在艺术与科技研究领域中,针对目前大部分现有公开数据集过于老旧而导致已有研究方法在实际GUI(Graphical User Interface)检测中因界面所特有的组件种类多样、背景复杂的情况,同时因高分辨率显示器使得部分组件更小更密集从而导致检测...在艺术与科技研究领域中,针对目前大部分现有公开数据集过于老旧而导致已有研究方法在实际GUI(Graphical User Interface)检测中因界面所特有的组件种类多样、背景复杂的情况,同时因高分辨率显示器使得部分组件更小更密集从而导致检测效率不高和检测精度瓶颈等问题,该文依托太原师范学院智能科技与艺术创新科研平台自行构建GUI数据集并基于RT-DETR模型进行改进提出EM-DETR,构建面向GUI组件检测任务的实时目标检测网络创新性优化策略。为突破低质量样本与计算效率的双重限制,创新构建了引入增强定位敏感区域的表达能力模块的EMViT轻量化骨干网络;与此同时,为改善最近邻插值法可能出现细节丢失、锯齿状边缘和图像失真等问题,引入DySample上采样算子;最后为了解决低质量样本回归难题,设计基于WIoUv3的动态梯度分配策略。本实验在太原师范学院智能科技与艺术创新科研平台提供的GUI数据集中验证了检测精度及效率平衡方面的有效性。实验结果表明,检测平均精度(mAP)达到了89.8%,相较于原始RT-DETR提升了9.53百分点,同时,EM-DETR在检测速度上也表现出色,在GUI组件检测这一细分场景下,首次将RT-DETR架构的精度提高到可落地水平,在保持可接受的实时性同时大大提高了检测正确率。现已将其应用到教育部产学合作协同育人公示企业山西赛迩教育科技有限公司中的产品研发环节,取得良好效果。展开更多
In the expanding Internet of Things(IoT)ecosystem,billions of interconnected devices exchange sensitive data,making secure and usable authentication critical.IoT devices in public or shared environments are vulnerable...In the expanding Internet of Things(IoT)ecosystem,billions of interconnected devices exchange sensitive data,making secure and usable authentication critical.IoT devices in public or shared environments are vulnerable to shoulder-surfing and video recorded observation attacks.Traditional passwords and static graphical schemes remain susceptible due to predictable patterns and direct credential entry.This study presents a novel recognition-based graphical authentication scheme that combines pass-image selection with compass direction substitution and rotation logic to resist observation-based attacks.A prototype was evaluated with 58 participants over three days.Usability metrics included registration time,login time,success rate,and error rate.Memorability and resistance to shoulder-surfing were also assessed.Results showed that login times decreased from 43.62 to 37.78 s,while success rates increased from 40%to 53%,indicating rapid adaptation.Memorability scores improved from 2.05 to 2.19 on a 3-point scale,with perfect recall for five-image passwords by Day 3.Shoulder-surfing tests recorded a 0%attacker success rate.The preliminary results suggest that the scheme offers a useful balance of usability,memorability,and resistance to single session observation attacks.Future work will explore adaptive complexity and accessibility features to further enhance secure authentication.展开更多

BACKGROUND Zuo Gui pill(ZGP)is a traditional Chinese herbal formula originating from Jing Yue Quan Shu,a medical text from China's Ming Dynasty.It is commonly administered to cure osteoporosis,stroke,and ovarian a...BACKGROUND Zuo Gui pill(ZGP)is a traditional Chinese herbal formula originating from Jing Yue Quan Shu,a medical text from China's Ming Dynasty.It is commonly administered to cure osteoporosis,stroke,and ovarian aging-related disorders.However,the research on the molecular mechanisms and regulatory pathways of type 2 diabetic osteoporosis(T2DOP)is limited.AIM To explore the effects and underlying mechanisms of ZGP in alleviating oxidative damage and inflammatory responses in T2DOP.METHODS Network pharmacology was applied to screen the active components of ZGP,followed by pathway enrichment analysis to identify potential therapeutic targets.A T2DOP rat model was established to evaluate the therapeutic effect of ZGP in T2DOP and observe the levels of oxidative damage,inflammatory response,protein and gene expression levels of nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2),hemoxygenase-1(HO-1),glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4),and XCT in bone tissue as well as M1 macrophage expression in both the ZGP treatment group and the A total of 76 active compounds were identified in ZGP.Pathway enrichment analysis showed that the treatment of T2DOP is linked to the Nrf2 signaling pathway.Animal studies showed that compared with the model group the ZGP group and ZGP+Fer-1 group showed no significant decrease in blood glucose but significant reductions in total cholesterol,triglycerides,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(P<0.001).Bone microstructure parameters showed significant improvement in the ZGP group compared with the model group(P<0.001).Antioxidant molecule levels and serum inflammatory cytokine levels were markedly decreased(P<0.001).The protein and gene expression of Nrf2,HO-1,GPX4,and XCT were significantly higher(P<0.05).Bone marrow macrophage M1 cells in bone tissue were markedly lower(P<0.05).Cotreatment with ZGP and Fer-1 was associated with restoration of the Nrf2/HO-1/XCT/GPX4 axis and attenuation of oxidative stress and ferroptosis-related changes,accompanied by reduced inflammatory responses and decreased M1 macrophage polarization.Type 2 diabetic osteoporosis(T2DOP)is a common complication of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).It is characterized by reduced bone mineral density(BMD)and impaired bone microstructure,which increase the risk of fractures and impose a serious economic burden on patients[1].Currently,the main treatment for T2DOP relies on the combined use of antidiabetic drugs and anti-osteoporosis medications.However,commonly used antidiabetic drugs in clinical practice,such as thiazolidinediones,sulfonylureas,and sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 inhibitors,can actually decrease BMD and increase the risk of fractures[2,3].Bisphosphonates,widely used anti-resorptive drugs,may cause gastrointestinal discomfort with long-term use and in some cases may lead to atypical femoral fractures and osteonecrosis of the jaw.These drugs all have limitations and potential side effects.Therefore,seeking safer and more effective treatment options is an urgent priority.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is a distinctive therapy that targets multiple pathways and promotes overall balance in the human body.TCM can also alleviate the destruction of bone structure.It minimizes the negative effects associated with persistent use of modern drugs,bringing hope to patients.Therefore,Zuo Gui pill(ZGP)may be a new opportunity for the treatment of T2DOP.展开更多

摘要Graphical abstracts(GAs)are emerging as a pivotal tool in medical literature,enhancing the dissemination and comprehension of complex clinical data through visual summaries.This editorial highlights the significant advantages of GAs,including improved clarity,increased reader engagement,and enhanced visibility of research findings.By transforming intricate scientific data into accessible visual formats,these abstracts facilitate quick and effective knowledge transfer,crucial in clinical decision-making and patient care.However,challenges such as potential data misrepresentation due to oversimplification,the skill gap in graphic design among researchers,and the lack of standardized creation guidelines pose barriers to their widespread adoption.Additionally,while software such as Adobe Illustrator,BioRender,and Canva are commonly employed to create these visuals,not all researchers may be proficient in their use.To address these issues,we recommend that academic journals establish clear guidelines and provide necessary design training to researchers.This proactive approach will ensure the creation of high-quality GAs,promote their standardization,and expand their use in clinical reporting,ultimately benefiting the medical community and improving healthcare outcomes.
