Purpose-This study explores how managerial leadership and organizational innovation interact to enhance resilience and risk management in railway supply chains and how these capabilities contribute to sustained compet...Purpose-This study explores how managerial leadership and organizational innovation interact to enhance resilience and risk management in railway supply chains and how these capabilities contribute to sustained competitive advantage.It emphasizes the strategic importance of resilience in railway systems that face operational complexity,regulatory pressures and increasing exposure to systemic risks.Design/methodology/approach-A mixed-methods design was employed,integrating survey data from 186 railway organizations with six case studies involving railway operators,rolling stock manufacturers and supply chain partners across multiple regions.Constructs were measured using validated scales and hypothesized relationships were tested using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).Case study interviews were analyzed thematically to provide contextual understanding of leadership practices and innovation strategies.Findings-The results confirm that transformational managerial leadership significantly predicts innovation adoption,which in turn strengthens resilience and risk management capabilities.Resilience emerged as a powerful driver of competitive advantage,reinforcing its role as a strategic capability rather than a reactive response to disruptions.Furthermore,innovation was shown to partially mediate the relationship between leadership and resilience,highlighting its function as the operational channel through which vision translates into capability.Originality/value-This study contributes to the literature by integrating the Resource-Based View(RBV)and Dynamic Capabilities(DC)framework into the context of railway supply chains.It is among the first to empirically validate the mediating role of innovation between leadership and resilience,offering both theoretical advancements and actionable strategies for building resilient and competitive railway systems.展开更多

Methods: A total of 62 patients who underwent prone positioning ventilation in the ICU of Baoying County People's Hospital from December 2023 to January 2025 and met the study's inclusion/exclusion criteria were enrolled as subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group (n=31 each) using a random number table. The control group received standard routine care for ICU prone positioning ventilation, while the observation group additionally received a risk-based, full-cycle hierarchical collaborative nursing approach encompassing comprehensive pressure ulcer prevention measures during position transitions, phased psychological support, sleep interventions, tiered health guidance, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Outcomes were compared regarding pressure ulcer incidence, anxiety/depression levels, sleep quality, health beliefs, and nursing satisfaction. Results: The observation group exhibited significantly lower pressure ulcer incidence than the control group (P<0.05). Post-intervention, the observation group showed superior improvements in anxiety/depression scores, sleep quality, and health belief scores compared to the control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction was also higher in the observation group, with all intergroup differences being statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementing a risk-based, full-cycle hierarchical collaborative nursing approach for ICU patients on prone positioning ventilation effectively reduces pressure ulcer incidence, alleviates negative emotions in critical conditions, improves sleep quality, enhances patient health beliefs and nursing satisfaction, and contributes to better overall recovery outcomes, demonstrating substantial clinical value.展开更多

Most wildfires are caused by human activities.Road networks play a dual role in wildfire dynamics,functioning either as potential ignition sources or as essential channels for suppression.This study focuses on roads a...Most wildfires are caused by human activities.Road networks play a dual role in wildfire dynamics,functioning either as potential ignition sources or as essential channels for suppression.This study focuses on roads as the link between human activity and the wildfire life cycle,identifying functional road elements and exploring design strategies for wildfire management.A literature review identified the relationship between roads and wildfires,and these insights were aligned with design elements through feature extraction from common geographical and infrastructural characteristics of affected areas.A qualitative and quantitative database was constructed for 225 wildfires in Korea from 2013 to 2022,each covering 2.5 ha or more.Cross-tabulation analysis demonstrated that wider roads have a mitigating effect on wildfire occurrence.Feature importance was further examined through Random Forest and Extra Trees regression,which identified significant variables associated with wildfire ignition.Based on the findings,several policy strategies were proposed.The results suggest that integrating road design elements into planning and upgrades can strengthen both wildfire prevention and suppression capacities.Moreover,the study highlights the need for greater policy attention to road infrastructure,given its substantial influence across the wildfire life cycle.展开更多
Flooding is a natural phenomenon influenced by various factors and occurs frequently across many regions in Indonesia,including Gedebage in Bandung City,West Java.Gedebage is one of the city’s lowest-lying areas,with...Flooding is a natural phenomenon influenced by various factors and occurs frequently across many regions in Indonesia,including Gedebage in Bandung City,West Java.Gedebage is one of the city’s lowest-lying areas,with an elevation of 666-669 meters above sea level,making it particularly prone to recurrent flooding.The main issue is the absence of an integrated disaster management system.This research aims to identify the drainage system’s asset life cycle(planning,implementation,and operation&maintenance)and assess flood risk in Gedebage.The risk assessment was conducted using questionnaires to evaluate the likelihood and potential impact of risks.In response to major risks,appropriate mitigation strategies were developed.Mitigation efforts included both structural and non-structural measures.The structural mitigation design involved selecting technological alternatives using the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP),a decision-making tool that helps compare multiple criteria and alternatives in a structured way.The results indicate that 27% of the assessed risks were unacceptable,42% undesirable,and 31% acceptable.Flood risk in Gedebage can be managed through structural actions,such as drainage revitalization using a closed system,and non-structural strategies,including human-centric,administrative,and cultural approaches.Based on AHP analysis,the most effective technology was a closed drainage system and porous paving blocks.展开更多

Objective:To observe the application effect of risk management in the nursing work of fever clinics,especially its effect on improving nursing satisfaction and the work quality of nursing staff,as well as reducing the...Objective:To observe the application effect of risk management in the nursing work of fever clinics,especially its effect on improving nursing satisfaction and the work quality of nursing staff,as well as reducing the incidence of nursing risk events,and to provide a scientific reference for future clinical research and practice.Methods:This study adopted a retrospective approach,fixing the research period from December 2024 to August 2025.A total of 110 patients admitted to the fever clinic of our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups(the control group and the experimental group)using the random number table method.Each group had 55 patients.Then,differentiated nursing strategies were implemented for the two groups.Both the control group and the experimental group received routine nursing.The difference was that the experimental group was additionally given risk management measures on the basis of routine nursing.After 7 days of intervention,the nursing satisfaction rate,nursing quality,cognitive score of fever clinic risks,nursing error rate,complaint rate,and incidence of risk events were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction score,nursing complaint rate,incidence of nursing risk events,nursing error rate,nursing quality score,and cognitive score of fever clinic risks in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk management has a significant application effect in the nursing work of fever clinics,playing a positive role for both patients and nursing staff.It is an effective measure to comprehensively improve nursing quality and an important means to greatly reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,thus having high clinical promotion value.展开更多

Methods: A total of 200 patients who used intravenous indwelling needles during hospital treatment from July to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 100 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing methods, while those in the observation group were managed using the safety risk management method of the infusion project team. The tube blocking rate and tube removal rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The one-time puncture success rate and the standard implementation rate of intravenous indwelling needle use in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and patient satisfaction in the observation group was notably higher, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of an infusion project team in the safety risk management of indwelling needle use is effective and has positive impacts on improving the one-time puncture success rate, the standard implementation rate of intravenous indwelling needle use, and patient satisfaction. Against the backdrop of intensifying global water scarcity,reclaimed water reuse has emerged as a critical strategy for ecological replenishment of landscape water bodies.However,its potential ecological risks remain ...Against the backdrop of intensifying global water scarcity,reclaimed water reuse has emerged as a critical strategy for ecological replenishment of landscape water bodies.However,its potential ecological risks remain underexplored.This study aims to establish a multidimensional ecological safety evaluation framework for reclaimed water replenishment systems and propose hierarchical risk prevention strategies.By integrating ecotoxicological assays(algae growth inhibition,Daphnia behavioral anomalies,zebrafish embryo toxicity),multimedia exposure modeling,and Monte Carlo probabilistic simulations,the risk contributions and spatial heterogeneity of typical pollutants are quantitatively analyzed.Results revealed that sulfamethoxazole(RQ=2.3)and diclofenac(RQ=1.8)posed high ecological risks,with their effects nonlinearly correlated with hydraulic retention time(HRT1.2 mg/L).A three-tier risk prevention system was developed based on the“source-pathway-receptor”framework:ozone-activated carbon pretreatment achieved 85%removal efficiency for pharmaceutical contaminants,ecological floating beds enhanced nitrogen and phosphorus retention by 40%-60%,and hydraulic regulation(flow velocity>0.1 m/s)effectively suppressed pathogen proliferation.The innovation of this study lies in establishing a chemical-biological-hydrological coupled risk quantification model for reclaimed water reuse scenarios.The hierarchical prevention standards have been incorporated into local reclaimed water management regulations,providing a scientific foundation and technical paradigm for sustainable landscape water replenishment.展开更多

摘要The rapid development of the digital economy has reshaped the business models of the financial industry and put forward brand-new requirements for the teaching of the financial risk management course in universities.Promoting teaching reform enables teachers to introduce diversified teaching methods into the course,thereby effectively improving teaching effects and supporting the development of students’abilities.Based on this,this paper conducts research on the practical teaching reform of the financial risk management course in universities under the background of the digital economy,analyzes the core problems in the current teaching,expounds the important value of the practical teaching reform,and puts forward targeted reform strategies.It aims to provide a reference for universities to optimize the practical teaching of this course and cultivate professional talents that meet the needs of the industry.
摘要As water conservancy and hydropower projects play an increasingly vital role in national economic and social development, dams have become pivotal components of engineering systems. Their safe operation directly impacts regional flood control, disaster mitigation, and rational water resource allocation. This study begins by emphasizing the necessity of dam safety assessment, establishing a comprehensive evaluation framework that addresses various risk factors—including environmental changes, structural aging, and human-induced disturbances during long-term service. Through thorough analysis of operational environments, structural characteristics, and historical maintenance records, the study identifies key safety indicators and categorizes potential risks. It further examines the interrelationships among risk sources and their potential cascading effects, proposing robust early warning and emergency response mechanisms. Assessment results demonstrate that scientifically sound risk management strategies not only significantly reduce accident probabilities but also enable swift intervention during initial incidents, ensuring stable dam operations. Advanced analyses reveal that continuous monitoring, routine inspections, and scheduled maintenance can substantially enhance safety standards while providing reliable data support for project management. Based on these findings, the paper proposes risk management recommendations prioritizing prevention and addressing emerging issues proactively, encompassing enhanced technical safeguards, optimized resource allocation, and improved institutional frameworks. These recommendations hold significant theoretical and practical value for advancing dam management practices and strengthening overall risk resilience in water conservancy and hydropower projects.
摘要Most wildfires are caused by human activities.Road networks play a dual role in wildfire dynamics,functioning either as potential ignition sources or as essential channels for suppression.This study focuses on roads as the link between human activity and the wildfire life cycle,identifying functional road elements and exploring design strategies for wildfire management.A literature review identified the relationship between roads and wildfires,and these insights were aligned with design elements through feature extraction from common geographical and infrastructural characteristics of affected areas.A qualitative and quantitative database was constructed for 225 wildfires in Korea from 2013 to 2022,each covering 2.5 ha or more.Cross-tabulation analysis demonstrated that wider roads have a mitigating effect on wildfire occurrence.Feature importance was further examined through Random Forest and Extra Trees regression,which identified significant variables associated with wildfire ignition.Based on the findings,several policy strategies were proposed.The results suggest that integrating road design elements into planning and upgrades can strengthen both wildfire prevention and suppression capacities.Moreover,the study highlights the need for greater policy attention to road infrastructure,given its substantial influence across the wildfire life cycle.

摘要Flooding is a natural phenomenon influenced by various factors and occurs frequently across many regions in Indonesia,including Gedebage in Bandung City,West Java.Gedebage is one of the city’s lowest-lying areas,with an elevation of 666-669 meters above sea level,making it particularly prone to recurrent flooding.The main issue is the absence of an integrated disaster management system.This research aims to identify the drainage system’s asset life cycle(planning,implementation,and operation&maintenance)and assess flood risk in Gedebage.The risk assessment was conducted using questionnaires to evaluate the likelihood and potential impact of risks.In response to major risks,appropriate mitigation strategies were developed.Mitigation efforts included both structural and non-structural measures.The structural mitigation design involved selecting technological alternatives using the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP),a decision-making tool that helps compare multiple criteria and alternatives in a structured way.The results indicate that 27% of the assessed risks were unacceptable,42% undesirable,and 31% acceptable.Flood risk in Gedebage can be managed through structural actions,such as drainage revitalization using a closed system,and non-structural strategies,including human-centric,administrative,and cultural approaches.Based on AHP analysis,the most effective technology was a closed drainage system and porous paving blocks.
摘要One of the crucial elements that is directly tied to the quality of living organisms is the quality of the water.How-ever,water quality has been adversely affected by plastic pollution,a global environmental disaster that has an effect on aquatic life,wildlife,and human health.To prevent these effects,better monitoring,detection,characterisation,quanti-fication,and tracking of aquatic plastic pollution at regional and global scales is urgently needed.Remote sensing tech-nology is regarded as a useful technique,as it offers a promising new and less labour-intensive tool for the detection,quantification,and characterisation of aquatic plastic pollution.The study seeks to supplement to the body of scientific literature by compiling original data on the monitoring of plastic pollution in aquatic environments using remote sensing technology,which can function as a cost saving method for water pollution and risk management in developing nations.This article provides a profound analysis of plastic pollution,including its categories,sources,distribution,chemical properties,and potential risks.It also provides an in-depth review of remote sensing technologies,satellite-derived in-dices,and research trends related to their applicability.Additionally,the study clarifies the difficulties in using remote sensing technologies for aquatic plastic monitoring and practical ways to reduce aquatic plastic pollution.The study will improve the understanding of aquatic plastic pollution,health hazards,and the suitability of remote sensing technology for aquatic plastic contamination monitoring studies among researchers and interested parties.
摘要Objective To explore the risk management of the changes of sponsors and/or production sites during drug clinical trials based on the theories of quality management,risk management,and change management.Methods The method of failure modes and effect analysis(FMEA)was used to identify risks through literature research,expert consultation,comparative research,and comprehensive analysis.Besides,risk priority number(RPN)was used to evaluate the risks.Results and Conclusion A FMEA of the changes of sponsors and/or production sites in clinical trials was constructed and RPN values of every failure mode and causes were obtained.Based on the RPN values,the core risk control points for different combination modes of sponsors and/or production sites after their changes were identified.It is recommended that China should strengthen the construction of the sponsor responsibility system.In addition,the changes of sponsors and/or production sites during the clinical trial period should be allowed in an orderly manner under the premise of ensuring the quality of clinical trials and subject protection.
摘要Risk management often plays an important role in decision making un-der uncertainty.In quantitative risk management,assessing and optimizing risk metrics requires eficient computing techniques and reliable theoretical guarantees.In this pa-per,we introduce several topics on quantitative risk management and review some of the recent studies and advancements on the topics.We consider several risk metrics and study decision models that involve the metrics,with a main focus on the related com-puting techniques and theoretical properties.We show that stochastic optimization,as a powerful tool,can be leveraged to effectively address these problems.
摘要With the growth of the construction industry,risk management in construction projects has garnered significant attention from the academic community.Effective risk management during the decision-making stage can greatly enhance project management efficiency.This paper integrates the AHP-entropy value method and constructs a risk management model based on the DPSIR framework for construction projects.The model is applied to evaluate and analyze the risk level of the decision-making stage in a navigation and electricity hub project in Chongqing Municipality.The results demonstrate the scientific validity and effectiveness of the proposed model.
摘要Objective:To evaluate the practical application effect of nursing risk management in preventing falls among inpatients,and to provide a reference for optimizing clinical safety management strategies for inpatients.Methods:A total of 428 inpatients in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group(218 cases)and a study group(210 cases)according to the nursing management method.The control group received routine fall prevention nursing,while the study group implemented systematic nursing risk management.The fall rate and post-fall injury rate during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:The fall rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing risk management can effectively reduce the fall rate and post-fall injury rate of inpatients through systematic risk identification,targeted intervention and continuous quality improvement.It also improves patients’awareness of fall prevention and nursing satisfaction,and promotes the improvement of nurses’risk management ability,which has important clinical promotion value.
摘要As the country with the highest number of dams in the world,China’s dam safety management and risk control are crucial to public safety and economic development.This paper systematically analyzes the current status of dam safety in China,explores the causes of accidents such as design and construction defects,poor operation management,the impact of natural disasters,and proposes comprehensive dam safety management measures based on these analyses.
摘要Objective:To observe the application effect of risk management in the nursing work of fever clinics,especially its effect on improving nursing satisfaction and the work quality of nursing staff,as well as reducing the incidence of nursing risk events,and to provide a scientific reference for future clinical research and practice.Methods:This study adopted a retrospective approach,fixing the research period from December 2024 to August 2025.A total of 110 patients admitted to the fever clinic of our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups(the control group and the experimental group)using the random number table method.Each group had 55 patients.Then,differentiated nursing strategies were implemented for the two groups.Both the control group and the experimental group received routine nursing.The difference was that the experimental group was additionally given risk management measures on the basis of routine nursing.After 7 days of intervention,the nursing satisfaction rate,nursing quality,cognitive score of fever clinic risks,nursing error rate,complaint rate,and incidence of risk events were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction score,nursing complaint rate,incidence of nursing risk events,nursing error rate,nursing quality score,and cognitive score of fever clinic risks in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk management has a significant application effect in the nursing work of fever clinics,playing a positive role for both patients and nursing staff.It is an effective measure to comprehensively improve nursing quality and an important means to greatly reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,thus having high clinical promotion value.
摘要Objective: To explore the effectiveness of applying an infusion project team in the safety risk management of indwelling needle use. Methods: A total of 200 patients who used intravenous indwelling needles during hospital treatment from July to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 100 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing methods, while those in the observation group were managed using the safety risk management method of the infusion project team. The tube blocking rate and tube removal rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The one-time puncture success rate and the standard implementation rate of intravenous indwelling needle use in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and patient satisfaction in the observation group was notably higher, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of an infusion project team in the safety risk management of indwelling needle use is effective and has positive impacts on improving the one-time puncture success rate, the standard implementation rate of intravenous indwelling needle use, and patient satisfaction. It is a practice worth promoting in clinical settings.
摘要Against the backdrop of intensifying global water scarcity,reclaimed water reuse has emerged as a critical strategy for ecological replenishment of landscape water bodies.However,its potential ecological risks remain underexplored.This study aims to establish a multidimensional ecological safety evaluation framework for reclaimed water replenishment systems and propose hierarchical risk prevention strategies.By integrating ecotoxicological assays(algae growth inhibition,Daphnia behavioral anomalies,zebrafish embryo toxicity),multimedia exposure modeling,and Monte Carlo probabilistic simulations,the risk contributions and spatial heterogeneity of typical pollutants are quantitatively analyzed.Results revealed that sulfamethoxazole(RQ=2.3)and diclofenac(RQ=1.8)posed high ecological risks,with their effects nonlinearly correlated with hydraulic retention time(HRT1.2 mg/L).A three-tier risk prevention system was developed based on the“source-pathway-receptor”framework:ozone-activated carbon pretreatment achieved 85%removal efficiency for pharmaceutical contaminants,ecological floating beds enhanced nitrogen and phosphorus retention by 40%-60%,and hydraulic regulation(flow velocity>0.1 m/s)effectively suppressed pathogen proliferation.The innovation of this study lies in establishing a chemical-biological-hydrological coupled risk quantification model for reclaimed water reuse scenarios.The hierarchical prevention standards have been incorporated into local reclaimed water management regulations,providing a scientific foundation and technical paradigm for sustainable landscape water replenishment.
摘要This paper focuses on risk management in food processing electromechanical engineering production line projects.It first defines production line risks,analyzes their characteristics,and then details qualitative and quantitative risk assessment techniques,predictive maintenance,automation safeguards,and other risk-mitigation strategies.Case studies of dairy and meat processing lines are presented,along with cross-industry analysis.It concludes by highlighting the need for a blend of technical and managerial approaches,future research directions,and the importance of longitudinal monitoring.
