The Religious Moderation concept in Indonesia is based on written scripts that have been rolling since 2019,this issue is one of the themes promoted by the Ministry of Religion,which is based on the plural and cultura...The Religious Moderation concept in Indonesia is based on written scripts that have been rolling since 2019,this issue is one of the themes promoted by the Ministry of Religion,which is based on the plural and cultural reality of the people of this country.The Wahid Institute informed that 54 percent of cases of intolerance occurred during 2020.This condition can have a positive potential if it is managed properly,on the other hand,it can become a dangerous boomerang if strategic policies do not accompany it.Because it can give rise to radical ideas,which later become an acute disease in society.Intolerance,racism,and other bad behavior are very easy to spread and very easy to follow,someone can even do it without realizing it.In this context,spiritual communication is needed as a policy strategy,to provide mutual understanding to all level of society.Qualitative-descriptive method is used in this research,with literature study,virtual observation and interviews with some informants from Cirebon.The study’s findings indicated that religious moderation was implemented using four approaches,namely the linguistic approach,the sociocultural approach,the historical approach,and the traditional approach.展开更多
Text moderation in online communities has always been an important part of preventing cybercrime and maintaining a clear cyberspace.Most existing text moderation research approaches it from a text classification persp...Text moderation in online communities has always been an important part of preventing cybercrime and maintaining a clear cyberspace.Most existing text moderation research approaches it from a text classification perspective,focusing mainly on the text content itself with scant attention to the factors of the text publishers.Understanding user interaction in text moderation is an important part of engaging users to grow online communities.The paper presents a text moderation model for online communities,which is based on a text pre-trained model and integrates user interaction features and attribute features.Since it is difficult to label users in large online communities,we use the unsupervised Node2Vec algorithm to get user embedding from the user’s interaction graph.Then the attention mechanism is used to further train the user embedding to promote the enhancement effect of user characteristics on text moderation.The experimental results on real community datasets show that the proposed method outperforms the text moderation models that only use text features.Simultaneously,from the perspective of community owner,we conduct numerous experiments to demonstrate the impact of community user attributes and interaction characteristics on text moderation,providing valuable insights for community managers.展开更多
Immunotherapy has emerged as a promising strategy for combating tumor metastasis and recurrence,however,its efficacy is often hampered by the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(TME).The integration of nanomedici...Immunotherapy has emerged as a promising strategy for combating tumor metastasis and recurrence,however,its efficacy is often hampered by the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(TME).The integration of nanomedicine-based photothermal therapy(PTT)with immunotherapy offers great potential to reshape the immune landscape,thereby enhancing immune responses and therapeutic outcomes.Nevertheless,conventional hyperthermia may induce heat-related damage and excessive inflammation in normal tissues.To address this challenge,we developed a novel therapeutic platform that combines tumor-specific delivery of melittin(MLT)with mild PTT using two-dimensional palladium nanosheets(Pd NSs).This approach allows for selective accumulation of MLT at tumor sites via the enhanced permeability and retention(EPR)effect and TME-responsive release,thereby maximizing antitumor efficacy while minimizing off-target toxicity.The resulting nanocomposite,MLT@Pd@PEG,exhibits excellent biocompatibility and efficient photothermal conversion under 808 nm laser irradiation.The acidic p H and localized heat in the TME synergistically trigger the controlled release of MLT,which disrupts cancer cell membranes and promotes tumor cell apoptosis.Moreover,this treatment facilitates the release of tumor-associated antigens and danger-associated molecular patterns(DAMPs),thereby activating cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer(NK)cells.In vivo studies demonstrate that the combination of immune checkpoint blockade and MLT@Pd@PEG not only eradicates primary and distant tumors in bilateral tumor-bearing mouse models but also prevents tumor recurrence and metastasis by inducing durable immune memory.This comprehensive strategy integrating precise MLT delivery with mild PTT holds significant promise for advancing next-generation cancer immunotherapy.展开更多
Background:Reducing mental illness stigma is critical for mental health literacy enhancement in China,where stigmatization remains pronounced among undergraduates.Imaginative empathy is a promising anti-stigma interve...Background:Reducing mental illness stigma is critical for mental health literacy enhancement in China,where stigmatization remains pronounced among undergraduates.Imaginative empathy is a promising anti-stigma intervention,but its specific effects and the potential moderating role of gender remain under-explored.Methods:Three studies were conducted with 18–22-year-old Chinese undergraduates.Study 1(n=223,survey design)explored gender’s moderation on empathy-stigma links.Study 2(n=217,2×2×3 mixed design)tested the intervention effect of self-perspective imaginative empathy.Study 3(n=71,2×2×2 mixed design)verified gender moderation.Stigma was measured via stereotypic explanatory bias(SEB)with internal attribution tendency as the core indicator.Results:Gender moderated the empathy-stigma relationship in positive situations(Study 1:β=0.82,p<0.001;Study 3:F=4.77,p=0.032),with males showing increased internal attribution as empathy rise.Self-perspective imaginative empathy significantly increased internal attribution in positive situations(F=8.70,p<0.01)and decreased it in negative situations(F=109.63,p<0.001;Study 2).Conclusion:Self-perspective imaginative empathy elicits attributional shifts consistent with reduced mental illness stigma among Chinese undergraduates.It induces a significant increase in internal attribution tendency among males in positive situations,providing implications for developing culturally tailored anti-stigma interventions targeting implicit cognitive biases.展开更多
This study investigated the role of jasmonates(JAs)in mitigating the impairment of high temperature(HT)stress-induced spikelet opening in photo-thermosensitive genetic male-sterile(PTGMS)rice under controlled moderate...This study investigated the role of jasmonates(JAs)in mitigating the impairment of high temperature(HT)stress-induced spikelet opening in photo-thermosensitive genetic male-sterile(PTGMS)rice under controlled moderate soil drying(MD).Two PTGMS rice varieties were grown under normal temperature(NT)and HT conditions,paired with either well-watered(WW)or MD strategies during anthesis,in both controlled-climate pot and open-air field conditions over multiple years.The MD treatment demonstrated significant protective effects compared to the conventional WW regime under HT stress,which significantly reduced the levels of JAs in lodicules and worsened spikelet opening impairment and hybrid seed yield loss.The MD regime enhanced the accumulation of JAs in lodicules,effectively alleviating HT-induced spikelet opening impairment and hybrid seed yield reduction.This protective mechanism operates through multiple pathways:(1)promoting starch hydrolysis into soluble sugars,(2)upregulating the expression of aquaporin genes,and(3)enhancing antioxidant capacity,thereby maintaining cellular osmotic and redox homeostasis in the lodicules.The crucial role of JAs in this mechanism was confirmed using JA-deficient mutants,transgenic rice lines with varying JA biosynthetic capacities,and exogenous applications of JAs.These findings indicate that MD is a more effective cultivation strategy than traditional WW in protecting PTGMS rice from HT stress,which is achieved by modulating levels of JAs to maintain osmotic and redox homeostasis in the lodicules,thus improving spikelet opening and hybrid seed yield under HT stress during anthesis.展开更多
To meet the demand for clean and efficient coal utilization under low-load conditions and new power systems,an innovative coal purification-combustion technology is proposed in this study.The feasibility and fuel adap...To meet the demand for clean and efficient coal utilization under low-load conditions and new power systems,an innovative coal purification-combustion technology is proposed in this study.The feasibility and fuel adaptability were verified using a 200 kW coal purification-combustion system.The high-temperature purification characteristics of three types of coal under a low load of 55%and the nitrogen migration and transformation mechanism during the purification-combustion process were studied.The results show that the medium-temperature activation process mainly involves the release and reduction of volatile nitrogen to N2,with a nitrogen conversion rate of 43.8%-53.1%.During this process,coal powder activation is achieved,which significantly increases the specific surface area of the char,develops a pore structure,and increases the number of active sites,which are beneficial for high-temperature gasification reactions under low loads.During high-temperature purification,62%-85%of the inorganic components were separated,achieving the separation of carbon and inorganic components.Coal powder is converted into high-temperature gaseous fuel,mainly composed of CO and H2,and the pore structure of char is further developed,which is conducive to stable combustion under low loads.The high-temperature purification process mainly involves the release and reduction of char nitrogen to N2,with a nitrogen conversion rate of 93.6%-96.6%.The fuel,mainly composed of high-temperature CO and H2,achieved a moderate or intense low-oxygen dilution(MILD)combustion process.In the reduction zone of the combustion furnace,NH3was completely converted to N2and char nitrogen was gradually released and reduced to N2,with a nitrogen conversion rate of 99.6%in the reduction zone.The oxidation zone involves the burnout of char,which mainly releases char nitrogen and oxidizes it to NOx.Ultimately,only 0.2%-0.9%of the coal nitrogen is converted to NOx.The minimum original NOxemissions of the three types of coal at low loads were 28 mg·Nm-3(@6%O2),and the combustion efficiency exceeded 99.6%.展开更多

Globally recurrent extreme high temperature(HT)events severely limit rice production.This study investigated whether a controlled moderate soil drying(MD)could replace the conventional well-watered(WW)regime to more e...Globally recurrent extreme high temperature(HT)events severely limit rice production.This study investigated whether a controlled moderate soil drying(MD)could replace the conventional well-watered(WW)regime to more effectively mitigate HT stress on pistil fertilization in photo-thermosensitive genetic male-sterile(PTGMS)rice,and examined the role of brassinosteroids(BRs).Two PTGMS rice varieties were cultivated under normal temperature(NT)and HT conditions,paired with WW and MD strategies during anthesis.In the conventional WW regime,waterlogging reduced BR levels in roots and pistils due to excessive decomposition,weakening active water uptake driven by root activity and failing to alleviate transpiration-pulled passive water extraction hampered by restricted stomatal openings.Thereby,it caused water imbalance in plants and weakened pistil function due to a suppressed ascorbate-glutathione(AsA-GSH)cycle and hyperactive nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase(NOX)activity.This exacerbated pistil fertilization impairment and hybrid seed yield loss under HT stress.Conversely,by promoting BR synthesis and inhibiting its decomposition in roots and pistils,the MD strategy enhanced root activity and transpiration-driven water uptake.It maintained plant water balance and supported pistil function by suppressing NOX activity and enhancing AsA-GSH cycledriven redox homeostasis.Thus,it mitigated HT-induced pistil fertilization impairment and hybrid seed yield loss.The precise function of BRs in moderating the protective effects of MD against the detrimental impacts of HT stress on pistil fertilization in PTGMS rice was confirmed through genetic and chemical approaches.Consequently,a controlled MD method proved more effective than the conventional WW regime in alleviating HT stress on pistil fertilization in PTGMS rice by promoting BR enhancement.展开更多

For moderately/strongly coupled plasmas,modeling of the electron screening effect remains an unresolved problem,owing to the complicated many-body correlations among the surrounding electrons and ions.In this work,we ...For moderately/strongly coupled plasmas,modeling of the electron screening effect remains an unresolved problem,owing to the complicated many-body correlations among the surrounding electrons and ions.In this work,we investigate the ion correlation effect on electron screening of moderately coupled plasmas using an atomic-state-dependent electron-screening model.It is found that the electron density around a target ion is significantly enhanced by the ion correlation effect from surrounding ions.By considering this ion correlation effect,the electron density fluctuation induced by the target ion becomes non-spherically symmetric,which causes traditional electron screening models to underestimate the screening effects,especially for moderately/strongly coupled and weakly degenerate plasmas.The present model and findings are validated by molecular dynamics simulations of moderately coupled ultracold neutral plasmas.For moderately coupled plasmas,the Coulomb logarithm is found to decrease by about 10%-30% owing to the ion correlation effect,which should be considered when modeling plasma effects on atomic processes,radiation transport,and thermodynamic properties.展开更多

Cotton is an important global cash crops that serve as the primary source of natural fiber for textiles.A thorough understand-ing of the long-term variations in cotton cultivation is vital for optimizing cotton cultiv...Cotton is an important global cash crops that serve as the primary source of natural fiber for textiles.A thorough understand-ing of the long-term variations in cotton cultivation is vital for optimizing cotton cultivation management and promoting the sustainable development of the cotton industry.Xinjiang is the primary cotton-producing region in China.However,long-term data of cotton cultiv-ation areas with high spatial resolution are unavailable for Xinjiang,China.Therefore,this study aimed to identify and map an accurate 30-m cotton cultivation area dataset in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2020 by applying a Random Forest(RF)-based method that integrates Landsat and Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)images,and validated the applicability and accuracy of dataset at a large spatial scale.Then,this study analyzed the spatiotemporal variations and influencing factors of cotton cultivation in the study period.The results showed that a high classification accuracy was achieved(overall accuracy>85%,F1>0.80),strongly agreeing with county-level agricultural statistical yearbook data(R2>0.72).Significant spatiotemporal variation in the cotton cultivation areas was found in Xinjiang,with a total increase of 1131.26 kha from 2000 to 2020.Notably,cotton cultivation area in southern Xinjiang expan-ded substantially,with that in Aksu increasing from 20.10%in 2000 to 28.17%in 2020,representing an expansion of 374.29 kha.In northern Xinjiang,the cotton areas in the Tacheng region also exhibited significant increased by almost ten percentage points in the same period.In contrast,cotton cultivation in eastern Xinjiang declined,decreasing from 2.22%in 2000 to merely 0.24%in 2020.Standard deviation ellipse analysis revealed a‘northeast-southwest’spatial distribution,with the centroid consistently located in Aksu and shifting 102.96 km over the 20-yr period.Pearson correlation analysis indicated that socioeconomic factors had a stronger influence on cotton cultivation than climatic factors,with effective irrigation area(r=0.963,P<0.05)and total agricultural machinery power(r=0.823)showing significant positive correlations,whereas climatic variables exhibiting weak associations(r<0.200).These results provide valuable scientific data for informed agricultural management,sustainable development,and policymaking.展开更多
Background:Depression is prevalent among female college students,with eating behavior potentially related to this issue.This study examines the relationship between eating behavior and depression,focusing on the role ...Background:Depression is prevalent among female college students,with eating behavior potentially related to this issue.This study examines the relationship between eating behavior and depression,focusing on the role of social appearance anxiety and physical activity.Methods:We recruited 2161 female college students from nine universities in China via convenience sampling.Data was collected via an online questionnaire.Eating behavior was assessed via the Eating Behavior Scale short form(EBS-SF),depression was measured via the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D),social appearance anxiety was evaluated via the Social Appearance Anxiety Scale,and physical activity was assessed via a single-item question.Descriptive statistics were analyzed via SPSS 26.0,and moderated mediation analysis was conducted via PROCESS version 3.5.Results:Unhealthy eating behavior was significantly associated with higher levels of depression(β=0.285,p<0.001).Social appearance anxiety mediated this relationship,accounting for 46%of the total effect(β=0.132,95%CI=[0.108,0.158]).The interaction effect between eating behavior and physical activity was significantly and negatively correlated with depression(β=−0.052,p<0.01).The association between eating behavior and depression was stronger under conditions of low physical activity(β=0.210,p<0.001)than under conditions of high physical activity(β=0.105,p<0.001).Conclusions:Integrating nutritional guidance,body image acceptance training,and exercise promotion into campus mental health programs is crucial for addressing depression in female college students.Future research should use longitudinal designs and broader participant ranges to increase the general applicability of the findings.展开更多

Our research shows that alth...We have collected data on China's 22 main trading partners for 1984-2012 and used System GMM to study the influence of "Made in China" on the "Great Moderation" of the global economy. Our research shows that although trade scale, real effective exchange rate, oil prices, fixed capital investment and other variables have significantly expanded global economic volatility, "Made in China" has markedly restrained output growth rate fluctuations in countries around the world and price fluctuations in developed countries, helping the global economy develop with "high growth, low volatility." "Made in China" is a long-term variable in the context of the global value chain. China needs to take advantage of global value chain restructuring to further upgrade and develop processing and manufacturing industry and expand its presence in the international market. It could choose to adopt a "mirror strategy" and launch trade sanctions targeting counterpart industries or enterprises to counter irrational trade sanctions from the developed countries. At the same time, however, it is important for China to make its own contribution to improve global economic governance and building a new international economic order in the era of global value chains by strengthening its policy coordination with other countries.展开更多

This study examined the involvement of cytokinins in the process by which moderate water limitation(MWL) mediates nitrogen(N) remobilization from source to sink during the grain-filling phase in wheat.Field experiment...This study examined the involvement of cytokinins in the process by which moderate water limitation(MWL) mediates nitrogen(N) remobilization from source to sink during the grain-filling phase in wheat.Field experiments were performed using N application rates of low(LN),medium(MN),and high(HN).Two soil moisture regimes were implemented for each N rate:conventional well-watered(CWW) and MWL post anthesis.The MWL application optimized N,total free amino acids(FAA),and trans-zeatin(Z)+trans-zeatin riboside(ZR) reallocation from the source organs(stems and leaves) to the sink organ(spikes) in wheat.Compared to those in the CWW regime,the activities of proteolytic enzymes,including endopeptidase,carboxypeptidase,and aminopeptidase within stems and leaves,and the expression levels of total FAA transporter genes in spikes were significantly elevated in the MWL regime,showing a close correlation with the Z+ZR levels in the spikes.Application of kinetin to stems and leaves significantly inhibited proteolytic enzyme activities,promoting N retention in stems and leaves,decreasing N accumulation in the sink organ,and reducing the N harvest index.In contrast,applying kinetin to spikes significantly upregulated expression levels of FAA transporter genes,reducing N retention in stems and leaves,increasing N accumulation in the sink organ,and raising the N harvest index.Such facilitation induced by the MWL in the remobilization of N from source to sink was greater at HN than at LN or MN.Results demonstrate that postanthesis MWL can significantly intensify the remobilization of N from source to sink,while also synergistically enhancing grain yield and N use efficiency through strategically redistributing cytokinins(Z+ZR) between source and sink in wheat.展开更多
Background:Decreased physical activity(PA)influences childhood obesity and student learning.Sixty minutes(min)of daily moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(MVPA)are recommended for good health and optimized academic...Background:Decreased physical activity(PA)influences childhood obesity and student learning.Sixty minutes(min)of daily moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(MVPA)are recommended for good health and optimized academic achievement.Methods:We quantified all-day and in-school PA in association with academic success.Cross-sectional accelerometer data from 1115 second-twelfth graders were evaluated for daily and in-school MVPA and vigorous physical activity(VPA).Associations between PA values and year-end grade point average(GPA)in grades 6-12 and criterion referenced standardized tests in reading(CRT-R)and math(CRT-M)were examined for grades 3-8 and 11 by multivariable regression.Results:MVPA and VPA declined as student grade level increased.Higher in-school and full-day PA was associated with increased academic success(e.g.,GPA and standardized testing),with the effect size increasing with advancing grade level.Accumulating 30 min more of in-school MVPA was associated with 0.63 higher GPA.Accumulating 10 min more of in-school VPA was associated with higher standardized test scores:t11.9% and t12.0% for CRT-M and CRT-R,respectively.Conclusions:Across advancing grade levels,students were on average less physically active.Habitual physical activity at every grade level was associated with higher levels of academic success based on GPA and standardized test scores in both math and reading.展开更多
Efficient catalytic materials are vital for addressing the polysulfide shuttle and sluggish redox kinetics in lithium-sulfur batteries.Herein,we report a facile sugar-blowing method to prepare porous carbon-supported ...Efficient catalytic materials are vital for addressing the polysulfide shuttle and sluggish redox kinetics in lithium-sulfur batteries.Herein,we report a facile sugar-blowing method to prepare porous carbon-supported FeCoNiCuPt high-entropy alloy(HEA)nanospheres with abundant lattice defects in a single crystalline phase.The multiple constituent metals endow the HEA catalyst with moderate polysulfide adsorption and enhanced catalytic activity,which favors suppressing polysulfide migration,accelerating sulfur redox reactions,and reducing activation energies of Li2S oxidation.Consequently,the battery with HEAmodified separator delivers a high initial capacity of 1429 mAh g-1 at 0.1C and maintains exceptional cycling stability at 0.5C.Remarkably,under a sulfur loading of 4.32 mg cm-2,a superior capacity above 700 mAh g-1 is achieved after 60 cycles.Density functional theory calculations confirm the strong binding of polysulfides on the HEA surface and the reduced conversion barriers.This work establishes HEAs as a robust catalytic shield to effectively address polysulfide adsorption-conversion.展开更多
摘要The Religious Moderation concept in Indonesia is based on written scripts that have been rolling since 2019,this issue is one of the themes promoted by the Ministry of Religion,which is based on the plural and cultural reality of the people of this country.The Wahid Institute informed that 54 percent of cases of intolerance occurred during 2020.This condition can have a positive potential if it is managed properly,on the other hand,it can become a dangerous boomerang if strategic policies do not accompany it.Because it can give rise to radical ideas,which later become an acute disease in society.Intolerance,racism,and other bad behavior are very easy to spread and very easy to follow,someone can even do it without realizing it.In this context,spiritual communication is needed as a policy strategy,to provide mutual understanding to all level of society.Qualitative-descriptive method is used in this research,with literature study,virtual observation and interviews with some informants from Cirebon.The study’s findings indicated that religious moderation was implemented using four approaches,namely the linguistic approach,the sociocultural approach,the historical approach,and the traditional approach.

摘要Text moderation in online communities has always been an important part of preventing cybercrime and maintaining a clear cyberspace.Most existing text moderation research approaches it from a text classification perspective,focusing mainly on the text content itself with scant attention to the factors of the text publishers.Understanding user interaction in text moderation is an important part of engaging users to grow online communities.The paper presents a text moderation model for online communities,which is based on a text pre-trained model and integrates user interaction features and attribute features.Since it is difficult to label users in large online communities,we use the unsupervised Node2Vec algorithm to get user embedding from the user’s interaction graph.Then the attention mechanism is used to further train the user embedding to promote the enhancement effect of user characteristics on text moderation.The experimental results on real community datasets show that the proposed method outperforms the text moderation models that only use text features.Simultaneously,from the perspective of community owner,we conduct numerous experiments to demonstrate the impact of community user attributes and interaction characteristics on text moderation,providing valuable insights for community managers.

摘要Immunotherapy has emerged as a promising strategy for combating tumor metastasis and recurrence,however,its efficacy is often hampered by the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment(TME).The integration of nanomedicine-based photothermal therapy(PTT)with immunotherapy offers great potential to reshape the immune landscape,thereby enhancing immune responses and therapeutic outcomes.Nevertheless,conventional hyperthermia may induce heat-related damage and excessive inflammation in normal tissues.To address this challenge,we developed a novel therapeutic platform that combines tumor-specific delivery of melittin(MLT)with mild PTT using two-dimensional palladium nanosheets(Pd NSs).This approach allows for selective accumulation of MLT at tumor sites via the enhanced permeability and retention(EPR)effect and TME-responsive release,thereby maximizing antitumor efficacy while minimizing off-target toxicity.The resulting nanocomposite,MLT@Pd@PEG,exhibits excellent biocompatibility and efficient photothermal conversion under 808 nm laser irradiation.The acidic p H and localized heat in the TME synergistically trigger the controlled release of MLT,which disrupts cancer cell membranes and promotes tumor cell apoptosis.Moreover,this treatment facilitates the release of tumor-associated antigens and danger-associated molecular patterns(DAMPs),thereby activating cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer(NK)cells.In vivo studies demonstrate that the combination of immune checkpoint blockade and MLT@Pd@PEG not only eradicates primary and distant tumors in bilateral tumor-bearing mouse models but also prevents tumor recurrence and metastasis by inducing durable immune memory.This comprehensive strategy integrating precise MLT delivery with mild PTT holds significant promise for advancing next-generation cancer immunotherapy.

摘要Background:Reducing mental illness stigma is critical for mental health literacy enhancement in China,where stigmatization remains pronounced among undergraduates.Imaginative empathy is a promising anti-stigma intervention,but its specific effects and the potential moderating role of gender remain under-explored.Methods:Three studies were conducted with 18–22-year-old Chinese undergraduates.Study 1(n=223,survey design)explored gender’s moderation on empathy-stigma links.Study 2(n=217,2×2×3 mixed design)tested the intervention effect of self-perspective imaginative empathy.Study 3(n=71,2×2×2 mixed design)verified gender moderation.Stigma was measured via stereotypic explanatory bias(SEB)with internal attribution tendency as the core indicator.Results:Gender moderated the empathy-stigma relationship in positive situations(Study 1:β=0.82,p<0.001;Study 3:F=4.77,p=0.032),with males showing increased internal attribution as empathy rise.Self-perspective imaginative empathy significantly increased internal attribution in positive situations(F=8.70,p<0.01)and decreased it in negative situations(F=109.63,p<0.001;Study 2).Conclusion:Self-perspective imaginative empathy elicits attributional shifts consistent with reduced mental illness stigma among Chinese undergraduates.It induces a significant increase in internal attribution tendency among males in positive situations,providing implications for developing culturally tailored anti-stigma interventions targeting implicit cognitive biases.

摘要This study investigated the role of jasmonates(JAs)in mitigating the impairment of high temperature(HT)stress-induced spikelet opening in photo-thermosensitive genetic male-sterile(PTGMS)rice under controlled moderate soil drying(MD).Two PTGMS rice varieties were grown under normal temperature(NT)and HT conditions,paired with either well-watered(WW)or MD strategies during anthesis,in both controlled-climate pot and open-air field conditions over multiple years.The MD treatment demonstrated significant protective effects compared to the conventional WW regime under HT stress,which significantly reduced the levels of JAs in lodicules and worsened spikelet opening impairment and hybrid seed yield loss.The MD regime enhanced the accumulation of JAs in lodicules,effectively alleviating HT-induced spikelet opening impairment and hybrid seed yield reduction.This protective mechanism operates through multiple pathways:(1)promoting starch hydrolysis into soluble sugars,(2)upregulating the expression of aquaporin genes,and(3)enhancing antioxidant capacity,thereby maintaining cellular osmotic and redox homeostasis in the lodicules.The crucial role of JAs in this mechanism was confirmed using JA-deficient mutants,transgenic rice lines with varying JA biosynthetic capacities,and exogenous applications of JAs.These findings indicate that MD is a more effective cultivation strategy than traditional WW in protecting PTGMS rice from HT stress,which is achieved by modulating levels of JAs to maintain osmotic and redox homeostasis in the lodicules,thus improving spikelet opening and hybrid seed yield under HT stress during anthesis.

摘要To meet the demand for clean and efficient coal utilization under low-load conditions and new power systems,an innovative coal purification-combustion technology is proposed in this study.The feasibility and fuel adaptability were verified using a 200 kW coal purification-combustion system.The high-temperature purification characteristics of three types of coal under a low load of 55%and the nitrogen migration and transformation mechanism during the purification-combustion process were studied.The results show that the medium-temperature activation process mainly involves the release and reduction of volatile nitrogen to N2,with a nitrogen conversion rate of 43.8%-53.1%.During this process,coal powder activation is achieved,which significantly increases the specific surface area of the char,develops a pore structure,and increases the number of active sites,which are beneficial for high-temperature gasification reactions under low loads.During high-temperature purification,62%-85%of the inorganic components were separated,achieving the separation of carbon and inorganic components.Coal powder is converted into high-temperature gaseous fuel,mainly composed of CO and H2,and the pore structure of char is further developed,which is conducive to stable combustion under low loads.The high-temperature purification process mainly involves the release and reduction of char nitrogen to N2,with a nitrogen conversion rate of 93.6%-96.6%.The fuel,mainly composed of high-temperature CO and H2,achieved a moderate or intense low-oxygen dilution(MILD)combustion process.In the reduction zone of the combustion furnace,NH3was completely converted to N2and char nitrogen was gradually released and reduced to N2,with a nitrogen conversion rate of 99.6%in the reduction zone.The oxidation zone involves the burnout of char,which mainly releases char nitrogen and oxidizes it to NOx.Ultimately,only 0.2%-0.9%of the coal nitrogen is converted to NOx.The minimum original NOxemissions of the three types of coal at low loads were 28 mg·Nm-3(@6%O2),and the combustion efficiency exceeded 99.6%.

摘要Physical activity,moderate aerobic or resistance exercise are well established to offer health benefits and promote healthy aging and longevity.1In contrast,lack of exercise contributes to adverse events,especially in some patients with organ failure.2Therefore,“exercise pills”and“exercise mimetics”have attracted growing interest because of their potential to induce exercise-related health effects despite physical exercise not being performed.3Robust studies over the past decade have identified many natural biomacromolecules,such as peptide,non-coding Ribonucleic Acid(RNAs),and lipids,that are induced by exercise.4-6These molecules trigger physiological adaptations,including promotion of cardiomyocyte proliferation,anti-apoptotic capacity,and healthy tissue growth.7However,identifying or designing an exercise pill that mimics the extensive benefits of exercise is still challenging.

摘要Globally recurrent extreme high temperature(HT)events severely limit rice production.This study investigated whether a controlled moderate soil drying(MD)could replace the conventional well-watered(WW)regime to more effectively mitigate HT stress on pistil fertilization in photo-thermosensitive genetic male-sterile(PTGMS)rice,and examined the role of brassinosteroids(BRs).Two PTGMS rice varieties were cultivated under normal temperature(NT)and HT conditions,paired with WW and MD strategies during anthesis.In the conventional WW regime,waterlogging reduced BR levels in roots and pistils due to excessive decomposition,weakening active water uptake driven by root activity and failing to alleviate transpiration-pulled passive water extraction hampered by restricted stomatal openings.Thereby,it caused water imbalance in plants and weakened pistil function due to a suppressed ascorbate-glutathione(AsA-GSH)cycle and hyperactive nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase(NOX)activity.This exacerbated pistil fertilization impairment and hybrid seed yield loss under HT stress.Conversely,by promoting BR synthesis and inhibiting its decomposition in roots and pistils,the MD strategy enhanced root activity and transpiration-driven water uptake.It maintained plant water balance and supported pistil function by suppressing NOX activity and enhancing AsA-GSH cycledriven redox homeostasis.Thus,it mitigated HT-induced pistil fertilization impairment and hybrid seed yield loss.The precise function of BRs in moderating the protective effects of MD against the detrimental impacts of HT stress on pistil fertilization in PTGMS rice was confirmed through genetic and chemical approaches.Consequently,a controlled MD method proved more effective than the conventional WW regime in alleviating HT stress on pistil fertilization in PTGMS rice by promoting BR enhancement.
摘要Abstract Embedded in higher educational settings, this study examines the relationship between abusive supervision and psychological capital and the mechanism through which abusive supervision and team member support interact to influence psychological capital with supervisor-student exchange mediating the interaction with psychological capital. Data collected from 222 graduate students in six Chinese universities supports our mediated moderation model: abusive supervision negatively relates to psychological capital and supervisor-student exchange mediates the positive moderating effect of team member support on the relationship between abusive supervision and psychological capital. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed.

摘要For moderately/strongly coupled plasmas,modeling of the electron screening effect remains an unresolved problem,owing to the complicated many-body correlations among the surrounding electrons and ions.In this work,we investigate the ion correlation effect on electron screening of moderately coupled plasmas using an atomic-state-dependent electron-screening model.It is found that the electron density around a target ion is significantly enhanced by the ion correlation effect from surrounding ions.By considering this ion correlation effect,the electron density fluctuation induced by the target ion becomes non-spherically symmetric,which causes traditional electron screening models to underestimate the screening effects,especially for moderately/strongly coupled and weakly degenerate plasmas.The present model and findings are validated by molecular dynamics simulations of moderately coupled ultracold neutral plasmas.For moderately coupled plasmas,the Coulomb logarithm is found to decrease by about 10%-30% owing to the ion correlation effect,which should be considered when modeling plasma effects on atomic processes,radiation transport,and thermodynamic properties.

摘要Cotton is an important global cash crops that serve as the primary source of natural fiber for textiles.A thorough understand-ing of the long-term variations in cotton cultivation is vital for optimizing cotton cultivation management and promoting the sustainable development of the cotton industry.Xinjiang is the primary cotton-producing region in China.However,long-term data of cotton cultiv-ation areas with high spatial resolution are unavailable for Xinjiang,China.Therefore,this study aimed to identify and map an accurate 30-m cotton cultivation area dataset in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2020 by applying a Random Forest(RF)-based method that integrates Landsat and Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)images,and validated the applicability and accuracy of dataset at a large spatial scale.Then,this study analyzed the spatiotemporal variations and influencing factors of cotton cultivation in the study period.The results showed that a high classification accuracy was achieved(overall accuracy>85%,F1>0.80),strongly agreeing with county-level agricultural statistical yearbook data(R2>0.72).Significant spatiotemporal variation in the cotton cultivation areas was found in Xinjiang,with a total increase of 1131.26 kha from 2000 to 2020.Notably,cotton cultivation area in southern Xinjiang expan-ded substantially,with that in Aksu increasing from 20.10%in 2000 to 28.17%in 2020,representing an expansion of 374.29 kha.In northern Xinjiang,the cotton areas in the Tacheng region also exhibited significant increased by almost ten percentage points in the same period.In contrast,cotton cultivation in eastern Xinjiang declined,decreasing from 2.22%in 2000 to merely 0.24%in 2020.Standard deviation ellipse analysis revealed a‘northeast-southwest’spatial distribution,with the centroid consistently located in Aksu and shifting 102.96 km over the 20-yr period.Pearson correlation analysis indicated that socioeconomic factors had a stronger influence on cotton cultivation than climatic factors,with effective irrigation area(r=0.963,P<0.05)and total agricultural machinery power(r=0.823)showing significant positive correlations,whereas climatic variables exhibiting weak associations(r<0.200).These results provide valuable scientific data for informed agricultural management,sustainable development,and policymaking.
摘要Background:Depression is prevalent among female college students,with eating behavior potentially related to this issue.This study examines the relationship between eating behavior and depression,focusing on the role of social appearance anxiety and physical activity.Methods:We recruited 2161 female college students from nine universities in China via convenience sampling.Data was collected via an online questionnaire.Eating behavior was assessed via the Eating Behavior Scale short form(EBS-SF),depression was measured via the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D),social appearance anxiety was evaluated via the Social Appearance Anxiety Scale,and physical activity was assessed via a single-item question.Descriptive statistics were analyzed via SPSS 26.0,and moderated mediation analysis was conducted via PROCESS version 3.5.Results:Unhealthy eating behavior was significantly associated with higher levels of depression(β=0.285,p<0.001).Social appearance anxiety mediated this relationship,accounting for 46%of the total effect(β=0.132,95%CI=[0.108,0.158]).The interaction effect between eating behavior and physical activity was significantly and negatively correlated with depression(β=−0.052,p<0.01).The association between eating behavior and depression was stronger under conditions of low physical activity(β=0.210,p<0.001)than under conditions of high physical activity(β=0.105,p<0.001).Conclusions:Integrating nutritional guidance,body image acceptance training,and exercise promotion into campus mental health programs is crucial for addressing depression in female college students.Future research should use longitudinal designs and broader participant ranges to increase the general applicability of the findings.

摘要We have collected data on China's 22 main trading partners for 1984-2012 and used System GMM to study the influence of "Made in China" on the "Great Moderation" of the global economy. Our research shows that although trade scale, real effective exchange rate, oil prices, fixed capital investment and other variables have significantly expanded global economic volatility, "Made in China" has markedly restrained output growth rate fluctuations in countries around the world and price fluctuations in developed countries, helping the global economy develop with "high growth, low volatility." "Made in China" is a long-term variable in the context of the global value chain. China needs to take advantage of global value chain restructuring to further upgrade and develop processing and manufacturing industry and expand its presence in the international market. It could choose to adopt a "mirror strategy" and launch trade sanctions targeting counterpart industries or enterprises to counter irrational trade sanctions from the developed countries. At the same time, however, it is important for China to make its own contribution to improve global economic governance and building a new international economic order in the era of global value chains by strengthening its policy coordination with other countries.
摘要This study empirically examines the impact of corporate ESG performance on debt financing costs using a sample of non-financial listed companies on China’s A-share market from 2009 to 2024,with a particular focus on the moderating effect of the 2012 Green Credit Guidelines implementation.The findings reveal:(1)Strong ESG performance significantly reduces corporate debt financing costs,a conclusion that remains robust after a series of stability tests and addressing endogeneity issues.(2)Green credit policies mitigate the debt cost-saving effect of ESG performance.(3)Heterogeneity analysis indicates that this policy moderation effect is more pronounced among non-state-owned enterprises and companies in western China.This study not only provides direct financial incentive evidence for companies to actively pursue ESG strategies but also offers decision-making references for regulators to further refine green finance policy frameworks and implement differentiated guidance.

摘要This study examined the involvement of cytokinins in the process by which moderate water limitation(MWL) mediates nitrogen(N) remobilization from source to sink during the grain-filling phase in wheat.Field experiments were performed using N application rates of low(LN),medium(MN),and high(HN).Two soil moisture regimes were implemented for each N rate:conventional well-watered(CWW) and MWL post anthesis.The MWL application optimized N,total free amino acids(FAA),and trans-zeatin(Z)+trans-zeatin riboside(ZR) reallocation from the source organs(stems and leaves) to the sink organ(spikes) in wheat.Compared to those in the CWW regime,the activities of proteolytic enzymes,including endopeptidase,carboxypeptidase,and aminopeptidase within stems and leaves,and the expression levels of total FAA transporter genes in spikes were significantly elevated in the MWL regime,showing a close correlation with the Z+ZR levels in the spikes.Application of kinetin to stems and leaves significantly inhibited proteolytic enzyme activities,promoting N retention in stems and leaves,decreasing N accumulation in the sink organ,and reducing the N harvest index.In contrast,applying kinetin to spikes significantly upregulated expression levels of FAA transporter genes,reducing N retention in stems and leaves,increasing N accumulation in the sink organ,and raising the N harvest index.Such facilitation induced by the MWL in the remobilization of N from source to sink was greater at HN than at LN or MN.Results demonstrate that postanthesis MWL can significantly intensify the remobilization of N from source to sink,while also synergistically enhancing grain yield and N use efficiency through strategically redistributing cytokinins(Z+ZR) between source and sink in wheat.
摘要Background:Decreased physical activity(PA)influences childhood obesity and student learning.Sixty minutes(min)of daily moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(MVPA)are recommended for good health and optimized academic achievement.Methods:We quantified all-day and in-school PA in association with academic success.Cross-sectional accelerometer data from 1115 second-twelfth graders were evaluated for daily and in-school MVPA and vigorous physical activity(VPA).Associations between PA values and year-end grade point average(GPA)in grades 6-12 and criterion referenced standardized tests in reading(CRT-R)and math(CRT-M)were examined for grades 3-8 and 11 by multivariable regression.Results:MVPA and VPA declined as student grade level increased.Higher in-school and full-day PA was associated with increased academic success(e.g.,GPA and standardized testing),with the effect size increasing with advancing grade level.Accumulating 30 min more of in-school MVPA was associated with 0.63 higher GPA.Accumulating 10 min more of in-school VPA was associated with higher standardized test scores:t11.9% and t12.0% for CRT-M and CRT-R,respectively.Conclusions:Across advancing grade levels,students were on average less physically active.Habitual physical activity at every grade level was associated with higher levels of academic success based on GPA and standardized test scores in both math and reading.

摘要Efficient catalytic materials are vital for addressing the polysulfide shuttle and sluggish redox kinetics in lithium-sulfur batteries.Herein,we report a facile sugar-blowing method to prepare porous carbon-supported FeCoNiCuPt high-entropy alloy(HEA)nanospheres with abundant lattice defects in a single crystalline phase.The multiple constituent metals endow the HEA catalyst with moderate polysulfide adsorption and enhanced catalytic activity,which favors suppressing polysulfide migration,accelerating sulfur redox reactions,and reducing activation energies of Li2S oxidation.Consequently,the battery with HEAmodified separator delivers a high initial capacity of 1429 mAh g-1 at 0.1C and maintains exceptional cycling stability at 0.5C.Remarkably,under a sulfur loading of 4.32 mg cm-2,a superior capacity above 700 mAh g-1 is achieved after 60 cycles.Density functional theory calculations confirm the strong binding of polysulfides on the HEA surface and the reduced conversion barriers.This work establishes HEAs as a robust catalytic shield to effectively address polysulfide adsorption-conversion.
