which is considered to contain a large amount of shale hydrocarbon resources.This study takes the Lower Permian Shanxi and Taiyuan shale collected from well SL~# in the Ordos Basin,NW China as an example to characterize the transitional shale reservoir.Based on organic geochemistry data,X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis,field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)observations,the desorbed gas contents of this transitional shale were systematically studied and the shale gas potential was investigated.The results indicate that the Lower Permian Shanxi and Taiyuan shale has a relatively high total organic carbon(TOC)(average TOC of 4.9%)and contains type III kerogen with a high mature to over mature status.XRD analyses show that an important characteristic of the shale is that clay and brittle minerals of detrital origin comprise the major mineral composition of the marine-continental transitional shale samples,while the percentages of carbonate minerals,pyrite and siderite are relatively small.FE-SEM observations reveal that the mineral matrix pores are the most abundant in the Lower Permian shale samples,while organic matter(OM)pores are rarely developed.Experimental analysis suggests that the mineral compositions mainly govern the macropore development in the marine-continental transitional shale,and mineral matrix pores and microfractures are considered to provide space for gas storage and migration.In addition,the desorption experiments demonstrated that the marine-continental transitional shale in the Ordos Basin has a significantly potential for shale gas exploration,ranging from 0.53 to 2.86 m^3 with an average value of 1.25m^3,which is in close proximity to those of terrestrial shale(1.29 m^3)and marine shale(1.28 m^3).In summary,these results demonstrated that the Lower Permian marine-continental transitional shale in the Ordos Basin has a significantly potential for shale gas exploration. 展开更多

Tamusu mudstone formation, located in the Alxa area in western Inner Mongolia, is considered a potential host formation for high-level radioactive waste(HLW) underground disposal in China. In this study, complementary analyses with X-ray diffraction(XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM), mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP), and N2 physisorption isotherm were conducted on the Tamusu mudstone to characterize its physical characteristics and microstructural features, such as mineral compositions and pore structure. Several minerals, including carbonates, feldspar, clays and analcime, were identified in Tamusu mudstone by XRD. Images from FE-SEM show that pores in the Tamusu mudstone were dominantly on nanometer scale and generally located within their mineral matrix or at the interface with non-porous minerals. The combination of the MIP and N_2 physisorption curves indicated that the Tamusu mudstone has diverse pore sizes, a porosity varying from 2.34% to 2.84%, and a total pore volume in the range of 0.0065—0.0222 cm3/g with the average pore diameter ranging from 9.6 nm to 19.23 nm. The specific surface area measured by MIP(2.572—5.861 m2/g) was generally higher than that by N2 physisorption(1.29—3.04 m2/g), due to the pore network effect, pore shape(e.g. ink-bottle shape), or technique limits. The results related to pore information can be applied as an input in the future to model single-or multi-phase fluid flow and the transport of radionuclides in porous geomedium by migration and diffusion. 展开更多

Nanoscale pore characteristics of the Upper Permian Longtan transitional mudrocks and their equivalent strata Wujiaping Formation marine mudrocks in and around the eastern Sichuan Basin was investigated using field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM)and low-pressure N2 adsorption experiments.The results indicate that the Upper Permian mudrock is at a mature stage with total organic carbon(TOC)values ranging between 0.47%and 12.3%.The Longtan mudrocks mainly contain vitrinite,and their mineral composition is primarily clay.In contrast,the Wujiaping mudrocks are dominated by sapropelinite and solid bitumen,and their mineral compositions are mainly quartz and a notably high amount of pyrite.The FE-SEM reveals that clay mineral pores and microcracks are the common pore types in the Longtan mudrocks.The specific surface area and pore volume depend on the clay content but are negatively correlated with the TOC.The generation of nanometer pores in the Longtan mudrocks is caused by high clay mineral contents.Meanwhile,the Wujiaping mudrock mainly contains OM pores,and the pore parameters are positively correlated with the TOC.The OM pore development exhibits remarkable differences in the Longtan and Wujiaping mudrocks,which might be related to their sedimentary facies and maceral fractions.Vitrinite and inertinite appear as discrete particles in these mudrocks and cannot generate pores during thermal maturation.Sapropelinite often contains many secondary pores,and solid bitumen with large particles,usually with several pores,is not the major contributor to the pore system of the investigated mudrock. 展开更多
