To meet the evolving demands of aeroengine development,the structural and performance requirements for ceramic cores have become increasingly stringent.Vat photopolymerization 3D printing,owing to its moldless,fiexible manufacturing,and other advantages,demonstrates significant potential in the preparation of ceramic cores with intricate structures.However,its practical application still faces multiple challenges,including layered structures and property anisotropy,defects such as cracks and collapse during printing and sintering,forming inaccuracies,and difficulties in controlling surface roughness.Recent advances have focused on optimizing slurry formulation and rheology,improving curing behavior,introducing auxiliary powders and additives,tailoring forming parameters,and optimizing the sintering process.Nevertheless,effectively suppressing lamellar defects,achieving superior dimensional accuracy,and maintaining high surface quality in complex structures remain the core scientific and technical issues to be solved.Future research should concentrate on refining curing mechanisms,advancing powder design and organic system optimization,and regulating the coupled processes of forming,debinding,and sintering to accelerate the application of VPP 3D printed ceramic cores in aerospace manufacturing. 展开更多

As a key process in the manufacturing of hollow turbine blades for aeroengines,ceramic-core stereolithography(SL)is vital for the structural design and precise performance control of hollow turbine blades for aeroengines.Based on SL and digital light processing(DLP),ceramic SL has technical advantages such as high flexibility,short process flow,and integrated structure-performance manufacturing,making it ideal for manufacturing complex hollow ceramic cores.Currently,ceramic cores produced using this technology still encounter several challenges such as low bending strength,low dimensional accuracy,significant sintering shrinkage,and poor surface quality,which limit the innovative development and engineering applications of the additive manufacturing of UV-cured ceramics.This paper reviews the development of additive manufacturing technology and equipment for the vat polymerization of ceramic cores used in aeroengine blades and summarizes the principles and characteristics of vat polymerization for manufacturing ceramic cores.It also highlights research progress in lightweight structural design methods for ceramic cores,ceramic slurry preparation processes,SL processes,debinding and sintering processes,integration of forming system equipment,and verification of aeroengine blade casting.A comprehensive performance control strategy for the SL of ceramic cores is proposed,and future development directions and trends in ceramic-core fabrication using SL technology are discussed. 展开更多

Vat photopolymerization(VPP)3D printing is an optimized technology for complex-shaped ceramic cores,in which the solid loading of ceramic slurries greatly infiuences the microstructure and property of the final ceramic parts.However,the high solid loading of slurries is highly limited by the high viscosity.In this study,silica-based ceramic core slurries with solid loading up to 68vol.%were achieved by the composition design to optimize the performance,considering the curing,rheological,and double bond conversion rate.The slurries demonstrate superior curing and rheological performance with mass ratio of monomers being 3:2 and mass fraction of BYK111 being 4wt.%.Afterwards,the impact of solid loading on the morphology and mechanical properties was investigated.As the solid loading increases,the microstructure becomes gradually dense,leading to an improved flexural strength of 19.5 MPa.Additionally,the sintering shrinkage becomes more uniform,satisfying the casting requirements effectively.This work serves as a guide for the preparation of ceramic slurries with a high solid loading. 展开更多

The complex ceramic core used for hollow turbine blades requires a high porosity and a high fiexural strength. For a better balance between porosity and fiexural strength, ceramic materials with porous structures are preferred. In order to achieve the transition from disordered pore formation to ordered pore formation, Al2O3 ceramic cores with triply periodic minimal surface(TPMS) micro lattice structures with different structural configurations(gyroid, diamond, and neovius) and different volume fractions of lattice structures(30, 40, and 50, vol.%) were designed and prepared by vat photopolymerization 3D printing. The effects of structural configuration and volume fraction of the lattice structure on the following structural shrinkage, microstructure, and flexural strength were investigated. The shrinkage relationship of the three lattice configurations is: neovius>diamond>gyroid. Besides, it is found that with an increase in the volume fraction of the 3D printed Al2O3 ceramic micro lattice structures, their fiexural strength correspondingly increases ranging from 54.95 MPa to 139.1 MPa. The maximum average fiexural strength of the 3D printed Al2O3 ceramic micro lattice structures is obtained when the structural configuration is diamond and with a volume fraction of 50vol.%, which is 139.1 MPa. Even when the volume fraction of the lattice structure is 30vol.%, that is to say the porosity is 70%, the fiexural strength is as high as 50-70 MPa, which can still be maintained at a high level. In addition, when the volume fraction of the lattice structure is a certain value, the sample with diamond configuration has a higher strength. The internal pore morphology, pore size, and porosity of the cores are precisely controlled, achieving both a high porosity and a high strength. Therefore, this study maintains high porosity and high strength simultaneously, providing a new lattice structure design idea for 3D printed ceramic cores. 展开更多

目的探讨VATS下亚肺叶切除术与肺叶切除术对Ⅰa期非小细胞肺癌的肺功能、运动耐力的影响。方法选取212例Ⅰa期非小细胞肺癌患者进行研究。212例患者均需手术治疗,以手术方法的不同进行分组,实施VATS下亚肺叶切除术的106例患者纳入观察组... 目的探讨VATS下亚肺叶切除术与肺叶切除术对Ⅰa期非小细胞肺癌的肺功能、运动耐力的影响。方法选取212例Ⅰa期非小细胞肺癌患者进行研究。212例患者均需手术治疗,以手术方法的不同进行分组,实施VATS下亚肺叶切除术的106例患者纳入观察组,实施VATS下肺叶切除术的106例患者纳入对照组。比较2组康复状况、肺功能、运动耐力及并发症。结果与对照组相比,观察组手术时间、胸腔引流时间、住院时间均显著缩短(P均0.05),术后3个月,2组肺功能指标均较术前降低(P<0.001),但对照组的降低幅度较大,明显低于观察组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组6MWD明显高于对照组(t=2.469,P=0.014)。观察组并发症总发生率(3.77%)显著低于对照组(12.26%)(χ2=5.180,P=0.023)。结论与VATS下肺叶切除术相比,VATS下亚肺叶切除术对Ⅰa期非小细胞肺癌患者肺功能的影响较小,且并发症较少,康复时间短。 展开更多

Taking China’s 2018 value-added tax(VAT)credit refund reform as an exogenous shock to improve VAT neutrality,we use a difference-in-differences approach to explore how the reform affected corporate social responsibility(CSR).We find that the reform motivated firms to improve CSR performance.The reform has a“resource”effect,increasing internal funds and reducing financing costs,thereby enhancing firms’ability to undertake CSR.The reform also has a“reputation”effect,stimulating firms’willingness to engage in CSR to improve their reputations.CSR following the reform increases firm values and reduces bankruptcy risk.Our study provides fresh insights into VAT neutrality theory and is a reference for tax reform in emerging economies. 展开更多

Complete resection could be achieved in virtually all myasthenic patients with Masaoka stage I and II thymoma us- ing the trans-sternal technique. Whether this is appropriate for minimally invasive approach is not yet clear. We evalu- ated the feasibility of complete video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) thymectomy for the treatment of Ma- saoka stage I and Ⅱ thymoma-associated myasthenia gravis, compared to conventional trans-sternal thymectomy. We summarized 33 patients with Masaoka stage I and II thymoma-associated myasthenia gravis between April 2006 and September 2011. Of these, 15 patients underwent right-sided complete VATS (the VATS group) by us- ing adjuvant pneuomomediastinum, comparing with 18 patients using the trans-sternal approach (the T3b group). No intraoperative death was found and no VATS case required conversion to median sternotomy. Significant differences between the two groups regarding duration of surgery and volume of intraoperative blood loss (P = 0.001 and P 〈 0.001, respectively) were observed. Postoperative morbidities were 26.7% and 33.3% for the VATS and T3b groups, respectively. All 33 patients were followed up for 12 to 61 months in the study. The cumulative probabilities of reaching complete stable remission and effective rate were 26.7% (4/15) and 93.3% (14/15) in the VATS group, which had a significantly higher complete stable remission and effective rate than those in the T3b group (P = 0.026 and P = 0.000, respectively). We conclude that VATS thymectomy utilizing adjuvant pneuomo- mediastinum for the treatment of stage I and II thymoma-associated myasthenia gravis is technically feasible but deserves further investigation in a large series with long-term follow-up. 展开更多

目的探究CT引导下带钩钢丝定位针技术在电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)术前定位肺部磨玻璃结节(GGN)中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2020年7月本院收治的80例肺部磨玻璃结节患者临床资料,依据随访资料分为试验组(VATS术前采用CT引导下... 目的探究CT引导下带钩钢丝定位针技术在电视胸腔镜手术(VATS)术前定位肺部磨玻璃结节(GGN)中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2020年7月本院收治的80例肺部磨玻璃结节患者临床资料,依据随访资料分为试验组(VATS术前采用CT引导下带钩钢丝定位针技术定位)和对照组(VATS术前未采取CT引导下带钩钢丝定位针技术定位),评估CT引导下带钩钢丝定位针技术在VATS术前定位GGN中的有效性和安全性。结果试验组手术时间、住院时间较对照组明显短,术中出血量、中转开胸率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组48例GGN患者,共检出51个病灶(3例患者检出2个病灶,45例患者检出单个病灶),所有病例患者病灶均成功定位,左肺叶19个、右肺叶32个。病灶平均最大直径(1.1±0.2)cm,平均定位时间(17.4±1.7)min,平均进针深度(1.7±0.2)cm,平均进针角度(79.0±6.1)°。以术后病理结果为“金标准”,CT引导下带钩钢丝定位针技术的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为90.63%(29/32)、87.50%(14/16)、89.58%(43/48)。试验组术后并发症总发生率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GGN患者于VATS术前行CT引导下带钩钢丝定位针技术定位有明确的临床手术增益价值。 展开更多

Vat photopolymerization(VPP)3D printing technology has broken through mold limitations and shown great potential to manufacture complex-structured ceramic cores for turbine blades.However,improving dimensional accuracy is difficult for the VPP 3D printed parts due to the high contraction deformation.Reducing shrinkage is a key challenge for developing 3D-printed ceramic cores.In this study,3D-printed alumina ceramic cores with near-zero shrinkage in the X direction were achieved for the first time using a novel approach that was called atmosphere-controlled in-situ oxidation of aluminum powder.The in-situ oxidation reaction of the aluminum powder was creatively tuned by changing the atmosphere transition temperature from argon to air.Then,the microstructure and properties of the ceramic core could be controlled by the liquid-phase sintering with the participation of atmosphere-protected molten aluminum.As a result,the pore size of the ceramic cores was significantly increased by almost ten times,but the bonding strength of the grains was also increased.In addition,the powder consolidation generated by the action of molten aluminum was considered to be an important reason for reducing the linear shrinkage of ceramic cores.Under the optimized parameters,the linear shrinkage of the ceramic cores was as low as 0.3%in the X direction.The high apparent porosity(45.02%)and flexural strength(72.7 MPa)of the alumina ceramic cores were realized at the same time.The in-situ control of sintering by changing the atmosphere will be a creative method for regulating the properties of ceramic materials. 展开更多

Objective: To review our experience of the treatment of bilateral primary spontaneous pneumothorax (PSP) by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS). Materials and methods: Retrospective chart review was followed by an on-clinic or telephone interview. Patients were cared for by one thoracic surgeon in four medical centers or community hospitals in Northern and Central Taiwan. Thirteen patients with bilateral PSP underwent bilateral VATS simultaneously or sequentially from July 1994 to December 2005. Results: Twelve males and one female, with age ranging from 15 to 36 years (mean 23.1 years), were treated with VATS for bilateral PSP, under the indications of bilateral pneumothoracis simultaneously (n=4) or sequentially (n=9). The interval between the first and second contra-lateral VATS procedure for non-simultaneous PSP patients ranged from 7 d to 6 years. Eleven of 13 patients (84.6%) had prominent pulmonary bullae/blebs, and underwent bullae resection with mechanical or chemical pleurodesis. The mean operative time was (45.6±18.3) min (range 25-96 min) and (120.6±28.7) min (range 84-166 min) respectively for the non-simultaneous (second VATS for the recurrence of contralateral side after first VATS) and simultaneous (bilateral VATS in one operation) procedures. There was no postoperative mortality. However, prolonged air leakage (〉7 d) occurred in one patient (7.7%) who recovered after conservative treatment. The mean duration of chest tube drainage was 3.1 d and the median follow up period was 3.4 years. Conclusions: VATS is a safe and effective procedure in the treatment of bilateral PSP. Bilateral VATS is only recommended for patients with simultaneously bilateral PSP, because the incidence of recurrence, even with visible bullae, was not so high in my group and in some previous literature. Bilateral VATS in a supine position should only be used in selective cases, because of possible pleural adhesion or hidden bullae on the posterior side. 展开更多

60Si2Cr VAT弹簧钢分别采用不同浓度PAG淬火介质和淬火油进行淬火,并在440℃和480℃的温度下进行回火处理,利用透射电镜和拉伸试验机等方法研究了该弹簧钢在不同淬火介质中淬火回火后的微观结构和力学性能的变化。结果表明,PAG淬火介质... 60Si2Cr VAT弹簧钢分别采用不同浓度PAG淬火介质和淬火油进行淬火,并在440℃和480℃的温度下进行回火处理,利用透射电镜和拉伸试验机等方法研究了该弹簧钢在不同淬火介质中淬火回火后的微观结构和力学性能的变化。结果表明,PAG淬火介质对其强度和塑性的影响显著。随着PAG浓度的增加,冷却速度降低,马氏体板条数量减少,板条宽度变大,强度和塑性呈现先增后降的趋势;冷速最快的5%PAG淬火回火后,针状的ε-碳化物未完全分解,容易在其尖端引起应力集中,使得力学性能较低;冷速最慢的油淬回火后,由于碳化物沿原奥氏体晶界和马氏体板条界析出,固溶度的下降,马氏体板条宽度的变大及数量的减少,最终也使得其强度、塑性和冲击韧性降低;只有冷速适中的13%PAG淬火后得到的综合力学性能最佳。 展开更多

Background: The purpose of this study was to describe our experiences and analyze the benefits of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) combined with positron emitted tomography (PET)-computed tomography (CT) in the diagnosis of patients with early (Stage 1) sarcoidosis. Methods: From 1995 to 2006, seven patients (two males, five females), with ages ranging from 26 to 58 years, were impressed with Stage 1 sarcoidosis (mediastinal or hilar lymph nodes involvements without lung involvement) by histological examination of intrathoracic lymph nodes (LNs) and/or lung parenchyma taken'from VATS biopsy. Three of them received PET or PET-CT evaluation. VATS was approached from the right and left side in one and six patients, respectively, according to the locations of their lesions. Results: All the VATS biopsied LNs or lung specimens were adequate for establishing diagnosis. Mediastinal LNs were taken from Groups 3, 4 in four, Group 7 in two, and Groups 5, 6 in one of them. Hilar LNs biopsies were performed in four cases. Lung biopsy was performed in all but two cases. All of them were expressed pathologically or radiologically as Stage 1 sarcoidosis. PET-CT revealed high emission signals over these affected LNs. These patients received oral steroid treatment or follow up only. All of them were followed up from 5 months to 11 years with satisfactory results. Conclusion: VATS biopsy is a minimally invasive, safe and effective procedure. It can be used as a diagnostic altermative of transbronchial lung biopsy (TBLB), and can harvest larger and more areas of specimens than mediastinoscopy for staging patients with sarcoidosis. PET-CT can provide us more accurate information about the characteristics and localization of these lesions before biopsy. VATS combined with PET-CT can provide more accurate and earlier diagnosis of patients with unknown intrathoracic lesions, including the sarcoidosis. 展开更多

目的分析三维(3D)打印技术辅助单操作孔电视胸腔镜手术(SP-VATS)治疗在肺癌中的应用及其与患者治疗临床疗效关系。方法选择2016年1月至2017年6月在武汉市普仁医院收治的70例肺癌患者,其中男性39例,女性31例;年龄44~73岁,平均年龄61.10岁... 目的分析三维(3D)打印技术辅助单操作孔电视胸腔镜手术(SP-VATS)治疗在肺癌中的应用及其与患者治疗临床疗效关系。方法选择2016年1月至2017年6月在武汉市普仁医院收治的70例肺癌患者,其中男性39例,女性31例;年龄44~73岁,平均年龄61.10岁;吸烟史24例;肿瘤直径1.20~5.21 mm,平均直径2.40 mm;TNM分期Ⅰ期59例,Ⅱ期3例,Ⅲa期8例;肿瘤病灶左侧43例,右侧27例。依照随机信封法分为观察组及对照组,每组35例。观察组男性19例,女性16例;年龄45~72岁,平均年龄60.87岁;吸烟史13例;肿瘤直径(2.37±0.93) mm;TNM分期Ⅰ期29例,Ⅱ期2例,Ⅲa期4例;肿瘤位于左侧21例,右侧14例。对照组男性20例,女性15例;年龄44~73岁,平均年龄61.32岁;吸烟史11例;肿瘤直径(2.42±0.89)mm;TNM分期Ⅰ期30例,Ⅱ期1例,Ⅲa期4例;肿瘤位于左侧22例,右侧13例。对照组采用单纯SP-VATS治疗,观察组采用3D打印技术辅助SP-VATS治疗,Ⅲa期加系统淋巴结清扫;记录患者治疗基本情况,术后第1、3、5、7天采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分对患者疼痛情况进行调查;采用卡氏(KPS)评分对患者生存质量进行调查;随访18个月记录患者并发症及生存情况。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、术中引流时间、术后引流量及镇痛药使用时间均明显低于对照组[(117.84±37.93) mL vs (168.95±32.19) mL,(141.29±10.18) min vs (154.85±12.37) min,(5.97±1.84) d vs (7.42±1.89) d,(578.38±73.82) mL vs (928.94±81.16) mL,(2.23±0.38) d vs (3.57±0.67) d](P <0.05);术后第1天和第3天,观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组[第1天:(73.05±10.29)分vs (85.97±11.32)分;第3天:(62.38±8.49)分vs (74.95±9.21)分](P <0.05);观察组术后KPS评分稳定改善率明显高于对照组(97.14%vs 85.71%;P <0.05);观察组术后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(8.57%vs 25.71%;P <0.05)。结论采用3D打印技术辅助SP-VATS对肺癌患者治疗后,可有效改善治疗临床疗效。 展开更多

目的具体评估电视胸腔镜肺癌根治术(VATS)与传统标准后外侧切口开胸手术(SPT)对肺癌患者机体的创伤程度。方法 120例患者随机划入VATS组和SPT组各60例,术后病理证实的肺癌患者为98例。对每例患者术前1天、术后第1、3、5、7天清晨、空腹... 目的具体评估电视胸腔镜肺癌根治术(VATS)与传统标准后外侧切口开胸手术(SPT)对肺癌患者机体的创伤程度。方法 120例患者随机划入VATS组和SPT组各60例,术后病理证实的肺癌患者为98例。对每例患者术前1天、术后第1、3、5、7天清晨、空腹抽取静脉血,用ELISA方法测量血清中IL-6、IL-10、TNFα的浓度。应用SPSS 13.0统计软件比较术前、术后两组患者炎性因子的变化。结果两组患者术后炎性因子均较术前有明显变化(P<0.05)。IL-6、IL-10的浓度在术后第1、3、5、7天VATS组浓度变化较SPT组要低(P<0.05)。TNFα浓度变化在第1、3、5天变化VATS组较SPT组较低。结论 VATS肺癌根治术对肺癌患者机体创伤相对于传统标准后外侧切口开胸术要小。 展开更多

目的分析综合护理配合电视胸腔镜(VATS)治疗创伤性血气胸的疗效。方法将我院自2015年1月-2017年1月收治的64例创伤性血气胸患者列为病例采集对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组32例,对照组仅给予VATS治疗,观察组在对照组... 目的分析综合护理配合电视胸腔镜(VATS)治疗创伤性血气胸的疗效。方法将我院自2015年1月-2017年1月收治的64例创伤性血气胸患者列为病例采集对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组32例,对照组仅给予VATS治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予综合护理,对比两组患者离床下地活动时间、住院天数,同时采用焦虑/抑郁自评量表对两组患者治疗前后的负性情绪进行评价分析,并统计住院期间不良反应发生率。结果干预前,两组患者一般临床资料及焦虑、抑郁自评分值无对比差异(P>0.05),经综合护理配合VATS治疗后,观察组患者引流导管留置时长、离床下地时间、住院时长较对照组短,焦虑(SAS)及抑郁自评(SDS)分值皆低于对照组;且住院期间,观察组不良并发症总发生率为3.12%,显著低于对照组的18.75%,上述观察指标行组间对比皆可见差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理配合VATS治疗创伤性血气胸能通过全方位护理减少术后不良情绪产生的心理应激现象及术后压疮、肠梗阻等不良并发症发生。 展开更多
