With the aim of further exploring the applications of zirconium-based UiO-66 in acid-catalyzed reactions and elucidating the effects of the defects in UiO-66 materials on their catalytic performances, in this work, a series of zirconium-containing UiO-66 samples were synthesized by varying the synthesis temperatures and BDC/Zr(terephthalic acid/ZrCl) ratios in the synthesis system. The synthesized UiO-66 samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Nadsorption-desorption,scanning electron microscopy(SEM), thermogravimetrical analysis(TGA), temperature-programmed desorption of NH(NH-TPD). Their catalytic performances were investigated in transesterification of tributyrin and soybean oil with methanol. The results showed that UiO-66 samples with different amounts of defects could be successfully prepared by varying the synthesis temperatures and/or the BDC/Zr ratios used in the synthesis system. The catalytic activities of the UiO-66 materials greatly depended on their linker defects and enhanced with the increase of the defect amount. The UiO-66 was an efficient catalyst for transesterification of tributyrin and soybean oil with methanol under mild reaction conditions and its catalytic activity was comparable to other solid acid catalysts reported in the literatures. The UiO-66 catalyst was relatively stable and could be reused.展开更多

摘要The 12-molybdosphoric acid mixed with titania (MPA-TiO2) was found to be a novel and efficient catalyst for the synthesis of diphenyl carbonate (DPC) via transesterification of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) and phenol. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared (IR) techniques were employed to characterize the prepared catalysts. The effect of the weight ratio of the 12-molybdosphoric acid to titania on the transesterification was investigated. A 13.1% yield of DPC and an 11.6% yield of methyl phenyl carbonate (MPC) were obtained over MPA-TiO2 with the weight ratio of MPA to TiO2 as 5:1.

摘要Basic zeolites have shown great potential as efficient catalysts for biodiesel production in the transesterification reactions. However, conventional three-dimensional(3D)basic zeolites generally suffer from limited base sites and severe mass-transfer restriction, thereby suppressing their catalytic activity.Herein,2D basic zeolites with large external surface areas, hierarchical characteristics, and abundant accessible and stable base sites are prepared by expansion, delamination and subsequent solid-state ion-exchange(SSIE)approach.The facile SSIE method provides more advantages in stabilizing and dispersing high concentration of strong basic sites than the conventional liquid-phase ion-exchange(LIE)approach.Due to the excellent mass transportation and stable basic sites, the 2D Na/ITQ-2 prepared by the SSIE approach shows remarkably enhanced activity and recyclability in the transesterification of triglycerides to produce biodiesel, compared to 3D zeolites and other reported basic zeolites. This work will open the boulevard to the rational design of 2D basic catalysts and expand the potential application of 2D zeolites to biodiesel production and other industrial reactions involving bulky molecules.

摘要Diphenyl oxalate was synthesized from transesterification of dimethyl oxalate with phenol over TS-1 ( 2.5 wt% Ti ) catalyst. TS-1 catalyst, as a heterogeneous catalyst, showed excellent selectivity of diphenyl oxalate and methylphenyl oxalate compared with other homogeneous catalysts. Lewis acid sites on TS-1 catalyst were the active sites for transesterification of dimethyl oxalate with phenol. The high selectivity was closely related to the weak acid sites over TS-1.

摘要A model of the continuous melt transesterification process of bisphenol-A and diphenyl carbonate in a continuous stirred tank reactor to produce polycarbonate is presented. The model is developed by using the molecular species model of polycarbonate melt polycondensation and the modeling method of reactive flash. Liquid phase is treated as perfect mixed flow and the vapor phase is assumed following the ideal gas law. With this model, the continuous melt transesterification process of bisphenol-A and diphenyl carbonate is examined with respect to different orocess parameters.

摘要A novel flower-like hydrated magnesium carbonate hydroxide, Mg5 (CO3 )4 (OH)2·4H2O, with micro-structure composed of individual thin nano-sheets was synthesized using a facile solution route without the use of template or organic surfactant. Reaction time has an important effect on the final morphology of the product. The micro-structure and morphology of Mg5 (CO3)4 (OH)2·4H2O were characterized by means of X-ray diffractometry (XRD), fieldemission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM). Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) surface areas of the samples were also measured. The probable formation mechanism of flower-like micro-structure was discussed. It was found that Mg5 (CO3)4( OH)2·4H2O with flower-like micro-structure was a novel and efficient catalyst for the synthesis of diphenyl carbonate (DPC) by transesterification of dimethyl carbonate (DMC) with phenol.

摘要Four ionic liquids [BMIM]OH, [BMIM]IM, [BMIM]Br, and [BMIM]PF6 were synthesized and characterized by infrared spectroscopy. Then the effects of ionic liquids(ILs), cocatalysts, and reaction temperature on the catalytic performance for transesterification of ethylene carbonate and methanol were investigated with orthogonal experiments. The influence of cations and anions of ILs on catalytic activity was revealed by the density functional theory(DFT). The reaction mechanism was proposed based on the experimental results and DFT. The results demonstrated that the optimal catalyst was [Bmim]PF6/CaO, which exhibited the advantages of high activity, excellent stability, and easy recycling. Under the optimized conditions covering a catalytic temperature of 130 °C, an ionic liquid/cocatalyst mass ratio of 5:1, and a catalyst dosage of 4.0%, the conversion rate could reach 65.23% with a dimethyl carbonate selectivity of 98.95%. No significant loss of catalyst activity was detected after 7 recycle times.
摘要Solid acid catalyst plays a crucial role in the petroleum refinery industry and bio-refinery technology. In this work,p-phenolsulfonic acid(PSA)was successfully grafted onto the surface of KH560-modified zirconium phosphate(K-ZrP)in a facile routine. The structure and property of this organic-inorganic combined solid acid PSA/K-ZrP-x were characterized via XRD,FTIR,13C solid-state NMR,TG,N2 adsorption-desorption,SEM,pyridine-adsorption FTIR and XPS technologies. The characterization results showed that KH560 can bond with ZrP and promote the grafting of PSA on the surface of K-ZrP via the condensation reaction between its epoxy ring and the phenolic hydroxyl group in PSA.Consequently,PSA/K-ZrP-2 exhibited excellent performance and stability in the transesterification between glycerol and methyl acetate among the tested H3PW12O40,Amber-lyst-45,HBEA,HZSM-5,ZrP,AlCl3 and FeCl3 catalysts. The calculated conversion of glycerol reached 81.3%with a 97.9%selectivity for monoacetin(MAG)and diacetin(DAG)with a 2.2%dosage of[H+]at 100℃ for 4 h.The highest specific activity of PSA/K-ZrP-2 reached 24028.2 mg-glycerol/g-cat/h in a short reaction time(at 0.17 h),and it could be recycled five times without obvious deactivation.

摘要A new MoO3/SO4 2--TiO2 catalyst was prepared by a conventional impregnation of SO4 2-/TiO2 as carrier with an aqueous solution of ammonium molybdate and used for the synthesis of transesterification of dimethyl carbonate(DMC)with phenol.A series of MoO3/SO4 2--TiO2 catalysts with different MoO3 loadings were investigated and characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),NH3-temperature programmed desorption(NH3-TPD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results show that MoO3 loading is related to the activity of transesterification reaction. With the increase of MoO3 loading, the activity of transesterification reaction increases. The sulfur species in the catalyst have an influence on the molybdenum species, and lead to an increase in the electropositive of molybdenum, which promotes the catalytic activity of MoO3/SO4 2--TiO2.Among the series of catalysts prepared,MoO3/SO4 2--TiO2 with 10% MoO3 and 823 K calcinated is found to be the most active catalyst for transesterification reaction.Under the reaction conditions of 453 K and 12 h,the conversion of DMC is 30.5 %,and the yields of MPC and DPC reach 21.2 % and 8.7 %,respectively.

摘要The salts of para-tungstic and para-molybdic were heterogenized for their effective use as solid catalysts in the transesterification reaction of dimethyl carbonate and phenol by inserting them between the layers of Mg2Al-hydrotalcite. These catalysts were characterized by FT-IR spectra and X-ray powder diffraction. Polyoxometalates (POMs) clusters were intercalated into the interlayer of layered double hydroxide (LDH) via anion exchange with organic acid precursor in Mg2Al-LDH, and the integrity of the clusters [W7O24 ]^6- and [Mo7O24 ]^6- was maintained. The intercalated para-molybdic cluster showed high catalytic activity and reusability in the transesterification under mild reaction conditions. When the reaction was carried out at 180 ℃, with a molar ratio of phenol to DMC of 1 : 1, a reaction time 10 h, and a catalyst amount 1% (wt), the conversion of phenol was 10.0 %, the selectivities of diphenyl carbonate and methyl phenyl carbonate were 10.7 % and 86.1%, respectively.
