The real-time and accurate calculation of electricity indirect carbon emissions is not only the critical component for quantifying the carbon emission levels of the power system but also an effective mean to guide electricity users in carbon reduction and promote power industry low-carbon transformation.Fundamentally,calculating indirect carbon emissions involves allocating direct carbon emission data from the power source side,indicating that accurate indirect emission results rely on the precise measurement of power source emissions.However,existing research on indirect carbon emissions in large-scale power systems rarely accounts for variations in carbon emission characteristics under different operating conditions of power sources,such as ratedon-rated operating conditions and ramping up/down conditions,making it difficult to reflect source-side and load-side carbon emission information variation during providing ancillary services.Quadratic and exponential functions are proposed to characterize the energy consumption profiles of coal-fired and gas-fired power generation,respectively,to construct a refined carbon emission model for power sources.By leveraging the theory of power system carbon flow,we analyze how variable operating conditions of power sources impact indirect carbon emissions.Case studies demonstrate that changes in power source emissions under variable conditions have a significant effect on the indirect carbon emissions of power grids. 展开更多

Aligning natural language with operating system(OS)commands allows users to performcomplex computer tasks through simple natural language descriptions.However,due to the complex nature of natural language,it still remains challenging to achieve precise alignment.In this paper,we present ComAlign,a Chinese benchmark dataset that pairs Chinese natural language descriptions with corresponding OS commands.ComAlign covers a broad range of 82 distinct OS command types with a total of 1811 natural language descriptions.We elaborate on the construction of ComAlign and construct three baselines to evaluate the alignment accuracy on ComAlign.Experimental results show that even advanced large language models struggle with certain ambiguously phrased OS commands.Specifically,the best performing baseline achieves 46.9%alignment accuracy.We demonstrate that ComAlign is collected from realworld application scenarios,making it particularly suitable for developing and benchmarking intelligent OS and agent systems that support user-machine interactions through natural language. 展开更多

In practical industrial environments,the data distribution of rotating machinery drifts as operating conditions vary,causing a marked deterioration in the performance of traditional fault diagnosis methods that rely on the assumption of identical distributions.Incremental learning provides a promising pathway to address dynamic operating conditions.However,existing approaches typically depend on replaying historical data and still struggle to strike a balance between stability and plasticity.To overcome these limitations,this paper proposes a dual-component elastic adaptive network(DCEAN)designed for incremental fault diagnosis of rotating machinery under varying working conditions.The proposed framework operates without access to previous data and simultaneously achieves knowledge retention and feature correction.Specifically,a sensitive parameter constraint(SPC)mechanism is introduced to curb excessive updates to parameters identified as critical,thereby stabilizing previously learned knowledge.In parallel,a feature drift self-calibration(FDSC)mechanism is employed to estimate and compensate for distribution shifts induced by condition variations,promoting consistency of feature representations across domains.Through the coordinated action of these two mechanisms,DCEAN establishes an incremental learning paradigm that harmonizes stability with adaptability.Two case studies demonstrate that the proposed method delivers superior diagnostic performance in variable operating environments,underscoring its robustness and effectiveness. 展开更多

With the rapid development of electric vehicles and energy storage systems(ESSs),accurate state-of-health(SOH)estimation for lithium-ion batteries has become crucial for ensuring safety and optimizing performance.However,SOH estimation under dynamic operating conditions remains challenging,as non-monotonic voltage profiles and irregular current patterns reduce the effectiveness of conventional measurement methods.This paper proposes a comprehensive approach that combines health feature extraction with a parallel deep learning architecture for robust SOH estimation.First,the method extracts four highly correlated health features(K,b,σΔQ,andσδΔQ)from dynamic measurement data collected by sensors,with correlation coefficients between these features and the actual SOH exceeding 0.95.These extracted features are then processed through a novel parallel Temporal Convolutional Networks(TCN)-Transformer hybrid architecture:the TCN captures multi-scale local temporal patterns,while the Transformer models global dependencies.An attention-gated fusion module dynamically integrates complementary feature representations from the two branches and adaptively weights different paths based on degradation features.Experimental validation on three standardized battery datasets(MIT,CALCE,Oxford)shows that the method achieves an estimation accuracy with a root mean square error(RMSE)below 1%under all operating conditions,representing an 8%-70%improvement over conventional methods.Attention weight analysis reveals correlations with aging mechanisms,providing interpretability for model decisions.The proposed method enables practical real-time battery health assessment in dynamic environments. 展开更多

Rotary gas-gas heat exchangers(GGHs)are pivotal for waste heat recovery in low-and mediumtemperature denitrification systems of cement kilns.This study examines the performance of GGHs within such systems by coupling computational fluid dynamics(CFD)with the response surface method(RSM),introducing overall system performance(OSP)as the principal optimization criterion.The investigation systematically elucidates the effects of treated flue gas inlet temperature,inlet velocity,and rotor speed on GGH efficiency.Findings reveal that OSP increases with rotor speed but reaches a plateau beyond 1 rpm;it decreases with higher inlet velocity and increases with higher inlet temperature.Response surface analysis identifies treated flue gas inlet temperature as the most influential parameter,highlighting a synergistic effect between rotor speed and inlet temperature,alongside an antagonistic interaction between inlet temperature and inlet velocity.To ensure safe system operation,engineering constraints were incorporated into the optimization framework using a Box-Behnken design.The optimal operational parameters were determined as a treated flue gas inlet temperature of 250℃,inlet velocity of 8 m/s,and rotor speed of 1 rpm,yielding a maximum OSP of 107.74.The integrated CFD-RSM methodology and constraint-aware optimization strategy presented in this study offer a practical reference for enhancing the operational efficiency of industrial waste heat recovery systems,particularly in cement kiln SCR applications. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Laparoscopic surgery is the standard minimally invasive treatment for pediatric appendicitis.However,children with appendicitis may experience varying degrees of anxiety and depression due to the illness itself and the surgical procedure,which is not conducive to a smooth postoperative recovery.AIM To assess whether adding psychological intervention to standard operating room nursing improves psychological well-being and postoperative recovery in pediatric patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy.METHODS A total of 98 patients were recruited at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University between November 2023 and November 2024.Standard care was administered to 44 patients in the control group,whereas 54 patients in the research group received operating room nursing combined with psychological intervention.Outcomes compared between groups included surgical metrics(operation time and intraoperative blood loss),physiological indices(systolic blood pressure/diastolic blood pressure/diastolic blood pressure and heart rate),psychological status(Screen for Child Anxiety Related Disorders and Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children),postoperative recovery indicators(time to flatus,wound healing,and hospitalization stay),complications(hypothermia,pressure sores,and infection),and nursing satisfaction.RESULTS Compared with the control group,patients in the research group had reduced intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation and recovery times(earlier return of bowel function,faster wound healing,and shorter hospitalization stay),and a lower overall complication rate.Post-intervention systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,Screen for Child Anxiety Related Disorders,and Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children scores were significantly reduced compared with baseline and were lower those in the research group.Nursing satisfaction scores were also higher in the research group.CONCLUSION Integrating psychological support with operating room nursing is superior to conventional care in alleviating anxiety and depression and enhancing postoperative recovery in pediatric laparoscopic appendectomy. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Operating room nurses are vulnerable to burnout and mental health issues related to high-intensity workloads,the complexity of technical operations,and the immense pressure of responsibility.Although cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)has proven effective in the treatment of burnout and anxiety,there is a dearth of systematic research on option B,CBT-based group interventions targeting operating room nurses,as well as insufficient evidence for its long-term effects.AIM To evaluate the effects of CBT-based group intervention on burnout and anxiety symptoms in operating room nurses.METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on data from 90 operating room nurses in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025.The intervention group(n=46)received an 8-week structured CBT group intervention,while the control group(n=44)received routine management.The intervention included psychoeducation,cognitive restructuring,behavioral activation,stress management,and problemsolving training,conducted once weekly for 90-120 minutes per session.Assessments were conducted at baseline,post-intervention(week 8),and 3 months postintervention using the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey,Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7,Patient Health Questionnaire-9,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,Nurse Job Satisfaction Scale,and General Self-Efficacy Scale.RESULTS No significant differences were found in any indicators between the two groups at baseline(P>0.05).At postintervention,the intervention group showed lower scores in emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,and Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey total score compared to the control group,and higher scores in professional efficacy(P<0.001);Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7,Patient Health Questionnaire-9,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores were lower than the control group(P<0.001);job satisfaction and General Self-Efficacy Scale scores were higher than the control group(P<0.001).At 3 months post-intervention,these differences persisted(P<0.001).CONCLUSION CBT-based group intervention can improve burnout and anxiety symptoms in operating room nurses,enhance sleep quality,job satisfaction,and self-efficacy,with effects maintained up to 3 months post-intervention. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Orthopedic surgery often induces perioperative anxiety and depression owing to pain,functional limitations,and uncertainty regarding outcomes,which may exacerbate physiological stress responses,impair hemodynamic stability,and hinder postoperative recovery.While psychological support is typically provided preoperatively in wards,psychological distress often peaks in the operating room immediately before anesthesia induction,a critical period frequently overlooked in structured interventions.We hypothesize that implementing a standardized,multidimensional psychological support protocol within the operating room during this critical window can effectively reduce perioperative anxiety and depression and accelerate recovery in orthopedic patients.AIM To evaluate the impact of an operating room-based psychological intervention on perioperative anxiety,depression,and recovery in orthopedic patients.METHODS This retrospective study included 150 orthopedic surgery patients at the Henan Provincial People’s Hospital.Patients were divided into control(routine care,n=75)and intervention(operating room psychological intervention,n=75)groups.Anxiety Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),depression Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),pain(Visual Analog Scale),recovery time,and patient satisfaction were measured and compared.Logistic regression analysis was performed to identify factors affecting postoperative anxiety and depression.RESULTS The intervention group demonstrated lower postoperative anxiety and depression than the control group,with SAS scores of 49.00(46.00-49.00)vs 49.00(49.00-54.00)(P=0.001),SDS scores of 50.00(47.00-51.00)vs 52.00(50.00-54.00)(P<0.001).Postoperative pain was lower in the intervention group[5.00(5.00-6.00)vs 6.00(5.00-7.00)(P=0.001)].Recovery improved with shorter incision healing time[12.00(11.00-13.00)days vs 13.00(12.00-14.00)days,P<0.001]and reduced hospital stay[7.00(6.00-8.00)days vs 8.00(7.00-9.00)days,P=0.005].Patient satisfaction was higher(Z=-2.585,P=0.010).Multivariate analysis confirmed the intervention as protective against postoperative anxiety and depression(odds ratio=0.252,95%confidence interval:0.099-0.639).CONCLUSION Operating room-based psychological intervention effectively reduces perioperative anxiety and depression,alleviates postoperative pain,accelerates recovery,and enhances satisfaction in orthopedic patients,representing a valuable non-pharmacological adjunct to perioperative care. 展开更多

Standardized instrument setup shortens operating time and reduces interruptions in laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery: A singlecentre randomized control trial 认领 引用

BACKGROUND Laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery instruments are complex,and traditional management models rely on nurses’personal experiences,which can easily lead to intraoperative interruptions.Standardized instrument settings aim to improve team collaboration,efficiency,and surgical safety through a unified process.AIM To explore the application of an operating room nurse-led standardized laparoscopic instrument setup model to optimize laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery.METHODS A total of 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery between June 2022 and June 2025 were divided into observation(n=60)and control(n=60)groups using the random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional instrument management model.The observation group implemented a standardized instrument setup(SIS)scheme formulated under the leadership of operating room nurses.Surgical efficiency indicators,clinical outcome indicators,postoperative complication rates,team subjective evaluations,and cognitive load levels were compared between groups.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the observation group showed shorter median operating-room occupancy time(185.6±28.4 minutes vs 205.3±32.1 minutes,P<0.001),surgical preparation time(18.5±3.2 minutes vs 25.8±4.7 minutes,P<0.001),and core surgical time(152.7±25.6 minutes vs 168.9±30.3 minutes,P=0.001).Unplanned interruptions decreased(4.6±1.5 events per case to 1.2±0.8 events per case,P<0.001),including instrument-related interruptions(2.8±1.1 to 0.5±0.7,P<0.001)and communication-related interruptions(1.1±0.8 to 0.3±0.5,P<0.001).Effective instrument handover rate increased(95.2%to 99.1%,P<0.001),and mean handover time decreased(2.8±0.6 seconds to 1.5±0.3 seconds,P<0.001).Postoperative overall complication rate reduced(25.0%to 10.0%,χ²=4.675,P=0.031).CONCLUSION Nurse-led SIS can significantly operative efficiency,reduce invalid operations and unplanned interruptions,and improve the overall collaborative tacit understanding and work efficiency,supporting further clinical promotion and application. 展开更多

Objective To analyze the impact of composite temperature maintenance intervention in the operating room on the incidence of hypothermia in patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery. Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent gastrointestinal tumor surgery between June 2024 and June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional temperature maintenance, while the observation group received composite temperature maintenance intervention, and their outcomes were compared. Results The incidence of hypothermia was significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group (P0.05), but postoperative body temperatures at T1, T2, and T3 were significantly higher in the observation group (P<0.05). The observation group also exhibited shorter times to first anal flatus and shorter hospital stays postoperatively (P<0.05), along with a lower incidence of complications (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of composite temperature maintenance intervention during gastrointestinal tumor surgery effectively reduces the incidence of hypothermia, helps maintain stable body temperature, accelerates postoperative recovery, and decreases complication rates. This intervention approach holds clinical value for widespread application. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the impact of targeted thermal preservation intervention nursing on intraoperative and postoperative temperature stability and rewarming time in operating room patients, as well as to evaluate its preventive effect against hypothermia. Methods: A total of 30 surgical patients admitted to Chifeng Songshan Hospital from June to December 2023 were enrolled as study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group (n=15) and a control group (n=15) using a random number table. The control group received conventional nursing care, including maintaining operating room temperature at 22–24°C and providing standard cotton blankets for warmth. The observation group received additional targeted thermal preservation interventions alongside conventional care. Differences in intraoperative and postoperative temperatures, rewarming time, and incidence rates of intraoperative and postoperative hypothermia were compared between the two groups. Results: Intraoperative and postoperative temperatures in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The average rewarming time in the observation group was (15.30±3.20) minutes, markedly shorter than that in the control group (28.50±5.10 minutes;P<0.05). Additionally, the incidence rates of intraoperative and postoperative hypothermia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Targeted thermal preservation intervention nursing effectively maintains stable intraoperative and postoperative temperatures in operating room patients, reduces the incidence of hypothermia, and shortens rewarming time, demonstrating significant clinical value and suitability for widespread implementation. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of typical critical situation simulation teaching in the operating room in the stratified training of nurses,and to provide practical basis for optimizing the training system of operating room nurses and improving their clinical emergency response capacity.Methods:A total of 50 operating room nurses in a tertiary hospital were selected and divided into N0~N1 grade(junior group),N2 grade(middle group)and N3-N4 grade(senior group)according to their professional titles,working years and post capabilities.A 6-month stratified training with typical critical situation simulation was implemented.Before and after the training,theoretical assessment,operational skill scoring,emergency response capacity scale and professional identity scale were used to evaluate the effect,and training satisfaction was collected simultaneously.Results:After training,the scores of theoretical knowledge,operational skills and emergency response capacity of nurses in the three groups were significantly higher than those before training(p<0.05),and the improvement range of team cooperation capacity in the senior group was better than that in the junior group(p<0.05);the score of professional identity increased significantly(p<0.05),and the total training satisfaction reached 95.0%.Conclusion:The stratified teaching with typical critical situation simulation in the operating room can effectively improve the professional competence and professional identity of nurses at all levels,adapt to the needs of standardized training,and is worthy of popularization and application. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the application effect of comprehensive thermoprotective nursing strategies in preventing unplanned hypothermia in surgical patients during the perioperative period,and to analyze the weak links and improvement directions in the temperature management process.Methods:A total of 286 patients undergoing elective surgery in a tertiary grade A hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 143 cases in each group.The control group received routine temperature care,while the observation group carried out comprehensive measures such as preoperative risk assessment and pre-insulation,intraoperative active insulation and dynamic monitoring,and postoperative continuous insulation on this basis.Core body temperature changes,incidence of hypothermia,incidence of shivering,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative recovery time,and incidence of surgical site infection were compared between the two groups.Results:The results showed that the core body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 30 minutes,60 minutes after the start of the operation,at the end of the operation and when entering the recovery room.The incidence of perioperative hypothermia and postoperative chills was significantly lower than that of the control group.The incidence of intraoperative blood loss,postoperative recovery time and surgical site infection was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Comprehensive body temperature protection nursing measures can effectively maintain stable body temperature during the perioperative period,reduce the occurrence of hypothermia and hypotheria-related complications,promote postoperative recovery of patients,and provide a reference for the optimization of the operating room body temperature management process. 展开更多

Aiming at the problems of strong abstractness,high practical difficulty,and insufficient personalization in traditional blended teaching of the Principles of Operating Systems course,this paper deeply integrates artificial intelligence technology with blended teaching and constructs an AI-enabled blended teaching model for the operating systems course.Taking the AI support layer,teaching implementation layer,and evaluation feedback layer as the framework,this model designs an intelligent teaching process centered on pre-class,in-class,after-class,and practical teaching links,and establishes a diversified and integrated teaching evaluation system.A controlled teaching experiment was conducted in parallel classes of computer majors in a university,and the teaching effect was analyzed via score comparison,questionnaire surveys,and interviews.The results show that the model can effectively improve students’learning interest and course performance,enhance their practical operation ability,and reduce teachers’teaching burden,which can provide a reference for the teaching reform of core computer courses. 展开更多

Objective: To develop an evidence-based plan for cleaning operating room and evaluate the impact on high-frequency contact surfaces. Method: The evidence application model of the JBI Evidence-Based Nursing Center was utilized to create a strategy, which was implemented in a tertiary-level hospital in Yunnan Province. The adenosine triphosphate (ATP) biological biofluorescence detection method was used to assess the quality of cleaning before and after the intervention. Results: A total of 17 quality review indicators were established in this study. Following the application of evidence, the implementation rate for 16 quality review indicators increased significantly, from a range of 0-65.8% to 81.5-100%. Moreover, the pass rate of ATP bioluminescence detection on high-frequency contact surfaces increased from 14.07% to 47.19%, with significant difference (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The evidence-based environmental cleaning program proved to enhance the overall cleanliness of operating room and reduce the risk of surgical infections. This strategy holds promise for effective cleaning of operating room. 展开更多

This study targets issues in traditional manual operating room scheduling,including unbalanced resource use,low efficiency,poor inter-departmental communication,and ignored nursing staff personal needs.It developed an integrated surgical scheduling platform to achieve refined,intelligent operating room management while balancing medical quality and humanistic care.Built on the existing Hospital Information System(HIS)with Cachédatabase and Vue+.Net B/S three-tier architecture,the platform integrates five core functions:standardized surgical application,intelligent scheduling,staff rostering,dynamic dispatching,and information collaboration.It combines multi-objective optimization algorithms and Answer Set Programming(ASP)for precise matching of personnel,procedures,time and demands.Comparative analysis was conducted between 66,300 manually scheduled surgeries in 2024(observation group)and 79,000 surgeries under intelligent scheduling in 2025(control group).Results showed significant improvements:elective surgery scheduling time reduced by 78.1%,operating room golden time utilization increased by 31.18%,nursing workload balance rose by 27%,nursing emotional exhaustion positive rate decreased by 23%,and nursing turnover reached 0,with enhanced patient experience and staff satisfaction(p<0.05).The platform forms a four-party collaborative management system,realizing efficient resource allocation and providing replicable experience for intelligent operating room management in tertiary hospitals. 展开更多

Another twenty-one nursing interns who underwent internships in the operating room from April 2024 to April 2025 were selected as the experimental group and received diversified teaching methods. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The experimental group scored higher than the control group in assessments, teaching satisfaction, and teaching quality evaluations, as well as in post-instruction professional identity scores (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Diversified teaching methods can enhance the professional competence of operating room nursing interns, cultivate their professional identity, and yield high teaching satisfaction, thereby improving teaching quality. 展开更多

The control group received routine surgical room nursing, while the study group received preventive surgical room nursing. After the nursing, the differences in the incidence of pressure injuries, nursing satisfaction scores, comfort scores, SAS scores, nursing quality scores, perioperative VAS scores, and postoperative hospital stay were compared. Results: The differences between the two groups in the incidence of pressure injuries, nursing satisfaction scores, comfort scores, SAS scores, nursing quality scores, perioperative VAS scores, and postoperative hospital stay were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Preventive surgical room nursing can effectively prevent and reduce the incidence of surgical pressure injuries during surgical treatment, stabilize various indicators during the perioperative period of patients, alleviate negative emotions and pain levels of patients, enable the surgery to be completed safely and efficiently, shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients, and allow patients to achieve faster and better rehabilitation after surgery. 展开更多
