The continued spike in the prices of new drugs and their various postmarketing uncertainties have posed significant challenges for insurers.To induce insurers to cover their new drugs,pharmaceutical firms develop an i...The continued spike in the prices of new drugs and their various postmarketing uncertainties have posed significant challenges for insurers.To induce insurers to cover their new drugs,pharmaceutical firms develop an innovative outcome-based pricing(OBP)strategy through which drugs are paid only if they are valid for specific patients within specified time periods.While the OBP strategy addresses the effectiveness uncertainty of the new drugs,the performance of this strategy in addressing demand uncertainty,another major challenge faced by pharmaceutical supply chains,remains unclear.To address this gap,we develop a stylized model to analyse the impact of the OBP strategy with the consideration of capacity planning for new drugs on pharmaceutical firms,insurers,and patients from the perspective of demand uncertainty.Compared to uniform pricing strategies,we find that when demand uncertainty is relatively high,the OBP strategy benefits both the firm and the insurer by reducing demand uncertainty through capacity planning and sharing limited drug effectiveness.Otherwise,only one stakeholder benefits.Moreover,for drugs with limited effectiveness,a coordinating OBP contract with an additional fee transferred from the firm to the insurer can make both better off under different demand uncertainty scenarios.展开更多

摘要Generative artificial intelligence is reshaping transportation data analysis,knowledge service,and decision support,but graduate courses in transportation programs still need a systematic way to connect large model methods with research training.This paper presents a curriculum reform design for Application and Practice of Large Models in Transportation,a 32-hour elective course for first-year master’s students.The reform responds to four problems:fragmented method learning,weak task modeling for multi-source transportation data,insufficient evidence for projectbased outputs,and inadequate training in trustworthy use.Based on outcome-based education,the course reconstructs learning objectives,teaching modules,scenario-based projects,and assessment evidence.Prompt design,retrievalaugmented generation,agent-based tool use,experimental evaluation,and academic norms are organized into an integrated pathway.The design emphasizes reproducible project records,data cards,model evaluation cards,and system risk cards.It provides a practical framework for cultivating transportation problem formulation,intelligent application development,research reporting,and trustworthy artificial intelligence awareness.

摘要In view of the challenges faced by talent training in the education system of the software engineering major and the problems in the design and implementation of the Online-Merge-Offline(OMO)of programming language courses in the corresponding curriculum system,the teaching tasks that programming language should undertake in education and training are precisely determined.The teaching objectives are set on the analysis of the design basis of the curriculum objectives.The teaching design and implementation method of OMO in the programming language course for the software engineering major is proposed,and the Python language course is demonstrated as a teaching case.With the support of teaching reform policies and collaborative education projects,the established teaching objectives are achieved.

摘要The advancement of Internet of Things(IoT)technology is driving industries toward intelligent digital transformation,highlighting the crucial role of software engineering.Despite this,the integration of software engineering into IoT engineering education remains underexplored.To address this gap,the School of Software at North University of China,in collaboration with QST Innovation Technology Group Co.,Ltd.(QST),has developed an innovative educational mechanism.This initiative focuses on the software engineering IoT track and optimizes the teaching process through the outcome-based education(OBE)concept.It incorporates military-industrial characteristics,introduces advanced information and technology curricula,and enhances laboratory infrastructure.The goal is to cultivate innovative talents with unique capabilities,thereby fostering the comprehensive development and application of IoT technology.
摘要Based on the outcome-based education concept,the integrated teaching of professional courses for land space planning in the human geography and urban and rural planning majors was reformed and practiced.Focusing on the fundamental task of“establishing morality and cultivating people,”the reform of the teaching mode was proposed to clarify the industry needs,revise and improve the training program and teaching syllabus,innovate the teaching mode,and optimize the practical teaching resources and conditions.A new“multi-dimensional,interactive,and three-dimensional”teaching mode was constructed,and the integrated teaching method of enterprise projects,professional internships,and scientific research training was innovated,realizing the talent training mechanism of“demand-driven and integration of industry and education.”

摘要In response to meeting the needs of cultivating applied talents in the construction of new engineering disciplines,based on the concept of Outcome-Based Education(OBE),this study analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of the course Environmental Engineering Microbiology,and put forward some corresponding curriculum reform schemes.According to the target points of professional graduation requirements,the scheme proposes revising the syllabus of Environmental Engineering Microbiology,clarifying the curriculum objectives,updating the teaching content,and reforming the teaching methods.Through these measures,it is intended to achieve the unity of teachers way of"teaching"and students way of"learning",construct a new teaching mode,fully stimulate students subjective initiative,and enhance students innovative consciousness and practical ability.Besides,in this study,a"whole process-diversification"evaluation system is established to comprehensively evaluate students performance in theoretical knowledge learning and practical application,comprehensively evaluate students learning situation,and analyze the teaching effect in real time,so as to achieve continuous improvement,and ultimately achieve the goal of improving classroom quality.
摘要Against the backdrop of China’s national development strategies and the construction of cultural confidence in the new era,the college English course undertakes a new mission of the times:cultivating students’ability to effectively tell contemporary Chinese stories in English.Based on the concept of outcome-based education,this paper constructs a teaching design framework for Chinese college English with the core goal of“telling contemporary Chinese stories well.”It conducts systematic design from four core links-teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching implementation,and evaluation feedback-aiming to realize the organic integration of knowledge impartment,ability cultivation,and value guidance.This study provides a path reference for cultivating talents in the new era who possess cross-cultural communication competence and patriotism.
