BACKGROUND Adult sacrococcygeal teratoma(SCT)is extremely rare in clinical practice,with most cases manifesting as mature cystic types.Given the scarcity of clinical studies and literature on this topic,standardized surgical guidelines for adults are notably absent,and current treatment strategies are predominantly derived from pediatric surgical practices.Furthermore,data on surgical outcomes and risk factors for postoperative dysfunction or recurrence in adult patients remain limited.Continued research on tumor treatment modalities and risk factors is still warranted.AIM To assess surgical outcomes and identify risk factors for dysfunction and recurrence in adult mature cystic SCTs.METHODS We conducted a retrospective analysis of 64 adult patients with mature cystic SCT who received surgical treatment at Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University,from January 2005 to December 2020,ensuring all had complete clinical and follow-up data.We compared the clinical outcomes of three different surgical approaches:Laparoscopic-assisted anterior(Type A),posterior(Type B),and combined laparoscopic-posterior(Type C),evaluating them through perioperative indicators.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed to determine risk factors for postoperative dysfunction and tumor recurrence.RESULTS The study incorporated 64 patients,all of whom had been pathologically confirmed to have mature cystic SCTs.The clinical efficacy in adult mature cystic SCTs was not significantly impacted by the various surgical approaches employed.Maximum tumor diameter of 10 cm or more,Altman classification of type III/IV,and intraoperative blood loss of 400 mL or greater were risk factors for postoperative dysfunction(anorectal dysfunction,urinary dysfunction and lower extremity motor dysfunction).The sacrococcyx being left unresected was determined to be an independent risk factor for tumor recurrence.CONCLUSION Surgical approach does not affect outcomes;larger tumors,advanced Altman type,blood loss,and unresected sacrococcyx increase risks of dysfunction and recurrence. 展开更多

In vitro maturation(IvM)of human oocytes offers cost efficiency and minimal invasiveness,serving as a valuable supplementary tool in assisted reproduction for fertility preservation,ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome prevention,and other reproductive strategies.Despite its availability for three decades,the clinical use of IVM remains limited due to efficacy and safety concerns.This study examines the DNA methylation profile of IVM oocytes collected during laparoscopic/hysteroscopic surgeries compared to in vivo matured oocytes via reduced representation bisulfite sequencing.Results indicate IVM oocytes exhibit a higher global methylation level.Differentially methylated regions(DMRs)analysis reveals that the in vitro group displays more hypermethylated and fewer hypomethylated DMRs compared to the in vivo group.Additionally,the in vitro group exhibits a higher level of non-CpG methylation than the in vivo group.However,no significant correlation between methylation levels and transcriptional activity in these oocytes is found,especially for those specific imprinted genes or genes related to embryonic development.These findings shed light on the epigenetic landscape of IvM oocytes,contributing to the ongoing assessment of their clinical feasibility and safety in assisted reproduction. 展开更多

Seasonal nitrogen(N)storage and remobilization are critical for tree growth.Deciduous trees primarily store N in bark;evergreen trees utilize both mature leaves and bark.Citrus is an evergreen species;leaf N storage and remobilization are well studied,but inner bark remains poorly understood.This study used pot experiments with N supply rates(low,moderate and high)to examine seasonal(winter,early,and late spring)N storage and remobilization between mature leaves(developed in autumn)and bark(main stem).Bark contains 15–35 kDa of vegetative storage proteins(VSPs),which are highly abundant and accumulate seasonally,while mature leaves contain 45–55 kDa of VSPs.Proteomic analysis revealed the oxygen-evolving enhancer protein as a key bark VSP,with Rubisco and others predominant in leaves.Under high N supply,the reduction ratio of total N content in bark from winter to early spring was higher than that in mature leaves.Under high N supply,bark arginine decreased significantly in early spring,whereas mature leaf arginine remained unchanged.Under low N supply,the decrease in proline content from winter to late spring was significantly greater in mature leaves than in bark.Thus,under high N,bark supply more arginine in early spring,whereas under low N,leaves supply more proline later.Bioinformatics indicate that ribosomal proteins may be involved in N remobilization in bark under high N and in both bark and leaves under low N.These results demonstrate that bark and mature leaves exhibit different seasonal N remobilization patterns. 展开更多

The Japanese eel(Anguilla japonica)is a catadromous migratory fish with a high economic value.The gonads of captive eels do not mature naturally.Under artificial maturation,the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal(HPG)axis is activated,and the maturation coefficient of the gonads increased significantly.Prior research investigations into Japanese eel breeding have primarily focused on elucidating the mechanisms underlying gonadal development.However,the problems plaguing the artificial breeding of Japanese eels have remained unsolved.Additionally,the insights into the molecular mechanisms within the pituitary,which acts as an upstream regulatory hub,and its impact on ovarian development are limited.To address these,the pre-matured pituitary(PP)and artificially matured pituitary(AP)tissues from female Japanese eels were subjected to transcriptomics using a method combining PacBio Iso-seq with Illumina RNA-Seq.PacBio sequencing produced 19576 filtered consensus sequences from PP and 39828 from AP.Then,we predicted gene regulatory elements such as alternative polyadenylation,transcription factors,and long noncoding RNAs.A total of 3016 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)were identified based on the Illumina RNA-seq data.Further gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analyses were performed.Several DEGs that were upregulated in the pituitary were identified.These genes,including nr5a2,pgr,greb1,smad4,bmp5,ar,lhb,adcy5,and tgfbr3,most likely regulate downstream gonadal development via the pituitary.In conclusion,this study obtained the differential expression and full-length transcriptomes of the pituitary in the pre-matured and artificially matured female Japanese eel.These results offer substantial evidence for developing more efficient sex hormones during the captive breeding of eels,while also furnishing a scientific basis for the conservation of eel resources. 展开更多

A Novel Method for Enhancing Oil Recovery by Thickened Supercritical CO2 Flooding in High-Water-Cut Mature Reservoirs 认领 引用 被引量:4

High-water-cut mature reservoirs typically serve as the“ballast”for ensuring China’s annual crude oil production of 200 million tons.Despite the use of water flooding and chemical methods,over 40%of crude oil remains unexploited.It is critical to develop efficient revolutionary technologies to further enhance oil recovery(EOR)by a large percentage in high-water-cut mature reservoirs.To address this issue,the potential of vertical remaining oil in Daqing Oilfield is first analyzed from massive monitoring data.Using molecular dynamics simulation to design optimal synthetic routine,a copolymer without flu-orine or silicon is synthesized by modifying vinyl acetate(VAc)with maleic anhydride(MA)and styrene(St),and treated as a supercritical CO2(scCO2)thickener.The underlying EOR mechanism of the scCO2 thickener is thereafter clarified by high-temperature,high-pressure oil displacement experiments.The EOR effect by thickened scCO2 flooding in a typical high-water-cut mature reservoir is predicted,and future technological advancements of the technique are ultimately discussed.Results show that the ver-tical remaining oil enriched in weakly swept zones is a primary target for further EOR in high-water-cut mature reservoirs.The copolymer typically exhibits good solubility,strong dispersion stability,and high thickening effect in scCO2.Under an ambient pressure of 10 MPa and a temperature of 50℃,the disso-lution of copolymer at a mass concentration of 0.2%can effectively increase the viscosity of scCO2 by 39.4 times.Due to the synergistic effect between expanding vertical swept volume and inhibiting gas channel-ing,crude oil recovery can be further enhanced by 23.1%for a typical high-water-cut mature reservoir when the scCO2 viscosity is increased by 50 times.Our understandings demonstrate that the thickened scCO2 flooding technology has significant technical advantages in high-water-cut mature reservoirs,with challenges and future development directions in field-scale applications also highlighted. 展开更多

The Early Cambrian Yuertusi Formation(Є1y)in the Tarim Basin of China deposits a continuously developed suite of organic-rich black mudstones,which constitute an important source of oil and gas reservoirs in the Paleozoic.However,its hydrocarbon generation and evolution characteristics and resource potential have long been constrained by deeply buried strata and previous research.In this paper,based on the newly obtained ultra-deep well drilling data,the hydrocarbon generation and expulsion model ofЄ1y shale was established by using data-driven Monte Carlo simulation,upon which the hydrocarbon generation,expulsion,and retention amounts were calculated by using the diagenetic method.The research indicates that theЄ1y shale reaches the hydrocarbon generation and expulsion threshold at equivalent vitrinite reflectances of 0.46%and 0.72%,respectively.The cumulative hydrocarbon generation is 68.88×1010t,the cumulative hydrocarbon expulsion is 35.59×1010t,and the cumulative residual hydrocarbon is 33.29×1010t.This paper systematically and quantitatively calculates the hydrocarbon expulsion at various key geological periods for theЄ1y source rocks in the study area for the first time,more precisely confirming that the black shale of theЄ1y is the most significant source rock contributing to the marine oil and gas resources in the Tarim Basin,filling the gap in hydrocarbon expulsion calculation in the study area,and providing an important basis for the formation and distribution of Paleozoic hydrocarbon reservoirs.The prospect of deep ultra-deep oil and gas exploration in the Tarim Basin is promising.Especially,the large area of dolomite reservoirs under the Cambrian salt and source rock interiors are the key breakthrough targets for the next exploration in the Tarim Basin. 展开更多

A flexible sidetracking stimulation technology of horizontal wells is formed to develop the lateral deep remaining oil and gas resources of the low-permeability mature oilfields.This technology first uses the flexible sidetracking tool to achieve low-cost sidetracking in the old wellbore,and then uses the hydraulic jet technology to induce multiple fractures to fracture.Finally,the bullhead fracturing of multi-cluster temporary plugging for the sidetracking hole is carried out by running the tubing string,to realize the efficient development of the remaining reserves among the wells.The flexible sidetracking stimulation technology involves flexible sidetracking horizontal wells drilling and sidetracking horizontal well fracturing.The flexible sidetracking horizontal well drilling includes three aspects:flexible drill pipe structure and material optimization,drilling technology,and sealed coring tool.The sidetracking horizontal well fracturing includes two aspects:fracturing scheme optimization,fracturing tools and implementation process optimization.The technology has been conducted several rounds of field tests in the Ansai Oilfield of Changqing,China.The results show that by changing well type and reducing row spacing of oil and water wells,the pressure displacement system can be well established to achieve effective pressure transmission and to achieve the purpose of increasing liquid production in low-yield and low-efficiency wells.It is verified that the flexible sidetracking stimulation technology can provide favorable support for accurately developing remaining reserves in low-permeability reservoirs. 展开更多

Agrobacterium-mediated transient gene expression is a powerful technique for rapidly evaluating gene expression in higher plants.This study aimed to improve transient expression levels of T-DNA genes in citrus by investigating the effects of various factors,including seedling age,tissue treatments,Agrobacterium incubation medium and duration,hormone combinations,methylation inhibitors,antioxidants,and more.These parameters were optimized and tested,and significant increases in transient gene expression in juvenile epicotyls of Carrizo citrange and mature stem tissues of Pineapple sweet orange,Valencia orange,and Washington navel orange were observed.The present results demonstrated up to a six-fold increase in transient GUS gene expression,highlighting the effectiveness of these simple and inexpensive treatments.The juvenile and mature citrus explants used in this study displayed high levels of transient expression,which may provide a valuable tool for studying phloem-associated diseases such as Huanglongbing(HLB),facilitating rapid analysis of gene expression involved in Candidatus Liberibacter asiacticus(CLas)pathogenicity.This optimized method may also offer a promising tool for advancing genetic studies and improving the efficiency of Agrobacterium-mediated transgene-free editing in citrus and other economically significant perennial crops. 展开更多

The absence of humic vitrinite complicates the determination of thermal maturity in pre-Devonian sediments.Lower Paleozoic shales contain structured zooclasts,solid bitumen,and vitrinite-like materials,and their reflectances have been found to be valid maturity proxies.Yet there remains much controversy as to the degree of evolution of reflectances.The current work aims to investigate the reflectance of dispersed organic matter(DOM),as well as their transformation degree and organic pore development.To this end,this study evaluated an Upper Ordovician zooclasts-bearing shale and a Middle Jurassic coal sample via anhydrous-pyrolysis to compare differences in the maturation pathways between marine-derived DOM and terrigenous vitrinite.These two original samples were cut into small blocks and placed in an identical vacuum stainless vessel simultaneously.The pyrolysis was carried out at isothermal temperatures ranging from 250 to 550℃ for 48 h.The morphologic and reflectance changes of DOM in pyrolysis residues were studied and compared with previous pyrolysis results.Adopting the combined use of optical reflectance and scanning electron microscope(SEM)techniques,the study shows that DOM in the shale components consists of solid bitumen(SB),bituminite,chitinozoans,a few graptolites,vitrinite-like particles(VLP),alginate and liptodetrinite.The reflectance sequence,from high to low,is zooclasts,VLP and SB.Their reflectances gradually increases as the pyrolysis temperature rises,although the rate of growth is slower than that of co-heating coal vitrinite.Notably,zooclasts yield significantly higher reflectance values than those of VLP and SB at each pyrolysis temperature.However,the VLP undergoes two distinct phases in reflectance development,despite gradual morphology changes similar to vitrinite.Based on evidence of the optical texture and organic pore evolution,we argue that a fair amount of VLP in studied Upper Ordovician shale does not consist of graptolite-type fragments.Consequently,the VLPRo serves as a reliable indicator for assessing organic matter maturity in Ordovician shales with a reflectance value of less than 2.0%.This investigation enhances scholarly understandings of marine-derived DOM evolution issues,providing clearer correlations among reflectances of different DOM and reducing uncertainties in thermal maturity determination. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Malignant transformation(MT)of mature cystic teratoma(MCT)has a poor prognosis,especially in advanced cases.Concurrent chemoradiotherapy(CCRT)has an inhibitory effect on MT.CASE SUMMARY Herein,we present a case in which CCRT had a reduction effect preoperatively.A 73-year-old woman with pyelonephritis was referred to our hospital.Computed tomography revealed right hydronephrosis and a 6-cm pelvic mass.Endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle biopsy(EUS-FNB)revealed squamous cell carci-noma.The patient was diagnosed with MT of MCT.Due to her poor general con-dition and renal malfunction,we selected CCRT,expecting fewer adverse effects.After CCRT,her performance status improved,and the tumor size was reduced;surgery was performed.Five months postoperatively,the patient developed dis-semination and lymph node metastases.Palliative chemotherapy was ineffective.She died 18 months after treatment initiation.CONCLUSION EUS-FNB was useful in the diagnosis of MT of MCT;CCRT suppressed the disea-se and improved quality of life. 展开更多

Induced pluripotent cell mass plays a role in genetic transformation mediated by Agrobacterium. Mature seeds are more recalcitrant to the induction of suitable calli than immature embryos in rice, but the exact molecular mechanisms involved remain elusive. In this study, the morphological structure of calli induced from mature seeds and immature embryos were observed under a scanning electron microscope using a paraffin embedded technique. Meanwhile, a total of 2 173 up- and down-regulated genes were identified in calli induced from mature seeds and immature embryos by RNA-seq technique and furtherly confirmed by quantitative real-time PCR. The results revealed the remarkable morphological differences in calli induced from mature seeds and immature embryos, and plant hormone signal transduction and hormone biosynthesis pathways, such as abscisic acid, salicylic acid and jasmonic-isoleucine, were found to play roles in somatic embryogenesis. This study provided comprehensive gene expression sets for mature seeds and immature embryos that were served as an important platform resource for further functional studies in plant embryogenesis. 展开更多

The total protein extract was isolated from 5 samples in each case (mature and hyper mature cataract) and clear supernatant obtained after centrifugation was used as an enzyme source. The optimum pH for the proteases of mature cataract was 7.5 while the proteases of hyper mature cataract were recorded for maximum activity at pH 5.5 and 7.5. The optimum temperature for both enzyme sources was 50 ℃. Effect of different metal ions such as potassium, lead, silver, zinc and borate was studied. In each case protease activity was increased. Reducing agent e.g. β mercaptoethanol also caused an increase in activity indicating the involvement of sulfhydryl groups. Protease activity was also located on agar plates. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate changes of feline(Felis catus)oocytes proteins during in vitro maturation by using the proteomic approach.Methods:Immature oocytes(germinal vesicle)isolated from female cats were cultured and collected at 0 h and 24 h.After collection,oocytes were investigated into immature(germinal vesicle)and mature(metaphaseⅡ)stages.The qualitative profiles of the proteins at the immature and mature stages were determined by one-dimensional electrophoresis and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results:Our data revealed that following 24 h in vitro maturation the maturation rate(metaphaseⅡstage)was 58.7%.Eighty-one of the 260 proteins analyzed were differentially expressed between the germinal vesicle stage and the metaphaseⅡ-arrest stage.Proteomic analysis of germinal vesicle and metaphaseⅡoocytes showed abundant expression of proteins involved in transportation(10%),indicating that this was a major characteristic of germinal vesicle oocytes.Similarly,analysis of the proteome of metaphaseⅡoocytes indicated that cell cycle proteins were overexpressed.Interestingly,proteins involved in DNA repair and apoptosis were only expressed in germinal vesicle oocytes and proteins involved in fertilization were only expressed in metaphaseⅡoocytes.Conclusions:The overexpression of certain proteins in germinal vesicle and metaphaseⅡis necessary for oocyte development and maturation.Our findings provide a valuable resource for further investigations into protein expression in oocytes at different developmental stages. 展开更多

Establishment of a highly efficient regeneration system for the mature embryo of wheat will provide a convenient tool for wheat tissue culture and transformation, thereby facilitating the transformation of foreign genes into wheat. By using the mature embryos derived from 20 different wheat lines including Shi 4185, Yumai 66, Lunxuan 987, CB037, Yangmai 6, Xinchun 9, Bobwhite, Han 6172, Zheng 9023, Jimai 20, Ningchun 4, and Jing 411, the effects of some factors including inoculation methods, initiating culture media, organic additives, antioxidants, and auxins on the regeneration from the explants were evaluated. The results indicated that the scraping embryo culture was better than the whole embryo culture, the Aa medium was better than the SD2 medium and dicamba was better than 2,4-D in increasing the regeneration frequency. An Adi medium was established in this study by adding silver nitrate, cysteine, ascorbic acid, dicamba, glutamine into the Aa medium at the concentration of 4,40, 100, 2, and 5 mg L^-1, respectively. By using the Adi medium and the scraping technique, the regeneration frequencies of the mature embryos of CB037, Lunxuan 987, Hart 6172, Yangmai 6, Bobwhite, Zheng 9023, Shi 4 185, and Jimai 20 became 85.6, 60,1, 46.0, 42.1,42.0, 34.0, 33.0, and 32.0%, respectively, which were about 5-8 times higher than that obtained from the conventional culture mediums and techniques. An efficient induction system and regeneration protocol based on mature barley embryos were developed.Embryos isolated from mature seeds,dehusked by hand and inoculated with longitudinally bisected sections,showed low contamination and high primary callus-forming capability.The influences of nine culture media on primary callus induction and germination from the mature embryos of barley cultivars Golden Promise and Zaoshu 3 were analyzed.The results showed that the two cultivars had much higher values of primary callus induction in the B16M6D medium as compared to the other eight medium formulations,with a frequency of 74.3%and 78.4%for Golden Promise and Zaoshu 3,respectively.Furthermore,Zaoshu 3 demonstrated particularly high stability in callus induction over the different media,indicating its potential utilization in callus induction and regeneration for its good agronomic traits and wide adaption.There were significant differences amongst 11 barley genotypes in terms of primary callus induction in the optimum medium,with percentages of callus induction and germination response ranging from 17.9%to 78.4%and 2.8%to 47.4%,respectively.Green plantlets of Dong 17,Golden Promise,and Zaoshu 3 were successfully de-veloped from primary calli through embryogenesis,with green plant differentiation frequencies ranging from 9.7%to 21.0%across genotypes. 展开更多

Analysis of gene expression profiles ofappressorium development provides insight into the molecular basis of pathogenicity and control of this fungal plant disease. A cDNA array representing 2927 unique genes based on a large EST (expressed sequence tag) database ofM. grisea strain Y34 was constructed and used to profile the gene expression patterns at mycelium and appressorium maturation stages. Compared with mycelia, 55 up-regulated and 22 down-regulated genes were identified in mature appressoria. Among 77 genes, 16 genes showed no similarity to the genome sequences of M. grisea. A novel homologue of peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase was found to be expressed at low-level in mature appressoria of M. grisea. The results indicated that the genes such as pyruvate carboxylase, phospholipid metabolism-related protein and glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase involved in gluconeogenesis, lipid metabolism and glycolysis, showed differential expression in mature appressoria. Furthermore, genes such as PTHll, beta subunit of G protein and SGTI involved in cell signalling, were expressed differentially in mature appressoria. Additives could improve composting performance and reduce gaseous emission,but few studies have explored the synergistic of additives on H2S emission and compost maturity.This research aims to make an investigation about the effects of chemical additives and mature compost on H2S emission and compost maturity of kitchen waste composting.The results showed that additives increased the germination index value and H2S emission reduction over 15 days and the treatment with both chemical additives and mature compost achieved highest germination index value and H2S emission reduction(85%).Except for the treatment with only chemical additives,the total sulfur content increased during the kitchen waste composting.The proportion of effective sulfur was higher with the addition of chemical additives,compared with other groups.The relative abundance of H2S-formation bacterial(Desulfovibrio)was reduced and the relative abundance of bacterial(Pseudomonas and Paracoccus),which could convert sulfur-containing substances and H2S to sulfate was improved with additives.In the composting process with both chemical additives and mature compost,the relative abundance of Desulfovibrio was lowest,while the relative abundance of Pseudomonas and Paracoccus was highest.Taken together,the chemical additives and mature compost achieved H2S emission reduction by regulating the dynamics of microbial community. 展开更多

Genetic segregation analysis for mature seed culturability was conducted using recombinant inbred lines derived from a cross of indica rice, Yangdao 6 and Pei'ai 64s. Three indices of seed culturability, the frequency of callus induction, the frequency of brown callus and the increase of callus weight were investigated. A combined genetic map constructed with simple sequence repeat (SSR), sequence tag site (STS), cleaved amplified polymorphic sequences (CAPS) and single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers covered a total distance of 1 732.5 cM, averaging approximately 12 cM between two neighboring loci. Three QTLs on chromosomes 7, 7 and 10 were detected for the frequency of callus induction; three QTLs on chromosomes 6, 7 and 9 were detected for the frequency of brown callus; and two QTLs on chromosomes 5 and 7 were detected for the increase of callus weight. Common QTLs mapped at the interval flanking RM5481 and RM6835 on chromosome 7 were identified to be involved in the frequency of callus induction and the frequency of brown callus, explaining 7.29% and 12.52% of phenotypic variation, respectively. Static aerobic composting of municipal sewage sludge with forced ventilation or air ventilation using matured compost as bulking conditioner was investigated. Physical and chemical parame ,eters, e.g., temperature, moisture content, VSS, CODcr, pH, and germination index (GI), were analyzed to characterize the composting process. Fermentation starts quickly in both forced and air ventilation compost heaps and reaches high-temperature stage after 2 d, owing to the bulking function of matured compost. Compared to air ventilation, however, forced ventilation enables the high-temperature stage to last longer for approximately 7 d. The moisture content of both compost bodies decreases from 62% to about 50% as a result of evaporation, and it decreases slightly faster in forced ventilation compost heap after 13 d due to the higher temperature and better ventilation condition. Although no obvious differences of VSS and pH are observed between both compost heaps, the soluble CODcr and GI show differences during the second half period of fermentation. In forced ventilation compost, the soluble CODcr has a small rebound after 13 d, and GI decreases from 46% to 35% but then increases. These results show that in general, the matured compost is a good conditioner and force ventilation with a proper air supply strategy can be more efficient than air ventilation. 展开更多

We investigated nerve growth factor precursor (proNGF) and mature NGF expression in ischemic and non-ischemic cortices after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. In both ischemic and non-ischemic cortices, proNGF was found to be present in the extracellular space and cytoplasm. In addition, mature NGF was expressed in extracellular space, but with a very low signal. In ischemic cortex only, proNGF was significantly decreased, reaching a minimal level at 1 day. Mature NGF was increased at 4 hours, then reached a minimal level at 3 days. The p75 neurotrophin receptor (p75NTR) was significantly decreased after ischemia, and increased at 3 days after ischemia. These results confirmed that proNGF was the predominant form of NGF during the pathological process of cerebral ischemia-repeffusion injury. In addition, our findings suggest that ischemic injury may influence the conversion of proNGF to mature NGF, and that proNGF/p75NTR may be involved in reperfusion injury. 展开更多
