摘要Accurate purchase prediction in e-commerce critically depends on the quality of behavioral features. This paper proposes a layered and interpretable feature engineering framework that organizes user signals into three layers:Basic,Conversion&Stability(efficiency and volatility across actions),and Advanced Interactions&Activity(crossbehavior synergies and intensity).Using real Taobao(Alibaba’s primary e-commerce platform)logs(57,976 records for 10,203 users;25 November–03 December 2017),we conducted a hierarchical,layer-wise evaluation that holds data splits and hyperparameters fixed while varying only the feature set to quantify each layer’s marginal contribution.Across logistic regression(LR),decision tree, random forest,XGBoost, and CatBoost models with stratified 5-fold cross-validation,the performance improvedmonotonically fromBasic to Conversion&Stability to Advanced features. With LR,F1 increased from 0.613(Basic)to 0.962(Advanced);boosted models achieved high discrimination(0.995 AUC Score)and an F1 score up to 0.983.Calibration and precision–recall analyses indicated strong ranking quality and acknowledged potential dataset and period biases given the short(9-day)window.By making feature contributions measurable and reproducible, the framework complements model-centric advances and offers a transparent blueprint for production-grade behavioralmodeling. The code and processed artifacts are publicly available, and future work will extend the validation to longer, seasonal datasets and hybrid approaches that combine automated feature learning with domain-driven design.

摘要Against the backdrop of accelerated development of new forms of trade, the question of whether rapid expansion of cross-border e-commerce(CBEC)can help to reduce carbon emissions among Chinese enterprises is of great significance for seizing new opportunities in foreign trade, and advancing firms’green and low-carbon transformation. This study treats the creation of CBEC pilot zones as a quasi-natural experiment, employing panel data from Chinese A-share listed companies matched with city-level information from 2006 to 2021.We construct a multi-period difference-in-differences model to identify the impact of CBEC pilot zone policy on corporate carbon emissions. Our findings indicate the construction of these pilot zones significantly reduces firms’carbon emissions intensity, and the results are robust across multiple tests. We show the pilot zone initiative contributes to emission reductions by enhancing the adoption of digital infrastructure, promoting green technological innovation, and increasing environmental awareness among enterprises.Quantile regressions reveal pilot zones exert a more pronounced carbon-reduction effect on firms characterized by high carbon emissions intensity and advanced levels of digital transformation. Moreover, the policy effect is especially significant in heavily polluting industries, and regions with weaker governmental environmental regulations or lower public environmental concerns. This study makes an innovative contribution to the literature by empirically verifying the environmental governance effect of establishing CBEC pilot zones, and offers practical guidance for governments in formulating cross-border e-commerce policies and for enterprises pursuing low carbon development.

摘要This study develops a theoretical framework to analyze the impact of e-commerce development on consumption inequality.Drawing on micro-level data from the CHFS for 2015-2019 combined with large-scale data from e-commerce platforms,we conduct a comprehensive empirical analysis. The results indicate that e-commerce development significantly reduces consumption inequality at the household level, and this effect operates mainly via narrowing disparities in transaction costs and reducing income inequality.Specifically, households facing higher transaction costs increase their consumption owing to the enhanced convenience of e-commerce,while e-commerce also raises the income of low-and middle-income households, which in turn helps compress consumption disparities.Moreover,e-commerce development alleviates consumption disparities within and between cities, within both urban and rural households, and between urban and rural areas. It also promotes consumption mobility by helping low-consumption households move up to higher consumption tiers. These findings suggest that e-commerce development not only holds substantial potential for reducing microlevel household consumption inequality but also functions as a macro-level equalizing force that can narrow regional and urban-rural divides.Thus,e-commerce plays a crucial role in promoting consumption equity and supporting sustainable economic development by dynamically enhancing consumption mobility.

摘要From the perspective of economic globalization,B2C cross-border e-commerce has emerged as a promising sector.Industries can leverage internet platforms to engage in international trade, exporting goods or services overseas to expand their global influence. However, this model also presents challenges. Many cross-border e-commerce businesses lack comprehensive global operation strategies, relying solely on B2C platforms for marketing.International consumers exhibit cultural differences and consumption habits that make domestic brand strategies insufficient for global marketing needs. The industry faces compliance risks and data security threats, potentially causing financial losses.Additionally, many companies fail to establish effective talent acquisition and development models, leading to talent shortages that undermine cross-border marketing capabilities. To align with globalization trends, the cross-border e-commerce sector should innovate based on B2B operational characteristics to ensure sustainable development. This article examines the current status and challenges of B2C cross-border e-commerce under economic globalization, and proposes innovative development pathways to enhance China’s B2C cross-border e-commerce capabilities and support industry growth.

摘要This study focuses on the protection and revitalization utilization of linear cultural heritage, selecting the Qi’ao Ancient Road in Southern China as a typical case study,a cultural route with both historical depth and practical significance. The paper first systematically reviews four theoretical foundations:“cultural route”,“cultural heritageelics”,“structural functionality and space”,and“e-commerce new media marketing”,constructing an integrated“function-culture-space”analytical framework.Guided by this framework, the research establishes the investigation path with the Ming and Qing Dynasties as the temporal scope and the Southern and Eastern Main Routes of the Qi’ao Ancient Road as the spatial scope. It comprehensively employs literature research, field surveys, and Geographic Information System(GIS)analysis methods to systematically screen and analyze the value of tangible and intangible cultural relics along the ancient road. The study shows that the Qi’ao Ancient Road was not only a vital land transportation artery between Guangdong and Macao during the Ming and Qing Dynasties and an important overland link for the Maritime Silk Road, but also a witness to the integration of Chinese and Western cultures, the spread of ideas, and social transformations. In response to the current state of its protection and utilization, this paper innovatively proposes an integrated e-commerce new media marketing strategy centered on the“Online Three-in-One”(cross-border e-commerce platforms, independent websites, overseas social media)and“Offline Six-in-One”(museums/cultural centers, culturalourism bureaus, scenic areas, universitiesesearch institutions, enterprises, and intangible cultural heritage experience shops). This strategy aims to transform and disseminate the value of the ancient road’s cultural relics through modernized, marketized, and experiential means, thereby providing a path reference with both theoretical foresight and practical operability for achieving holistic protection, sustainable utilization, and methodological innovation in linear cultural heritage.

摘要In the era of big data,E-commerce plays an increasingly important role, and steel E-commerce certainly occupies a positive position. However,it is very difficult to choose satisfactory steel raw materials from diverse steel commodities online on steel E-commerce platforms in the purchase of staffs. In order to improve the efficiency of purchasers searching for commodities on the steel E-commerce platforms,we propose a novel deep learning-based loss function for named entity recognition(NER).Considering the impacts of small sample and imbalanced data,in our NER scheme, the focal loss, the label smoothing, and the cross entropy are incorporated into a lite bidirectional encoder representations from transformers(BERT)model to avoid the over-fitting.Moreover,through the analysis of different classic annotation techniques used to tag data,an ideal one is chosen for the training model in our proposed scheme.Experiments are conducted on Chinese steel E-commerce datasets. The experimental results show that the training time of a lite BERT(ALBERT)-based method is much shorter than that of BERT-based models, while achieving the similar computational performance in terms of metrics precision, recall, and F1 with BERT-based models.Meanwhile, our proposed approach performs much better than that of combining Word2Vec,bidirectional long short-term memory(Bi-LSTM),and conditional random field(CRF)models,in consideration of training time and F1.

摘要With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology, its application field has gradually expanded. To further apply the deep reinforcement learning technology to the field of dynamic pricing,we build an intelligent dynamic pricing system, introduce the reinforcement learning technology related to dynamic pricing, and introduce existing research on the number of suppliers(single supplier and multiple suppliers),environmental models, and selection algorithms.A two-period dynamic pricing game model is designed to assess the optimal pricing strategy for e-commerce platforms under two market conditions and two consumer participation conditions. The first step is to analyze the pricing strategies of e-commerce platforms in mature markets, analyze the optimal pricing and profits of various enterprises under different strategy combinations, compare different market equilibriums and solve the Nash equilibrium. Then, assuming that all consumers are naive in the market, the pricing strategy of the duopoly e-commerce platform in emerging markets is analyzed.By comparing and analyzing the optimal pricing and total profit of each enterprise under different strategy combinations, the subgame refined Nash equilibrium is solved. Finally, assuming that the market includes all experienced consumers, the pricing strategy of the duopoly e-commerce platform in emerging markets is analyzed.
