Ru nanoparticles(NPs)supported on CeO2-Mg(OH)2 composite nanosheets,donated as Ru/CeO2-Mg(OH)2,are developed as the highly active catalyst for selective hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol.Characterization results demonstrate that Ru NPs are adsorbed on the surface of the polyhedra of CeO2,which are scattered on the surface of the thin Mg(OH)2 nanosheets.Ru/CeO2-Mg(OH)2-0.2 achieves 92.6%conversion of furfural and 96.3%selectivity to furfuryl alcohol.Ru/CeO2-Mg(OH)2-0.2 retains high activity after six cycles,due to the introduction of CeO2 to form composite support that effectively prevents the leaching of Ru NPs.The strong metal-support interaction(SMSI)between Ru NPs and the CeO2-Mg(OH)2 composite support can tune the electronic structure of Ru NPs,which facilitates the H2 activation.Moreover,the CeO2-Mg(OH)2 interface exhibits specific adsorption of C=O bonds compared to the CeO2 alone.The composite-supported nanoparticles provide a valuable strategy for constructing highly efficient hydrogenation catalysts. 展开更多

The incorporation of conductive supports is crucial for achieving superior electrocatalytic performance in transition metal sulfide(TMS)systems.However,the influence of conductive supports with different dimensions remains insufficiently explored.Hereby,quasi-1D graphene nanoribbons(GNRs)and 2D Ti3C2Tx-MXene are for the first time simultaneously introduced to construct a novel 3D Co9S8/GNRs/Ti3C2Txternary composite via a simple annealing process.Systematic characterizations reveal that the GNRs/Ti3C2Txcomposite support endows the ternary composite with superior properties,including a unique 3D architecture,improved Co9S8dispersibility,increased structural defects,and higher conductivity when compared to its binary counterparts.These advantages collectively contribute to significantly enhanced oxygen evolution reaction(OER)performance.Consequently,the Co9S8/GNRs/Ti3C2Txcatalyst delivers an overpotential of 285 mV at 10 cm-2 and a Tafel slope of 78 mV dec-1,surpassing other comparative catalysts and approaching the performance of commercial RuO2 catalyst.Additionally,it exhibits remarkable stability,with a negligible overpotential increase of only 2 mV during a 24 h durability test.When employed as an anode catalyst in water-splitting devices,the Co9S8/GNRs/TiC2Txcatalyst requires a low overpotential of 343 mV,manifesting substantial potential for water electrolysis.This work not only reports an excellent OER catalyst,but also offers a valuable strategy for designing high-performance ternary composites for energy-related reactions. 展开更多

Composite membranes have attracted increasing attentions owing to their potential applications for CO2 separation. In this work, ceramic supported polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and poly (ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA) composite membranes were prepared. The microstructure and physicochemical properties of the compos- ite membranes were characterized. Preparation conditions were systematically optimized. The gas separation performance of the as-prepared membranes was studied by pure gas and binary gas permeation measurement of CO〉 N2 and H〉 Experiments showed that PDMS, as silicone rubber, exhibited larger permeance and lower separation factors. Conversely, PEGDA composite membrane presented smaller gas permeance but higher ideal selectivity for CO2/N2. Compared to the performance of those membranes using polymeric supports or freestanding membranes, the two kinds of ceramic supported composite membranes exhibited higher gas permeance and acceptable selectivity. Therefore, the ceramic supported composite membrane can be expected as a candidate for CO2 separation from light gases. 展开更多

A SiC/ZrSiO4?SiO2 (SZS) coating was successfully fabricated on the carbon/carbon (C/C) composites by pack cementation, slurry painting and sintering to improve the anti-oxidation property and thermal shock resistance. The anti-oxidation properties under different oxygen partial pressures (OPP) and thermal shock resistance of the SZS coating were investigated. The results show that the SZS coated sample under low OPP, corresponding to the ambient air, during isothermal oxidation was 0.54% in mass gain after 111 h oxidation at 1500 ° C and less than 0.03% in mass loss after 50 h oxidation in high OPP, corresponding to the air flow rate of 36 L/h. Additionally, the residual compressive strengths (RCS) of the SZS coated samples after oxidation for 50 h in high OPP and 80 h in low OPP remain about 70% and 72.5% of those of original C/C samples, respectively. Moreover, the mass loss of SZS coated samples subjected to the thermal cycle from 1500 ° C in high OPP to boiling water for 30 times was merely 1.61%. 展开更多

BNp/Al2O3-SiO2 system ceramic matrix composites with different volume fractions (10%-60%) of hexagonal BN particulates (BNp) were prepared by hot-press sintering technique. Phase components, microstructure, mechanical properties and plasma erosion resistance were also investigated. With the increase of h-BNp content, relative density and Vickers' hardness of the composite ceramics decrease, while the flexural strength, elastic modulus and fracture toughness increase and then decrease. The plasma erosion resistance linearly deteriorated with the increase of BNp content which is mainly determined by the density, crystal structure and atomic number of the elements. 展开更多

Changing the molar ratio of Al∶Si∶Ti∶Zr,the kinds and content of crystal phases of composite membranes could be different, which may lead to a variety of microstructure of membranes. The surface nanoscale topography and microstructure of membranes were investiga ted by XRD,SEM,AFM,EPMA. The effects of additives and heat treatments on the sur face nanoscale topography and microstructure of composite ceramic membranes were also analyzed. 展开更多

采用邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DIOP)为内给电子体,制备了MgCl2-SiO2复合载体负载的Ziegler-Natta催化剂;考察了DIOP加入量对催化剂的形态结构及其催化乙烯与1-己烯共聚反应性能的影响,并利用N2吸附-脱附、SEM和XRD等测试手段对催化剂的形态... 采用邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DIOP)为内给电子体,制备了MgCl2-SiO2复合载体负载的Ziegler-Natta催化剂;考察了DIOP加入量对催化剂的形态结构及其催化乙烯与1-己烯共聚反应性能的影响,并利用N2吸附-脱附、SEM和XRD等测试手段对催化剂的形态和物性进行了表征。实验结果表明,加入DIOP可以改善催化剂的颗粒形态和均匀程度;随DIOP加入量的增加,催化剂活性降低,共聚物的堆密度和熔体流动指数呈先升高后降低的趋势。当n(DIOP)∶n(Mg)=0.10时,催化剂的形态和性能较好,共聚物的堆密度为0.35 g/cm3,熔体流动指数(10 min)为0.18 g,粒径为75~750μm的颗粒的质量分数为98.36%。 展开更多

本研究采用水热法,通过调控镍钴盐等原料的比例,制备出具有自支撑结构的镍钴硫化物/石墨烯气凝胶(NiCo2S4/GA)复合材料。运用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征技术及电化学工作站对复合材料的结构、微观形貌和电化学性... 本研究采用水热法,通过调控镍钴盐等原料的比例,制备出具有自支撑结构的镍钴硫化物/石墨烯气凝胶(NiCo2S4/GA)复合材料。运用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等表征技术及电化学工作站对复合材料的结构、微观形貌和电化学性能展开研究。结果表明,在反应物摩尔浓度比为1∶1的样品(NiCo2S4/GA-1∶1)中,NiCo2S4纳米颗粒呈现高密度均匀负载状态且无团聚现象,面积比电阻为1.99Ω·cm2;在2 A·g-1的电流密度下循环1500次后,电容保持率为70.1%。电化学动力学分析表明,NiCo2S4/GA-1∶1复合电极表现为由扩散效应主导的赝电容行为,这主要得益于石墨烯气凝胶的多孔结构,以及石墨烯片层在储能过程中对NiCo2S4电容效应的优化作用,使二者之间产生了协同效应。因此,NiCo2S4/GA-1∶1复合材料作为超级电容器电极材料具有较大的应用潜力。 展开更多

Based on the γ-Al2O3 support with large-size pores, impregnation-deposition method was adopted to prepare the nano CeO_2/γ-Al2O3 composite supports. The results of XRD showed that there was no CeO_2-Al2O3 mixture or solid solution, indicating that CeO_2 was only loaded on the surface of Al2O3. The CeO_2/γ-Al2O3 composite support had larger specific surface area (170 m2·g-1), while for the non-loaded nanosized CeO_2, the specific surface area was small(~50 m2·g-1). The influence of impregnation and drying methods on the surface properties, thermal stability and crystal structure of composite supports was characterized by XRD, DTA and BET. The CeO_2/γ-Al2O3 composite support prepared by vacuum impregnation and microwave drying was better than that prepared by conventional impregnation and drying. 展开更多

A facile and user friendly technique to immobilize the late-transition metal complexes on spherical MgCl2/SiO2/THF support has been developed. The spherical MgCl2/SiO2/THF-supported late-transition metal catalysts 2,6-bis-[1-(2,6-dimethylphenylimino)ethyl]pyridine iron(II) dichloride(SC-A) and 1,4-bis(2,6-dimethylphenyl)- acenaphthene diimine nickel(II) dibromide(SC-B) for ethylene polymerization has been prepared by spray-drying technique using tetrahydrofuran suspension containing MgCl2, SiO2 and late-transition metal complexes. The catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD, SEM and the polymers were analyzed using GPC, DSC and 13C-NMR. The test results show that spray-drying is a very effective method for immobilizing late-transition metal catalysts for ethylene polymerization. Among six kinds of cocatalysts for olefin polymerization, TMA and TEA were confirmed to be more effective than other compounds for the ethylene polymerization system using the catalyst SC-A. For the case of the catalyst SC-B, DEAC showed the best performance as cocatalysts in ethylene polymerization. The replication of the catalyst morphology was found in the resultant polyethylene. 展开更多

HZSM-5, Al_2O_3, TiO_2 and SiO_2 supported CeO_2-ZrO_2-CrO_x catalysts were prepared by deposition-precipitation method and tested for deep catalytic oxidation of 1,2-dichloroethane(DCE), as one of the common chlorinated organic pollutants. All the catalysts were characterized by means of N_2 adsorption-desorption, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), ammonia-temperatureprogrammed desorption(NH_3-TPD) and hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction(H2-TPR). The characterization results revealed that there was strongly synergistic effect between the oxidizability of CZCr species and the acidity of supports, which obviously promoted the catalytic activity for DCE degradation. 20% CZCr/HZSM-5 showed the highest activity and good durability during the long-term continuous test. The catalytic activity decreased in the order: 20%CZCr/HZSM-5〉CZCr〉20%CZCr/TiO_2〉20%CZCr/Al_2O_3〉20%CZCr/SiO_2. 展开更多

沼气蒸汽重整是重要的制氢方式,开发高效稳定的催化剂是其规模化应用的重要环节。基于此,采用连续浸渍法制备了一系列基于ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体的Ni基催化剂,对其进行了沼气蒸汽重整制氢催化性能测试。利用N2吸/脱附、XRD等... 沼气蒸汽重整是重要的制氢方式,开发高效稳定的催化剂是其规模化应用的重要环节。基于此,采用连续浸渍法制备了一系列基于ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体的Ni基催化剂,对其进行了沼气蒸汽重整制氢催化性能测试。利用N2吸/脱附、XRD等表征方法,分析了催化剂的织构性质、晶相组成等。探究了催化剂的物理结构和化学性质对沼气蒸汽重整制氢的影响机制,并探讨了焙烧温度与金属助剂Fe对催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明,在700°C、空速12000 h-1条件下,焙烧温度为550°C制得的Ni/ZrO2-Al2O3表现出突出的催化性能,CH4转化率和H2产率分别稳定在89.94%和81.49%。ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体相比于Al2O3载体增大了催化剂的比表面积,促进了平均粒径较小的Ni在载体表面的高度分散,进而提高了催化剂的催化沼气蒸汽重整制氢性能。焙烧温度可以调控催化剂的比表面积和孔体积,焙烧温度为550°C制得的Ni/ZrO2-Al2O3的比表面积和孔体积比焙烧温度为700°C制得的Ni/ZrO2-Al2O3大。Fe与ZrO2的耦合改性提升了催化剂的还原性能,生成了更多高活性Ni0,有利于甲烷干重整制氢反应的发生,调控了气体产物中的n_(H2)CO 展开更多

将七钼酸铵分别用水和草酸溶液溶解后与TiO2复合制备MoOx-TiO2载体,通过浸渍法负载钒获得VOx/MoOx-TiO2催化剂;采用XRD、SEM、BET、XPS、H2-TPR和NH3-TPD表征手段研究催化剂的结构和性质,并考察了其脱硝活性和... 将七钼酸铵分别用水和草酸溶液溶解后与TiO2复合制备MoOx-TiO2载体,通过浸渍法负载钒获得VOx/MoOx-TiO2催化剂;采用XRD、SEM、BET、XPS、H2-TPR和NH3-TPD表征手段研究催化剂的结构和性质,并考察了其脱硝活性和高温老化性能。结果表明,草酸助溶七钼酸铵制得的VMoTiO-F在210~510℃的脱硝效率大于80.0%,优于用水溶解制备的VMoTiH-F;VMoTiO-F表面存在较多的MoOx,可增强与VOx的相互作用,促进催化剂表面产生更多的低价态VOx和表面化学吸附氧(Oα)活性物种;VMoTiO-F中的VOx和MoOx相互作用还能提高低温氧化还原性能,有利于催化过程中的电子传递;VMoTiH-F相比VMoTiO-F有更多的MoOx进入TiO2晶格,提高TiO2的热稳定性,而VMoTiO-A中的锐钛矿TiO2在高温老化中被严重烧结甚至部分转变为惰性金红石晶型,导致表面酸性位损失和氧化还原性能降低,因此VMoTiH-A催化剂的脱硝性能明显优于VMoTiO-A。 展开更多

天然矿物MgO被认为是负载MnOx脱除燃煤烟气中Hg0的优良载体,然而其比表面积限制了Mn物种的利用效率,对Mn物种的用量需求较高。为提高载体在脱除烟气中Hg0反应过程中对Mn活性物种的利用率,采用Al2O3部分替换MgO,制备了MgO... 天然矿物MgO被认为是负载MnOx脱除燃煤烟气中Hg0的优良载体,然而其比表面积限制了Mn物种的利用效率,对Mn物种的用量需求较高。为提高载体在脱除烟气中Hg0反应过程中对Mn活性物种的利用率,采用Al2O3部分替换MgO,制备了MgO-Al2O3复合氧化物负载的MnOx吸附剂。利用Al2O3较大的比表面积以及表面较高的化学吸附氧(Oad)占比,提升了Mn对Hg0的吸附与氧化能力,获得了Hg0脱除效率更高的吸附剂。结果表明,仅负载5%的Mn物种时,在MgO载体中添加30%的Al2O3可使吸附剂在150℃、N2+10%O2气氛中提升Hg0脱除效率27.7%。通过H2-TPR及XPS揭示吸附剂对Hg0的脱除机理,H2-TPR表明添加Al2O3会与MgO发生交互反应形成更稳定的载体物种,XPS表明吸附剂表面Mn4+物种占比对Hg0脱除活性有重要影响,添加30%的Al2O3时吸附剂表面Mn4+物种占比最高,因此Hg0脱除活性最高。针对MgO载体上Mn活性组分受限的缺点,采用添加Al2O3的方法提升了载体对于活性物种的利用率,对天然矿物载体在Hg0脱除领域的应用具有借鉴意义。 展开更多

选用Al2O3和TiO2的复合物作为催化剂的载体,通过浸渍法合成了不同TiO2含量(0%,5%,10%,15%)的负载型钴基催化剂,采用XRD、TEM、TPR、BET、UV-Vis、XPS、CO-TPD等技术对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了其光热催化费托合成性能。结... 选用Al2O3和TiO2的复合物作为催化剂的载体,通过浸渍法合成了不同TiO2含量(0%,5%,10%,15%)的负载型钴基催化剂,采用XRD、TEM、TPR、BET、UV-Vis、XPS、CO-TPD等技术对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了其光热催化费托合成性能。结果表明,含量较少的TiO2是激发光催化反应的决定因素,引入紫外光照能够激发光生电子从TiO2向金属钴转移,有利于反应物CO分子的解离活化,致使CO转化率大幅提升。产物分布方面,抑制产生CO2,促进低碳数烷烃生成。当TiO2含量为5%时,光照引起的CO转化率提升幅度最高,可达68.8%。此研究有助于理解光热催化费托反应体系中催化剂构效关系和反应过程。 展开更多
