In this study,we employed a combination of genome mining and heteronuclear single quantum coherence(HSQC)-based small molecule accurate recognition technology(SMART)technology to search for fernane-type triterpenoids....In this study,we employed a combination of genome mining and heteronuclear single quantum coherence(HSQC)-based small molecule accurate recognition technology(SMART)technology to search for fernane-type triterpenoids.Initially,potential endophytic fungi were identified through genome mining.Subsequently,fine fractions containing various fernane-type triterpenoids were selected using HSQC data collection and SMART prediction.These triterpenoids were then obtained through targeted isolation and identification.Finally,their antifungal activity was evaluated.As a result,three fernane-type triterpenoids,including two novel compounds,along with two new sesquiterpenes and four known compounds were isolated from one potential strain,Diaporthe discoidispora.Their structures were elucidated through analysis of high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(HR-ESI-MS)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopic data.The absolute configurations were determined using single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and electron capture detector(ECD)analysis.Compound 3 exhibited moderate antifungal activity against Candida albicans CMCC 98001 and Aspergillus niger.展开更多

Immobilized microalgae technologies(IMTs)involve the fixing of free-living microalgae onto specialized carriers through physical adsorption,chemical cross-linking,or biological interactions to enhance cell retention,m...Immobilized microalgae technologies(IMTs)involve the fixing of free-living microalgae onto specialized carriers through physical adsorption,chemical cross-linking,or biological interactions to enhance cell retention,metabolic stability,and stress resistance.These have emerged as multifunctional and sustainable platforms for environmental remediation,extending their applications beyond wastewater treatment to include soil and air purification.This review categorizes advanced IMT carriers into three major types:(1)inorganic engineered materials(e.g.,biochar-nanoparticle hybrids),(2)functionalized organic polymers(e.g.,pH-responsive hydrogels),and(3)bio-derived scaffolds(e.g.,fungal-algal and algal-bacterial consortia).They enhance microalgal retention,metabolic activity,and microalgal stress resistance,enabling the effective removal of nitrogen,phosphorus,heavy metals,organic pollutants,and airborne particulates across diverse environmental matrices.We highlight key cooperative mechanisms—such as extracellular polymeric substance(EPS)-mediated adhesion,quorum sensing,and metabolic synergy—that underpin pollutant removal and biomass stability.Particular emphasis is placed on integrating smart technologies,including magnetic microrobots,3D/4D-printed scaffolds,and AI-guided optimization,which improve the scalability,adaptability,and environmental responsiveness of IMT systems.By synthesizing the advances in materials science,microbial ecology,and environmental engineering,this review defines the future direction of research into IMTs as a next-generation bioengineering strategy for the integrated management of water,soil,and air pollution.展开更多
AIM:To compare the changes in the objective visual quality of patients with low and moderate myopia postoperatively after transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy using the smart pulse technology(SMART)and femtosec...AIM:To compare the changes in the objective visual quality of patients with low and moderate myopia postoperatively after transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy using the smart pulse technology(SMART)and femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK).METHODS:Corneal higher-order aberrations(HOAs),horizontal coma,vertical coma and spherical aberration were measured using Pentacam,and cutoff for modulation transfer function(MTF cutoff),objective scatter index(OSI)and Strehl ratio(SR)was measured using an optical quality analysis system(OQAS-II),before and after operation at 1,3,and 6 mo,and data were analyzed by repeated measurement two-way analysis of variance.RESULTS:The difference in uncorrected distance visual acuity between SMART and FS-LASIK was statistically significant only 1 wk postoperatively.Approximately 86.36%and 80.69%of patients with spherical equivalent(SE)in±0.50 D were observed in the SMART and FS-LASIK groups,respectively.No significant difference was observed in SE between the two groups(P=0.509).The HOAs increased postoperatively compared with those before surgery in both groups(P0.05).Corneal vertical coma andΔcorneal vertical coma in the FS-LASIK group were higher than those in the SMART group(P0.05).CONCLUSION:The HOAs increase and visual quality is delayed in both groups postoperatively,and the long-term objective visual quality after SMART is slightly better than that after FS-LASIK.展开更多

This research paper provides some useful findings about the use of PDA's in the healthcare environment through actual usage of PDA in the healthcare ward. A qualitative and quantitative approach is adopted to explore these phenomena due to the exploratory nature of the research. Findings of this study identify some of the motivators and issues associated with the wireless handheld technology in healthcare environment. Furthermore, it is also found that these wireless handheld devices can help to improve the quality of care through better decision making processes. This study is limited to only one sate of Australian and further research is needed to see the implication of the findings to wider community and other domains in the Australian environment.展开更多

摘要The emergence of smart grids in India is propelled by an intricate interaction of market dynamics,regulatory structures,and stakeholder obligations.This study analyzes the primary factors that are driving the widespread use of smart grid technologies and outlines the specific roles and obligations of different stakeholders,such as government entities,utility companies,technology suppliers,and consumers.Government activities and regulations are crucial in facilitating the implementation of smart grid technology by offering financial incentives,regulatory assistance,and strategic guidance.Utility firms have the responsibility of implementing and integrating smart grid infrastructure,with an emphasis on improving the dependability of the grid,minimizing losses in transmission and distribution,and integrating renewable energy sources.Technology companies offer the essential hardware and software solutions,which stimulate creativity and enhance efficiency.Consumers actively engage in the energy ecosystem by participating in demand response,implementing energy saving measures,and adopting distributed energy resources like solar panels and electric vehicles.This study examines the difficulties and possibilities in India’s smart grid industry,highlighting the importance of cooperation among stakeholders to build a strong,effective,and environmentally friendly energy future.
摘要Submission Deadline: 15 October 2010The electric industry is being transformed from a centralized network to one that is less centralized and allows more consumer interaction in the form of a smart grid. A smart grid is a power transmission and distribution network that can incorporate millions of sensors all connected through an advanced, two-way communications and data acquisition system to provide real-time monitoring, diagnosis and control. Smart grid enables more efficient, reliable and secure energy service, facilitate grid-integration of renewable systems and energy storage, and better routing of power and demand management. The move to a smarter grid promises to change the industry's entire business model and its relationship with all stakeholders, involving and affecting power companies, regulators, energy service providers, technology and automation vendors, and all consumers of electric power.
摘要Noninvasive detection of human physiology plays a key role for diagnosis or therapeutic assessment of various diseases.In the past,many functional modalities,such as electrocardiograph(ECG),electroencephalogram(EEG),fluorescence microscope,and positron emission computed tomography(PETS)have been applied to clinic for probing human heart,brain waves or tissue metabolism,owing to rapid development in fields of electromagnetism,optics or particle physics.Nowadays,a few smart sensing technologies are emerging for human physiology detection in more wide range.
摘要With the rapid internationalization of Chinese higher education,Sino-foreign cooperative education has emerged as a vital mode of educational collaboration,integrating foreign resources to foster talent with global perspectives.However,it faces challenges including teaching model adaptation,cultural differences,and resource integration.Smart education technologies,encompassing artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing,and virtual reality,offer innovative solutions by enabling personalized teaching,intelligent management,and enhanced resource sharing.This study conducts a literature review to systematically examine the applications of smart education technologies in Sino-foreign cooperative education since 2010,focusing on their functions in teaching and learning,management and services,and quality assurance and evaluation.Findings reveal that these technologies improve teaching efficiency,learning outcomes,cross-cultural communication,and operational effectiveness.Nevertheless,challenges such as high technical barriers,data privacy concerns,and cultural adaptation persist.This study provides theoretical and practical insights for academia and practitioners,advocating for deeper technological integration,standardization,and interdisciplinary collaboration to advance the intelligent transformation and sustainable development of Sino-foreign cooperative education.

摘要Immobilized microalgae technologies(IMTs)involve the fixing of free-living microalgae onto specialized carriers through physical adsorption,chemical cross-linking,or biological interactions to enhance cell retention,metabolic stability,and stress resistance.These have emerged as multifunctional and sustainable platforms for environmental remediation,extending their applications beyond wastewater treatment to include soil and air purification.This review categorizes advanced IMT carriers into three major types:(1)inorganic engineered materials(e.g.,biochar-nanoparticle hybrids),(2)functionalized organic polymers(e.g.,pH-responsive hydrogels),and(3)bio-derived scaffolds(e.g.,fungal-algal and algal-bacterial consortia).They enhance microalgal retention,metabolic activity,and microalgal stress resistance,enabling the effective removal of nitrogen,phosphorus,heavy metals,organic pollutants,and airborne particulates across diverse environmental matrices.We highlight key cooperative mechanisms—such as extracellular polymeric substance(EPS)-mediated adhesion,quorum sensing,and metabolic synergy—that underpin pollutant removal and biomass stability.Particular emphasis is placed on integrating smart technologies,including magnetic microrobots,3D/4D-printed scaffolds,and AI-guided optimization,which improve the scalability,adaptability,and environmental responsiveness of IMT systems.By synthesizing the advances in materials science,microbial ecology,and environmental engineering,this review defines the future direction of research into IMTs as a next-generation bioengineering strategy for the integrated management of water,soil,and air pollution.

摘要AIM:To compare the changes in the objective visual quality of patients with low and moderate myopia postoperatively after transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy using the smart pulse technology(SMART)and femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK).METHODS:Corneal higher-order aberrations(HOAs),horizontal coma,vertical coma and spherical aberration were measured using Pentacam,and cutoff for modulation transfer function(MTF cutoff),objective scatter index(OSI)and Strehl ratio(SR)was measured using an optical quality analysis system(OQAS-II),before and after operation at 1,3,and 6 mo,and data were analyzed by repeated measurement two-way analysis of variance.RESULTS:The difference in uncorrected distance visual acuity between SMART and FS-LASIK was statistically significant only 1 wk postoperatively.Approximately 86.36%and 80.69%of patients with spherical equivalent(SE)in±0.50 D were observed in the SMART and FS-LASIK groups,respectively.No significant difference was observed in SE between the two groups(P=0.509).The HOAs increased postoperatively compared with those before surgery in both groups(P0.05).Corneal vertical coma andΔcorneal vertical coma in the FS-LASIK group were higher than those in the SMART group(P0.05).CONCLUSION:The HOAs increase and visual quality is delayed in both groups postoperatively,and the long-term objective visual quality after SMART is slightly better than that after FS-LASIK.
摘要One of the emerging technologies is wireless handheld technology. Implication of these devices is enormous for business community and healthcare domain is not an exception to this phenomena. This research paper provides some useful findings about the use of PDA's in the healthcare environment through actual usage of PDA in the healthcare ward. A qualitative and quantitative approach is adopted to explore these phenomena due to the exploratory nature of the research. Findings of this study identify some of the motivators and issues associated with the wireless handheld technology in healthcare environment. Furthermore, it is also found that these wireless handheld devices can help to improve the quality of care through better decision making processes. This study is limited to only one sate of Australian and further research is needed to see the implication of the findings to wider community and other domains in the Australian environment.
摘要The implementation of higher shares of renewables in a global energy mix has to be accompanied by simultaneous deployment of enabling smart grid technologies (SGTs). This combination will inevitably lead to a revolutionary change in a conventional energy system, particularly, the shifting role of consumers to prosnmers. But resistance may arise from such a dramatic shift, since it is associated with high uncertainty in conjunction with increasing responsibilities of all stakeholders, the urgent need of effective control, and the development of a process. To ensure the positive influence, coherent actions of all players, and appropriate treatment of the spots of resistance, the analysis of the interplay between key stakeholders has been done. The paper introduces the framework for stakeholders' analysis, applies it on the European Union (EU) example, and provides recommendations to reduce the resistance of SGTs deployment.
摘要Signal system plays an important role in railway transportation. It is the core equipment and main control system of railway transportation system. In railway transportation, the quality of signal control is directly related to the safety and transportation efficiency of train operation. With the development of information technology, the existing railway operation system has been unable to meet the needs of train operation, so it is necessary to use intelligent monitoring technology to improve the railway signal system, in order to strengthen the quality of signal equipment. In order to better understand the operating state of signal equipment, this paper focuses on the application and development of high-speed railway signal system intelligent technology.
摘要This study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities associated with developing healthcare infrastructure in Saudi Arabia through the implementation of smart technologies. The healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia is undergoing significant transformation, and the integration of smart technologies has the potential to revolutionize healthcare delivery, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall healthcare experience. However, several challenges need to be addressed in order to fully leverage the benefits of smart technologies in healthcare infrastructure development. This research identifies and analyzes these challenges while also highlighting the opportunities that arise from the adoption of smart technologies in the Saudi Arabian healthcare system. The findings contribute to the understanding of the current state of healthcare infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and provide insights into the strategies and policies required to overcome challenges and maximize the benefits of smart technologies in healthcare.
