Existing studies mostly focus on static tea...The BOPPPS teaching model has demonstrated significant efficacy across multiple fields, yet its application in international Chinese language education remains insufficient. Existing studies mostly focus on static teaching design, lacking a dynamic action research perspective based on classroom practice. This study takes 13 Vietnamese intermediate Chinese learners as research subjects, and conducts three rounds of progressive action research centered on the theme of traditional Chinese festival culture. The results show that: the first two rounds of teaching exposed core problems, including the insufficient prominence of language training objectives in participatory activities, and students’ distracted attention in the preceding language input phase caused by the advance announcement of hands-on practical activities. After the optimized design of embedding decentralized hands-on practice into the teaching process in the third round, students’ classroom attention concentration score increased from 4.12 to 4.7, and the mean length of utterance (MLU) of language output increased from 6.8 words to 8.3 words. The research indicates that: (1) The structured design of BOPPPS provides a clear framework for international Chinese culture teaching, and the effectiveness of its “participatory learning” link is highly dependent on the timing of integration between activities and language input;(2) Although highly attractive hands-on practice can improve classroom participation, premature announcement and over-centralized arrangement can easily distract students’ attention and weaken the effect of language input;(3) Action research can effectively drive teaching iteration and help teachers accurately diagnose in-depth teaching problems.展开更多
Objective:To construct a standardized training teaching model for internal medicine residents based on“outpatient competency”and explore its application effects.Methods:Fifty residents undergoing standardized traini...Objective:To construct a standardized training teaching model for internal medicine residents based on“outpatient competency”and explore its application effects.Methods:Fifty residents undergoing standardized training in internal medicine at our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected as the study subjects.A self-controlled before-and-after study design was adopted to implement a teaching model based on“outpatient competency.”The outpatient competency scores of residents(including eight dimensions:medical history taking,physical examination,interpretation of auxiliary examinations,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,formulation of treatment plans,doctor-patient communication,medical record writing,and emergency response),theoretical assessment scores,skill assessment scores,as well as the satisfaction of teaching faculty and patients were compared before and after the training.Results:After the training,the scores for each dimension and the total score of outpatient competency among the 50 residents were significantly higher than those before the training(P<0.05).The theoretical assessment scores(89.63±4.25 points vs 76.32±5.18 points)and skill assessment scores(91.25±3.86 points vs 78.54±4.67 points)also significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized training teaching model for internal medicine residents based on“outpatient competency”can effectively enhance residents’core outpatient competencies,theoretical and skill levels,while improving the satisfaction of teaching faculty and patients.It has high clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.展开更多
Objective:To establish a neurology-led multidisciplinary team(MDT)teaching model for subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH),addressing prominent specialty barriers and fragmented clinical thinking in traditional teaching,and to...Objective:To establish a neurology-led multidisciplinary team(MDT)teaching model for subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH),addressing prominent specialty barriers and fragmented clinical thinking in traditional teaching,and to enhance the diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities of resident and visiting physicians in managing SAH.Methods:A total of 56 physicians who participated in SAH diagnostic and therapeutic training in the neurology department of our hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected and divided into an observation group(28 physicians,using the MDT innovative teaching model)and a control group(28 physicians,using the traditional specialty teaching model).The observation group,centered on neurology,integrated resources from emergency surgery,neuroradiology,neurointensive care unit,rehabilitation medicine,and other disciplines to construct a four-dimensional teaching system of“theoretical foundation-simulated practice-clinical practice-review and optimization,”incorporating AI-assisted diagnostic tools and standardized diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.The control group adopted the traditional model of classroom lectures combined with bedside teaching.The application effects of the two teaching models were compared through theoretical assessments,clinical skill operation scores,case analysis ability evaluations,and teaching satisfaction surveys.Results:The observation group achieved significantly higher average scores than the control group in theoretical assessment(89.63±4.25 vs.82.15±5.38),clinical skill operation(91.37±3.81 vs.83.46±5.12),and case analysis ability(90.24±4.16 vs.81.79±5.43),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction with the teaching model was also higher in the observation group compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The neurology-led MDT innovative teaching model for SAH can effectively break down specialty barriers,enhance physicians’interdisciplinary collaboration abilities and SAH diagnostic and therapeutic levels,demonstrating significant teaching effects and warranting promotion and application in clinical teaching.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the educational effectiveness of the CDID preoperative visit model,defined as Consultation,Direction,Instruction,and Digital integration,in anesthesia training,and to assess its influence on p...Objective:To investigate the educational effectiveness of the CDID preoperative visit model,defined as Consultation,Direction,Instruction,and Digital integration,in anesthesia training,and to assess its influence on patients’preoperative anxiety,the success rate of preoperative visits,and the comprehensive competencies of trainees.Methods:Sixty anesthesia residents enrolled in the standardized training program at Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital between 2024 and 2025 were randomly assigned to a CDID group or a conventional teaching group,each with thirty trainees.All instructors possessed teaching certification and at least five years of clinical experience.The conventional group received routine multimedia-based theoretical instruction.In contrast,the CDID group was trained through a four-stage framework including emotional reassurance,structured guidance,procedural instruction,and digital learning support.Teaching activities were supported by a self-developed educational platform,an interactive human-machine system,and a three-dimensional digital spinal model.At the end of the training period,patients’preoperative anxiety scores,the success rate of preoperative visits,and trainee assessment results were compared between groups.Results:No significant difference in baseline anxiety scores was observed between the two groups prior to the preoperative visit(P=0.90).After the visit,patients managed by trainees in the CDID group showed significantly lower anxiety scores than those in the conventional group(51.97±3.44 vs 55.77±3.27,P<0.01).The success rate of preoperative visits in the CDID group reached 100.0%,which was higher than that of the conventional group at 83.3%(χ2=5.36,P=0.02).Trainees trained under the CDID framework achieved higher overall assessment scores compared with the conventional group(84.04±3.48 vs 70.14±3.33,P<0.01).Significant improvements were observed in clinical practice performance and professional humanistic competence(P<0.01),whereas theoretical knowledge scores did not differ significantly between groups(P=0.07).Conclusion:The CDID educational model effectively reduces patient anxiety before surgery and improves the success rate of preoperative anesthesia visits while strengthening the overall competencies of anesthesia residents.It demonstrates particular advantages in clinical practice training and the development of professional humanistic qualities.Supported by theoretical knowledge and integrated with artificial intelligence technologies,this approach offers a novel perspective for advancing reforms in anesthesia education.展开更多

Methods: The study was conducted from May 2024 to May 2026, involving clinical medical interns at the undergraduate level. A total of 78 eligible participants were enrolled and divided into two groups based on instructors' teaching methodologies: one receiving traditional instruction and the other the "POGIL+CP" blended model (n=38 and n=40 respectively), designated as the control group and experimental group. All interns underwent standardized assessments post-internship to evaluate learning progress. Results: Comparative analysis of theoretical exam scores and Mini-CEX operational performance scores revealed significantly higher scores in the experimental group compared to the control group (P<0.05). Statistical examination of learning outcomes demonstrated markedly greater improvement among experimental group interns. Conclusion: The selection and implementation of clinical orthopedic teaching reform strategies critically influence educational efficacy, underscoring the need for early adoption of evidence-based instructional models. BACKGROUND Peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)is the preferred intravenous route for chemotherapy in patients with cancer,but its complications,especially deep vein thrombosis(DVT),are becoming increasingly p...BACKGROUND Peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)is the preferred intravenous route for chemotherapy in patients with cancer,but its complications,especially deep vein thrombosis(DVT),are becoming increasingly prevalent.Medical staff proficient in intubation and maintenance techniques can reduce complications.The multivariate integration teaching model applies the integration of“teaching learning application”to medical training,which helps shift the prevention of complications from“passive management of complications”to“active construction of risk immunity”,thereby ensuring foundational competency for PICC in patients with cancer.AIM To investigate the efficacy of the multivariate integration teaching model in patients with gastric cancer and concurrent DVT after PICC intubation and analyze its effect on patients’quality of life index(QLI)and satisfaction.METHODS A retrospective analysis of medical records of 100 patients with gastric cancer and PICC treated at Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital from May 2019 to November 2020 was conducted.According to the different treatment methods and teaching modes received by medical staff,they were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The routine clinical teaching model and the multivariate integration teaching model were administered to the medical staff for the control group and the experimental group,respectively,to compare the incidence rates of DVT and other adverse reactions,QLI scores,Karnofsky Performance Scale scores,Mental Status Scale in Non-Psychiatric Settings scores,patient satisfaction,medical staff’s test marks,and satisfaction evaluation of the teaching model.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the experimental group exhibited significantly lower incidence rates of DVT and other adverse reactions and MSSNS scores but significantly higher QLI scores,KPS scores,patient satisfaction,medical staff’s test marks,and their satisfaction evaluations of the teaching model(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In a single-center practice,performing the multivariate integration teaching model for medical staff may effectively improve the patients’QLI and satisfaction and may have certain application value in preventing DVT in patients with gastric cancer and PICC.展开更多

摘要Promoting the in-depth integration of ideological and political education in courses(referred to as Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education)with professional education is the key to solving the problem of the disconnection between ideological and political education and professional teaching in colleges and universities.Taking the Geography Science major of Xinyang Normal University as a practical case,this paper,based on Xinyang’s unique regional advantage as a part of the E-Yu-Wan old revolutionary base area,constructs a regular Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education teaching model named“Ten-Minute Pre-Class·Red Geography Mini-Seminar.”This model systematically integrates local red cultural resources with professional geographical knowledge,and designs three core teaching modules,namely“Red Landmarks·Geographical Decoding,”“Heroic Landscapes·Spiritual Inheritance,”and“Geoscientific Perspective·New Looks of the Old Revolutionary Base Area.”In the ten minutes before regular professional courses,students are guided to use professional theories and methods such as Geographic Information System(GIS),remote sensing,and geomorphology to scientifically interpret the spatial logic and contemporary value of red history,thus realizing the organic integration of ideological and political elements with professional knowledge,just like“salt dissolving in water.”Practice shows that this model not only effectively stimulates students’awareness of independent learning and strengthens their professional identity and family-country feelings,but also explores a new path for the reform of Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education in local colleges and universities,relying on regional characteristics and highlighting disciplinary advantages.It provides a replicable and promotable practical paradigm for the innovation of ideological and political education in similar institutions and applied normal majors.

摘要Identification of Chinese Materia Medica is a core professional course in the discipline of Chinese Materia Medica,providing essential skills for identifying medicinal materials and ensuring quality control.To better align this course with talent training objectives,this paper explores and reforms a multidimensional teaching model based on an analysis of students learning contexts.Teaching strategies,including visual teaching methods,matrix QR code-based learning,flipped classroom,integration of licensed pharmacist examinations,and curriculum-based ideological and political education,are introduced in the reform,in order to address key challenges in student learning,foster active learning and problem-solving abilities,cultivate innovative thinking,and ultimately achieve the desired talent development goals.
摘要The BOPPPS teaching model has demonstrated significant efficacy across multiple fields, yet its application in international Chinese language education remains insufficient. Existing studies mostly focus on static teaching design, lacking a dynamic action research perspective based on classroom practice. This study takes 13 Vietnamese intermediate Chinese learners as research subjects, and conducts three rounds of progressive action research centered on the theme of traditional Chinese festival culture. The results show that: the first two rounds of teaching exposed core problems, including the insufficient prominence of language training objectives in participatory activities, and students’ distracted attention in the preceding language input phase caused by the advance announcement of hands-on practical activities. After the optimized design of embedding decentralized hands-on practice into the teaching process in the third round, students’ classroom attention concentration score increased from 4.12 to 4.7, and the mean length of utterance (MLU) of language output increased from 6.8 words to 8.3 words. The research indicates that: (1) The structured design of BOPPPS provides a clear framework for international Chinese culture teaching, and the effectiveness of its “participatory learning” link is highly dependent on the timing of integration between activities and language input;(2) Although highly attractive hands-on practice can improve classroom participation, premature announcement and over-centralized arrangement can easily distract students’ attention and weaken the effect of language input;(3) Action research can effectively drive teaching iteration and help teachers accurately diagnose in-depth teaching problems.

摘要Objective:To construct a standardized training teaching model for internal medicine residents based on“outpatient competency”and explore its application effects.Methods:Fifty residents undergoing standardized training in internal medicine at our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected as the study subjects.A self-controlled before-and-after study design was adopted to implement a teaching model based on“outpatient competency.”The outpatient competency scores of residents(including eight dimensions:medical history taking,physical examination,interpretation of auxiliary examinations,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,formulation of treatment plans,doctor-patient communication,medical record writing,and emergency response),theoretical assessment scores,skill assessment scores,as well as the satisfaction of teaching faculty and patients were compared before and after the training.Results:After the training,the scores for each dimension and the total score of outpatient competency among the 50 residents were significantly higher than those before the training(P<0.05).The theoretical assessment scores(89.63±4.25 points vs 76.32±5.18 points)and skill assessment scores(91.25±3.86 points vs 78.54±4.67 points)also significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized training teaching model for internal medicine residents based on“outpatient competency”can effectively enhance residents’core outpatient competencies,theoretical and skill levels,while improving the satisfaction of teaching faculty and patients.It has high clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.

摘要Objective:To establish a neurology-led multidisciplinary team(MDT)teaching model for subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH),addressing prominent specialty barriers and fragmented clinical thinking in traditional teaching,and to enhance the diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities of resident and visiting physicians in managing SAH.Methods:A total of 56 physicians who participated in SAH diagnostic and therapeutic training in the neurology department of our hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected and divided into an observation group(28 physicians,using the MDT innovative teaching model)and a control group(28 physicians,using the traditional specialty teaching model).The observation group,centered on neurology,integrated resources from emergency surgery,neuroradiology,neurointensive care unit,rehabilitation medicine,and other disciplines to construct a four-dimensional teaching system of“theoretical foundation-simulated practice-clinical practice-review and optimization,”incorporating AI-assisted diagnostic tools and standardized diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.The control group adopted the traditional model of classroom lectures combined with bedside teaching.The application effects of the two teaching models were compared through theoretical assessments,clinical skill operation scores,case analysis ability evaluations,and teaching satisfaction surveys.Results:The observation group achieved significantly higher average scores than the control group in theoretical assessment(89.63±4.25 vs.82.15±5.38),clinical skill operation(91.37±3.81 vs.83.46±5.12),and case analysis ability(90.24±4.16 vs.81.79±5.43),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction with the teaching model was also higher in the observation group compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The neurology-led MDT innovative teaching model for SAH can effectively break down specialty barriers,enhance physicians’interdisciplinary collaboration abilities and SAH diagnostic and therapeutic levels,demonstrating significant teaching effects and warranting promotion and application in clinical teaching.

摘要Objective:To explore the application effect of guideline-based teaching mode in standardized training for internal medicine residents,and to provide references for optimizing training programs and improving training quality.Methods:A total of 50 residentsu ndergoing standardized training in internal medicine at our hospital from January 2024to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects.A self-controlled before-and-after study design was adopted,with traditional teaching mode applied before training(baseline period)and guideline-based teaching mode applied after training(for a duration of one year).Theoretical knowledge scores,clinical skill operation scores,case analysis ability scores,satisfaction with the teaching mode,and the incidence of adverse medical events were compared before and after training.Results:After training,the residents’theoretical knowledge scores increased from 68.35±5.21 points at baseline to 85.62±4.38 points,clinical skill operation scores increased from 70.12±4.85 points to 88.75±3.64 points,and case analysis ability scores increased from 65.48±5.63 points to 86.33±4.15 points,with statistically significant differences(t values were 18.65,22.34,and 20.78,respectively,all P0.05).Conclusion:The application of the guideline-based teaching model in the standardized training of internal medicine residents can significantly enhance the trainees’theoretical knowledge,clinical skills,and case analysis abilities,improve their satisfaction with teaching,and reduce the incidence of adverse medical events.The application effect is remarkable and worthy of promotion.
摘要To address issues such as the disconnect between traditional environmental health experiment courses and public health practice needs,insufficient interdisciplinary integration,and a lack of international perspective cultivation,this study focuses on four core objectives and carries out systematic reform practices in teaching models and methods.By constructing a four-in-one practical teaching system integrating“curriculum experiments,scientific research training,social practice,and international collaboration,”developing an interdisciplinary practical case library that incorporates real public health issues,and creating a collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship training model for“undergraduates,postgraduates,and international students,”we aim to achieve a transformation in experimental teaching from knowledge transmission to ability cultivation and from a single mode to a diversified and collaborative approach.Innovations in teaching models and methods are designed to enhance students’practical skills in public health,scientific research innovation abilities,and cross-cultural collaboration skills,providing replicable and scalable teaching solutions for cultivating top-tier talents in the field of public health.

摘要This paper aims to explore an interdisciplinary postgraduate course teaching model based on AIGC(Artificial Intelligence Generated Content)technology.Taking the course Biomass Energy Engineering and Technology as the carrier,it constructs a“Four-Wing Intelligent Integration”interdisciplinary teaching model from four dimensions:AIGC-assisted reconstruction of interdisciplinary teaching content,iterative update of the Chaoxing AI teaching platform,AIGC-assisted flipped classroom,and AI intelligent evaluation and feedback.The model promotes students’personalized learning and the development of interdisciplinary competence,and a replicable AIGC interdisciplinary teaching model has initially taken shape,providing a reference for the digital and intelligent reform of postgraduate education and teaching.

摘要Objective:To investigate the educational effectiveness of the CDID preoperative visit model,defined as Consultation,Direction,Instruction,and Digital integration,in anesthesia training,and to assess its influence on patients’preoperative anxiety,the success rate of preoperative visits,and the comprehensive competencies of trainees.Methods:Sixty anesthesia residents enrolled in the standardized training program at Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital between 2024 and 2025 were randomly assigned to a CDID group or a conventional teaching group,each with thirty trainees.All instructors possessed teaching certification and at least five years of clinical experience.The conventional group received routine multimedia-based theoretical instruction.In contrast,the CDID group was trained through a four-stage framework including emotional reassurance,structured guidance,procedural instruction,and digital learning support.Teaching activities were supported by a self-developed educational platform,an interactive human-machine system,and a three-dimensional digital spinal model.At the end of the training period,patients’preoperative anxiety scores,the success rate of preoperative visits,and trainee assessment results were compared between groups.Results:No significant difference in baseline anxiety scores was observed between the two groups prior to the preoperative visit(P=0.90).After the visit,patients managed by trainees in the CDID group showed significantly lower anxiety scores than those in the conventional group(51.97±3.44 vs 55.77±3.27,P<0.01).The success rate of preoperative visits in the CDID group reached 100.0%,which was higher than that of the conventional group at 83.3%(χ2=5.36,P=0.02).Trainees trained under the CDID framework achieved higher overall assessment scores compared with the conventional group(84.04±3.48 vs 70.14±3.33,P<0.01).Significant improvements were observed in clinical practice performance and professional humanistic competence(P<0.01),whereas theoretical knowledge scores did not differ significantly between groups(P=0.07).Conclusion:The CDID educational model effectively reduces patient anxiety before surgery and improves the success rate of preoperative anesthesia visits while strengthening the overall competencies of anesthesia residents.It demonstrates particular advantages in clinical practice training and the development of professional humanistic qualities.Supported by theoretical knowledge and integrated with artificial intelligence technologies,this approach offers a novel perspective for advancing reforms in anesthesia education.
摘要Digital transformation has injected new vitality into the reform of university physical education,with smart sports teaching models emerging as a key direction for promoting high-quality development in collegiate sports education.Current university sports teaching faces challenges such as rigid instructional frameworks,insufficient personalized guidance,and inadequate data-driven management,making it difficult to meet the talent cultivation demands of the digital era.Grounded in the context of digital transformation,this study analyzes existing issues in university sports education and explores pathways for constructing smart sports teaching models through four dimensions:innovation in teaching philosophies,integration of teaching resources,design of instructional models,and improvement of evaluation systems.Specific application strategies are elaborated to leverage digital technology advantages,enhance the effectiveness of university sports education,and cultivate students’lifelong sports awareness and comprehensive athletic literacy.
摘要Objective: To investigate the reform model of clinical orthopedic practical teaching and conduct an in-depth analysis of the implementation outcomes of the "POGIL+CP" blended teaching approach. Methods: The study was conducted from May 2024 to May 2026, involving clinical medical interns at the undergraduate level. A total of 78 eligible participants were enrolled and divided into two groups based on instructors' teaching methodologies: one receiving traditional instruction and the other the "POGIL+CP" blended model (n=38 and n=40 respectively), designated as the control group and experimental group. All interns underwent standardized assessments post-internship to evaluate learning progress. Results: Comparative analysis of theoretical exam scores and Mini-CEX operational performance scores revealed significantly higher scores in the experimental group compared to the control group (P<0.05). Statistical examination of learning outcomes demonstrated markedly greater improvement among experimental group interns. Conclusion: The selection and implementation of clinical orthopedic teaching reform strategies critically influence educational efficacy, underscoring the need for early adoption of evidence-based instructional models. The active application of the "POGIL+CP" blended approach has proven effective in enhancing both theoretical knowledge and assessment performance while fostering critical thinking skills among interns.

摘要The iterative upgrading of artificial intelligence(AI)technology injects new momentum into the innovation of physical education theory teaching in colleges and universities,creating opportunities for optimizing teaching models.As a core theoretical course in physical education majors,“School Physical Education”faces challenges such as low student engagement,a lack of personalized guidance,and monotonous teaching methods in its traditional teaching model,which restricts the improvement of teaching quality.This study analyzes the current teaching status and issues of the course and explores innovative teaching paths empowered by AI.It finds that scientific application of AI can enhance teaching effectiveness,optimize resource allocation,and promote personalized learning,yet challenges such as insufficient integration of technology with teaching scenarios and the need for improved digital literacy among teachers remain.Based on these findings,this paper proposes practical paths,including constructing a hybrid teaching model of“AI diagnosis+teacher-led instruction”and strengthening the construction of smart teaching environments and resource platforms,to provide theoretical and practical support for the high-quality development of the course.

摘要Objective:To explore the application effect of Case-based Learning(CBL)combined with Problem-Based Learning(PBL)in the teaching of medical imaging to undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine.Methods:Undergraduates of clinical medicine majoring in the School of Clinical Medicine of Hebei University were selected as the research subjects and divided into the experimental group(CBL combined with PBL teaching mode)and the control group(traditional teaching mode),and the teaching effect was evaluated by the examination results and questionnaires.Results:The test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the students in the experimental group reached more than 90%.Conclusion:CBL combined with PBL teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching quality of medical imaging in clinical medicine specialty.

摘要Objective:This study’s purpose is to explore the application of the O-AMAS teaching model combined with the PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of neurocritical care trainee nurses.Methods:The nursing students who were doing internship in neurocritical care from June 2024 to September 2024 were set as the control group,and the traditional one-on-one teaching mode was adopted;From October 2024 to January 2025,the nursing students were set as the observation group and the course teaching based on the O-AMAS teaching model combined with PBL teaching was implemented.Results:The theoretical examination scores,operational assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,autonomous learning ability and clinical evaluation thinking ability of the two groups of nursing students were observed.The score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(all P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of the O-AMAS teaching model combined with PBL teaching in the clinical teaching of neurocritical care intern nursing students can improve the teaching effect and cultivate the autonomous learning ability and clinical evaluation thinking ability of nursing students.
摘要BACKGROUND Peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)is the preferred intravenous route for chemotherapy in patients with cancer,but its complications,especially deep vein thrombosis(DVT),are becoming increasingly prevalent.Medical staff proficient in intubation and maintenance techniques can reduce complications.The multivariate integration teaching model applies the integration of“teaching learning application”to medical training,which helps shift the prevention of complications from“passive management of complications”to“active construction of risk immunity”,thereby ensuring foundational competency for PICC in patients with cancer.AIM To investigate the efficacy of the multivariate integration teaching model in patients with gastric cancer and concurrent DVT after PICC intubation and analyze its effect on patients’quality of life index(QLI)and satisfaction.METHODS A retrospective analysis of medical records of 100 patients with gastric cancer and PICC treated at Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital from May 2019 to November 2020 was conducted.According to the different treatment methods and teaching modes received by medical staff,they were divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The routine clinical teaching model and the multivariate integration teaching model were administered to the medical staff for the control group and the experimental group,respectively,to compare the incidence rates of DVT and other adverse reactions,QLI scores,Karnofsky Performance Scale scores,Mental Status Scale in Non-Psychiatric Settings scores,patient satisfaction,medical staff’s test marks,and satisfaction evaluation of the teaching model.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the experimental group exhibited significantly lower incidence rates of DVT and other adverse reactions and MSSNS scores but significantly higher QLI scores,KPS scores,patient satisfaction,medical staff’s test marks,and their satisfaction evaluations of the teaching model(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In a single-center practice,performing the multivariate integration teaching model for medical staff may effectively improve the patients’QLI and satisfaction and may have certain application value in preventing DVT in patients with gastric cancer and PICC.

摘要Under the current background of educational reform,the teaching model in university is undergoing a profound transformation from teacher-led to student-centered.5E teaching model,consisted with Engagement,Exploration,Explanation,Elaboration and Evaluation phases,is regarded as an innovative approach of focusing on students’active exploration and knowledge construction,which provides an effective support for the reform of university physics teaching.This research mainly discusses the feasibility of implementation in university physics courses,and analyzes its applications and values from the perspectives of teaching quality and educational objectives.Teaching practice demonstrates that 5E teaching model obviously enhances students’learning interests and cultivates scientific inquiry skills,innovative consciousness and independent thinking abilities,further improving knowledge transfer and comprehensive application skills.Therefore,5E teaching model has important theoretical significances and practical values for promoting the reform of university physics education,further improving educational quality and cultivating comprehensive innovative talents according with the requirements of the new era.

摘要The 5E model includes Engagement,Exploration,Explanation,Elaboration,and Evaluation,with“Evaluation”at the end,conflicting with teaching learning-evaluation consistency.Thus,formative levaluation is integrated into the first four stages,and a summative evaluation table is designed for the fifth,enabling students to self-evaluate and reflect.Elementary school English picture book teaching is used as an example to demonstrate the optimized model's application.
