Notably, the spread of illicit digital financial activities has seriously impeded the sound development of rural digital finance. This study integrates illegal digital financial risk prevention into an analysis of rural residents’ digital financial literacy. The results show that their digital financial literacy remains low, the supporting ecosystem is underdeveloped, and risk prevention capacity is insufficient. Further analysis indicates that losses from illicit digital finance transmit shocks through consumption channels. A three-sector DSGE model is therefore constructed to simulate the negative responses of household consumption, credit, and output to such shocks. Higher digital financial literacy is found to accelerate the return to steady state and reduce economic uncertainty. Based on empirical and model-based evidence, this paper proposes policy recommendations: strengthening digital financial education for rural residents, improving the digital financial service system, optimizing relevant laws and policies, and establishing an efficient risk early-warning mechanism.展开更多

This was done by using the European Five-Dimensional Health Scale in a comprehensive manner and by analysing the factors influencing it. The findings will provide new perspectives and ideas for improving the health-related quality of life of the elderly population and enhancing the precise health management of elderly residents. Methods: The response data of 1892 elderly residents in southwestern China were included in the analysis based on the CLHLS data. The factors influencing the occurrence of problems, EQ-VAS scores and health utility values were analysed by logistic regression, multiple linear regression and Tobit regression, respectively. Results: The primary health concerns among the elderly population in the Southwest region were limited ability to perform daily activities and pain or discomfort. These individuals exhibited an EQ-VAS self-assessment score of 66.51 ± 14.87 and a health utility value of 0.87 (0.70, 1.00). Gender, age, regular medical check-ups, exercise habits and the prevalence of chronic diseases are the main influencing factors. Conclusions: The health quality of elderly people in Southwest China needs to be improved, and a comprehensive management strategy can be adopted in terms of lifestyle management, health needs management and disease management to improve the quality of their healthy lives and promote the development of healthy ageing.展开更多

On the basis of fully explaining peasant workers’ transformation to urban residents, a method for measuring its process has been advanced and then confirmed with the data of March in 2005 from surveys to peasant workers in Wuhan. Finally, the suggestions of acceler-ating peasant workers’ transformation to urban residents to pro-mote the construction of a harmonious society have been drawn from the analysis.展开更多

Using the coefficient of varia- tion, Theil index, exploratory spatial data analysis, and spatial panel econometric model, we examined the regional inequality, spatio-temporal dynamic patterns, and key factors in the health status of Chinese residents from 2003 to 2013. We found that China's residential health index (RHI) decreased from 0.404 to 0.295 in 2003-2013 at an annual rate of 2.698%. Spatially, resident health status, based on the RHI, has improved faster in the western region than in the eastern and central regions. Inequality in resident health status continued to in- crease between 2003 and 2013; inequality between regions decreased, but health status inequality expanded within regions. Furthermore, disparities in health status grew faster in western regions than in the eastern and central regions. The spatial distribution of resident health status formed a "T-shaped" pattern across China, decreasing from east to center then to the west with a symmetric decrease north and south. Using the change in Moran's / from 2003 to 2008 and 2013, we found that the distribution of resident health status across China has narrowed. All the hot spots and cold spots have decreased, but they are also stable. Resident health status formed a stable cold spot in the western regions, while the east coastal area formed a stable hot spot. Selected explanatory variables have significant direct impacts on resident health status in China: increasing per capita GDP, per capita spending on health, and urbanization, and improving environmental quality all lead to better resident health status. Finally, we highlight the need for additional research on regional inequality of resident health status across multiple time, spatial, and factor domains.展开更多

Rice-Fish Systems (RFS) in Longxian village of China, as a traditional agricultural system, was selected as one of the five pilot sites of GIAHS in 2005. Researchers have paid more attention to the dynamic conser-vation and adaptive management of RFS because it is under severe threats from global development challenges. Tourism is suggested to be brought into the RFS conservation program as an alternative industry. This paper presents a comparative study of residents in three types of farm household in Longxian, seeking attitudes to the RFS conservation and tourism development and ways in which such information may guide future strategies. Results show resi-dents, belonging to the household type in which most family mem-bers are abroad, have the most positive attitudes to RFS conserva-tion and tourism development; while residents, as other household type in which less than 50% of family members are abroad, are the least sensitive group in these three household types, due to the motivation of moving abroad weakening their enthusiasm to participate in the local activities. Implications are discussed in the context of how resident attitudes will affect the future manage-ment of GIAHS conservation and tourism development, and then measures are put forward to foster tourism cooperation and multi-stakeholders process establishment.展开更多

摘要Background:Despite self-determination theory’s prominence, few studies examine BPN in China’s ethnic frontier regions. Therefore, this study investigates and analyzes the current situation of community residents with different demographic characteristics in Yanbian in the three basic psychological needs of competency needs, autonomy needs and attribution needs,so as to provide reference for the construction of community service in Yanbian area. Methods:A survey was conducted among 234 residents in four communities in Yanbian from September to October 2024.The equal probability random sampling method was used to collect data by using a general information questionnaire and basic psychological demand scale, and SPSS 28.0 was used for analysis.Through single factor analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, the influencing factors and correlation of basic psychological needs of community residents in Yanbian area were discussed. Results:The basic psychological needs of residents were above the middle level;there is a significant positive correlation between economic status and the three dimensions of basic psychological needs(P<0.001).There is a significant positive correlation between the three dimensions of competence demand(β=2.028,P<0.001),autonomy demand(β=2.022,P<0.001),and attribution demand(β=2.693,P<0.001).Conclusion:The satisfaction degree of basic psychological needs of community residents in Yanbian is significantly affected by economic situation, which urges nurses to advocate for economic empowerment programs in community health and provides an empirical basis for the construction of a psychological service system in this area.At the same time,it is proposed that the region can respond by improving social support and improving employment results.
摘要Objective: The health-related quality of life (HRQoL) theory was used to assess the health quality of elderly residents in Southwest China. Conclusions: The health quality of elderly people in Southwest China needs to be improved, and a comprehensive management strategy can be adopted in terms of lifestyle management, health needs management and disease management to improve the quality of their healthy lives and promote the development of healthy ageing.

基金Survey and Analysis on Humanistic Care Experience and Influencing Factors of Elderly Residents in 3 Integrated Medical and Nursing Institutions in Guangyuan City(Project No.:24SCLN055)。
摘要This empirical study examines the integration of medical and elderly care services in Guangyuan City through stratified random sampling, targeting 283 eligible residents aged 60+from three representative integrated institutions. The research employed a self-designed questionnaire titled“Humanistic Care Experience and Demand Influencing Factors”to collect subjective perceptions regarding basic care, psychological support, health education, and social interaction using a Likert five-point scale.Descriptive statistics,one-way ANOVA,and multiple regression modeling were conducted with SPSS 25.0 software. Results indicated that overall humanistic care experience scores were moderately high, with the“caregiving”dimension scoring highest and“psychological/social support”the lowest.Analysis revealed significant correlations between educational attainment,income,self-reported health status, and family support frequency(P<0.001),particularly among seniors with higher education, better health, and stronger family support. While integrated care facilities provide relatively comprehensive basic care, they should focus on addressing gaps in humanistic services, especially providing targeted support for groups with“low education, low income, poor health, and lack of family support.”
摘要The unique two-stage "Chinese path" of China’s ru-ral-urban migration, which cannot be fully explained by classical theories of economic development, makes us to give peasant workers’ transformation to urban residents a top priority. On the basis of fully explaining peasant workers’ transformation to urban residents, a method for measuring its process has been advanced and then confirmed with the data of March in 2005 from surveys to peasant workers in Wuhan. Finally, the suggestions of acceler-ating peasant workers’ transformation to urban residents to pro-mote the construction of a harmonious society have been drawn from the analysis.

摘要Health inequality is an increasing concern worldwide. Finally, we highlight the need for additional research on regional inequality of resident health status across multiple time, spatial, and factor domains.

摘要Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS) is a wide program to promote the conservation and adap-tive management of such systems and their associated landscapes, biodiversity, knowledge systems and cultures. Implications are discussed in the context of how resident attitudes will affect the future manage-ment of GIAHS conservation and tourism development, and then measures are put forward to foster tourism cooperation and multi-stakeholders process establishment.

摘要Accelerating the construction of ecological civilization and promoting the management of health environment problems is one of the core elements of the implementation of the“Beautiful China”and“Healthy China”strategies with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Based on the scientific connotation of ecological civilization, this paper systematically assesses the level of interprovincial ecological civilization construction in China using the combined CRITIC empowerment method and explores the impact of ecological civilization construction on the health burden of urban and rural residents using interprovincial panel data from 2003 to 2018 with the help of panel feasible generalized least squares, simultaneous equation estimation, and the extended regression model. It is found that there is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between provincial ecological civilization construction and urban and rural residents’economic health burden,as well as a significant U-shaped relationship between ecological civilization construction and urban and rural residents’disease burden.Fiscal decentralization, urbanization, and industrialization are the three important indirect mechanisms through which ecological civilization affects the health burden of urban and rural residents, and fiscal decentralization plays a typical role in crowding out the health effect of ecological civilization. In the eastern and central regions, ecological civilization construction has effectively reduced the health burden of urban and rural residents, but it is more significant for improving the economic health burden of rural residents. While the“catching-up trend”of the progress of ecological civilization construction in the western region is obvious, ecological civilization plays an important role in alleviating the economic health burden of urban residents. After the robustness test, the conclusion still holds. This study provides an important empirical basis for local governments to improve the accuracy of their policies in promoting the“Beautiful China”and“Healthy China”strategies.

摘要Urbanization has caused significant landscape changes in rural areas, leading to the emergence of urbanized landscapes(ULs),which have been generally criticized by authorities and professionals. However, perceptions of ULs among local residents have rarely been studied. In this study,we chose five typical categories of ULs from rapidly transforming villages in Fujian Province,China–hardened water bank(HWB),big pavilion(BPA),big memorial arch(BMA),big ornamental lawn(BOL),and big square(BSQ)to do the study. We identified how these ULs were rated and ranked by on-site surveys,as well as how related aesthetic and multifunctional landscape characters(LCs)played a role. The results(N=550)showed that 1)residents supported the construction of ULs,and the most preferred category was that with the most natural elements(BOL)that was simultaneously well maintained.2)For the residents, the longer they had resided in the village and the fewer connections they had with the city, the more in favor they were of the ULs,and the more eager they were for landscape change. In addition, residents with higher education and Communist Party of China membership valued the naturalness related LCs more highly.3)Two contradictory preference features, naturalness and livability, should be well coordinated and balanced to construct an improved favorable village for the residents,to realize a balanced and sustainable development path. This study makes great theoretical contributions to landscape research and provides new insights into rural planning and construction.
