BACKGROUND Timely and accurate evaluation of mental disorders in adolescents using appropriate mental health literacy assessment tools is essential for improving their mental health literacy levels.AIM To develop an e...BACKGROUND Timely and accurate evaluation of mental disorders in adolescents using appropriate mental health literacy assessment tools is essential for improving their mental health literacy levels.AIM To develop an evaluation index system for the mental health literacy of adolescent patients with mental disorders,providing a scientific,comprehensive,and reliable tool for the monitoring and intervention of mental health literacy of such patients.METHODS From December 2022 to June 2023,the evaluation index system for mental health literacy of adolescents with mental disorders was developed through literature reviews,semi-structured interviews,expert letter consultations,and the analytic hierarchy process.Based on this index system,a self-assessment questionnaire was compiled and administered to 305 adolescents with mental disorders to test the reliability and validity of the index system.RESULTS The final evaluation index system for mental health literacy of adolescents with mental disorders included 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 52 third-level indicators.The overall Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the index system was 0.957,with a partial reliability of 0.826 and a content validity index of 0.975.The cumulative variance contribution rate of 10 common factors was 66.491%.The correlation coefficients between each dimension and the total questionnaire ranged from 0.672 to 0.724,while the correlation coefficients in each dimension ranged from 0.389 to 0.705.CONCLUSION The evaluation index system for mental health literacy of adolescents with mental disorders,developed in this study,demonstrated notable reliability and validity,making it a valuable tool for evaluating mental health literacy in this population.展开更多
Objective:To construct an evaluation index system for nursing quality in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease based on the structure-process-outcome three-dimensional quality evaluatio...Objective:To construct an evaluation index system for nursing quality in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease based on the structure-process-outcome three-dimensional quality evaluation model.Methods:Using Donabedian’s three-dimensional quality evaluation model as the theoretical foundation,an initial index system was formed through literature analysis and interviews.The Delphi method was employed to solicit opinions from 24 experts over two rounds of correspondence to screen the indicators.Subsequently,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to determine the weights of indicators at all levels,establishing an evaluation index system for nursing quality in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease.Results:The response rates for both rounds of expert correspondence were 100.00%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.873 and 0.892,respectively,with Kendall’s coefficients of concordance being 0.231 and 0.318(p<0.05).The final nursing quality evaluation system comprised 3 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators,and 32 tertiary indicators.Among the primary indicators,process quality had the highest weight(0.467),followed by structural quality(0.284)and outcome quality(0.249).Within the secondary indicators,blood glucose management and cardiovascular risk management had relatively high weights.Conclusion:The constructed evaluation index system for nursing quality in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by coronary heart disease demonstrates good scientific validity and systematicness,providing a reference basis for evaluating and continuously improving nursing quality in these patients.展开更多

In the context of post-stimulation shale gas wells,the terms“shut-in”and“flowback”refer to two critical phases that occur after hydraulic fracturing(fracking)has been completed.These stages play a crucial role in ...In the context of post-stimulation shale gas wells,the terms“shut-in”and“flowback”refer to two critical phases that occur after hydraulic fracturing(fracking)has been completed.These stages play a crucial role in determining both the well’s initial production performance and its long-term hydrocarbon recovery.By establishing a comprehensive big data analysis platform,the flowback dynamics of over 1000 shale gas wells were analyzed in this work,leading to the development of an index system for evaluating flowback production capacity.Additionally,a shut-in chart was created for wells with different types of post-stimulation fracture networks,providing a structured approach to optimizing production strategies.A dynamic analysis method for flowback was also developed,using daily pressure drop and artificial fracture conductivity as key indicators.This method offers a systematic and effective approach to managing the shut-in and flowback processes for gas wells.Field trials demonstrated significant improvements:the probability of sand production was reduced,gas breakthrough time was extended,artificial fracture conductivity was enhanced,and the average estimated ultimate recovery(EUR)per well increased.展开更多

The applications of generalized rough set theory are proposed and discussed in this paper to address the problems of big data, incomplete data and redundant data in the construction of evaluation index system. Firstly, a mass of real-valued data is converted to some interval-valued data to avoid an unacceptable number of equivalence classes and classification rules, and the interval similarity relation is employed to make classifications of this interval-valued data. Meanwhile, incomplete data can be solved by a new definition of the connection degree tolerance relation for both interval-valued data and single-valued data, which makes a better description of rough set than the traditional limited tolerance relation. Then, E-condition entropy-based heuristic algorithm is applied to making attribute reduction to optimize the evaluation index system, and final decision rules can be extracted for system evaluation. Finally, the feasibility and advantage of the proposed methods are testified by a real example of radar anti-jamming performance evaluation.展开更多
Background The performance evaluation of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)is crucial for enhancing the quality of public health services.With the ongoing reform of the CDC system in China,the existin...Background The performance evaluation of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)is crucial for enhancing the quality of public health services.With the ongoing reform of the CDC system in China,the existing performance evaluation system faces challenges.This study used the Delphi method to develop a new performance evaluation system for China’s provincial,city,and county-level CDC.Methods Following the“Structure-Process-Outcome”model,assessment indicators were systematically collected.Indicators were modified and screened through two Delphi rounds based on CDC responsibilities,health develop-ment,and national policies.Twenty-four experts provided ratings and recommendations,and the research team evaluated questionnaire reliability,expert positivity,expert authority,and opinion consistency.Results The preliminary index system identified through the literature review and pre-survey included 11 primary,30 secondary,and 64 tertiary indicators.After the first round of consultation,two secondary indicators and 11 ter-tiary indicators were removed and 22 tertiary indicators were added.After the second round of consultation,three secondary indicators and 11 tertiary indicators were removed and three tertiary indicators were added,at which point the p-value of the test for Kendall’s coefficient of concordance W was<0.001 and the coefficient of variation was within acceptable limits(<0.25),so the consultation was concluded.The final index system included 11 primary,25 secondary,and 67 tertiary indicators.Conclusions This study responded to the CDC system reform by developing a comprehensive performance evalua-tion index system for provincial,city,and county-level CDC in China.The index system is both scientifically grounded and practical,serving as an effective tool for promoting the high-quality work of CDC organizations.展开更多

According to the configuration and ecotope of the earths surface, the coverage of vegetation, occupation ratio of bare sandy land and the soil texture were selected as evaluation indexes by using the field investigation data. The evaluation index system of Keerqin sandy desertification was established by using Remote Sensing data. and the occupation ratio of bare sandy land was obtained by mixed spectrum model. The methodology for establishing the evaluation system for residential environment was first analyzed; then the subjective evaluation data-base was established by questionnaire survey; and at the same time, the objective evaluation data-base was constructed by Geographic Information System (GIS); and then the related equation system between subjective and objective system was developed by multiple regression analysis. This research could benefit evaluation of the residential environment quality for various purposes, and also provide important rudimentary data-base for the development and improvement of residential environment for officials. Furthermore, the index system and evaluation model established in this research could construct a strong relation between subjective evaluation and objective data; and thus could provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective methodology for the evaluation of residential environment.展开更多

The results of regression analysis showed F〉F0.05, indicating that fertilizer quantity is of significant regression relationship with yield. It was analyzed that yield-increasing range of N fertilizer was directly proportional to fertilizer quanti- ty, and negative yield even occurs if excessive P fertilizer is applied. In general, fertilizer effects from high to low were N fertilizer〉K ferUlizer〉P fertilizer. Besides, on equation aralysls, it was proposed the optimal fertilizer quantities included N fertilizer (N) of 270 kg, P fertilizer (PUs) of 165 kg and K fertilizer (K20) of 225 kg for achieving ideal yield of 2 500 kg/hm2 of luffa in Foshan. In this study, an evaluation index s...An effective evaluation system can provide specific and practical suggestions to the deep groundwater management. But such kind of evaluation system has not been proposed in China. In this study, an evaluation index system is specifically developed to evaluate deep groundwater management efficiency. It is composed of three first-level indicators(law enforcement capability, management ability, and management effectiveness) and eleven second-level indicators. The second-level indicators include seven mandatory indicators and four optional indicators. Piecewise linear function is used to normalize the quantitative indicators, and expert scoring method and questionnaire survey method are used to normalize the qualitative indicators. Then a comprehensive indicator weighting evaluation method is used to evaluate the first-level indicators and the target topic. A case study is carried out to evaluate deep groundwater management efficiency in Tianjin City. According to the evaluation score in each period, the management efficiency of every district in Tianjin City gradually improved. The overall evaluation score in the early deep groundwater extraction period is 0.12. After a series of deep groundwater protection efforts, this score reached to 0.61 in 2007, and met the regulation criteria. The evaluation results also showed that the further groundwater management efforts in Tianjin City should be focused on building a dynamic database to collect comprehensive deep well-log data; and on a reasonable design and distribution of the groundwater monitoring network. It demonstrated that the index system is suitable to locate the deficiencies of current groundwater management systems and to guide further improvements. It can then be used to protect deep groundwater.展开更多

Methods: A total of 17 nursing experts were consulted for two rounds, and the reliability and weight of the constructed evaluation index system for the innovativeness of nursing papers were determined. Results: An evaluation system for the innovativeness of nursing papers was constructed, including 3 primary indexes, 8 secondary indexes, 14 tertiary indexes, and 8 quaternary indexes. The 3 primary indexes with their weights were new argument (0.547), new evidence (0.345), and new conclusion (0.109). Conclusions: The representativeness, the enthusiasm for the study, the degree of authority, the degree of coordination, and the convergence of the experts were high: therefore, an evaluation index system for the innovativeness of nursing papers based on the Delphi method can comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the innovativeness of nursing papers.展开更多

摘要In the context of post-stimulation shale gas wells,the terms“shut-in”and“flowback”refer to two critical phases that occur after hydraulic fracturing(fracking)has been completed.These stages play a crucial role in determining both the well’s initial production performance and its long-term hydrocarbon recovery.By establishing a comprehensive big data analysis platform,the flowback dynamics of over 1000 shale gas wells were analyzed in this work,leading to the development of an index system for evaluating flowback production capacity.Additionally,a shut-in chart was created for wells with different types of post-stimulation fracture networks,providing a structured approach to optimizing production strategies.A dynamic analysis method for flowback was also developed,using daily pressure drop and artificial fracture conductivity as key indicators.This method offers a systematic and effective approach to managing the shut-in and flowback processes for gas wells.Field trials demonstrated significant improvements:the probability of sand production was reduced,gas breakthrough time was extended,artificial fracture conductivity was enhanced,and the average estimated ultimate recovery(EUR)per well increased.
摘要Objective To establish a scientific,reliable,objective,and effective clinical comprehensive evaluation system for drugs centralized bidding procurement by government,and to conduct reliability and validity test and empirical analysis of the evaluation index system through simulated measurement.Methods Literature research method was used to select comprehensive evaluation indicators for drugs centralized bidding procurement.Then,Dephi method was applied to screen the final evaluation indicators,and the weight of the indicators was determined using analytic hierarchy process.Results and Conclusion The final clinical efficacy evaluation index system for drugs centralized bidding procurement includes 5 primary indicators and 13 secondary indicators.The experts authority coefficient in this study is high,and their opinions relatively coincide.Through the empirical research,the reliability and structural validity of the indicator system is good.This indicator system enriches methods and tools for scientifically evaluating the clinical efficacy of drugs centralized bidding procurement.

摘要In order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and to solve the problem of the“two skins”of professional education and ideological and political education in the course waterfront landscape design,guided by the concept of ideological and political education in the curriculum,combined with the disciplinary characteristics and industry needs of waterfront landscape design,the integration path of ideological and political education in the curriculum is explored,and a scientific and operable evaluation index system is constructed.By using research methods such as literature review,Delphi method,and Analytic Hierarchy Process,the core educational objectives of ideological and political education in the curriculum are clarified.The integration strategy of ideological and political education is designed from three dimensions:teaching content,teaching methods,and practical links.Finally,an evaluation system is formed,which includes four primary indicators of“educational goal fit”,“content integration depth”,“teaching implementation effect”,and“student development effect”,12 secondary indicators,and 36 tertiary indicators.Through teaching practice verification,this system can effectively measure the quality of ideological and political education in the curriculum,help cultivate talents in waterfront landscape design who possess both professional competence,social responsibility,and ecological awareness,and provide a reference paradigm for ideological and political construction in landscape architecture courses.
摘要This paper focuses on the optimization of the evaluation index system for the value of transportation infrastructure assets.It analyzes the shortcomings of the current system and explores the directions for optimizing the index system from the perspectives of functionality,economy,social impact,environmental impact,and sustainability.The paper also discusses the application of the optimized index system in practical evaluation and the measures to ensure its effectiveness.The research aims to enhance the evaluation mechanism for the value of transportation infrastructure assets,providing a more scientific basis for decision-making,addressing challenges in asset management,improving the level of asset management in transportation infrastructure,and meeting the demands of high-quality development in the transportation sector in the new era.

摘要With the ever-increased installed capacity of renewable energy generation units in a power system,the so-called shared energy storage(SES),a novel business model under the umbrella of the shared economy principle,has the potential to play an essential role in the accommodation of renewable energy generation.However,unified evaluation standards and methods,which can help decision-makers analyze the performance of the SES market,are still not available.In this paper,an evaluation index system of the SES market is designed based on the trading rules of China’s Qinghai province and the structure-conduct-performance(SCP)analytical model.Moreover,the definition and characteristics of the indices,which can show the performance of the SES market from different perspectives,are given.Furthermore,the ideal cases are presented as the evaluation benchmark based on the development expectation of the SES market,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)are applied to evaluate the SES market comprehensively.Finally,a case study based on actual data of the SES trading pilot project in Qinghai shows that the evaluation index system can reflect the operation status,existing problems and influencing factors of the SES market.

摘要Establishing a reasonable evaluation index system is the basis and premise for the scientific evaluation of geographic national conditions. By analyzing the DPSIR model and its correlation and relation with the evaluation index system, the indexes for geographic national conditions were selected from the aspects of resources, ecology, environment, economy, society, etc to build an evaluation index system for geographic national conditions that consists of three hierarchies: index, criterion, and target levels. Furthermore, the index system was analyzed in terms of index integrity, low overlapping of elements, non-existence of isolated indexes, hierarchy of index system, etc., for the purpose of demonstrating that the DPSIR model-based evaluation index system for geographic national conditions meets the principles of index system establishment.

摘要Radar anti-jamming performance evaluation is a necessary link in the process of radar development,introduction and equipment. The applications of generalized rough set theory are proposed and discussed in this paper to address the problems of big data, incomplete data and redundant data in the construction of evaluation index system. Firstly, a mass of real-valued data is converted to some interval-valued data to avoid an unacceptable number of equivalence classes and classification rules, and the interval similarity relation is employed to make classifications of this interval-valued data. Meanwhile, incomplete data can be solved by a new definition of the connection degree tolerance relation for both interval-valued data and single-valued data, which makes a better description of rough set than the traditional limited tolerance relation. Then, E-condition entropy-based heuristic algorithm is applied to making attribute reduction to optimize the evaluation index system, and final decision rules can be extracted for system evaluation. Finally, the feasibility and advantage of the proposed methods are testified by a real example of radar anti-jamming performance evaluation.

摘要Background The performance evaluation of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)is crucial for enhancing the quality of public health services.With the ongoing reform of the CDC system in China,the existing performance evaluation system faces challenges.This study used the Delphi method to develop a new performance evaluation system for China’s provincial,city,and county-level CDC.Methods Following the“Structure-Process-Outcome”model,assessment indicators were systematically collected.Indicators were modified and screened through two Delphi rounds based on CDC responsibilities,health develop-ment,and national policies.Twenty-four experts provided ratings and recommendations,and the research team evaluated questionnaire reliability,expert positivity,expert authority,and opinion consistency.Results The preliminary index system identified through the literature review and pre-survey included 11 primary,30 secondary,and 64 tertiary indicators.After the first round of consultation,two secondary indicators and 11 ter-tiary indicators were removed and 22 tertiary indicators were added.After the second round of consultation,three secondary indicators and 11 tertiary indicators were removed and three tertiary indicators were added,at which point the p-value of the test for Kendall’s coefficient of concordance W was<0.001 and the coefficient of variation was within acceptable limits(<0.25),so the consultation was concluded.The final index system included 11 primary,25 secondary,and 67 tertiary indicators.Conclusions This study responded to the CDC system reform by developing a comprehensive performance evalua-tion index system for provincial,city,and county-level CDC in China.The index system is both scientifically grounded and practical,serving as an effective tool for promoting the high-quality work of CDC organizations.

摘要With the global economy integration and progress in energy transformation,it has become a general trend to surpass national boundaries to achieve wider and optimal energy resource allocations.Consequently,there is a critical n eed to adopt scie ntific approaches in assessi ng cross-border power grid interconnection projects.First,con sidering the promotion of large-scale renewable energy resources and improvements in system adequacy,a comprehensive assessment index system,including costs,socio-economic benefits,environmental benefits,and technical benefits,is established in this study.Second,a synthetic assessment framework is proposed for cross-border power grid interconnection projects based on the index system comprising cost-benefit analysis,with market and network simulations,iterative methods for indicator weight evaluation,and technique for order preferenee by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)method for the project rankings.Fin ally,by assessi ng and comparing three cross-border projects betwee n Europe and Asia,the proposed index system and assessment framework have been proved to be effective and feasible;the results of this system can thus support investment decision-making related to such projects in the future.

摘要Keerqin sand land is located in the transitional terrain between the Northeast Plain and Inner Mongolia (42°41′-45°15′N, 118°35′-123°30′ E) in Northeast China and it is seriously affected by desertification. According to the configuration and ecotope of the earths surface, the coverage of vegetation, occupation ratio of bare sandy land and the soil texture were selected as evaluation indexes by using the field investigation data. The evaluation index system of Keerqin sandy desertification was established by using Remote Sensing data. and the occupation ratio of bare sandy land was obtained by mixed spectrum model. 摘要In this research, the residential environment index system and evaluation model were established by means of subjective and objective methods. The methodology for establishing the evaluation system for residential environment was first analyzed; then the subjective evaluation data-base was established by questionnaire survey; and at the same time, the objective evaluation data-base was constructed by Geographic Information System (GIS); and then the related equation system between subjective and objective system was developed by multiple regression analysis. This research could benefit evaluation of the residential environment quality for various purposes, and also provide important rudimentary data-base for the development and improvement of residential environment for officials. Furthermore, the index system and evaluation model established in this research could construct a strong relation between subjective evaluation and objective data; and thus could provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective methodology for the evaluation of residential environment.
摘要Objective:To establish a scientific,objective and applicable index system for evaluating out- standing biomedical scientists for science foundation of Shanghai.Methods:According to the principal in- dices that have been used in the developed countries for evaluating their talented personnel and the reality of our country,an index system was set up to evaluate the outstanding biomedical scientists for Shanghai science foundation.The following parameters were used to simplify the indices.,correlation coefficient, multiple correlation coefficient,partial correlation coefficient,creditability,and discriminatory power. And analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of each index.Results and Conclusions: The established index system is scientific and applicable;it is helpful for cultivating and evaluating out- standing biomedical scientists.
摘要Equipment management is one of the important parts of business administra- tion of coal. Most of coal mines take no account of their equipment management, and have no comprehensive and effective evaluation index system. Based on the analysis of the equipment evaluation measures of reform and the applications, the paper built up a comprehensive and effective evaluation index system of coal mine equipment, and im- proved the evaluation method with the use of fuzzy theory, analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.

摘要On basis of “3414” experiment, regression analysis was conducted on rel- ative yield and fertilizer quant;.ty, and a regression equation was established, as fol- lows: Y=I 699,09 +52.89N -3i82P +59.27K-1.17N2 -0.11 p2 +0.06K2 +2.02NP-2.16NK- 1.97PK (FF=0,98). The results of regression analysis showed F〉F0.05, indicating that fertilizer quantity is of significant regression relationship with yield. It was analyzed that yield-increasing range of N fertilizer was directly proportional to fertilizer quanti- ty, and negative yield even occurs if excessive P fertilizer is applied. In general, fertilizer effects from high to low were N fertilizer〉K ferUlizer〉P fertilizer. Besides, on equation aralysls, it was proposed the optimal fertilizer quantities included N fertilizer (N) of 270 kg, P fertilizer (PUs) of 165 kg and K fertilizer (K20) of 225 kg for achieving ideal yield of 2 500 kg/hm2 of luffa in Foshan. 摘要An effective evaluation system can provide specific and practical suggestions to the deep groundwater management. But such kind of evaluation system has not been proposed in China. In this study, an evaluation index system is specifically developed to evaluate deep groundwater management efficiency. It is composed of three first-level indicators(law enforcement capability, management ability, and management effectiveness) and eleven second-level indicators. The second-level indicators include seven mandatory indicators and four optional indicators. Piecewise linear function is used to normalize the quantitative indicators, and expert scoring method and questionnaire survey method are used to normalize the qualitative indicators. Then a comprehensive indicator weighting evaluation method is used to evaluate the first-level indicators and the target topic. A case study is carried out to evaluate deep groundwater management efficiency in Tianjin City. According to the evaluation score in each period, the management efficiency of every district in Tianjin City gradually improved. The overall evaluation score in the early deep groundwater extraction period is 0.12. After a series of deep groundwater protection efforts, this score reached to 0.61 in 2007, and met the regulation criteria. The evaluation results also showed that the further groundwater management efforts in Tianjin City should be focused on building a dynamic database to collect comprehensive deep well-log data; and on a reasonable design and distribution of the groundwater monitoring network. It demonstrated that the index system is suitable to locate the deficiencies of current groundwater management systems and to guide further improvements. It can then be used to protect deep groundwater.
摘要Aimed at the low carbon economy and the characteristics of planning EIA in the industrial development region,the planning EIA index system which merged with the low carbon economy concept in the industrial development region was established.The construction planning of national eco-industrial park in Hefei High-tech Industrial Development Zone was comprehensively evaluated by using the gray correlation method.The evaluation results of considering and without considering the low carbon index were contrasted and were verified by using the improved entropy method.The results showed that the regional sustainable development index constantly rose,and the planning was reasonable.Moreover,the suggestions were also put forward to tackle the problems.
摘要Objective: The goal of this study was to construct an evaluation index system for the innovativeness of nursing papers. Methods: A total of 17 nursing experts were consulted for two rounds, and the reliability and weight of the constructed evaluation index system for the innovativeness of nursing papers were determined. Results: An evaluation system for the innovativeness of nursing papers was constructed, including 3 primary indexes, 8 secondary indexes, 14 tertiary indexes, and 8 quaternary indexes. The 3 primary indexes with their weights were new argument (0.547), new evidence (0.345), and new conclusion (0.109). Conclusions: The representativeness, the enthusiasm for the study, the degree of authority, the degree of coordination, and the convergence of the experts were high: therefore, an evaluation index system for the innovativeness of nursing papers based on the Delphi method can comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the innovativeness of nursing papers.
