The accuracy and reliability of nuclear data evaluated for Zr isotopes are directly related to the safety and efficiency of nuclear engineering. To provide experimental data for refining Zr nuclear data, we obtained the leakage neutron time-of-flight(TOF) spectra of natural Zr samples with three thicknesses at six angles using the D–T fusion neutron source in an integral experimental setup. The experimental results were compared with simulated TOF spectra generated using the Monte Carlo N-Particle Transport Code and nuclear data libraries, including CENDL-3.2, ENDF/B-Ⅷ.0, JEFF-3.3, and JENDL-5. An analysis of the calculated-to-experimental ratios revealed the following:(1) The CENDL-3.2 library lightly underestimated elastic scattering at small angles but significantly overestimated it at larger angles and in discrete inelastic scattering ranges.(2) The ENDF/B-Ⅷ.0 library significantly underestimated the discrete inelastic scattering ranges.(3) The JEFF-3.3 library consistently overestimated the measurements in both the elastic and discrete inelastic scattering ranges.(4) The JENDL-5 library demonstrated the best agreement with the experimental data among all libraries. These results highlight the inconsistencies in existing nuclear data for Zr isotopes and emphasize the necessity for further refinement to enhance their accuracy and reliability.展开更多

This paper investigates the free vibration of multi-walled CNTs (MWCNTs) with mathematically well-posed two-phase strain-driven and stress-driven nonlocal integral models incorporating the bi-Helmholtz kernel. The van der Waals (vdW) forces coupling MWCNT layers are similarly modeled as size-dependent via the bi-Helmholtz two-phase nonlocal integral framework. Critically, conventional pure strain-driven or stress-driven formulations become over-constrained when nonlocal vdW interactions are considered. The two-phase strategy resolves this limitation by enabling consistent coupling. Each bi-Helmholtz integral constitutive equation is equivalently transformed into a differential form requiring four additional constitutive boundary conditions (CBCs). The numerical solutions are obtained with the generalized differential quadrature method (GDQM) for these coupled higher-order equations. The parametric studies on double-walled CNTs (DWCNTs) and triple-walled CNTs (TWCNTs) elucidate the nonlocal effects predicted by both formulations. Additionally, the influence of nonlocal parameters within vdW forces is systematically evaluated to comprehensively characterize the size effects in MWCNTs.展开更多

Additionally, the influence of nonlocal parameters within vdW forces is systematically evaluated to comprehensively characterize the size effects in MWCNTs.

摘要Kirchhoff integral migration imaging is widely used in industrial production due to its advantages of not being limited by observation systems, good target imaging effects, and high computational efficiency.Vertical transversely isotropic(VTI)media,as a typical anisotropic media, has always been a primary focus of anisotropic migration imaging research. We focus on the problems of low accuracy and efficiency in travel-time calculations associated with conventional Kirchhoff integral migration for VTI media.A travel-time calculation method based on physical-informed neural network(PINN)for VTI media is introduced into the process of Kirchhoff integral migration imaging.Model experiments and field data processing have shown that the travel-time calculation based on PINN can significantly improve both the accuracy and efficiency when compared to traditional finite difference algorithms,there-by enabling high-precision Kirchhoff integral migration imaging for VTI media.

摘要Beryllium(9Be)serves as a crucial neutron multiplier and reflection material, being extensively employed in the nuclear industry. The evaluated nuclear data are utilized in the design of the nuclear devices.Following the interaction between neutrons and9Be,all neutrons generated stem from the9Be(n,2n)8Be reaction channel, except for the elastic scattering reaction channel.Nevertheless, the data of the outgoing neutron double differential cross section of the reaction channel provided by the latest internationally evaluated libraries still exhibit considerable discrepancies.A shielding integral experiment based on slab9Be samples with measurements of neutron spectra leaked from different angles is an effective approach to verify the double differential cross-section data.Hence,in this study,a shielding integral experiment of9Be samples of different thicknesses was conducted using a nanosecond pulsed deuterium-tritium neutron source established by the China Institute of Atomic Energy. The neutron time-of-flight spectra of three thicknesses(4.4 cm,8.8 cm,and 13.2 cm)and six angles(47°,58°,73°,107°,122°,and 133°)were measured by the neutron time-of-flight method, and 18 sets of experimental data were obtained.Additionally, the MCNP-4C program was used to obtain the simulated results of the leakage neutron spectra using the evaluated nuclear data of9Be from the CENDL-3.2,ENDF/B-Ⅷ.0,JENDL-5,and JEFF-3.3 libraries. The simulated results of the leakage neutron spectra were compared with the experimental results, and the results showed that in the elastic scattering energy region, the simulated results from the CENDL-3.2,ENDF/B-Ⅷ.0,and JENDL-5 libraries were slightly higher at small angles and slightly lower at large angles. In the(n,2n)energy region, the simulated results from the CENDL-3.2 library were significantly different from the experimental results in terms of spectral shape, and the simulated results from the ENDF/B-Ⅷ.0 and the JENDL-5 libraries were in good agreement with the experimental results at small angles but low at large angles. The simulated results from the JEFF-3.3 library showed serious underestimation at all angles.

摘要Lead(Pb)plays a significant role in the nuclear industry and is extensively used in radiation shielding, radiation protection, neutron moderation, radiation measurements, and various other critical functions.Consequently, the measurement and evaluation of Pb nuclear data are highly regarded in nuclear scientific research, emphasizing its crucial role in the field.Using the time-of-flight(ToF)method,the neutron leakage spectra from threenatPb samples were measured at 60°and 120°based on the neutronics integral experimental facility at the China Institute of Atomic Energy(CIAE).ThenatPb sample sizes were30 cm×30 cm×5 cm,30 cm×30 cm×10 cm,and 30 cm×30 cm×15 cm.Neutron sources were generated by the Cockcroft-Walton accelerator, producing approximately 14.5 MeV and 3.5 MeV neutrons through the T(d,n)4He and D(d,n)3He reactions, respectively.Leakage neutron spectra were also calculated by employing the Monte Carlo code of MCNP-4C,and the nuclear data of Pb isotopes from four libraries:CENDL-3.2,JEFF-3.3,JENDL-5,and ENDF/B-Ⅷ.0 were used individually.By comparing the simulation and experimental results, improvements and deficiencies in the evaluated nuclear data of the Pb isotopes were analyzed. Most of the calculated results were consistent with the experimental results;however,a few areas did not fit well.In the(n,el)energy range, the simulated results from CENDL-3.2 were significantly overestimated;in the(n,inl)D and the(n,inl)C energy regions, the results from CENDL-3.2 and ENDF/B-Ⅷ.0 were significantly overestimated at 120°,and the results from JENDL-5 and JEFF-3.3 are underestimated at 60°in the(n,inl)D energy region. The calculated spectra were analyzed by comparing them with the experimental spectra in terms of the neutron spectrum shape and C/E values. The results indicate that the theoretical simulations, using different data libraries, overestimated or underestimated the measured values in certain energy ranges.Secondary neutron energies and angular distributions in the data files have been presented to explain these discrepancies.
摘要Integral reinforcement learning(IRL)is an effective tool for solving optimal control problems of nonlinear systems, and it has been widely utilized in optimal controller design for solving discrete-time nonlinearity. However, solving the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman(HJB)equations for nonlinear systems requires precise and complicated dynamics. Moreover, the research and application of IRL in continuous-time(CT)systems must be further improved. To develop the IRL of a CT nonlinear system,a data-based adaptive neural dynamic programming(ANDP)method is proposed to investigate the optimal control problem of uncertain CT multi-input systems such that the knowledge of the dynamics in the HJB equation is unnecessary.First, the multi-input model is approximated using a neural network(NN),which can be utilized to design an integral reinforcement signal.Subsequently, two criterion networks and one action network are constructed based on the integral reinforcement signal.A nonzero-sum Nash equilibrium can be reached by learning the optimal strategies of the multi-input model. In this scheme, the NN weights are constantly updated using an adaptive algorithm. The weight convergence and the system stability are analyzed in detail. The optimal control problem of a multi-input nonlinear CT system is effectively solved using the ANDP scheme, and the results are verified by a simulation study.

摘要The Lagrangian integral time scale(LITS)is a crucial characteristic for investigating the changes in fluid dynamics induced by the chaotic nature, and the finitetime Lyapunov exponent(FTLE)serves as a key measure in the analysis of chaos. In this study,a new LITS model with an explicit theoretical basis and broad applicability is proposed based on the FTLE,along with a verification and evaluation criterion grounded in the Lagrangian velocity correlation coefficient. The model is used to cavitating the flow around a Clark-Y hydrofoil, and the LITS is investigated. It leads to the determination of model constants applicable to cavitating flow. The model is evaluated by the Lagrangian velocity correlation coefficient in comparison with other solution methods. All the results show that the LITS model can offer a new perspective and a new approach for studying the changes in fluid dynamics from a Lagrangian viewpoint.

摘要To address the issue of disturbance compensation deviation in linear active disturbance rejection control(LADRC),a linear active disturbance rejection control method with reference to the integral chain model(LADRC-R)is proposed.By constructing an ideal control reference model,a dynamic correlation between output deviation and uncompensated disturbances is established, and a dual-loop compensation mechanism is designed.Based on theoretical analysis and frequency-domain characteristics of typical first/second-order systems, this method maintains the parameter-tuning advantages of LADRC while reducing disturbance effects by 50%and introducing no phase lag during low-frequency disturbance suppression.Simulations on second-order systems verify its robustness under parameter perturbations, gain mismatch, and complex disturbances, and an optimized design scheme for the deviation compensator is proposed to suppress discontinuous measurement noise interference. Finally, the engineering effectiveness of this method in precision motion control is validated on an electromagnetic suspension platform, providing a new approach to improving the control performance of LADRC in environments with uncertain disturbances.

摘要A non-negative latent factor(NLF)model is able to be built efficiently via a single latent factor-dependent,non-negative and multiplicative update(SLF-NMU)algorithm for performing precise representation to high-dimensional and incomplete(HDI)matrix from many kinds of big-data-related applications. However,an SLF-NMU algorithm updates a latent factor relying on the current update increment only without considering past learning information, making a resultant model suffer from slow convergence. To address this issue, this study proposes a proportional integral(PI)controller-enhanced NLF(PI-NLF)model with two-fold ideas:1)Designing an increment refinement(IR)mechanism, which formulates the current and past update increments as the proportional and integral terms of a PI controller, thereby assimilating the past update information into the learning scheme smoothly with high efficiency;2)Deriving an IR-based SLF-NMU(ISN)algorithm,which updates a latent factor following the principle of an IR mechanism, thus significantly accelerating an NLF model's convergence rate. The simulation results on eight HDI matrices collected by real applications validate that a PI-NLF model outstrips several leading-edge models in both computational efficiency and accuracy when estimating missing data within an HDI matrix. The proposed PI-NLF model can be effectively applied to applications involving HDI matrix like e-commerce system, social network, and cloud service system. The code is available at http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460asqnfnk9bwbf696knw.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/yuanyeswu/PINLF/blob/mainIPINLF-code.zip.
摘要This paper considers the following Marcinkiewicz type integrals■which can be regarded as an extension of the classical Marcinkiewicz integral po introduced by Stein in[Trans Amer Math Soc,88(1958):159-172],where Ω is a homogeneous function of degree zero on Rnwith mean value zero in the unit sphere Sn-1,Under the assumption that Ω∈L∞(Sn-1),the authors establish the Lq-estimate and weak(1,1)type estimate as well as the corresponding weighted estimates for po.s with 1<q<∞ and 0<β(q-1)n/q.Moreover,the bounds do not depend on β and the strong(q,q)type and weak(1,1)type estimates for the classical Marcinkiewicz integral po can be recovered from the above estimates of μΩ,β whenβ→0.

摘要We present a comprehensive extension of the integral of first passage times(IFS)method to investigate the adsorption kinetics of polymers with multiple binding sites on planar surfaces. While effective for single-point adsorption, the original IFS method was limited in capturing the complex kinetics of multi-point adsorption due to inadequate reaction coordinates and theoretical frameworks. Our approach introduces a center-of-mass-based reaction coordinate and a generalized kinetic model that accounts for multi-barrier free energy landscapes characteristic of collective polymer diffusion and binding. This theoretical advancement, implemented using the adaptive bias force method for efficient sampling, enables prediction of adsorption kinetics across timescales from nanoseconds to seconds. Our results demonstrate that adsorption behavior is governed by two key factors:the number of binding monomers primarily controls desorption barriers and long-term stability, while the configuration of pre-adsorbed layers significantly modulates both adsorption and desorption rates.Polymers with three or more binding sites exhibit effectively irreversible adsorption due to exponentially increasing desorption barriers, whereas different adsorbed layer configurations lead to distinct equilibrium coverages and kinetic profiles. This extended IFS framework provides critical insights for designing functional surfaces in nanoscale sensing, macromolecular recognition, and tailored polymeric coatings where precise control over adsorption kinetics is essential.
