OBJECTIVE: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Panax notoginseng saponins(PNS) on liver fibrosis and explore the underlying mechanisms.METHODS: Carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-treated rats and hepatic stellate ce...OBJECTIVE: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Panax notoginseng saponins(PNS) on liver fibrosis and explore the underlying mechanisms.METHODS: Carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-treated rats and hepatic stellate cells(HSCs) were used. The effect of PNS on CCl4-induced liver fibrosis was studied with histochemical and biochemical analysis.Transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1, α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA), and collagen Ι m RNA expression were determined by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Mean-while, the protein expression levels of α-SMA, collagen Ι, phosphorylation-Janus activated kinase signal transducer(p-Jak2) / Jak2, and phosphorylation-activator of transcription(p-Stat)3 / Stat3 were determined by immunohistochemistry and / or immunoblotting.RESULTS: PNS treatment significantly improved the liver function of rats as indicated by decreased serum enzymatic activities of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. Histopathological results indicated that PNS alleviated liver damage and reduced the formation of fibrous septa. Moreover, PNS significantly decreased liver hydroxyproline and significantly attenuated expressions of collagen p-Stat3 / StatⅠ, α-SMA, TGF-β1, p-Jak2 / Jak2,and 3 in the rat liver fibrosis model and HSCs.CONCLUSION: PNS can relieve liver fibrosis by modulating Jak2/Stat3 signaling transduction pathway, which may be one of its mechanisms to suppress hepatic fibrosis.展开更多

However, simple structure information is insufficient for petroleum exploration which also needs amplitude information proportional to reflection coefficients. In recent years, pre-stack depth migration algorithms which preserve amplitudes and based on the one- way wave equation have been developed. Using the method in the shot domain requires a deconvolution imaging condition which produces some instability in areas with complicated structure and dramatic lateral variation in velocity. Depth migration with preserved amplitude based on the angle domain can overcome the instability of the one-way wave migration imaging condition with preserved amplitude. It can also offer provide velocity analysis in the angle domain of common imaging point gathers. In this paper, based on the foundation of the one-way wave continuation operator with preserved amplitude, we realized the preserved amplitude prestack depth migration in the angle domain. In order to study the new anode materials for zinc electrowinning,Al/Pb?0.2%Ag rolled alloy was produced by composite casting and hot rolling.Then the effect of cooling ways on properties of Al/Pb?0.2%Ag rolled alloy ...In order to study the new anode materials for zinc electrowinning,Al/Pb?0.2%Ag rolled alloy was produced by composite casting and hot rolling.Then the effect of cooling ways on properties of Al/Pb?0.2%Ag rolled alloy was investigated.As the results of metallographic test indicated,with the increasing of cooling intensity,both Vickers hardness and yield strength of Al/Pb?0.2%Ag rolled alloy increase.Furthermore,the Al/Pb?0.2%Ag rolled alloy,cooled by ice salt,presents the finest grain size and shows the lowest oxygen evolution potential(1.5902V),while that of alloy cooled by water and air are1.6143V and1.6288V,respectively.However,the corrosion current density and corrosion rate of the Al/Pb?0.2%Ag rolled alloy,cooled by ice salt,are the highest.This can be attributed to its largest specific surface area,which promotes the contact between the anode and electrolyte.展开更多

They were characterized by XRD, EXAFS and BET surface area determination. The reduction features of the promoters were measured by temperature programmed reduction (TPR) of H 2 to access the potential for the promoters containing praseodymia as oxygen storage component in three way catalyst. The (Pr Zr)O 2 cubic solid solution is formed at high temperature up to 800 ℃, which makes it more reducible than the (Ce Zr)O 2 solid solution. For the (Pr Ce Zr)O 2 samples, the ternary solid solution plays an important role in the reduction process. The performance of the three way catalysts with fully formulated Pt, Pd and Rh is proceeded by using both light off temperature under a stoichiometric gas composition and the conversion of CO, C 3H 6 and NO under changing air/fuel ratio at a constant reaction temperature 400 ℃ . The results indicate that a small amount of praseodymia doping into (Ce Zr)O 2 favors the light off temperature of C 3H 6 and NO, and all the catalysts containing praseodymia obviously exhibits enhanced width of S value for NO conversion at lean region ( S ≥1.00).展开更多
