However, the instruments for identifying mild cognitive impairment(MCI) are not always feasible in clinical practice. Therefore, this study evaluated whether MCI could be detected using the Japanese version of the Rapid Dementia Screening Test(RDST-J), which is a simple screening tool for identifying cognitive decline.METHODS This retrospective single-center study included patients who were ≥ 65 years old and hospitalized because of CVD.Patients with a pre-hospitalization diagnosis of dementia were excluded. Each patient's cognitive function had been measured at discharge using the RDST-J and the Japanese version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA-J), which is a standard tool for MCI screening. The correlation between the two scores was evaluated using Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) analysis was also to evaluate whether the RDST-J could identify MCI, which was defined as a Mo CA-J score of ≤ 25 points.RESULTS The study included 78 patients(mean age: 77.2 ± 8.9 years). The RDST-J and Mo CA-J scores were strongly correlated(r = 0.835, P < 0.001). The ROC analysis revealed that an RDST-J score of ≤ 9 points provided 75.4% sensitivity and 95.2% specificity for identifying MCI, with an area under the curve of 0.899(95% CI: 0.835-0.964). The same cut-off value was identified when excluding patients with a high probability of dementia(RDST-J score of ≤ 4 points).CONCLUSIONS The RDST-J may be a simple and effective tool for identifying MCI in older patients with CVD.展开更多

Sixty-two patients with this hepatic cancer were Included in the study. 56 males and 6 females, with a mean age of 50. 6 yr. (32 - 72 years old). All patients were performed by surgery, verified histologically, and these tumors were smaller than 5 cm. Liver scans were performed 5 minutes, 2 hours and 5 hours after the administration of radlopharmaceutices. In 31 of the 62 patients (50%), the tumor exhibited equal radioactivity uptake or greater radioactivity uptake than the surrounding liver in delayed imaging. And the sensitivity was 33. 3% (2/6), 41.2% (7/17), 60.0% (9/15) and 54.2% (13/24) In the tumor size was ≤2 cm, 2-3cm, 3-4 cm and 4 - 5 cm, respectively. The smallest mass to be detected was only 1. 2 cm. The uptake of radiopharmaceutic was nonsignificantly related to serum AFP level and hepatic cirrhosis (P>0. 05). These results show that 99-Tc-PMT delayed hepatobiliary imaging can be useful in the diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma.展开更多

We also studied whe...AIM: To investigate if there is a correlation between electrical activity measured by electrogastrography (EGG) and contractile activity of the stomach as measured by antroduodenal manometry (ADM). We also studied whether the underlying motility disorder could be predicted from EGG parameters. METHODS: We compared 21 parameters measured from EGG with 8 parameters measured from ADM. The ability of EGG to identify the underlying diagnosis was tested by comparing EGG parameters for each diagnosis group against other patients. The study comprised recordings from 148 patients and 125 females. Their median age was 45 (range 17-76) years. RESULTS: We found few and weak correlations between EGG and ADM. Specifically the correlation between parameters reflecting the response to meal was poor (r = -0.07, P = 0.39). The discriminatory power of EGG for underlying motility disorder was also low. Patients with slow transit constipation (STC) showed a lower postprandial power in normogastric (3.7 ± 0.5 vs 4.0 ± 0.5) and tachygastric (3.5 ± 0.4 vs 3.7 ± 0.4) regions, a lower percentage of time with normogastria [87.2 (56.5-100)% vs 95.7 (0-100)%], and a higher percentage of time with tachygastria [9.3 (0-33)% vs 3.5 (0-100)%] and bradygastria [1.8 (0-20)% vs 0 (0-17.1)%]. Patients with irritable bowel syndrome had a higher percentage of time with normogastria [96.5 (62.5-100)% vs 93.3 (0-100)%] and a less unstable dominant frequency as measured by the instability coefficient [15 (3-77) vs 24 (2-72)]. CONCLUSION: EGG and ADM seem to measure different aspects of gastric motor activity but cannot show a spatial correlation. The diagnostic value of EGG is poor, but EGG may have some value for the identification of patients with STC.展开更多

Methods: Participants were 14,510 par...Aim: The purpose of this study was to develop a scale, “parental anxiety about pediatric emergency medical care services” (PAPEMCS), and to evaluate its psychometric properties. Methods: Participants were 14,510 parents with children 6 years old or younger in Kagawa Prefecture. Using each half of the participants, exploratory factor analysis was performed to generate items and factors for the PAPEMCS, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to establish the construct validity. The generalizability of the PAPEMCS was evaluated by congruence tests and multigroup CFA. The usefulness of the PAPEMCS was established by the relationship between the PAPEMCS and non-urgent usage of pediatric emergency medical care services (PEMCS). Results: The PAPEMCS compromised 4 factors: “anxiety about quality of PEMCS”, “anxiety about PEMCS system”, “anxiety about public support”, and “anxiety about private support”. All reliability estimates (polychoric ordinal alpha coefficients, item-rest correlations), the item discrimination, 5 fit indices for CFA, the convergent validity (indicator reliabilities, composite reliabilities, average variance extracteds), and the discriminant validity fulfilled the acceptability thresholds. All generalizability estimates fulfilled the predetermined levels of acceptability (Tucker’s congruence coefficients, congruence tests, strict factorial invariance). The usefulness of the PAPEMCS was established by the higher scores of the PAPEMCS being related to non-urgent usage of PEMCS. Conclusions: The PAPEMCS demonstrated satisfactory reliability, validity, generalizability and usefulness. The PAPEMCS is useful to quantify the contents and extent of parental anxiety about PEMCS, and to clarify the mechanisms of non-urgent PEMCS usage.展开更多

Most existing studies on online reviews only focused on their content without addressing how their explanation type influences purchasing decisions, not to mention the boundary conditions for such effects. Based on three experimental studies, this paper examines how explanation type affects the perceived usefulness of online reviews and purchasing decisions, and discusses the boundary conditions for such effects. Our findings show that positive explanation type has a positive effect on the perceived usefulness of online reviews, while negative explanation has an insignificant impact. For search products, there is a positive correlation between the online reviews of explained actions and the perceived usefulness of consumer reviews. For experience products, there is a positive correlation between the online reviews of explained reactions and the perceived usefulness of consumer reviews. Further research found that temporal distance may moderate the effects of explanation type and product type on the perceived usefulness of online reviews. This study also provides a new approach for research on the word-of-mouth(WOM) with meaningful implications for e-commerce firms.展开更多

Mailed questionnaires were sent to SMEs' owner and loan officers in Malaysia. The findings show that the SMEs' owners and loan officers have substantially similar views on the usefulness of the accounting information. In addition, this study has found that the academic qualification and time spent in reading the financial statement have significant relationships with the SMEs' owners' perceptions on the usefulness of the SMEs' accounting information, whereas types of business organization, awareness about financial reporting regulation, and level of understanding of the financial statements do not. On the other hand, for the loan officers, accouting expertise, year in position, and awareness about the financial reporting regulation do not have a significant relationship with the loan officers' perceptions on the usefulness of the SMEs' accounting information. Meanwhile, experience in assessing SMEs' financial statements has a significantly negative relationship with the loan officers' perceptions on the usefulness of the SMEs' accounting information. The results of this study may enable the SMEs' managers to realize the informational needs of the users of their financial statements.展开更多

Farmers in China often use nitrogen(N)fertilizers to ensure adequate crop growth.However,inappropriate applications have increased the risk of environmental pollution,lowered maize yields,and reduced profits for farme...Farmers in China often use nitrogen(N)fertilizers to ensure adequate crop growth.However,inappropriate applications have increased the risk of environmental pollution,lowered maize yields,and reduced profits for farmers.Proper N fertilizer management is crucial for improving yield and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE).This study conducted a three-year experiment involving nine N treatments(0,45,90,135,180,225,270,315,and 360 kg ha-1)on a field under nitrogen fertilizer precision management(NFPM)in Northeast China.The results were compared with studies published within the past decade that analyzed yield and dry matter(DM)content under two management practices in Northeast China:conventional nitrogen fertilization management(CNFM)and water-saving fertilization management(WSFM).The findings reveal that maize yield increases with rising N application rates up to 270 kg ha-1,after which yield decreases.The kernel number(KN)and kernel weight(KW)of maize grown under NFPM were 13.7 and 14.7%higher than those grown under WSFM,respectively.Furthermore,they surpassed crops grown under CNFM by 38.4 and 21.2%,respectively.The maximum total yield of the NFPM treatment was 41.8 and 78.8%higher than under WSFM and CNFM,respectively.In addition,compared with CNFM and WSFM,NFPM significantly increased NUE across the various N-level treatments.Optimizing nitrogen management can help farmers to achieve higher yields and promote sustainable agricultural development.展开更多
Single-time fertilization(STF)with controlled release blended fertilizer(CRBF)improves grain yield and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE)in rice production.However,the impact of soil nitrogen(N)distribution and root growth ...Single-time fertilization(STF)with controlled release blended fertilizer(CRBF)improves grain yield and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE)in rice production.However,the impact of soil nitrogen(N)distribution and root growth on rice yield and NUE under STF with CRBF remains unclear.Here,a two-year field experiment investigated the effects of two fertilizer types(normal urea(U)and CRBF)and two single-time fertilization methods(broadcast and side-deep fertilization)on the soil N distribution,plant N uptake,root characteristics,grain yield,and NUE.The results showed that CRBF under STF increased the averages of plant dry matter accumulation,N uptake,grain yield,nitrogen recovery efficiency(NRE),and nitrogen agronomic efficiency(NAE)by 8.29,21.85,10.57,79.28,and 74.8%compared to the other treatments,respectively.Side-deep fertilization with CRBF further increased NUE by 12.78%compared to broadcast.Moreover,CRBF under STF increased the leaf SPAD value and glutamine synthetase(GS)/glutamine oxoglutarate aminotransferase(GOGAT)activity by 5.93 and 25.58%,respectively.CRBF under STF increased the soil inorganic N concentration and showed a“rising early and stabilizing later”pattern.In addition,CRBF under STF improved rice root growth and increased the averages of root biomass,total root number,root average diameter,total root length,total root surface area,and total root volume by 28.30,28.56,18.64,13.38,35.26,and 37.06%,respectively,at the tillering and heading stages.Partial least squares path modeling indicated that CRBF under STF increased the soil inorganic N concentration which improved root morphology,thereby increasing N uptake and improving the rice yield and NUE.Taken together,our findings show that CRBF with single-time fertilization is the preferred N fertilizer strategy for achieving high yield and efficiency in rice,and that side-deep fertilization is the optimal fertilization method.展开更多
Insight into the carbon turnover in soil aggregates and density fractions is essential for reducing the uncertainty in estimating carbon pools on the Tibetan Plateau,and how they vary with land use type is unclear.In ...Insight into the carbon turnover in soil aggregates and density fractions is essential for reducing the uncertainty in estimating carbon pools on the Tibetan Plateau,and how they vary with land use type is unclear.In this study,the effect of land use type on carbon storage and fractionation was quantified based on organic carbon and its13C abundance at the microscale of soil aggregates and density fractions in Tibetan alpine ecosystems.The sequence of soil aggregate destruction in the land use types of plantation(13.1%)<shrubland(32.7%)<grassland(47.9%)<farmland(61.8%)shows that plantations strengthen the soil structure.Plantation land had a greater contribution of light fraction organic carbon(28.3%)but a lower contribution of mineral-associated organic carbon(40.6%)to the carbon stock compared to farmland(13.5 and 70.3%).Interestingly,plantation land enhanced the aggregational differentiation of organic carbon and13C in each density fraction,whereas no such phenomenon existed in the soil organic carbon.Carbon isotope analyses revealed that carbon transfer in the plantation land occurred from the light fraction in macroaggregates(–24.9‰)to the mineral-associated fraction in microaggregates(–19.9‰).When compared to the other three land use types,the low transferability of carbon in aggregates and density fractions in plantation land provides a stable carbon pool for the Tibetan Plateau.This study shows that plantations can mitigate global climate change by slowing carbon transfer and increasing carbon storage at the microscale of aggregates and density fractions in alpine regions.展开更多
Estuarine and bay ecosystems serve as crucial transitional zones for land-based pollutants entering the ocean.However,there is a critical gap in understanding the behavior of emerging pollutants in the numerous small ...Estuarine and bay ecosystems serve as crucial transitional zones for land-based pollutants entering the ocean.However,there is a critical gap in understanding the behavior of emerging pollutants in the numerous small estuaries and bays located in undeveloped coastal areas.This study provides insights into the fate of antibiotics in these small and scattered estuaries and bays in Shantou's coast,driven by land use types and hydrodynamic conditions.The findings indicated that estuaries were more heavily polluted with antibiotics than the bays(P<0.05),with tetracyclines and fluoroquinolones as the primary antibiotics.Antibiotic pollution levels were more severe in October than in June(P<0.01).Rainfall runoff,aquaculture tailwater,and river discharge were identified as the main sources of antibiotic pollution.Build-up land and aquaculture ponds were the primary land use types contributing to antibiotic pollution.The total antibiotic concentrations in June were positively correlated with the proportion of aquaculture ponds(P<0.05)and negatively correlated with the proportions of cropland and grassland(P<0.05).The concentrations of lomefloxacin and ofloxacin were positively correlated with build-up land.The antibiotic concentrations exhibited strong spatial heterogeneity within both bay and estuarine ecosystems driven by different hydrodynamic conditions.A comparative analysis of global estuaries and bays revealed that specific land-use types and hydrodynamic conditions produced similar trends in antibiotic fate.These insights offered new perspectives to safeguard the health of estuarine and bay ecosystems,such as altering landscape patterns and regulating aquaculture activities.展开更多
Ensuring the income stability of relocated households is essential for advancing rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity.While existing research has explored the impact of digital technology on income,few...Ensuring the income stability of relocated households is essential for advancing rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity.While existing research has explored the impact of digital technology on income,few studies have addressed how digital technology use affects income stability.To fill this gap,based on survey data from relocated households in 16 counties across 8 provincial-level regions in China,this study examines the impact of digital technology use on the income stability of relocated households using Ordinary Least Squares(OLS)and Propensity Score Matching(PSM).The results show that digital technology use improves both income and income stability,with stronger effects at higher levels of use.This impact is driven by better access to information acquisition and enhanced human capital.Additionally,digital technology helps stabilize the income of households facing downward volatility.The income stabilizing effect is particularly significant among relocated households in central regions,rural resettlement areas,and those with higher education levels.Furthermore,digital literacy amplifies the positive impact of digital technology on income stability.These findings offer valuable insights for policymakers aiming to promote digital technology use to ensure the income stability of relocated households and foster common prosperity.展开更多
Interactions between land-use and environmental drivers of soil quality in fragile ecosystems remain insufficiently quantified.The impact of land-use types and environmental factors on soil quality in the Loess Platea...Interactions between land-use and environmental drivers of soil quality in fragile ecosystems remain insufficiently quantified.The impact of land-use types and environmental factors on soil quality in the Loess Plateau was assessed here using a minimum data-set-based soil quality index.Data were collected from 99 plots across mixed forests,forests,shrublands,and grasslands.Principal component analysis was applied to construct the minimum data set with bulk density,capillary water-holding capacity,soil organic carbon,natural moisture content,and total phosphorus as core evaluation indicators.Using an obstacle factor diagnostic model and partial least squares path modeling,we identified soil moisture as the primary limiting factor.Grassland soil quality was lowest in Wangwazi(0.42),Changcheng(0.47),and Shenmu(0.21),but shrubland and grassland soil quality was highest in Hengshan(0.30,0.27)and Yuyang(0.42,0.53)(P<0.05).These results provide guidance for sustainable land management in ecologically fragile regions.展开更多
Cropland abandonment substantially affects food security and agricultural sustainability,yet comprehensive analyses of its dynamics in rapidly developing regions remain limited.This study examines the spatiotemporal p...Cropland abandonment substantially affects food security and agricultural sustainability,yet comprehensive analyses of its dynamics in rapidly developing regions remain limited.This study examines the spatiotemporal patterns,labor migration influences,and food security implications of cropland abandonment in China from 1992 to 2022.The results show that abandonment progressed through four phases:slow growth,rapid increase,high-level fluctuation peaking at 3.98%in 2016,and gradual decline.The research identified three primary abandonment patterns—single long-term(≥10years),progressive degradation,and occasional(3-9 years)-with distinct spatial distributions.Long-term abandonment concentrates in the marginal agricultural areas of southwestern mountainous regions,while occasional abandonment predominates in the more economically developed eastern coastal areas,and progressive degradation patterns appear in transitional zones between plains and mountains.Labor migration influenced abandonment non-linearly with distinct regional thresholds.Short-distance(within-county)migration reduced abandonment rates,while medium-distance(withinprovince)migration significantly increased them.Although 57.50%of abandonment occurred on low-suitability land,42.50%affected high-suitability cropland,resulting in peak potential grain losses of 15.0 and 8.8 million tonnes for low and high suitability land respectively in 2010.These findings support regionally differentiated land management strategies that integrate land suitability assessments,labor migration patterns,and local socioeconomic conditions to ensure agricultural sustainability.展开更多
Systematically analyzing the impact mechanisms of policy on Land Use Conflict(LUC)is crucial for constructing effective conflict mitigation strategies.However,previous research on how policy influences LUC remains rel...Systematically analyzing the impact mechanisms of policy on Land Use Conflict(LUC)is crucial for constructing effective conflict mitigation strategies.However,previous research on how policy influences LUC remains relatively limited.Focusing on the indirect driving role of policy on LUC,this study proposed County Development Level(CDL)under Major Function Oriented Zone Planning(MFOZP)guidance as an intermediary variable,bridging the implicit influence of MFOZP and the explicit changes in LUC.Using the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)region in China as a case study,we analyzed the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of LUC and CDL for the periods 2000-2010 and 2010-2020,before and after MFOZP implementation.Panel models and Geographically Weighted Regression(GWR)were employed to explore the mechanism by which CDL influences LUC under MFOZP guidance.The results show that:1)MFOZP implementation effectively alleviates land use pressure from regional development,with LUC continuously declining at a rate of 2.41%,while CDL exhibits slight growth(3.84%),during 2010-2020.2)Under MFOZP guidance,CDL reduces pressure on Land Use Structure Conflict(LUSC)and Land Use Process Conflict(LUPC),enhances its inhibitory effect on Land Use Function Conflict(LUFC),and significantly contributes to LUC coordination,with notable spatial heterogeneity.3)The coupling relationship between CDL and LUC has improved post-implementation.Based on this,tailored LUC coordination strategies are proposed for different functional zones.This study confirms the effectiveness of MFOZP in coordinating LUC and provides a scientific reference for LUC research under policy frameworks and the governance of LUC in the BTH region.展开更多
Background Substance use disorders(SUDs)are highly heritable,but the extent of shared and distinct genetic architecture across different SUDs is unclear.Aims To compare the genetic architectures of alcohol use disorde...Background Substance use disorders(SUDs)are highly heritable,but the extent of shared and distinct genetic architecture across different SUDs is unclear.Aims To compare the genetic architectures of alcohol use disorder(AUD),cannabis use disorder(CUD)and opioid use disorder(OUD)and to identify shared and unique genetic loci.Methods We analysed large-scale genome-wide association study(GWAS)summary statistics from individuals of European ancestry recruited in Europe and the USA.The mixture model MiXeR was used to estimate the unique genetic architecture characteristics of each SUD,including its polygenicity,single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)-heritability and discoverability,a measure of the distribution of genetic signal across all causal variants.Pairwise conditional/conjunctional false discovery rate(cond/conjFDR)analyses identified shared loci,followed by biological annotation of implicated genes.Results AUD demonstrated the highest polygenicity,followed by CUD and OUD.SNP-based heritability was0.10 for AUD and OUD and 0.01 for CUD.Discoverability was highest for OUD,followed by AUD and CUD.Currently,genome-wide significant SNPs explain 2.0%of AUD,0.3%of CUD and 0.2%of OUD variance.Cond/conjFDR identified 39 novel loci for AUD,10 for CUD and 1 for OUD.Of implicated genes,most were expressed in the brain,including several involved in gamma-aminobutyric acid and dopaminergic neurotransmission,opioid neurophysiology,myelination,DNA recombination,apoptosis and ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolism.Conclusions SUDs have polygenic architectures with many shared loci and are similar with regards to some characteristics.However,the level of polygenicity differs across SUDs,with AUD being considerably more polygenic than OUD,whereas CUD is intermediate in terms of its polygenicity.The novel loci implicate genes primarily expressed in the brain,involving a variety of biological functions.The findings expand our view of the aetiology of these disorders,while supporting the hypothesis of a shared set of pleiotropic SUD genes.展开更多
The objective of this study was to identify a combination of N application site and application rate that maximized maize yield and nutrient efficiency in soybean-maize strip intercropping systems in southwest China.A...The objective of this study was to identify a combination of N application site and application rate that maximized maize yield and nutrient efficiency in soybean-maize strip intercropping systems in southwest China.A two-year,two-factor split-plot experiment was performed,with the N application site(S)and N application rate(N)as the primary factor and the sub-factor,respectively.S1 represents narrow row N application site,while S2,S3,and S4 represent wide row N application site at distances of 10 cm,20 cm,and 30 cm from the maize plants,respectively.N0 represents 0 kg N ha-1,while N1,N2,and N3 represent 225 kg N ha-1,300 kg N ha-1,and 375 kg N ha-1,respectively.Results indicated that S3N2 significantly increased maize yield by 19.77%and system yield by 16.92%relative to S1N2.This yield advantage was mainly attributed to increased biomass allocation to ears rather than stems or leaves.Compared with S1N2,S3N2 significantly increased the root dry weight(RDW)in 020 cm layer by 95.02%,and root length(RL),root volume(RV),and root surface area(RSA)in 3050 cm layer by 42.76%,28.82%,and 26.67%,respectively.Additionally,compared with S1N2,S3N2 significantly increased root sap rate,ammonium N,nitrate N,and root N metabolism enzymes activity,ultimately increasing N harvest index.Interactions between N application site and N application rate significantly increased RDW,RL,RV,RSA,root physiological activity,and improved nutrient use efficiency and strip-intercropped maize yield.In summary,S3N2 is recommended as the N management strategy for soybean-maize strip intercropping systems,as it can achieve the win-win goals of increasing maize yield and improving nutrient efficiency.展开更多
Online mental health communities have become a major platform where individuals can talk about their mental health problems and obtain social support.This study aims to understand the antecedents of perceived usefulne...Online mental health communities have become a major platform where individuals can talk about their mental health problems and obtain social support.This study aims to understand the antecedents of perceived usefulness among members in an online mental health community,while providing reference for the managers and users of online mental health communities.We obtained a total of 143,190 posts from ReachOut.com released by the CLPsych2017 shared task.Then,we used text mining to derive the independent and dependent variables.Next,a structural equation model observing the perceived usefulness of online mental health community members was constructed from the perspective of an information adoption model.The informativeness of help-seeking posts had a significant positive relationship with the information quality of reply posts;the information quality of reply posts was a significant positive predictor of perceived usefulness,with the information quality of reply posts partially mediating the relationship between the informativeness of help-seeking posts and perceived usefulness.The information provided by online mental health community members’help-seeking posts and the quality of replies were found to be the factors that influenced perceived usefulness.This study highlights the importance of the information quality of reply posts and provides useful insights for administrators who can help users to improve their response quality and obtain the support they need.展开更多
摘要BACKGROUND Cognitive decline is common among older patients with cardiovascular disease(CVD) and can decrease their self-management abilities. However, the instruments for identifying mild cognitive impairment(MCI) are not always feasible in clinical practice. Therefore, this study evaluated whether MCI could be detected using the Japanese version of the Rapid Dementia Screening Test(RDST-J), which is a simple screening tool for identifying cognitive decline.METHODS This retrospective single-center study included patients who were ≥ 65 years old and hospitalized because of CVD.Patients with a pre-hospitalization diagnosis of dementia were excluded. Each patient's cognitive function had been measured at discharge using the RDST-J and the Japanese version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA-J), which is a standard tool for MCI screening. The correlation between the two scores was evaluated using Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) analysis was also to evaluate whether the RDST-J could identify MCI, which was defined as a Mo CA-J score of ≤ 25 points.RESULTS The study included 78 patients(mean age: 77.2 ± 8.9 years). The RDST-J and Mo CA-J scores were strongly correlated(r = 0.835, P < 0.001). The ROC analysis revealed that an RDST-J score of ≤ 9 points provided 75.4% sensitivity and 95.2% specificity for identifying MCI, with an area under the curve of 0.899(95% CI: 0.835-0.964). The same cut-off value was identified when excluding patients with a high probability of dementia(RDST-J score of ≤ 4 points).CONCLUSIONS The RDST-J may be a simple and effective tool for identifying MCI in older patients with CVD.
摘要This investigation was aimed to assess the usefulness of delayed hepalobillary Imaging in the diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Sixty-two patients with this hepatic cancer were Included in the study. 56 males and 6 females, with a mean age of 50. 6 yr. (32 - 72 years old). All patients were performed by surgery, verified histologically, and these tumors were smaller than 5 cm. Liver scans were performed 5 minutes, 2 hours and 5 hours after the administration of radlopharmaceutices. In 31 of the 62 patients (50%), the tumor exhibited equal radioactivity uptake or greater radioactivity uptake than the surrounding liver in delayed imaging. And the sensitivity was 33. 3% (2/6), 41.2% (7/17), 60.0% (9/15) and 54.2% (13/24) In the tumor size was ≤2 cm, 2-3cm, 3-4 cm and 4 - 5 cm, respectively. The smallest mass to be detected was only 1. 2 cm. The uptake of radiopharmaceutic was nonsignificantly related to serum AFP level and hepatic cirrhosis (P>0. 05). These results show that 99-Tc-PMT delayed hepatobiliary imaging can be useful in the diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma.

摘要AIM: To investigate if there is a correlation between electrical activity measured by electrogastrography (EGG) and contractile activity of the stomach as measured by antroduodenal manometry (ADM). We also studied whether the underlying motility disorder could be predicted from EGG parameters. METHODS: We compared 21 parameters measured from EGG with 8 parameters measured from ADM. The ability of EGG to identify the underlying diagnosis was tested by comparing EGG parameters for each diagnosis group against other patients. The study comprised recordings from 148 patients and 125 females. Their median age was 45 (range 17-76) years. RESULTS: We found few and weak correlations between EGG and ADM. Specifically the correlation between parameters reflecting the response to meal was poor (r = -0.07, P = 0.39). The discriminatory power of EGG for underlying motility disorder was also low. Patients with slow transit constipation (STC) showed a lower postprandial power in normogastric (3.7 ± 0.5 vs 4.0 ± 0.5) and tachygastric (3.5 ± 0.4 vs 3.7 ± 0.4) regions, a lower percentage of time with normogastria [87.2 (56.5-100)% vs 95.7 (0-100)%], and a higher percentage of time with tachygastria [9.3 (0-33)% vs 3.5 (0-100)%] and bradygastria [1.8 (0-20)% vs 0 (0-17.1)%]. Patients with irritable bowel syndrome had a higher percentage of time with normogastria [96.5 (62.5-100)% vs 93.3 (0-100)%] and a less unstable dominant frequency as measured by the instability coefficient [15 (3-77) vs 24 (2-72)]. CONCLUSION: EGG and ADM seem to measure different aspects of gastric motor activity but cannot show a spatial correlation. The diagnostic value of EGG is poor, but EGG may have some value for the identification of patients with STC.

摘要Aim: The purpose of this study was to develop a scale, “parental anxiety about pediatric emergency medical care services” (PAPEMCS), and to evaluate its psychometric properties. Methods: Participants were 14,510 parents with children 6 years old or younger in Kagawa Prefecture. Using each half of the participants, exploratory factor analysis was performed to generate items and factors for the PAPEMCS, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to establish the construct validity. The generalizability of the PAPEMCS was evaluated by congruence tests and multigroup CFA. The usefulness of the PAPEMCS was established by the relationship between the PAPEMCS and non-urgent usage of pediatric emergency medical care services (PEMCS). Results: The PAPEMCS compromised 4 factors: “anxiety about quality of PEMCS”, “anxiety about PEMCS system”, “anxiety about public support”, and “anxiety about private support”. All reliability estimates (polychoric ordinal alpha coefficients, item-rest correlations), the item discrimination, 5 fit indices for CFA, the convergent validity (indicator reliabilities, composite reliabilities, average variance extracteds), and the discriminant validity fulfilled the acceptability thresholds. All generalizability estimates fulfilled the predetermined levels of acceptability (Tucker’s congruence coefficients, congruence tests, strict factorial invariance). The usefulness of the PAPEMCS was established by the higher scores of the PAPEMCS being related to non-urgent usage of PEMCS. Conclusions: The PAPEMCS demonstrated satisfactory reliability, validity, generalizability and usefulness. The PAPEMCS is useful to quantify the contents and extent of parental anxiety about PEMCS, and to clarify the mechanisms of non-urgent PEMCS usage.

摘要In making purchasing decisions, consumers look to online reviews posted by others who have used or experienced the product/service. Most existing studies on online reviews only focused on their content without addressing how their explanation type influences purchasing decisions, not to mention the boundary conditions for such effects. Based on three experimental studies, this paper examines how explanation type affects the perceived usefulness of online reviews and purchasing decisions, and discusses the boundary conditions for such effects. Our findings show that positive explanation type has a positive effect on the perceived usefulness of online reviews, while negative explanation has an insignificant impact. For search products, there is a positive correlation between the online reviews of explained actions and the perceived usefulness of consumer reviews. For experience products, there is a positive correlation between the online reviews of explained reactions and the perceived usefulness of consumer reviews. Further research found that temporal distance may moderate the effects of explanation type and product type on the perceived usefulness of online reviews. This study also provides a new approach for research on the word-of-mouth(WOM) with meaningful implications for e-commerce firms.
摘要This study investigates the perceived usefulness of selected accounting information presented in the financial statements of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Mailed questionnaires were sent to SMEs' owner and loan officers in Malaysia. The findings show that the SMEs' owners and loan officers have substantially similar views on the usefulness of the accounting information. In addition, this study has found that the academic qualification and time spent in reading the financial statement have significant relationships with the SMEs' owners' perceptions on the usefulness of the SMEs' accounting information, whereas types of business organization, awareness about financial reporting regulation, and level of understanding of the financial statements do not. On the other hand, for the loan officers, accouting expertise, year in position, and awareness about the financial reporting regulation do not have a significant relationship with the loan officers' perceptions on the usefulness of the SMEs' accounting information. Meanwhile, experience in assessing SMEs' financial statements has a significantly negative relationship with the loan officers' perceptions on the usefulness of the SMEs' accounting information. The results of this study may enable the SMEs' managers to realize the informational needs of the users of their financial statements.

摘要Farmers in China often use nitrogen(N)fertilizers to ensure adequate crop growth.However,inappropriate applications have increased the risk of environmental pollution,lowered maize yields,and reduced profits for farmers.Proper N fertilizer management is crucial for improving yield and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE).This study conducted a three-year experiment involving nine N treatments(0,45,90,135,180,225,270,315,and 360 kg ha-1)on a field under nitrogen fertilizer precision management(NFPM)in Northeast China.The results were compared with studies published within the past decade that analyzed yield and dry matter(DM)content under two management practices in Northeast China:conventional nitrogen fertilization management(CNFM)and water-saving fertilization management(WSFM).The findings reveal that maize yield increases with rising N application rates up to 270 kg ha-1,after which yield decreases.The kernel number(KN)and kernel weight(KW)of maize grown under NFPM were 13.7 and 14.7%higher than those grown under WSFM,respectively.Furthermore,they surpassed crops grown under CNFM by 38.4 and 21.2%,respectively.The maximum total yield of the NFPM treatment was 41.8 and 78.8%higher than under WSFM and CNFM,respectively.In addition,compared with CNFM and WSFM,NFPM significantly increased NUE across the various N-level treatments.Optimizing nitrogen management can help farmers to achieve higher yields and promote sustainable agricultural development.

摘要Single-time fertilization(STF)with controlled release blended fertilizer(CRBF)improves grain yield and nitrogen use efficiency(NUE)in rice production.However,the impact of soil nitrogen(N)distribution and root growth on rice yield and NUE under STF with CRBF remains unclear.Here,a two-year field experiment investigated the effects of two fertilizer types(normal urea(U)and CRBF)and two single-time fertilization methods(broadcast and side-deep fertilization)on the soil N distribution,plant N uptake,root characteristics,grain yield,and NUE.The results showed that CRBF under STF increased the averages of plant dry matter accumulation,N uptake,grain yield,nitrogen recovery efficiency(NRE),and nitrogen agronomic efficiency(NAE)by 8.29,21.85,10.57,79.28,and 74.8%compared to the other treatments,respectively.Side-deep fertilization with CRBF further increased NUE by 12.78%compared to broadcast.Moreover,CRBF under STF increased the leaf SPAD value and glutamine synthetase(GS)/glutamine oxoglutarate aminotransferase(GOGAT)activity by 5.93 and 25.58%,respectively.CRBF under STF increased the soil inorganic N concentration and showed a“rising early and stabilizing later”pattern.In addition,CRBF under STF improved rice root growth and increased the averages of root biomass,total root number,root average diameter,total root length,total root surface area,and total root volume by 28.30,28.56,18.64,13.38,35.26,and 37.06%,respectively,at the tillering and heading stages.Partial least squares path modeling indicated that CRBF under STF increased the soil inorganic N concentration which improved root morphology,thereby increasing N uptake and improving the rice yield and NUE.Taken together,our findings show that CRBF with single-time fertilization is the preferred N fertilizer strategy for achieving high yield and efficiency in rice,and that side-deep fertilization is the optimal fertilization method.

摘要Insight into the carbon turnover in soil aggregates and density fractions is essential for reducing the uncertainty in estimating carbon pools on the Tibetan Plateau,and how they vary with land use type is unclear.In this study,the effect of land use type on carbon storage and fractionation was quantified based on organic carbon and its13C abundance at the microscale of soil aggregates and density fractions in Tibetan alpine ecosystems.The sequence of soil aggregate destruction in the land use types of plantation(13.1%)<shrubland(32.7%)<grassland(47.9%)<farmland(61.8%)shows that plantations strengthen the soil structure.Plantation land had a greater contribution of light fraction organic carbon(28.3%)but a lower contribution of mineral-associated organic carbon(40.6%)to the carbon stock compared to farmland(13.5 and 70.3%).Interestingly,plantation land enhanced the aggregational differentiation of organic carbon and13C in each density fraction,whereas no such phenomenon existed in the soil organic carbon.Carbon isotope analyses revealed that carbon transfer in the plantation land occurred from the light fraction in macroaggregates(–24.9‰)to the mineral-associated fraction in microaggregates(–19.9‰).When compared to the other three land use types,the low transferability of carbon in aggregates and density fractions in plantation land provides a stable carbon pool for the Tibetan Plateau.This study shows that plantations can mitigate global climate change by slowing carbon transfer and increasing carbon storage at the microscale of aggregates and density fractions in alpine regions.

摘要Estuarine and bay ecosystems serve as crucial transitional zones for land-based pollutants entering the ocean.However,there is a critical gap in understanding the behavior of emerging pollutants in the numerous small estuaries and bays located in undeveloped coastal areas.This study provides insights into the fate of antibiotics in these small and scattered estuaries and bays in Shantou's coast,driven by land use types and hydrodynamic conditions.The findings indicated that estuaries were more heavily polluted with antibiotics than the bays(P<0.05),with tetracyclines and fluoroquinolones as the primary antibiotics.Antibiotic pollution levels were more severe in October than in June(P<0.01).Rainfall runoff,aquaculture tailwater,and river discharge were identified as the main sources of antibiotic pollution.Build-up land and aquaculture ponds were the primary land use types contributing to antibiotic pollution.The total antibiotic concentrations in June were positively correlated with the proportion of aquaculture ponds(P<0.05)and negatively correlated with the proportions of cropland and grassland(P<0.05).The concentrations of lomefloxacin and ofloxacin were positively correlated with build-up land.The antibiotic concentrations exhibited strong spatial heterogeneity within both bay and estuarine ecosystems driven by different hydrodynamic conditions.A comparative analysis of global estuaries and bays revealed that specific land-use types and hydrodynamic conditions produced similar trends in antibiotic fate.These insights offered new perspectives to safeguard the health of estuarine and bay ecosystems,such as altering landscape patterns and regulating aquaculture activities.

摘要Ensuring the income stability of relocated households is essential for advancing rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity.While existing research has explored the impact of digital technology on income,few studies have addressed how digital technology use affects income stability.To fill this gap,based on survey data from relocated households in 16 counties across 8 provincial-level regions in China,this study examines the impact of digital technology use on the income stability of relocated households using Ordinary Least Squares(OLS)and Propensity Score Matching(PSM).The results show that digital technology use improves both income and income stability,with stronger effects at higher levels of use.This impact is driven by better access to information acquisition and enhanced human capital.Additionally,digital technology helps stabilize the income of households facing downward volatility.The income stabilizing effect is particularly significant among relocated households in central regions,rural resettlement areas,and those with higher education levels.Furthermore,digital literacy amplifies the positive impact of digital technology on income stability.These findings offer valuable insights for policymakers aiming to promote digital technology use to ensure the income stability of relocated households and foster common prosperity.

摘要Interactions between land-use and environmental drivers of soil quality in fragile ecosystems remain insufficiently quantified.The impact of land-use types and environmental factors on soil quality in the Loess Plateau was assessed here using a minimum data-set-based soil quality index.Data were collected from 99 plots across mixed forests,forests,shrublands,and grasslands.Principal component analysis was applied to construct the minimum data set with bulk density,capillary water-holding capacity,soil organic carbon,natural moisture content,and total phosphorus as core evaluation indicators.Using an obstacle factor diagnostic model and partial least squares path modeling,we identified soil moisture as the primary limiting factor.Grassland soil quality was lowest in Wangwazi(0.42),Changcheng(0.47),and Shenmu(0.21),but shrubland and grassland soil quality was highest in Hengshan(0.30,0.27)and Yuyang(0.42,0.53)(P<0.05).These results provide guidance for sustainable land management in ecologically fragile regions.

摘要Cropland abandonment substantially affects food security and agricultural sustainability,yet comprehensive analyses of its dynamics in rapidly developing regions remain limited.This study examines the spatiotemporal patterns,labor migration influences,and food security implications of cropland abandonment in China from 1992 to 2022.The results show that abandonment progressed through four phases:slow growth,rapid increase,high-level fluctuation peaking at 3.98%in 2016,and gradual decline.The research identified three primary abandonment patterns—single long-term(≥10years),progressive degradation,and occasional(3-9 years)-with distinct spatial distributions.Long-term abandonment concentrates in the marginal agricultural areas of southwestern mountainous regions,while occasional abandonment predominates in the more economically developed eastern coastal areas,and progressive degradation patterns appear in transitional zones between plains and mountains.Labor migration influenced abandonment non-linearly with distinct regional thresholds.Short-distance(within-county)migration reduced abandonment rates,while medium-distance(withinprovince)migration significantly increased them.Although 57.50%of abandonment occurred on low-suitability land,42.50%affected high-suitability cropland,resulting in peak potential grain losses of 15.0 and 8.8 million tonnes for low and high suitability land respectively in 2010.These findings support regionally differentiated land management strategies that integrate land suitability assessments,labor migration patterns,and local socioeconomic conditions to ensure agricultural sustainability.

摘要Systematically analyzing the impact mechanisms of policy on Land Use Conflict(LUC)is crucial for constructing effective conflict mitigation strategies.However,previous research on how policy influences LUC remains relatively limited.Focusing on the indirect driving role of policy on LUC,this study proposed County Development Level(CDL)under Major Function Oriented Zone Planning(MFOZP)guidance as an intermediary variable,bridging the implicit influence of MFOZP and the explicit changes in LUC.Using the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)region in China as a case study,we analyzed the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of LUC and CDL for the periods 2000-2010 and 2010-2020,before and after MFOZP implementation.Panel models and Geographically Weighted Regression(GWR)were employed to explore the mechanism by which CDL influences LUC under MFOZP guidance.The results show that:1)MFOZP implementation effectively alleviates land use pressure from regional development,with LUC continuously declining at a rate of 2.41%,while CDL exhibits slight growth(3.84%),during 2010-2020.2)Under MFOZP guidance,CDL reduces pressure on Land Use Structure Conflict(LUSC)and Land Use Process Conflict(LUPC),enhances its inhibitory effect on Land Use Function Conflict(LUFC),and significantly contributes to LUC coordination,with notable spatial heterogeneity.3)The coupling relationship between CDL and LUC has improved post-implementation.Based on this,tailored LUC coordination strategies are proposed for different functional zones.This study confirms the effectiveness of MFOZP in coordinating LUC and provides a scientific reference for LUC research under policy frameworks and the governance of LUC in the BTH region.

摘要Background Substance use disorders(SUDs)are highly heritable,but the extent of shared and distinct genetic architecture across different SUDs is unclear.Aims To compare the genetic architectures of alcohol use disorder(AUD),cannabis use disorder(CUD)and opioid use disorder(OUD)and to identify shared and unique genetic loci.Methods We analysed large-scale genome-wide association study(GWAS)summary statistics from individuals of European ancestry recruited in Europe and the USA.The mixture model MiXeR was used to estimate the unique genetic architecture characteristics of each SUD,including its polygenicity,single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)-heritability and discoverability,a measure of the distribution of genetic signal across all causal variants.Pairwise conditional/conjunctional false discovery rate(cond/conjFDR)analyses identified shared loci,followed by biological annotation of implicated genes.Results AUD demonstrated the highest polygenicity,followed by CUD and OUD.SNP-based heritability was0.10 for AUD and OUD and 0.01 for CUD.Discoverability was highest for OUD,followed by AUD and CUD.Currently,genome-wide significant SNPs explain 2.0%of AUD,0.3%of CUD and 0.2%of OUD variance.Cond/conjFDR identified 39 novel loci for AUD,10 for CUD and 1 for OUD.Of implicated genes,most were expressed in the brain,including several involved in gamma-aminobutyric acid and dopaminergic neurotransmission,opioid neurophysiology,myelination,DNA recombination,apoptosis and ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolism.Conclusions SUDs have polygenic architectures with many shared loci and are similar with regards to some characteristics.However,the level of polygenicity differs across SUDs,with AUD being considerably more polygenic than OUD,whereas CUD is intermediate in terms of its polygenicity.The novel loci implicate genes primarily expressed in the brain,involving a variety of biological functions.The findings expand our view of the aetiology of these disorders,while supporting the hypothesis of a shared set of pleiotropic SUD genes.

摘要The objective of this study was to identify a combination of N application site and application rate that maximized maize yield and nutrient efficiency in soybean-maize strip intercropping systems in southwest China.A two-year,two-factor split-plot experiment was performed,with the N application site(S)and N application rate(N)as the primary factor and the sub-factor,respectively.S1 represents narrow row N application site,while S2,S3,and S4 represent wide row N application site at distances of 10 cm,20 cm,and 30 cm from the maize plants,respectively.N0 represents 0 kg N ha-1,while N1,N2,and N3 represent 225 kg N ha-1,300 kg N ha-1,and 375 kg N ha-1,respectively.Results indicated that S3N2 significantly increased maize yield by 19.77%and system yield by 16.92%relative to S1N2.This yield advantage was mainly attributed to increased biomass allocation to ears rather than stems or leaves.Compared with S1N2,S3N2 significantly increased the root dry weight(RDW)in 020 cm layer by 95.02%,and root length(RL),root volume(RV),and root surface area(RSA)in 3050 cm layer by 42.76%,28.82%,and 26.67%,respectively.Additionally,compared with S1N2,S3N2 significantly increased root sap rate,ammonium N,nitrate N,and root N metabolism enzymes activity,ultimately increasing N harvest index.Interactions between N application site and N application rate significantly increased RDW,RL,RV,RSA,root physiological activity,and improved nutrient use efficiency and strip-intercropped maize yield.In summary,S3N2 is recommended as the N management strategy for soybean-maize strip intercropping systems,as it can achieve the win-win goals of increasing maize yield and improving nutrient efficiency.

摘要Online mental health communities have become a major platform where individuals can talk about their mental health problems and obtain social support.This study aims to understand the antecedents of perceived usefulness among members in an online mental health community,while providing reference for the managers and users of online mental health communities.We obtained a total of 143,190 posts from ReachOut.com released by the CLPsych2017 shared task.Then,we used text mining to derive the independent and dependent variables.Next,a structural equation model observing the perceived usefulness of online mental health community members was constructed from the perspective of an information adoption model.The informativeness of help-seeking posts had a significant positive relationship with the information quality of reply posts;the information quality of reply posts was a significant positive predictor of perceived usefulness,with the information quality of reply posts partially mediating the relationship between the informativeness of help-seeking posts and perceived usefulness.The information provided by online mental health community members’help-seeking posts and the quality of replies were found to be the factors that influenced perceived usefulness.This study highlights the importance of the information quality of reply posts and provides useful insights for administrators who can help users to improve their response quality and obtain the support they need.
