The research identifies key obstacles to income expansion, including an undiversified industrial structure, insufficient human capital, and a lack of robust social protection. These call for systemic solutions featuring institutional innovation, resource consolidation, and capability enhancement. Building on Zhejiang's experience as a common prosperity demonstration zone, the article constructs an integrated framework centered on four pillars: industrial empowerment, education upgrading, social security reinforcement, and digital coordination. It further offers concrete policy proposals involving the cultivation of localized industries, vocational skill training, enhanced safety nets, and the adoption of digital tools. The study thus offers both theoretical insights and practical paradigms for tackling the challenge of raising incomes in low-income rural areas.展开更多

摘要The human brain is a complex intelligent system composed of tens of billions of neurons interconnected through synapses, and its intricate network structure has consistently attracted numerous scientists to explore the mysteries of brain functions. However, most existing studies have only verified the biological mimicry characteristics of memristors at the single neuron-synapse level, and there is still a lack of research on memristors simulating synaptic coupling between neurons in multi-neuron networks.Based on this, this paper uses discrete memristors to couple dual discrete Rulkov neurons, and adds synaptic crosstalk between the two discrete memristors to form a neuronal network.A memristor-coupled dual-neuron map, called the Rulkov-memristor-Rulkov(R-M-R)map,is constructed to simulate synaptic connections between neurons in biological tissues. Then, the equilibrium points of the R-M-R map are studied.Subsequently, the effect of parameter variations on the dynamic performance of the R-M-R map is comprehensively analyzed using bifurcation diagram, phase diagram,Lyapunov exponent spectrum(LEs),firing diagram, and spectral entropy(SE)complexity algorithms. In the RM-R map, diverse categories of periodic, chaotic, and hyperchaotic attractors,as well as different states of firing patterns, can be observed.Additionally, different types of state transitions and coexisting attractors are discovered. Finally, the feasibility of the model in digital circuits is verified using a DSP hardware platform. In this study, the coupling principle of biological neurons is simulated, the chaotic dynamic behavior of the R-M-R map is analyzed, and a foundation is laid for deciphering the complex working mechanisms of the brain.
摘要Objectives We aimed to describe the implementation process and provide a baseline characterization of suicidal behavior during the first year of implementing the Registered Nurses’Association of Ontario(RNAO)Best Practice Guideline(BPG)for suicide prevention in a tertiary occupational hospital in Santiago,Chile. Methods A cross-sectional descriptive study was guided by the Knowledge-to-Action(KTA)framework.The implementation process included:1)assessment of the local context;2)adaptation of 26 RNAO BPG recommendations through the first four phases of the KTA cycle;and 3)use of institutional data from April 2024 to April 2025 to establish a baseline of suicidal behavior.Data sources included Emergency Department(ED)consultations, hospital admissions, liaison psychiatry referrals, patient safety reports, and staff training records.Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results The preliminary assessment identified variable levels of compliance with the RNAO BPG recommendations, with 9 fully met,12 partially met,and 4 unmet.Contextual analysis revealed key barriers and facilitators at the individual, team, and organizational levels, and identified priority stakeholders.Based on these findings,context-adapted strategies were developed, including protocol standardization, staff training, structured referral pathways, and environmental safety measures.Institutional data showed 7,936 ED consultations,of which 577(7.3%)involved suicidal behavior.Among 368 admitted patients with primary mental health diagnoses,336(91.3%)were linked to suicide risk.Liaison psychiatry documented 7 cases from medical-surgical wards, while patient safety records identified three suicide-related sentinel events associated with mild to moderate harm. Conclusions Implementation demonstrated that evidence-based nursing, guided by the KTA framework, supports standardized detection and management of suicide risk. These findings provide an initial characterization of suicidal behavior in an occupational health setting and underscore the importance of context-adapted strategies, continuous training, and institutional cultural change to support implementation.
摘要Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is a complex, progressive neurodegenerative disorder and the leading cause of dementia worldwide. It is characterized by the accumulation of extracellular amyloid-beta(Aβ)plaques and intracellular tau neurofibrillary tangles, leading to synaptic dysfunction, neuronal loss, and cognitive decline. These pathological changes can begin decades before clinical symptoms emerge, highlighting the critical need for early, accessible, and accurate diagnostic tools.
摘要Objective This study aimed to examine the implementation processes and system-level outcomes associated with the national adoption of the Registered Nurses’Association of Ontario(RNAO)pressure injury prevention Best Practice Guideline across high-complexity public hospitals in Chile, from a Best Practice Spotlight Organization®(BPSO®)Host Model perspective. Methods This study universe included all institutions incorporated into the national BPSO Host Ministry of Health(MINSAL)program between 2018 and 2022(n=29),integrating BPSO®s from all implementation stages that remained active during the 2023–2024 study period.Quantitative data were obtained from aggregated Nursing Quality Indicators for Reporting and Evaluation(NQuIRE®).Qualitative data were derived from annual institutional implementation reports and analyzed using directed content analysis guided by an implementation science framework. Results Eighteen high-complexity public hospitals submitted complete datasets,of which eleven reported indicators specific to the Pressure Injury Prevention guideline.Improvements were observed across all process indicators, including risk assessment at admission(+2.3%),risk reassessment(+7.9%),and use of pressure-redistributing support surfaces(+4.6%).Although 30.75%of patients were classified as moderate or high risk, pressure injury incidence remained stable at 1.2%–1.3%,well below global pooled estimates.Pioneer hospitals demonstrated consistently higher adherence to preventive processes and lower pressure injury incidence compared with later adopters.Qualitative findings identified leadership, stakeholder engagement, governance structures, and standardized monitoring as key enablers of implementation, while challenges persisted in sustaining bedside practice change and patient engagement. Conclusions A Host-led national implementation strategy can strengthen adherence to evidence-informed pressure injury prevention practices, reduce system-level variability, and sustain low incidence across a public hospital network. The Chilean BPSO®Host model illustrates how coordinated governance, standardized indicators, and structured implementation support can scale evidence-based practice in middle-income health systems.

摘要To functionally emulate the history-dependent plasticity and electromagnetic induction effects inherent in biochemical synapses, this paper proposes a heterogeneous neural network model in which Hindmarsh–Rose(HR)neurons and FitzHugh–Nagumo(FHN)neurons are coupled via a synaptic connection composed of a meminductor in series with a resistor. This architecture explicitly decouples synaptic function:the linear resistor models the instantaneous conductive pathway, while the meminductor implements the history-dependent plastic pathway. The complex firing dynamics of the coupled system are systematically investigated through bifurcation diagrams,Lyapunov exponent spectra, phase portraits, and time-series analysis. The results show that variations in synaptic coupling strength and coupling resistance can induce transitions between diverse firing patterns, including chaotic spiking, periodic bursting, and alternations between periodic and chaotic states.Crucially, the meminductive synapse introduces activity-dependent multistability, manifested as the coexistence of multiple firing patterns determined by its initial internal state.Phase synchronization analysis further demonstrates that adjusting the coupling resistance provides an independent control mechanism that effectively enhances or suppresses synchronous firing between the two heterogeneous neurons, even at a fixed coupling strength. Finally, the physical feasibility of the system is validated through successful digital implementation on a digital signal processor(DSP)platform,as experimental measurements show excellent agreement with numerical simulations. This study establishes the meminductor as a biomimetically grounded element for chemical synapse emulation and provides a dynamically rich,hardware-validated platform for neuromorphic computing and information processing.
摘要The extractive metallurgy sector is undergoing rapid digital transformation drivenby Industry 4.0,advanced sensing, and artificial intelligence(AI).While machine learning has been widely adopted for predictive control and optimization, the role of generative artificial intelligence in metallurgical engineering remains inadequately characterized in the literature. This paper critically reviews the state of generative AI for extractive metallurgy, focusing on practical industrial applications rather than purely theoretical AI methods. We synthesize peer-reviewed research, industrial case studies, and emerging applications across commnution, flotation, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, ore sorting, and plant reliability. The review identifies five key generative AI models applicable to metallurgy:generative diffusion models,flow-based models, variational autoencoders, generative pre-trained transformers, and generative adversarial networks.Generative AI presents a transformative opportunity for extractive metallurgy, offering solutions for optimized process control, enhanced mineral recovery, predictive maintenance, and improved sustainability. While generative AI offers significant potential, its deployment requires rigorous validation,physics-informed modeling, and hybrid human AI workflows in metallurgical plants.

摘要Taking the rural low-income population of Zhejiang Province as its subject, this paper examines how to build a sustainable income-growth mechanism and identify feasible implementation paths within the context of the common prosperity strategy. The study thus offers both theoretical insights and practical paradigms for tackling the challenge of raising incomes in low-income rural areas.
摘要Mature exploration and development areas constitute the core foundation for safeguarding national energy security. However, prolonged development has given rise to a range of increasingly prominent challenges, including declining production capacity, shrinking profit margins, and tightening environmental constraints, all of which have become significant impediments to achieving sustainable development in these areas.Grounded in the theoretical evolution of sustainable development and drawing on the core framework of ESG evaluation, this study defines the essential connotations of sustainable development for oil fields, constructs a threedimensional evaluation system encompassing sustainable production capacity, sustainable profitability, and environmental management capability, and establishes a corresponding set of key indicators. On this basis, the study systematically analyzes the development challenges confronting mature exploration and development areas across these three dimensions, and proposes targeted implementation strategies at the levels of technological innovation, cost control, and coordinated environmental governance. The findings of this study provide theoretical grounding and practical reference for mature exploration and development areas in China to overcome development bottlenecks and establish replicable sustainable development modes, thereby supporting the coordinated advancement of national energy security and the maritime power strategy.
摘要Objective:This study aims to analyze the practical dilemmas encountered in the implementation of nursing continuing education policies and propose policy optimization suggestions. It provides theoretical support and practical references for optimizing the implementation path of nursing continuing education policies, improving the mechanism for the continuous development of nursing talent, and enhancing the quality of nursing professional development. Methods:Using the Smith Policy Implementation Model as the theoretical framework,a multidimensional analytical framework was constructed from four aspects:idealized policy, implementing agency, target group, and external environment.Combining the latest national continuing education policy documents,a questionnaire was designed, reviewed by experts, and pre-tested on a small scale. The questionnaire was revised multiple times to ensure its quality. The survey was conducted among registered nurses working at Taizhou Second People’s Hospital, who completed the questionnaire anonymously online. Results:During the implementation of continuing education policies, approximately 29.67%of nurses reported that the latest policy introduced in 2025(uniform 25 credits)was unreasonable, particularly unfriendly to junior nurses, and that the continuing education content lacked specificity and practicality,as well as specialization.Nearly 92.31%of nurses reported that their motivation to participate in continuing education was solely driven by the need for career advancement and regular assessments.Difficulties encountered in personal continuing education included busy clinical work schedules, fragmented learning, and boring and useless content.Nearly half(45.58%)of nurses reported a lack of continuing education resources in their hospitals, and that hospitals mandated credit fulfillment without recognizing the value of high-credit/high-education individuals.Approximately 40.58%of nurses reported that economic downturns increased family burdens, and high course fees discouraged participation in nursing continuing education. Conclusion:Through targeted analysis of the above four aspects, future policy formulation and implementation should focus on addressing the specificity and practicality of nursing continuing education, emphasizing specialized training in key areas;enhancing nurses’motivation to participate in nursing continuing education by diversifying and enriching learning content to increase its appeal;improving hospital educational and training resources, such as inviting renowned experts from other hospitals to teach and breaking down regional resource-sharing barriers through university-hospital collaborations;and increasing the availability of free or low-cost continuing education options.
