This study presents the successful synthesis of a novel Z-scheme heterojunction composite film consisting of Ag/Bi2MoO6/BiOBr through electrochemical processes and ionexchange techniques,followed by the photodeposition of noble metal silver(Ag)onto the composite structure.The catalytic efficiency of semiconductor photocatalysts is greatly improved by utilizing the localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)effect observed in Ag nanoparticles(NPs).Furthermore,the noble metal Ag serves as an intermediary bridge facilitating charge transfer between Bi2MoO6and BiOBr,while the formation of a Schottky barrier effectively inhibits the recombination of photo-generated electron-hole pairs.As a result,the Ag-deposited Bi2MoO6/BiOBr film exhibits superior photocatalytic performance in the reduction of CO2compared to its unmodified counterpart.Our experimental results indicate a non-linear relationship between Ag deposition and the efficiency of photocatalytic CO2reduction to CO,characterized by an initial increase in efficiency followed by a decline.The optimized 1.5%-Ag/Bi2MoO6/BiOBr film demonstrates exceptional photocatalytic activity,attaining a CO production rate of 13.65μmol/(g·h).This research explores the fundamental mechanisms that lead to improved photocatalytic CO2reduction capabilities of the Ag/Bi2MoO6/BiOBr film.Our research offers important perspectives for the thoughtful design and production of highly efficient photocatalysts,which are essential for advancing sustainable energy solutions. 展开更多

文中采用硅烷偶联剂改性纳米SiO2-TiO2以增强竹纤维/HDPE复合材料(BPC),探讨了硅烷偶联剂种类和用量对改性效果的影响。首先,采用3种硅烷偶联剂(KH550,KH560和KH570)对纳米SiO2-TiO2改性后添加到BPC,通过改性前后BPC的微观... 文中采用硅烷偶联剂改性纳米SiO2-TiO2以增强竹纤维/HDPE复合材料(BPC),探讨了硅烷偶联剂种类和用量对改性效果的影响。首先,采用3种硅烷偶联剂(KH550,KH560和KH570)对纳米SiO2-TiO2改性后添加到BPC,通过改性前后BPC的微观形貌、耐水性及力学性能的比较,确定最优硅烷偶联剂种类;其次,对比不同用量的最优偶联剂改性的纳米SiO2-TiO2对BPC耐水性和力学性能的增强效果,确定最佳用量。结果表明,傅里叶变换红外光谱和紫外-可见光吸收光谱分析证实,3种硅烷偶联剂成功接枝于纳米SiO2-TiO2表面,并提高了其紫外屏蔽能力;对比3种偶联剂改性纳米SiO2-TiO2对BPC耐水性和力学性能的影响,发现5%KH550改性效果最优;添加5KH550-ST(5%KH550改性纳米SiO2-TiO2)的BPC,其24 h吸水率及厚度膨胀率较BPC分别降低了13.89%和6.82%,静态水接触角增大了16.01°;弯曲强度和弯曲模量分别提高了18.71%和17.94%,拉伸强度和弹性模量分别提高了7.75%和21.92%;紫外老化后,颜色稳定性提高,变化幅度减小。因此,以硅烷偶联剂改性纳米SiO2-TiO2来增强竹纤维/HDPE,能实现复合材料性能的有效提升。 展开更多

Total dose effects and single event effects on radiation-hardened power vertical double-diffusion metal oxide semiconductor(VDMOS) devices with composite SiO2-Si3N4 film gates are investigated.The relationships among the important electrical parameters of the samples with different thickness SiO2-Si3N4 films,such as threshold voltage,breakdown voltage,and on-state resistance in accumulated dose,are discussed.The total dose experiment results show that the breakdown voltage and the on-state resistance barely change with the accumulated dose.However,the relationships between the threshold voltages of the samples and the accumulated dose are more complex,and not only positively drift,but also negatively drift.At the end of the total dose experiment,we select the group of samples which have the smaller threshold voltage shift to carry out the single event effect studies.We find that the samples with appropriate thickness ratio SiO2-Si3N4 films have a good radiation-hardening ability.This method may be useful in solving both the SEGR and the total dose problems with the composite SiO2-Si3N4 films. 展开更多

Piezoelectric effect,plasma effect and semiconductor heterostructure are important strategies for enhanced photocatalytic performance.Herein,we developed a novel heterostructure piezoelectric photocatalyst,Ag/Ag2S/BiFeO3(AAS/BFO),for photocatalytic degradation of ciprofloxacin from water.Experimental results verified the enhancement of combining heterostructure piezoelectric polarization effect,which promotes efficient migration and separation of photogenerated carriers due to the localized surface plasmon resonance effect of Ag nanoparticles.Additionally,the introduction of Ag2S constructs a new heterostructure,that enhances the electron transport rate and improves the separation efficiency on electron-hole pairs.Under ultrasonic stimulation and visible light irradiation,the degradation efficiencies of 15%-AAS/BFO towards ciprofloxacin,methyl orange and methylene blue are significantly enhanced compared to pure BFO fibers.The demonstrated AAS/BFO material based on the synergistic piezoelectric effect and plasmon heterostructure shows potential in efficient organic pollutants water treatment and transforming mechanical energy into chemical energy. 展开更多

针对g-C3N4对可见光响应效率低和光生电子-空穴分离效率较低的问题,提出将半导体负载到g-C3N4表面的方法,可以提升g-C3N4在光催化降解有机污染物中的应用。文中采用浸渍法合成了三元复合材料NiO/Fe2O3/g-C3N... 针对g-C3N4对可见光响应效率低和光生电子-空穴分离效率较低的问题,提出将半导体负载到g-C3N4表面的方法,可以提升g-C3N4在光催化降解有机污染物中的应用。文中采用浸渍法合成了三元复合材料NiO/Fe2O3/g-C3N4,对复合材料进行X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、荧光光谱(PL)等表征,研究NiO/Fe2O3/g-C3N4复合材料对土霉素(OTC)光催化降解的性能。研究结果表明,在可见光-类Fenton体系中,OTC的降解率达89.1%。在添加空穴捕获剂三乙醇胺后,OTC溶液的降解效率由89.1%下降至42.1%,空穴(h+)、超氧自由基(·O2-)和羟基自由基(·OH)是OTC降解过程的主要影响因素。复合材料具有良好的光催化性能是因为Fe2O3与NiO半导体和g-C3N4形成双S-Scheme异质结可以有效地将电子和空穴分离,抑制电子空穴复合。研究结论为异质结催化剂协同光-Fenton在污水处理中的应用提供参考。 展开更多

西部侏罗纪煤田烧变岩分布范围广、裂隙发育、富水性强,是西部地区主要含水层,烧变岩水、煤层水和H2S气体等水害与有害气体复合灾害严重威胁煤矿安全掘进和开采。为解决烧变岩含水层下伏煤层水与H2S气体复合灾害问题,分析研究区... 西部侏罗纪煤田烧变岩分布范围广、裂隙发育、富水性强,是西部地区主要含水层,烧变岩水、煤层水和H2S气体等水害与有害气体复合灾害严重威胁煤矿安全掘进和开采。为解决烧变岩含水层下伏煤层水与H2S气体复合灾害问题,分析研究区烧变岩分布及富水性特征,研究煤层水及H2S气体成因,研发烧变岩含水层下伏煤层水与H2S气体复合灾害防治技术,开展煤层水与H2S气体复合灾害探查治理技术示范应用,结合现场监测数据评价强富水烧变岩含水层下伏煤层水与H2S气体复合灾害防治效果。结果表明:研究区2-2煤、3-1煤、4^(-2)煤和5-2煤均存在不同程度烧变,各煤层烧变岩含水层静储量大、富水性强,并接受松散层水和风化基岩水直接补给。2-2煤烧变岩水经下伏岩层垂向裂隙渗入3-1煤层,溶有H2S气体的水溶液溶蚀煤孔隙中碳酸盐类矿物,增大煤的孔隙和裂隙空间,进一步扩大了煤层储水空间。煤层中H2S气体一方面是由2-2煤层自燃时的含硫有机质转化成含硫干酪根及含硫烃类分解生成H2S,另一方面是由处于封闭厌氧环境下3-1煤层中的硫酸盐还原生成H2S,H2S随水流从煤壁逸出。井下定向钻和孔中瞬变电磁精准探明煤层及顶板富水区域,精确划分钻孔中心半径30 m圆柱体空间的富水异常区,地面钻孔注浆有效封堵2-2煤烧变岩与3-1煤层之间的垂向渗流通道,井下超前小导管注浆封堵了煤层及顶板渗流通道,超前疏放钻孔疏干了煤层及顶板岩层水,涌水量由182 m3/h降至6.5 m3/h,水头高度由37 m下降至0.8 m,H2S体积分数由22×10-6降至2.8×10-6,实现了运输巷的安全掘进。 展开更多

A hydrophobic coating of the silica fiber reinforced silica composites(SiO2f/SiO2) was synthesized by sol-gel method using methyltriethoxy-silane(MTES) and boric acid(B(OH)3) as raw materials. The relationship among boron doping, chemical structure of precursors and durability of hydrophobic coatings was discussed. The Si-O-B and methyl groups were successfully introduced in the gel precursors according to the FT-IR and XPS results. The resins were filled in the internal and surface holes of the SiO2f/SiO2 composites partially or completely, which is beneficial to reduce the physical adsorption of the moisture. In addition, hydroxyl groups of the SiO2f/SiO2 composites reacted with the resins and hydrophobic methyl groups were introduced, leading to the reduction of the chemical adsorption of water. Also, the boron doping was beneficial to enhancing the physical cross-linking between the coating and the SiO2f/SiO2 composites, and improved the adhesion of the coating to the substrate. The results show that the optimal hydrophobic coating with contact angle 130.33°, moisture absorption 0.33% and adhesion level 1 is obtained when the molar ratio of MTES to B(OH)3 is 10:4. The real permittivity of M10B4 is constant in the range of 2.32–2.51 and the dielectric tangent loss is constant in the range of 5.5 × 10-4–8.7 × 10-3. The hydrophobic coating has excellent dielectric properties. 展开更多

针对传统光催化剂载流子复合严重、CO2吸附活化不足的难题,通过静电纺丝-水热两步法合成了Bi@Bi2S3/CeO2复合纤维。扫描电子显微镜与透射电子显微镜揭示,Bi2S3以不同形貌构筑于CeO2纤维表面,原位生成的Bi纳米颗粒... 针对传统光催化剂载流子复合严重、CO2吸附活化不足的难题,通过静电纺丝-水热两步法合成了Bi@Bi2S3/CeO2复合纤维。扫描电子显微镜与透射电子显微镜揭示,Bi2S3以不同形貌构筑于CeO2纤维表面,原位生成的Bi纳米颗粒均匀锚定在Bi2S3表面,形成独特的三维立体结构。X射线光电子能谱与电子顺磁共振谱证实,Bi2S3与CeO2通过S型异质结实现载流子定向分离,高活性电子保留在Bi2S3导带用于CO2还原,强氧化空穴留存于CeO2价带驱动水氧化;Bi纳米颗粒的表面等离子体共振(SPR)效应使可见光吸收能力增强,同时可为体系分流更多高活性电子。在模拟太阳光照下,Bi@Bi2S3/CeO2复合纤维生成CO速率达14.58μmol·g-1·h-1(选择性72%),是纯CeO2纳米纤维的10倍,同时有部分CH4生成(5.68μmol·g-1·h-1)。5次循环后活性仍保持90%以上。通过分级结构设计,协同S型异质结与SPR效应,为解决CeO2基催化剂的性能瓶颈,实现CO2光还原提供了“结构-界面-组分”三重调控的新模式。 展开更多

随着中国优质石灰石资源的逐年降低及水泥窑协同处置的发展,熟料中的钾含量逐渐升高,使得熟料的28 d抗压强度降低。从矿物角度出来,虽然硅酸三钙(C3S)和K2O稳定的硅酸二钙(C2S)多晶型均能有效提高熟料的28 d抗压强度,但是它们... 随着中国优质石灰石资源的逐年降低及水泥窑协同处置的发展,熟料中的钾含量逐渐升高,使得熟料的28 d抗压强度降低。从矿物角度出来,虽然硅酸三钙(C3S)和K2O稳定的硅酸二钙(C2S)多晶型均能有效提高熟料的28 d抗压强度,但是它们的含量存在竞争关系。本工作制备了一系列不同C3S与C2S-α'L相比例的高钾硅酸盐水泥熟料,并借助X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、水化热分析等技术,研究了不同C3S/C2S-α'L比例的高钾硅酸盐熟料矿物组成及水化行为。结果表明:随着C3S/C2S-α'L比例的升高,C2S-α'L/C2S-β及铝酸三钙/铝铁酸四钙(C3A/C_4AF)的比值均升高;C3S的颗粒尺寸增大并且边缘逐渐失去棱角,同时表面腐蚀坑增多;C2S逐渐展现出更明显的双晶纹,其固溶的K+和Al3+逐渐减少,而中间相中K+的固溶量则增加。3 d水化放热量增加,但C3A的二次水化峰提前出现,同时生成更多Hc相。本工作为提高硅酸盐水泥的熟料28 d抗压强度提供了一种新方法,并为高钾石灰石地区水泥工业的绿色低碳发展提供了理论指导。 展开更多

In this work,a sponge-like polysulfonamide(PSA)/SiO_2 composite membrane is unprecedentedly prepared by the phase inversion method,and successfully demonstrated as a novel separator of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Compared to the commercial polypropylene(PP) separator,the sponge-like PSA/SiO_2 composite possesses better physical and electrochemical properties,such as higher porosity,ionic conductivity,thermal stability and flame retarding ability.The LiCoO_2/Li half-cells using the sponge-like composite separator demonstrate superior rate capability and cyclability over those using the commercial PP separator.Moreover,the sponge-like composite separator can ensure the normal operation of LiCoO_2/Li half-cell at an extremely high temperature of 90 °C,while the commercial PP separator cannot.All these encouraging results suggest that this phase inversion based sponge-like PSA/SiO_2 composite separator is really a promising separator for high performance LIBs. 展开更多

Therefore, it is very urgent to find a solution to improve the light corro... Ag3PO4 is widely used in the field of photocatalysis because of its unique activity. However, photocorrosion limits its practical application. Therefore, it is very urgent to find a solution to improve the light corrosion resistance of Ag3PO4. Herein, the Z-scheme WO3(H2O)0.333/Ag3PO4 composites are successfully prepared through microwave hydrothermal and simple stirring. The WO3(H2O)0.333/Ag3PO4 composites are characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV-Vis spectroscopy. In the degradation of organic pollutants, WO3(H2O)0.333/Ag3PO4 composites exhibit excellent performance under visible light. This is mainly attributed to the synergy of WO3(H2O)0.333 and Ag3PO4. Especially, the photocatalytic activity of 15%WO3(H2O)0.333/Ag3PO4 is the highest, and the methylene blue can be completely degraded in 4 min. In addition, the stability of the composites is also greatly enhanced. After five cycles of testing, the photocatalytic activity of 15%WO3(H2O)0.333/Ag3PO4 is not obviously decreased. However, the degradation efficiency of Ag3PO4 was only 20.2%. This indicates that adding WO3(H2O)0.333 can significantly improve the photoetching resistance of Ag3PO4. Finally, Z-scheme photocatalytic mechanism is investigated. 展开更多

以聚丙烯腈(PAN)、苯胺(ANI)、TiCl4、Ba(NO3)2和Dy(NO3)3为原料,经静电纺丝、高温焙烧和水热反应,制备了Dy3+掺杂的BaTiO3/聚苯胺(PANI)复合纤维(DBT-P)。采用FTIR、XRD、SEM、TEM对其进行了表征。通过瞬态光电... 以聚丙烯腈(PAN)、苯胺(ANI)、TiCl4、Ba(NO3)2和Dy(NO3)3为原料,经静电纺丝、高温焙烧和水热反应,制备了Dy3+掺杂的BaTiO3/聚苯胺(PANI)复合纤维(DBT-P)。采用FTIR、XRD、SEM、TEM对其进行了表征。通过瞬态光电流和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试,考察了DBT-P的光电性能,探究了其光催化CO2的还原性能,并推测了其光催化机理。结果表明,S型异质结的构建和Dy3+的掺杂实现了DBT-P光催化性能的显著提升,DBT-P光催化CO2生成CH4和CO,CH4产率为11.26μmol/(g·h),是PANI催化性能的8.3倍。Dy3+掺杂在“光谱响应拓宽-电荷分离强化-活性位点激活”中发挥三重调控机制,即Dy3+取代BaTiO3晶格中的Ba2+,引入浅施主杂质能级,与PANI共轭π结构协同将光响应范围拓展至可见光区,显著增强了对太阳光的捕获能力;Dy3+掺杂促进了BaTiO3纳米颗粒在PANI纤维表面上的分散,形成了紧密异质结界面;Dy3+半径差异诱导晶格畸变,产生氧空位等缺陷作为电子陷阱,结合S型异质结内建电场,实现了光生电子与空穴的高效分离,延长了光生载流子寿命。 展开更多

Microstructures of Ti2AlN/TiAl composites prepared by in-situ method were characterized in in-situ and aging treatment conditions and the nitride precipitation was investigated in Ti2AlN/TiAl composites aged at 900 ℃ for 24 h after being heat treated at 1400 ℃ for 0.5 h. The in-situ composites consist of γ+α2 lamellar colonies, equiaxed y grains and Ti2AlN reinforcements. Matrix with nearly fully lamellar structure formed after solution and subsequently aging treatment. With the increase of Ti2AlN content, the nearly fully lamellar structure becomes instable for the aged composites. According to TEM study, fine Ti2AlN precipitates are found to distribute at the grain boundaries of lamellar colony. Needle-like Ti3AlN precipitates arrange in line with growing axis parallel to [001] direction of the γ-TiAl matrix and another needle-like Ti3AlN precipitates with lager size distribute at the dislocations. Ablation under oxyacetylene torch with heat flux of 4186.8(10%kW/m2 for 20 s was performed to evaluate the ablation resistance of C/C-SiC composites fabricated by chemical vapor infiltration(CVI) combined with liquid silicon infiltration(LSI) process.The results indicated that C/C-SiC composites present a better ablation resistance than C/C composites without doped SiC.The doped SiC and the ablation products SiO2 derived from it play key roles in ablation process.Bulk quantities of SiO2 nanowires with diameter of 80 nm-150 nm and length of tens microns were observed on the surface of specimens after ablation.The growth mechanism of the SiO_2 nanowires was interpreted with a developed vapor-liquid-solid(VLS) driven by the temperature gradient. 展开更多

A silicon dioxide fiber-reinforced silicon nitride matrix(SiOJSi3N4)composite used for radomes was prepared by chemical vapor infiltration(CVI)process using the SiCl4-NH3-H2 system.The effects of the process conditions,including infiltration temperature,infiltration time,and gas flux were investigated.The energy dispersion spectra(EDS)result showed that the main elements of this composite contained Si,N,and O.The X-ray diffraction(XRD)results indicated that phases of the composite before and after treatment at 1350℃were all amorphous.A little fiber pull-out was observed on the cross section of the composite by scan electron microscope(SEM).As a result,the composite exhibited good thermal stability,but an appropriate interface was necessary between the fiber and the matrix. 展开更多

(PEO)8LiClO4-SiO2 composite polymer electrolytes(CPEs)were prepared by in-situ reaction,in which ethyl-orthosilicate(TEOS)was catalyzed by HCl and NH3.H2O,respectively.The ionic conductivity,the contact angle and the morphology of inorganic particles in the CPEs were investigated by AC impedance spectra,contact angle method and TEM.The conductivities of acid-catalyzed CPE and alkali-catalyzed CPE are 2.2×10-5and 1.1×10-5S/cm respectively at 30℃.The results imply that the catalyst plays an important role in the structure of in-situ preparation of SiO2,and influences the surface energy and conductivity of CPE films directly.Meanwhile,the ionic conductivity is related to the surface energy. 展开更多

The flexural stren... Three-dimensional (3D) five-directional braided (SiO2)/SiO2 composites were prepared by silicasol-infiltration-sintering (SIS) method. The flexural properties and microstructures were studied. The flexural strength and flexural elastic modulus were found to be 73 MPa and 12 GPa, respectively. The results of stress vs deflection curve and SEM examinations revealed that the fracture mechanism of 3D, five-directional braided (SiO2)/SiO2 composite was a mixture mode of ductile and brittle. The ductile mode was attributed to the weak bonding strength of fiber/matrix at low temperature. The brittle fracture might be caused by the propagation of micro defect or crack, which existed in the as-prepared composites for the ten-cycle process. 展开更多

The uniform transparent TiO2/SiO2 photocatalytic composite thin films are prepared by sol-gel method on the soda lime glass substrates, and characterized by UV-visible spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), BET surface area, FTIR spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It was found that the addition of SiO2 to TiO2 thin films can suppress the grain growth of TiO2 crystal, increase the hydroxyl content on the surface of TiO2 films, lower the contact angle for water on TiO, films and enhance the hydrophilic property of TiO2 films. The super-hydrophilic TiO2/SiO2 photocatalytic composite thin films with the contact angle of 0((o) under bar) are obtained by the addition of 10%-20% SiO2 in mole fraction. 展开更多

为了提高SiO2气凝胶在高温下的隔热性能,以溶胶-凝胶两步法制备SiO2前驱体溶液,将遮光剂Fe2O3粉末添加到SiO2前驱体溶液中,结合二氧化碳超临界干燥技术,制备出Fe2O3-SiO2复合气凝胶,探究Fe2O3遮光剂的添... 为了提高SiO2气凝胶在高温下的隔热性能,以溶胶-凝胶两步法制备SiO2前驱体溶液,将遮光剂Fe2O3粉末添加到SiO2前驱体溶液中,结合二氧化碳超临界干燥技术,制备出Fe2O3-SiO2复合气凝胶,探究Fe2O3遮光剂的添加(Fe2O3外加质量分数分别为0、0.2%、0.5%、1.0%和3.0%)对气凝胶的影响。结果表明:1)Fe2O3添加到气凝胶中,不会影响气凝胶的形貌;Fe2O3的添加抑制了材料因高温造成的质量损失,提高了复合材料在高温下的稳定性。2)温度低于800℃时,Fe2O3外加量为0.5%(w)的试样,其热导率最低,隔热性能最好;而在800~1000℃温度下,Fe2O3外加量为1%(w)的试样,其热导率最低,仍保持较好的纳米多孔结构。3)通过控制Fe2O3外加量,可以得到适用于不同温度段的复合气凝胶。 展开更多
