摘要Short-chain fatty acids, metabolites produced by the fermentation of dietary fiber by gut microbiota, have garnered significant attention due to their correlation with neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Parkinson’s disease. In this review,we summarize the changes in short-chain fatty acid levels and the abundance of short-chain fatty acid-producing bacteria in various samples from patients with Parkinson’s disease, highlighting the critical role of gut homeostasis imbalance in the pathogenesis and progression of the disease.Focusing on the nervous system,we discuss the molecular mechanisms by which short-chain fatty acids influence the homeostasis of both the enteric nervous system and the central nervous system. We identify key processes, including the activation of G protein-coupled receptors and the inhibition of histone deacetylases by short-chain fatty acids.Importantly, structural or functional disruptions in the enteric nervous system mediated by these fatty acids may lead to abnormalα-synuclein expression and gastrointestinal dysmotility, which could serve as an initiating event in Parkinson’s disease.Furthermore,we propose that short-chain fatty acids help establish communication between the enteric nervous system and the central nervous system via the vagal nerve, immune circulation, and endocrine signaling. This communication may shed light on their potential role in the transmission ofα-synuclein from the gut to the brain. Finally,we elucidate novel treatment strategies for Parkinson’s disease that target short-chain fatty acids and examine the challenges associated with translating short-chain fatty acid-based therapies into clinical practice. In conclusion, this review emphasizes the pivotal role of short-chain fatty acids in regulating gut-brain axis integrity and their significance in the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease from the perspective of the nervous system. Moreover,it highlights the potential value of short-chain fatty acids in early intervention for Parkinson’s disease.Future research into the molecular mechanisms of short-chain fatty acids and their synergistic interactions with other gut metabolites is likely to advance the clinical translation of innovative short-chain fatty acid-based therapies for Parkinson’s disease.
摘要In 2025,many Chinese short drama performers were still enjoying the benefits of the industry's rapid expansion, with more roles available than they could fill and salaries continuing to rise. However, since the Spring Festival of 2026,production of live-action short dramas in China has declined significantly. Many performers have taken to social media to complain that pay rates have dropped significantly, with some even struggling to find work.
摘要Media integration and the digital wave have propelled the transformation of brand marketing strategies, with short drama marketing emerging as a novel communication paradigm. This paper focuses on the short drama marketing practices of Kans(the standardized English name for Han Shu),exploring its paths of value delivery and market breakthrough through content, channels, and user interaction. The study reveals that Kans has accurately seized opportunities in the micro-short drama industry.By relying on hit product-driven strategies, deep cultivation on Douyin, emotional narration, and key node marketing, the brand has achieved simultaneous growth in both brand voice and sales volume. However,it also faces challenges such as diminishing marginal benefits of short dramas,over-reliance on a single channel, and insufficient product competitiveness. This study provides practical references for the digital marketing of beauty brands. It also supplements a new perspective for academic research on short drama marketing.

摘要Although previous IRMPD(infrared multiple photon dissociation)experi-ments proposed the presence of proto-nation of the C=O peptide bond in certain tripeptides with lower energy than traditional amino protonation, subsequent theoretical calculations have revealed that their conclusions are unreliable. Therefore,it has become imperative to ex-plore the existence of such molecules. In this study, based on reasonable speculation, four dipeptides and four tripeptides were selected and their protonated configurations were sys-tematically searched.High-level theoretical calculations using the composite CBS-QB3 method indicated that at least two dipeptides,GP and GV(G:glycine,P:proline,V:valine),have been identified as the candidate molecules with protonation at the amide oxygen as the global minimum.GP is also identified as the smallest dipeptide with the cis-peptide confor-mation as the global minimum. The electrostatic potentials and the transition states between the two protonated forms have been calculated to uncover the determining mechanism for the predominance of peptide bond protonation. In addition, the chemical(infrared,IR)and elec-tronic(X-ray photoelectronic spectroscopy and near-edge X-ray absorption fine structures,XPS and NEXAFS)structural calculations were performed to distinguish between these dif-ferent protonated forms in future experiments. This study provides valuable insights into the competitive coexistence between the two protonated forms of short peptides and deepens our understanding of the protonation process in the early stage of protein synthesis.

摘要Laser shock peening(LSP)is an advanced surface strengthening technique crucial for enhancing the performance of critical components operating in extreme service environments.By generating gradient residual compressive stress and refining the microstructure via the interaction between the laser and metallic materials,LSP achieves multiscale modulation of the surface properties of metal components and considerably improves the fatigue, wear, and corrosion resistance of the material under demanding conditions.Owing to its noncontact surface modification process and properties,LSP has garnered considerable interest across fields such as aerospace, rail transit, biomedicine, and the nuclear industry. The pulse duration of the laser used in LSP considerably influences its interaction with metallic materials.Ultrashort-pulsed LSP exhibits extreme nonlinear, nonequilibrium, and multiscale time/space properties during its interaction with metallic materials, distinguishing it from short-pulsed LSP.However, existing reviews have predominantly analyzed LSP based on various factors, equipment, single performance, and applications. The pulse duration, which inevitably influences the application of LSP,has not been investigated yet. This review analyzes about 180 short-pulsed LSP and approximately 100 ultrashort-pulsed LSP papers published between 1963 and 2025 and focuses on the laser pulse duration to elucidate the existing status and prospective application value of short-and ultrashort-pulsed LSP from the viewpoints of mechanisms, processes, and applications. The associated challenges and prospects are examined and summarized using strengthening mechanisms,high-fidelity prediction models, process coupling innovations, and intelligent and efficient strengthening equipment. This work offers valuable insights for advancing laser manufacturing processes towards meeting the rigorous demands of extreme applications.

摘要We propose a data-driven framework for rapid prediction of thermal conductivity in solids based on shorttime molecular dynamics(MD)simulations.By converting atomic configurations into graph representations,a graph convolutional network(GCN)is used to extract spatial features, which are then processed by a long short-term memory(LSTM)network to capture the temporal evolution of physical properties. The framework is validated using equilibrium MD simulations of germanium at 1000 K across various system sizes. With sizespecific normalization and optimized hyperparameters, the model accurately predicts the converged thermal conductivity, achieving results consistent with experimental data.Notably, the proposed method significantly reduces computational time by up to 800-fold at large system sizes, which demonstrates its potential to accelerate thermal transport simulations in solid-state systems.

摘要This paper introduces a novel dual-layer optimization fault diagnosis framework for inter-turn shortcircuit(ITSC)faults in permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs).The synergistic of a SABO-optimized VMD for enhanced feature extraction and an MFO-optimized SVM for intelligent classification is proposed.Firstly, mathematical and simulation models of ITSC faults in PMSMs are established to obtain fault phase currents and motor electromagnetic torques as characteristic fault signals. Then, the SABO algorithm is used to optimize the VMD parameters, followed by VMD decomposition of the characteristic fault signals to obtain Intrinsic Mode Functions(IMFs),and the time-domain parameters of the optimal IMF are calculated to obtain feature vectors. Finally, the fault type is predicted using an SVM optimized by the Moth-Flame Optimizer(MFO).Simulation results show that the accuracy of fault diagnosis can reach 93.6%,indicating that the proposed method can achieve accurate diagnosis of ITSC faults and effectively improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis.

摘要Chemical short-range order(CSRO)structures are important features in medium-/high-entropy alloys(M/HEAs)and significantly influence their mechanical properties under irradiation. In this work, molecular dynamics(MD)simulations were employed to investigate the influence of CSRO structures on displacement cascade in non-equiatomic NiCoCr MEAs.Two groups of non-equiatomic MEAs with different compositions were designed. The results show that the CSRO structures separate into Ni-rich regions and the Co-Cr regions, which play different roles during point defect evolution.Formation energy and migration energy barriers of point defects were calculated to explain these differences. The Ni-rich regions suppress point defect formation due to their higher formation energy, whereas the Co-Cr regions promote point defect recombination due to their lower migration energy barrier.By adjusting elemental content, the degree of Ni-rich and Co-Cr regions can be varied, thereby altering their effects on point defect evolution. This work aims to provide theoretical support for optimizing mechanical properties through the regulation of CSRO structures and compositional adjustments in M/HEAs under irradiation.
摘要BACKGROUND As the transcatheter approach to aortic valve disease become more common, the role of surgical aortic valve replacement(SAVR),particularly in older patients,is increasingly contentious. This study aimed to examine short-term and long-term outcomes in octogenarians undergoing isolated SAVR.METHODS All consecutive patients aged 80 years and over undergoing isolated first-time SAVR in two cardiac surgery centres between 1997 and 2019 were included.Primary outcomes were in-hospital,1-year and 5-year mortality and overall survival.Secondary outcomes were re-exploration,post-operative renal replacement therapy,post-operative stroke,post-operative permanent pacemaker implantation and post-operative length of stay(PLOS).The multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to identify variables independently associated with overall survival.RESULTS The study comprised 524 patients, which represented 14.9%of all isolated SAVRs performed during the study period(n=524/3516).Mean age was 83.2±2.7 years and 28.1%of patients(n=147)were aged 85 years and above.59.0%of patients(n=309)were female. There were 11.1%of patients(n=58)who underwent minimally invasive surgery and mean logistic EuroSCORE was 12.1%±6.6%.Median PLOS was 9(7-14)days.Overall in-hospital,1-year and 5-year mortality were 4.2%(n=22),9.7%(n=51)and 34.5%(n=181),respectively.For patients who survived to hospital discharge,1-year survival was 94.2%(n=473/502).Median follow-up time was 77(44-101)months and estimated median overall survival was 81(76-86)months.CONCLUSIONS SAVR remains a safe operation in octogenarian patients.Findings from this study suggest that for appropriately selected patients,SAVR can provide durable long-term benefit and should still be considered an appropriate treatment strategy.

摘要Background:In the Chinese context, the impact of short video applications on the psychological well-being of older adults is contested. While often examined through a pathological lens of addiction, this perspective may overlook paradoxical,context-dependent positive outcomes. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to challenge the traditional Compensatory Internet Use Theory by proposing and testing a chained mediation model that explores a paradoxical pathway from social support to life satisfaction via problematic social media use. Methods:Data were collected between July and August 2025 via the Credamo online survey platform, yielding 384 valid responses from Chinese older adults aged 60 and above.Key constructs were assessed using the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale(BSMAS),Simplified UCLA Loneliness Scale, and Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS).A chained mediation model was tested using stepwise regression and non-parametric bootstrapping(5000 resamples),controlling for age, gender, household income, and health status. Results:The analysis revealed a paradoxical pathway, which was clarified by a key statistical suppression effect.Social support significantly and positively predicted problematic usage(β=0.157,p=0.002).After controlling for the suppressor effect of social support, problematic usage in turn negatively predicted social connectedness(β=−0.177,p<0.001).Finally,reduced social connectedness—reflecting a state of solitude—positively predicted life satisfaction(β=−0.227,p<0.001).Conclusion:The findings suggest that for older adults with sufficient offline social support, these resources may serve a“social empowerment”function. This empowerment allows behaviors measured as“problematic usage”to be theoretically reframed as a form of“deep immersive entertainment”.This immersion appears to occur alongside a state of“high-quality solitude”,which ultimately is associated with higher life satisfaction. This study provides a novel,non-pathological theoretical perspective on the consequences of high engagement with emerging social media, offering empirical grounds for non-abstinence-based intervention strategies.
摘要BACKGROUND Diagnosing growth hormone deficiency(GHD)in children remains challenging because of the considerable variability in the results of growth hormone(GH)provocative tests.AIM To evaluate the validity of different GH provocative tests, determine the sampling time associated with the peak GH response, and identify optimal GH cut-off values for excluding GHD.METHODS This cohort study included 50 children aged 5-16 years presenting with proportionate short stature.GH secretion was stimulated using the insulin tolerance test, clonidine test, and levodopa(L-DOPA)test.Serum GH and insulin-like growth factor-1 levels were measured using commercially available enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits.RESULTS Among the studied participants,48%were diagnosed with GHD,while 52%were classified as having idiopathic short stature. The clonidine stimulation test showed the highest median GH level at 90 minutes, followed by the insulininduced peak at 45 minutes and the L-DOPA peak at 60 minutes.A statistically significant positive correlation was observed between the insulin-like growth factor-1 Z-score and the GH level measured at 90 minutes during the clonidine test.Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis demonstrated optimal GH cut-off values of 7.54 ng/mL for the insulin test,8.48 ng/mL for the clonidine test, and 4.63 ng/mL for the L-DOPA test. These cut-offs showed sensitivities of 59.3%,77.8%,and 80%,and specificities of 91.3%,82.6%,and 70%,respectively.CONCLUSION Oral clonidine and L-DOPA stimulation tests appear to be useful and safe alternatives for diagnosing GHD,avoiding the risk of hypoglycemia associated with the insulin tolerance test.Lower GH peak cut-off values may improve the diagnostic performance of these provocative tests.
摘要Background:This study aims to investigate the underlying mechanisms between parental marital conflict and adolescent short video dependence by constructing a chain mediation model, focusing on the mediating roles of experiential avoidance and emotional disturbance(anxiety, depression, and stress). Methods:Conducted in January 2025,the research recruited 4125 adolescents from multiple Chinese provinces through convenience sampling;after data cleaning,3957 valid participants(1959 males,1998 females)were included.Using a cross-sectional design, measures included parental marital conflict, experiential avoidance, anxiety, depression, stress, and short video dependence. Results:Pearson correlation analysis revealed significant positive correlations among all variables.Mediation analysis using the SPSS PROCESS macro showed that parental marital conflict directly predicted short video dependence(β=0.269,p<0.001),and also significantly predicted experiential avoidance(β=0.519,p<0.001),anxiety(β=0.072,p<0.001),depression(β=0.067,p<0.001),and stress(β=0.048,p<0.05).Experiential avoidance further predicted anxiety(β=0.521,p<0.001),depression(β=0.489,p<0.001),stress(β=0.408,p<0.001),and short video dependence(β=0.244,p<0.001).While both anxiety(β=0.050,p<0.05)and depression(β=0.116,p<0.001)positively predicted short video dependence, stress did not(β=0.019,p=0.257).Overall,experiential avoidance, anxiety, depression, and stress significantly mediated the relationship between parental marital conflict and short video dependence. Conclusion:These findings confirm that parental marital conflict not only directly influences adolescent short video dependence but also operates through a chain mediation pathway involving experiential avoidance and emotional disturbance, highlighting central psychological mechanisms and providing theoretical support for integrated mental health and behavioral interventions.
摘要Distributed acoustic sensing(DAS)technology is widely used in seismic monitoring, intrusion detection, and other fields due to its advantages of wide monitoring range and low cost. However, the problems of complex signal processing and large data volume limit its applications. This paper proposes a downsampling method based on short-time Fourier transform, which reduces the length of the time series while retaining high-frequency information.Experiments show that this method improves the efficiency and classification performance of the model, with an F1 value of 0.9147 on a four-class private dataset and an accuracy of 0.9944 on a two-class public dataset.
