Ce-Zr-Al-Nd2O3 (CZAN) support materials were prepared by co-precipitation and impregnation methods, respectively. They were characterized by X-ray diffTaction (XRD), low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption, oxygen pulsing technique, H2-temperamre programmed reduction (H2-TPR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The Pd-only three-way catalysts (Pd-TWC) supported on these materials were prepared by incipient wetness method and studied by activity tests. The results demonstrated that the CZAN supports obtained by the two methods showed better structural, textural and redox properties than the CZA without Nd2O3, and the addition of Nd203 improved the catalytic activity of TWC. Especially, the CZAN-i support prepared by impregnation method had better thermal stability and redox property. Meanwhile, the Pd/CZAN-i catalyst exhibited the best catalytic performance. XPS measurements indicated that the Nd-modified samples possessed more Ce3+ and oxygen vacancies on the surface of samples, which led to a better redox property. The excellent redox property of support materials helped to improve the catalytic activity of TWC. 展开更多

The catalytic behaviors of Pd (1.4 wt.%) catalysts supported on CeO2-ZrO2 promoted with La2O3 were investigated for methanol decomposition. The measurements of inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy (ICP), N2 adsorption-desorption (BET), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) and oxygen storage capacity (OSC) were used to characterize the properties of catalysts. The catalysts' activities were tested in a fixed bed continuous flow reactor operating under atmospheric pressure. The Pd/Ce0.8Zr0.2O2-5 wt.%La2O3 catalyst exhibited the best activity. The reasons for this were twofold: (1) doping of La improved effectively textural properties of CeO2-ZrO2 oxygen storage materials, and (2) Pd/Ce0.8Zr0.2O2-5 wt.%La2O3 possessed super oxygen storage property and reducibility due to the existence of lattice defect oxygen or mobile oxygen, which helped to re-oxidize zerovalent Pd0 to a partly oxidized Pdδ+. By introducing 5 wt.%La2O3, the specific surface area of the sample increased, but declined if further increasing the content of La2O3 to 10 wt.%. 展开更多

Composite supports CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3(CZA) and CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3-La2O3(CZALa) were prepared by co-precipitation method. Palladium catalysts were prepared by impregnation and their purification ability for CH4, CO and NOx in the mixture gas simulated the exhaust from natural gas vehicles (NGVs) operated under stoichiometric condition was investigated. The effect of La2O3 on the physicochemical properties of supports and catalysts was characterized by various techniques. The characterizations with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy revealed that the doping of La2O3 restrained effectively the sintering of crystallite particles, maintained the crystallite particles in nanoscale and stabilized the crystal phase after calcination at 1000 ℃. The results of N2-adsorption, H2-temperatnre-programmed reduction (H2-TPR) and oxygen storage capacity (OSC) measurements indicated that La2O3 improved the textural properties, reducibility and OSC of composite supports. Activity testing results showed that the catalysts exhibit excellent activities for the simultaneous removal of methane, CO and NOx in the simulated exhaust gas. The catalysts supported on CZALa showed remarkable thermal stability and catalytic activity for the three pollutants, especially for NOx. The prepared palladium catalysts have high ability to remove NOx, CH4 and CO, and they can be used as excellent catalysts for the purification of exhaust from NGVs operated under stoichiometric condition. The catalysts reported in this work also have significant potential in industrial application because of their high performance and low cost. 展开更多

The addition of platinum over the B2O3/TiO2-ZrO2 remarkably enhanced its catalytic stability in the vapor phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime under the carder gas of H2. The content of coke deposited on catalyst surface was decreased from 1.92% over the B2O3/TiO2-ZrO2 to 1.14% over the platinum promoted B2O3/TiO2-ZrO2 after reaction of six hours. This result indicates that the platinum added on the B2O3/TiO2-ZrO2 catalyst plays an important role in reducing the coke formation on the catalyst surface. 展开更多

A series of polymer- supported Pd -Fe2O3 composite catalysts were prepared and their hydrogenation property mas investigated. It was found that the above catalysts have good catalytic hydrogenation activity for carbon - carbon double bonds systems and reusability. Furthermore, XPS and IR spectra shouted that active component in the composite catalysts is atomic Pd(0). An addition of a small amount of Fe2O3 has a promotive action upon hydrogenation activity of the catalysts, which indicated that there are some strong interactions (electron transfer) between Pd(0) and Fe(Ⅲ) species. Based on these results, a possible catalytic hydrogenation mechanism was also suggested. 展开更多

A series of Pd/La-Al2O3(PLA) catalysts with La-Al2O3(LA) support calcined at different temperatures(500, 700, 900 and 1050 oC) were prepared using an incipient wetness impregnation method. The activity of the fresh and hydrothermally aged PLA catalysts were tested for total oxidation of CO and C3H8. The activity of the fresh PLA catalysts for CO and C3H8 oxidation increased with increasing calcination temperature of the support, while the activities of the aged catalysts declined and became essentially the same. CO chemisorption results revealed that the suppressed activities of the aged catalysts were mainly due to the decline of palladium dispersion. The turnover frequency(TOF) of CO oxidation increased with increasing reduction ability of the catalysts, with a fresh catalyst calcined at 1050 oC having the highest value(0.048 s–1). However, the TOF of C3H8 total oxidation was affected by not only the redox properties of catalysts but also the size of Pd particle, and large Pd particles possessed higher TOF value of C3H8 oxidation, with the highest value(0.125 s–1) being obtained on an aged catalyst calcined at 500 oC. 展开更多

采用了一种由氨水和碳酸铵组成的复合沉淀剂来制备CeO_2-ZrO_2-Al_2O_3(CZA)复合氧化物。作为对比,分别采用氨水和碳酸铵为沉淀剂制备了另外两个CZA复合氧化物。系统地研究了各CZA材料在织构、结构、氧化还原性能、热老化行为之间的区别... 采用了一种由氨水和碳酸铵组成的复合沉淀剂来制备CeO_2-ZrO_2-Al_2O_3(CZA)复合氧化物。作为对比,分别采用氨水和碳酸铵为沉淀剂制备了另外两个CZA复合氧化物。系统地研究了各CZA材料在织构、结构、氧化还原性能、热老化行为之间的区别,以及其负载的单Pd三效催化剂的催化性能。结果表明,不同的沉淀剂制得的材料中其CeO_2-ZrO_2(CZ)和Al_2O_3之间的相互作用不同。用氨水做沉淀剂时,得到的材料中CZ和Al_2O_3之间的相互作用很小,导致其热稳定性较差。在碳酸铵做沉淀剂的情况下,CZ和Al_2O_3之间具有很强的相互作用,可以提高材料的热稳定性,但同时,CZ固溶体的均一性被严重破坏,使得材料的氧化还原性能不理想。而复合沉淀剂的使用可以有效地平衡CZ和Al_2O3_之间的相互作用,导致得到的CZA材料具有优异的织构、结构性能及良好的热稳定性。因此,其负载的单Pd催化剂表现出最为优异的氧化还原性能和三效催化活性。 展开更多

The result of BET showed that Al2O3 with re... Y2O3-Al2O3 with different mole ratios of Y:Al were prepared by co-precipitation method. Catalysts Ni/Y2O3, Ni/Al2O3 and Ni/ Y2O3-Al2O3 were prepared by impregnation method. The result of BET showed that Al2O3 with relative high surface area was in favor of Ni distribution, whilst the TPR test demonstrated that composite support had appropriate synergistic effect between active constituent and sup-port, and NiO could be reduced more easily than loaded on the single support. H2-TPD test indicated that the catalyst NYA11 had lots of ac-tivity sites where H could be desorbed easily, which led to hydrogen-rich production over the catalyst. Composite support catalysts exhibited high activity for ethanol steam reforming (SRE), and the supported catalyst with composite of 1:1 mole ratio of Y:Al exhibited the optimum catalytic properties for SRE. Ethanol could be completely converted over catalyst NYA11 even at 450 °C, and there had no inactivation after 60 h continuous reaction, hydrogen yield appeared maximum 35.9% at 400 ℃, and tended to increase with increasing H2O/EtOH molar ratio and feed flow rate. 展开更多

探索大尺寸共晶陶瓷的制备方法对其工业化应用具有重要意义。采用高温熔凝法制备了直径20 mm,不同Y2O3/Sm2O3含量的Al2O3-ZrO2共晶陶瓷,研究了Y/S(Y2O3/Sm2O3)双掺杂对Al2O3-ZrO2共晶陶瓷微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随掺杂量增... 探索大尺寸共晶陶瓷的制备方法对其工业化应用具有重要意义。采用高温熔凝法制备了直径20 mm,不同Y2O3/Sm2O3含量的Al2O3-ZrO2共晶陶瓷,研究了Y/S(Y2O3/Sm2O3)双掺杂对Al2O3-ZrO2共晶陶瓷微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随掺杂量增加,共晶形貌由横截面呈三角形的共晶晶团转变为有尖端分裂特征的海藻状共晶,且共晶晶团内部的ZrO2相由对称分布的规则纤维状转变为无序分布的层片状。较单一掺杂Y2O3相比,双掺杂时共晶形貌转变发生在较小的掺杂量(3mol%),且掺杂量较高时(4.4mol%)SmAlO3相优先形成。掺杂量为2.2mol%时硬度达到最大值17.29 ± 0.50 GPa。断裂韧性在低掺杂量时较高,随掺杂量继续增大,断裂韧性不断减小。 展开更多

采用纳米粉掺杂烧结制备了Y2 O3 -ZrO2 陶瓷。测试发现 ,纳米粉的掺入在一定程度上可以使烧结体的密度和硬度得到提高。SEM和EDS分析表明 ,烧结体表面比较平滑 ,元素分布比较均匀 。
