Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of an integrated teaching platform combining virtual reality(VR)technology and high-end simulators in practical obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods:A total of 39 interns w...Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of an integrated teaching platform combining virtual reality(VR)technology and high-end simulators in practical obstetrics and gynecology teaching.Methods:A total of 39 interns who underwent obstetrics and gynecology internships from March 2023 to March 2024 were included in the reference group and received conventional practical teaching methods.Another 39 interns who underwent internships from April 2024 to April 2025 were included in the observation group and received the integrated teaching platform combining VR and high-end simulators.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group achieved higher assessment scores than the reference group,with higher scores in self-directed learning ability and clinical thinking ability after teaching,as well as higher teaching satisfaction(p<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated teaching platform combining VR and high-end simulators can improve the assessment scores of obstetrics and gynecology interns,cultivate their self-directed learning ability and clinical thinking ability,and achieve high teaching satisfaction.展开更多

BACKGROUND Peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)is the preferred intravenous route for chemotherapy in patients with cancer,but its complications,especially deep vein thrombosis(DVT),are becoming increasingly p...BACKGROUND Peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)is the preferred intravenous route for chemotherapy in patients with cancer,but its complications,especially deep vein thrombosis(DVT),are becoming increasingly prevalent.Medical staff proficient in intubation and maintenance techniques can reduce complications.The multivariate integration teaching model applies the integration of“teaching learning application”to medical training,which helps shift the prevention of complications from“passive management of complications”to“active construction of risk immunity”,thereby ensuring foundational competency for PICC in patients with cancer.AIM To investigate the efficacy of the multivariate integration teaching model in patients with gastric cancer and concurrent DVT after PICC intubation and analyze its effect on patients’quality of life index(QLI)and satisfaction.METHODS A retrospective analysis of medical records of 100 patients with gastric cancer and PICC treated at Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital from May 2019 to November 2020 was conducted.According to the different treatment methods and teaching modes received by medical staff,they were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The routine clinical teaching model and the multivariate integration teaching model were administered to the medical staff for the control group and the experimental group,respectively,to compare the incidence rates of DVT and other adverse reactions,QLI scores,Karnofsky Performance Scale scores,Mental Status Scale in Non-Psychiatric Settings scores,patient satisfaction,medical staff’s test marks,and satisfaction evaluation of the teaching model.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the experimental group exhibited significantly lower incidence rates of DVT and other adverse reactions and MSSNS scores but significantly higher QLI scores,KPS scores,patient satisfaction,medical staff’s test marks,and their satisfaction evaluations of the teaching model(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In a single-center practice,performing the multivariate integration teaching model for medical staff may effectively improve the patients’QLI and satisfaction and may have certain application value in preventing DVT in patients with gastric cancer and PICC.展开更多

During epidemic,students in medium-risk or high-risk areas are unable to return to school on time.In response to this new challenge,there is an urgent need to create a new teaching mode to offer on-line courses to tho...During epidemic,students in medium-risk or high-risk areas are unable to return to school on time.In response to this new challenge,there is an urgent need to create a new teaching mode to offer on-line courses to those absent from the offline classes,and we propose a model integrating online and offline teaching.It is based on“dual-camera”method,which allows off-campus students to virtually build up a physical classroom scenario on campus through computers and mobile phones.Using this model,students can participate in class remotely.In order to enhance the engagement of off-campus online students,emphasis is placed on interactive teaching.Teachers are required to design their teaching in advance and to work in collaboration with multiple departments,then using information technology and suitable teaching methods to enable students to participate in physical classroom teaching.This model has been tested in practice and has been successful in meeting the challenges.Finally,4 areas for improvement and refinement are identified.展开更多

From the perspectives of oral communication teaching, writing teaching and comprehensive practical activities, this study analyzes the application ideas of the integrated teaching model in Chinese teaching practice in secondary vocational schools, aiming at creating a new teaching environment centered on cultivating students' professional quality.
摘要The overall teaching design for the junior middle school English unit aims to maximize the use of teaching resources by using the unit as the central theme,integrating it throughout all sections and related activities.This approach continually reinforces students’understanding and retention of individual lesson content while fostering their core literacy and skills.It promotes a comprehensive development of students’listening,speaking,reading,and writing skills,allowing them to engage repeatedly with the language materials until they internalize them as part of their language proficiency.
摘要How to cultivate talents, how to cultivate talents, and for whom to cultivate talents are the core objectives of ideological and political education. Therefore, colleges and universities include ideological and political theory as one of the required courses. At present, the difficult problem that needs to be solved urgently is the integration of classroom teaching and practical teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. 摘要The "Compulsory Education Geography Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition)" (hereinafter referred to as the New Curriculum Standards) emphasizes that junior high school geography instruction should be oriented toward cultivating students 'core competencies, designing integrated teaching activities, developing distinctive teaching approaches, and creating an environment conducive to enhancing these competencies. The "Teach–Learn–Evaluate" integrated teaching model represents a modern pedagogical philosophy, where teachers serve as the primary instructors and students as the primary learners, complemented by comprehensive teaching evaluations throughout the entire geography curriculum. This approach better facilitates the development of students' core competencies and promotes the cultivation of their overall competence. This paper analyzes the practical strategies and outcomes of implementing the "Teach–Learn–Evaluate" integrated approach in junior high school geography classrooms.
摘要In the intelligent era,mathematics teaching in vocational undergraduate colleges faces prominent problems,including disconnection between theory and practice,superficial integration of AI,and fragmented application of mathematical modeling teaching.Taking mathematical modeling as the core link,this paper constructs an integrated teaching mode of“mathematics-major-AI”.Supported by school-enterprise training platforms,the study designs matched classroom teaching and after-class training for TCM pharmacy majors to carry out mathematical modeling,AI data analysis and practical verification.This mode eliminates the barriers among mathematical theories,professional skills and intelligent technologies,enhances students’practical ability to solve practical industrial problems,and offers feasible references for mathematics teaching reform in vocational undergraduate education.
摘要With the continuous advancement of information technology,corpora and knowledge graphs(KGs)have become indispensable tools in modern language learning.This study explores how the integration of corpora and KGs in integrated English teaching can enhance students’abilities in vocabulary acquisition,grammar understanding,and discourse analysis.Through a comprehensive literature review,it elaborates on the theoretical foundations and practical values of these two technological tools in English instruction.The study designs a teaching model based on corpora and KGs and analyzes its specific applications in vocabulary,grammar,and discourse teaching within the Integrated English course.Additionally,the article discusses the challenges that may arise during implementation and proposes corresponding solutions.Finally,it envisions future research directions and application prospects.
摘要The disconnection between teaching,learning,and evaluation is particularly pronounced in traditional high school chemistry teaching.To align with the demands of the new curriculum standards for talent development,it is essential to implement reforms and innovations in teaching methods.This paper initially elucidates the integrated concept of teaching,learning,and evaluation,as well as its practical significance in the classroom.Subsequently,it explores the effective teaching design centered on the theme of iron and its compounds,actively investigating the implementation approach of the integration principle of teaching,learning,and evaluation in classroom.Furthermore,the paper emphasizes the pivotal role of the evaluation part in fostering the professional development of teachers and enhancing the core competencies of students,ultimately aiming to achieve high efficiency and quality in chemistry classroom teaching.

摘要This study focuses on exploring the practical path of Micro Project-Based Learning from the perspective of integrated unit teaching,aiming to address the issue of integrating the Project Section with other sections in the new junior high school English textbook published by Shanghai Education Press.Based on two rounds of action research,a micro-project design framework is constructed,which includes“unit micro-project design”,“micro-project-based unit teaching”,“micro-project achievement display”,and“evaluation and reflection”.Practice shows that with the guidance of task lists and scaffolding support,this framework effectively promotes the integration of subject knowledge and the development of students’core competence,providing a transferable implementation paradigm for integrated unit teaching.

摘要In integrated English teaching,the application of micro-lectures has transformed students’learning style,increased their interest in English learning,and greatly improved their study efficiency.As an effective supplement to traditional classroom teaching model,micro-lectures are suitable for the personalized and in-depth learning.Based on the case study of integrated English class in University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences(UCASS),the present paper claims that the application of micro-lectures in traditional integrated English classroom greatly stimulates students’enthusiasm and interest in language learning.

摘要Integrated English is a significant course for the English majors in China.Now there is a phenomenon named“Chinese Cultural Aphasia”attracting the attention of the researchers,for it’s not good to convey the Chinese culture.In Integrated English teaching,the teachers should try their best to solve the problem of“Chinese Cultural Aphasia”.This research is based on the quiz and questionnaire,which are designed according to the Chinese culture in different fields,in order to make some suggestions in Chinese culture introduction in Integrated English teaching.
摘要BACKGROUND Peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)is the preferred intravenous route for chemotherapy in patients with cancer,but its complications,especially deep vein thrombosis(DVT),are becoming increasingly prevalent.Medical staff proficient in intubation and maintenance techniques can reduce complications.The multivariate integration teaching model applies the integration of“teaching learning application”to medical training,which helps shift the prevention of complications from“passive management of complications”to“active construction of risk immunity”,thereby ensuring foundational competency for PICC in patients with cancer.AIM To investigate the efficacy of the multivariate integration teaching model in patients with gastric cancer and concurrent DVT after PICC intubation and analyze its effect on patients’quality of life index(QLI)and satisfaction.METHODS A retrospective analysis of medical records of 100 patients with gastric cancer and PICC treated at Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital from May 2019 to November 2020 was conducted.According to the different treatment methods and teaching modes received by medical staff,they were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The routine clinical teaching model and the multivariate integration teaching model were administered to the medical staff for the control group and the experimental group,respectively,to compare the incidence rates of DVT and other adverse reactions,QLI scores,Karnofsky Performance Scale scores,Mental Status Scale in Non-Psychiatric Settings scores,patient satisfaction,medical staff’s test marks,and satisfaction evaluation of the teaching model.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the experimental group exhibited significantly lower incidence rates of DVT and other adverse reactions and MSSNS scores but significantly higher QLI scores,KPS scores,patient satisfaction,medical staff’s test marks,and their satisfaction evaluations of the teaching model(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In a single-center practice,performing the multivariate integration teaching model for medical staff may effectively improve the patients’QLI and satisfaction and may have certain application value in preventing DVT in patients with gastric cancer and PICC.
摘要Against the backdrop of the rapid intelligent development of medical laboratory technology,vocational education is in urgent need of teaching innovation.This paper explores the integration and practice of information-based teaching methods in vocational education of medical laboratory technology,analyzes the current situation of traditional teaching and the demand for informatization,and elaborates on the practical paths from aspects such as resource construction,model innovation,and evaluation reform.Practice has verified that this integration has improved teaching quality and students’skills,but there are problems such as uneven resources and the need to improve teachers’and students’abilities.Countermeasures such as strengthening co-construction and sharing of resources and carrying out special training are proposed to provide reference for the development of professional education.

摘要During epidemic,students in medium-risk or high-risk areas are unable to return to school on time.In response to this new challenge,there is an urgent need to create a new teaching mode to offer on-line courses to those absent from the offline classes,and we propose a model integrating online and offline teaching.It is based on“dual-camera”method,which allows off-campus students to virtually build up a physical classroom scenario on campus through computers and mobile phones.Using this model,students can participate in class remotely.In order to enhance the engagement of off-campus online students,emphasis is placed on interactive teaching.Teachers are required to design their teaching in advance and to work in collaboration with multiple departments,then using information technology and suitable teaching methods to enable students to participate in physical classroom teaching.This model has been tested in practice and has been successful in meeting the challenges.Finally,4 areas for improvement and refinement are identified.
