The development of the three-component catalytic system for constructing isoindolinones from simple feedstocks is both significant and challenging.In this study,a unique tartrate-linked dimeric samarium-antimonotungstate[Sm2(H2O)6(tar)(Sb2W21O72)]220-(Sm4tar2,H4tar=tartaric acid)was synthesized via a one-step method at room temperature using an acetate buffer solution.The dimeric polyanion of Sm4tar2shows a centrosymmetric structure with a parallelogram-like arrangement and comprises two enantiomeric{Sm2(H2O)6(Sb2W21O72)}moieties connected by two enantiomeric tar ligands.Sm4tar2demonstrates efficient catalytic activity in the three-component reaction involving 2-acylbenzoic acids,primary amines,and phosphine oxides to form 3,3-disubstituted isoindolinones.The advantages of this catalytic system include simple feedstocks,green and reusable catalyst,and operational simplicity with water as the sole by-product.This finding enables an effective molecular fragment assembly strategy for synthesizing isoindolinone drug precursor skeletons. 展开更多

A green Passerini three-component reaction of 2-(4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-indol-1-yl)acetic acid with alkyl or aryl isocyanides and aldehydes was reported under aqueous conditions at 35 ℃ for 1 h, and21 indolone-N-amino acid derivatives were prepared in high yields of 42%–99%. Their structures were characterized by IR, ESI–MS, NMR and elemental analysis, and the possible mechanisms have been also proposed. The highly efficient and eco-friendly method provides a facile access to a library of indoloneN-amino acid derivatives for future research on bioactivity screening. 展开更多

A highly efficient three-component reaction has been developed for the synthesis of thiazolidinones involving the reaction of 2-amino-l-phenylethanone hydrochloride with an aromatic aldehyde and mercaptoacetic acid in the presence of diisopropylethylamine in a single pot.Critically,this reaction exhibited excellent chemoselectivity,with the nitrogen atom of the 2-amino-l-phenylethanone component reacting selectively with the aromatic aldehyde to give the corresponding Schiff base.Nucleophilic attack at the carbon of the Schiff base by the sulfur atom of mercaptoacetic,followed by a cyclocondensation reaction between the nitrogen and the carboxylic acid moiety afforded the desired thiazolidinones,which were fully characterized by spectroscopic techniques. 展开更多

Waterjet propulsion systems,as the predominant form of propulsion for high-performance vessels,are widely employed in military ships across various navies.However,when operating in shallow water conditions,underwater suction vortices(USVs)are prone to form near the pump inlet.These vortices can markedly degrade the hydraulic performance of the waterjet propulsion system by reducing efficiency and potentially inducing cavitation and associated vibrations.The formation and evolution of USVs occur underwater,rendering them highly elusive and difficult to detect or measure accurately.As a result,investigating the underlying mechanisms of USV generation and developing effective control strategies remain substantial challenges in the field.To achieve precise identification and capture of USVs,volumetric three component velocimetry technology was employed to conduct high-precision analyses of the three-dimensional spatiotemporal evolution signals and vortex dynamic characteristics of USVs throughout their entire lifecycle.The findings demonstrate that the typical evolution of USVs can be categorized into five stages:precursor,inception,development,weakening,and dissipation.During their evolution,both velocity and vorticity within USVs initially increase before subsequently decreasing.Notably,the velocity distribution within the vortex core conforms to the Rankine composite vortex model.The adverse pressure gradient at the riverbed,combined with the suction flow of the pump,directly facilitates USV generation.These findings provide a critical foundation for USV identification,offering a valuable method for flow-field testing in vortex and other fault identification,while overcoming the limitations of conventional point sensors in complex flow diagnostics. 展开更多

A novel photocatalytic energy transfer-driven radical relay strategy has been introduced for the chemoand regioselective 1,4-difunctionalization of carbon-sulfur double bonds.This represents the first instance of radical-mediated dual-functionalization of X-Y type unsaturated bonds,enabling the synthesis of complex linear molecules with C–O,C–N,and C-S bonds in a single operation.The method surpasses traditional approaches by avoiding the need for thiourea intermediates and the harsh conditions typically associated with them.The developed strategy exemplifies versatility,being applicable to 1,4-oxyamination,1,4-diamination,and 1,4-sulfonamination reactions,and has demonstrated compatibility with over 60 different substrates.The research also elucidates the role of electronic complementarity between radicals and receptors in achieving high selectivity in 1,4-difunctionalization reactions.This study significantly advances the field of bifunctionalization and remote difunctionalization reactions,with profound implications for the development of pharmaceuticals and materials science. 展开更多
