Currently,the international economic situation is becoming increasingly complex,and there is significant downward pressure on the global economy.In recent years,China’s infrastructure sector has experienced rapid growth,with the structure of its power engineering business gradually shifting from traditional infrastructure construction to more diversified areas such as production and operation,as well as emergency repairs.As a result,the transformation of mechanized construction in power transmission and transformation projects has become increasingly urgent.This article proposes a post-evaluation model based on game theory to improve comprehensive weighting and fuzzy grey relational projection sorting,which can be used to evaluate the optimal mechanized construction scheme for power transmission and transformation projects.The model begins by considering the entire lifecycle of power transmission and transformation projects.It constructs a post-evaluation index system that covers the planning and design stage,on-site construction stage,operation and maintenance stage,and the decommissioning and disposal stage,with corresponding calculation methods for each index.The fuzzy grey correlation projection sorting method is then employed to evaluate and rank the construction schemes.To validate the model’s effectiveness,a case study of a power transmission and transformation project in a specific region of China is used.The comprehensive benefits of three proposed mechanized construction schemes are evaluated and compared.According to the evaluation results,Scheme 1 is ranked the highest,with a membership degree of 0.870945,excelling in sustainability.These results suggest that the proposed model can effectively evaluate and make decisions regarding the optimal mechanized construction plan for power transmission and transformation projects. 展开更多

Campus construction on slopes often faces technical challenges in integrating new and existing structures both structurally and functionally, particularly regarding uneven foundations, elevation differences, and the preservation of historical buildings. Addressing these issues, this study proposes a systematic construction solution. By integrating geotechnical investigation, structural health monitoring, and finite element numerical simulation methods, we conducted quantitative analyses of stress distribution, deformation coordination, and long-term stability in connection zones. The research elucidates the mechanical behavior characteristics of critical joints under composite loads and, through comparative analysis of three typical campus cases with slopes ranging from 15° to 25°, validates the effectiveness of proposed solutions—including graded support systems, differential settlement control measures, and flexible connection technologies. The primary contribution lies in establishing a decision-support framework based on multi-source data analysis, providing a robust theoretical foundation and implementation roadmap for coordinated construction between new and existing structures in sloped environments. Results demonstrate that applying this framework reduces maximum differential settlement at connection points by approximately 40% during construction and enhances long-term structural safety redundancy by over 25%. 展开更多

It has been a focus of debate for a large time on construction methods for large-span loess tunnel.Reasonable construction method has much effect on stability of tunnel and construction schedule.Deformation and failure of surrounding rock are quite complex.Associating with the large-span loess tunnel of Zhengzhou- Xi'an high-speed passenger rail line in China,large scale model test with geometric proportion 1:20 is applied to study on dynamic mechanical behavior of various construction methods.They include full-face excavation with support and no support,and benching method with support.It is found that pre-deformation and stress accumulation take place ahead of working face.The effects of three construction methods are further studied,particularly in terms of tunnel displacement and stress changes.It is revealed that benching method transfers load to an unexcavated area,limits horizontal deformation,reduces stress concentration effectively,lengthens the distance between location of peak for stress concentration and working face,and consequently increases stability.The model test results not only supply theoretical foundation for determination of reasonable construction method,but also can act as reference for similar tunnel and underground engineering construction. 展开更多

A European pressurized reactor (EPR) steel containment liner structure is comprised of the cylinder part and the dome part. An introduction of the steel liner structure is presented, followed by studies on the key mechanical features of the construction process using a refined finite element method. The steel liner was divided into several modules and then assembled during construction. Firstly, the equipment structure used to hoist the liner module was optimized, the lifting lug was analyzed using a multi-scale finite element model; the wind speed limit during lifting was also studied. Subsequently, the effect of internal forces during assembly between the liner modules, the lateral pressure of fresh concrete, the non-uniform temperature load, and the wind load on the cylinder module was analyzed. According to the time-varying structural performance during continuous concrete pouring and the hardening construction, an "overlapping element and birth-death element" technique was adopted to analyze the deformation and stress of the long-span steel dome liner. In addition, the stability-bearing capacities of the dome structure during construction were also studied, which took into consideration the effect of the initial geometrical imperfections and the elasto-plasticity of the material. This study presents a reference in terms of the mechanics of the construction scheme and the safety of such a type of structure. 展开更多

On the basis of systematically sorting out the potential risk sources of underground structure construction,this paper describes the surrounding medium of underground structure as soil mass and rock mass.The main risk source of the underground structure based on soil medium comes from the construction mechanics analysis in the construction stage,and the leading factor of the underground structure loading in the construction stage is the stress-strain relationship of soil based on the unloading path.The deep underground engineering structure is faced with a series of disasters such as high-strength water escape,high-strength rock burst,large deformation of soft rock,boulder collapse and rock burst under the action of unloading.In view of the unloading paths faced by the above two different media,the corresponding physical models are developed to describe the above phenomena according to their respective disaster evolution mechanism and disaster breeding mechanism,and the corresponding indexes required for the safety of engineering structures are obtained by solving the physical equations.According to the above indicators,the engineering structure and surrounding media in the construction process are monitored accordingly,and the feedback of the monitoring data is used to obtain the risk assessment and modify the current construction sequence,so as to provide a reference for better serving the construction safety of underground engineering structures. 展开更多

Metro station tunnel groups are often characterized by dense intersection layouts,which introduce unique challenges such as intricate stress distributions,difficult construction operations,and heightened vulnerability to safety hazards.To address these issues,this study takes the tunnel group of Nanning Qingxiushan Metro Station as a case study,establishing a three-dimensional numerical model that is calibrated with on-site monitoring data.The research focuses on investigating the mechanical response mechanisms of the tunnel group during construction,including surrounding rock deformation patterns,stress evolution laws,and plastic zone development characteristics.Special emphasis is placed on analyzing the dynamic mechanical behavior of the left-line tunnel during its connection with the cross-passage.The results indicate that the tunnel structure is significantly affected by the eccentric load from the upper foundation pit:the surrounding rock at the intersection of the tunnel on the eccentrically loaded side exhibits substantially larger displacement and stress compared to the non-eccentrically loaded side.Additionally,the excavation of the cross-passage induces significant disturbance to the intersection area,resulting in concentrated plastic strain.When the left-line tunnel is breached to connect with the cross-passage,tensile stress is generated at the vault of the breached lining,and severe stress concentration occurs at the arch shoulder and arch foot.The implementation of targeted deformation control measures is proven effective in ensuring the structural stability of the tunnel group.This research provides technical support for the design and construction of similar metro tunnel group intersection projects. 展开更多
