The dual challenges of critical speed prediction inaccuracies and ambiguous vibration behaviors are present in high-speed flexible rotors,particularly in free turbine rotors in turboshaft engine systems.The study begins with an examination of the rotor-bearing bidirectional coupling mechanism,with a primary focus on the nonlinear characteristics of the bearing.An investigation is carried out on the mechanical modeling methodologies for four-point contact ball bearings(FPCBBs)and cylindrical roller bearings(CRBs).To address the issue of excessive computational time in traditional bearing calculation methods,the sled dog optimization(SDO)algorithm is substituted for the conventional Newton-Raphson method.A rotor-bearing coupling dynamics model is developed by the finite element and lumped mass methods,with experimental validation achieved through a simulator test rig.The effects of three internal bearing parameters in FPCBBs(arching width and raceway groove curvature coefficient)and CRBs(initial radial clearance)on the critical speed characteristics and vibrational behavior of rotorbearing coupled systems are examined.The numerical simulation results show some interesting conclusions. 展开更多

A fitness function for cognitive radio resource allocation is provided. Simulations are conducted for cognitive radio resource allocation by using the coupled chaotic genetic algorithm, simple genetic algorithm and dynamic allocation algorithm respectively. The simulation results show that, compared with simple genetic and dynamic allocation algorithm, coupled chaotic genetic algorithm reduces the total transmission power and bit error rate in cognitive radio system, and has faster convergence speed. 展开更多

To investigate the effect of rail pad viscoelasticity on vehicle-track-bridge coupled vibration,the fractional Voigt and Maxwell model in parallel(FVMP)was used to characterize the viscoelastic properties of the rail pad based on dynamic performance test results.The FVMP model was then incorporated into the vehicle-track-bridge nonlinear coupled model,and its dynamic response was solved using a cross-iteration algorithm with a relaxation factor.Results indicate that the nonlinear coupled model achieves good convergence when the time step is less than 0.001 s,with the cross-iteration algorithm adjusting the wheel-rail force.In particular,the best convergence is achieved when the relaxation factor is within the range of 0.3-0.5.The FVMP model effectively characterizes the viscoelasticity of rail pads across a temperature range of±20℃and a frequency range of 1-1000 Hz.The viscoelasticity of rail pads significantly affects high-frequency vibrations in the coupled system,particularly around 50 Hz,corresponding to the wheel-rail coupled resonance range.Considering rail pad viscoelasticity is essential for accurately predicting track structure vibrations. 展开更多

In detail, based on the high order compact finite difference method, Fourier pseudospectral method and wavelet collocation method for spatial discretizations, a series of high accurate conservative algorithms are presented. The proposed algorithms can preserve the corresponding discrete charge and energy conservation laws exactly, which would guarantee their numerical stabilities during long time computations.Furthermore, several analogous multi-symplectic algorithms are constructed as comparison. Numerical experiments for the unstable plane waves will show the advantages of the proposed algorithms over long time and verify the theoretical analysis. 展开更多

It is a key challenge to exploit the label coupling relationship in multi-label classification(MLC)problems.Most previous work focused on label pairwise relations,in which generally only global statistical information is used to analyze the coupled label relationship.In this work,firstly Bayesian and hypothesis testing methods are applied to predict the label set size of testing samples within their k nearest neighbor samples,which combines global and local statistical information,and then apriori algorithm is used to mine the label coupling relationship among multiple labels rather than pairwise labels,which can exploit the label coupling relations more accurately and comprehensively.The experimental results on text,biology and audio datasets shown that,compared with the state-of-the-art algorithm,the proposed algorithm can obtain better performance on 5 common criteria. 展开更多

To enhance the prediction accuracy of rolling force in cold tandem rolling processes,a deformation resistance-rolling force(DR-RF)coupled model is proposed based on dynamic deformation zone length iteration.This DR-RF model comprehensively accounts for the influence of material parameters,hot rolling,and cold rolling processes on deformation resistance,establishing a robust framework for cold rolling.To ensure the model's generalization capability across diverse stands and steel grades,a hierarchical progressive optimization strategy is introduced,leveraging a differential evolution-particle swarm optimization(DE-PSO)hybrid algorithm to effectively mitigate local optima.Experimental validation using industrial data demonstrates significant performance improvements.The unoptimized DR-RF model already exhibits superior accuracy compared to the conventional Hill model.Furthermore,DE-PSO model optimized DR-RF model achieves an overall rolling force prediction accuracy of 94.71%,representing a 7.11%improvement over Hill model.Notably,the first stand shows a 13.4%improvement in accuracy,and the third stand achieves the highest accuracy of 96.68%.The average prediction accuracy for 15 steel grades consistently remains within the range of 90.5%-97.2%.DR-RF model coupled with DE-PSO framework provides a robust theoretical foundation and practical solution for steel enterprises to achieve efficient and intelligent rolling across multiple stands and steel grades. 展开更多

针对目前大蒜联合收获机切茎装置切削性能较差、切割阻力较大、切割不及时易造成大蒜鳞茎损伤以及夹持输送装置堵塞等问题,基于SPH-FEM耦合算法设计了一种大蒜双圆盘式切茎装置,并进行了动力学分析及参数优化。根据大蒜茎秆的结构、物... 针对目前大蒜联合收获机切茎装置切削性能较差、切割阻力较大、切割不及时易造成大蒜鳞茎损伤以及夹持输送装置堵塞等问题,基于SPH-FEM耦合算法设计了一种大蒜双圆盘式切茎装置,并进行了动力学分析及参数优化。根据大蒜茎秆的结构、物理参数和力学特性参数,确定了大蒜茎秆的材料模型。利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA构建大蒜切割过程仿真模型,通过有限元仿真结果确定最优圆盘刀结构参数,圆盘刀厚度2 mm、圆盘刀刃角15°和圆盘刀重叠量15 mm。运用仿真模型进行单因素仿真试验,确定了大蒜切茎装置的喂入速度、圆盘刀转速、圆盘刀间距的取值范围分别为1.5~2.5 km/h、400~600 r/min、1~3 mm;采用Box-Behnken设计三因素三水平正交组合试验方案,通过台架试验确定各因素水平下圆盘刀最大切割阻力,运用Design-Expert 13对试验结果进行方差和响应面分析,得到大蒜切茎装置实际最佳工作参数,喂入速度为2.1 km/h、圆盘刀转速为560 r/min、圆盘刀间距为1 mm。台架试验结果表明,在最优工作参数下最大切割阻力为7.33 N,误差为7.5%。本文所设计的双圆盘式切茎装置切割阻力小、工作性能稳定,茎秆切割面较为平整,并且在试验过程中无鳞茎损伤,满足大蒜收获茎秆切割要求,可为大蒜联合收获机械的设计提供参考。 展开更多

The formation and development of natural fractures in tight sandstone reservoirs are governed by a combination of stratigraphic structure,lithological properties,and stress conditions.These fractures often exhibit irregular geometries,signicant variations in height,and complex lling materials,leading to intricate conventional logging responses with pronounced multi-solution ambiguities that complicate accurate identication.To address this challenge,this study proposes a multi-model selective coupling identication method.This approach incorporated data cleaning,augmentation,and resampling techniques during the preprocessing phase.Subsequently,multi-dimensional feature extraction and cascade-based feature selection were performed,followed by optimizing model parameters using random search,Bayesian optimization,and grid search algorithms.High-performing models were selected via an evaluation framework.These models were then coupled through voting mechanisms to construct a robust identication model capable of deeply exploring the nonlinear relationship between fractures and logging data.The proposed method achieved an 85.19%fracture identication accuracy in blind tests involving 27 fracture segments across three wells,demonstrating strong identication capability.This methodology provides a valuable reference for fracture identication in hydrocarbon reservoirs within the Hongde area. 展开更多

Dynamic optimization of electromechanical coupling system is a significant engineering problem in the field of mechatronics. The performance improvement of electromechanical equipment depends on the system design parameters. Aiming at the spindle unit of refitted machine tool for solid rocket, the vibration acceleration of tool is taken as objective function, and the electromechanical system design parameters are appointed as design variables. Dynamic optimization model is set up by adopting Lagrange-Maxwell equations, Park transform and electromechanical system energy equations. In the procedure of seeking high efficient optimization method, exponential function is adopted to be the weight function of particle swarm optimization algorithm. Exponential inertia weight particle swarm algorithm(EPSA), is formed and applied to solve the dynamic optimization problem of electromechanical system. The probability density function of EPSA is presented and used to perform convergence analysis. After calculation, the optimized design parameters of the spindle unit are obtained in limited time period. The vibration acceleration of the tool has been decreased greatly by the optimized design parameters. The research job in the paper reveals that the problem of dynamic optimization of electromechanical system can be solved by the method of combining system dynamic analysis with reformed swarm particle optimizati on. Overall kinetic studies on the oxidative coupling of methane,OCM,have been conducted in a tubular fixed bed reactor,using perovskite titanate as the reaction catalyst.The appropriate operating conditions were found to be:temperature 750-775 ℃,total feed flow rate of 160 ml/min,CH4 /O2 ratio of 2 and GHSV of 100·min-1 .Under these conditions,C 2 yield of 28% was achieved.Correlations of the kinetic data have been performed with lumped rate equations for C2 and COx formation as functions of temperature,O2 and CH4 partial pressures.Six models have been selected among the common lumped kinetic models.The selected models have been regressed with the experimental data which were obtained from the Catatest system by genetic algorithm in order to obtain optimized parameters.The kinetic coefficients in the overall reactions were optimized by different numerical optimization methods such as:the Levenberg-Marquardt and genetic algorithms and the results were compared with one another.It has been found that the Santamaria model is in good agreement with the experimental data.The Arrhenius parameters of this model have been obtained by linear regression.It should be noted that the Marquardt algorithm is sensitive to the first guesses and there is possibility to trap in the relative minimum. 展开更多

The presence of non-gray radiative properties in a reheating furnace’s medium that absorbs,emits,and involves non-gray creates more complex radiative heat transfer problems.Furthermore,it adds difficulty to solving the coupled conduction,convection,and radiation problem,leading to suboptimal efficiency that fails to meet real-time control demands.To overcome this difficulty,comparable gray radiative properties of non-gray media are proposed and estimated by solving an inverse problem.However,the required iteration numbers by using a least-squares method are too many and resulted in a very low inverse efficiency.It is necessary to present an efficient method for the equivalence.The Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm is utilized to solve the inverse problem of coupled heat transfer,and the gray-equivalent radiative characteristics are successfully recovered.It is our intention that the issue of low inverse efficiency,which has been observed when the least-squares method is employed,will be resolved.To enhance the performance of the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm,a modification is implemented for determining the damping factor.Detailed investigations are also conducted to evaluate its accuracy,stability of convergence,efficiency,and robustness of the algorithm.Subsequently,a comparison is made between the results achieved using each method. 展开更多

The fully developed turbulence can be regarded as a nonlinear system,with wave coupling inside,which causes the nonlinear energy to transfer,and drives the turbulence to develop further or be suppressed.Spectral analysis is one of the most effective methods to study turbulence system.In order to apply it to the study of the nonlinear wave coupling process of edge plasma turbulence,an efficient algorithm based on spectral analysis technology is proposed to solve the nonlinear wave coupling equation.The algorithm is based on a mandatory temporal static condition with the nonideal spectra separated from the ideal spectra.The realization idea and programing flow are given.According to the characteristics of plasma turbulence,the simulation data are constructed and used to verify the algorithm and its implementation program.The simulation results and experimental results show the accuracy of the algorithm and the corresponding program,which can play a great role in the studying the energy transfer in edge plasma turbulences.As an application,the energy cascade analysis of typical edge plasma turbulence is carried out by using the results of a case calculation.Consequently,a physical picture of the energy transfer in a kind of fully developed turbulence is constructed,which confirms that the energy transfer in this turbulent system develops from lower-frequency region to higher-frequency region and from linear growing wave to damping wave. 展开更多

Both the inertia term and coupling term are considered in the dynamic coupled problem. The formulation of the problem by a statistical second-order two-scale (SSOTS) analysis method and the algorithm procedure based on the finite-element difference method are presented. Numerical results of coupled cases are compared with those of uncoupled cases. It shows that the coupling effects on temperature, thermal flux, displacement, and stresses are very distinct, and the micro- characteristics of particles affect the coupling effect of the random composites. Furthermore, the coupling effect causes a lag in the variations of temperature, thermal flux, displacement, and stresses. 展开更多

In order to highlight the relationship between the array output and mutual coupling coefficients, we present a novel model of the array output with the unknown mutual coupling coefficients. Based on this model, we use the space alternating generalized expectation-maximization(SAGE) algorithm to jointly estimate the DOA parameters and the mutual coupling coefficients. Unlike many existing counterparts, our method requires neither calibration sources nor initial calibration information. At the same time,our proposed method inherits the characteristics of good convergence and high estimation precision of the SAGE algorithm. By numerical experiments we demonstrate that our proposed method outperforms the existing method for DOA estimation and mutual coupling calibration. 展开更多

Considering the interaction between a sleeper,ballast layer,and substructure,a three-dimensional coupled discrete-finite element method for a ballasted railway track is proposed in this study.Ballast granules with irregular shapes are constructed using a clump model using the discrete element method.Meanwhile,concrete sleepers,embankments,and foundations are modelled using 20-node hexahedron solid elements using the finite element method.To improve computational efficiency,a GPU-based(Graphics Processing Unit)parallel framework is applied in the discrete element simulation.Additionally,an algorithm containing contact search and transfer parameters at the contact interface of discrete particles and finite elements is developed in the GPU parallel environment accordingly.A benchmark case is selected to verify the accuracy of the coupling algorithm.The dynamic response of the ballasted rail track is analysed under different train speeds and loads.Meanwhile,the dynamic stress on the substructure surface obtained by the established DEM-FEM model is compared with the in situ experimental results.Finally,stress and displacement contours in the cross-section of the model are constructed to further visualise the response of the ballasted railway.This proposed coupling model can provide important insights into high-performance coupling algorithms and the dynamic characteristics of full scale ballasted rail tracks. 展开更多

This paper addresses the micro wind-hydrogen coupled system,aiming to improve the power tracking capability of micro wind farms,the regulation capability of hydrogen storage systems,and to mitigate the volatility of wind power generation.A predictive control strategy for the micro wind-hydrogen coupled system is proposed based on the ultra-short-term wind power prediction,the hydrogen storage state division interval,and the daily scheduled output of wind power generation.The control strategy maximizes the power tracking capability,the regulation capability of the hydrogen storage system,and the fluctuation of the joint output of the wind-hydrogen coupled system as the objective functions,and adaptively optimizes the control coefficients of the hydrogen storage interval and the output parameters of the system by the combined sigmoid function and particle swarm algorithm(sigmoid-PSO).Compared with the real-time control strategy,the proposed predictive control strategy can significantly improve the output tracking capability of the wind-hydrogen coupling system,minimize the gap between the actual output and the predicted output,significantly enhance the regulation capability of the hydrogen storage system,and mitigate the power output fluctuation of the wind-hydrogen integrated system,which has a broad practical application prospect. 展开更多
