This study demonstrates the feasibility of producing three polysaccharides(neutral LJP-1,acidic LJP-2 and acidic LJP-3)with significant in vitro and in vivo anti-inflammatory activities from the flowers of Lonicera japonica.The three polysaccharides differed in chemical composition,molecular weight(Mw)distribution,glycosidic linkage pattern,functional groups and morphology.They exhibited excellent protective effects(in a dose-dependent manner)in lipopolysaccharide-injured RAW264.7 macrophages and Cu SO4-damaged zebrafish via reducing NO production and inhibiting the overexpressions of inflammation-related transcription factors,inflammatory proteins and cytokines in the NF-κB/MAPK signaling pathways.Their antiinflammatory effects varied owing to their different molecular characteristics and chemical compositions.Overall,LJP-2 at 400μg/m L was the most effective.LJP-2 consisted mainly of→5)-α-L-Araf(1→,→4)-α-LGalp A(1→and→2)-α-L-Rhap(1→residues with terminal T-β-D-Glcp.Thus,honeysuckle flowers are good sources of anti-inflammatory polysaccharides,and precise fractionation enables the production of potent antiinflammatory agents for the development of functional foods and healthcare products. 展开更多

Innovation spillovers from multinational corporations to domestic firms are increasingly prominent in global value chain(GVC)evolution,yet prior work has largely focused on technology transfer,leaving the distinct nature of innovation spillovers underexplored.Existing GVC literature also remains divided between intra-product and inter-product perspectives,overlooking GVC heterogeneity.This study examines two governance structures:OEM relationships(processbased,intra-product)and buyer-supplier relationships(modular-based,interproduct),and investigates their divergent innovation spillover effects,along with the moderating role of inter-organizational relationship(IOR)characteristics.Using an unbalanced panel of 2,150 transaction observations from 597 dyads across nine advanced manufacturing industries(2012-2022),we integrate annual transaction volumes with patent citations and subsequent innovation outcomes.Empirically,we find that innovation spillovers are significantly stronger in OEM relationships than in buyer-supplier relationships,with a positive interaction between the two chains.Furthermore,multidimensional IOR traits substantially affect both spillover magnitudes and the variance across GVC types.This study advances GVC research by shifting the focus from technology transfer to innovation spillovers and bridging intra-product and inter-product specialization divides.It offers exploratory theoretical insights and provides strategic implications for Chinese firms regarding GVC embeddedness and innovation decisions. 展开更多

Controlling key drivers is essential to align the supply and demand of ecosystem services(ES)for sustainable development.However,spatial heterogeneity and nonlinearity are often overlooked in studying ES mismatch.Hence,this paper evaluates the supply-demand balance of bundled ecosystem services in eastern China,revealing the spatial characteristics of the supply-demand relationship of ecosystem services.We used the InVEST model to assess ecosystem services,applied a Gaussian mixture model to identify distinct ES supply-demand bundles,and constructed a synergy network among bundles via weighted network analysis.We then employed redundancy analysis and generalized additive models to examine drivers.The main findings of this study are as follows:Ecosystem service demand increased by approximately 18.25%,showing a clear trend toward supply-demand mismatch.The results showed strong synergies among different supply-demand clusters,and the supply-demand relationships of the same ecosystem service were not entirely consistent across clusters.The NDVI emerged as the most influential factor affecting ES supply-demand relationships(exceeding 10%),but social factors had a greater average effect.This study emphasizes the importance of the spatial relationship and driving factors of the supply-demand states of services mismatch in formulating effective spatial strategies. 展开更多

Backgrounds:Adolescent psychological well-being has become a pressing global concern,with rising levels of emotional distress among youth.Although prior research highlights the positive influence of teacher-student relationships,the underlying mechanisms—particularly the roles of school belonging,moral disengagement,and growth mindset—remain insufficiently understood.This study investigates the associations between teacher-student relationship quality and adolescent psychological well-being,examining school belonging and moral disengagement as potential mediators,and growth mindset as a moderator of these relationships.Methods:A total of 785 adolescents were recruited from six schools across Shanghai and Liaoning Province,China.Participants completed validated measures of teacher-student relationships,psychological well-being,school belonging,moral disengagement,and growth mindset.Data was analyzed using path analysis and moderation analyses with SPSS 23.0 and Mplus 8.3.Results:Teacher-student relationship quality demonstrated a strong positive association with psychological well-being(β=0.613,p<0.001).This association was mediated through three distinct pathways.School belonging served as a significant mediator(indirect effect=0.103,16.803%of total effect),as did moral disengagement(indirect effect=0.134,21.860%of total effect).Additionally,a sequential indirect pathway was identified,capturing the structural associations among the variables such that teacher-student relationship quality was related to school belonging,school belonging was related to moral disengagement,and moral disengagement was related to psychological well-being(indirect effect=0.040,accounting for 6.525%of the total effect).However,growth mindset did not significantly moderate the relationship between the teacher-student relationship and psychological well-being(interaction b=0.075,p=0.096).Conclusions:Teacher-student relationships are strongly associated with adolescent psychological well-being,with this association mediated through both cognitive-moral and socio-emotional pathways.The sequential mediation pattern is consistent with a developmentally coherent process wherein relational support may establish belonging as a foundation for moral engagement.Although growth mindset did not function as a significant moderator in this study,it remains a positive predictor of psychological well-being.These findings underscore the importance of comprehensive interventions that address relational quality,school connectedness,and moral development to promote adolescent mental health. 展开更多

To promote the harmonious coexistence of cities and lakes and to achieve Sustainable Development Goals in the Taihu Lake Basin,we developed an analytical framework for city-lake symbiosis(CLS)on the basis of symbiosis theory.Using the Lotka-Volterra(L-V)model and a coordination degree model,we assessed the state and evolution of the CLS relationship.The findings reveal that urban development levels increased steadily from 27.36 in 1980 to 78.90 in 2020,whereas the ecological conditions of Taihu Lake initially decreased,followed by slow and fluctuating recovery.Overall,cities and Taihu Lake exhibited a“mutualism”relationship,withαandβvalues of-1.89 and-1.77,respectively,and a general upward trend in the degree of coordination over the study period.However,during the periods 1980-1998 and 2012-2016,the relationship displayed a pattern of“mutual damage”.The adverse effects of urban development accumulated gradually,in contrast to the rapid and abrupt deterioration observed in the lake.Ecological recovery in Taihu Lake progressed slowly and unevenly,stabilizing only after 2016 into a phase of sustained improvement.We recommend enhanced and coordinated efforts in ecological restoration and environmental governance to support this positive trajectory. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Patients with ovarian cancer often experience significant psychological stress during chemotherapy,including emotional disorders such as anxiety and depression.AIM To analyze the application value of positive emotion,engagement,relationships,meaning,and accomplishment(PERMA)well-being care combined with role model motivation in patients with ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy for anxiety and depression,with a focus on psychological health and compliance behavior.METHODS Seventy patients with ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy were recruited from a hospital between August 2022 and August 2024.They were randomly divided into two groups using a lottery method:The reference group(n=35,receiving routine care)and the experimental group(n=35,receiving PERMA wellbeing care combined with role model motivation in addition to routine care).Both groups received their respective interventions before and after chemo-therapy.Psychological state,mood state,compliance behavior,and cancer-related fatigue levels were assessed before and after the intervention.Data were analyzed using the SPSS software(version 26.0).RESULTS After the intervention,patients’psychological state improved,with the experimental group showing greater benefits than the control group.Specifically,the intervention group achieved an 8.8%reduction in anxiety,a 19.8%reduction in depressive symptoms,and a 7.8%increase in self-efficacy relative to controls(P<0.05).Mood state also improved more markedly in the experimental group,with significant reductions across tension-anxiety,depression-dejection,anger-hostility,fatigue-inertia,and confusion-bewilderment,alongside an increase in vigoractivity(P<0.05).The compliance rate was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(91.43%vs 71.43%,P<0.05).Cancer-related fatigue decreased in both groups,with the experimental group exhibiting greater reductions across emotional,cognitive,behavioral,and physical dimensions(P<0.05).CONCLUSION PERMA well-being care combined with role model motivation is effective in reducing anxiety and depression symptoms,improving mood states,enhancing compliance behavior,and alleviating cancer-related fatigue in patients with ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy for anxiety and depression.Therefore,this approach warrants broader clinical application. 展开更多

The study of relationship emotions,a set of emotional and psychological responses that arise in a relationship,can help develop more humanized artificial intelligence,improve human–computer interaction,and even create more immersive experiences in virtual and augmented reality.Due to the nonlinear and feedback-driven nature of relational affect,which aligns closely with chaos theory,and the ability of leaky integrate-and-fire(LIF)neuron models to simulate dopaminerelated electrical activity in brain nuclei,this study innovatively integrates both approaches.By linking the membrane potential signals of LIF neurons to relational affect equations,it achieves a refined modeling of the mechanisms underlying relational affect generation.This paper adds the LIF neuron model to the relationship emotion model to construct a new LIF relationship emotion model(LRM).The effect of the parameters in the LRM on the relationship emotions generated by the model is investigated using numerical analysis.This includes the firing behavior produced by LIF neurons and a study of relationship emotions produced by different initial relationship emotion states under the same conditions.Finally,the feasibility of LRM is verified using a digital signal processing(DSP)platform.This process not only verifies the feasibility of LRM but also provides new ideas and methods for future research in affective computing and human–computer interaction. 展开更多

Background:During the upper primary school years,children’s primary interpersonal relationships shift from parent-child interactions to peer relationships.This study investigated the underlying mechanisms between parenting styles and primary school students’peer relationships,providing theoretical guidance for fostering harmonious peer interactions.Methods:A cluster sampling design was employed,yielding 702 valid responses from fifth and sixth-grade students.Measures included the Short-form Parenting Styles Scale,Peer Relationship Scale,Emotional Intelligence Scale,and Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire.Data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 29,with serial mediation models examined via the PROCESS macro.Results:Positive parenting styles correlated positively with peer relationships(r=0.533,β=0.521,p<0.001),whereas negative parenting styles correlated negatively(r=-0.538,β=-0.528,p<0.001).Serial mediation analysis revealed that emotional intelligence and psychological capital acted as sequential mediators.Specifically,this serial indirect effect accounted for 31.3%of the total indirect association in the relationship between positive parenting and peer relationships(β=0.248,p<0.001),and 27.5%in the relationship involving negative parenting styles(β=-0.176,p<0.001).Conclusions:Parenting styles are significantly associated with peer relationships among primary school students.Parents should adopt warm,supportive styles and reduce rejecting or overprotective behaviors.Furthermore,educational interventions targeting children’s emotional intelligence and psychological capital are crucial pathways for enhancing harmonious peer interactions. 展开更多

Faced with national fossil energy depletion and worsening environmental pollution,the shift to renewable energy is urgent.Solar energy,as a green and eco-friendly option,is converted into storable secondary energy to achieve carbon neutrality.Photocatalysts are key for this solar-to-secondary energy conversion,and two-dimensional covalent organic frameworks(2-D COFs)are highly promising candidates due to their large specific surface area,excellent stability,and flexible structural design.This paper comprehensively reviews the structural design of 2-D COFs,photocatalytic mechanisms,and the structure-function relationship.It also explores their applications in six fields:carbon dioxide reduction for carbon mitigation,uranium extraction from seawater for resource security,hydrogen peroxide synthesis as an eco-friendly alternative,organic transformation with high selectivity,and pollutant degradation for environmental improvement and hydrogen synthesis as a renewable energy.However,2-D COFs face challenges in the photocatalytic field,including a limited light absorption range and relatively low charge separation efficiency.These issues hinder their full-scale application and performance optimization.Despite these obstacles,this study provides key insights and future directions for advancing 2-D COFs,aiming to inspire further research to overcome current limitations and unlock their full potential. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for accurate identification and localization of facial acupoints based on geometric and topological relationships(GTRs)among facial key points and organ features.METHODS:A facial acupoint localization framework was constructed using the Google Media Pipe machine learning toolkit to extract 478 facial key points.Geometric and topological relationships between predefined acupoints and key facial landmarks were established.Based on these relationships,a rule-based mapping algorithm was designed to identify and localize facial acupoints.The method was applied to facial images collected from individuals undergoing acupuncture and physical therapy,and its localization performance was evaluated.RESULTS:The proposed method successfully identified and localized facial acupoints based on stable geometric and topological relationships.The approach demonstrated consistent performance across different facial structures,enabling accurate positioning of acupoints without the need for large-scale annotated datasets.The results indicate that the method is feasible and reliable for practical applications.CONCLUSION:The GTR-based approach provides an effective and efficient solution for facial acupoint identification and localization,reducing dependence on manual annotation and improving applicability in clinical and intelligent acupuncture systems. 展开更多

Ecological Risk and Source-sink Relationships of Heavy Metals in a Lead-zinc Mining Area in Guangxi 认领 引用

To investigate the environmental impact of an abandoned lead-zinc mining area in Guangxi and to quantify the contributions of heavy metal sources to surrounding soil and surface water sediments,as well as to estimate the sourcesink fluxes of heavy metals,a total of 76 samples—including waste rock,soil,and sediment—were collected from the mining area and its surrounding impacted zone.The concentrations of eight heavy metals(Pb,Hg,Cd,Cr,As,Cu,Zn,and Ni)were determined.The pollution characteristics,ecological risks,and sources of heavy metals in soil and river sediments were assessed,and the source-sink relationships were analyzed.Results show that the average concentrations of most heavy metals in waste rock(excluding Cr,As,and Ni)are higher than those in soil and sediments.The mean concentrations of Pb,Hg,Cd,Cu,and Zn across all three media exceed the local soil background values.Pb,Hg,Cd,and Zn in soil and sediment mainly originate from residual waste rock,while Cr,As,and Ni are primarily derived from soil parent material.The dominant pollutants in both soil and sediment are Hg,Cd,and Zn.The ecological risk index(RI)indicates strong risk(RI>300),with Hg,Cd,and Zn identified as the primary ecological risk factors.The estimated accumulation of Pb,Hg,Cd,Cr,As,Cu,Zn,and Ni in the soil near the mining area is 37.35,0.18,13.67,36.78,2.46,20.86,3750.71,and 43.75 kg·hm-2,respectively.The source-sink dynamics of heavy metals in and around the abandoned mining area warrant significant attention.Targeted pollution prevention and risk management strategies should be implemented based on the current contamination status across different media,with priority given to source control of waste rock. 展开更多

Steam reforming of biomassderived alcohols(ethanol,ethylene glycol,glycerol,etc.)represents a critical pathway for sustainable hydrogen energy systems.This review systematically examines recent advances in heterogeneous catalysis,elucidating structureperformance correlations between alcohol molecular structures and catalyst requirements.Ethanol is prone to dehydration and methanation side reactions,while ethylene glycol leverages its dihydroxy structure to enhance dehydrogenation and C–C cleavage,improving H2 selectivity.In contrast,glycerol suffers from intensified reaction network complexity and carbon-induced deactivation due to its trihydroxy configuration.The unified catalyst design strategy involves precisely modulating metal electronic structures(e.g.,alloying/atomic-level dispersion)and support oxygen mobility(e.g.,rare-earth modification)to synergistically optimize dehydrogenation and carbon resistance.Ni-based catalysts dominate owing to low cost and high C–C bond activation capability,yet their stability requires synergistic enhancement via alloying(Fe,Co,Cu,etc.)or rare-earth modification(Ce,Pr,La,etc.).Noble metal systems(Pt,Rh,Ir,etc.)exhibit low-temperature activity advantages,but are transitioning strategically toward single-atom catalysis and high-entropy-oxide-based multicomponent architectures under cost constraints.Future efforts are suggested to integrate in situ/operando characterization with theoretical modeling to uncover dynamic structure-activity relationships,establish elementary reaction databases for data-driven rational catalyst design,and achieve cross-scale catalyst-reactor synergy,thereby providing a scientific foundation for efficient sustainable hydrogen production. 展开更多

Based on Foucault’s theory of knowledge and power, this paper takes private universities as a specific research field, focuses on the interactive dimension between teachers, students and AIGC technology, explores the two-way logic of knowledge-power between teachers and students as well as between human subjects and technology with the intervention of AIGC, and analyzes practical dilemmas including power imbalance, communication alienation and excessive technological discipline arising in the process of AIGC empowering teacher-student relationships in private universities. 展开更多

The relationship between the neighborhood environment and well-being is attracting increasingly attention from researchers and policymakers,as the goal of development has shift from economy to well-being.However,existing literature predominantly adopts the utilitarian approach,understanding well-being as people’s feelings about their lives and viewing the neighborhood environment as resources that benefit well-being.The Capability Approach,a novel approach that conceptualize well-being as the freedoms to do or to be and regard environment as conversion factors that influence well-being,can offer new lens by incorporating human development in-to these topics.This paper proposes an alternative theoretical framework:well-being is conceptualized and measured by capability;neighborhood environment affects well-being by providing spatial services,functioning as environmental conversion factors,and serving as social conversion factors.We conducted a case study of Changshu City located in eastern China,utilizing multiple resource data,applying explainable artificial intelligence(XAI),namely eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost)and SHapley Additive exPlana-tions(SHAP).Our findings highlight the significance of viewing the neighborhood environment as a set of conversion factors,as it provides more explanatory power than providing spatial services.Compared to conventional research based on linear relationship as-sumption,our results demonstrate that the effects of neighborhood environment on well-being are non-linear,characterized by threshold effects and interaction effects.These insights are crucial for informing urban planning and public policy.This research enriches our un-derstanding of well-being,neighborhood environment,and their relationship as well as provides empirical evidence for the core concept of conversion factors in the capability approach. 展开更多

Background With the rapid growth of internet usage,adolescent cyberbullying has become a pressing issue.This study examines the longitudinal impact of leisure-time physical activity and peer relationships on cyberbullying over a one-year period,drawing on the Stage-Environment Fit Theory and the Interpersonal Relationship Theory.Methods A three-wave longitudinal study was conducted over one year,involving 896 middle school students from five schools in Sichuan,Jiangsu,and Guangdong,China,selected to ensure regional diversity.Participants were recruited using stratified random sampling,and data were collected at four-month intervals.Leisure-time physical activity,peer relationships,and cyberbullying behaviors were assessed using validated scales.Data were analyzed using latent growth modeling(LGM)and structural equation modeling(SEM)to examine longitudinal effects and mediation relationships.Results(1)Leisure-time physical activity,peer relationships,and cyberbullying behaviors remained relatively stable over time.(2)Both leisure-time physical activity and peer relationships significantly reduced future cyberbullying incidents,with physical activity also enhancing subsequent peer relationships.(3)Peer relationships partially mediated the effect of leisure-time physical activity on cyberbullying,indicating that improved peer interactions contributed to a reduction in cyberbullying behaviors.Conclusion This study found that leisure-time sports activities and peer relationships are important factors affecting cyberbullying,and peer relationships play a partial mediating role in it.The results provide empirical support for understanding the formation mechanism and influencing factors of cyberbullying. 展开更多

Titanium aluminide(TiAl)alloys,known for their light weight and high specific strength,hold promising potential for aerospace applications.Recent studies have focused on improving their properties through composite strengthening.An in situ synthesized Ti5Si3-reinforced TiAl composite with excellent performance was successfully fabricated via a dual-wire electron beam-directed energy deposition(EB-DED)process.The microstructure of the as-deposited Ti5Si3/TiAl composite consisted of primary Ti5Si3rods,eutectic Ti5Si3needles,and lamellar TiAl+Ti3Al structures.The phase transformation during the EB-DED process was L→Ti5Si3+L→Ti5Si3+(α+Ti5Si3)Eutectic→Ti5Si3+(Ti3Al+TiAl)Eutectoid.The expanded Blackburn orientation relationships among the ternary phases emerged from the eutectic reaction of L→α+Ti5Si3with an undercooling exceeding 136°C and the subsequent eutectoid reaction with ordering transformation and were expressed asTisAl//Ti5Si3//<110]Ti3Al and{0001}TiзA//{0001}Ti5Si3//{111}TiAl.The Ti5Si3phase had a greater hardness than did the lamellar structures and enhanced the mechanical properties of the matrix.The compressive yield strengths at room temperature and 750°C were 1221±51 and 1034±34 MPa,respectively,whereas the tensile yield strength was 347.4±12.7 MPa at 950°C,surpassing those of other TiAl alloys.The calculated strength with different strengthening mechanisms was 1056.4 MPa,and the greatest improvement in strength was attributed to the decreased interlamellar spacing.This work provides critical insight into the design of TiAl composites with superior mechanical properties and aids in understanding the microstructural evolution of as-deposited Ti5Si3/TiAl composites. 展开更多

The physicochemical properties,structural characteristics,antioxidant,radioprotective and lipid-lowering activities,as well as the underlying structure-activity relationships of polysaccharides extracted from Nostoc flagelliforme grown under normal(WL-EPS-1),salt stress(NaCl-EPS-1)and mixotrophic culture conditions(Glu-EPS-1)were studied.The results demonstrated that WL-EPS-1,NaCl-EPS-1 and Glu-EPS-1 were heteropolysaccharides comprising different proportions of monosaccharides and uronic acid,with different average molecular weights of 0.99×103,1.09×103and 1.18×103kDa,respectively.Their intrinsic viscosity were significantly different,at 24.72,29.98,and 41.06 dL/g,respectively.The functional groups of polysaccharides were not greatly affected,but the chemical composition,triple-helix structure,chain length and surface morphology were significantly influenced by culture conditions.In vitro bioactivity assays showed that the antioxidant activity generally increased in the order of WL-EPS-1<NaCl-EPS-1<Glu-EPS-1,while NaCl-EPS-1 had the best radioprotective effect,and Glu-EPS-1 had the best lipid-lowering effect.In addition,the structure-activity relationship of the polysaccharides was analyzed by partial least squares,which revealed that the most important factors affecting the antioxidant,radioprotective and lipid-lowering activities of polysaccharides were viscosity and molecular weight.This study provides a strategy for obtaining high-bioactivity polysaccharides by appropriate regulation of culture conditions,as well as opening new directions for the molecular modification of polysaccharides. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Hypertension is a chronic cardiovascular disease characterized by persistently elevated arterial blood pressure.It is not only a significant risk factor for cardio-vascular and cerebrovascular diseases(such as myocardial infarction and stroke)but also closely related to multiple organ damages(such as kidney disease and retinopathy),imposing a heavy health and economic burden on individuals and society.AIM To investigate the expression differences and relationships of endothelin-1(ET-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),stem cell factor(SCF),and its receptor(c-kit)in hypertensive patients with or without depression.METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 163 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to January 2024.Based on the presence of depression,patients were divided into Group A(n=77,with depre-ssion)and Group B(n=86,without depression).Serum levels of ET-1 and IL-6 were measured using radioimmunoassay,while serum levels of SCF and c-kit were measured using ELISA.The differences in ET-1,IL-6,SCF,and c-kit levels between Groups A and B were compared.Additionally,the differences in these biomarkers among patients with varying degrees of depression in Group A were analyzed.Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the relationship between ET-1,IL-6,SCF,c-kit levels,and Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)scores.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to identify factors influencing hypertension with depression.The diagnostic efficacy of individual and combined biomarkers was analyzed using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves.Comparative statistical analysis of the area under the curve(AUC)values was performed using DeLong’s test to assess the superiority of combined biomarker detection.RESULTS The levels of ET-1 and IL-6 in Group A were significantly higher than those in Group B,while the levels of SCF and c-kit were significantly lower in Group A compared to Group B(P<0.05).In the severe depression subgroup,ET-1 and IL-6 levels were higher than those in the mild-to-moderate depression subgroup,while SCF and c-kit levels were lower(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that ET-1 and IL-6 levels were positively correlated with HAMD scores(r=0.442,0.463,P<0.05),while SCF and c-kit levels were negatively correlated with HAMD scores(r=-0.429,-0.394,P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that high ET-1,high IL-6,low SCF,and low c-kit were independent influencing factors for hypertension with depression(P<0.05).ROC analysis revealed AUCs of 0.746(ET-1),0.801(IL-6),0.732(SCF),0.779(c-kit),and 0.884(combination).The combined diagnosis demonstrated significantly higher AUC than individual markers(DeLong's test,P<0.01),with superior sensitivity(90.24%)and specificity(85.37%).CONCLUSION Compared to patients with hypertension alone,patients with hypertension and depression exhibited higher serum levels of ET-1 and IL-6 and lower levels of SCF and c-kit.High ET-1,high IL-6,low SCF,and low c-kit were inde-pendent influencing factors for hypertension with depression.The combination of ET-1,IL-6,SCF,and c-kit demonstrated significant diagnostic value for hypertension with depression. 展开更多

The evidential reasoning(ER)rule framework has been widely applied in multi-attribute decision analysis and system assessment to manage uncertainty.However,traditional ER implementations rely on two critical limitations:1)unrealistic assumptions of complete evidence independence,and 2)a lack of mechanisms to differentiate causal relationships from spurious correlations.Existing similarity-based approaches often misinterpret interdependent evidence,leading to unreliable decision outcomes.To address these gaps,this study proposes a causality-enhanced ER rule(CER-e)framework with three key methodological innovations:1)a multidimensional causal representation of evidence to capture dependency structures;2)probabilistic quantification of causal strength using transfer entropy,a model-free information-theoretic measure;3)systematic integration of causal parameters into the ER inference process while maintaining evidential objectivity.The PC algorithm is employed during causal discovery to eliminate spurious correlations,ensuring robust causal inference.Case studies in two types of domains—telecommunications network security assessment and structural risk evaluation—validate CER-e’s effectiveness in real-world scenarios.Under simulated incomplete information conditions,the framework demonstrates superior algorithmic robustness compared to traditional ER.Comparative analyses show that CER-e significantly improves both the interpretability of causal relationships and the reliability of assessment results,establishing a novel paradigm for integrating causal inference with evidential reasoning in complex system evaluation. 展开更多
